Yugioh GX: the Duelist of Harmony

A new student joins Duel Academy, but he is also has a deck with cards that only the best known Duelists could know.

A new student comes to Duel Academy and his name is Christopher Lancer. He is also the duelist that has the most rare cards in all of Duel Monsters. How will he fair against some of the best Duelists in Duel Academy?

Chapter one

I was excited... I was heading to Duel Academy where I could face Duelist like myself for a change. I was moving around the room I was in on the boat heading for Duel Academy getting everything ready to go for my stay there. 'Hey Chris why don't you slow down?' my duel monster spirit friend Sunset Shimmer said, 'It should be for the best or otherwise you'll end up looking bad on your first day.'

"Yeah," I admitted to Sunset Shimmer, "Your right Sunset," as I grabbed my duel deck and my duel disk which was colored blue and gold, "Well we're almost at Duel Academy so I guess we'll have more fun dueling, won't we?"

"I guess so," Sunset Shimmer agreed, "I'll see you later when we begin our first duel in the academy," as she vanished into thin air and I put my deck in my duel disk then placed my duel disk around my left arm.

When I made it to the Slifer Red dorm, I was greeted by a young Slifer Red student. "Well hey there," he said to me, "You must be new to Duel Academy, right?" he asked.

"Uh yeah I'am, my name's Christopher Lancer, but you can call me Chris," I replied to him, "And you must the one and only Jaden Yuki, if I'm correct."

"Yep that's me," Jaden replied as he saw my duel monster spirit friend Snowdrop standing next to me, "Hey dude is that duel monster spirit right next to you?"

I turned to look at Snowdrop then looked back at Jaden and replied to him, "She sure is, this is Snowdrop."

"Um... hello there Mr. Yuki," Snowdrop said with a shy voice, "It's very nice to meet you."

"It's okay Snowdrop," Jaden said to Snowdrop, "And please just call me Jaden."

Just then, Snowdrop and I saw Jaden's duel monster spirit Elemental Hero Neos appeared behind him. "W-who, is that behind you Jaden?" Snowdrop asked one of the best duelist in the academy with a worried look on her face as Jaden turned around to look at Neos.

"Don't worry Snowdrop," Neos said to my duel spirit friend, "My name is the Elemental Hero Neos, I'am one of Jaden's duel monster cards."

"I've always wanted to meet you Neos," I said to the famous Elemental Hero, "Maybe sometime I can show you guys what my deck is made of."

"Sweetness, I hope so too," Jaden said with confidence as I put everything where they were suppose to be and then went off to one of the arenas to begin my exam to see if I'm sure to be a real student in Duel Academy.

"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN WE'RE HERE TO SEE IF MR. LANCER CAN MAKE IT INTO DUEL ACADEMY!" an announcer called out to the crowd as I took to the field with my deck set and duel disk online, "HIS TEST IS TO TRY AND BEAT JESSE ANDERSON IN A DUEL!"

I looked out in front of me to see the one and only Jesse Anderson the owner of the Crystal Beast cards walked strait towards to the field as he said to me, "So your the new kid, Chris was it?"

"Yeah that's me," I replied to him, "You ready?"

"Sure am," Jesse said as his duel disk went online.

"GAME ON," we said as we drew our first five cards as our hands; my hand was King Sombra in colt form, Nightmare Shadow trap card, Nightmare Mist, my Dark Pony Fusion spell card, and my Empire of Crystals field spell.

Jesse: 4000

"New guy's first, here goes nothing," I said as I drew my next card and it was my Snowfall Summoning trap card...

'Well, well, well, not bad at all,' I thought to myself, "I place two cards face down and end my turn," I said placing my two cards from my hand face down on the field.

"My draw," Jesse said as he drew his sixth card, "I summon my Crystal Beast Amber Mammoth," he said again as a oval shaped amber appeared, but shattered to be replaced with a giant mammoth with six tusks; two pairs were large and the other pair was smaller in ATK mode.

"I would love to pumble that little tooth pick of a man," Amber Mammoth exclaimed to Jesse.

"Wow, even you can talk with monster spirits just like me and Jaden," I said to Jesse with a surprised look on my face.

"Well, I'm glad you like that, but for now I'm placing this here face down," Jesse said as he placed his face down.

"Alright then, here I go," I said as I drew my next card which was Sunset Shimmer...

'Alright, get ready Sunset,' I thought to myself, "I summon Sunset Shimmer to the field in attack mode!" I said as a burst of flames appeared, but soon turned into a yellow mare with a red and yellow mane, a cutie mark of a yellow sun with red and bright yellow flames, and aquamarine colored eyes.

"Well, well, well," Sunset Shimmer said to Amber Mammoth, "Aren't you a big hunk off fat, I can't wait to burn you to a crisp."

"Easy there Sunset," I said to her, "This is just an test to see if I can be a student in this academy."

"Either way, I haven't roasted an elephant in many years," Sunset Shimmer exclaimed.

"But before you attack his Amber Mammoth, I'll play one of my face downs; it's called Snowfall Summoning, this allows me to special summon Snowdrop to the field in attack mode," I said as my face down revealed itself, "So come on out Snowdrop," I continued as a gust of wind picked up; with it was snow taking form of a pony and Snowdrop appeared.

When Snowdrop saw Amber Mammoth, she became nervous at the size of the Crystal Beast as she said, "Oh my, this looks like this is going to be a tough fight."

"Don't worry Snowdrop," Sunset Shimmer said, "I'll handle the elephant for you."

"Wow, Equestrians, I always wanted to see what they looked like," Jesse said with pride on his face.

"Well, here's a closer look for you Jesse," I said to him, "Sunset, attack Amber Mammoth with Blazing Fire Storm," I ordered Sunset.

"It's on now, 'hose nose'," Sunset taunted as she used her magic to summon fireballs to rain down on Amber Mammoth leaving no trace of him behind.

Then out of the smoke came an orange crystal in Jesse's spell and trap card zone. "That Crystal Beast should have been destroyed," Snowdrop said now feeling a bit calmer, but still a little nervous.

"Actually he was, but they have a special ability," Jesse said to Snowdrop, "Get this, instead of going to the Graveyard, they stay by turning into precious crystals."

"Now that's cool," I exclaimed, "But there's more to my turn, since I activated a trap card, I can special summon King Sombra in Colt form to the field in defense mode," as pulled King Sombra Colt form from my hand...

Placed it in my monster card zone, and a small shadow formed around the spot where I placed Colt Sombra then he soon appeared. "Well, isn't this a pleasant surprise," he said.

"Ah patients little pal, you'll get your part in this," I said to him, "I place one card face down and that'll do for now."

"My draw," Jesse said pulling out another card from his hand, "Now I activate my face down; Trigger Summon," as his face down revealed itself, "Since you just summoned a monster we both get to summon a new monster as long as it's level 4 or bellow."

"Okay, well I summon Rarity to the field," I said pulling Rarity out of my deck on to the field in DEF mode.

"My, my, my," Rarity exclaimed, "This is certainly interesting, this must be the place called Duel Academy the one that you mentioned to Sunset Shimmer."

"And I'll summon, my Crystal Beast Cobalt Eagle," Jesse said playing his card from his hand.

As Cobalt Eagle got to the field he saw me and my monsters and said, "Holy Toledo, this must be one who has the Equestrian cards."

"Now I'll set a face down and that's it for my turn," Jesse said placing his face down.

"Alright then, it's my draw," I said pulling out another card from my hand and this time it was my Nightmare's Curse spell card...

"First I'll switch Rarity into attack mode," I said as Rarity switched positions, "Then activate her special ability; you see for every spell card in my hand, Rarity gets 300 attack points for each one."

Rarity: ATK: 2450

"Now Rarity attack Cobalt Eagle with with White Gem Blast," I ordered as Rarity blasted Cobalt Eagle, "Now I'll activate the field spell known as The Empire of Crystals," then I placed my field spell in my field spell zone...

And the field soon turned into plaza of the Crystal Empire where the Crystal Heart spins around in the center of the empire itself, "But since I now have two spell cards in my hand, Rarity loses 300 of her extra attack points."

Rarity: ATK: 2150

"Now I can activate my Colt Sombra second special ability; so I can sacrifice him to summon King Sombra Lord of Dark Magic," I continued as Colt Sombra turned into a black shadow, then the shadow started growing into the adult King Sombra...

Chapter two

Jesse: 3700

King Sombra looked at Jesse as he said, "Now I just can't wait to sink my fangs into that boy."

"Now, now Sombra, I told you that you'll get your chance," I said to Sombra, "Now I'll place one face down and end my turn," as I placed my face down.

"Alright then, my draw," Jesse said pulling out another card from his deck, "Come on out Crystal Beast Sapphire Pegasus," as Sapphire Pegasus appeared on the field.

"Well aren't you a handsome sight," Rarity said kindly to Sapphire Pegasus.

"Well thank you," Sapphire Pegasus said to Rarity giving her a smile.

"Now I'll equip my Pegasus with the spell 'Crystal Release', giving him 800 more attack points," Jesse said.

Sapphire Pegasus: ATK: 2600

"Now, Sapphire Pegasus show Rarity your full potential," Jesse said as Sapphire Pegasus took flight into the air.
"Oh no, not my mane!" Rarity said with fear as Sapphire Pegasus' blast destroyed her. The force from that explosion nearly sent me falling on my rear.

"I think I'll end my turn for now," Jesse said to me.
"Alright then, my go," I said to Jesse pulling another another card to my hand and it was my 'Stained Glass of Destiny' spell card...

'Hmm... this might turn out well,' I thought to myself again, "I play my spell card called Stained Glass of Destiny; you see I get to draw four cards to my hand, but I'll have to send one card to the Graveyard," I said pulling out my four cards from my deck which were my Alicorn Amulet equip spell...

The Great and powerful Trixie...

Crystal Pony (Crystal Arrow)...

And my Dark Pony Ritual spell card...

Then sent my Nightmare's curse spell card to the Graveyard. "Now I'll play my ritual card known as 'Dark Pony Ritual'," I said, "With this card, I can sacrifice my King Sombra, to summon a more improved version of him, so I ritual summon King Sombra in Shadow form," as Sombra transformed into his shadow form in DEF mode.

"Now for every card in my hand he gains a 1000 attack points and since I have three that means he gets 3000 attack points," I explained Sombra's ability.

King Sombra (Shadow): ATK: 3000

"Now I'll switch him to attack mode and have him attack your Sapphire Pegasus with Dark Shadow Strike," I said as Shadow King Sombra attacked Sapphire Pegasus, engulfing the Pegasus into shadows, but then was turned into a crystal in Jesse's spell and trap card zone.

Chris: 3600
Jesse: 2900

"Now I'll switch Snowdrop into defense mode and that will be that," I said as Snowdrop switched from ATK to DEF mode.
"Alright then," Jesse said as he drew his next card, "I play rare value; you see you get to choose which of my three Crystal Beasts in my spell and trap card zone and I'll send it to the Graveyard, then I can draw two new cards."
"Alright then," I said as look at the three crystals trying to pick one for Jesse to send to the Graveyard and soon I made my choice, "I choose your Amber Mammoth."
"Alright then, Chris," Jesse said as he sent his Amber Mammoth to his Graveyard, "Sorry Mammoth, I'll bring you back soon old pal," then drew his two cards, "Come on out Crystal Beast Amethyst Cat," and then Amethyst Cat appeared on the field.
"This one looks tasty, he'll make a perfect snack," she said with a purr.

Jesse chuckled, "Easy there."
"I haven't had fresh meat since we were under the control of Yubel," she said furiously.
"You don't scare me, Amethyst Cat," I said with bravery.
"I'm glad that ya' see she's harmless," Jesse said as he pulled out another card from his hand, "But this card isn't it's called Crystal Beacon, since I have two or more Crystal Beasts in my spell and trap card zone, I can bring out another Crystal Beast to the party so say howdy to my Crystal Beast Topaz Tiger." Then his Topaz Tiger came out to the field.

"Ready?" Jesse asked him.
"Why don't you tell our opponent about my special talent," Topaz Tiger commented to Jesse.
"Almost forgot, whenever my Tiger attacks, his power increases by 400," Jesse said to me, "Topaz, attack his Sunset Shimmer."

Topaz Tiger: ATK: 2000

Topaz Tiger leaped up and struck Sunset Shimmer.

Chris: 2700

Jesse: 2900

"Let me sink my teeth in now," Amethyst Cat said to Jesse.
"You want a taste huh?" Jesse said, "Well once I cut your strength in half your allowed to take a bite right out of Chris, have fun."

Amethyst Cat: ATK: 600

Amethyst Cat then leaped on me knocking me over and she scratched my face with her claws.

Chris: 2100
Jesse: 2900

"I guess that'll do for now," Jesse continued, "Now show me what else you got Chris."
"Alright then, my draw," I said pulling out another card to my hand and it was my Twilight Sparkle...

"Now if I choose three cards from my deck or hand and send them to my Graveyard, I can special summon Twilight Sparkle in attack mode," I explained as I sent the three cards to my Graveyard and Twilight soon appeared on the field, "You ready Twilight?"
"I sure am," Twilight replied.
"But before I attack, I activate one of my face downs, it's called 'Dark Pony Fusion' with this card I fuse Shadow King Sombra and Twilight together to fusion summon, Twilight Sparkle - Dark Magic form," I said as my face down card revealed itself and Sombra and Twilight merged together...

"And since I just activated a spell card, I get to draw five cards to my hand, but if one of them is not a Dark attribute monster I'll have to send I'll five cards to the Graveyard," I said drawing my five cards and they were my Slendermane...

My Slender Symbol spell card...

My Dark Magic Mirror trap card...

My Crystal Pony (Autumn Gem)...

And my Everfree Forest field spell...

"And it looks like my cards are safe because I have a Dark attribute monster in that draw," I said, "But for now I'll have my Dark Twilight attack your Amethyst Cat with Dark Magic shatter," I ordered.

"Oh, your going to get it now," Dark Twilight said as she struck Amethyst Cat sending her to Jesse's spell and trap card zone.

Jesse: 2100

"Next, I summon, and this may sound strange; The Great and Powerful Trixie in defense mode," I continued as Trixie came out to the field, "Finally I'll place a face down and end my turn," I finished placing my face down.
"Well, well, well, seems like we actually made it after all," Trixie commented.
"I must say Chris your deck is awesome," Jesse complimented.
"Right back at you dude," Chris said, "But you've seen nothing yet, my deck is full of surprises."

Chapter three

Jesse: 2100

"Well it's still your turn Jesse," I said to Jesse.
"Alright then," Jesse said as he pulled, "I play my Crystal Beast Ruby Carbuncle," he said as Ruby took to the field in ATK mode, "And she has a special ability too, so be careful what you wish for Chris because you'll have to face all the Crystal Beasts I have out out on the field."
'This can not good,' I thought to myself as all of Jesse's Crystal Beasts that were in his spell and trap card zone came out on to the monster card zones.
"Topaz Tiger, time to whack Trixie," Jesse said as Topaz Tiger attacked Trixie who shattered into pieces.
"Trixie has a special ability," I said, "Whenever Trixie's in a smack down, both she and the monster that destroyed her go to the Graveyard," as both Trixie and Topaz Tiger went to the Graveyard.

"Well, I still have four more Crystal Beasts," Jesse said.
"But they still don't have enough attack points," I said with a smirk, but then I just remembered something, "Unless...!"
"Unless if I have one card in my deck that is more than a match for your Dark Twilight," Jesse stated, "And I sure do have a card that can do just that."
I soon started to sense a great power within Jesse's deck and it was none other than the mighty Rainbow Dragon, "Oh yeah, now I remember, you have the Rainbow Dragon," I said to Jesse, "But I'm not afraid of him and in fact, I'll force your Rainbow Dragon out to the field."
"And how are you going to do that, Chris?" Jesse asked me.

"I'll show you Jesse, but first it's still your move," I replied to Jesse.
"Oh right, I'll place one face down, and that will be that," Jesse said placing his face down on the field.
"Alright then, my go, I draw," I said drawing my next card and it was a good card; it was my Bond between Crystal and Harmony spell card...

"I summon my Crystal Pony-Autumn Gem in defense mode..."

"Oh my what a full house," Autumn Gem exclaimed with a worried look on her face as she turned to see me give a nod and she I was trying to say that there is nothing to be nervous of.
"And next I play the spell card called Bond between Crystal and Harmony; you see since I have a Crystal pony type monster on my side of the field, I can special summon one of the Elements of Harmony to the field, and I summon Rainbow Dash to the field in attack mode."

Rainbow Dash soon flue out of her card with a bright colorful rainbow as she said, "Aw yeah, I'm glad that I'm finally out and into the fight."
"You'll get your chance mt friend," I chuckled to Rainbow Dash, "And then I'll place a card face down and end my turn."

"Okay, it's my turn then, and I play my Mystical Space Typhoon," Jesse said, "Say goodbye to your face down card," as my Slender Symbol spell card was sent to the Graveyard, "Wait a minute, I never seen that card before," he exclaimed as he saw my Slender Symbol get destroyed.

"That was my Slender Symbol spell card," I explained to him, "If I played that card, I could have special summoned my most the creature my deck fears the most; known as Slendermane to the field in attack mode, but since you destroyed my Slender Symbol card, I can no longer do that."
"Alright then, I guess that's do for now," Jesse finished.
"My turn, I draw," I said as pulled out another card and it was my Monster Reborn, "I play my face down card, Nightmare Shadow..."

"This trap card allows me to special summon Nightmare Mist in attack mode."

"Wow, now that's somethin'," Jesse exclaimed.

"But now I'm sacrificing her and Snowdrop to summon Neros1990," I said as Nightmare Mist and Snowdrop disappeared and a Unicorn with a mustache, wearing a black tuxedo, and black cape appeared in their place...

"Now I play Dark Twilight's ability to allow me to draw five new cards to my hand," I continued as I drew another five cards. They were my Invertedshadow Lv.5...

Princess Luna...

Card Destruction, Crystal Barrier trap card...

And my Pony's corruption spell card...

"Now Neros, attack his Amethyst Cat with Shining Magic Light!" I said to Neros.

