Neightendo-Chapter 1 Part 2-Let’s Party!
The screen on Twilight Sparkle’s TV flickered for a moment before showing a 3 dimensional N logo before fading to black.
“Hmm, simple, yet memorable” commented Rarity.
The screen lit up to show a stage in a theatre, with a pony about the size of a foal with a red spotted mushroom on his head trotted on stage.
“Who’s this weirdo?” Rainbow Dash commented.
“shh” Twilight insisted.
“get on with it!, I’m getting WAAAY too bored!” said Rainbow Dash.
“fine, fine” said Twilight, skipping the intro. “Bored Rainbow can be almost as chaotic bored Pinkie…almost” Twilight thought to herself
Along with a cheery tune, a giant title that read “Mario Party 2”appeared on screen.
As the screen shifted to the main menu “I’ve been woderin, how come this is number 2, wheres 1?”Asked Applejack.
“Oh, I think the Princess said something about the first one sending many testers home with sore and blistered hooves due to having to rotate the control stick”. Replied Twilight.
“Oh...My” said Fluttershy
“Well shall we go see the rules?” asked Twilight
“NO!” said Pinkie Pie
“Yeah, let’s get to it, we’ll figure out as we go!” said Rainbow
“Ok, if you don’t mind, I think I’ll pick where we should go” said Twilight as she looked at all of the boards.
“This seems intresting” Said Twilight as she selected a board titled “Space Land”
“OK everyony, it looks like 3 others may join in who would like to-“ME!” said Pinkie as she snatched up the Blue second controller before even Rainbow could get her hands on it, so she settled for the 3rd, Red controller.
“Umm Twilight, I mean if no pony else wants to, I’d like to try…, if that’s okay” mumbled Fluttershy
“Of course Fluttershy, (to Applejack and Rarity) you two don’t mind do you?” said Twilight as she levitated the final controller into Fluttershy’s hooves.
“Of course not, dahling”
“Go ahead, sugarcube”
“Oh, ok” said Fluttershy as Twilight brought up the character selection screen
“So it looks like we can choose from six characters” said Twilight
“Ooh, ooh, I’m going with this one, he looks silly!” said Pinkie Pie, moving her on screen hand to the portrait of a portly stallion wearing a yellow shirt, purple overalls, glove, and sporting a large pink snout with a zigzag moustache.
“Hmm, it says here the gentleman’s name is “Wario” said Rarity who had pulled out the game’s instruction manual.
“Wario? I like it! A funny name for a funny pony!” said Pinkie and she pushed the blue A button to confirm her selection.
“I think I’ll go with this awesome looking monkey with the necktie” said Rainbow Dash, also making her selection
“Actually he’s a gorilla” corrected Fluttershy
“Whatever” replied Rainbow
“Says DK on his necktie, does it say what the DK says for Rarity?” said Applejack
“I believe it stands for Donkey Kong” answered Rarity
“Ooh does that mean he’s part monkey part donkey?!” said Pinkie
“Doubt it. What about you, Fluttershy?” Said Rainbow
“oh, um, This green dinosaur. Yoshi I think his name is, he looks so cute (thats an adorable nose). Twilight?”
“I’m thinking of the mare in the dress, she looks like a Princess, really proper and intelligent” said Twilight
“If she was intelligent she wouldn’t get kidnapped so much” Pinkie whispered to the audience
“oh, I agree Twilight; that pink dress looks absolutely marvelous on Princess (looks at manual) Peach!” praised Rarity.
“Apparently you have to set that clock to a certain number of turns, Twilight” informed Rarity
, I’ve set the amount of turns 20 so-“ “LET’S PARTY!” interjected Pinkie as the mushroom headed foal Rarity said was named Toad, and the 4 characters ran into a bright light at the end of the long pipe.
As the title “Space Land” appears on screen, the characters the ponies have chosen run by and then come back, but this time in space suits.
“So there are costumes changes depending on the land you play I’m guessing. Not only are those space suits smashing, that is a fabulous idea at variety” commented Rarity
As the 2 ponies, the dinosaur, and gorilla exited the pipe, Toad began to explain the situation in Space Land.
The screen blanked out and faded back in to reveal a space station, with pathways with arrows on them, some type of satellite in the corner, and a sinister looking number 5 in the center.
“Welcome to Space Land!”-he began. “As members of the Space Patrol, your job is to keep space peaceful! Your objective-(he said as a hologram of what looked like the combination of a turtle and a dragon appeared on a hologram) is to defeat the terror of the cosmos, Black Hole Bowser!”
“meep” said Fluttershy
“To help with your journey, here are 10 coins!” Toad said as 10 coins dropped on each of the characters.”
“It says that coins you get while you play are used to by items to use and stars. It says whoever has the most stars at the end of the game wins and gets to do battle with that unpleasant looking brute, Bowser” said Rarity
“Out of the way, ladies, heroine of the cosmos, coming through!” boasted Rainbow
“We’ll see about that Dashie!” Pinkie remarked
“Now we decide the turn order, the highest number goes first” said Toad.
“those dice blocks are how you move around they number 1-10” Rarity explained
Each pony except Fluttershy pressed the A button and the numbers on their dice blocks came up.
“hmm, a 5. Even chances of going first” Twilight thought out loud
“ooh, I got a 9!” Pinkie squealed excitedly
“come oooon 10!” said Rainbow Dash hopefully. (gasp)
Applejack burst out laughing “A 1?! If that aint irony I don’t know what is!”
“oh just wait AJ. You’ll get yours” said Rainbow shaking her hoof at AJ
“come on, Fluttershy!” said Pinkie
“oh, okay” she said gently tapping the blue button.
Applejack began laughing even harder and rarity began to join in“A 10! You were right Applejack! The absolute definition of karmic irony. Oh my sides!” Rarity exclaimed.
“Let’s just start already” grumbled Rainbow
The game began and the camera went to the starting point
“This looks like a board game” said Twilight
“According to the manua it is, but theres going to be some sort of mini-game after all of you have gone.
“A game within a game! GAMECEPTION!” yelled Pinkie
(back upstairs)
“Why do I even bother trying” grumbled Spike
(back downstairs)
Toad appeared on screen and showed the location of the first star and explained the ponies needed 20 coins to get one whoever reaches him first.”
“aww, yeah, prepare to be crushed under the weight of my stars!” boasted Rainbow
YOSHI START appeared on TV, signaling Fluttershy was up first.
“Okay, here goes. (hits A) oh, a 4. Not a bad start.”
So the green dinosaur moved from the starting position and 4 spaces to the left landing on a blue space

“So those blue spaces give you 3 coins.” Said Twilight, a blue hue appearing behind Yoshi’s portrait.
WARIO START
“Weee! My turn!” said Pinkie, instantly mashing the A button as the dice block appeared, showing a number 5 moving the portly pony to a red space

“aww, those red spaces take away 3 coins.” Pinkie said disappointingly. A red color appearing behind her character’s portait
PEACH START
“Ok, let’s see. 7 that’s good” Said Twilight as if she was waiting for the right time to jump into the dice block. +3 coins
DK START
“Finally!” Rainbow said as if she had been waiting for hours
“An 8! Ha! See you 3 at the star she gloated as the gorilla moved to a green ? space.
“what does this do?” asked Rainbow
As if on cue, a blue block in a futuristic vehicle stared driving towards the players, all of them running back to the start to avoid it.
“….”Rainbow was silent. Everypony else could have sworn they heard something snap.
Applejack and Rarity did their best to stifle their giggles, but it didn’t work out.
“Unpredictable, just like me! I think I like this already!” Pinkie said happily
(Since when did Pinkie become self-aware) thought Twilight
Just then, the color of Rainbow’s characters' portrait, green, flashed before turning red black missile shot across the screen, leaving a cloud with the words

Neightendo ch. 1 Part 3- Let the Mini-games Begin!
“Hey, that’s what I said!” said Pinkie
“ Pinkie; Mini-game?”
“Oh yeah, sorry Dashie”
They had all read the instructions to the minigame (in Dash’s case skimmed) and the Minigame was just about to begin. The screen lit up with the two teams on separate handcars on rails high up in the air.
“Ok, A as fast as possible and the stick to go around corners easy peasy” said Rainbow
“Good luck everypony.” mumbled Fluttershy
READY?
GO!
The sound of repeated tapping suddenly filled the room, with Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie of course giving it all they’ve got as their handcar speed through the track, Pinkie mainly handling the cornering. What no pony expected was Twilight and Fluttershy being neck and neck with them. Twilight’s precision with the stick helped them get around corners while Fluttershy’s gentle yet almost unreal tapping speed propelled their cart to almost the exact same position as the opposite teams as the two carts twisted and turn over the rails and track before coming into the jump.
“Come on Pinkie, double time!” yelled Rainbow
The cyan Pegasus started tapping the button even harder, with Fluttershy doing the same. The icons of their positions were almost symmetrical as they finally crossed the…
GOAL!
No pony had any idea who had won outright. The players’ waiting for the winners to be decided felt like an eternity until the screen was emblazoned with the letters...
DK & WARIO WON!
The gorilla and the mustached stallion rose up and cheered in victory
“Yes! What a rush!” whooped Rainbow
“Yay!” said Pinkie
“Good game everyony.” said Twilight
“Sorry Twilight…”
“”Aw don’t be sad Fluttershy, you and Twilight did great!”
“Oh, thanks Rainbow.”

