Sombra has brought back three enemies from the Brawler's world, so Celestia counters by summoning Dan and company to end the threat, once and for all!
Sombra has resurrected Zenoheld, Magmel, and Wiseman to help in his revenge. As they go on the attack, Celestia decides to even the odds and summon great heroes. those great heroes are the one and only Bakugan Battle Brawlers! Join Dan, Shun, Marucho, and all their friends for a battle you will never forget! But all is not as it seems in this peaceful world. Especially with two shadowy figures watching the Brawlers. “Ugh, where am I?” I asked myself as I sat up. Wait, shouldn’t I be dead? That stupid Dan Kuso destroyed me and Razenoid… So the question is: how am I still alive? “Well, I shouldn’t look a gift horse in the mouth, as that earthling saying goes. Still, where am I?” I looked around and noticed I seemed to be in some underground cave. I then noticed a small, black orb on the ground. Knowing what, or rather, who it was, I picked the orb up and shook it. It soon popped open to reveal my partner, Razenoid.
“Ugh, what happened?” he asked, slowly regaining awareness. “Magmel? Where are we? Wait, shouldn’t we be dead?”
“Yes, Razenoid, we should. And yet, we are not.” I replied simply.
Suddenly, I heard another voice, old and wizened, but definitely male, call out. “Who’s there? Show yourselves, or I will unleash my Bakugan!” the voice bellowed.
I walked towards the voice, Razenoid in hand. I then saw the man the voice belonged to. He looked about 50 or so, and seemed human. He had gray hair, as well as a close-cut beard, and wore a black tunic that had gold trimmings. He also wore a green cape that connected to a red fur collar and gold shoulder pads. In his fingers, I saw a red orb, no doubt a Pyrus Bakugan. Deciding he wasn’t an enormous threat, I stepped forward and asked,”Who are you to question me? I am the mighty Magmel, originally Emperor Barodius of Gundalia. You are just an old man.”
This comment seemed to anger him, as he shot back, “I am King Zenoheld, ruler of Vestal, creator of the Bakugan Termination System. I defeated the Six Ancient Soldiers singlehandedly! If it weren’t for that traitor Spectra and that brat, Dan Kuso, I would’ve-“
“Wait, did you say Dan Kuso?” I interrupted, wondering if it was the same fool who defeated me twice over.
“Yes,” he replied, “That little brat continuously foiled my every plan!”
“Well, it would seem we have a shared enemy,” said a third voice. Both I and Zenoheld looked behind him to see a third figure emerge from the shadows of the cave. This one looked younger, around 16 or so, and wore a black one-piece suit with blue lines all over it. He also wore a mask that was black with a singular, blue optic in the center. I saw that some of his blond hair spilled out the back. He continued, “Dan Kuso appears to be a thorn in all of our sides. I am Wiseman, and I too was foiled by him.”
“So all of us hate Dan Kuso. Now what?” Zenoheld asked. Then, a fourth voice, dark and raspy, spoke up.
“You have been revived to serve as Generals for my revenge,” said the voice. Then, smoke seemed to pour in, despite there being no visible source. It proceeded to form into a disembodied head. All three of us had obviously seen weirder, as none of us reacted. The head was equine in shape, and had a black, billowing mane. The whites of its eyes were a bright green, and its irises were blood red. Strangest of all were the facts that its eyes seemed to have flowing purple mascara, and it had a curved, blood-red horn in the middle of its forehead.
“Serve? Ha! I serve no one!” Zenoheld scoffed. The two of us obviously agreed, as we all started walking away.
“Ah, but you will, for if you do, I can give you what you desire most: revenge on Dan Kuso.”
This revelation made me stop in my tracks. “How?” I asked, curious.
“Once I begin my attack, the rulers of this world will seek them out. Then, with a boost in power from me, you will be able to end them once and for all.”
Now it had our attention. “Alright, what do we have to do? And who are you, anyways?” I asked, still somewhat unsure.
“Merely cause as much destruction as possible. Soon, Equestria will be crushed under our hooves!”
“I think you mean feet. And what is this Equestria you speak of? I’ve never heard of any place like that on Earth or Vestal,” Zenoheld inquired.
The head sighed. “I do suppose you deserve an explanation of what’s happening. You are in another dimension. I used much of my remaining power to revive the three of you and bring you to this dimension. But, as you destroy more of this kingdom, I will regain my power bit by bit. That’s where you three and your partners come in. the immense power you hold will cause much devastation, and I will regain power faster.”
Well, it wasn’t the first time I had entered a different dimension. Of course, one thing still bugged me. “Well, I suppose that isn’t the craziest reason you could have proposed. But you never answered my second question. Who are you? Better yet, why do you want this place destroyed?”
“Simple,” it replied, “This world has wronged me greatly. I used to be a king. I ruled over a great empire with an iron fist. No one could oppose me. But then, one day, those two came and banished me. After a thousand years, I returned, only to be defeated by a CHILD, of all things. I have been biding my time, gaining strength, waiting to return to my former glory. Now with you three, I can’t possibly fail. This kingdom will be mine!”
‘Well, someone likes tempting fate…’ I thought to myself. Still, it didn’t seem like a bad plan. And ruling a kingdom again would be nice.
“Alright, I accept,” I heard Wiseman say. Zenoheld also muttered agreement.
“Fine, I’ll take part in this little scheme of yours. But you still haven’t told us your name. Or would you prefer us to call you Dark Smoke Monster for as long as we’re here?” I asked.
“My name, you say? Fine. You may call me… King Sombra.”
I was presiding over Day Court, looking forward to another relatively peaceful day, when a guardsmen burst in.
“Your Highness! I bring news from the northwest! Three humanoids have been spotted, and they seem to have powerful monsters as allies!”
“Monsters, you say? What kind?” I asked, starting to get worried.
“That’s the strangest part. According to witnesses, they seem to be summoned from little orbs, about as large as an over-sized marble. One was black, another red. They also seem to get help from four large mechanical beings. They’re currently wreaking havoc all across that area.”
As soon as I heard the descriptions, my heart sank. I knew exactly what those creatures were, though I’d hoped to never see them again. “Day Court is suspended. Let my sister know to meet me in my chambers,” I said curtly, then I teleported from the room.
About 5 minutes later, my sister Luna walked in. “Sister, what has you so troubled?” the Lunar Alicorn asked.
“Simple, Sister. Bakugan have returned to our world,” I replied, rather worried as to how we would fight them off.
“Bakugan? Are you certain?” she inquired, unsure.
“Yes, sister, nothing else matches the description I’ve been given. Now, we must focus our powers to summon some help.”
“Sister, what of the former Bearers?” Luna asked, “Can’t they assist?”
“I’m sorry, Luna, but you know as well as I that Bakugan are formidable foes. We must fight fire with fire,” I replied, starting to gather energy for the spell.
“Don’t you mean, Pyrus with Pyrus?” she joked. I will admit I giggled slightly at that. “Very well then, let’s do this,” she finally replied.
Earth
POV: Dan Kuso
Beep, Beep, Beep!
“Ugh, stupid alarm,” I groaned as I hit the snooze button.
“Really, Dan? Why do you even set an alarm if you’re just going to ignore it?” my Bakugan partner, Drago, asked. “And you do realize the reason you set it is so you wouldn’t be late to that reunion party Marucho is hosting.”
“Oh, crap, that’s right! I gotta get ready!” I realized as I hopped out of bed. I quickly threw on a red undershirt and some crimson jeans. I then pulled on my red and white sweater and brushed my teeth before heading downstairs, snagging my goggles along the way. After hitting the ground floor, I quickly headed over to the “Grand Ballroom,” as Marucho had called it.
As I walked in, I saw a few of our old friends were already there. Since Julie, Runo, Mira, Shun, Gunz, and Marucho all lived here in Bakugan City, not to mention they all lived here at Brawler HQ with me and Drago, I expected them. But also there were Ace, Baron, Jake, Alice, Keith, and Gus, along with their respective partners.
“Well, well, look who decided to show up,” Keith said as he saw us come in.
“Keith, be nice,” Mira replied, playfully elbowing her brother in the ribs. “You know Dan loves to sleep in.”
“Hey!” I shouted.
“Dan, don’t deny it. We all know it’s true!” I heard a familiar voice say from behind me.
“That voice… Preyas?” I turned around and saw it was indeed Marucho’s first partner, along with his dual evolutions, Angelo and Diablo. “How’d you get here?”
“That would be my doing,” I heard a cultured voice declare. I then noticed Klaus was to my left, and had been chatting with Chan Lee and her partner, Fortress. “I believed the others would like to see their old partners again, I made a quick stop on my way here to round them up. As for the Neathian Bakugan, I believe Queen Fabia said she’d be bringing them with her when she, Rafe, Linus, and Commander Elright get here.”
“Wait,” Jake suddenly piped up, “I get to see Coredem again? Awesome!” The excitement on his face was obvious. Then again, that dude’s almost always excited when it comes to Bakugan.
“So, wait, does that mean that Tigrerra is here too?” Drago asked, curious.
“You bet I am, Drago. Long time no see.” Tigrerra suddenly floated over.
“I’m with Tigrerra on this one, dude. You hardly ever come to visit!” Preyas chimed in.
“It has been a while,” the deep voice of Gorem joined the conversation.
“I think we all can agree though, that it’s good to see you again, Drago,” Skyress chipped in.
“Yes, it is good to see my old rival in one piece,” Hydranoid said.
“It’s good to see all of you too. I can hardly remember the last time we were together like this.” Drago was touched by how much his fellow Bakugan cared about him, I could tell by the blush he was sporting.
“Hey, guys good to see all of you!” I said. “It’s been way too long!” All of a sudden, I was shoved aside by a couple of rather eager Aquos Bakugan. “Elfin, Tristar, what the heck?”
“Hey, Drago. We missed you!” Elfin declared, while getting rather close to Drago.
“Yeah, man. Wish I could’ve been there with you to kick Mechtavius Destroyer’s butt!” Tristar exclaimed.
“Ugh, it’s nice to see you both, too. Now, care to get off?” Drago said irritably.
“Hm, seems like Tigrerra may have some completion, Percival,” Nemus said as he floated over.
“It would seem so, Nemus,” Percival replied.
“Don’t let her hear you say that,” Ingram quipped.
Suddenly, a portal opened behind us, signaling the arrival of our Gundalian friends. “Hey, Ren, Paige! Good to see you guys!” I declared as I walked over.
“Dan! For once we can meet in peace, huh?” Ren joked. “I brought the others, too,” he said as Jesse, Lena, Zenet, Mason, and surprisingly, Nurzak emerged.
“Hey guys! Nurzak, why are you here?” I questioned.
“What, I thought I was allowed to visit my old friends, am I not?” he asked humorously.
“It’s good to see you guys!” Marucho chimed in. “I’m glad you could make it!”
“Me too. Is Rafe coming?” Paige asked.
Shun walked over. “Yeah, he should be here with the other Neathians.”
“Hey, guys!” a voice said behind us. I turned around and saw Julio, Joe, Komba, and Billy enter the doors of the ball room.
“Billy!” I heard Julie squeal. She promptly ran over and started chatting with him.
“Hey Komba. How’s that training coming along?” Shun asked his former student.
“I’ve been doing great! Soon I might be as good a ninja as you!” he replied excitedly.
That conversation was interrupted by another portal appearing. Soon, Fabia, Rafe, Elright, and Linus stepped out.”Fabia!” I said, “Good to see you!” I addressed my friend, who also happened to be the Queen of Neathia.
“Dan, it’s good to see you again.” She said.
“Hey, Paige, miss me?” Rafe asked his partner.
“You know it, dude!” Paige said before giving him a hug.
“Whoa, when did those two get so close?” I whispered to Fabia.
“Turns out that mission they went on caused them to bond quite a lot,” she replied, before glancing over to Ren. “Ren and I both think it’s only a matter of time before those two confess their true feelings.”
“Wait, seriously? Those two are in love?”
“Yup. They told Ren and me, respectively, about their feelings, and we both were fine with it. Now we just have to wait for them to tell each other,” she replied quietly. “Oh, I almost forgot. I brought a few guests.” As she said this, Coredem, Akwimos, and Hawktor floated out of the portal.
“Coredem!” Jake shouted, rushing to his partner.
“Good to see you, Jake,” he stated.
“Hey, Akwimos! How’s it going?” Marucho asked.
“Well, you know me. Cool is the Rule, Dude!”
“Shun. It’s good to see you again,” Hawktor said to his partner.
“Hey, Hawktor. Same to you,” Shun replied.
Suddenly, Keith spoke up. “Hey Dan. Now that everyone’s here, what do you say to an exhibition match? For old time’s sake.”
“You and me, one last time, Drago,” Helios challenged.
“Drago? What do you think?” I asked my long-time partner.
“Let’s do it, Dan,” he replied.
”Alright, Keith, let’s do it.”
“Dan, Dan, Dan,” He said, putting on his mask. “Don’t you remember? When we brawl, call me Spectra.”
“Let me rephrase, then.” I reply, “Let’s do this, Spectra!”
After making our way outside, where Marucho had installed a practice field, I stood across from Spectra, ready to go. “Alright guys, you ready?” Marucho spoke from the control panel.
“Ready!” we both shouted.
“Here we go!”
BATTLE: DAN KUSO VS. SPECTRA PHANTOM: START!
“Bakugan, Brawl! Bakugan, Stand! Rise, Infinity Helios!” Spectra shouted as Helios took the field.
“Bakugan, Brawl! Baku Sky-Raider, Jump! Go, Infinity Dragonoid!” Drago took the field with a flying leap.
“Hey Dan! To make things a bit fairer, I won’t use FARBAS Infinity!” Spectra shouted.
“Fine by me! Drago, Ability Card, Activate! Dragon Thrasher!” Drago swooped in for a powerful blow.
“Helios, Ability Card, Activate! Mauser Impact!” Helios met Drago’s blow with his own, causing a big explosion. Drago flew up and out of it, mostly unscathed. Helios followed suit.
“Ability, Activate! Bolting Breaker!” Helios shot a bunch of lasers towards Drago.
“Avoid it, Drago!” I yelled.
“On it!” he swooped upwards, dodging the lasers.
“Try this on for size! Double Ability Activate! Dragon Astral plus Dragon Spur!” Drago gathered energy, and then blasted it out from his wings.
“Ability Activate! Deep Fire- Block A!” Helios generated a shield that dissipated the energy. “Come on, Dan, this is pathetic. Show me what you can really do!”
“He wants what we can really do?” I muttered to myself, “Fine then. Gunz, Toss me Reptak!” I shouted.
“On it! Reptak, help him out!” Gunz said, tossing his Bakugan to me.
“Alright. Bakugan, Brawl! Baku Sky-Raider, Jump! Go, Reptak!” Reptak entered the battle. “Alright, guys, you know what to do!”
“Right. Reptak, you ready?”
“Let’s do this, Drago.” Reptak replied.
“Bakugan, Merge!” A bright light surrounded them. When it cleared, the powerful Aeroblitz stood ready for battle!
“Alright!” I shouted. “You wanted everything I’ve got, Spectra? Here it is!”
“Incredible… Alright, Helios! Let’s take them down a peg or two.”
“Of course, Spectra! Alright, Drago, you may have gotten a flashy new look, but can you back it up with power?” Helios asked.
“We’ll show you! Ability Activate! Flame Harvey Cannon!” A powerful charged laser erupted from the cannon on Aeroblitz’s back.
“Ability Activate! Flame Shield- Block A!” Helios once again tried to shield himself, but the attack was strong, and broke through, hitting Helios for moderate damage. “Grrr… Ability Activate! Destroy Quasar!” Helios fired a powerful beam from his mouth.
“Ability Activate! Saber Shield!” Aeroblitz threw up his own shield, but the attack broke through, dealing a good amount of damage. “That’s it. Spectra, let’s both end it with one last attack, huh? Double Ability Activate! Dragon Eternal Force plus Flame Harvey Cannon!” Aeroblitz fired two powerful beams from his mouth and cannon.
“Fine, then. Ability Activate! Ragnarok Buster!” Helios’s chest cannon opened up and fired a massive laser. The two beams struggled to overtake each other, when Aeroblitz let out a massive roar.
“HrrrrrARRRRRHHHHHHHHHHHH!” Suddenly Aeroblitz’s laser overtook Helios’s and pushed back towards him.
“No! NOOOOOOOO!” he shouted as the beam overtook him. A large explosion occurred, and when it cleared, Helios had reverted to ball form.
WINNER: DAN KUSO
“Yeah! We won!” I shouted as Aeroblitz separated and Drago and Reptak reverted to ball form. “Way to go, you two!”
Spectra, or Keith, since the battle was over, took his mask off and walked over. “Looks like you bested us again, Dan. Well played.”
“You win again, Drago.” Helios begrudgingly said.
“That was close, Helios. If you had used FARBAS, you might’ve won.” Drago replied.
“Yeah, Drago’s right, Keith. Great fight though,” I complemented.