"Forgive me for this my dear," Neros said to Amethyst Cat as he sent a bright burst of light at her making her explode and was sent to the spell and trap card zone.

LP count:

Chris: 2100

Jesse: 1700

"And I think that'll do for now," I finished.

"Okay, my go," Jesse said as he drew another card from his deck to his hand, "Now I play my face down, a trap card called Crystal Raigeki; So by sending one of my Crystal Beasts in my spell and trap card zone to the Graveyard, I can destroy one of the cards you have out on the field so I choose your Dark Twilight," and sent his Amethyst Cat from his spell and trap card zone to the Graveyard and the crystal she turned into sent out a burst of purple lightning at Dark Twilight forcing her to blow up.

'Well I guess that's it for her,' I thought to myself.

"Now I play my M-force spell card; giving Sapphire Pegasus five hundred extra attack points," Jesse continued.

Sapphire Pegasus: ATK: 2300

"Now, attack his Neros1990," he said as Sapphire Pegasus and Neros attack and destroyed each other send Sapphire Pegasus to the spell and trap card zone and Neros to the Graveyard, "And that'll do I guess."
"Well, I guess that's the way fate has for us dude, now for my draw," I stated pulling another card to my hand and it was my Crystal Pony-Jade...

"I sacrifice Autumn Gem to summon another Crystal Pony from my hand so I summon Crystal Pony-Jade in defense mode," I continued as Autumn Gem disappeared and Jade took her place in DEF mode.
"Wow," Jesse gasp in surprised, "Another Crystal Pony."
"Now, I play my Card Destruction spell card; with this card we will have to send our hands to our Graveyards and draw the same number of cards that was in our hands before," I said as we sent the cards we had in our hands to our Graveyards and my eight cards were my Vinyl Scratch...

The Crystal Heart trap card...

Majestic Star...

The Wonderbolts...

Epickitty54...

My Hong Kong Fury trap card...

Flash Sentry...

And my Crystal Circle spell card...

"And I think I'll end my turn by throwing down a face down," I finished, "It's your move Jesse."

"Well I guess thanks to you Chris, I have three Crystal Beasts in my Graveyard, and four out on the field so now I can special summon Rainbow Dragon," Jesse said as he not just drew another card from his deck, but also called out the legendary Rainbow Dragon to the field in ATK mode, "Now Rainbow Dragon attack his Crystal Pony-Jade with Rainbow Refraction."

Chapter four

"I don't think so, Jesse," I said to Jesse, "I play a trap, it's called the Crystal Heart; and thanks to this card, your attack is negated, and Jade is safe," as I revealed the trap card and a magic barrier formed around Jade, making Rainbow Dragons attack useless.

"That will do for now, I guess," Jesse finished.

"My draw," I stated pulling my next card and it was my brain control spell card, "Perfect," I said to myself, "I summon the Tuner monster Majestic Star."

A bright light appeared above my head as the light soon took the form of a star.

"I never heard of a tuner monster before, what do they do?" Jesse asked looking a little puzzled at the type of monster I had just summoned.

"I'll show you what they can do," I replied to him, "Level one Majestic Star, it time to tune with Level four Rainbow Dash, and Level five Crystal Pony-Jade to summon one of my most powerful monsters in my deck; a pony that has some serious kick," I ordered them as a bright blue light formed around me and Rainbow Dash turned into four balls of light and Jade turned into five balls of light, "From the light of Equestria and the Crystal Empire, I Synchro Summon, Majestic Crystal Rainbow Dash," then a shiny new Rainbow Dash in bright silver armor appeared in place of the old Rainbow Dash, Jade, and Majestic Star.

"I never even seen or heard about Synchro monsters or the way they are summoned," Jesse gasped in surprise and confusion.

"Well Jesse, allow me to enlighten you on how this works," I said, "You see Synchro summoning requires a Tuner monster with a level that is three or bellow and you combine it with two or more monsters with levels that are lower than five, but on some duels you can tune one level five or higher monster, but combine those monsters' levels together with your tuner's level, and you'll have a Synchro monster," I explained, "But now I play the spell card Brain Control and I think I will choose... Your Rainbow Dragon," as a giant brain appeared with arms coming out of the sides, grabbed Rainbow Dragon, and brought him to my side of the field, "Although it will cost me 800 life points, but it is worth it."

Jesse: 1700

"I'll end my turn with a face down," I said placing my face down, "You're move Jesse."

"My draw," Jesse said pulling out another card, "I'll switch Crystal Beasts to defense mode," as his Crystal Beasts were switched into DEF mode, "And I'll place one card face down and end my turn."

"Okay then," I said as grabbed the next card from the top of my deck, 'Come on Polymerization,' thought to myself pulling the card from my deck, looked at it, and it was Polymerization, "Alright I activate the card Polymerization to fuse Majestic Rainbow Dash with Rainbow Dragon to create an even more powerful dragon."

"Say what?!" Jesse exclaimed as his Crystal Beasts that were out on the field gasped in surprise and they watched Majestic Rainbow Dash and Rainbow Dragon merge together.

"I call upon the stars, the wind, and the light of the sun to help bring me victory in this fight," I chanted, "I fusion summon... RainbowFang-the Dragon Rainbow King!" I called out as a serpent like Dragon with rainbow colored wings and was bigger than Rainbow Dragon appeared...

"Now RainbowFang attack Cobalt Eagle with Majestic Rainbow Dragons," I ordered as the giant dragon flue up in the air and transformed into different colored dragons of red, blue, yellow, green, purple, orange, gold, silver, pink, and sky blue, charged at Cobalt Eagle as they spun around together in a rainbow colored blast, and destroyed Cobalt Eagle sending him to the spell and trap card zone.

RainbowFang then reformed back to his old self as I said to Jesse, "Then I think I'll summon another one of my friends and her name is Vinyl Scratch and I'm placing her in defense mode and end my turn."

"My draw," Jesse said pulling another card from his deck, "I don't think that there is much I can do now, so I guess it's your turn Chris."

"Okay, my draw," I said pulling another card from my deck and it was Crystal Vinyl Scratch...

"I sacrifice Vinyl, to summon her Crystal pony form in attack mode," as Vinyl transformed into her Crystal pony form.

"Aw yeah," she said, "It's time to kick it up a notch."

"You got that right, now show Jesse what you can do by attacking Ruby with Crystal Record attack," I ordered as she summoned three shiny record disks and started spinning towards Ruby. One by one, the records struck through Ruby, and sent her to Jesse's spell and trap card zone.

"Oh and I forgot to mention her special ability; once she destroys a monster, she can attack a second time," I said as Crystal Vinyl sent her records spinning towards Jesse.

"I play my trap, it's called Rainbow Path," Jesse said revealing the trap card, "You see since you declared an attack on me, by sending one of my Crystal Beasts from my spell and trap card zone to the Graveyard, I can negate your attack," and sent Ruby to his Graveyard.

"Then I guess that'll do for now," I finished.

"My draw," he stated as pulled out another card from his deck, "I'll place this card face down and that's all for now."

"My draw," I said pulling out the next card from my deck and it was my Negate Effect trap card...

"I think place a card face down and end my turn."

"My draw," he said pulling another card from his deck to his hand, "I'll activate my Crystal Blessing spell card; you see I can send two Crystal Beasts from my Graveyard, I can place them in my spell and trap card zone," as he placed Ruby and Topaz Tiger in his spell and trap card zone, "And I'll activate Ruby's ability to bring out all my Crystal Beasts," then his Crystal Beasts returned to the monster zones. "And next I play my face down card a trap called Rainbow Gravity; and since I have three Crystal Beasts in my Graveyard and four out on my field, this card can allow me to bring back Rainbow Dragon from the Graveyard," he said and soon Rainbow Dragon reappeared, "Now I send all my Crystal Beasts on my field to the Graveyard to give Rainbow Dragon a 4000 attack point boost."

"Not so fast Jesse, I play my trap card known as Negate Effect; it negates the effects of all level 9 or higher monsters in both our fields and Graveyards for the rest of the duel," I stopped him as my trap card revealed itself, "So that means Rainbow Dragon is now powerless against RainbowFang."

"I guess I'll end my turn for now then," Jesse said, "It's your move Chris."

"You know it," I said pulling the next card out of my deck, "And now RainbowFang, destroy Rainbow Dragon and end this duel test with Majestic Rainbow Dragons!" as RainbowFang attacked Rainbow Dragon, making the colorful dragon blow up in a cloud of smoke and flame, also sending Jesse off his feet and landing on his back.

"Now that's game," I exclaimed as my duel disk deactivated, I took my cards from both my deck zone and Graveyard, and walked towards Jesse, "That was actually fun Jesse."

"I'll say," Jesse agreed as I helped him back up on his feet.

"Maybe we can duel each other again sometime," I offered.

"Sure thing," Jesse replied to me, "But next time I don't think you'll be so lucky."

I chuckled, "I bet, but I guess I'll see you around then," as I left, but as I made it to the exit, the Chancellor of Duel Academy was there waiting for me, "Yes?" I asked.

"I have come to give you your uniform," he said handing me a Slifer Red uniform.

"Thank you Chancellor," I thanked him as took the uniform from him.

"Well, I guess that this means that your finally a student here in Duel Academy Chris," Snowdrop said with a smile, appearing behind me on my left.

"Which means that we might have the chance to have more fun dueling," I said to her.

"I'm just hoping that we might get our chance to duel Jaden Yuki soon," Rainbow Dash joined in our conversation.

"Perhaps," I said, "But let's head back to the Slifer Red dorm so we can get some time to relax and think of some new strategies."

"That sounds good," Snowdrop nodded.

"I'm down with that," Rainbow Dash agreed as we went back to the Slifer Red dorm. Rainbow Dash really wants to see what Jaden was made of, but I'm afraid that's she will have to wait.

Okay here is chapter four. Oh if you were wondering what the effect of the card Negate Effect meant, it means that the effects of the all level 9 or higher monsters on the field or in the Graveyard are negated. And again these cards you see here are made by me.

Chapter five

When me and my duel spirit friends made it to the Slifer Red dorm, got my uniform, we were ready to just kick back and relax, but then we started hearing something out in the distance. "You guys hear that?" I asked Fluttershy, Sunset Shimmer, and Shining Armor.

"Yeah, we heard it," Shining Armor replied.

"I wonder what's going on," Fluttershy said nervously.

"Let's go find out and see," I said getting up from my bed and went outside to look to whoever or whatever made that noise, "It sounds like it's coming from over there guys," I said to my duel spirit friends pointing at some bushes.

"Well let's go and see what's going on," Sunset Shimmer said impatiently.

"A-are you sure, Sunset Shimmer?" Fluttershy asked her with a worried look on her face, "Because we don't even know who or what's making that noise."

"Don't worry about anything Fluttershy," I said to my duel spirit friend putting my hand on her head and petted her, "Remember that you still got me to protect you from anything."

As I removed my hand from Fluttershy's head, she looked at me with a smile, "Thank you Chris." As I pushed through the bushes, I finally saw what was making that noise; it was a Obelisk Blue picking on a young, fellow Slifer Red who was crying.

"This is just a sad scene here," Shining Armor said to me quietly.

"I know Shining Armor," I whispered to him in agreement, "I should really teach this Obelisk a lesson," as I was starting to get furious at the Obelisk Blue for picking on the young Slifer Red, "But should I?" I asked them with a whisper.

"I think you really should give that guy a lesson when you pick on a Slifer Red," Sunset Shimmer said to me, "You mess with one Slifer Red, you mess with them all."

"I think he should be taught a lesson," Shining Armor agreed with Sunset Shimmer as I walked towards the Obelisk Blue and the young Slifer Red.

"Hey pal!" I said to the Obelisk Blue and he turned to look at me, "Leave that young Slifer Red alone or else."

"Or else what?" the Obelisk Blue asked me as Sunset Shimmer and Rainbow Dash appeared on my right as they gave me a nod.

"Or I'll challenge you to a duel," I replied to him.

"Fair enough," the Obelisk Blue said, "Let's see what you got kid," as our duel disks went online.

"Chris to you, um..."

"The name is James," he replied to me.

"GAME ON," we said as we drew our first five cards; mine were Rarity...

"I play the spell card, Stained glass of Destiny," I said to James showing him my card, "This lets me draw four cards, but in exchange, I have to discard one card," as I drew my four cards and they were Flash Sentry...

Then I sent Spike to the Graveyard, 'Sorry Spike, old pal,' I said to Spike in my thoughts, 'But I'll bring you back soon,' as I looked back at James, "I'll play the field spell known as the Empire of Crystals," I said to him placing my field in the field spell zone as our surroundings changed into the plaza in the Crystal Empire, "And next I'll summon Rarity in defense mode," I continued as Rarity took the field in defense mode, "You ready Rarity?" I asked her.
"Oh, I'm most certainly 'am," Rarity replied.
"And finally I'll place one card face down and end my turn," I finished placing my face down, "It's your move James."
"Finally, my draw," James said pulling his first card from his deck, "For my first move I summon my Skilled White Magician in attack mode," as his Skilled White Magician appeared on the field, "Now, Skilled White Magician go and attack Rarity."
At the last the second when Rarity was just getting scared of being destroyed again, "Not going to happen James because I activate my trap card," I said to James as my Hong Kong Fury trap card revealed it's self, "Hong Kong Fury; with this trap card I can call out my HongKongSniper to the field in attack mode," then the trap card summoned forth HongKongSniper to the field in ATK mode...

"What?" James exclaimed to me in surprise as he saw HongKongSniper block the attack of his Skilled White Magician.
"There is also a catch to my Hong Kong Fury," I continued to him, "You see since I activated Hong Kong Fury and special summoned HongKongSniper, HongKongSniper can can attack one of your monster that have attack points that are less than his own so you know what to do HK attack with Hong Kong Samurai Slash!"
"Games over bub," he said to Skilled White Magician striking the magician in the center of his body and made the Skilled White Magician blow up into powder and dust.

"Good show you two," Rarity said to me and HongKongSniper with relief.
"It was nothing Rarity," HongKongSniper said to her, "But right now we have to focus on the task at hand."
"HK is right about that Rarity," I agreed with HongKongSniper.
"I'll place two cards face down and end my turn," James finished placing his face downs.
"Alright then, here goes nothing," I said drawing my next card from my deck and it was Monster Reborn, "Okay, I'll start of this turn by switching Rarity into attack mode," as Rarity was switched into ATK mode, "And activate her special effect; so for every spell card in my hand she gets a 300 attack point boost."

Rarity: ATK: 2150

"And since HK is the only Gmod Warrior type monster on my side of the field, I get to draw three cards from my deck to my hand," I continued as I drew my three cards and they were my King Sombra-Lord of Dark Magic...

Sweetie Belle...

And... Oh no... It was my trap card The Master and the Student...

'Oh no, not this card,' I thought to myself as I felt a darkness within me was trying to control me, but I tried to fight back, even though it was causing me pain when I tried to fight back the darkness, "AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!" I cried in pain as I was trying to stop the darkness from taking me over and HongKongSniper and Rarity turned to look at me in complete shock.
"Chris, what's wrong?" Shining Armor asked me in his duel spirit form as he, Snowdrop, Fluttershy, Sweetie Belle, Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and Sunset Shimmer gathered around me with worried looks on their faces.
"He must have drawn the trap card that he swore not to use in any duel in any circumstances," Princess Luna said to them mentioning The Master and the Student trap card, "Come on Chris, you can fight and control the darkness that's trying to control you."
"I-I... Can't, it's just too strong!" I said to them as I couldn't keep on fighting the darkness inside of me any longer and let it to take total control of me.
"Chris!" the young Slifer Red called out to me.

I managed to get back up on my feet, but I had change; a glowing aura of purple enveloped me, my eyes started glowing green, and I now wasn't in control of myself. I began to laugh evilly, "Come now James, let's continue this duel," I said to him, "I play the spell card called Pony's Corruption; by sending one non-Dark Pony type monster to the Graveyard, I call out one level 5 or higher Dark Pony type monster to the field without making a sacrifice to summon that high leveled monster, and so I send Rarity to the Graveyard in order to special summon King Sombra-Lord of Dark Magic in attack mode," as Rarity disappeared from the field and the adult King Sombra took her place, "Now, HongKongSniper attack James directly with Hong Kong Samurai Strike!" I ordered HK as the darkness also took him over and he did my bidding and struck James with his katana sword.

I gave another evil laugh, "So how does it feel to be struck by the power of shadows?" I asked him, "Soon my next monster shall show you what I'am truly made of, but for now I place a card face down, and end my turn," I finished placing my card face down on the field, "But I hope that you can survive long enough to play your next card because when it will be my turn, I shall really make you squirm."
"We'll see about that," James said as he drew his next card, "I play the Dark Magic Curtain to special summon my Dark Magician to the field in attack mode if I pay half of my life points," then his Dark Magician took to the field in ATK mode.

"You forget about King Sombra has more attack points than your Dark Magician," I chuckled.
"That maybe so, but now I play Polymerization to fuse Dark Magician with Buster Blader that's in my hand to fusion summon Dark Paladin in attack mode," James said as his Polymerization revealed it's self as one of the face downs and Dark Magician and Buster Blader merged together to form Dark Paladin, "Now Dark Paladin attack HongKongSniper," he ordered and Dark Paladin struck HongKongSniper forcing HK to explode also sending off my feet.

I got back up and said, "You think that your Dark Paladin shall help you win this duel, well your wrong because with every blow you deal me with only makes me stronger."
"I'll end my turn by playing my Book of Secret Arts to raise my Dark Paladin's attack and defense points by 300," he finished.

Dark Paladin: ATK: 3200

"My turn, I draw," I said pulling the next card from the top of my deck and it was my Slender Symbol spell card...

"Christopher," King Sombra said to me as I looked at him, "It's time to call him."
I nodded, "Fair enough," I said to him as my trap card revealed it's self, "I play my trap known as The Master and the Student; with this card, if I have King Sombra-Lord of Dark Magic out on my side of the field, I can special summon from my deck... King Sombra's own student, The Shadow Sniper to the field in attack mode," I roared as Dark Magic enveloped the trap card, then a burst of that Dark Magic came out of the trap card, and started taking form of a Warrior that almost looked like HK, but was far more different...

