After a devastating spell error, Rainbow Dash is gone for five years. Now, in her return, she will tell a story between her and a man.
Rainbow Dash, Elemental Bearer of Loyalty, is being transported somewhere after being misfired by her friend's teleportation spell. Now, five years later, she has returned, but being different than she was now.
Rainbow Dash, Elemental Bearer of Loyalty, is just flying through the clouds, practicing her flight in anticipation for the next Wonderbolt show. She was currently the new Wonderbolt crew, graduated or at least being honored in the Wonderbolts Academy, by the Captain of the Wonderbolts herself, Spitfire.
It was actually a perfect day for her at least. No troubles, no ceases, just endless practicing. She was literally soaring in the air in freedom, practicing for the big event.
'This is gonna be the best show will the Wonderbolts get!' She thought as she continues her flying practice. However, she was rudely interrupted by a letter sent by Spike's sending letter fire. It reads:
Dear Rainbow Dash,
I'm sorry to interrupt your practice for the Wonderbolts show, but this is extremely important. I finally got to perfect my teleportation spell, and I'm super excited about it at last. However, in sure that it will not backfire, I ask you here to see the spell work in mere perfect condition.
Again, I'm sorry for interrupting you. I assure you, as soon this is finish, you will go back to your flying again.

Princess Twilight Sparkle
'Why me Twilight? Why me?!' Rainbow Dash is now raging mentally as she reads the letter. Although very short, it was clear that her friend wanted her to see the teleportation spell that Twilight now perfected on. But, after reading the last sentence, she calmed down, knowing that Twilight's are too true to be lies. With a 'whatever' expression, she zipped through the clouds, going towards the Golden Oaks Library.
>Minutes Later<
Rainbow Dash finally got to Twilight's library/home, which was just near but she didn't even care. All she cared about was the practice. With a sigh, she enters the library, being greeted by Twilight.
"Hello Rainbow Dash! I'm so glad you came." Twilight greeted with a very huge smile on her face.
"Yeah I came here. Now, about that spell?" Rainbow Dash replied with a hint of annoyance, but to Twilight, she didn't even care at all. Again with another smile, she replied:
"Oh of course Rainbow Dash. I will ready myself now." With composing herself for a moment, Twilight charges her horn for the spell. Rainbow Dash is just standing there, watching the display with a mixture of annoyance and wonder. However, all soon will break loose when Twilight's horn began to spark badly. This is a call of disaster, and Rainbow Dash is trying to back off, but it was no use. A bolt of the spell misfired at Twilight's horn, into Rainbow Dash. She was too slow to dodge the speeding bullet as she was struck by it, and moments later, she was gone.
For Twilight, it was now a devastating. First the spell misfires now this, losing a friend is more than that. It's like your life is being ripped off by something and it will never come back. Seconds later, she falls to the ground, weeping for the lost of her rainbow-maned friend.
>5 Years Later<
Five years. Five bucking years since the lost of Rainbow Dash. The ponies, including Twilight's friends, heard the news four days later, by Spike, after the incident. They were too shocked to hear the news. Twilight was THE Element of Magic, and she will perfect any spells that are broken or not yet successfully finished. However, the ponies quickly forgave Twilight because of the simple reason that the spell backfired.
It was another day for the five year lose of Rainbow Dash. Even until now, Twilight is still depressed about it, but keeps a strong face out of everyone. She is now currently living in the Canterlot Castle, while Spike is busy managing the Golden Oaks Library.
"This is just ridiculous." Twilight muttered under her own breath as she walk down the hallway, still remembering the past, keeping her mind jumbled up. True, this is just ridiculous, but with her depression, it's possible. However, when she is still walking down the hallway, a massive explosion with green light was shown, getting the princess's attention. Looking around, she could see that the Everfree Forest is now lit up. Fluttershy is in danger!
"Princess! Are you alright?" Whipping her head she could see two Royal Guards greeting her.
"I'm alright. Now...." She cleared her throat, and using the Royal Canterlot Voice with modern Equish, she ordered:
"GET YOUR FLANKS UP AND GET TO THAT FIRE IN THE EVERFREE FOREST! DO I EVEN MAKE MYSELF CLEAR?!" The voice cracked the windows, and with a shaky salute, the guards took off, leaving Twilight to calm herself before looking back at the fire.
>Everfree Forest<
Right in the middle of the fire stands two figures, all dress in black with black shades. They are literally standing in the center of the green fire, but one of them raises it's strange hoof and in an instant, the fire is gone. The other figure sighed, remembering what happened.
"You remember where I come from Neo?" The figure asked Neo.
"Equestria right?"
"Yeah I think I'm home now Neo." The second figure said.
"This is Equestria Rainbow Dash? Just a forest?" Neo asked.
"No. If I remember for all those years, then it's the Everfree Forest. One of the most dangerous places in Equestria." Rainbow Dash replied.
"If this is dangerous then I suggest we should get the hell out of here." Neo suggested.
"Good call." Rainbow Dash replied, liking the idea. With a few moments to spare, they casually walk out of the Everfree Forest, like it was no threat at all. They walk and walk and walk until finally, they could see in Rainbow Dash's head, Fluttershy's home.
'Great. If Fluttershy saw me, what if she will spread the word?' Rainbow Dash mentally thought as silent reigned between she and Neo, the One.
The two duo's continued to stare in silence, not even moving or anything that will potentially come at them. Rainbow Dash, in particular, is just conjuring in her mind what would happen if Fluttershy meet her again and Neo. Her primary reaction is to slam the door as usual, but she is long accustomed to it. But what was worrying her the most is the Everfree Forest, or the Royal Guards.