As they all had to start from the beginning again, Turn 2 was rather uneventful, but with a collective sigh of relief nopony landed on a ? space. Fluttershy rolled a 9, Pinkie a 3, Twilight a 2, and Rainbow a 10, all of them landing on blue spaces.
“Alright, bring it on minigame!” boasted Rainbow still excited over her and Pinkie’s victory and the fact she was leading.
4 PLAYER MINIGAME
“So what exactly does that mean?” Applejack asked Rarity who was consulting the manual once more.
“EVERYPONY FOR HERSEEELF!”
(gulp) came a meek voice as the next minigame was selected.
SNEAK’N SNORE
The game cut to the instruction screen
‘so just move to a button and go back without getting caught by some big ball and do nothing to hide? Doesn’t seem too difficult” said Twilight
“A big metal ball with teeth (gulp)”said Fluttershy as Twilight exited the instructions to begin the minigame
The screen cut to a gray stone room with 4 doors and the characters in a barrel in front of them. 4 buttons in front of a sleeping Chain Chomp (a giant black ball with sharp teeth tethered to a post by a chain) adorned the other side of the room, a bubble rising and lowering as it snored.”

The gorilla, the princess, and the portly plumber took off Rainbow and Pinkie going full speed and Twilight going slightly slower, but Fluttershy’s character remained hidden in the barrel
“Fluttershy dear, you know the game has started right?” questioned Rarity
“I’m not letting that big scary thing hurt the poor dinosaur even if it is just a game.”
*POP*
The bubble indicating the Chain Chomps slumber popped, indicating it was awake. Twilight’s character quickly hid inside the barrel to hide and Pinkie’s barely made in inside as well. Rainbow however, wasn’t so lucky as she kept going full speed until the chain chomp grabbed the monkey and threw him down a pipe, eliminating Rainbow Dash from the minigame.
“Stupid dog, ball, teeth, THING!” grumbled Rainbow as the chain chomp went back to sleep.
With Dash gone and Fluttershy refusing to move the slightest inch, it just came down to Twilight and Pinkie, both of whom reach the buttons and opened the exit doors and proceeded backwards.
*POP*
Both remaining (willing) participants managed to hide in their barrels in time but only Pinkie continued and Twilight remain-*POP*
Even Pinkie was caught off guard at the sudden second awakening of the beast as he grabbed Pinkie’s character and threw him down the same pipe.
“Note to self, develop new Pinkie sense for video games”

“okey dokey loki, lets catch up! (punch) an 8, yay!” said pinkie as her character halted in front of a building, where a green koopa told Wario to deposit five coins.
“aww, mean meanie pants Koopa taking my coins!” said Pinkie as she landed on the blue space next to the bank space (18).
“Koopa? but they look like turtles.” said Fluttershy
“yes, but their called Koopas”
“how did you know that?”, said Rarity who found the name in the manual
“I have my sources, Rarity, but it would take pages to explain who.”
“Rarity, its Pinkie, I’ve learned to just go with it” said Twilight
PEACH START
“(punch) a 9!” said Twilight
Princess Peach strolled 9 spaces and landed on the bank space Pinkie previously passed
“Congratulation, for landing on the bank space, you get the five coins in our reserves!” said the koopa.
“oh, that was lucky!” said Twilight (31)
“Hey, those were mine!” objected Pinkie.
“Sorry Pinkie, don’t worry I’m sure you’ll catch up.” Said Twilight
“I’m watching you, Sparkle” Pinkie said glaring at the lavender egghead
“Twilight, it may not help much, but lock your door tonight”
“Yeeeah, very sound advice Rainbow.”
DK START
(punch) “ a 9 huh? ugh I have to pay that greedy turtle too” groaned Rainbow Dash as the gorilla landed on a blue space.(21)
At the conclusion of Rainbow’s turn, she was the closest to the location of the star, which resided just above a junction in the very center of the map with a cryptic number five on it. The picture on Twilight’s character portrait flashed and became red before the type of the next minigame was selected.
1 VS 3 GAME
“Me against the rest of you that hardly seems fair” said Twilight
“Maybe you have some type of advantage” said Rarity
ARCHER-IVAL
After the ponies learned the controls, the ponies cut to the game screen, which featured Peach levitating a bow and arrow with her unicorn magic and the other 3 characters along with a Toad, a Boo, and Baby Bowser as moving circular orange and (in the case of boo, baby bowser and toad) square purple targets across a small archery range. A number 30 appeared at the top of the screen to indicate the time limit.