"And thanks to his special ability he gains 400 attack points for every trap card in my Graveyard and I have two in my Graveyard right now," I explained his special effect to James, "Making him stronger than your Dark Paladin."
"Shadow Sniper," Princess Celestia called out to Shadow Sniper, "Release Christopher from your grip this instant."
"I don't think so Princess," Shadow Sniper said to Celestia in a cold hearten voice, "He has rejected me from duel, after duel, after duel, so I'am going to make sure he gets to summon me one way or another this duel." This horrified the Princess of the Sun greatly for she realized that not even she could do anything now to stop Shadow Sniper from getting what he wants.
"Now, Shadow Sniper, it's time to end this duel with Hyper Dark Magic Blast!" I ordered him as he did so and shot a huge blast of Dark Magic at Dark Paladin shattering him instantly when the blast hit the spellcaster like a freight train also sending James flying into a tree from the force of the blast.

Soon Shadow Sniper finally let's go of my grip and I was back to my old self again. I soon fell right on to the ground unconscious from the dark powers that were controlling me during the duel. "There," Shadow Sniper said to Celestia and the others around her, "I got my chance and now he is free from my grip, are you happy now, Princess?"
"Not so happy as you think, Shadow Jerk," Rainbow Dash said to Shadow Sniper, "Look at what you done to Chris, he's now weaker after your little stunt you pulled there."
"Says the mare who can not become a Wonderbolt herself," Shadow Sniper insulted her.

"WHY YOU LITTLE...!" Rainbow Dash said as she was just about ready to pound the living daylight's out of Shadow Sniper, but was stopped by Applejack, "What's the big deal Applejack?"
"You know darn well that your not powerful enough to challenge Shadow Sniper in a fight," Applejack replied to her best friend, "He has Dark Magical powers beyond what the Elements of Harmony can do alone."
"Your friend is right Rainbow Crash," Shadow Sniper said to the sky blue Pegasus pony, "You wouldn't even have a chance against me, even with your little Elements of Harmony can do little to defeat me and my powers."

Chapter six

I was beginning to stir from my unconsciousness and I noticed that I was in the academy's infirmary, laying on hospital bed, and Jaden, the young Slifer Red, Jesse, and the rest of Jaden's friends were looking at me with worried eyes. "Look, I think he's coming back to us," Jaden said to them, "You alright there Chris?"

"Yeah," I replied to Jaden feeling a pain in my head, "I'm fine, I just got a headache right now, that's all," putting my right hand on my head, "What happened to me?"

"You, changed into a berserk duelist when you were trying to help me against James," the young Slifer Red replied to me, "After you beat James, you seemed to go back to your old self, and became unconscious," I started to remember as she continued to tell me what happened, "I then told Jaden and his friends what happened to you and we took you to the infirmary."

"The part of you becoming a berserk duelist really got our attention," Jesse said to me as Ruby appeared on his shoulder and Winged Kuriboh appeared floating next to Jaden.

"Um, guys I think that Jaden and Jesse could only understand this better than the rest of you so do you think that you could give us some privacy, please?" I asked to them.

"Umm... Sure Chris," Jaden's friend Alexis said as they left leaving me, Jaden, and Jesse to talk with Winged Kuriboh, Ruby, and my duel monster spirit friends at our side.

"Okay, I never told you this when we first met, there are two cards that are so powerful that they can corrupt me until the duel is over," I explained to them, "Jaden could you get me my deck for me?"

"Sure thing Chris," Jaden said as he grabbed my deck from it's carrier and gave it to me.

"Thank you Jaden," I thanked him as I went through my deck searching for the two cards, but until... "Here we are, these are the two," I said as I handed them the cards, they were my trap card The Master and the Student and Shadow Sniper.

"These two cards?" Jaden asked me.
"That's right Jaden Yuki," a voice said from out of nowhere and then King Sombra in his adult form appeared with Shadow Sniper by his side, "This my apprentice the Shadow Sniper, just like Twilight is to Princess Celestia."
"But why couldn't you guys do anything to help Chris fight back Shadow Sniper's control?" Jesse asked my duel monster spirit friends with a confused looks on their faces.
"Because..." Princess Celestia started, but hesitated a little bit before continuing, "We can not, we're powerless against Shadow Sniper's dark powers."
"His darkness starts to infect us if we tried to resist his dark and powerful will," Twilight joined in the conversation, "Not even the Elements of Harmony can stand up to him and destroy him."

"That's right my dear Twilight," Shadow Sniper said to Twilight with an evil smirk on his face, but the lower part of his face was covered by his green mask so we couldn't see it, "Now not even the Crystal Heart can destroy me, thanks to Chris here."
"Your one sick puppy, you know that," Jaden said to the Shadow Sniper.
"Of course I do Jaden," Shadow Sniper said sounding a little bit ticked off, "In fact I will actually have some real fun when you and Chris duel each other."
"We'll see about that, Shadow Sniper," Neos said to Shadow Sniper appearing behind Jaden, "Villains always have their weaknesses."
"You do know that not even you Neo-Spacians can do nothing to defeat me Neos," Shadow Sniper stated to Neos, "Even when you merge together with your Neo-Spacian partners, it won't even make a difference against me."

"Just be gone with you Shadow Sniper!" I yelled at him, "You and Sombra have said quite enough and in fact you two have been here long enough, so go, Now!"
"Very well then Chris," King Sombra said to me, "Come now my apprentice, let's leave them to their troubles."
"As you wish, my master," Shadow Sniper said as they disappeared back into their cards.
"I don't even know why Shadow Sniper chose me to be his owner," I said feel really annoyed with Shadow Sniper.
"I'm guessing it's just fate, Chris," Jaden said to me as he puts his hand on my shoulder, "But don't worry we'll help you and your friends fight back against Shadow Sniper."

I smiled, "Thank you so much you guys," I said to them, "But I should get some rest since we'll have class soon."
"I agree with you Chris," Princess Celestia said nodded to me, "You should rest and regain your strength that you used up in resisting against Shadow Sniper."
"Well, I guess I'll see you two later then," I said to Jesse and Jaden.
"Sure pal, we'll see you later," Jesse said as he Jaden left the room so that I could rest.
'I sure do have some friends here in Duel Academy,' I said in my thoughts as I fell asleep thinking of my new friends here in Duel Academy.

Chapter seven

It had been two days since I was put into the infirmary after that faithful duel with James and I was up and about, ready for more dueling. But Princess Celestia and the other of my duel monster spirit friends were not so sure if I should start dueling yet for they thought I wasn't strong enough yet to handle the Shadow Sniper and his dark powers. So I decided to relax for a while and think of some strategies for my next duels.

I was walking through one of the hallways of Duel Academy, thinking of the benefits of me coming here because I'm starting to have second thoughts right now, but then I soon bumped into Jaden's friend Zane while I was looking out the windows. "Oops, sorry about that Zane," I apologized to Zane, "I wasn't looking on where I was going."

"It's fine Chris," Zane said to me, "Are you still shaken on what happened to you during your duel with James?"

I had a chill down my spine when he said that to me, "Yeah I'am," I replied to him as I was about to walk away back towards the Slifer Red dorm.

But Zane stopped me as he said to me, "If your going to let this fear of your's stay, you'll have to duel me if you want to get over this fear of the Shadow Sniper controlling you quicker."

I thought to myself, 'Can I really do it?' as I soon thought of the Shadow Sniper hurting my duel spirit friends, 'What 'am I talking about, I have to face my fears of the Shadow Sniper,' then said to Zane, "You got a duel Zane, how about tonight at eight?"
"That sounds good," Zane replied, "That way we'll see if you can face your fears of the Shadow Sniper."
"Alright then Zane," I said as I went back to the Slifer Red dorm to get my deck and duel disk ready for tonight. Tonight, I was going to face my fears of the Shadow Sniper trying to take control of me and my duel spirit friends.

That night, I walked outside with my deck and duel disk while Jaden, Syrus, Jesse, Hasslebary, Alexis, and Chazz followed me to watch the duel between me and Zane. When we made it to where Zane wanted to duel me which was on a cliff side at the east side of the island, we saw that Zane was already here waiting for me. "Are you ready Chris?" Zane asked me.
I looked at Sunset Shimmer as we nodded and I replied, "Yes I'am Zane, it's time to get your game on," as our duel disks went online.
"GAME ON," we said as we drew our first five cards; mine were Spike...

"I'll go first," Zane said, "I draw," as he drew his first card, "And I'll start by summoning Cyber Dragon in attack mode," and Cyber Dragon took to the field, "Next I'll place one card face down and end my turn."
"Okay then, it's my go," I said drawing my first card and it was Fluttershy...

'Yes, she is perfect for now,' I thought to myself as I said to Zane, "First I'll summon Fluttershy in defense mode," and when Fluttershy took to the field, she saw the giant Cyber Dragon, and squealed in fright at the sight of Zane's monster.
"Oh my, that's a really scary Dragon," she said to me, "Are you sure about this Chris?"
"Don't worry Fluttershy, me and the others will be with you every step of the way," I said to her, "Now I play my Empire of Crystals field spell," I continued my turn as I placed the Empire of Crystals field spell zone and the field turned into the main plaza of the Crystal Empire, "And finally I'll place one card face down and end my turn, it's your move Zane."
"Alright, my draw," Zane said as he drew his next card, "I'll activate Polymerization to fuse the Cyber Dragon I have out on my field and the one I have in my hand to fusion summon Cyber Twin Dragon," and as the Cyber Dragon was replaced with a two headed Cyber Dragon.

Fluttershy screamed in sheer fright at the sight of Cyber Twin Dragon, "Oh great Celestia!" she screamed in fear as she covered her eyes with her front hooves.
"What's her problem with my Cyber Dragons?" Zane asked me.
"She has a fear of grown up Dragons," I replied to him.
"In that case, Cyber Twin Dragon, put Fluttershy out of her misery with Double Strident Blast!" Zane ordered as Cyber Twin Dragon blasted an energy blast at Fluttershy.
"Chris, save me please!" Fluttershy screamed to me.

"I will Fluttershy, I play a trap, called Dark Magic Mirror," I said as my trap card revealed it's self, "With this card, Fluttershy is safe, and your attack is redirected right back at you," and a large mirror appeared in front of Cyber Twin Dragon's attack and a purple glow formed around the mirror then sent Cyber Twin Dragon's attack right back at him.
"I play my face down, De-fusion," Zane said as his De-fusion spell card revealed it's self and Cyber Twin Dragon separated into the two Cyber Dragons that created the two headed Cyber Dragon, "Now you don't have a target to destroy."
'That is not good,' I thought to myself.
"And I'll place one card face down," Zane finished placing his face down card, "It's your move Chris."
"Okay then, I draw," I said pulling my next card and it was my Stained glass of Destiny spell card...

"I activate the spell card Stained glass of Destiny; with this card, I get to draw four more cards, but only if I discard one of those card to the Graveyard," I said to Zane as I drew my four cards which were Princess Luna...

Nightmare Mist...

Then sent my Gatling gun Barrage trap card to the Graveyard.

"I sacrifice Nightmare Mist in order to Princess Luna in attack mode," I said as Nightmare Mist rocketed up to the moon, then the moon began to shine down next to Fluttershy, and out of that light came the Princess of the Moon herself, "It's great to have you again Luna."
"Well it's great to be out again Chris," Luna said to me.
"And I'll activate her special effect which destroys all the trap cards you have out on the field," I continued to Zane as Luna used her magic to destroy Zane's face down card which was his Attack Reflector Unit trap card, "Now you can't summon Cyber Barrier Dragon to the field," and I smiled, "And next I activate Fluttershy's special ability where I can take control of one of your monsters for at least two turns."
"What?" Zane exclaimed as Fluttershy used her stare on one of his Cyber Dragons and that Cyber Dragon had no choice but to come over to my side of the field.
"And with that I'll end my turn," I finished, "It's your move Zane."

"Alright, my draw," Zane said pulling his next card from his deck, "I think that should do for now."
"Fine then, I draw," I said drawing my next card from my deck and it was the card I was hoping to draw, The Master and the Student trap card...

But I wasn't afraid anymore because I had a plan, "I'll place this card face down and switch Luna to defense mode and that's that."
"Alright, my draw," Zane said pulling another card from his deck, "And summon my third Cyber Dragon in attack mode," as his third Cyber Dragon took to the field, "And now attack Fluttershy with Strident Blast!" he ordered as that Cyber Dragon blasted Fluttershy and she screamed as she exploded.
"No!" I yelled.
"And with her gone, the second Cyber Dragon that you put under your control comes back to my side of the field," he continued as his Cyber Dragon that was on my side of the field returned to him, "And finally I'll place one card face down and end my turn."

"Okay, my draw," I said pulling my next card from my deck and it was Crystal Pony-Arctic Lily...

"I summon Crystal Pony-Arctic Lily in defense mode," I said as Arctic Lily took to the field, "Then I'll activate her special effect; by sending one card to the Graveyard, if there is a level four or bellow monster in your hand, it's sent to the Graveyard, and you lose life points equal to that monster's attack points so let's see what you got there Zane," then Arctic Lily sent a breath of cold air towards one of Zane's cards in his hand which was Proto-Cyber Dragon was sent to the Graveyard.

"Great work there Arctic Lily," I said to her.
"Thank you Chris," she said kindly.
"And next I play the spell card Crystal Circle; which means I can fuse Luna and Arctic Lily together to create a new Crystal Pony so I fusion summon Crystal Luna," I continued as Luna and Arctic Lily merged together to create Luna's Crystal form.

"I'am ready for anything Chris," Luna said to me as I nodded.
"Attack Cyber Dragon with Crystal Moon Blast," I said to Luna as she used her Crystal Magic to create an energy blast at the Cyber Dragon I chose.
"Not so fast Chris," I play Negate Attack," Zane said to me as Luna's blast was stopped.
"I guess I'll end my turn then," I finished.

"My draw," Zane said pulling another card from his deck, "And I'll sacrifice two of my Cyber Dragons to activate my Photon Generator Unit spell card to summon Cyber Laser Dragon," he explained as two of his Cyber Dragons disappeared and Cyber Laser Dragon took their place, "And activate it's special ability which destroys any of your monsters with more than 2400 attack points."
'Oh no,' I thought to myself.
"Cyber Laser Dragon, attack with Blue Lightning Lash!" he ordered as his Cyber Laser Dragon blasted Luna with a blue beam from it's robotic tail.
When the blast hit Luna, she cried out, "Gwaaah!!!" and exploded in blue smoke.
"Now Cyber Dragon, attack Chris directly with Strident Blast!" Zane ordered as his Cyber Dragon blasted me off my feet.

"And I'll end my turn there," Zane finished, "It's your move."
I managed to get back up on my feet and said to him, "Alright then... My draw," as I drew my next card and it was my Pony's Corruption spell card...

"I play my Pony's Corruption spell card; with this card by sending one Pony type monster to the Graveyard, I can special summon one level five or higher Dark Pony type monster to the field," I explained as I sent WaWor to the Graveyard, "So by sending WaWor to the Graveyard, I can special summon King Sombra-Lord of Dark Magic to the field in attack mode," and King Sombra in his adult form took to the field...

"And next I activate my face down known as The Master and the Student," I said to Zane as my face down card revealed it's self...

"With this trap card; if I have King Sombra-Lord of Dark Magic on the field, I can special summon his loyal student the Shadow Sniper to the field from my my deck," and I pulled Shadow Sniper's card from my deck and slammed it on my duel disk...

"So, you decided to summon me willingly, hmm?" Shadow Sniper exclaimed to me.

"Of course," I replied to him, "But before you attack, I'll have your master attack Cyber Laser Dragon with Dark Magic Rage!" I ordered Sombra as the tyrant of the Crystal Empire used his Dark Magic to create a purple energy blast and destroyed Zane's Cyber Laser Dragon causing it to explode.

"And that'll do for now," I finished, "It's your move Zane, let's see what you got."

"Gladly, I draw," he said pulling another card from his deck, "And play Monster Reincarnation; by discarding one card from my hand I can bring back a monster from my Graveyard," he explained to me, "And I chose to bring back one of my Cyber Dragons," as one of his Cyber Dragons came back in ATK mode, "Next I play the spell card Pot of Greed; with this, I can draw two more cards from my deck," then drawing his two cards from his deck, "Then place one card face down and end my turn."
"Okay then, I draw," I said drawing the next card from my deck and it was my Negate Attack trap card, "I think I'll have Sombra attack again with Dark Magic Rage!" I said as King Sombra was ready to attack again.
"I don't think so, I play my second Attack Reflector Unit trap card," Zane said to me, "By sending the Cyber Dragon I have on the field, I can summon Cyber Barrier Dragon to the field in defense mode," as his Cyber Dragon disappeared and his Cyber Barrier Dragon took it's place in DEF mode.

King Sombra stopped in time as I said to Zane, "Sombra can't destroy Cyber Barrier Dragon, but thanks to Shadow Sniper on the other hand can, so destroy Cyber Barrier Dragon with Hyper Dark Magic Blast!" I ordered Shadow Sniper as he let out a large energy blast at Cyber Barrier Dragon causing it to shatter into pieces, "I'll end my turn by playing a face down."

"Alright then Chris, my draw," Zane said pulling another card from his deck, "And I'll play Cyber Valley and activate his second ability; meaning by removing both my Cyber Valley on my field and my Cybernetic hidden technology that's in my hand, I can draw two new cards," he explained as his Cyber Valley disappeared and drew his two cards from his deck, "And I think I'll activate one of them, with Overload Fusion; if I remove my three Cyber Dragons as well as Barrier Dragon and my Cyber Laser Dragon, this card allows me to fusion summon... My Chimeratech Fortress Dragon!" then a large snake like Dragon with maybe six or five cylinders in place of the center part of it's body appeared.

"How can you beat my monsters with that one?" I asked Zane in confusion, "It's just as weak as Cyber Valley was."

"And just as dangerous," Zane said, "You see, even though my Chimeratech Fortress Dragon doesn't have enough bite to destroy a monster when it attacks, it's special ability sure does make up for it, for every monster I sacrificed in order to summon my Chimeratech, you take 400 points of damage," he explained to me of Chimeratech Fortress Dragon's effect, "So go Sonic Screech!" he ordered as his Chimeratech sent out a sonic blast wave at Shadow Sniper.