Neo, on the other hand, is just staring at the cottage with no particular interest. But if Rainbow Dash knew this place, then he will trust her like he did to Morpheus and Trinity. However, like Rainbow Dash, he is now pondering at the possibility that the authorities here will be alerted by the green explosion thanks to The Matrix.
"Should we try to get to your house first Rainbow Dash?" The question from Neo actually snaps Rainbow Dash back from her pondering state.
"Yeah. I think your right. But..." Rainbow Dash paused first before continuing. "...are you worried that anyone, or in this case, anypony will see us?"
"Don't fret Rainbow Dash. Nobody will see us. Even if they do, they will have no idea they are dealing with right?" Neo replied with a smile. "Where is your house anyways?"
"You forgot already Neo?" Rainbow Dash asked. The One just laughed slightly.
"No. But without any direction, then how could we get to it, with the moon high up in the sky?"
"Oh don't worry with it Neo, I will show you the-" She was interrupted by a rustling in a bush. Neo and Rainbow Dash spun their heads for the incoming threat, but what came out was a sigh of relief. The 'attacker' was nothing more than Fluttershy's pet bunny, Angel.
"Phew, for a second I thought-"
"Angel! Where are you?!" Rainbow Dash know that voice anywhere. It was her long-time friend Fluttershy. Without any hesitation Rainbow Dash hid herself in a bush, with Neo following her. Fluttershy comes out seconds later, with joy that she found her beloved Angel.
"Angel! What are doing here???! Don't you know that the Everfree Forest is dangerous?!" The white bunny just titled her head where Neo and Rainbow Dash is hiding. However, Fluttershy doesn't even know what is it anyways. With a sigh, she retreated back to her cottage. But before the duo could rise back from the bush, another voice was heard, and it's something Rainbow Dash doesn't like to hear.
"PRINCESS! WE'RE ALMOST AT THE SITE OF THE EXPLOSION!" It was the voice of a Royal Guard and judging from his sentence, one of the princesses is here as well. The hoof steps were some many that there was an indication that some Royal Guards were with the princess. They waited for the hoof steps to be faint to hear, and they come out of the bush.
"Neo, what are we going to do now?" Rainbow Dash asked. The One looked down on the The Support and replied:
"We should try to get out of here. Judging by the sound, there is at least twenty guards with one purple pony." Rainbow Dash wide-eyed what Neo was talking about. Thanks to Neo's Prime Program, Twilight is now, with a plenty of guards, moving to the site where they standing a few minutes back. But, since Royal Guards doesn't even care to strangers, she nods her head in agreement. Taking their stances of flying, they flew at the sky at break-necking speeds, and they got to Rainbow Dash's flying cloud house.
Moving into Rainbow Dash's bedroom, Neo takes a looks around. It was literally messy, with a poster saying the 'Wonderbolts' printed into it, and a multitude of pictures. The pictures, in Neo's perspective, were Rainbow Dash with another group, presumebly as the 'Wonderbolts' themselves, and her friends.
"You know, this pictures reminds me of happy times." Neo spun around and saw Rainbow Dash, completely without her clothing, an indication that she was ready for bed.
"This must be your friends is it?" He asked the rainbow-maned pegasus. She just sighed.
"Yeah. Twilight, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Applejack. Best of buddies. Now, I'm just worried what will they think if they saw me, and you Neo."
"It's alright Rainbow Dash. After all, we made our choice back then."
"Yeah I guess your right." She smiled. It was a very happy smile from Neo's perspective. "Come, let's rest."
With a nod of approval, Rainbow Dash and Neo goes to their respective beds, before sleep comes to take them.
The following morning, Neo and Rainbow Dash woke up at the same time. However, Neo was more active than the two, so he got up and dust off his clothing. Rainbow Dash, on the other hand, yawns before rubbing her eyes to clear them out.
"Good morning." Neo greeted.
"Good morning also to you Neo." Rainbow Dash greeted back. These two were more than partners. They treated each other like a brother-sister type, despite being in different worlds.
"Ready for a walk?" Neo asked. Their walk was just simply visit the Wonderbolts, Rainbow Dash's team when she was graduated. However, Rainbow Dash was very cautious to approach her team again, as the Captain, Spitfire, will go blazing questions to her where she had been.
"Yeah maybe. Let me get my clothes first." Rainbow Dash got to her dressing room and after ten minutes of dressing up, she was ready to go for it.
"Ready where you are RD."
"I'm always ready Neo." She replied with a smile. Taking to their stances again, they flew in break-necking speed to go the Wonderbolts Academy.
>Wonderbolts Academy<
The Wonderbolts Academy is a place in the sky wherein the Wonderbolts reside in, and also training new recruits. The Wonderbolts could perform acrobatics that was not rivaled for decades. However, almost all of the Wonderbolts were not hyper active from before. Even Spitfire, Captain of the Wonderbolt, was not in her usual mood today.
However, the moods is broken by two stumps that created an earthquake that is normally on the earth. They go out of their respective buildings, as per order from a precautionary rule. However, when they go out of their buildings they were completely shocked to see a pony and some sort of a bipedal creature. The pony was rainbow-maned, much like Rainbow Dash, but couldn't tell because of the clothing. The creature on the other hand, was like the pony, but in a bipedal fashion thought. All of them are staring at the two, and they are staring back at them. It was unusually odd for this, but then the bipedal creature said:
