In the past, princess Celestia wasn't the pony she is today, She was greedy so she was visited by three ghosts of Hearth's Warming Eve

In the first years in the sisters reign, Luna was the only princess to show concern to its citizens , at the eve of Hearth's Warming day. Celestia is warned by her dead apprentice that she will be visited by Three ghosts of Hearth's Warming eve. Will she change for the better or will she become hated by all
The winter wind howled through the castle as Princess Celestia finishes her paperwork. As the sunset Approaches, Celestia blows off her candle and begun proceeding to the throne room as she went to the public hearing. An old Stallion was preaching to get a donation to the new orphanage.
“Your highness, I’ve come here to request a donation to the new foal’s orphanage.” The old stallion said.
“Fantastic, Guards send this serf a cart full of Carrots to this stallion’s orphanage.” Luna commanded. The guards nodded but was halted by Celestia through magic.
"What is this?" Celestia shouted.
"Oh sister this serf has built a orphanage of young foals and I'm sending them carrots as an Hearth's Warming present." Luna stood up to dispel the magic Celestia cast to stop the guards. But Celestia was more powerful than Luna and levitated the guards Back to their posts.
"THE FOALS WILL STARVE." Luna Interrupted in the royal Canterlot voice . "SO WHAT, LET THEM STARVE TO LOWER THE EQUESTRIAN POPULATION!" Celestia shouted back at Luna. In fright the stallion galloped away from the castle leaving the two enraged sisters.
"Celestia go to your room and get some rest. I'll guard the night now" Luna finally calmed down and flew away from the castle.
"Bah humbug. Guards your shift is done, The vampire guards will take care of my castle now.." Celestia got out of the throne room and was stopped by the captain of guards.
"Your highness Prince Blueblood has invited you to his Party. What do you say?" The captain stared at the white princess.
"Ugh, Whats the occasion?"
"Your highness, Its Hearth's Warming Eve." The Captain said Nervously.
"I'll pass i have better things to do than.....party, Give my nephew my regards." Celestia trotted away from the guard. The princess went to her bedroom to get some rest but she was disturbed by an unknown force. A rattle resonated around the room.
"Cel....Les...tia...." A ghost with chains hanging on the apparition glowing light blue appeared.
"Starswirl the bearded is that you, you're dead. speak apparition" "...your....highness....there....is.....still..a.....chance..I....have..come...here....to.....warn....you....Cel....Les..tia.........Three...ghosts......will....appear.....the...when.the..clock...strikes...prepare.....to..see....them....they.....will......be.....your.....salvation......" The ghost of Celestia's past apprentice flew as the chains rattle and left the princess confused.
"What kind of wizardry is this?" Celestia muttered.
Suddenly the ghost of Hearth's Warming's past appeared in front of her. It was a pink earth pony that wears weird clothing. Celestia recognizes this as one of the founders of equestria.
'Hiya I'm Chancellor Puddinghead but you can call me cutie."
"What will you show me spirit" Celestia answered.
"Your past silly......hmm lets see the one with discord" The two teleport to canterlot where Luna and Celestia fought discord. Discord was sitting in his throne eating beans.
'Oooo so exciting will it be discord or you two.
"Wait is this the past... how young we were." Celestia said from a distance.
'Hungry?....suit yourselves" Discord said laughing. The sisters got the elements and showed them to discord.
"Ohh what have you got there?" Discord said curiously.
"The elements of harmony with it we can beat you" The sisters said in tandem.The elements turn discord into stone leaving the two to clean up his mess.
"We beat him Luna" The sisters cuddled in victory as discord's magic dispelled all over canterlot.
"Its the first time I've seen you smile Celestia what happened?"
"Royalty happened Spirit take us back, I don't want to see this moment."
"Okay lets go back even farther, WHEEE." in a flash of white light they see Luna and Celestia as a filly and what a cute filly she is. They find themselves on a hearth's warming night .
'CUTENESS OVERLOAD never knew you were cute tia."
"That night. why take me here spirit.?"
"I'm watching Shh They find the two hiding and waiting for Santa clause.
"Woona when's Santa cwause coming." The young alicorn said.
"I dont know Cewestia' The dark alicorn said in return. The two hear the bells ringing as Santa went to thier house.
"HO, HO, HO" The red stallion with a giftbox cutie mark said. The stallion was stopped when little Luna and Celestia tried to tackle him. Santa clause got up and said.
"HO, HO, HO what are doing here children you're supposed to be asleep" Santa said.
"Sorry Mr Cwause we pwomise we will return to our beds." The two went upstairs to sleep while the fully grown Celestia is amused by her young self.
"How young fools we were Luna and i." Celestia said.