It was a few hours later and the festivities were beginning to wind down. I was sitting outside and enjoying the sunset when I heard someone else walk up behind me and sit down. I turned my head and saw it was Runo. “Hey Runo. What’s up?” I asked, curious as to why she was out here.
“What, a girl can’t just hang out with her boyfriend?” she replied.
“Yeah, I guess, but I thought you’d be chatting with the others inside. It has been a few years since we saw a lot of them.”
“Eh, nothing interesting’s going on inside currently, so I came out here to see what you were doing.” She replied, obviously curious.
“Oh, you know, just watching the sunset and thinking.”
“Seriously? That doesn’t sound like you at all.” She asked incredulously.
“Ha, ha. It’s just; we finally seem to have peace. We’ve been doing this for over six years now, and it seems we’re finally in the clear. Naga, Zenoheld, Barodius, Magmel, Mechtavius Destroyer… we beat them all. But it seems that every time we find peace for humans and Bakugan both, someone else comes in and wrecks it. It gets a little old. And it leaves me wondering how long this peace will last.”
I sighed. “You and I, Runo, we’re eighteen. Eighteen years old, and we finally get a chance to live a normal life together. Do you know how much it’s tearing me up inside that I can’t just take you on a normal date without someone either trying to take over the universe or battle me? I’m... I’m not sure I want to be Dan Kuso, Famous Hero. I just want to be Dan Kuso, your boyfriend.”
“Okay, who are you and what have you done with Dan? The Dan I know never says anything like that!” Runo said jokingly.
“I’m not joking, Runo. I’m serious.”
She sighed. “Yeah, I can tell. Well, I guess I really can’t help you there Dan. But I can tell you, there’s a reason why you’re seen as Dan Kuso, Famous Hero. It’s because you don’t give up. Even when it seemed hopeless when we fought Naga, even when Zenoheld had the upper hand, even when Barodius had you and Drago battered and broken, even with Interspace crumbling around us, and even when Mechtavius Destroyer seemed invincible, you persevered. You were knocked down seven times and got up eight. That’s one of the things I love about you most, Dan. Don’t ever change that.
“As, for the peace, who knows? As a famous philosopher once said, ‘Light cannot exist without shadow, and shadow cannot exist without light.’ There will always be evil, Dan, but there will also always be a force to rise up against it. Right now, that force is us.”
“Th… Thanks, Runo. I needed that.” I smiled, and looked over to her.
“No problem,” she replied. She gave me a quick kiss, and then stood up. “Now come on. The others are probably waiting for us.”
“Right.”
As we walked back in, I noticed Drago seemed to be worried. “Drago, what’s up?”
“Something feels… wrong,” he stated, looking around, “Like someone is reaching out through the dimensions, trying to find something.”
Equestria
POV: Discord
“Hmm?” I said, feeling a magical disturbance. “’Tia, Lulu, what are you doing?” I snapped my fingers, appearing outside Celestia’s chambers, and glimpsing inside. “Hmm, a summoning spell, huh? Must be because of those Bakugan. Might as well, shall we say, spice up the spell a bit more.” I sent a small amount of Chaos Magic into the spell. “Oh, and for those of you reading this, relax. I didn’t turn them into ponies. Just messed with where they’d end up.” I said, before vanishing.
Earth
POV: Dan Kuso
“Uh, Drago, you mean something like that?” I exclaimed as a small pinpoint of light appeared behind us.
“Uh-oh,” was all he had time to say before everything went white.

