"Daddy! Daddy! We're here!" Said seven year old Snowshine I wake up and look over to see my wife sleeping and a small filly in my lap my little Ditzy Doo only three months old. I look out the window to see Ponyville I sigh.
"Like the good old days..." We decided to move back to Ponyville after I was offered a job as the CEO of VSO records I accepted the offer immediately I didn't want my children to grow up in a bad city anymore Baltimare was nice but it was too violent for my children so we decided to move back to our hometown.
"Attention all we are arriving at Ponyville I repeat we are arriving at Ponyville..." I nudged Dinky and she starts to stir
"Mm...Muffins...Mom..." She says she looks so beautiful when she sleeps.
"Dinky we're here...we're home..." She looks at me and smiles
"Home? We are finally home?" She looks out the window and a tear goes down her face I kiss her.
"Mom what was Einspony relative theory." Asked Shao working on his homework. Dinky laughs
"E=MC squared you should know that!" We all laugh.
"I know I just wanted to see if you were up." We all get our stuff and walk out to the foyer.
"Hey! Prokun! Dinky!" I hear a familiar voice I turn around to see Button and Sweetie Belle
"Hey!" I say I hug them "How are you guys?
"Good we just got new neighbors the Galaga's Scootaloo is back and Applebloom married Pipsqueak and they live on together next to Applejack's farm."
"Don't forget our niece Dratina and Your sister was accepted into Princess Twilight's School."
"That's great! I gotta see her later but right now we need to go to my new house because our little filly is tired." Ditzy yawns
"Okay we'll take you there." Said Button escorting us to our house which was obviously next door and after several hours of unpacking we were finally done we tucked our kids in and went to bed.
(The Next Day)
"Good morning Ponyville! This is DJ Pon3 coming at you with a new song from a old friend who has just arrived at Ponyville yesterday! You guessed it's Prokun and here's a new song Isn't She Lovely." The song plays as I get dressed in a suit and tie and sing to the song.
"Isn't she lovely Isn't she wonderful Isn't she precious Less than one minute oldI never thought through love we'd be Making one as lovely as she But isn't she lovely made from love..." The song went on and Dinky woke up at the end.
"Good morning off to work?" She asked
"Good morning to you sleepy head yes I am going to work."
"Okay be safe..."
"Dinky I will be fine okay stop worrying..." I walked out the door to VSO Records Silver Spoon our admin greeted me.
"Mr.Star Vinyl and Octavia are waiting for you in the recording studio."
"Thanks Silver...it's nice to see you too." Silver has Changed a lot after high school after being abandoned by Diamond she was dead to the world but she moved past it and grew up she met a nice stallion and she's happily married. I hear music from the studio "You fix your makeup just so...yes you don't know your beautiful...Try on every dress that you own..." His voice was amazing I had to find out who it was when I got in I see a brown pegasus with five stars as his cutie mark I clapped
"That was amazing! What's your name?"
"Elijah...Elijah Patterson sir!" He said obviously stunned at the site of seeing me a multi-platinum record artist commenting on his singing
"Well Elijah what else do you got?" I asked he has the potential to go very far in this game very...
"Okay sir!" He chooses another song and I walk into the other room with Octavia and Vinyl.
"Question Prokun what do you see in this kid? He can sing sure but he's a nervous wreck..."
"Octy I see potential I want you to release the two song he sang." Vinyl started the song
"You have some nerves showing your face in It had been so long, I thought you disappeared Why did you pretend that we're still so close? When it's all too clear, that we are lost!..." This kid is killing it I looked at Vinyl she was amazed at all the talent this kid had he was amazing! When the song ended we called him in.
"We will release your song on the radio you have talent you just need the right push."
"Like Octy does when she gets mad!" She laughed then stopped.
"Too soon" said Octavia mad at what she said
"We'll contact you later... See you..." He walked out "Now that's grade A talent right there."
(Few hours later-Dinky)
I finally get to see my parents again oh I waited so long to show Ditzy Doo their granddaughter to them I arrived and there was a note on the door
"Out on a business trip back by ten o'clock at night." I sigh they are out on another adventure then I realized I can go to my in-laws house so I turned around and walked to Shooting's house.
"Hey Dinky!" I turn to see Applebloom with groceries.
"Applebloom!" I hug her "How are you doing?"
"Good we're selling a lot of apples lately due to it almost being nightmare night and all but enough about me what about you..." The baby giggles when a butterfly lands on her. "Oh..."
"Yeah me and Prokun had our first child her name is Ditzy Doo." She looks in the carriage she sees a little blue filly with a blonde mane with black highlights
"Aww she's so cute..." She looks at her phone "Well I got to go maybe this weekend we can get the girls together and have fun like the good ole days." I smile
"I would love to!" And we walked to our destinations. When I finally arrived I see Prokun waiting for me at the door.
"You ready because my mom might faint again..."
"We'll be fine!" I say reassuring him
"Okay you asked for it..." He opened the door and I immediately see Shooting and I have second thoughts.
"Hi Mom" Prokun before giving her a kiss.
"Hi Ms.Star..." I say nervous
"Come on now you can call me Shooting or mom!" I hear a small voice
"Momma, Momma!" I look over to Ditzy and I pull her out of the carriage
"Oh my Celestia! I'm a grandmother!" She hugged us "Luna... I'm old soon I will look like Granny Smith Celestia rest her soul." She looked closer at her.
"Grandma!" Ditzy said she I really smart to pick up Grandma like that then Shooting fainted
"Yeah I think we should go.., bye sis!" Clarissa came down and hugged us.
A few months ago our neighbors the Mash-Belle's have a newborn child his name is 8-Bit our son has become more distant from us... I don't know why... I sit on the couch and watch TV enjoying some apple cider.
"And in other news..." Well my Cousin Elijah is doing good...I wonder has he asked Nightlight to marry him...The door swings open and I see the police...Neptune what did you do now? I look at the picture next to the TV it was him younger on my back...
(Flashback)
"Faster daddy! Faster!" Neptune said laughing.
"Okay!" I run faster I look back to see he's missing
"Neptune? Neptune?!" I run to Mars "Have you seen Neptune!"
"N-Oh my Celestia!" I turn around to see a pony force feed my son a white powder.
"No!" I run over and Ram into him he goes flying and hits a tree he was knocked out cold I looked at my son he's bleeding and not moving then his eyes and starts to spazzing out "Someone call the Paramedics!"
(End of Flashback)
"What's the Problem officers?" I asked I looked at my pregnant wife.
"Your son is under arrest..." He said now I was worried what did he do!? Mars clenched her teeth.
"What happened officer?" I knew something was up when he wasn't talking to us...
"He killed Diamond Tiara...she was on her way to apologize to a friend... And he tried to rob her and stabbed her..." No...no! Those stupid friends of his actually got him to rob and kill someone! He got Neptune and cuffed him.
"I'm sorry dad..." I look away how can I look at my son now he killed an innocent pony...somepony that had a family, a life, a soul... "Dad can you forgive me!?" A tear goes down my face.
"I don't know...I just don't know..." I can't believe he killed somepony... I thought I raised him right...
"Brother!" Said Saturn running to him "Why why? Do you have to go?"
"Because...I did something terrible and I need to be punished..." She started to cry.
"I love you so much brother..." She hugged him and went to Mars...they took him away...Saturn cried in Mars' arms
"It's okay...It's okay..."
(Few Weeks Later-Saturn's POV)
I was in a black dress and shoes and we were ready for Diamond Tiara's Funeral...We walked past the body I couldn't help but cry "I'm sorry...it's all my fault if I didn't show him those friends of his they both would be here" I whisper ponies came up to talk first Silver, then Scootaloo, then Applebloom and finally Dinky.
"I met Diamond in Elementary school and she was probably the worst person in my mind...but there was always something good in her it just took awhile for her to realize it...I want to say that I forgive you and we all forgive you for everything...may your soul rest in peace..." Halfway through it she started to cry some of us cried with her some looked down in shame for what they did to her...Prokun and Elijah came up to the mic and sang
"Amazing grace how sweet the sound..." We all joined in and sang along it was beautiful...After we buried her we all went to the reading of the will I got some bit as did the other children...Silver got a new house, Dinky and Prokun a lot of money about two million bits, My family got her Cleaning Business, and Elijah got the most six million to help him get on his feet...he didn't have a home his Parents abandoned him when he was young he lived by himself... With nopony else. We left and went on with our days but me I wanted to visit my brother at jail.
"Hi..." He comes out with a black eye and bleeding from his ear
"What do you want?" He said I didn't like his new hostility towards me.
"I came to see you...my brother..."
