As Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, and Apple Jack are trying to fix a book, they all get trapped in a alternate universe!
As Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, and Apple Jack are trying to fix a book, they all get trapped in a alternate universe! And there they must face the TMNP(Teenage mutant ninja ponies)! Will they survive?
One sunny afternoon, Twilight invited Rainbow Dash, Apple Jack, and Pinkie Pie to a book party.
"A book party?! Seriously?!" said Rainbow Dash. Twilight said that they get to make their own book, comics, chapters, or otherwise. Rainbow drew a comic about aliens. Pinkie did a comedy book. And Apple Jack did a Chapter book about, 'Life on the farm.'
"Wow that was really fun!" said Pinkie.
"I also called you to help me fix my book." said Twilight. This book, was a fiction about alternate universes. There was water on it and it was cut up into pieces. Twilight blushed and said, "Can you fix it? Heh."
"Twilight, why don't you use your magic?" asked Apple Jack. So Twilight did. As a result, it exploded and created a portal.
"AHHHHHHH!" They all screamed, but before anyone heard a thing, they were gone.
*** Next the ponies woke up in a place that had tall houses, or whatever they were. But that wasn't all.
"I feel weird. Twilight what are-AH! What are these?" Rainbow said holding up her what used to be hooves.
"Those are hands!" Twilight said. "Just like in the human world!"
"You mean when you went through that magical portal?" asked Apple Jack. "Ya know-" but before she could say another word, she lost her balance and fell, but Twilight caught her.
"Well we can't be in the same place I was in...There are taller buildings!" said Twilight. "And no horse portal."
"This is a different alternate universe, where everyone is human and there are mutants everywhere!" said Pinkie.
"Why do you think that?" asked Twilight.
"Oh, just a hunch." said Pinkie, as she has done before.
"Last time that hunch was right! Maybe that is where we are! By the way, how do we walk, Twilight?" said Apple Jack.
After Twilight showed them how to walk, they walked miles and miles! Till they found a sewer hole. And Twilight tripped on a rock and fell in head first! Rainbow Grabbed her hand and pulled her up. "Lets Explore inside!" said Pinkie pie. And so Pinkie pie jumped in feet first. And so did the rest of them.
So Rainbow and Pinkie and AJ and Twilight explored the sewers. They found this weird path, as if skate boarders were down there. But only Twilight knew what a skate board was. She looked them up while she was on Pinkie's computer. Soon they found a secret door. The door had a hoof button.
"AHA! Some pony lives here! Instead of ya know, humans." Said Rainbow.
Twilight tried to push the button, but it wouldn't work. Then she saw some words that read: "'Only the ones with the hoof can open this door'. What does that mean?"
"Well, duh! It means only ponies can open this door!" Said Pinkie.
So they tried to make a hoof shaped fake arm. And it worked! The door opened! Twilight crumpled up the fake arm and they all went inside. They heard some voices talking.
One voice said (her voice was very squeaky) "But, master, we can't face the Shredder! It's too hard!" Another voice said, "We gotta do it! It's for New york!"
New York? Twilight thought, I looked that up on Pinkie's computer too!
Another voice who sounded alot like spike said, "You must my students, or the Shredder will destroy New york!"
Suddenly Rainbow Dash fell and something around her crashed.
"Who is there?! Show yourself!" said a cool voice.
"Hey that sounds like me!" whispers Rainbow Dash to Twilight.
"This is an alternate universe! Of course there is gonna be another you!" Twilight replied a bit louder. "Oops."
"Get them!" said a voice.
"Yes, master." said a country sounding voice.
So Twilight and Pinkie hid in 2 vases. And Applejack and Rainbow hid behind long curtains. There was a tiny hole in Twilight's vase. So Twilight peeked through, and saw three green ponies with shells on their backs! Apparently they were what Pinkie called 'mutants'. But Twilight also saw a half rat dragon.
"Look everywhere, my students!" said the rat dragon. And he was the one who sounded like Spike!
"Yes master!" said a purple pony that sounded like Twilight.
They were all dressed like ninjas. They all looked like what they were in pony form. And Twilight heard Rainbow sneeze.
