Ponyville Zone (Green Hill Zone)
It was a quiet day in Ponyville, Celestia sun shine through out the village, ponies left and right going on their days, with no care in the world, ok maybe with some care. Anyways, Ponyville was a live place. Home to some of the most well know ponies. Soon a loud boom was heard and everypony look up to see a rainbow ring moving across the sky. They all knew it as the Sonic RainBoom and it was preform by the fastest pegasus in Equestria, Rainbow Dash! Rainbow always love pulling off the Sonic RainBoom, it what got her and her friends their cutie marks. Of course, Rainbow would never pull it off without her wings. Her wings were her pride and joy, she never will parted with them. That because she was born as a Pegasus, everypony knew that. However, this is the story of how Rainbow Dash lost her wings and became the fastest Pony on the ground.
It been a few months since Rainbow and her friends place Discord back in stone. Rainbow was sitting on her favorite cloud looking to the sky, dreaming about joining the Wonderbolts. Rainbow close her eyes and picture herself preforming with them and sudden started falling. Rainbow land on the ground with a hard crash. She open her eyes to see that see was indeed on the ground. She guess that she must of falling off during her daydream. She shrug and ready herself to fly off, but when she jump, she came crashing back to the ground.
"What in Equestria?!" Rainbow shouted and stood up.
She trying again and crash back into the ground. She try one more time and crash back into the ground again. Rainbow sigh and decide to check on her wings. But to her surprise, her wings were gone!
"WHAT THE...WHERE ARE MY WINGS?!" Rainbow shouted.
Rainbow started to panic, without her wings she can't be fast or preform tricks, but the worst thought she got was that she could never do the Sonic RainBoom again! Then Rainbow heard a familiar laugh.
"Oh that was priceless! You should have seen the look on your face. Just like last time." It said.
Rainbow turn and saw someone she never thought she see again.
"Discord?! But how did you get out of your stone prison?!" Rainbow ask in shock.
"Well, to tell you the truth I don't know how I was free. Last time three ponies free me when they fought, but for some reason I was free when there was no chaos around me. Quiet odd wouldn't ya say?" Discord answer, thinking about his escape.
"Say what?" Rainbow ask confuse.
"I know confusing. But enough about that, as you can now guess I took your wings." Discord said.
Rainbow stood ready to fight, she was use to not having her wings, but only for a short time.
"Oh don't worry, I didn't take the Elements or turn your friends grey. This game is a lot different then my last one. This game is where you have to chase me all cross Equestria and defeat me to get your wings back." Discord said.
"What?!" Rainbow ask shock.
"However, I'm going to be nice for once and let you get use to not having your wings. The game starts in 24 hours. Until then, Ta, ta!" Discord said the disappear.
Rainbow didn't know what to do. She lost her wings and she has to chase Discord all over Equestria to get her wings back? What kind of game is this? Still, Rainbow had to do something. She decide that she better head to Twilight's and tell her what happen. Rainbow try to fly off again, only to crash back into the ground. Rainbow shook her to clear the stars and then runs to Twilight's instead.
Right after Rainbow told Twilight what happen, she had the others get together and were on the train to Canterlot.
"Let me get this straight, Discord loose, takes Rainbow wings away and wants her to chase him all over Equestria?" Applejack ask to make sure she heard right.
"From what Rainbow told me, yeah." Twilight said.
"But what I don't understand is why Rainbow? I mean we all stop him last time." Rarity asked.
"I don't know, then again Discord never made any sense." Twilight answer.
"Um, are you ok Rainbow?" Fluttershy ask, hovering near Rainbow.
"I'm fine for now Fluttershy, listen could you not hover of me please? It making me think of my own wings." Rainbow answer then told her.
"Oh, sorry." Fluttershy said quietly and landed.
"So you think there going to be chocolate rain again or Cotton and Candy clouds?" Pinkie ask, all hyper.
Pinkie was the only one that like some of Discord tricks and those two were not the only tricks Discord can do. Still everypony roll their eyes. It wasn't long before they reach Canterlot and rush to the Castle. Rainbow did try to fly out of the train still forgetting she doesn't have her wings. She crash into the ground and shook her head to clear the stars she was seeing. They soon reach Celestia, who was talk to Luna about some strange feeling in the air.
"Princess Celestia! Princess Luna!" Twilight call out to them.