"Well leave your brother is gone...he died in the prison!" I get up and leave "Luna know where he is!" He laughed sinisterly.
"Elijah come down here please!" Said Nightlight.We got married last month and a few months ago Applebloom, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle had kids and he has one on the way a boy. Two years old Lilo poked Nightlight's stomach she giggles.
"Yes Dear? How can I help you?" She looks at me with her hazel eyes my heart flutters
"Can you help me up?" I walked over and helped her up when she was finally up the phone rang
"Hello Patterson residents! How may I help you?"
"Eli it's me Button! Turn on the radio!" I walk over and turned it on Vinyl's voice came on
"I have a brand new song for you guys from a newly signed singer for VSO records his name's Elijah and this is a song he wrote "You're On." Enjoy my song plays and I was amazed my song is on the radio!
"Button this is awesome! My song is on the radio!"
"I know congrats we are having a party at my place later you can come and bring your family!" I was surprised I'm glad I have good friends.
"Okay I will be there!" I hang up the phone "Wow..." The doorbell rings I open the door to see my sister Firefly
"What's wrong? Sis." She's crying
"Mom and Auntie are dead!" She said I couldn't believe her Mom and Shooting are dead!
"What happened Firefly!?" I asked
"There was a accident with a tree...a-and..." She couldn't talk straight she started to hyperventilate.
"Calm down what happened?" I say putting my hove on her shoulder.
"Mom and Auntie were in a cart and they lost control and they hit a tree...mom was sent flying and her head on a tree...Auntie had a tree branch in her chest...they both died instantly..." Tears started to form around my eyes.
"Did you tell Prokun..." I asked trying to keep strong.
"Yes he wanted to talk to you at the party..."
"Okay see you there..." I said closing the door she stops it.
"You're going to be alright?" She asked
"Yeah...I'm gonna be fine." I close the door and sigh "Why?...Why me?" I started to cry. I just lost my mom and aunt...the two ponies that cared for me as a child...I get up from my spot and get ready for the party.
(A few hours later)
"Dude I think you've had enough candy tonight!" said Button keeping me up.
"You *hiccup* shut up at *hiccup* least I don't get drunk off apple juice!"
"Hey that only happened once!"
"Right and you throwing the chair at Cupcake was a good idea!" He recalled it easily it was the first time he saved Button. Prokun taps his glass.
"I want to thank all of you for coming today! I would like to thank Pinkie for planning this party and I would like to congratulate a new member of VSO records Elijah!" He jesters toward me and I sobered up and walk up to the mic
"I would like to thank Prokun, Button, Sweetie Belle, Dinky and many others for the support and I would like to give a shout out to my mom and aunt who passed away earlier today may Celestia rest her soul..." They all clapped for me it felt good having that off my chest I walked down and gave my pregnant wife a kiss "I love you..."
"I love you t-" I see her dress is wet
"Ahh...fudge." She screams "someone call an ambulance my wife's water broke!" I see Rumble grab a phone and called the ambulance...they arrived ten minutes later she's still screaming they picked her up and moved her into the ambulance "you're going to be okay!" We arrived at the hospital where she went into labor for a few hours I pace outside and I noticed a bed coming towards me it was magically moved over me I dodged it.
"This is your fault!" She yelled
"I'm sorry! But you don't have to try to kill me!" Then I flew to the room and sat in the corner nervous...then I heard a cry I run up to see a green pegasus with a big yellow and green mane.
"It's a colt!" The doctor said I hear Nightlight laugh
"He's beautiful what should we name him?" She asked me
"Yaya Drogba that's his name...Yaya." I hug them both I lost something today but I also gained something's today it was both a good and bad day but a day to remember.
(Few Hours later)
When we finally got home Lilo was in her bed sleeping I tucked in Yaya into his crib.
"Goodnight Yaya...my son." He falls a sleep. I walk into my room and go to sleep.
"Honey?" Asked Nightlight
"Yes?" What does she want now...
"Wanna have another?" She asked out of the blue
"Umm..." I don't know we just got a new one how is she able to be so energetic after giving birth?
"I will take that as a yes!" She jumps on me
(The next day)
"Ugh...I hate it when you do that..."
"Do what?"
"Just jump on me and mate...it's very aggressive."
"Heh...I guess I should be less aggressive next time." Next time?! What is she thinking?
"Well I got to go to work..."
"Okay Mr.Architect go make some buildings" I get dress and head out to work.