POV: Runo Misaki
“Ugh, my head…” I groaned as I sat up. I noticed three things immediately. First, I was, for some reason, wearing the outfit I used to wear back when I was twelve: Yellow top, short white skirt, cream and white striped stockings, and maroon fingerless gloves. Second, Dan was passed out beside me, also wearing his twelve-year-old outfit: yellow t-shirt, red overcoat, red trousers, hexagonal goggles, and blue fingerless gloves. Third, we seemed to be in some grassy field, not far from a town.
“Runo, are you okay?” I heard a voice say. I looked around and saw Tigrerra, Drago, and strangely, Aerogon looking at me, concerned.
“Yeah, I’m okay. How’d we get here? Last thing I remember was walking inside after talking to Dan, and then everything went white.”
“I believe that white was the disturbance I sensed. My guess is that it was some sort of portal. But for some reason, it separated us,” Drago explained.
“Ugh, keep it down, will ya?” Dan mumbled. I sighed, and then shook him awake. “Ugh, okay, okay, I’m up!” He blinked, and then said, “Hey, Runo. What’s with the outfit change?”
“Look who’s talking,” I replied. He glanced down and suddenly realized what I was talking about.
“Okay, weird clothing changes aside, where are we?” he inquired.
“According to Drago, another dimension,” I told him.
“Whoa, who the hay are you?” I heard a feminine voice say. We looked around, looking for the source of the voice, but saw no one. “Look up!” it said. I glanced up and saw a… flying… blue… rainbow-maned… horse… which then said, “’Sup!”
“Dan,” I said, “Are you seeing what I’m seeing?”
“Yeah, I am,” he said back, “But I’m not sure I believe it.”