Well nice seeing ya Celestia been fun. The room fades back into Celestia's bedroom.
The second ghost resembles one of the founders of equestria "princess Platinum" The elegant unicorn went to Celestia and bumped her on purpose.
"Oh sorry darling you know we ghost's come once a year." The pompous princess shined her horn on Celestia and teleported her to prince Blueblood's party.
"I know where is this spirit this is my nephew's house."
"Will they see us?"
"Of course not we're spirits remember. Come along darling lets see the party.' They saw the vassal's were with prince Blueblood playing a game. The unicorns formed a circle and played guess the pony.
"Oh darling lets come closer dont be scared its only your nephew. The two eavesdrop on the party that was in the middle of playing the game.
"Is it an Owl bear?" Said by mistress snick.
"No much fiercer than that." Blueblood said.
"A Cranky Dragon." The captain of the guard said.
"A Manticore...oh i love games." The ghost said.
"No much greedier." The prince said.
"I know your Aunt Celestia." The Mare in a flashy red dress said.
"Correct miss Anabelle." The prince said with glee.
"HEY THOU SHALL NOT INSULT THE PRINCESS." Celestia said with burning rage.
"He he he they cant hear you dear. Sorry."
"Lets get out of here I'll show you something." The unicorn bopped her horn into the enraged Celestia and teleported to the new orphanage. The two enter the new foals orphanage and see the old stallion and Luna eating with the orphans.
"Luna......." Celestia muttered.
"Is your sister the only pony that shows concern around this kingdom?" The ghost stopped and saw the teary eyed Celestia.
"Why show me this spirit" Celestia muttered
"Look at those foals Celestia soon after hearth's warming they'll die and LOWER THE EQUESTRIAN POPULATION!" The ghost's face briefly turned into princess Celestia's.
'Isn't this what you wanted Celestia." The orphanage faded into the black abyss of Celestia's heart.
"Look at me. I SAID LOOK AT ME". Her torn dress revealed two starving young foals.
"The Colt is called Ignorance and the Mare is Want they will try to corrupt your heart. If you dont change this Hearth's Warming Eve. It will be your kingdom's last............

"Remember them Celestia. remember them." The elegant mare evaporated into dust leaving Celestia frightened for what will the third ghost reveal.
Silence drew at Celestia's bedroom when a Cloaked figure approached her. Assuming it was commander hurricane the last of the equestrian founders.
"What now spirit, What will you do? Show me the Future then show it."
"............." The figure pointed its hoof at the door.
"OK I'll open it spirit." Celestia Opened the door revealing her Castle in ruins. The door slammed shut leaving Celestia alone in the bitter cold.
"What happened here.?"
"LUNA?.....GUARDS?" Celestia noticed the figure was sitting in her throne.
"You. what happened here."
".....................Your..Fault...........' The figure shined violet and showed what happened.
"NOT ANOTHER STEP." Luna shouted.
"Sister!" Celestia interjected.
"DID YOU EXPECT ME TO SIT IDLY BY WHILE THEY BASK IN YOUR PRECIOUS LIGHT." Luna still continued.
'THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE PRINCESS IN EQUESTRIA.......AND THAT IS ME." Luna pounds the ground and Celestia falls over the floor into the dark abyss. Celestia falls to her bedroom and sees herself crying.
"I......Banished.....my......own......sister.........what........have.......i....done......" The crying Celestia said.
"The castle is in ruins. I have to rebuild canterlot somewhere else."
"My sister gone." The spirit Celestia said. The figure appeared and sent her to the Lunar memorial.
".............Look............' The spirit pointed towards the slab containing the words.
HERE LIES LUNA. BEST SISTER IN ALL OF EQUESTRIA. BANISHED TO THE MOON. FOR ALL ETERNITY.

"Sister......."Celestia said sobbing uncontrollably. Celestia cried for it seemed like hours until the ghost appeared and sent her to the royal catacombs.
"....................." The spirit led her to the royal canterlot catacombs where all royalty are buried. Including the three founders of equestria, Luna and Celestia's parents, and dead accomplices. Celestia read the inscribed words on each of the founders tomb.
HERE LIES CHANCELLOR PUDDINGHEAD. EARTH PONY FOUNDER OF EQUESTRIA. PROTECTOR OF THE PAST. FOR ALL ETERNITY.
HERE LIES PRINCESS PLATINUM. UNICORN FOUNDER OF EQUESTRIA. PROTECTOR OF THE PRESENT. FOR ALL ETERNITY.
HERE LIES COMMANDER HURRICANE. PEGASUS FOUNDER OF EQUESTRIA. PROTECTOR OF THE FUTURE . FOR ALL ETERNITY.

"These are two new graves who are they for.?" Celestia reads the two new graves writings.
HERE LIES PRINCESS LUNA. RAISER OF THE MOON. GUARDIAN OF THE NIGHT. FOR ALL OF ETERNITY.
HERE LIES PRINCESS CELESTIA. RAISER OF HE SUN. GUARDIAN OF THE DAY. FOR ALL OF ETERNITY.
"NO, IMPOSSIBLE." . The floor beneath her crumble as the underground reveal her grave. She grasps on a cloth of the spirit revealing the spirits face. The spirit stares with its blank white eyes unblinking.. "..........ACCEPT YOUR FATE ....." The black fabric slips while Celestia still hold on the the spirits hoof.
"I promise to mend my ways. Just dont let me go."
"I'll be a good ruler i Promise. I wont let ponies starve anymore, what i have I'll share."
".....THEN ......IT.....IS.....DECIDED....." The figure lets go of Celestia leaving her in the coffin.
Celestia's eyes opened to see herself in her bedroom safe and sound.
"Oh thank heavens I'm still alive WHOOO." Celestia said with glee.
"And its still Hearth's Warming Eve i still got a chance." The dancing Celestia went downstairs to her sisters room.
"MERRY HEARTH'S WARMING EVE SISTER." Celestia said in the royal canterlot voice.
"Sister? What came into you? Are you possessed.?" Luna said in Disbelief.
"No my sister, im just filled with so much hearth's warming spirit, im gonna spread it in all of equestria."
"Trials are in your highness." The captain said.
"SPLENDID Rusty Shield, buy the biggest carrot stack in all of canterlot we'll give it to the citizens." Celestia said with so much happiness.
"What about your well-earned bits.?" Rusty inquired.
"Give it away, give it all away...... go, go now rusty" The guard galloped out of the room followed by the two sisters racing to the throne.
The old stallion from before went in and asked for the food.
"TAKE IT! take 3 cart full of carrots and make sure the orphans become fit and healthy" The old stallion nodded as he Went away from the throne room feeling like he won the lottery .
"Lets go to Blueblood's party Luna." Celestia asked.
"I got to go to the orphanage, I'll meet with you later okay" Luna flew out of the throne room as fast as lightning, As Celestia followed She flew to Blueblood's residence as they were in the middle of a game.
"I know its your aunt Ce....." The Mare was interrupted when Celestia entered the room smiling.
"Hello. Nephew." Silence drew across the room as they were amazed with Celestia's appearance.
"Merry Hearth's warming to you auntie Celestia. As the prince embraced his aunt with pride. Celestia stayed for hours until she realized that she has to visit Luna in the orphanage.
"Got to go Nephew i got to visit my sister." The two waved hooves as the princess went into the orphanage. As she arrived she saw Luna and the orphans playing.
"Hello Luna I've learned something today."
"What is it sister" Luna replied
"That through the pains and trials of life you can always change for the better for yourself and for others.' Celestia said with glee.
"Let's write that in our journal so we dont forget" Luna said. After their conversation an orphan went to them and said.