*eep* went Fluttershy as she moved Yoshi to the far side of the row they were on to avoid Twilight’s arrows, only to be boxed in by the toad and boo targets
“Sorry, Fluttershy” said Twilight
With a well aimed shot, Twilight’s character hit the Yoshi target and quickly hit one of the surrounding targets for 2 bonus coins.
Twilight wasn’t as fortunate when she aimed for the Wario target, which Pinkie was constantly moving back and forth easily dodging Twilight’s arrows.
“what? grr. Pinkie, hold still!” Twilight grumbled
“Nopi dopi lopi, I can’t do that Twilight” giggled Pinkie
As the timer reached 13 seconds, Twilight was running out of time. She managed to hit Rainbow Dash’s character who was boxed int between the edge of the platform their targets were on and the Baby Bowser target. Pinkie still remained in the middle getting out of the every time right before the arrows hit her.
“can’ t catch me!” exclaimed Pinkie as she blew a playful raspberry
Five seconds remained on the clock
“come ooon” said Twilight hopefully

“WHAT! I HIT HER!” said Twilight, her mane showing the slightest orange, fire like hue.
“I’m afraid right after the timer went out Twilight.” Said Rarity sympathetically
“HA! PAYBACK SPARKLE! I’m the party master here!” said Pinkie relishing the fact she avenged her loss the previous turn
“nice Pinkie!” said Rainbow Dash
“Umm, yes, good job. Please calm down you two.” Said Fluttershy nervously
“Oh, sorry” Pinkie and Twilight said in unison but still slightly glaring at each other.

TURN FOUR
The next turn went by without many complications. Poor Fluttershy rolled a 10 but ended up losing 8
Coins, five from the koopa bank and 3 from the red space she l landing landed on(21). “ooh” went the timid Pegasus as her ears drooped. Pinkie also rolled a 10, moving past Fluttershy, then moving up at the ominous 4 way junction, and landing on a blue space (31) right above the green number five as it changed to a 4.
“Something tells me we’ll regret moving that way if the number reaches 0” Fluttershy thought out loud.
“You think? What gave you a clue, the red, Bowser shaped circle or the scary green number?” Rainbow teased
“Umm...Both” squeaked Fluttershy
Twilight rolled a five, but to everypony’s surprise, went the opposite direction of the star and then landed on a blue space next to a space similar to Bowser. (thirty six)
“Twilight, you know that star is the other way right?” said a confused Applejack
“Yes, I know, but the rest of you are so close. Let’s face it, one of them are getting that first star.”
“Aww thanks Twilight”! said Pinkie putting Twilight in one of her signature spine fracturing hugs. To Twilight it felt more back breaking than usual.
“Don’t…thank… yet…Plan…ahead…let go please!” Twilight choked out
“oopsie!” Pinkie said, blushing a little.
“come on, higher than 3, and that star is mine!” said Rainbow, who rolled just that, landing on a blue space 1 space away from the star(34).
“AWW COME ON! Does this stupid game do this on purpose?! Does it like giving us frustrated pain?! Fumed Dash
You have nooo idea Dashie” said Pinkie, trying to comfort the raging spectrum maned Pegasus
“I’m watching you” said Rainbow, pointing a hoof at the TV, then at her own rose colored eyes.
“eep” went Fluttershy
1 VS 3 MINIGAME

BOB OMB BARRAGE
“(gulp) umm, everypony pony? Please don’t go easy just because it’s me...” Fluttershy said, almost instantly regretting that sentence.
“You sure Fluttershy?” said Rainbow Dash, surprised that the timid Pegasus anticipated that she was going to just that.
“Not really, but still please don’t hold back”
The mares read the instructions of the minigame which told the ponies that the 3 mare team has to flick the control stick to launch bombs into a moving boat populated by the other player
After pressing START the game cut to a small lake where Yoshi was floating in a circular tub while the other 3 characters were on shore holding black, white eyed Bob Ombs.
Time: 30 seconds
START
Fluttershy immediately moved the tub to the back of the lake, as far away from the bombs as possible.
This proved to be an effective strategy, as the team of 3 could not flick their control sticks in the right direction or just not enough force.
“This is impossible, even for me!” said Pinkie
“I’d never thought I’d see the day” said Rainbow
With 20 seconds remaining, the 3 mare team finally got the hang of the flicking controls, one bomb just barely bouncing off the side of the tub Yoshi was in, causing Fluttershy to squeak in fear and dash right to the center of the pool, moving back and forth.
“geez how can you move like that Fluttershy?” grumbled a frustrated Rainbow
Rainbow looked at Fluttershy when she didn’t respond to see nothing but steel determination in the eyes of the normally reserved Pegasus as the clock came down to the last 4 seconds.
“Awww” said Pinkie

“c’mon Fluttershy, you can do better than that! We’ve been working on that since the Best Young Flier’s Competition!” said Rainbow

(Back upstairs) “wha, whoa, earthquake! Run for our lives!” said Spike

“Remind me to never send you to Princess Luna ever again for cheer training.”

TURN FIVE
As the fifth turn began, Fluttershy rolled a six and moved to the ominous numbered junction. And moved upwards.
“No way…” Pinkie and Rainbow gasped.
“congratulations! Would you like to trade 20 coins for a star?” said Toad
“umm, ok” said Fluttershy
After four frevious turns, the first star has been acquired by Fluttershy, instantly putting her in first with 1 star and 11 remaining coins.
“I’m, I’m in first? Really? “
“Hey, not bad Fluttershy! I’m not even mad that you got it when I was so close I could taste the star!” praised Rainbow
“Oh, thanks Rainbow”
“Hey Dashie…” began Pinkie
“Don’t even ask Pinkie, stars are even spicier than Rainbows, don’t ask how I know that.”
Toad showed the location of the next star, which happened to be only 8 spaces from its previous location, he also warned that anyone who passes the previous star spot has to deal with Baby Bowser.
Fluttershy’s character continued the turn, landing on a blue space next to a second Koopa Bank at the start of a horizontal path on the board (14).
Pinkie rolled a 4 and ended up passing Baby Bowser and she had to surrender five coins to him, then she landed on a blue space right behind Fluttershy. (29)
Twilight’s turn began and she rolled a 1. A very unfortunate 1 as her character landed onto a Bowser Space.
“This does not bode well” said Twilight
The screen cut to a rocky pit, with Bowser standing in the middle laughing evilly.
“BWAH HAH HAH! Welcome PEACH. Because you were so kind to land on a Bowser Space, let’s spin the roulette and decide your fate.”
BOWSER ROULETTE
Bowser’ roulette span and span, each choice most unfortunate than the last, Twilight hoped for the lesser of man evils as it finally stopped on a choice.
“10 coins for Bowser it is! Our fabulous prize is the honor of giving me 10 coins! BWAH HAH HAH! Until next time, loser!” said Bowser before the game returned to the board. (twenty six)
“Only a minor setback, if I play right, I can still catch up” said Twilight.
“come ooon, please don’t buck me over just this once!” said Rainbow as she hit the dice block.
“YES!” went the cyan Pegasus as she rolled a 9. Rainbow didn’t even care that she lost five coins to Baby Bowser as she went onto the star space.
“Yes! Ha, things are finally looking up. Back in the lead!” bragged Rainbow as everypony offered their congratulations.
Toad showed the location of the next star, 3 spaces right after the starting point and baby Bowser moved to the spot the star was just at. Everypony groaned at the realization they have to trek all the way back to where they began the game to retrieve the next star.
When her turn resumed, Rainbow barely passed a ? space and landed on the blue space afterwards, ending her turn (1 star, 17 coins)
4 PLAYER GAME
BUMPER BALLS
“Ooh, sounds fun! We have to bump each other off the stage!” said Pinkie
“into a pit of lava (gulp). Well it at last seems simple, you just move the ball while your character I on top.” said Fluttershy
The stage for the minigame was a simples circular black pillar above a pit of lva, with each character balancing on balls about the size of a regular pony on 4 ends of the circular arena. DK was on a brown ball, Yoshi on green, Peach on Pink, and Wario on yellow.
START
The characters belonging to Rainbow, Pinkie, and Twilight charged toward the middle, but as for Fluttershy, her character just stood there to stay out of the fight.
“Sorry Fluttershy, that won’t work! Yor supposed to bump into them, silly!” said Pinkie, who dodged a charge by Rainbow, which sent the necktie wearing gorilla that was the rose eyed Pegasus’ character off the edge. Then Pinkie’s character rolled towards Fluttershy’s sat top speed, sending the cute dinosaur into a pit of scorching, butt burning lava.
Only two remained. The puffy, playful, pink party pony of Ponyville, and the smart, studious student of Celestia
The two characters balls repeatedly rammed into each other (stop laughing) neither gaining any headway.
“I (bump) won’t (bump) lose (bum p) this (bump) game (bump) Twilight! (bump) whoopsie!”
Pinkie accidentally rolled down instead of toward Twilight’s character, but it ended up being n her favor as Twilight was charging at her for another stalemate when she rolled out of the way, sending her character, the pink pony princess off the stage.