POV: Shun Kazami
The minute I regained consciousness, I was on high alert. We seemed to be in a field, and by we, I meant Fabia, who for some reason was dressed as she was when we first met: a yellow blouse, white cloak, and white boots; as well as Skyress, Ingram, Hawktor, Taylean, Jaakor, Skytruss, Orbeum, and Aranaut. I myself was dressed in a black undershirt, purple ninja gi, black trousers, and black fingerless gloves. I had no idea how we ended up here, but it seemed we had been separated by whatever that white light was. I glanced back behind me when I heard stirring and saw Fabia was starting to awake.
“Uhhh… What happened?” she groaned and sat up. “Shun? Where are we? And what’s with our clothes?”
“Well, I can’t answer the first one, but our clothes seem to have reverted to an older look for both of us,” I told her as I helped her up.
“Hi!” I heard a cheerful voice right behind us. I whipped around and nearly threw a kunai at the source of the voice… until I saw that it seemed to be coming from a very pink horse. That caused my brain to stop for a second before I could figure out a correct reaction.
“What the…?”

POV: Marucho Nakamura
“Marucho, wake up!” I heard a voice holler into my ear. I sat up and looked around. My mind quickly evaluated the scene: I appeared to be in an underground lab of some sort. I was wearing my old clothes: a blue and white hoodie, blue shorts, and blue fingerless gloves. Joe was still passed out next to me, wearing an orange undershirt, white vest, and blue trousers. Preyas, Angelo/Diablo, Elfin, Akwimos, Tristar, Radizen, and Amazon were with us, as well.
“Ugh…,” Joe said as he sat up, “What hit us?”
“No clue, Joe,” I replied,” But that white light appears to have separated us from the others.”
Suddenly I heard a voice, though slightly muffled, conversing with someone else. “I’m telling you, Twi. There’s something down there.” The voice sounded young and male.
The voice that replied sounded feminine and mature. “Relax, Spike, I guarantee there’s nothing down there, but if it’ll make you feel any better, I’ll go check.”
That made me think quickly. “Joe, take Amazon. If these people prove to be hostile, we’d better be ready.”
“Right,” he replied, grabbing Amazon. I grabbed Radizen, and had the others close up in my hand and Baku-case.
The door to the room opened, and we were standing face to face with a… purple horse with wings and a horn, and a purple baby dragon? The horse spoke for all of us when it said, “What the hay?”

POV: Baron Leltoy
“Baron, are you okay?” I heard someone ask. As I opened my eyes, I saw it was Alice. Strangely, though, she was wearing her old clothes, a green blouse with a yellow dress over it, and white shorts.
“Yeah, I’m fine, Alice. Where are we?” I questioned. I looked around and saw we were near a small cottage by the edge of a deep forest. I also saw I was wearing my old white vest and trousers.
“No clue,” Nemus piped up, “That white light seems to have separated us, though.”
Suddenly, I heard movement from the forest. We both turned and saw a… butter-yellow Pegasus with pink hair emerge. We locked eyes for a second, and I did the only thing I could think to do.
I fainted.

I woke to the smell of apples. Lots of apples. As I sat up, I realized a couple of things: one, I was wearing my old pink halter top and short-shorts; two, Billy was next to me in his old baseball jersey, hat, and black trousers; and three, we seemed to be in an apple orchard. I shook my boyfriend awake.
“Unh… Hey Jules, where are we?” he asked as he got up.
“We seem to be in an apple orchard," I told him. “Where said orchard is, I have no clue, but I guess that white light sent us here.”
After checking on our partner Bakugan, we set off towards a farmhouse I noticed in the distance. As we exited the trees, we saw a… pony, an orange pony, wearing a cowboy hat, walk out of the barn. It noticed us, and did something I definitely didn’t expect.
It said, “Now who the hay are you, and what are ya’ll doin’ on mah farm?”

POV: Rafe
I woke up surrounded by fabric. I was unsure as to why I was there, why I was wearing my old white shirt, gray cloak, and blue trousers, or why Paige was passed out beside me, in her old camo shirt, brown coat, and white trousers. I knew, though, it had something to do with that light. ‘First things, first,’ I thought, ‘Better wake up Paige.’
I woke her up and helped her up. “Thanks,” she said, then looked around. “What’s with all the fabric?”
“Clothes shop?” I guessed. I then turned my attention to Wolfurio. “You okay, partner?”
“Yes, sir, I’m fine,” he replied.
“Paige, you and Boulderon all good?” I asked my friend (and secret crush).
“Yeah, me and Boulderon are fine,” she told me. Suddenly, I heard a voice approaching the other side of the door to the room. “I simply must get these dresses finished for the others. I’m sure they’ll adore them.” The voice was feminine, with a cultured accent.
“Paige, get ready, someone’s coming,” I whispered as I grabbed Wolfurio.
“Got it,” she whispered back before grabbing Boulderon. As the door opened, we got ready to throw our Bakugan if needed. We didn’t expect what we got: a white unicorn with a blue mane.
The only thing I could say was, “Uhhh…..”

POV: Keith Clay
“Ugh… what happened?” I asked as I sat up. I glanced around and saw I was in an apple orchard of some kind, near a… treehouse, I think they’re called? “Helios, where are we?” I asked my partner.
“I have no idea, Spectra.” Helios seemed to be just as confused as me.
“Ugh… Lord Spectra, is that you?” Gus asked as he sat up beside me.
“Yes, Gus. You wouldn’t happen to know where we are, would you?” I questioned my teammate.
“Don’t bother. None of us know, either,” I heard a voice from behind me. I turned and saw Chan Lee, Jesse, Lena, and Mason walking towards us. “Hey, Spectra. Good to see you’re up.”
“Chan Lee, do you know where the others are?” Gus inquired.
“Not a clue. My guess, that white light is what caused all this.”
Suddenly, I heard a voice from the treehouse. “Hey! Who the hay are you?” I glanced up, and couldn’t believe what I saw. Three colorful young horses were standing there, no doubt where the voice was coming from.
“Lord Spectra? I’m not losing my mind, am I?” Gus asked, unsure.
“If you’re losing it, so are we,” Mason replied. I just stared, confused.

POV: Mira Clay
“Ugh… why do I feel like I just got done with a night of drinking?” I asked myself as I sat up. I then noticed something odd. I was wearing my old Vestal clothes: a rouge jumpsuit, uneven boots, white gloves, and my silver jacket. I glanced over at Ace and saw he was also wearing his Vestal clothes: a long-sleeved purple jacket, blue pants, and black boots. I quickly woke him.
“Ugh… it feels like I have a hangover…,” he said as he got up. “Percival, where are we?”
“No clue,” his partner said as he popped out. “But something’s coming,” he warned.
We turned around, only to come face to face with a grey horse with a black mane and tail, and… an eye tattooed on her flank? What was even weirder is what happened next. The horse spoke.
“Hm, not every day you see a human here.”

POV: Ren Krawler
“Yo, Ren, wake up!” I heard Jake call into my ear.
“Ugh, I’m up, I’m up… whoa, where are we?” I noticed we were in a room made of crystal.
“No clue, bro, but the weirdest part is our clothes.” I had noticed Jake was back in his old yellow vest, green and white undershirt, and black pants, but I glanced down and saw I was wearing the same outfit I had worn when I first visited Bakugan Interspace: a black shirt and grey trousers.
“That is odd… any sign of the others?” I asked.
“None,” Linehalt responded, popping up on my shoulder. “That white light must have separated us.”
“Hey, who are you?” a voice came from behind us. We turned around and saw a white… unicorn with blue hair pointing a spear at us?!?
“Uhhh…” was all either of us could say.

POV: Klaus von Hertzon
As I came to, I glanced around and saw we were in an attic of some sort. I say we because I noticed Julio passed out to my right, strangely wearing the clothes he wore back when we started brawling: a black tank top, white sleeveless jacket, and blue jeans. I myself was also wearing an old outfit: a white and blue waistcoat with matching trousers, and a white ascot. As I looked around, I heard Julio stir and eventually wake up.”Ugn, what happened?”
“My guess is that white light brought us somewhere else and separated us from the others.” I told him as he sat up. "It seems our partners are alright, right, Sirenoid?”
“Yes, Master Klaus, I am fine.” My partner hopped up onto my shoulder.
“Well, Tentaclear seems fine, but he can't talk, so…” I interrupted him.
“Shh. I hear voices.”
“… I’m tellin’ you, ‘Tavi. I heard someone up there,” a female voice exclaimed.
“And I’m telling you, Vinyl, that there is nothing up there but equipment,” another female voice replied, sounding cultured and accented. “But I need to grab some of said equipment for my next performance, so I will prove that there is nothing up there.” That made me freeze. Those two, whoever they were, were coming up!
“Julio, get ready. Two people are coming up.” I said, grabbing Sirenoid.
“On it.” He replied, grabbing Tentaclear.
As the door opened, we were met with two… talking horses? The gray one with black hair was strangely wearing a magenta tie, and the white one with blue shades of hair was wearing purple glasses. “See, Vinyl, nothing…” the gray one trailed off as she noticed.
Julio whispered, “Is your brain having as much trouble processing this as mine?” I could only nod.

POV: Komba O’Charlie
“Wow, my head hurts,” was all I could say as I sat up. I looked around and saw we were stuck in a hedge maze, and by we, I meant myself and Zenet, who was also passed out in a different set of clothes than what she was wearing at the party. She had a purple midriff shirt, a yellow jacket, a white skirt, white leggings, and a purple hat. I myself had my old green overalls, white undershirt, yellow jacket, and green hat.
“Whoa, what hit me?” I heard Zenet ask as she woke up. I turned and helped her up.
“Heck if I know. I just woke up myself,” I told her, “But it probably had something to do with that weird light.”
“Why, in fact, my dear boy, it had everything to do with that weird light,” I heard a voice from behind me say. When I turned around, the craziest thing I had ever seen greeted me. It looked like Frankenstein’s Monster, if Dr. Frankenstein was drunk, stoned, and half-asleep. It had a lion’s paw, an eagle’s talon, a goat’s leg, a dragon’s foot, a bat wing, a bird wing, a goat antler, a dragon horn, and a weird face. All in all, creepy.
“What the heck?” was all I could say.

I woke up to the sight of three people standing over me. Elright, in his Castle Knight uniform, was the first to speak. “Good to see you’re awake, Gunz.”
“Yes, now we are all awake,” Nurzak, in his old Twelve Orders robes, said, “But what do we do now that we are?”
“Good question,” Linus, in his human form with a red and white polo and white trousers, spoke up. “Gunz, is Reptak with you?”
“Yes, he is. Why?” I asked, pulling him out. I then realized I was wearing my old black shirt with gray sleeves, and black trousers. “When’d my clothes change?”
“Most likely when we arrived, as we all seemed to have had our clothes changed,” Nurzak replied, “and as for why we asked, Elright woke up and Aranaut was missing.”
“Eh, probably with Fabia,” I said, shrugging. “Wait, do you guys hear voices?”
“Hey, I do!” Linus exclaimed. “they’re coming from the other side of the door.”
We leaned in to listen. It sounded like two women were talking. The first sounded very mature and wise, but worried. ”I don’t understand, Luna. They should have all ended up here.”
The second voice seemed a bit younger, probably this “Luna” the first voice mentioned. “I know, sister, but I can think of only two reasons it failed. One, we botched the spell, which is unlikely, or two, a certain someone interfered.”
“When I see Discord again, I will end him…” the first voice said, “But I digress. We should check on our guests.” At that, we moved back and got our Bakugan out, just in case. We didn’t expect what walked through the door. Two horses with wings and a horn in the center of each of their foreheads. “Hello, and welcome to Equestria. It is nice to meet you.”
The four of us could only stare.

POV: ???
We looked around both of us wary. I was dressed in a blue t-shirt, blue vest, and blue sweatpants. My friend was dressed in his black bodysuit and mask. I turned and said, “Well, my friend, seems we aren’t on our world anymore.”
“No, it appears not.” He looked up. “Guess we should get moving. If we were called here, Dan and co. will most likely need their butts saved.”
I chuckled. “Yes, I suppose they will.” And with that, we set off into the Everfree Forest.
I had been flying over the outskirts of Ponyville, on my way to Fluttershy’s, when I noticed two creatures standing in the field. As I flew closer, I noticed they were human! ‘Great, Twi must’ve screwed up a summoning spell again…’ I thought. ‘Wait, they’re talking!’ “Okay, weird clothing changes aside, where are we?” the boy inquired.
“According to Drago, another dimension,” the girl told him.
“Whoa, who the hay are you?” I asked. They looked around, confused. I decided to give them a hint. “Look up!” they glanced up, and their faces turned from curiosity to shock. “S’up!”
“Dan,” the girl said, “Are you seeing what I’m seeing?”
“Yeah, I am,” ‘Dan’ said back, “But I’m not sure I believe it.”
I sighed. Looks like these guys didn’t know where they were, either. ‘Just like Nix,’ I thought. ‘Time to set ‘em straight.’ “You better believe it, bub! Let me guess, you guys aren’t used to talking ponies?”
The girl got over her shock first. “Gee, how’d you guess?” she replied, her voice dripping with sarcasm.
“Look, I’ve done this before. The short of it is this: you aren’t on Earth anymore, you were summoned here by magic, and you’re now in Equestria, land of ponies.”
“Wait, what? Land of ponies?” the boy asked. He then sighed. “Yup, that figures. Let me guess, some world-ending monster is attacking, and we were called in to save this place?”
“Uh, not that I know of. I thought you guys were called in to defend someone in court.” I then noticed they dressed nothing like Nix. “Wait, you guys are lawyers, right?”
The boy scoffed. “Lawyers? That’s a new one. Naw, I could never pull that off. Tuxedos aren’t my thing.”
“Well, I guess I could take you to my friend Twilight. She might know what the hay is going on. By the way, name’s Rainbow Dash, Fastest Flyer in Equestria!”
“I’m Dan, and this is my partner Drago,” the boy said, pointing to the strange floating toy-thingee next to him.
“You name your toys?” I asked, confused.
“Excuse me,” the floating toy-thingee suddenly spoke! “I’m not a toy! I am a Bakugan, and I am a powerful dragon!”
“Long story,” Dan said, seeing my confusion.
“Anyhow, I’m Runo,” the girl said, changing the subject. “This is my partner Tigrerra. Oh, and this is Aerogon.”
“Greetings,” the white… Bakugan? Yeah, Bakugan, said. This one had a feminine voice.
“Hi!” the other one said. This one was also white, but had a male voice.
“Right… Well, let’s head out. I can visit Shy’s place later.” And so the 6 of us set off for town.

Everfree Forest
POV: Pinkie Pie
I was hanging out in the Everfree, looking for some new fun ideas for my awesome parties when my Pinkie Sense went off. Judging by the crazy shaking going on, it was a doozy! Just like that other doozy I had a few days ago! Or was that like three weeks ago? I don’t know, the author is really inconsistent with updates right now… Anyways, I wondered if this doozy was related to the other doozy. I knew the source was nearby, though, so I started bouncing towards it.
As I neared a clearing, I noticed two humans talking about something. Gasp! I didn’t know these two humans! That means I needed to throw them a Welcome to Equestria Party! But first, I kinda had to stick to the script that Cyclone made last chapter, so… “Hi!” I said.
The boy, dressed like a ninja, which I thought was so awesome, replied with, “What the…?”
“I’m Pinkie Pie! Welcome to Equestria!”
“Uh… Equestria?” the girl asked.
“Yup! This is just like when Feenie showed up! He had no clue where he was either! But he was a lawyer, and he showed up at Twilight’s house, and you guys aren’t and you’re here, and-“
“O-kay,” the boy said, “We get it. So, what, are we in a different dimension? Again?”
“From what Feenie said, I’d say yes! Now then, I should probably take you to Twilight and figure out what world-ending crisis we need to solve!”
“Uh… okay. I guess we should introduce ourselves. I’m Fabia Sheen, and this is Aranaut,” the girl said. “Greetings,” her tiny partner said.
“Oh hi! What are you? Some new kind of Flutterpony?” I asked, excited.
“Er, what?” Fabia replied, “No, he’s my partner Bakugan. Or he was. I gave him to the commander of the Castle Knights. Somehow, he showed up here.”
“Castle Knights? Oh, are you a Princess?”
“No,” she said uncomfortably, “I’m the Queen of Neathia, actually.”
“Anyways,” the ninja interrupted, “I’m Shun Kazami. This is, in order, Skyress, Ingram, Hawktor, Taylean, Jaakor, Skytruss, and Orbeum.” They greeted me each in turn.
“So, you mentioned someone who could help us?” Skyress asked.
“Oh, yeah! Follow me!” I said, hopping away towards Ponyville.

Castle of Friendship
POV: Twilight
“Twilight! I think there’s something down in the basement!” Spike shouted from downstairs. I looked up from the book I was reading and glanced over at Nyx. ”Stay here,” I said. Sighing, I got to my hooves and walked down the stairs. “Spike, trust me, there’s nothing down there.”
“I’m telling you, Twi. There’s something down there.” My dragon assistant asserted.
“Relax, Spike, I guarantee there’s nothing down there, but if it’ll make you feel any better, I’ll go check.”
I walked over to my basement. After the whole Tirek incident (To be honest, I moped for about a week after that song.) I had explored the new castle I had gotten. Surprisingly, minus the whole “Council of Friendship” room, the castle had the same layout as the library, just a bit bigger. Luckily, my basement was unscathed, and the castle just connected to it.
As I opened the door, I was prepared to call Spike a fraidy-cat, but the words died in my throat as I saw two humans standing there. The only thing I could say was, “What the hay?”
“Whoa, talking horse!” the taller of the two said. My first instinct was to take offense to that, but I knew Phoenix had gone through something similar, so I kept my anger internalized.
“Joe,” the shorter one replied, “said horse has wings and a horn, thus being some sort of unicorn-pegasus hybrid, and is in the company of a baby dragon, and is freaking purple, for crying out loud, and the thing that surprises you most is that it can talk?”
“You know, I’m right here!” I finally spoke up. I then let out a weary sigh. “Let me guess, you guys don’t have ponies like us back on Earth, right?”
“No,” the shorter one said,”nor on Vestal, New Vestroia, Gundalia, or Neathia, so I can conclude one of three things. One, this is all a weird dream, which is highly unlikely, judging by the headache I still have. Two, we’re on another planet, or three, a different dimension. I’m gonna guess number three.”
“From what the last human who came here said, I’d agree. But how’d you get here?” I asked.
“No clue,” the taller one said. “We were holding a reunion party with our friends…

Twilight’s Castle
POV: Twilight
“… and suddenly there was a flash of light. Next thing I know, we’re here.”
“Sounds like a summoning spell,” I replied, walking towards them. “But if you were summoned here, you must be here for something very important. I should probably write a letter to-“
“Mom!” I was interrupted by Nyx calling out. “What’s going on down there?” she suddenly appeared in the doorway. “Whoa, who and what are you?”
I groaned. “I suppose introductions are in order. I am Twilight Sparkle, Princess of Friendship. Please just call me Twilight or Twi, though, I’m not big on titles. The baby dragon is my assistant, Spike, and the filly is my adopted daughter, Nyx.”
“I’m Marucho,” the shorter one said, “and this is Joe.”
Suddenly, a voice rang out from nowhere. “A-hem, what are we, chopped liver?”
Marucho quickly replied to the unknown voice. “It’s ok, I didn’t forget you guys.” He then pulled out a collection of small spheres. “Twilight, meet the Bakugan.” The balls sprang open, revealing strange, tiny creatures. “They’re in ball form right now, but they’re friendly.” He pointed each out in turn, listing their names. “This is Preyas, Elfin, Akwimos, Tristar, Amazon, and Radizen.”
Akwimos spoke up. “Yo, more royalty? Maruch, you know how to meet people!”
My face suddenly lit up. These things obviously worked on new magic I’d never seen before!
“Uh, no, not magic,” Marucho replied.
Wait, had I said that out loud?
“Yes, yes you did,” Tristar said.
“Okay, I can ask questions later. My friends have probably already found some of yours, so they’ll most likely come here first.”
“Alright,” Marucho replied. “Say, got any info on this world we’re in?”
“Sure! Equestria was founded in-“I was interrupted by Spike dashing out of the room. “What the?”
“Gotta get away from Lecture Mode!” he yelled, running upstairs.
“Okay, then. Anyway, as I was saying…”

Near Fluttershy’s Cottage
POV: Fluttershy
Oh, dear, oh dear. I was just feeding the forest critters, and when I walked out of the Everfree, I saw two humans standing near my cottage. I accidently locked eyes with the boy, and he fainted! I didn’t know what to do! I didn’t accidently use my Stare on him, did I? That would be awful!
I ran over as quick as I could, but stopped when the girl looked at me. Would she faint too? My fears faded a tiny bit when she spoke to me. “Don’t worry, I won’t hurt you.” Her voice was soft and caring, like mine. “I think my friend was a bit shocked to see a pegasus, that’s all.”
“I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean to scare him!” I started apologizing profusely.
“Wow, you can talk? That’s amazing!” she exclaimed.
I blushed and hid behind my mane. “I’m really nothing special.”
“Sure you are. Everyone’s special in their own way.” She held out her hand. “I’m Alice. What’s your name? “
“I’m… Fluttershy.”
“Sorry, I couldn’t hear you. Could you say that a little louder?” she asked.
“I’m Fluttershy.”
“well, nice to meet you, Fluttershy.” This surprised me. She could hear me? “My friend here is Baron. Oh, and this is my partner, Hydranoid.” It was then I noticed the little creature floating above her shoulder. “Er, hello, little one,” I said.
“Hello, milady,” it said in a very masculine voice.
“Hydranoid is my Guardian Bakugan,” Alice explained. “He’s currently in ball form, but his true form is a large three-headed hydra. This also gives him three voices, so don’t be alarmed if they finish each other’s sentences.“
It was then that Baron started to wake. “Ugh, what happened?”
“Alice giggled a little. “You fainted when you saw Fluttershy here.”
“Oh, I did?” he looked sheepish. “Sorry about that. With all we’ve been through, I suppose a pegasus shouldn’t surprise me.”
“It’s okay,” I replied. I then remembered the last time a human was here. “Oh, Twilight will probably want to see you. She’s most likely the one who summoned you.”
“Thank you for telling us. Can you lead us to her?” Alice asked.
“Yes. Follow me.” We set off for town.