"Ah, Twilight your just in time and you brought your friends. We have a strong feeling that something is wrong and we what you to look into it." Celestia said as they walk up to her.
"We already know, it Discord. Discord has broking free!" Twilight said.
Both Celestia and Luna was surprise to hear that.
Luna turn to Twilight and ask, "How did you find out about Discord?"
"Rainbow told me." Twilight answer.
Both Princesses turn to Rainbow who walk up to them.
"I even ask how he escape and he told me even he doesn't know." Rainbow answer before they could ask.
"Yeah, and Discord wants Rainbow to chase him all over Equestria in order to get her wings back." Applejack added.
"Her wings?" Celestia ask confuse before noticing that Rainbow no longer had her wings.
Celestia nods and walks to the door that had the Elements of Harmony. She open and took out the box. She open it and gasp.
"What the matter Princess?" Fluttershy ask.
"The Elements are gone." She said shock.
"What?! GRRR, that liar! He said he didn't take the elements this time." Rainbow growl.
"Well, I wouldn't have if you didn't go to them." Discord voice call out.
Discord appear in the castle and watch as all of the ponies stood ready to fight him.
"Oh clam down. I forgot to tell Rainbow the rules on our last meeting." Discord said and snap his fingers to disappear and reappear next to Rainbow.
He place his lion paw around her and said, "One, only you can play this game. Two, There going to be few hazards during the chase so try to over come them and Three, You must find the elements before our final battle."
Discord move away and turn his back to them.
"By the way, You can only have help from one of your friends, however, once my game starts you're on your own." He said and disappear.
"Great! Just great!" Rainbow groan.
"What can we do?" Fluttershy ask.
"As of now, we can't do anything. Rainbow would you please come here?" Celestia said then ask Rainbow.
"Huh?" Rainbow ask before stepping up to the princesses.
"Rainbow Dash, we are unable to give you your wings back, but we are able to give you something else." Celestia said.
"Really?" Rainbow ask.
"Yes, please remain still." Luna said knowing what Celestia was giving her.
Rainbow remain still as possible as Celestia and Luna place their horns on her head and a glow cover her. For a split second the glow remain before fading.
"Huh?" Rainbow ask confuse.
"The spell will active when Discord game starts.", Celestia told her, "I'm sure you will enjoy it."
Rainbow was confuse, but she decide to trust the Princesses. Then she notice that Luna started to walk away.
"It time to raise the moon, as long as Discord didn't miss with night and day like before." She told them.
Rainbow nods before she came to a problem.
"Uh, I can't get back to my cloud house without my wings. So where am I going to sleep?" She ask.
"You can stay with me Rainbow.", Twilight said, "It will be like a sleepover!"
"Wow, she sure is happy." Rainbow said to herself.
"Trust us Darling, me and Applejack has been through it." Rarity said.
"Just follow what she has in the book and you'll be fine." Applejack added.
"She has a book about sleepovers?" Rainbow asked with a rise eyebrow.
Before they answer her, Twilight grab her hoof and said, "This is going to be so much fun! Come on Rainbow, I hope that by second sleepover will be better then the first."
Both Rarity and Applejack blush at that. Rainbow was still totally confuse on what going on but decide to try it out. Who knows, she might enjoy it.
Night pass and Celestia's sun rose over Twilight's house and Rainbow open her eyes, tiredly. Last night was the most tiring night she had. Twilight just had to do everything from the book before finally deciding to call it a night. She walk down stairs and saw both Twilight and Spike sitting at the table waiting for her.
"Hey Twilight, Spike. What up?" Rainbow ask, still a bit sleepy
"Morning Rainbow Dash." Twilight said with a sad look on her face.
"What wrong?" Rainbow ask.
"Just have a look outside." Spike answer for her.
Rainbow walk outside and saw that Ponyville main road has suddenly change, if fact it look like almost all of the Ponyville change. Only the houses were left untouched. Rainbow could spot some loops and some cliffs that look like they shot into the air. She notice that the grass was still green but had a checker pattern.
"Discord did this?" Rainbow ask, making sure she was awake.
"Yes, I guess this is Discord game." Twilight said.
"How right you are!" said the so name Draconequs as he appear.
Both Twilight and Rainbow turn to him and stood ready for anything.
"Well, I hope you had a good night rest Rainbow, because rest won't come easy when you're playing my game." Discord said.