“YAY!” yayed Pinkie
“Yeah, take that Sparkle! Who’s the Party Pony, I AM! Who’s the mare with the party game flair, I AM!”
“Pinkie calm down! Are you ok? You’ve been more competitive than me!” said a concerned Rainbow dash
“Boy howdy is that saying somethin’” Applejack whispered to Rarity
“Oh I’m FINE! I’m happy I finally won something in this game that should have been tailor made for and should have been a breeze for me but for some reason I haven’t been doing good at a PARTY GAME and I’m the party pony not to mention the writer the talentless hack, is making mad because he hasn’t even have me win solo at all but other than that I’m OKEY. DOKEY. LOKI. DASHIE. “said Pinkie who was staring at Rainbow with wild eyes.
“I can see that.” Said a nervous Dash, who decided not to pursue to subject further to avoid further nightmares.

“Five turns down. Hopefully we’ll finish before Pinkie goes nuts” Twilight whispered to Rainbow Dash

The resulting tussle was enough to shake Twilight’s tree loose from it’s roots. Having finally snapped, Pinkie began assaulting and force feeding Twilight cake, ice cream, cupcakes, and muffins. Twilight futally trying to throw her off with magic. Rainbow and Applejack tried to break them off but each ended up with a face full of magic or cake. Fluttershy cowered under a facehoofing Rarity’s sofa, shivering as the scuffle seemed to go on for hours.
“QUIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!”
The fight stopped immediately as Twilight, Pinkie, and the others looked to the top of the stairs to see a droopy eyed, scowling baby dragon drowsily descending the steps toward the television.
“Okay, party’s over!” yelled Spike as he located and flipped the POWER switch, turning off the console.
“Twilight, Pinkie, apologize, NOW!”
“Sorry, Twilight”
“Sorry, Pinkie”
“GOOD! Now if you would all except Twilight leave until tomorrow, that would be LOVELY!”
Without another word, the Twilight, Pinkie, Rainbow, Applejack, Fluttershy, and Rarity (who hugged apologetically to the blushing yet still angry dragon) quickly ascended the stairs and trotted to Twilight’s front door and stepped outside to talk.
To everypony’s amazement, Luna’s moon was high in the sky. They had no idea so much time had passed, and with a graceful yawn from Fluttershy, how tired they were.
“Okay, if we do this again, no doing while Spike’s napping.” Twilight whispered to the others, who nodded in agreement.
“Twilight, I really am sorry that I became a jealous, crazy, sore loser pants” said a frowning Pinkie
“It’s okay Pinkie, no offence taken, we just need to make sure to not get like that again, even if it is something we’re good at.” The two hugged to show no remaining hard feelings about the argument to the relief of the remaining four.
Well (yawn) it’s getting late, tell us when the Princess has another, less rage inducing game for us. Good night!” Said Rainbow as she flew to her cloud home.
The others exchanged their good nights and sleepily went their separate ways, Twilight returning to the interior of the library, taking Rainbow's advice to heart and locking the door.
“Spike, I know you’re tired but, oh!” exclaimed a Surprised Twilight as she spotted the still sleepy baby dragon standing in the middle of the library quill and parchment in hand.
“Spike, you don’t have any chores tomorrow for this.”
Dear Princess Celestia,
M friends and I have just concluded our first test session with this new device. The game was incredibly fun, varied, and entertaining, especially with friends. However the nature of the game began to quickly cause some problems.
Maybe next time send a game that isn’t so rage inducing? Despite that, we all had great fun and we all (Pinkie especially) learned a special lesson about friendship. If a pony is very talented at something she loves, she shouldn’t become angry or aggressive at somepony who meets or surpasses their skill at the same field. Every pony has a chance to shine, whether it may be their special talent or not.
We are eagerly yet cautiously awaiting the next game.