Sweet Apple Acres
POV: Applejack
I had just walked out of the barn after unloading the newest bushels of apples when I saw two humans approaching, I approached and asked, “Now who the hay are you, and what are ya’ll doin’ on mah farm?”
Their reactions were understandably confused. After all, from what Phoenix said, they don’t have ponies who can talk back on his world. The boy asked the girl, “Uh, Jules, did that horse just talk? And is it wearing a cowboy hat?”
The girl, ‘Jules,’ I guessed, was too busy staring at me to reply. She then let out a really loud squeal and shouted, “Oh. My. God! Talking pony! It’s so adorable! SQUEE!” she then rushed forward and crushed me in a bear hug! Yeesh, and Twi thinks I’m overenthusiastic with my greetings. This girl could give Pinkie a run for her bits!
The boy was eventually able to pull her off of me. “Sorry about that,” she told me. “I’m Julie, and this is Billy.” Ah, so Jules must be a nickname.
“Ah’m Applejack. Ah own this here orchard, Sweet Apple Acres, Biggest apple farm in all of Equestria!”
“Equestria? Is that where we were transported?” a very deep voice suddenly said. I looked around, trying to spot the new guy.
“I’d guess so, Gorem.” I then noticed Julie talking to a little creature on her shoulder. “Oh, right! Applejack, this is my partner Gorem.”
A small orb also hopped up onto Billy’s shoulder. It popped open to reveal a small Cyclops. “Yo,” it said, “I’m Billy’s partner, Cycloid.”
“Er, what?” I asked, confused.
“Oh, right. Gorem and Cycloid are in ball form fight now, but in their normal forms, nothing can bring them down!” Julie explained. “Okay, then. Let me just check on mah sister, then I’ll take y’all to see mah friend Twilight. She’ll know what’s going on.”
“Sweet,” Billy replied. “we’ll come with, just in case we run into our friends.”
“Fine by me. Let’s go, then.” So we set off towards the CMC clubhouse.

Carousel Boutique
POV: Rarity
I was headed up to my “Inspiration Room,” ready to create some fabulous dresses for my friends. “I simply must get these dresses finished for the others. I’m sure they’ll adore them,” I spoke to myself. When I opened the door, however, I was greeted by the surprised faces of two humans!
The boy was the first to break the silence. “Uhhh…”
As calmly as I could, I asked, “Who are you, and how did you get into my boutique?”
The girl seemed offended by this, as she said, “Whoa, lady, we didn’t break in, if that’s what you’re thinking. We literally just woke up here, so we have about as much knowledge as you.”
This calmed me a bit, as they weren’t thieves, at the very least. The boy spoke up. “Milady, we truly have no idea where we are, so please excuse us if we offended or scared you. Paige and I just woke up, as she said, and appear to have been separated from our friends. Any information you could give us would be most helpful.” My, what a gentlestallion he was. Or rather, gentleman, as our last human friend had phrased it.
“Separated from your friends? Do you know how this happened?” I asked.
“We don’t have much to go on, Lady…” he trailed off.
“Rarity, darling.”
“Right, Rarity. We were attending a party with our friends, when this bright light blanketed our vision. The next thing I know, I’m waking up here.”
“Hm, sounds similar to a summoning spell. Perhaps my friend Twilight called you here.”
He looked thoughtful for a moment. “Lady Rarity, could you possibly take us to meet this friend of yours?”
“Of course,” I replied. “But I never caught your names.”
“I am Rafe, member of the Castle Knights of Neathia,” the boy said, “and this is my partner, Wolfurio.” He opened his hand to reveal a small white sphere. The sphere popped open to reveal what looked like a miniature knight.
“Hello,” it greeted in an honorable male tone.
“I’m Paige,” the girl took over, “and this is my partner Boulderon. We’re members of the Gundalian Guard.”
The brown orb in her hand opened to reveal a golem-like creature. “Greetings,” it said in a slightly deeper voice than Wolfurio.
“Nice to meet all of you. Now, let’s make haste for Twilight’s home. With any luck, we’ll meet some of your friends along the way,” I told them. So we set off for the castle.

CMC Clubhouse
POV: Applebloom
We were just talking about new cutie mark ideas, when we suddenly heard arguing going on outside. Scootaloo said we should investigate, so of course I’m the one who got shoved out first. What I saw were six humans, standing right beneath our treehouse. One of them had glasses, another had a strange book, and another looked like they were from Neighpon. One of them had a fang in their mouth, two of them were wearing big fluffy robes, and one of the ones wearing robes had a mask over his face.
“Hey! Who the hay are you?” I called out. Sweetie and Scootaloo peaked out then, wondering who I was talking to.
The one in the brown robe spoke up. “Lord Spectra? I’m not losing my mind, am I?”
The one with the fang replied, “If you’re losing it, so are we.”
“Oh, cool, humans!” Scootaloo cried. Sweetie just facehooved from the lack of… tact, I think she called it later?
The masked one spoke up. “Who, and more importantly what, are you?”
“Ah’m Applebloom,” I said.
“I’m Sweetie Belle,” Sweetie replied.
“And I’m Scootaloo,” Scoots told them.
“And together, we are, THE CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS!” we finished together.
The guy in the mask deadpanned. “That only answered one of my questions.”
“Oh, right,” Sweetie Belle said. “We’re ponies. I’m a unicorn, Scootaloo’s a pegasus, and Applebloom’s an earth pony.”
The girl in glasses sighed. “Great, stuck in a land of talking ponies.”
The guy in the mask ignored her. “Well, I suppose we should introduce ourselves.” He removed his mask. “I am Keith Clay, but while I wear my mask, the name is Spectra Phantom.”
The other guy in the coat spoke next. “I am Gus Grav, Lord Spectra’s loyal servant.”
“The name is Chan-Lee,” the Neighponese-looking girl told us.
“I am Jesse Glenn,” the boy with the book said.
“Lena Isis,” the girl with the glasses went next.
“Hey, I’m Mason Brown,” the guy with the fang said.
“Well, mah sister will probably want to know yer here, so-“I was cut off by my sister arriving with two other humans. “Huh,” she said, “looks like we found some of yer friends.”
Equestria
Ponyville Outskirts
POV: Sonata
It was a nice day, I had to admit. It had been about a year since I was released for my part in what was being called “Turnabout Storm” around Ponyville. I had since become friends with many of the residents, and had decided to live there. I was walking near the outskirts, enjoying the day, when I noticed an odd sight: a pair of humans.
As I approached, they turned and noticed me. My special talent quickly kicked in. their clothes were nothing like I had seen, so they most likely were not from the same place as Phoenix was. They seemed to have small orbs floating near them, possibly weapons or artifacts. Judging by their stance and eyes, they were used to conflicts. There also seemed to be something between them. Were they seeing each other? I decided to speak up. “Hm, not every day you see a human here.”
The boy reacted first. “Uh, Mira, is this normal on Earth now? It has been a while, but-“
“No, Ace, this is definitely not normal.” The one named Mira was obviously trying not to scream from the weirdness of it all. And judging by how Twilight said the last human here reacted when he appeared, she had every right to.
I sighed. “Listen, I’m sure you’re confused, so allow me to explain. You aren’t on Earth, or wherever it is you’re from,” I started, seeing how ‘Ace’ mentioned not being from Earth, “You’re currently in the land of Equestria, where we have unicorns and pegasi and talking ponies. My name is Sonata.”
“Well, nice to meet you, Sonata,” ‘Mira’ said. “I’m Mira, and this is Ace.”
“Hello, Sonata.” This new voice startled me. Had I missed another human? “I’m Wilda, Mira’s Guardian Bakugan.” I then was able to trace the voice to the floating orb by Mira’s shoulder. The other orb proceeded to make indiscernible noises.
“Sorry, about that, Roxtor can’t really talk.” Mira looked at me apologetically.
“Wait, what’s a Bakugan?” I asked, confused.
“Long story,” the orb next to Ace said. “I’m Percival, Ace’s Guardian.”
“Nice to meet you,” I said, though I was a bit wary. “Well, Twilight probably knows what this is all about. Follow me, and I’ll lead you to her.”
“Thank you,” Mira replied. “Lead on, then.”
Crystal Empire
Crystal Castle
POV: Cadence
I was walking by the Crystal Heart Chamber with Shining when he stopped in his tracks. “Shh,” he said, “I hear voices.” He conjured a magical spear and opened the door. As the door swung open, I saw two humans standing there! “Hey!” Shining called out, “Who are you?”
“Uh…” was all either of them said.
“Shining, relax, they’re probably freaking out inside,” I whispered to him. “Remember what Twilight said? The ponies of their world can’t talk.”
He still plowed on regardless. “How did you get in here?”
The gray-haired one was the first to shake off his surprise, likely due to the fact that a magic spear was being leveled towards him. “Hey, I know about as much as you do. One moment, I’m hanging out with my friends, the next, I’m waking up here.”
The other one quickly nodded his head. “Yeah, dude, all I remember was a bright light, and then I’m in the land of talking ponies!”
I put a hoof on Shining’s shoulder. “I think they’re telling the truth.” He reluctantly lowered the spear, but didn’t dissipate it. “Now, would you care to share your names?”
“I’m Ren Krawler,” he gray-haired boy said, then indicated a small sphere in his hand, “and, this is my partner, LInehalt.” The sphere popped open, revealing a small creature.
“Greetings, your Majesty.” The creature spoke with a battle-hardened tone. He had obviously seen combat.
“Wait, what do you mean, Linehalt?” Ren asked his partner.
“Did you not notice the crown?” he replied. Ren glanced up at my crown, then proceeded to facehoof, or whatever it was that humans did.
“Anyhow, I’m Jake, and this is Coredem!” the other boy introduced. His partner also popped open.
“Nice to meet you.” This one had a deep, wiser voice. My guess was that Jake’s partner helped keep him grounded, as he seemed a little flighty.
“I am Princess Mi Amore Cadenza, but you can just call me Cadence. The one with the spear is my husband, Prince Shining Armor.”
“Nice to meet you,” Ren replied.
Jake was the one to pose the million bit question. “So… Now what?”