"And there's four more where that came from," he continued as one of Chimeratech's cylinders opened revealing another Cyber Dragon head and it attacked.

"And we're not done yet," Zane went on as another Cyber Dragon head came out of the second cylinder and attacked Shadow Sniper.

"Hit him again," he ordered as a third Cyber Dragon head from the third cylinder attacked.

"Chimeratech, end this duel," Zane ordered again as the four Cyber Dragon head attack Shadow Sniper.
"I play my trap, Negate Attack," I said as my trap card revealed it's self, "Now your attack is negated," and Chimeratech Fortress Dragon's attack was stopped.

"I guess I'll end my turn with a face down," Zane finished placing his face down on the field.

"I draw," I said pulling the next card from my deck and it was little Pipsqueak...

"I activate Shadow Sniper's special effect; you see for ever trap card in my Graveyard, Shadow Sniper gains 400 attack points and it just so happens that I have four trap cards in my Graveyard right now," I explained about Shadow Sniper's effect to Zane...

Shadow Sniper: ATK: 4600

"Shadow Sniper, attack Zane's Chimeratech Fortress Dragon with Hyper Dark Magic Blast!" I ordered as Shadow Sniper was ready to attack.
"I play my face down; a spell card known as Dimension Explosion," Zane said to me, "By returning one Fusion monster to my deck and any monsters we removed come back; so that means, by removing Chimeratech, I can summon back my Cyber Valley, and my three Cyber Dragons," as his Chimeratech disappeared and Cyber Valley and Zane's three Cyber Dragons took his place, "And with Cyber Valley back I activate it's first special ability, by removing it, not only can I draw a card, but also this battle phase is over," then Cyber Valley disappeared again, Shadow Sniper's attack was stopped, and Zane drew his card.
"I guess that'll do for now," I finished.
"Okay then, I draw," Zane said as he drew his next card from his deck, "And play the spell card Power Bond; by sending my three Cyber Dragons to the Graveyard, I can summon my Cyber End Dragon," and soon his Cyber Dragons disappeared and a three headed Cyber Dragon with wings took it's place, "And thanks to Power Bond my Cyber End Dragon's attack points are doubled."

Cyber End Dragon: ATK: 8000

"Now Cyber End Dragon, it's time end this duel, attack Shadow Sniper with Super Strident Blast!" Zane ordered as his Cyber End Dragon basted Shadow Sniper causing him to roar out in pain and explode into black smoke along with his card and the Master and the Student trap card to shatter into pieces as well. The blast was also strong enough to send me off my feet and land flat on my back.

Chris: 0

After that, our monster that were still on the field disappeared as Zane walked towards to help me up. "Are you alright Chris?" he asked me as I was got back on my feet.
"Yeah, I'am," I replied to him, "But at least Shadow Sniper is finally out of my deck for good."
"Yeah he was a tough monster of yours to beat when combined with your cards," Zane agreed with me.
"But at least it's over now," I said as me, Zane, and the others went back to our dorms for some sleep.

As me and Jaden got back to our dorm, I was about to get into bed when Jaden said to me, "Hey Chris," as I turned around to see Neos, Neo-Spacians Aqua Dolphin, Air Hummingbird, Glow Moss, Dark Panther, Flare Scarab, Grand Mole, and Winged Kuriboh were standing next him, "We just want to say, great job facing your fear over Shadow Sniper and his powers."
"Yes," Neos joined in the conversation, "You do have the heart of a real duelist and with it you and the rest of your friends are finally free now from the Shadow Sniper's darkness."
"Thanks guys," I said to them as I jumped into my bed, "Well, goodnight guys."
"Goodnight, Chris," Jaden said as he also got into his bed and we both went to sleep feeling relaxed now that Shadow Sniper is gone.

Okay here is the ending of the duel between Chris and Zane that I promised you guys. But one of the requests said that I should add Chimeratech Overdragon, but I thought about it and instead of Overdragon, I chose Chimeratech Fortress Dragon. And I used it's ability from the show because I thought it would be cool at the least.

Chapter nine

It had been two days since I dueled Zane and that Shadow Sniper and his trap card were finally gone. Now me and my duel monster spirit friends could stop worrying about him taking control of us during a duel. And I thought that plan would never work. But I'm glad that I was wrong.

The next morning, I was on my way to meet Jaden at one of the dueling arenas so we can have a chance for a friendly duel together. I walked through the hallway to where Jaden wanted me to meet him along with My duel disk on my left arm and with Fluttershy who was slowly flying next to me. "A beautiful morning isn't it Fluttershy?" I asked her with a smile.

"It sure is Chris," Fluttershy replied as we looked out the windows as we walked and flied towards the dueling arena, "I'm just wish we could duel Jaden outside today."

"I know Fluttershy," I said to her, "But Jaden thought that it might be great to have a duel inside."

"I understand Chris," Fluttershy nodded with a cute smile as she saw Jaden standing at the entrance heading into the dueling arena, "Hey there is Jaden now."

I looked straight ahead saw that Jaden was in fact standing right there waiting for us, "Hey there Jaden," I said to him as picked up pace towards Jaden.

Jaden turned to look at me and said, "Hey, you guys could actually make it."

"Of course," I said to him, "What, you didn't think we would?"

"For a minute, yes," Jaden replied, "Now let's duel."

"Yes, lets," I agreed as we walked into the arena. The arena was almost full, only Syrus, Alexis, Hasslebarry, Zane, Alexis' brother Atticus, Chazz, Jesse, Aster, Blair, and Alexis' friends were going to watch us duel, "May the best duelist win," I said to Jaden as our duel disks went on line.

"Agreed," Jaden said.

"GAME ON," we both said as we drew our five cards...

"I'll go first," I said, "I draw," as I drew my sixth card and it was Princess Cadence...

"I'll summon Pipsqueak in defense mode," I said to Jaden as Pip appeared in DEF mode.
"Aw... He is so cute," Blair said out loud as I smiled without looking at her.
"And I'll end my turn by playing the field spell the Empire of Crystals," I finished as our field changed into the main plaza of the Crystal Empire, "It's your move Jaden, I hope you won't disappoint."

"I won't Chris, I draw," he said as he drew his next card, "I play my Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin," then his Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin took to the field in ATK mode.
"So your Pipsqueak," Aqua Dolphin said to Pip, "That's size of your's really does make you cute."
"Well thank you Aqua Dolphin," Pip said kindly to him.
"And next I'll place one card face down and call it a turn," Jaden finished, "Let's see what else you got Chris."
"Gladly, I draw," I said pulling my next card from my deck and it was my Stained glass of Destiny spell card...

"I play my Stained glass of Destiny which let's me draw four cards from my deck to my hand, but in exchange, I'll have to discard one card," I stated as I drew my four cards which were Sweetie Belle...

Princess Luna...

My Monster Reborn spell card and my Crystal Heart trap card...

I then sent Flash Sentry to the Graveyard.

"Now, I'll sacrifice Nightmare Mist to summon Princess Luna in attack mode," I continued as Nightmare Mist started to reform into Princess Luna herself, "Ready Luna?"
"Of course Chris," Luna replied to me.
"Next I play the equip spell The Love of the Moon; with this card equipped to Luna, as long Pip is on the field, Luna 400 attack and defense points," I said to Jaden, "So go and attack with Magic Moon Seal," I ordered as Luna used her magic to create a magic seal aiming at Aqua Dolphin.
"I play a trap; Mirror Force," Jaden said as his trap card revealed it's self.
"You forgot about Luna's effect, she can destroy any trap cards you control," I said as his trap card started to shatter into pieces and the seal that Luna created started to sucking Aqua Dolphin in and send him to the Graveyard.

"Now I'll switch Pip into attack mode and let him bring up the rear," I continued as Pip was switched into ATK mode and attacked Jaden.
"AHHH!" Jaden yelled as Pip took a kick at him.

"Great work little buddy," I said to him.
"Thanks Chris," Pip thanked me.
"And finally I'll place a card face down and end my turn," I said placing my face down on the field, "It's your move Jaden."
"Alright, my draw," Jaden said pulling another card from his deck, "I play my Neo-Spacian Dark Panther," as his Neo-Spacian Dark Panther took to the field.
"Well, this got interesting," Luna said.

"Next, I play the spell card Monster Reincarnation; now by discarding one card, I can bring back a monster from the Graveyard, and I call back my Aqua Dolphin," Jaden continued, "Now Dark Panther, attack Pip," he ordered as his Dark Panther use his claws to slash at Pip causing him to explode.

"Pip, no!" Luna cried out in horror as the equip spell I put on her was sent to the Graveyard along with Pip.
"And now for O-Oversoul," Jaden went on, "With this card I get to bring back the Elemental Hero card that I had just tossed."
"I'm guessing that you had this all planned out," I said to Jaden curiously.
"I sure did, so give it up for Elemental Hero Neos," Jaden replied as Elemental Hero Neos appeared on the field, "Your on Neos attack Luna with Wrath of Neos," he said to Neos as the Elemental Hero jumped up into the air and struck Luna causing her to explode into a cloud of blue smoke...

"And finally I'll place one card face down and end my turn," he finished placing his face down on the field.
"Okay then, my draw," I said pulling another card from my deck and it was Octavia...

"I summon Octavia in defense mode," I said to Jaden as Octavia appeared in DEF mode, "You ready Octavia?"

"Of course Chris, I'm ready for anything Jaden can throw at us," Octavia replied.

"I guess that'll do for now Jaden," I finished, "It's your move."

"Okay then, I draw," Jaden said pulling another card from his deck, "I'm going to end my turn for now."
"Okay," I said to him, "I draw," pulling another card from my deck and it was Octavia's Crystal Pony form...

"I sacrifice Octavia to bring out her Crystal form," I continued as Octavia transformed into her Crystal form, "And thanks to my field spell, Octavia gets a 500 attack point boost," I explained...

Crystal Octavia: ATK: 2850

"Now Crystal Octavia, show what Aqua Dolphin what you can do, and attack with Crystal Cello Music," I ordered as Octavia started playing her cello, sending music notes towards Aqua Dolphin, and those music notes caused Aqua Dolphin to explode.

"And I think I'll end my turn with a face down," I finished placing my face down on the field, "Your move Jaden."
"Okay then, I draw," Jaden said pulling another card from his deck, "And I'll summon Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab," as his Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab appeared on Jaden's side of the field, "Now I'll use Contact Fusion on Neos and Scarab to create Elemental Hero Flare Neos," then Neos and Flare Scarab fused together to form Flare Neos, "Now for every spell and trap card out on the field Neos gets a 400 attack point boost."

Elemental Hero Flare Neos: ATK: 4100

"Flare Neos, show Chris and his friends what you can do, and attack with Flare Storm," Jaden ordered as Flare Neos sent a burst of fire at Octavia.
"I don't think so Jaden, I play a trap; the Crystal Heart," I said as my trap card revealed it's self, "Thanks to this card, all my Crystal Pony type monsters are safe from attacks," and then Flare Neos' attack was stopped with the magic of the Crystal Heart.
"Okay, then I'll end my turn by playing instant Neo Space; which means Neos gets to stick around," Jaden continued, "Because normally, once he uses his special ability he gets sent back to my deck, but thanks to this, Neos is not going anywhere, and that ends my turn."

"My draw," I said as I pulled out another card from my deck and it was my Dark Awakening spell card...

"I play my Dark Awakening spell card; with this card, I can send two Dark Pony type monsters from my deck to Graveyard, and then I can draw a card for each monster on your side of the field," I said as I sent Nightmare Rarity...

And adult King Sombra to the Graveyard...

"And since you have two monsters on your side of the field, I get to draw two cards," I continued as I drew my two new cards to my hand and they were Twilight...

And my Weasel Cake-house trap card...

"Now I'll send three cards from my deck to the Graveyard to special summon Twilight to the field in attack mode," I said sending three cards from my deck to the Graveyard and soon Twilight appeared on the field in ATK mode, "Finally I'll place one card face down and end my turn."

"Okay, my draw," Jaden said pulling another card from his deck, "And I'll switch Dark Panther to defense mode and that should do for now," he finished, "Your move Chris."

"Alright then, my turn now, I draw," I said pulling another card from my deck and it was Christian Brutal Sniper...

"I summon the Freak type tuner monster Christian Brutal Sniper in attack mode," I said to Jaden as CBS appeared in ATK mode, "Next I activate my trap card known as Weasel Cake-house; with this card I can special summon Weaselcake from my deck to the field in attack mode," then came Weaselcake...

"Next I'll tune Level three Christian Brutal Sniper with Level three Weaselcake and Level Twilight to Synchro summon a new type of Pony," I continued as CBS, Weaselcake, and Twilight merged together, "I Synchro Summon Brutalight Sparkcake," then Brutalight appeared in the three monsters' place...

"Get ready Jaden because she will be a force that will be difficult to destroy for every monster in my graveyard she gains 400 attack points and there is a total of six monsters in my Graveyard right now," I explained...

Brutalight Sparkcake: ATK: 5650

"Now Brutalight attack with Magic of Insanity," I ordered as Brutalight used her magic to create an energy blast at Flare Neos...

Chapter ten

The energy blast that Brutalight created soon hits Fare Neos with the magic she preformed started to form around him causing Flare Neos to shatter into little pieces.

Brutalight gave out a creepy chuckle before saying to Dark Panther, "You wanna hear somethin' funny, you're dead."

"Patients there Brutalight," I said to her, "I'll end my turn by switching Crystal Octavia to defense mode," as Crystal Octavia got down on her knees as she was switched into DEF mode, "Your move Jaden."

"Okay, I draw," Jaden said pulling another card from his deck, "And I play Polymerization to my Elemental Heroes Ocean and Prisma from my hand to fusion summon Elemental Hero Absolute Zero," as his Elemental Heroes Ocean and Prisma merged together to form the Elemental Hero Absolute Zero.

"But how can he stand up to Brutalight?" I asked Jaden, "He doesn't have enough attack points."

"Well then, next I'm playing Pot of Greed which allows me to draw two cards from my deck," he continued as he drew his two cards from his deck, "And I'll play one of them, the spell card: Miracle Fusion; by removing my Elemental Hero Absolute Zero on my field and Elemental Hero Neos in my Graveyard from play, I can fusion summon my Elemental Hero the Shining," soon Absolute Zero was soon replaced by the Elemental Hero the Shining.

Then all of sudden Brutalight and Crystal Octavia blew up so suddenly which knocked off my feet and I soon asked him, "What the heck was that?"

"That was Hero Absolute Zero's effect, when ever he leaves the field, all your monsters are destroyed," Jaden replied as I got back up on my feet, "But I'm not going to attack now, I'm going to end my turn with a face down."

"Okay then, my draw," I stated pulling the next card from my deck and it was my Rarity's beauty spell card...

"I summon Sweetie Belle in defense mode," I said as Sweetie Belle took to the field in DEF mode.

"Oh my, I don't think I'm ready for this Chris," Sweetie said to me with a worried look on her face.

"Don't worry Sweetie Belle, your not going to face this alone," I said to her, "I play the spell card known as Rarity's beauty; with this card, if Pony, Crystal Pony, or a Pony Freak type monster was destroyed due to the effect of a monster, I can special summon Rarity from my deck to the field," as Rarity soon appeared in DEF mode...

"Oh dear darling, so this is an Elemental Hero?" Rarity exclaimed referring to Elemental Hero the Shining, "He maybe strong, but he's not strong enough, right Chris?"

"You sure know it Rarity," I agreed with Rarity, "And that will do for now, your move Jaden."

"Alright, my draw," he said pulling another card from his deck, "And I'll play Heart of Destiny spell card; which allows both players draw until we have six cards in our hands," as we drew our cards; mine were my Slender Symbol spell card...

"And next I'll have my Hero the Shining attack Rarity with Shining fist of light," Jaden continued as Elemental Hero the Shining attacked Rarity and hit her in the chest causing Rarity to explode into a burst of light, "And that ends my turn with a face down."

"Okay then, I draw," I said pulling the next card from my deck and this time it was my Double Summon spell card, "I play my Double Summon spell card now I can play two normal summons so come out Rainbow Dash and the Tuner monster Scombine," as Rainbow Dash and Scombine appeared on the field in ATK mode, "But they won't be around for very long because I'm tuning level 3 Scombine with level 4 Rainbow Dash," then merged together, "Technology can corrupt and transform you, without your emotions you will become nothing," I chanted, "I Synchro Summon Rainbine in attack mode," as Rainbine appeared onto the field in ATK mode...

"If you want an Owl, I'll throw in a second beating absolutely free," Rainbine chuckled.

"And next I'll equip her with her own Shotgun," I continued as Rainbine's shotgun appeared in place of her right hoof, "Giving her 500 extra points until the end of the battle phase."

"And next I'm switching Sweetie Belle to attack mode then I'll have Rainbine attack with Techno-Shotgun Rain," I went on as Rainbine used her speed to get close Elemental Hero the Shining, pointed her shotgun at the Shining's face, and with one shot, blew the Shining's head clean off, and caused the rest of the Shining to explode into dust.

"Why don't we go get something to eat?" Jaden said, "I'm starving."

"Yeah that does sound good," I agreed as we went back to the Slifer Red dorm to have something to eat.

Chapter eleven

It was just two days after the duel between me and Jaden and now it was Duel Monster Spirit day. I was really excited for this was my first Duel Monster Spirit day ever and I already had a costume picked out. Jaden also told me that this was the time that Duel Monsters spirits can come out of their cards and roam freely. So there is a chance Jaden's friends can get to see and talk to my Duel Spirit friends perhaps.

When I made it back to the Slifer Red dorm after having a talk with Doctor Crowler and saw everything was ready for Duel Monster Spirit day, I just wanted to get into my costume and show it off to the others. "Hey Chris," Syrus said to me as I was changing into my costume, "Are you ready yet?"

"Hang on, hang on," I said to him as I was putting on the last parts of my costume, "I need to to put on the last parts of my costume."

"I can't wait to see your costume Chris," Jaden said to me.

"Okay, I'm done," I said as came out in a costume of the Dark Magician himself, "What do you guys think?" I asked them.