"Yeah, yeah.", Rainbow said feeling fully refresh as she stretch her hooves out, "ok, so all I got to do is chase and catch you right? Doesn't sound too hard."
Ah, will that were you're a bit wrong, my dear Rainbow.", Discord placing his lion paw over her again, "to face me you must go through three acts of Ponyville.
"Acts?" Rainbow ask.
"My game, my rules. However because you are still not use to not having your wings, I decide to make this easy for you and place little hazards around the course." He told her.
"Alright then, let get this party started." Rainbow said ready to beat Discord and get her wings back.
"Heh, so eager. Very well, I wait for you in the third act." Discord said and snap his fingers and disappear.
"Rainbow are you sure, I mean you never did test what the princesses gave you." Twilight said a little worry about her friend.
"I'll be fine, plus Discord won't even know what the Princesses gave me either, but I'm ready to try it out. See ya!" Rainbow said before running off, leaving her trademark rainbow blur behind her.
"Did, Celestia and Luna gave Rainbow back her speed?" Twilight ask in awe as she watch Rainbow run off.

Rainbow run through Ponyville, surprise at her new speed. She stop before the start of the first act and look at her hooves.
"Wow, I got my speed back. It like I have my wings, only their aren't here." Rainbow said before turning her attention back to the start of the course.
"Well might as well get this over this, Let do it!" She said, then ran off to start what would soon turn into adventure.
Rainbow ran though a loop having fun while doing so. She ran pass a few houses and surprise a few ponies that was looking over the new road they had. Rainbow was really having fun. With her new speed she got from the princesses, Rainbow felt that she reclaim her title, though it might have to be change from the Fastest flyer in Equestria to the fastest runner in Equestria, at least until she gets her wings back. Rainbow breeze though Ponyville. She didn't see any of the hazards that Discord told her about and she had a strong feeling that Ponyville was not the only place he change. She reach the end of Ponyville after running through one more loop and saw Discord, who had his back turn to her.
"Hi, Dipcord." She said surprise him.
"What the...? Rainbow? How you get here so fast? I thought it would take you all day guess to get pass my course." Discord asked surprise.
"You can remove my wings, but not my speed." Rainbow said proudly.
"Hm, no matter. Well you made it to the end, that only because I had it that way." Discord said not worry about it.
He snap his fingers and soon appear in a pod. The bottom open and a huge ball drop out.
"Well, Let say we try something out?" Discord said and started to move the pod and swinging the ball at the same time.

Rainbow duck under the ball as it pass under her. She turn to see Discord coming back for another swing and she jump up and landed on the ball. Rainbow smile and started to swing it by herself. Rainbow soon had it go so high that she was face to face with Discord. She jump off the ball and buck the pod as hard as she can. Rainbow drop back to the ground smiling, however, she fail to notices that Discord grain control of the ball again and swung it to Rainbow, hitting her. Rainbow was fling a little bit away from Discord, but she recover and landed on her hooves. Rainbow quickly jump back as the ball came for another round. Then Rainbow got an idea, she turn her back to Discord and waited fro the ball to come at her again.
What is she doing? Discord thought to himself.
Once the ball went at Rainbow again, she threw her back legs back as hard as she can and knock the ball back. The ball was fling back, but it was hit so hard that it flip back and landed on Discord head! Discord eyes turn into stars as the ball hit him. When the ball move off his head, a long bump grew and birds flew around his head as he look dizzy. Rainbow turn and saw what Discord look like.
Rainbow laugh and then smile, "To easy, Piece of Cake!"
Discord shook his head free and reach for the bump on his head.
"Gah! Feel like I got a third horn." he said before pushing it back into his head.
He then turn to Rainbow and snap his fingers again. The pod disappear and he flew down.
"Enjoy this victory while you can Pegasus! It will only get hard from here! You haven't won yet. " Discord told her, upset about the bump he just gotten.
"Yeah, yeah, just make sure you give me my wings back at the end." Rainbow said ready to kick his butt again.
"Hm, the next zone is in the Everfree Forest. I'll be waiting in there." Discord said and disappear.
"Heh, thanks to the speed that Celestia and Luna gave me, chasing you will be no problem. Heh, he call me a pegasus when I didn't have my wings." Rainbow said before blasting off into the Everfree Forest.