Vinyl and Octavia’s House
POV: Octavia
I was getting the sheet music I needed for my next performance ready when my roommate Vinyl approached me. “Yo, ‘Tavi. I think there’s someone up in the attic.”
I sighed at Vinyl’s silliness. “Vinyl, there is nothing up there. Now then, would you be a good friend and help me get ready for tomorrow?”
I started walking towards the attic stairs, but Vinyl wouldn’t let up. “But I’m tellin’ you, ‘Tavi. I heard someone up there!”
“And I’m telling you, Vinyl, that there is nothing up there but equipment,” I replied, shaking my head at her childishness. . “But I need to grab some of said equipment for my next performance, so I will prove that there is nothing up there.”
I opened the door, and walked in. “See, Vinyl, nothing…” the words died in my throat as I took notice of the two humans in our attic.
“Whoa, cool! How’d you guys get in our attic, though?” vinyl seemed to be taking this better than the other beings in this room, myself included.
The one dressed like a noble seemed to regain his senses first. “That, I cannot answer, milady, as I have no idea myself. We just suddenly woke up here. I apologize for any intrusion we have caused. I am Klaus von Hertzen, and my friend here is Julio Santana.”
“I am Octavia Melody, and this is my roommate, Vinyl Scratch.”
“So, care to explain how the hell you’re talking?” Julio asked.
Klaus’s hand met his face at that startling lack of tact. Vinyl took it in stride, though. She was in Ponyville during the whole Ace Swift incident, so she apparently knew we’d get a reaction like that. “Yeah, you guys aren’t on Earth anymore. You’re in Equestria, and us ponies are one of the main races around here.”
“I see.” Klaus seemed to accept this.
“Well, I suppose we should head out, then,” Julio stated. “We gotta find our friends.”
“We’ll come with you!” Vinyl said. “You’ll need a guide around Canterlot.”
“Yes, I suppose they will. Let’s set out, then, Vinyl,” I sighed.
Equestria
Royal Hedge Maze
POV: Discord
Ah, it would seem my little spell took effect! The Brawlers and their friend got scattered. Good, now they can socialize. Anyways, like Pinkie said, it’s been awhile, so let’s see if I can remember what Komba was saying. Oh, yes, it was, “What the heck?”
“My dear boy, it’s good to see you two are awake. Now, put the Bakugan away, and let’s chat.” I snapped my talons, and a table with tea appeared. I pulled out a seat and started pouring some tea.
“Okay…” he said, obviously wary. They still sat and took some tea.
“Now, then, you’re probably wondering where you are, who I am, and all that good stuff.” They nodded at this. “Alright, I’m Discord, Spirit of Chaos. The reason you’re separated from your friends is that while the rulers of this land were casting a summoning spell, I sprinkled a little chaos into it.” Seeing the looks on their faces, I continued. “Relax, they’re safe and sound. You’ll see them soon enough. As for where you are, welcome to Equestria, land of magical talking ponies.”
“Seriously?” Zenet said. I merely nodded.
“Now, then let’s go meet some rulers!” I declared, before teleporting us away.

Canterlot Castle
POV: Luna
After my sister greeted them, the humans merely stared. The Gundalian was the first to regain his composure. “Thank you for the welcome, but would you please explain how we got here?”
“A good question,” I replied. “We summoned you here, as evil forces from your word have invaded ours. We needed someone of equal strength to face them.”
“As for your friends,” Celestia continued, “do not worry. They were scattered due to a certain ‘friend’ of ours interfering with our spell, but they should be in no danger.”
“Very well then,” the Gundalian finally said. “I suppose we should introduce ourselves. I am Nurzak, Prime Minister of Gundalia, and this is my partner Sabator.” He then indicated his Bakugan.
“Hello,” the Subterra bull stated briefly.
“I am Commander Elright,” the older Neathian said. “My partner seems to have been sent with another of our friends.”
The younger Neathian spoke up. “I’m Linus, member of the Castle Knights, and this is my partner Rubanoid.”
“Greetings,” the Pyrus dragon said.
“I’m Gunz Lazar,” the human stated, “and this is Reptak.”
“Nice to meet you,” the Haos Bakugan told us.
“I am Princess Celestia, and this is my sister, Princess Luna. We are the rulers of this land,” my sister greeted.
“Good to meet you, Princesses.” Nurzak said. And then Discord appeared and ruined the quiet.
“It’s Discord time!”

Someplace near Manehattan
POV: ???
“You sure this is the right place?” I asked my friend.
“Positive. This is where Sombra’s major strike will take place. And where we’ll need to save Dan’s butt.”
“If you’re certain,” I said. I then placed my mask back on, deactivated the communicator, and walked back into the woods.