"You look awesome," Jesse said proudly.

"Do you really think so?" I asked with a smile.

"Of course you do darling," Rarity replied to me appearing on my left with Twilight, Fluttershy, Sweetie Belle, and Princes Luna, "You actually look like a real spellcaster in that costume."

Jaden's friends actually heard and saw them as Alexis asked me, "Uh, Chris, is it just us or are we seeing and hearing Rarity and the other four of your cards?"

"You are really seeing and hearing us," Luna said to Alexis.

"Yeah, what is Duel Monster Spirit day without Duel Spirit coming out and having some fun," Twilight joined in the conversation.

"So um... You must be Syrus," Fluttershy said nervously to Syrus, "I'm... Fluttershy."

"It's nice to meet you Fluttershy," Syrus said blushing a little bit.

"Sorry to interrupt you guys in the greetings, but let's get going," I cut in, "I really want to get this duel started."

"Yeah, we should," Jaden agreed.

"Ladies and gentlemen, in this duel we have on this side, in his Dark Magician outfit, Christopher Lancer," Syrus said to the audience as I stepped up to my side of the field, "And on this side, we have the girl that we all love, the Dark Magician Girl," the the Dark Magician Girl appeared on the other side of the field.

"It is an honor to meet you in person Dark Magician Girl," I said to her kindly.

"Likewise Chris," the Dark Magician Girl said as our duel disks went online.

"GAME ON," we said as we drew our five cards; mine were Fluttershy...

"Okay then, here goes," Dark Magician Girl said as she drew her first card from her deck, "I think I'll play a monster face down and end my turn, your move Chris."

"Okay then, I draw," I said pulling a card from my deck and it was Gaypenis...

"I think I'll place a card face down and that will do for now."

"Okay, my draw," Dark Magician Girl said pulling the next card from her deck, "I think that will do for now."

'That's surprising,' I thought to myself, "Okay, my go, I draw," I said pulling another card from my deck and it was my Spa Ponies unite spell card...

But I would need Lotus and Aloe for that card, "I summon Fluttershy in attack mode," I continued as Fluttershy took to the field.

"I don't know about this Chris," Fluttershy said nervously, "Are you sure about this?"

"I'm sure of it Fluttershy, don't you worry," I replied to her trying to reassure her, "And next I play the spell card Slender Symbol; with this card, I can special summon the pony of Darkness known as Slendermane," as a black portal opened on the ground and eight long black tentacles came out and lifted a white, faceless pony with no mane or tail, wearing a black suit, red tie, and was nine to ten feet tall.

"Wow," Jesse exclaimed in surprise, "So that's what Slendermane looks like."

"He's looks a little creepy," Alexis said nervously looking at Slendermane's faceless head.

"Now Slendermane attack Dark Magician Girl's face down monster with Slender Strike," I ordered as Slendermane sent four of his tentacles towards Dark Magician Girl's face down monster.

Her monster revealed itself to be Fire Sorcerer. "Oh no, not her," I said to myself.

"Now I play my Sorcerer's special effect," Dark Magician Girl said, "Now you take eight hundred points of damage if I remove two cards from my hand," as Fire Sorcerer sent a fire ball at me.

"But still, Slendermane still destroys your monster," I reminded her as Slendermane's tentacles struck Dark Magician Girl's Fire Sorcerer and forced her to shatter into pieces, "And now, Fluttershy will attack you with Flutter Scream," I ordered as Fluttershy screamed to the top of her lungs at Dark Magician Girl.

"Alright, I draw," she said pulling out another card from her deck, "And I'll play the spell card Dimension Fusion; by paying two thousand Life Points, we both can special summon monster that were removed from the game so I bring back Dark Magician Girl and my Magician's Valkyria," as she disappeared for a second before she reappeared on the field with her Magician's Valkyria.

"And next I activate the spell card called Dian Keto the Cure Master which gives me a thousand Life Points," she continued.

"But you know that even yourself can destroy Slendermane," I reminded Dark Magician Girl.

"True, but I play play another spell card Pot of Greed which allows me to draw two more cards from my deck, and finally I'll place one card face down and end my turn," she said as she ended her turn.

"Alright, my turn, I draw," I said pulling another card from my deck and it was Lotus...

"Slendermane attack Magician's Valkyria with Slender Strike," I ordered as Slendermane sent four of his tentacle towards Magician's Valkyria.

"I play my trap card called Trap Hole," Dark Magician Girl said as her trap card revealed itself and a giant pit appeared bellow Slendermane, causing him to fall into the pit. He tried to climb back up, but it was no use, and fell into the giant pit.

"No, Slendermane!" I yelled watching Slendermane fall in the pit, "Fine then, I'll end my turn there, your move."

"Okay, I draw, and I'll attack Fluttershy with Dark Burning Magic attack," she said as she sent an energy ball towards Fluttershy.

"AHH!" Fluttershy screamed in fear as Dark Magician Girl's attack hit her causing Fluttershy to explode.

"Wow, what a comeback," Syrus exclaimed.

"I'll end my turn by having my Magician's Valkyria attack you directly," Dark Magician Girl finished as her Magician's Valkyria attacked me.

"Okay then, I draw," I said pulling another card from my deck and it was my Double Summon spell card, "I activate my face down card; a trap card called Snowfall Summoning which allows me to special summon Snowdrop from my deck in attack mode," as my trap card revealed itself and Snowdrop took to the field in ATK mode...

"I don't know Chris," Snowdrop said to me with a worried look on her face.

"Don't worry Snowdrop, your not going to be alone on this," I said to her kindly, "Next I'll summon Lotus Blossom to the field in defense mode," as Lotus appeared out of a jet of water, "Ready?" I asked her.

"Of course Chris," Lotus replied to me.

"Now, Snowdrop attack Magician's Valkyria with Blizzard Gust," I ordered as Snowdrop sent a large gust of wind and snow towards Magician's Valkyria and froze her into a block of ice and that ice began to shatter into pieces along with Magician's Valkyria.

"Okay, I draw," Dark Magician Girl said pulling another card from her deck, "And I play Heart of Sanctity which allows us both to draw until we both have six cards in our hands," as we then drew our cards; mine were Aloe...

"And now I equip my self with Book of Secret Arts giving me 300 attack points and Mage Power which gives me 500 attack and defense points for every spell or trap card."

"Now I'll attack Snowdrop with Dark Burning Magic," she continued as she sent her energy blast towards Snowdrop.

"No!" I yelled as Snowdrop exploded from Dark Magician Girl's attack.

"And I'll end my turn," she finished.

"Well, when the dueling gets tough, the tough get's dueled," I stated as I drew my next card from my deck and it was my Monster Reborn spell card, "I summon Lotus' twin sister Aloe Blossom," then Aloe took to the field, "And next I switch Lotus to attack mode and then play the equip spell Spa Ponies unite and with it, Lotus' attack points increase by the total of her sister's."

"But that's not enough," Dark Magician Girl exclaimed.

"True, but now I play Monster Reborn to bring back Slendermane," I continued as Slendermane reappeared, "Now Slendermane attack her with Slender Strike," I ordered as Slendermane sent four of his tentacles towards her causing her to shatter and reappear from the Monster zone.

"Now Lotus and Aloe, finish this duel," I ordered.

"It's time sis," Lotus said to her sister.

"Right, to kick some butt," Aloe agreed as they spun around together with a large jet of water formed around them.

"Spa Water Burst!" they said as they sent the jet of water towards Dark Magician Girl.

"Well that was a lot of fun," Dark Magician Girl said with a smile on her face as Lotus, Aloe, and Slendermane disappeared.

"Sure was," I agreed giving her a thumbs up. I walked towards her and said to her, "Maybe we can duel again next Duel Monster Spirit day."

"Sure Chris," she said.

Just then, the would sky was covered in black clouds. "That's strange it's only 1:00 PM," Jesse said as we all heard an evil laugh come out of nowhere and I knew that horrid laugh anywhere.

Soon after it got dark, a shadow formed behind Dark Magician Girl and the voice said, "Well isn't this an interesting sight to see," as I pulled Dark Magician Girl away from the shadow seeing it was reforming into... The Shadow Sniper, but on his left arm was a black duel disk.

"How are you even here Shadow Sniper?" I asked him in complete horror, "I thought you were suppose to be gone for good."

"I thought I was too," Shadow Sniper said to me, "But I soon realized that you and Zane destroyed me in the dead of night and I knew where there was darkness, you will find me."

"But also I'am not alone," Shadow Sniper continued as a burst of lightning struck the ground and a holographic version of Jinzo appeared next to the Shadow Sniper.

"Jinzo?" Jaden exclaimed in surprise, "What are you and Shadow Sniper doing working together?"

Jinzo chuckled, "We both want the same thing and that is revenge," Jinzo replied to Jaden, "So, how about another duel, me and Shadow Sniper against you and Chris?"

"We say get your game on," Jaden said as he and I took our positions and Dark Magician Girl moved out of the way.

"Yeah, let's see what you guys got," I agreed as our duel disks went online.

"We'll go first," Shadow Sniper said, "I draw," as he pulled his first card from his deck, "And I think I'll start by activating the field spell known as Fourth Floor."

Then the field started to form into the darkness of the fourth floor. "What in the world?" Jaden asked.
"Fourth Floor, now instead of drawing a card during my draw phase, I'm allowed to add a random Creepypasta type monster from my deck straight to my hand," Shadow Sniper said, "Now I think I'll summon Jane the Killer in defense mode," as Jane appeared on the field kneeling down in DEF mode, but her eyes were glowing green. But then I knew why, Shadow Sniper was controlling her...

"How dare you Shadow Sniper," I said to him, "Leave her outta this."
"I'm afraid there is not much you can do," Shadow Sniper said to me, "And end the turn with one face down."
"Hey, Jaden, why don't you start us off?" I suggested to Jaden.
"Are you sure?" Jaden asked.
"Go for it."

"Alright, here it goes, I draw," Jaden said pulling out his first card, "I play my Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin," as Aqua Dolphin appeared on the field, "Next I'll send one card to the Graveyard and activate Aqua's effect: Sonar Wave. If there is a monster in your hand with five hundred attack points or less, it is instantly destroyed and you guys lose five hundred life points so let's see what you got there Shadow Sniper."
Then one of Shadow Sniper's card came out of his hand and it was Scarecrow...

"That's only a small price to pay," Shadow Sniper said to us.
"Fine then, now for O-oversoul," Jaden continued, "With this card I get to bring back the Elemental Hero card that I just tossed, so I bring back Elemental Hero Bladedge," as Elemental Hero Bladedge appeared on the field, "Now Bladedge attack Jane the Killer slice n' dice attack."
"I don't think so, I reveal my trap card known as Jane's Beauty," Shadow Sniper said as his trap card revealed itself...

"With this trap card, if Jane the Killer is on the field and this card is activated, your attack is negated," Shadow Sniper explained as Jane showed offer her looks at Bladedge forcing him to stop his attack.
"Fine then, I play three cards face down and end our turn," Jaden finished.
"My draw," Jinzo said as his first card appeared in his hand, "For my turn, I summon Spirit Caller in attack mode, and play the spell card Ectoplasmer; this allows each player to sacrifice one monster at the end of their turn and half of that monster's attack points is deals to the opposing player as damage." Soon after he summoned Spirit Caller, he turned into a spirit and went towards me and Jaden.

"Oh hey there Jane, long time no see," the pink party pony said, "You still like parties?" but no response, "Hello, anypony there?"
"Oh she can hear you, my dear Pinkie Pie," Shadow Sniper said to her, "But she not listening."
"Well then, I place one card face down and play Stained glass of Destiny which allows me to draw four cards to my hand, but to only discard one card to the Graveyard," I continued as drew my four cards which were Sweetie Belle...

Creepy Medic...

Daft Pony...

And my DJ Rock trap card...

Then sent my Love of a Princess spell card to the Graveyard as I said, "And end the turn from there."

"Very well, I draw," Shadow Sniper said pulling another card from his deck, "And I play the spell card Creepy Ponies," then showed the spell card he was talking about...

"You see if I send a Creepypasta type monster from either my field or in my hand, I can special summon it's pony form, so by sending Eyeless Jack from my hand to the Graveyard, I can special summon his pony form," he explained as he sent Eyeless Jack from his hand to the Graveyard...

And his pony form appeared on his part of his and Jinzo's side of the field...

And his eyes were glowing green as well. "And thanks to his special effect with him on the field, all your trap cards are destroyed," Shadow Sniper continued as my Hong Kong Fury trap card and Jaden's Hero Barrier were sent to the Graveyard, "And next I place two cards face down and end our turn."

"Okay then, it's my draw," Jaden said pulling another card from his deck, "I think I'll have Bladedge attack your Eyeless Jack pony with slice and dice."

"I don't think so, I play the trap card Attack guidance armor," Shadow Sniper said as a large piece of Armor with teeth appeared, "This card is like a magnet that redirects your own attack right back at you so guidance armor attach to Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin," which soon attached to Aqua Dolphin and Bladedge then attacked Aqua Dolphin instead of the original target.

Chris and Jaden: 2900

"Well then, I activate the spell card Fake Hero," Jaden continued, "Now I can bring out Elemental Hero Neos," as Neos took to the field.

"Well done, you activated my other face down; Creepy Wheel," Shadow Sniper commented as his trap card revealed itself...

"Now if you activate a spell or trap card once every four turns, I get to choose a Creepypasta or Everfree Forest type monster from my deck a special summon it."

"Well then, next I summon Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab," Jaden said as Flare Scarab took to the field as well, "And Neos, Scarab, Contact Fusion to summon Elemental Hero Flare Neos," then Neos and Scarab merged together, "Now for every spell or trap card out on the field Neos gets a four hundred attack point boost."

Elemental Hero Flare Neos: ATK: 4100

"Now Neos attack with Flare storm," Jaden ordered as Flare Neos attacked Eyeless Jack pony causing him to explode on contact.

"And finally I place one card face down and call it a turn," Jaden finished, "But since I used Flare Neos' special ability he returns to my deck," as Flare Neos returned to Jaden's deck.

"Very well then, my draw," Jinzo said as another card appeared to his hand, "And I couldn't ask for a better one, with this card our revenge will be even closer."

'Uh oh,' I thought to myself.

"I play the spell card Premature Burial to raise Spirit Caller from the Graveyard if I only pay 800 of our Life Points," Jinzo explained as Spirit Caller reappeared...

"But only to sacrifice him in order to summon..." Jinzo continued as Spirit Caller disappeared again, "Jinzo!" as Jinzo reappeared on the monster zone, "And next equip myself with the Axe of Despair giving me a thousand attack point boost and Amplifier allowing us to use any trap card we please..."

"Now I'll attack your Bladedge with Cyber energy shock!" he said as his energy blast struck Bladedge causing him to shatter into pieces.

"Now it's my go, I draw," I said pulling another card from my deck and it was Vinyl...

'Yes,' I thought to myself, "I summon Vinyl Scratch to the field in defense mode and next I sacrifice both Noobkiller and Pinkie Pie to summon Daft Pony to the field in attack mode," I said as Noobkiller and Pinkie disappeared to make way for Vinyl's idols Daft Pony to the field in attack mode, "And that's that for now."

"I'm ready Chris," Vinyl said to me.

"How pathetic," Shadow Sniper exclaimed as he drew his next card, "And I'll show you what a real move is as I send by sending Laughing Jack to the Graveyard," and sent Laughing Jack to the Graveyard...

"To special summon HIS pony form," then came Laughing Jack's pony form with his eyes glowing green.

"And now, Laughing Jack pony attack Daft Pony with Dark Laughing Magic," Shadow Sniper ordered as Laughing Jack's pony form summoned a purple energy blast towards Daft Pony.

"I play a trap, Mirror Force," Jaden said as his trap card revealed itself, "And with it your attack is reflected right back at you," then his attack was redirected back at the pony form of Laughing Jack, Jane, and Jinzo.

"I play my own trap Negate Attack," Jinzo cuts in as the reflected attack was stopped.

"Now I'll end my turn by playing a card face down and end my turn," Shadow Sniper finished.

"Okay then I draw," Jaden said pulling yet another card from his deck, "I play the spell card Pot of Greed which allows me to draw two cards from my deck," as he drew his four cards from deck, "And next I'll summon Elemental Hero Prisma to the field in defense mode," and Elemental Hero Prisma took to the field in DEF mode, "And end my turn there."

"My draw, now I play Malice Doll of Demise in attack mode, but only to activate the effect of Ectoplasmer," Jinzo said as Malice Doll appeared and then disappeared thanks to the effect of his Ectoplasmer spell card...

"We'll see about that," Shadow Sniper laughed as he drew his next card to his hand, "And since my Creepy Wheel is at full power, it's second effect allows me to special summon a Creepypasta or Everfree Forest type monster from my deck," and then scrolled through his deck looking for the right monster, "And I think I'll summon Slenderman in attack mode," then Slenderman took to the field in attack mode...

"Now Slendy attack Daft Pony with Slender Strike!" he ordered as Slenderman attack Daft Pony causing them to shatter into pieces...

"And next I activate his special effect allowing me to draw three cards to my hand and if one of them is a Creepypasta type monster he gets to destroy all the monsters on your side of the field," he continued as he drew his three cards and grunted, "Well you two are lucky because I didn't draw a Creepypasta type monster so I'll end my turn with one face down."

"Okay then, my go," Jaden said pulling another card from his deck, "And I'll activate Prisma's effect, by sending a fusion material monster to the Graveyard I can summon a fusion monster, now Prisma, with power that you possess I transform you into... Jesse's most powerful beast Rainbow Dragon!" as Elemental Hero Prisma transformed into Rainbow Dragon, "Now, Rainbow Dragon attack Laughing Jack's pony form with Rainbow Refraction," Jaden ordered as rainbow Dragon blew Laughing Jack to pieces.

"And I play my face down, a spell card Heavy Storm," Jaden continued as every spell and trap card on the field were sent to the Graveyard including the Fourth Floor field spell, "I'll end my turn by throwing down a face down."

"You may have destroyed Shadow Sniper's field spell but that doesn't mean you are safe," Jinzo said as a card appeared in his hand, "And I can't do much so I'll end my turn early."

"Okay then, I draw," I said pulling out another card from my deck and it was my Empire of Crystals field spell...

'Yes,' I said in my thoughts, "I play my field spell Empire of Crystals," I said as I placed the card in my field spell zone and our field soon turned into the main plaza of the Crystal Empire, "Next I summon tuner monster Creepy Medic in attack mode," then Creepy Medic took to the field, "And give Sweetie Belle a little tune up." I soon began to chant, "Never mind that it's dead sing for it's your chilling melody... HEAL IT UP AND SING IT LOUD CREEPY BELLE!" I said as I slammed Creepy Belle's card on to the monster card zone...

As she took to the field in ATK mode, "And for every card in my hand she gains two hundred attack points and since I have two cards in my hand, she gets a four hundred point boost."

Creepy Belle: ATK: 2800

"And believe me that he will put that power boost of mine to good use," Creepy Belle said to Shadow Sniper and Jinzo.

"You got that right Creepy Belle so go to it and attack Malice Doll of Demise with Healing Music Needles," I ordered as Creepy Belle summoned eight needles with her magic and sent them toward Malice Doll of Demise causing him to melt from the liquid inside of the needles...

"Finally I'll end my turn," I finished.

"Well, you're Life points aren't safe from Slenderman's attack," Shadow Sniper said drawing a card from his deck, "So go to it Slenderman attack Creepy Belle with Slender Strike!" he ordered as Slenderman sent his tentacles towards Creepy Belle.

"I play a trap Negate Attack," Jaden cut in as his trap card revealed itself and Slenderman's attack was stopped.

"JADEN YUKI I WILL MAKE PAY DEARLY FOR THAT!!" Shadow Sniper roared in anger, "But very well then, I'll end my turn."

"Alright, I draw," Jaden said pulling yet another card from his deck, "I think I'll place this face down and end my turn."

"My draw," Jinzo said as a card was added to his hand, "I think that might do for now."

"I should have expected more from you Jinzo, but then again, I draw," I said pulling out a card from my hand and it was my Pot of Greed spell card, "I play my Pot of Greed allowing me to draw two cards," as I drew my two new cards which was my Bond between Crystal and Harmony spell card...

And Crystal Pony-Night Knight...

"Next I sacrifice Vinyl Scratch to summon Crystal Pony-Night Knight," I continued as Vinyl disappeared and Night Knight took her place, "Then I play the spell card Bond between Crystal and Harmony since I have a Crystal Pony on my field I can special summon one of the Elements of Harmony and I choose Rainbow Dash," the Rainbow Dash took to the field...

"Aw yeah, it's payback time Shadow Sniper," Rainbow Dash boasted.

"Now I'm summoning Majestic Star to the field," now Majestic Star, "Now it's Synchro Summoning time," as I began to chant again, "A swift wind brings forth a champion of friendship GIVE IT YOUR ALL MAJESTIC CRYSTAL RAINBOW DASH!!!" as Rainbow Dash, Night Knight, and Majestic Star merged together to form Rainbow's Crystal form...

"Chris," Jaden said to me, "Use my face down card."

"Now I play Jaden's face down, Polymerization to fuse Rainbow Dragon and Crystal Rainbow Dash to fusion summon RainbowFang-the Dragon Rainbow King," I continued as the two fused together to form the mighty Dragon...

'Not him, not him!!' Shadow Sniper cried in his thoughts as he looked up at RainbowFang.

"Now RainbowFang attack Slenderman with Majestic Rainbow Dragons!!" I ordered as RainbowFang turned into different colored Dragons which soon formed into an energy blast which struck Slenderman causing him to disintegrate from the blast.

"NNNNNOOOOOOOO!!!!!" Shadow Sniper yelled as the blast came to him as well also causing him to disintegrate from the light and power of the blast.

Chapter thirteen

A/N: Before you read please be noted that three of these card were made by my friend Poppixierex. And if you guys are confused on which one is which, the creator names are on the cards.

Two days after that fateful Duel Monster Spirit Day where Shadow Sniper returned to get his revenge on me from trying to get rid of him with the help of Jinzo who also wanted revenge on Jaden for beating him, I was in class learning more about how to be a better in Duel Monsters, but I was actually getting really bored out of my mind. But just as I was about to blow a fuse, the door opened revealing Doctor Crowler. "Doctor Crowler," my class teacher said to him, "Is there something you need?"
"I'm looking for Christopher Lancer," Doctor Crowler replied to my teacher.
I stood up and said to him, "Yes Doctor Crowler?"

"Come with me," he said to me as I walked with him through the hall, "I have gotten word that someone close to you coming to join Duel Academy tomorrow," he explained to me.
"I wonder who that could be?" Twilight asked me appearing on my left.
"Who is it?" I asked Doctor Crowler.
"I'm sure the name Sara is familiar to you," Doctor Crowler replied as he left me in the state of surprise and shock. That name, if Doctor Crowler was saying that my older sister Sara Lancer was coming to Duel Academy, then I might be embarrassed a lot.

A day later...

Today was the day that my older sister was suppose to be coming to Duel Academy. I told Jaden, Jesse, and the others about my older sister and her arrival and they really wanted to meet her. "Where is she?" I asked looking for her.
"I'm sure she's here Chris," Princess Celestia said to me, I always thought of her as the mother I had never had, "You just have to be patient."
"Okay Celestia," I said as I soon saw a young woman with red colored hair and bright purple eyes just like mine and was wearing an Obelisk Blue uniform.

She soon noticed me, "Chris?" she asked me, "Is that you?"
"Hey sis," I said to her.
Sara ran up to me and gave me one of her bear hugs as she said to me, "Oh Chris, it's so good to see you again little brother, it's been far too long." The hug felt like I was being squeezed to death by a giant octopus.
"Sara..." I tried to say to my older sister, "I... Can't breath."

"Oops, sorry about that Chris," she apologized as she released me from her massive grip.
"I't okay Sara," I said to her, "And it's good to see you too sis."
"So, where are your friends?" she asked me, "You had never stopped mentioning them in your texts."

"Right this way Sara," I said as I lead her towards the Slifer Red dorm and where Jaden and the others were waiting for us, "Sara, I like you to meet Jaden Yuki and his friends, guys this is my older sister Sara Lancer."

"It's nice to meet you Sara," Jaden said to my older sister.

"You too Jaden," Sara said shaking Jaden's hand.

"You're little brother has told us a lot about you," Alexis said to Sara walking up to my older sister.

"I'm sure he has," Sara said.

"Hey sis, how about a friendly duel between you and me?" I asked her.

"You had me at yes, little brother," Sara replied to me as she opened her suit case and grabbed her duel disk which was a bright blue color with some silver on it, "Ready?" she asked.

"Sure am," I replied to her.

"Then get ready little brother," she said as our duel disks went online and drew our first five cards and mine were Thunderlane...

"I'll go first, I draw," I said pulling my first card and it was Lyra's Crystal form...

"I summon Thunderlane in defense mode," as Thunderlane took to the field in DEF mode with his wings covering his face, "You ready Thunderlane?" I asked him.

"I'm sure ready Chris," Thunderlane replied to me.

"Next I place one card face down and end my turn there," I finished, "You're move sis."

"Well get ready little brother," she stated to me, "I draw, I play the spell card known as Dimension Mirror," she said showing one of her cards...

"And next I summon my Fluttershy to the field in attack mode," she continued as her Fluttershy appeared on her side of the field...

"How is that possible?" Jaden exclaimed.

"Yeah I forgot to tell you guys about that," I said to the others as I told them that my older sister and I had some similar cards in our decks.

"Wow, you and your sister must be very close," Syrus commented.

"Real close," Sara said, "Now I'll place two cards face down and end my turn.

"My draw," I said pulling another card from my deck and it was Sunset Shimmer...

"I summon Lyra in attack mode," as Lyra took to the field in ATK, "And next I'm playing my Empire of Crystals field spell," and the field turned into the main plaza of the Crystal Empire, "And I'll end my turn there."

"Very well little brother," Sara said pulling another card from her deck, "I activate my Dimension Mirror's effect by paying a thousand life points and sacrificing Fluttershy, I can Special summon Fluttershy's Human form in defense mode," as her Fluttershy disappeared and her human form appeared in her place...

"Wow, human versions of her monsters," Jesse exclaimed in awe.

"And she sure is cute," Alexis agreed with him.

"And I'll end my turn there," she finished.

I was confused for a moment, but then said to her, "Okay sis, my draw," pulling my next card from my deck and it was my Papillon's call spell card...

"First I sacrifice Lyra to special summon her Crystal form to the field," I continued as Lyra turned into her Crystal form, "And thanks to my field spell, Crystal Lyra gets a five hundred attack point boost."

Crystal Lyra: ATK: 2500

"I'm ready and waiting Chris," Lyra said to me.

"You'll get your chance Lyra," I said to her, "Next I play my Papillon's call spell card with this card, I can special summon Princess Papillon to the field in attack mode," as Princess Papillon appeared in ATK mode...

"Now go for it Lyra, attack with Crystal Harp," I ordered as Lyra started playing her harp and some magical energy came out and rapped around Human Fluttershy and squeezed her until she exploded into pieces, "I'll end my turn there," I finished.

"I'm impressed little brother," Sara said with a smile on her face, "You're skills have really improved since we last dueled together."

"Well, guilty as charged," I said smiling back at her, "It's your move now sis."

Chapter fourteen

"Let's see what my deck has in store for you little brother," Sara said pulling another card from deck, "I play my Graceful Charity spell card allowing me to draw three cards, but only if I send two to the Graveyard," as she drew her three cards and sent two other cards to her Graveyard, "And now I summon Filly Rainbow Dash in attack mode," she continued as Filly Rainbow Dash appeared in ATK mode.

"Aw, she is so cute," Alexis cooed looking at the Filly version of Rainbow Dash.

"She has a special effect as well; she can attack you directly even if you have monsters on your side of the field," my older sister explained as Filly Rainbow Dash came up to me and kicked me in the face.

"Argh!" I grunted putting a hand on my face after getting kick in the face by that filly.

"And finally, I'll end my turn there," she finished.

"Okay, my draw," I said pulling another card out of my deck and it was Daring Do...

"Princess Papillon, attack Filly Rainbow Dash with Shining wings of Light," I ordered as Papillon nodded and took to the air.

"Take this!" she said as she started to shine brightly.

"I don't think so little brother," Sara cut in, "I play one of my face down cards," as one of her face down cards revealed itself, "My Mirror Force trap card."

"No!" I exclaimed as Crystal Lyra...

Shattered into pieces, "Well I think I'll end my turn," I finished.

"Okay then little brother, I draw," she stated pulling another card from her deck, "I sacrifice Filly Rainbow Dash to summon the grown up version of Rainbow Dash," as Filly Rainbow Dash disappeared and a grown up Rainbow Dash took her place...

"And since she was summoned she inflicts six hundred points of damage to you," she continued as her Rainbow Dash charged me head on.

"Argh!" I was knocked off my feet from her effect.

"I summon Nyx Lv.3 in defense mode," I said as Nyx appeared on my side of the field in DEF mode.

"Wow, she is really cute," Syrus said with a smile.

"Alright then, I draw," she stated pulling another card from her deck, "I summon my Pinkie Pie in defense mode," as her Pinkie Pie appeared in DEF mode...

"And that should do for now."

"Very well then Sara, my go, I draw," I said pulling another card from my deck and it was my Stained Glass of Destiny spell card...

"I play my Stained Glass of Destiny spell card; allowing me to draw four cards from my deck, but only if I send one card to the Graveyard," as I drew my four cards which were my Dark Magic Mirror trap card...

Then sent Daring Do to the Graveyard, "Ready Nyx?" I asked.

"Oh yeah," she replied to me.

"I sacrifice Nyx Lv.3 to summon Nyx Lv.6," I said as Nyx disappeared then reappeared in her Nightmare form, "Now Nyx attack with Light of Shadows!"

Nyx flue up in the air as her horn began to glow, "Take this," she said as she fired an energy blast at my older sister's Pinkie Pie causing her to explode into pieces.

After that, Nyx came back down as I said to Sara, "Finally, I place one card face down and end my turn."

"I draw," she said pulling another card from her deck, "I activate the effect of my Dimension Mirror spell card and sacrifice Rainbow Dash to summon her human form."

As she said that her Rainbow Dash disappeared, but reappeared in her human form in ATK mode...

"But she still doesn't have enough attack points," I said to her.

"True, but only if I equip her my Rainbow Guitar spell card," Sara said pulling out her equip spell from her hand, "Giving her a nine hundred attack point boost."

Human Rainbow Dash: ATK: 2600

"Now Human Rainbow Dash attack with Rainbow Guitar solo!" she ordered as Human Rainbow Dash started playing her guitar and sent an energy blast straight at Nyx.

"I don't think so sis," I said to my older sister, "I activate my trap card, Dark Magic Mirror," as my trap card revealed itself, "And thanks to this card your attack is sent right back at you," and the Dark Mirror appeared in front of the energy blast, stops it, and reflected the attack back at Human Rainbow Dash.

"I actually have a surprise of my own little brother," Sara said, "I play my Negate Attack trap card," as her Negate Attack revealed itself and stopped the reflected attack.

'Well, that sure was a surprise,' I thought to myself.

"Finally, I place a card face down, and end my turn," my older sister finished placing her card face down, "What else you got, little brother?"

"I'll show you, I draw," I replied to her pulling another card from my deck and this time it was Nyx Lv.9...

"I sacrifice Nyx Lv.6 to summon Nyx Lv.9 in attack mode," I continued as Nyx disappeared, but reappeared in her true form, "Now Nyx attack with Light of the Pure Moon!" I ordered as Nyx's horn began to glow.

"Here goes nothing," Nyx said as she sent an energy blast of her own at Human Rainbow Dash causing her to burst into bright blue flames.

"I'm proud of you little brother," Sara complemented, "And I'm sure that mom and dad would be proud of you too."

"Thanks sis," I thanked, "Finally I summon Derpy Hooves in defense mode," I finished as Derpy appeared in DEF mode...

"Okay then, my draw," she said pulling another card from her deck, "I play my Monster Reborn spell card to bring back Human Rainbow Dash, but now sacrifice her and use the effect of my Dimension Mirror to summon Human Sunset Shimmer," as her Reborn Human Rainbow Dash disappeared and Human Sunset Shimmer took her place...

"Even she doesn't have enough attack points to stand up to Nyx," I said to my older sister.

"True, but now I reveal my face down card," she said as her face down card revealed itself, "My Demon Sunset Ritual spell card, but before that, I activate my Dian Keto the Cure Master to give me some extra life points."

"Now I activate the Demon Sunset Ritual and sacrifice Human Sunset Shimmer," she continued as Human Sunset began to change into her demon form.

"Now Infernal Sunset, attack with Demonic Flames!" my older sister ordered as Demon Sunset Shimmer sent a blue colored fireball at Nyx causing her to explode.

"With that I'll end my turn," she finished.

"Alright, my draw," I said pulling another card from my deck and it was my Derpigun's Gatling gun spell card...

"I summon the Tuner monster Pyrogun in attack mode," as Pyrogun appeared on my side of the field in ATK mode.

"I'm ready whenever you are Chris," Derpy said to me.

I nodded, "Now I'm giving Derpy a little tune up," I said as Derpy and Pyrogun began to merge together, "Deliver their pain in a timely manner! End them Derpigun!" I canted as Derpigun appeared in Derpy and Pyrogun's places.

"Get ready for a fire storm," she said with a creepy smirk.

"And you will do just that once I equip you with your Gatling gun," I added as her right arm was replaced with a Gatling gun, "Giving you an extra level and an eight hundred attack point boost."

Derpigun: Level: 9 ATK: 3700

"Now attack with Gatling gun Fire Storm!" I ordered.

"Aw yeah!" Derpigun exclaimed as she took to the air and lets her Gatling gun arm let rip on Demon Sunset Shimmer causing her to explode.

"I told you I would win someday sis," I said to my older sister as my monsters disappeared.

"Yep, you sure did," Sara chuckled as I joined in with her.

Chapter twelve (deleted scenes)

When Rainbow Dragon's attack hit Laughing Jack me and Jaden were suddenly blinded by the bright light caused by the explosion forcing us to cover our eyes. But the light started to die down a little just enough for me and Jaden to uncover our eyes. "What the...!" I exclaimed in surprise, "Where are we Jaden?"

"I have no idea Chris," Jaden replied to me, "Hello, anybody here?"

"Chris... Jaden..." a familiar ghostly voice called out our names and I knew that voice anywhere.

We looked in front of us and out appearing out of the black light one by one were each of the Creepypastas. "It's all the Creepypastas," I said as Grinny the Cat appeared on my shoulder, "Grinny, what's going on guys?"

"This is more like an artificial time out," Il diavolo degli Assassini replied to us.

"Then, where are we?" Jaden asked them.

"We're with in the light that has been released when Rainbow Dragon's attack destroyed Laughing Jack," Slender Man replied to him, "In here our true spirits can be revealed to both of you."

"And we are also safe from that horrid Shadow Sniper," Nurse Ann joined in the conversation.

"Now, you two must listen to us carefully," Sarcasm began, "You might have known that Shadow Sniper has taken control of us so he can get his revenge on you Chris."

"But we can not brake free," Lost Silver cut in with his ghostly voice, "His Dark Magic infects us."

"His own damn magic he is casting on that new deck of his forces to do his bidding," Clockwork said in anger as she and the other Creepypastas looked down to the ground in shame.

"Really?" I asked them in surprise.

"Yes, and in order to free us from that bastard you must defeat both him and Jinzo," Ticci Toby nodded as he began explaining to us how they can be free of Shadow Sniper's Dark Magic, "Once they are both defeat only then we can just might be free of his magic."

"Do you understand what the two of you must do?" the Rake asked us.

"Once Shadow Sniper is destroyed you will be free of his Dark Magic," I replied as Jaden nodded notifying that he understood what we needed to do.

"Good luck then boys," Eyeless Jack commented as they started disappearing one by one starting with Slender Man and his brothers Sexual Offender and Splendorman.

"Chris, Jaden, we're all counting on you both," Il diavolo said as both he and Sarcasm vanished into thin air hands locked together.

"Good luck guys," Grinny said as he was the last one to vanish. And the black light soon began to fade away as me and Jaden were returning back to the duel. We uncovered our eyes to see that there was a bunch of smoke where Laughing Jack in pony form once was.

"Thanks for your help pal," Jaden said to Rainbow Dragon.

"So, my Dark Magic reveal to me that you met my Creepypastas," Shadow Sniper commented looking at us with both interest and annoyance, "Now then, tell us; what did you talk about in there?"

"We don't have to tell anything about that Shadow Sniper," I said to him with anger.

"Well then we'll have to force the answer out of you two," the black Sniper said to us, "But that will have to wait because it's still Jaden's turn."

Chapter fifteen

It has been a day since my older sister came to Duel Academy and she got lucky because she was an Obelisk Blue. But I am happy for her though. I can live with being a Slifer Red for now as I'm waiting for my chance to become a Ra Yellow. Thanks to my Duel Monster Spirit friends keeping me company helps me wait.

Later that night...

Zane was showing Sara around the Obelisk Blue dorm, she already was shown the pool and Cafeteria. "And this is the rooms for the Obelisks," Zane said to my older sister as they walked down the hall until they came to one of the doors, "And this will be your room."

"Thank you Zane," my older sister thanked him as she walked into her new room. There the bed with a blue covers and a white pillow was already made, a beautiful dresser with a small mirror at the top stood at the left side of the room, and there was a desk over looking a window with a great view of the west side of the island, "This is perfect."

"You are welcome," Zane said as Sara suddenly kissed him on the cheek causing him to blush.

What they didn't know was that I was just outside the Blue Dorm and I saw the whole thing with my telescope. I couldn't help but chuckle at what I saw. Rainbow Dash, who was right beside me said, "I guess your going to have a brother in-law Chris."

"Give me and Sara a break Rainbow Dash," I said to the sky blue Pegasus, "This is my older sister's first time here at Duel Academy."

"Chris is right Rainbow," Applejack said to her appearing next to the sky blue Pegasus, "Try not to make this bad for them."

"Okay, okay I was just trying to make a joke," Rainbow Dash replied as I went back to the Slifer Red Dorm to get some sleep for class tomorrow.

And when I made it back, Jaden noticed me and asked, "Oh hey Chris, where were you?"

"I was watching my older sister," I replied to my friend as I got into my bed.

"I'm sure the tour Zane gave her went well," he said smiling, "Well, goodnight Chris."

"Goodnight Jaden," I said as we both went to sleep.

In the Dream World...

I was walking down the hallway of Duel Academy on my way to watch a Duel; Jaden against an Obelisk Blue. but when I made it to the arena entrance, I saw another duelist, but he seemed different for the obvious fact that he was wearing a black uniform instead of a red, yellow or blue one. So I walked up to the guy to greet him when he turned to look at me with his red eyes. "Um... Hello there, my name is Chris," I greeted him.

"Oh, I've heard of you Christopher," he said to just as he quickly grabs me by the neck and pins me to the wall while letting out a familiar evil laugh I heard before in the horror movie Nightmare on Elm Street.

I couldn't break away from his grip as he revealed a razor glove on his right hand and transformed into the evil Freddy Krueger. "Hello there Lancer," he said to me pointing his razor glove at me, "You might be wondering how am I real."

"You b-bet... You're damned soul... I am," I replied to him.

"Well I have been real the whole time," Freddy explained to me, "But I'm not here to kill you," as he brought his razor glove closer to my face and one of the blades gave me a scratch on the cheek.

"Then why are you in my dream world?" I asked the lord of nightmares just as he suddenly let me go.

"I wanted to thank you for freeing the Creepypastas from the Shadow Sniper's control," he answered my question.

"...Well, you're welcome," I said gasping for air still felt like he was still holding onto my neck.

"But we'll meet again and I can promise that," Freddy said as he just disappeared into thin air and let out an evil chuckle.

"Okay, now that was really creepy," I said out loud as Luna suddenly appeared right beside me, "You over heard everything didn't you?"

"Yes, I did," Luna replied to me as I remembered that Luna can enter other's dreams.

When I awoke with the sun shining down on me, I began slowly sit up on my bed thinking of what had just happened to me in my dream, but then I felt the cut that Freddy left on my face. I got out of the bed as Winged Kuriboh appeared in front of me. "Oh, morning Kuriboh," I said to him as he spoke to me in his language, "Well I wish I could explain what happened to me last night in the simplest way, but not right now."

"Morning Chris," Jaden said to me with a yawn as he turned to look at me and noticed my scar, "Chris, what happened to you?"

"Well, Freddy Krueger happened," I simply replied.

A few minutes later...

"How is Freddy Krueger even real?" Jaden asked me in shock.

"He said he had always been real," I replied to him, "But he wasn't in my dream to kill me though, he wanted to thank me for freeing the Creepypastas from the Shadow Sniper's Dark Magic."

"That is strange," Jaden commented.

"But he also said that we'll meet again," I continued, "I'm still wondering what he meant by that."

"I think that would mean that he not done with you yet," he said to me.

"That could be the case," I agreed as I checked my watch and my eyes widened, "Oh my lord, look at the time, we have to get to class Jaden!"

"We're going to be late!" Jaden stated as we quickly moved and head towards our next class.

"If we keep moving, we might be able to get to class in time," I explained as we ran inside.

"I guess it's going to be another boring day in class then," Rainbow Dash said appearing beside me.

"Hey, it's not so bad once you get used to it," I said to the sky blue Pegasus as we were almost at the door to our class, but when I looked at my watch i yelled in shock, "Oh no, only twelve more seconds to go!" I then grabbed the door handle and imediately opened it as we both went inside with only a second to spare before the bell rang.

An hour and a half later...

When class was over me and Jaden were walking through the hall when some Rs Yellows ran past us. "Hey, what's going on?" Jaden asked them. One of the Ra Yellows turned to look at us.

"Didn't you hear?" he asked us, "Sara Lancer is dueling someone."

"My older sister is dueling someone?!" I exclaimed in surprise.

"Yeah, follow us," the Ra Yellow said leading us to the dueling arena where Sara was having her Duel. And when we made it to the arena, Syrus was sitting next to Jesse.

Jesse noticed us and said, "Hey guys."

"Hey Jesse," I greeted as me and Jaden took a seat next to them, "Who's winning?"

"Well, it's Sara at the moment," Syrus replied to me.

I did see my older sister was on the right with her Royal Guard Flash Sentry in DEF mode...

Her Princess Cadence in ATK mode...

And two face downs. On the other side her opponent had a Sangan in DEF mode, two Masked Dragons in ATK mode and a face down card. "Who's the other Obelisk Blue?" I asked Syrus.

"That is John 'Flame' Scott," Syrus replied to me, "He has a powerful Fire and Dark deck."

LP Count:

Sara: 2700

John: 2400

"It's your move John," my older sister said to her opponent.

"Right then," John said to her, "First I sacrifice my Sangan to summon my Fortune Lady Dark to the field in attack mode," as his Fortune Lady Dark appeared in ATK mode.

"Oh no," I gasped in shock.

"What's wrong Chris?" Syrus asked me looking confused.

"Our father told us this type of monsters," I explained to the others, "They have a special ability allowing them to increase their attack points every turn equal to it's level multiplied by either two hundred, three hundred or four hundred and Dark Fortune Lady gains attack and defense points equal to her level multiplied by four hundred."

"So since Fortune Lady Dark's level is five her attack points are two thousand," Jaden said in shock.

Fortune Lady Dark: ATK: 2000 DEF: 2000

"Next, I play my Equip Spell United We Stand and equip it to Fortune Lady Dark giving her eight hundred attack points for every monster on my side of the field," John continued.

Fortune Lady Dark: ATK: 3600

'This is going to turn out badly,' I thought to myself.

"Now Lady Dark, attack with Dark Hole Blast!" he ordered as his Fortune Lady Dark started spinning her staff summoning a purple sphere and sent it to my sister's Princess Cadence.

"I play a trap card, Negate Attack," my older sister cut in as her trap card revealed itself and stopped Fortune Lady Dark's attack.

"I still have two more monsters left and this field spell can help with their problem," John smirked, "A field spell called Molten Destruction," as their field changed into a Volcano that was ready to blow, "And it gives all Fire monsters five hundred attack points, but losses four hundred defense points."

Masked Dragons: ATK: 1900 DEF: 700

"Uh-oh," I commented watching the rest of the duel. Sweetie Belle was on my lap and was also watching the duel, she was covering her eyes with her hooves because she couldn't watch the rest of this.

"Now Masked Dragon attack her Royal Guard Flash Sentry with Masked Fire Storm!" my older sister's opponent ordered as his Masked Dragon on his left sent a fire ball towards Sara's Flash Sentry and once it hit him, the gold Pegasus exploded into dust. My older sister covered her face as the smoke engulfed her. "Now I end my turn there," John finished, "You're move Sara."

"Alright, I draw," she said pulling a card from her deck, "And I play Double Summon allowing me to summon Rarity and Spike to the field in attack mode," as her Rarity and Spike took to the field in ATK mode...

"Now I activate my Spike's special effect; since Rarity is on the field he gets an extra three hundred attack points, plus the extra five hundred from your field spell."

Spike ATK: 1800 DEF: 500

"But that's not enough to destroy any of my monsters," John said looking confused.

"That's why I'm sacrificing both of them to summon Ultimate Spike!" Sara shouted as both her Rarity and Spike turned into energy balls and began to merge together into a larger energy ball. That energy ball then started to form into the giant Dragon.

Ultimate Spike roared.

Ultimate Spike: ATK: 3500 DEF: 1600

"What!?" John exclaimed looking up at the giant Dragon.

"Oh, John is in trouble now," I said out loud as Sweetie Belle uncovered her eyes and saw Spike's adult form with a smile.

Chapter sixteen

Adult Spike roared out as me, Jaden, Syrus, Jessie and all the other students of Duel Academy watched the duel between my older sister Sara and her opponent John go on. "And now Ultimate Spike, attack with Fire Breath Barrage!" my older sister ordered as her Ultimate Spike sent a stream of green fire towards one of John's Masked Dragons and burned it into dust.

LP Count:
Sara: 2700
John: 2000

"And next, I play the spell card Mystical Space Typhoon to destroy that United we stand spell card of yours," Sara continued as a burst of wind from her spell card was sent towards his equip spell and destroys it, "And now without that equip spell card in play, your Fortune Lady Dark looses her extra attack points that came from that card." A glowing aura formed around Lady Dark as she got weaker.

Fortune Lady Dark: ATK: 2000

"But for now, all I can do is end my turn," she finished, "It's your turn now John."

"Alright then, Sara, I draw," John said pulling another card from his deck, "Since you destroyed one of my Masked Dragons, I can activate it's special ability, allowing me to special summon a Dragon type monster with fifteen hundred attack points or less, so I special summon my Dark Blaze Dragon," as his Dark Blaze Dragon appeared on his side of the field and roared.

"What can he do against my Ultimate Spike?" my older sister asked him.

"Nothing yet, but now Lady Dark's level increases," John replied to her before turning to Fortune Lady Dark, "And since her level had increased so do her attack points to twenty-four hundred."

Fortune Lady Dark: ATK: 2400 DEF: 2400

"Next I play my Book of Secret Arts spell card and equip it to my Lady Dark," John went on, "Increasing her attack and defense points by three hundred."

Fortune Lady Dark: ATK: 2700 DEF: 2700

"Now Lady Dark, attack her Princess Cadance with Dark Hole spell attack!" he ordered as his Lady Dark sent a black energy ball at Sara's Princess Cadance. Once it hit her, Cadence bursts into smoke and fire. Sara covered her face from the blast, but it forced her to be slid back a little.

John: 2000

I saw this as my older sister was trying to hold her own against her opponent. I felt like I should be there helping her just like she did with me when we were kids. "Come on sis," I called out to her, "You can do this!"

She managed to stand back up as she said to John, "I maybe down, but I'm not out yet John."

"Well, I'll end my turn with a face down," he finished, "You're move now Sara."

"Alright John, I draw," she said as she pulled out another card from her deck, "Now Ultimate Spike attack his Fortune Lady Dark with Fire Breath Barrage!" she ordered as her Ultimate Spike sent another blast of fire towards John's Lady Dark.

"I don't think so Sara, I play a trap card," her opponent cut in as his trap card revealed itself, "Attack Guidance Armor, this trap is like a magnet that redirects your own attack right back at you."

"Uh-oh," Sara said out loud.

"And now Guidance Armor equip to my Dark Blaze Dragon," John said as the armor disappeared at least for a second until reappeared, attached to his Dark Blaze Dragon. Soon Ultimate Spike's attack turned towards his Dark Blaze and shattered it to pieces.

"Well, I think I'll play my Pot of Greed allowing me to draw two cards from my deck," my older sister continued as she pulled out two more cards from her deck, "Now, I summon my Twilight Velvet in defense mode and end my turn, it's your move," she finished as her Twilight Velvet appeared in DEF mode.

"Okay, draw," he said pulling another card from his deck and checks it, "And I play my Pot of Greed spell card allowing me to draw two cards from my deck," as he then drew two more cards from his deck. "Now, I summon my Blackland Fire Dragon to the field in defense mode," John said as his Blackland Fire Dragon appeared in DEF mode with it's wings covering it's face, "Also since it's still my turn, Lady Dark's level increases and so do her attack points to thirty-one hundred." Lady Dark began to have a very dark purple aura formed around her.

Fortune Lady Dark: ATK: 3100 DEF: 3100

"Now, I end my turn with a face down," John finished placing his facer down card, "What else do you got, Sara?"

"I will show you, I draw," my older sister replied pulling another card from her deck, "I summon my Coco Pommel in defense mode and play my Heavy Tornado spell card to destroy all the spell and trap cards on the field," as all the spells and traps on the field shattered into tiny shards, including John's field spell.

Ultimate Spike: ATK: 3000
Fortune Lady Dark: ATK: 2800

"Now, Ultimate Spike, take out his Fortune Lady Dark with Fire Breath Barrage!" Sara ordered as her Ultimate Spike sent another burst of green fire at Lady Dark. When the fire blast hit her, she exploded almost sending John flying off his feet.

John: 1000

"And then I'll end my turn by throwing down a face down," she finished placing her face down.

"My turn then," John said, "I draw," pulling out another card from his deck, "I play Monster Reincarnation; by discarding one card from my hand to the Graveyard, I can bring back my Darkblaze Dragon from the Graveyard," and his Darkblaze Dragon reappeared on his side of the field. "And since he was special summoned back, his attack points are doubled," he continued.

Darkblaze Dragon: ATK: 2400

"But that isn't enough against my Ultimate Spike," Sara said to him.

"Sure your Ultimate spike has three thousand attack points while my Darkblaze is only twenty-four hundred, but if I equip him with my Axe of Despair spell card, he gains an extra thousand points," he said.

Darkblaze Dragon: ATK: 3400

"Darkblaze, attack with Dark Fire," John ordered as his Darkblaze sent a dark fireball towards my older sister's Ultimate Spike. When it hit, her Ultimate Spike exploded.

LP Count:
Sara: 1400
John: 1000

"Now, Masked Dragon attack with Masked Fire Blast," he continued as his Masked Dragon sent another fire blast straight towards my sister's Coco Pommel.

"I don't think so, I play a trap," my older sister cut in as her trap card revealed itself, "Sakuretsu armor, this stops your attack and destroys your Masked Dragon." His Masked Dragon started to shatter into little pieces.

"I guess I'll end my turn then," John finished.

"Now I draw," Sara said pulling another card from her deck, "I play my Mystical Space Typhoon to destroy your equip spell," as a burst of wind came from her spell card and destroyed John's equip spell.

Darkblaze Dragon: ATK: 2400

"Now I play Monster Reborn to bring back my King Sombra from the Graveyard," my older sister continued as her Sombra appeared on her side of the field in the form of a shadow but reformed in the Unicorn Tyrant, "Now, Sombra attack with Dark Magic Crystals," she ordered as her Sombra used his Dark Magic to summon dark crystals that formed around John's Darkblaze Dragon and began to crush it.

Sara: 1400
John: 300

"Finally, I play a face down and call it a turn," my older sister finished placing her face down.

"Well, my move, draw," her opponent said pulling another card from his deck, "I sacrifice my Blackland Dragon to summon my Summoned Skull in attack mode," as his Blackland disappeared and the legendary Summoned Skull took it's place.

"But you know that's not enough against my Sombra," Sara stated.

"But if I equip him with Black Pendant and Big Bang Shot spell cards, he gets a nine hundred point boost," John corrected my older sister as a pendant appeared around the Summoned Skull's neck and a dark purple burning aura begins to form around him.

Summoned Skull: ATK: 3400

"Summoned Skull, attack with Lightning Strike!" John ordered as his Summoned Skull growled summoning a large spark of lightning up towards to the sky, but went back down towards Sara's King Sombra. Once the lightning hit her Sombra, he exploded into black smoke.

LP Count:
Sara: 900
John: 300

"Now, Masked Dragon attack her Coco Pommel with Masked Fire Blast!" he said as his Masked Dragon sent a fire ball towards Sara's Coco. When the fire blast hit, her Coco exploded. "Now, I end my turn with a face down," he finished.

"I draw," Sara said pulling another card from her deck, "I play Lord Tirek in attack mode," as her Triek appeared on to the field, "And since I summoned him, I can special summon one level four or lower normal monster from my deck, and I pick my Unicorn Royal Guard." Then came her Unicorn Guard.

"But those are still aren't enough to stand up against my Summoned Skull," John said to Sara.

"Not right now, for I tune both my level four Lord Tirek with level four Unicorn Royal Guard and Synchro Summon Archfiend Lord Tirek," she said as her two monsters merged together and created a new Tirek in their place.

"Who is Lord Tirek Chris?" Jesse asked me.

"Why not ask him yourself," a familiar voice said as me, Jaden and Jesse saw my Tirek's duel spirit right next to us.

"Tirek is one of the few enemies of the Mane Six," I replied to Jesse, "And he is one of few powerful cards in my sister's and my deck."

"That is awesome," Jaden said as we turned back to watch the duel.

"Now, Tirek attack his Masked Dragon with Tartarus Blast!" Sara ordered as her Tirek summoned an energy ball between his horns and sent a massive blast towards John's Masked Dragon. When this blast hit his Masked Dragon, it exploded into pieces. The blast even sent John flying a few inches but landed on his back.

John: 0

The crowd cheered and so did we. "Yeah, that's my sister," I said as Sara walked out of the arena. Me, Jaden, Syrus and Jesse walked out to see her. "Hey, sis!" I yelled to her as she turned to look at me and the others.

"Hey little bro," she said to me, "I saw you out in the crowd."

"Yeah, you did good out there," I nodded to her.

"Well, i'll see you boys later," she said as she walked away.

"Okay then sis, see ya," I said to her as Spike and Doctor Whooves appeared beside me.

"Well, she hasn't lost her touch in dueling," the little Dragon said.

"I knew she wouldn't," Doctor Whooves stated.

"Come on guys," I chuckled, "Let's head back to the dorm." So we went back to the Slifer Red Dorm. I was thinking that I have a long way to make the rank of Obelisk Blue. But I knew my friends will be with me every step of the way.

As we went back to the dorms after the duel between me and Zane, we were not aware that the shattered pieces of what remained of the Shadow Sniper card had taken the form of an actually shadows. They began to merge together into one shadow. “This is not over Christopher,” he said to me from the beyond. He then disappeared into the darkness of the night. He was going to get revenge on me and I didn’t know he was still alive.

As I slept in the Slifer Red dorm, I couldn’t help but get the feeling that the Shadow Sniper’s presence around me and the others with me. I was bunked with Jaden and Syrus was next to our bunk. I didn’t know if Jaden could sense the presence that I could sense.

In the dream world…

I was in class, ready for the next subject. Jaden was next to me and Syrus to him dozing off as usual. It made me smile, I always wonder why he always sleeps during class. But at the same time, I really didn’t care. Then all of a sudden the teacher looked up at me with green glowing eyes that was all too familiar to me.

I started to try and wake up Jaden from his sleep, but he was harder to wake up than a koala bear or perhaps sleeping beauty under a spell. I looked back at the teacher and he became black as Luna’s nights. Then Jaden, Syrus, and the other classmates around me disappeared as the scenery changed into a room of black. When the scenery changed I was no longer sitting and was now standing. The teacher turned into shadow and went into the darkness.

I started looking around the room trying to find him. But I could not see a him - or a bloody thing for that matter. He had blended in with the darkness around me. When I turned around again and out comes a demonic shadow which pinned me down to the ground. I tried to break free from his grip, but it wasn’t working very well.

I looked into the shadow’s eyes which were emerald green as well. His teeth were sharp and was just absolutely horrifying to say the least. Then the shadow suddenly just as quick as he had appeared and pinned me down to the ground. I slowly got back up on my feet and began to constantly search for that one shadow. I was just too scared to think about what was going to happen next or what was going on.

Then again the shadow demon pounced on me pinning me down again. I began to break free again and again, I couldn’t push him away. The demon gave out a horrifying laugh that may haunt me for maybe the month. Luckily, Luna came to help me - and just in time, thank god for that. She sent a magical energy blast on it knocking it off me.

O nce the demonic shadow hit the ground, it suddenly burst into a cloud of smoke. As I got back on my feet, I put a hand on my neck because I was thrashing my head for a few minutes. “Are you okay Chris?” Luna asked me.

“Yeah, yeah I am,” I nodded to her, “What in the name of the Winged Dragon of Ra was that?”

“I honestly don’t know,” she replied to me, “It seems to be a creature of Shadow Sniper’s magic.”

“Hold the phone there, how the heck is that possible?” I exclaimed with shock and horror, “I thought that Zane destroyed him, didn’t he?”

“Yes, Zane did indeed destroy him,” the dark blue Alicorn nodded, “Perhaps it maybe Sombra’s doing.” I just didn’t want to think that Shadow Sniper was still alive after that duel. He had to have been destroyed by Zane’s attack with Cyber End Dragon. However, I wish that was true for me and my friend’s sake.

Back in the real world…

I open my eyes as I sat up and turned down at my watch. It was about 3:30 in the bloody morning, I had to go back to sleep. That’s what I did, I lied back on my bed, and closed my eyes. I still wondered if the Shadow Sniper is watching, or maybe was watching me while I slept. And I had no doubt in my mind that it could have been him.

Chapter Seventeen

A day after my sister’s duel, I congratulated her, and was back at the Slifer Red Dorm - also after me and Syrus spied on our siblings hanging out together. Jaden and Hassleberry were having a duel while Alexis, Syrus, Alexis’ brother Atticus, Jesse, and Bastion were eating dinner as we watched the two friends duel. Soon, there was a knock at the door. When the door opened, it revealed to be cute little Blair wearing her Slifer Red blazer.

“Hey guys,” she greeted to us even though I only knew her for like a few weeks, I felt a strange feeling in my as we turned to look at her. When I looked straight at her, I felt my heart start to melt from a soft solid to a gooey liquid.

“Oh, hey Blair,” Alexis greeted to the raven haired Slifer Red. To be honest I did not care if she has a crush on Jaden, to hear that name was like music to my ears; I was just in love with her.

“Oh hey, Chris,” Blair greeted to me with a sweet smile

‘Chris, she is talking to you,” Twilight said to me as I snapped from my trance on her.

“Oh, um…*Ahem* Hey Blair,” I said to her with a simple smile - although I was blushing. We had talked on a number of occasions they were fine, that is until a night that she was struggling with a duel against a Obelisk Blue, that my love for Blair was sealed. To be honest, I was just trying to be a gentleman to the lovely young lady, so I don’t know what drawn me to her. I just… I just did.

‘Chris is in love!’ Rainbow Dash said making fun of me. I raised my hand, turning it into a fist. I punched the rainbow-maned duel spirit causing him to disappear in a puff of smoke.

“Excuse me for that my dear Blair,” I said to her calming down a bit, “Duel Spirits can be an annoyance as well as being help.”

“I can understand that with Jaden and Chazz,” Blair said understanding what my pain can sometimes be.

The next day, it was as usual - well at least at the start of the morning - and after a long and boring class, it was time for some dueling. I grabbed my duel disk and went out to do some dueling when I came across Blair. “I was wondering when you would get here my dear,” she said to me, oddly enough with an accent from Transilvania, her hair covering her eyes. She turned to face me revealing her brown eyes had become crimson red and her smile revealed fangs.

“B-Blair, what’s with the accent?” I asked her nervously.

“I have changed for you my dear Christopher,” she replied to my question getting closer to me making me feel rather uncomfortable, “Come… Join me and we can be immortal together.”

“Immortal, what the hell are you talking about?!” Bringing her face closer to mine, those fangs; inching closer to me - my neck specifically - and I could smell the stench of blood in her mouth. Wait a minute, hold the phone. Blood in her mouth, has she become a Vampire?

“Blair…” I began with wide eyes, “Have you become… A Vampire?”

She looked at me, eventually giving me a grin. “So, you figured it out, my love.” Putting a hand on my face, caressing it with her cold, pale hand.

“How did this happen to you?” I asked her.

Flashback…

Blair’s POV

Last night, I was heading back to the Slifer Red Dorm after a quick duel. It was dark and all that I could see was the light of the stars as well as the moon. All of sudden a black shadow began to form right in front of me and that shadow became a body. It was a man that was cloaked in black with a set of blood-stained Wallachian armor. His hair; black as the shadows with white lining and eyes that were red as blood.

“W-who are you?”I asked him. His only reply was activated his duel disk. When that happened, my fate was sealed. All I remember after that was screaming and becoming this. He explained to me that you and I could be together as long as we serve him.

Back in the present…

Chris’ POV

“Wait what?!” I yelled pushing her away, “Blair, your mind has been taken over!”

She took two steps back before saying to me, “If you won’t join us willingly, then I will have to force you to join… In a duel.” Her blood red eyes showed signs that she was serious.

“Then let’s duel!” I yelled with doubt in my voice. She led me to a darkened dueling arena.

“Duel!” we both yelled activating our duel disks. And speaking of duel disks, she got a new duel disk. Her duel disk was ebony black with the monster with the monster card area being the shape of a bat’s wing and the deck area was like the head of a bat. It even had a vampire bat’s fangs. To be fair, that’s a pretty badass duel disk design.

We drew our five cards and I get an interesting hand. In my hand was the Cloudsdale field spell, Rumble, Sunset Shimmer, Destiny of Magic Trap card, and the Lunar Armor and Sword spell card. “I hope you’re ready my dear,” she suddenly said drawing a card from her deck, “Because I activate the field spell: Vampiric Seal.” Very soon a seal that I haven’t seen before - although I have heard of the Seal of Orichalcos because of the tales of Yugi Muto - began form around the field.

“W-what the?” I said in shock.

“And next, I summon my Maiden in Love,” she continued as her maiden appeared in defense mode, “And now my field spell activates; by removing her from the game, I can summon the Vampiric Maiden in Love!” Very soon it’s shadow began to consume the young lady, her screams of agony was haunting. When the shadows subsided in her place was a vampiric version of herself. “And her ability activates; you lose five hundred life points once per turn.” Her Vampiric Maiden suddenly disappeared and I had a chill down my spine.

Suddenly, I felt the Vampiric Maiden pierced the skin of my neck with her fangs. I cried out in pain as a unfamiliar sensation ran down my entire body.

Chris: 3500
Blair: 4000

“And I’ll end my turn with one face down,” she concluded.

“That attack… What the hell was that?” I said to myself, “It… Drained me somehow.” I pulled a card and it was Lotus.

I placed Sunset’s card into the monster card zone as she appeared on my side of the field. “But I am far from finished,” I said to her, “Sunset, attack with Sunset Fireball!” The yellow Unicorn summoned a fireball with her horn and sent it towards the Vampiric Maiden.

Chris: 3500
Blair: 3400

“You seem to forget that my Maiden stays on the field,” she said to me as the smoke cleared to reveal that she was still there.

“I’ll play a face down and end my turn,” I said ending my turn.

“Alright,” she said pulling a card from her deck, “And play Vampiric Love and equip it to my Vampiric Maiden. And she not only gains five hundred extra points, but she also gains a unique ability; when she attacks a monster whos attack points are higher than hers, you take damage equal to the difference between them. Now my Maiden, attack her Sunset Shimmer!” Her Maiden jumped towards Sunset and bites her neck. When that happened the came back.

Meanwhile, Jaden, Alexis, Syrus, and Hassleberry were having a walk through the hall that is closest by the arena I was dueling while talking to each other. “And so my twin sister wanted to join me in the Academy, but she couldn’t because she failed the test,” the pride of the Slifer Reds explained to his friends.

“That’s sad Jaden,” Alexis said to him, “I hope your sister is…”

Then they all suddenly heard my screams of pain. “”W-what was that?” Syrus shouted in horror.

“That sounded like Chris!” Jaden said as they ran to my location. When they made it to the arena I was in they found my older sister. “Sara, did you hear that too?”

“No, but I felt what was happening to my little brother,” Sara replied to them.

“Wait a minute, how are you able to feel what is happening to your brother?” the ice-blue haired Obelisk asked her looking confused.

“Chris and I have a bond so strong that we can feel one another’s pain,” she explained to them, “So when I felt my little brother’s pain, I can rushing to help.”

They turned to look at the door feeling the darkness emanating from within. “Guys, do you feel that?” Jaden asked them.

“Yeah, yeah we do,” the Queen of the Obelisks nodded. My older sister reached out to the door when a seal blocked her from opening it.

“I don’t know what dark powers are at work here, but I can’t let them go unchecked,” I roared pulling Luna from my deck then added Lunar Armor and Sword to that hand, “I sacrifice Sunset to summon Princess Luna to the field and boost her strength with the equip spell Lunar Armor and Sword!” Sunset then disappeared as a full moon appeared above the field. The light created by that moon caused Luna herself to appear on my field wearing her royal battle armor. “Luna, attack her Maiden with Magical Moon Slash!” The moon princess charged towards Blair’s Maiden, raising her sword, and stabbed her in the heart with it.

“Now… Will you stop this so that I can help you?” I demanded to her.

“I can’t do that, I’m afraid,” she laughed pulling a card from her deck, “The only way for this is to end is to defeat me or you lose to me. And I’ll start my turn by playing Mystical Space Typhoon to destroy your face down card.” A gust of wind rushed towards me as my Destiny of Magic was destroyed. “Next, I play my down card called Vampiric Offering.”

I didn’t like the sound of that card one bit as the trap card revealed itself. “By sending two of my cards to the Graveyard, my Maiden can evolve,” she explained to me.

“Evolve?” I inquired, “What are you talking about?”

“You’ll see my dear Chris,” she let loose a smirked, “Vampiric Maiden of Love, I now sacrifice you so that I can summon… Vampiric Maiden of Royalty!” The Vampiric Maiden slowly descends into a portal of eternal darkness and what came out of that darkness made my heart sink.

A young lady with snow white hair, eyes of crimson red. Her fangs were a little longer and were poking out of her mouth. Although when she opened up her cape, I was expecting her to have the traditional royal princess outfit, but instead her outfit was more like an outfit that looks like a mix of the card ‘Vampire Vamp’ and Morrigan from Darkstalker. “And now, her effect activates,” she said as a dark aura began to form around her and and her vampire, “If we each have one monster on both sides of the field, you lose life points equal to both their levels multiplied by two hundred.”

“Then that means…” I gasped with shock.

“You lose eighteen hundred life points!” Very soon her vampire flew towards me with her fangs primed to take my life points. She pinned me to the ground opening her jaw.

“Chris!” Luna shouted in shock. As quick as a jet fighter, Blair’s vampire sank her fangs into my neck. The pain began to worsen even further as if my life energy was being drained out of me.

“And I’ll place one card face down and that will do,” she said placing her card down, “It’s your turn.” Her vampire leapt back to her side of the field as I lay lifeless on the ground. With what I can assume my life energy being drained out of me with every single life point I am close to dying. Oh, I am not dead, not yet anyway. But I can’t give up, not now!

As that was happening, the others were listening to what was going when Sara can feel my pain once again. “My little brother, he is losing!” she cried getting on her knees.

“Can you tell who’s dueling Jaden?” Syrus asked his best friend.

“Chris is dueling…” he said as he was shocked to find out who’s dueling me, “... Blair is dueling him!”

“What?!” my older sister said with wide eyes, “Sweet little Blair is dueling my little brother?”

“But how can we stop them if we can’t inside sarge?” Hassleberry asked him.

“I don’t think that we can,” Jaden replied to him.

“Perhaps I can do something about that.” Very soon Neos appeared beside the Slifer Red. “Jaden, summon me, and I will try to break through this seal,” he explained to him.

“Alright then,” he nodded activating his duel disk placing Neos’ card in the monster card zone, “Go Neos!” He appeared and leapt in the air striking the seal with his full strength. The seal explodes into pieces. “Come on guys!” he yelled as they rushed inside to see Blair standing and me flat on my back.

“Little brother!” Sara cried to the top of her lungs.

“I… I’m okay big sis…” I said trying to get up on my feet, “I’m not dead yet, and I will try to make my last card count!” I pulled a card from my deck, “I play Stained Glass of Destiny, which lets me draw four cards and discard one.” I drew Lord Tirek Levels Four and Seven, Pot of Greed, and Nurse Redheart from my deck and sent Rumble to my Graveyard. “Now I summon Nurse Redheart in defense mode,” I continued as Redheart appeared kneeling down in defense, “And thanks to her special ability, I chose Sunset Shimmer, and I get life points equal to her attack points.”

“Next, I play the magic of Pot of Greed, allowing me to draw two cards,” I went on as I drew Polymerization and double summon, “Next I play the spell Double Summon allowing me to summon Lord Tirek Level Four!” The ground began to split open as flames shot open revealing the old Centaur. “And now I will end my turn.”

“You’re merely delaying the chance to join us my dear,” Blair said drawing a card, “Looks like I can’t do anything for now.”

“Fine,” I said drawing a card, “I activate my Tirek’s effect to sacrifice him to summon Lord Tirek Level Seven!”

Tirek then began to grow stronger when he leveled up, growing muscles and bigger horns. “And next I play Polymerization and fuse both Luna and Level Seven Tirek to make a more powerful creature,” I announced as the dark blue mane Alicorn and the giant Centaur began to fuse together, “Princess of the Night and Lord of Centaurs, merge to form a creature that will shake the stars! I Fusion Summon… Tirek Lord of Centaurs and the Under!” In their place was a more demonic version of Tirek.

“What is that?!” Blair yelled in shock.

“Your defeat!” I replied with an angry roar, “And I activate one of his mighty special abilities!” If I fused Lord Tirek Level Seven to Fusion Summon this, he gains the attack points of the other monster or monsters I used to help Fusion Summon this wicked Centaur.”

“What?!” Blair gasped in horror as a purple aura formed around my new Lord Tirek and his attack points went up.

“Now Tirek Lord of Centaurs and the Under attack her Vampire Maiden of Royalty with Rage of the Lord of Centaurs!”

Tirek charged up an energy ball in between his massive horns as he looked down at the vampire with a rage induced face. “From the Castle and Coffin you came… And from the Castle and Coffin you shall STAY!” he roared. With a slam of his front hooves, he fires his energy ball at Blair’s Vampiric Maiden. Her said Vampiric Maiden screamed as she was incinerated by the blast. The blast was so powerful that it lifted Blair off of her feet landing flat on her back.

Blair: 0

When her life points dropped to zero the seal around us faded away. Feeling exhausted, I also fell on my back blacking out. “Chris!” my older sister cried running to my side.

When they surrounded me, the darkness began to take form of a sentient shadow. “What a shame,” he said looking down at Blair.

“So, you’re the one behind all of this,” Jaden spoke to the shadow.

The said shadow turned to face the Slifer Red. “Yes I am, and this is only the beginning,” he said to him, “You will all be joining us eventually.”

“Dream on pal!” he yelled as the shadow disappeared along with Blair in its grasp, “Hey, come back here with Blair!”

“Chris, please be alright!” my older sister cried tears falling down her face.