"Rainbow, did you sneeze again?" said one that looked and sounded like pinkie. She had an orange mask.
"No, I didn't! Some one else did! Who sneezed?!" said the one called 'Rainbow'. She had a blue mask.
"I'm sure there is a perfectly logic explanation for all of this." said a Twilight one. And she had a Purple mask.
"I sure a sugar didn't. So stop blaming me sugar cube." said Apple jack. This one had a Red mask.
So Pinkie pie sneezed too, and everyone looked at the vase where she was hiding in. She closed her eyes and said under her breath, "Please don't find me!" But they did and got her out.
"Is this some kind of joke? Why is there two Pinkies?" said Rainbow Dash.
"Who are you human? And why did you come here?" Rainbow ninja asked.
"I am Pinkie pie. And I wanted to explore down here with my friends and we found this hoofy door and we knew some pony lived down here instead of a human!" said Pinkie pie.
"Is that so? And how did you know that ponies lived down here? And why did you hide?" asked ninja Twilight.
"Yes that's so, and there was a hoof on the door, duh, and we were nervous to meet you and we thought you wouldn't be nice so we hid down here." and after she said that, Pinkie pie put on a big smile.
"Well, your me! THAT'S SO AWESOME! I ALWAYS WANTED TWO OF ME!" said the ninja Pinkie.
"That once happened for me, but then no one knew who I was!" said Pinkie. "I didn't even knew who I was."
"Well why don't your friends come out. We just wanna ask them a few questions." said Rainbow Ninja said.
So first Twilight came out. Then Rainbow, then Apple jack. And they all were asked a million questions.
"You must get back to your alternate universe. By the way, I am Strike. But before I was half rat half dragon, I was called Spike. And I was a dragon." said the one like Spike.
"Hi, my name is T-" started Twilight.
"-wilight Sparkle? Yes I know who you are. And you are Rainbow Dash, and you are Pinkie, and you are Apple Jack. I know." said Strike.
"So, Twilight ninja? How do you work on the computer? What is a computer?" asked Rainbow to Twilight Ninja.
"Well a computer is an electronic devise used to play games, buy stuff, and many more uses." said Twilight ninja.
"Wow, your not as smart as Twilight. Your good with computers, not books!" replied Rainbow.
"Well, yeah, I'm not good at books, but I can build teleporters to different dimensions, and many other things too." said Twilight ninja.
"If computers existed in Equestria, then Twilight would be smart with computers and (maybe not) books!" said Rainbow Dash.
"TV time! With pizza!" said Ninja Pinkie. So they all watched Dora the Explorer, Backyardigans, and then they switched to the news.
"Word has it that ninjas roam New york! And also we found these." The screen shows a ninja star., then switches back to the man in the picture. "Who are the ninjas? What do they want? We also spotted some pink squishy stuff. We believe it may be the sign of aliens in new york! Aliens and ninjas? What happens next? Bananas? Tune in next time to hear more, mysterious news!"
They all looked at each other, Strike showed them to their extra rooms, and they went to bed.
Once the girls were up, they decided to ask Strike if they could have a tour of the sewers. So, Rainbow ninja showed them around. And soon they wound up at the end of the sewers. So they went back to the lair. And what they found was horrifying. The place was a mess! They found a note, that read, 'If you ever want to see Strike, AppleJack, Pinkie pie, or Twilight again, then come to the pie factory. Don't keep me waiting. -Shredder.'
"It's obviously a trap," said Rainbow Dash. "after all, we don't know ninjetski- er, whatever." said Rainbow Dash.
"But I do! And I can teach you! Can you kick?" said Rainbow ninja.
"No, we haven't had these legs for long." said Rainbow Dash, Pinkie pie, and Apple Jack.
"I can kick! I've kicked a soccer ball, while trying to beat Rainbow Dash. " said Twilight. And she did a soccer ball kind of kick. Rainbow ninja explained that she was supposed to do a snap kick, and she preformed it and asked Twilight to copy her moves. So Twilight did a snap kick. And so did the others. Soon they learned enough ninjetsu to defend themselves. So they went to the pie factory. They had no Idea who the Shredder was, their guess was that he was one of the villains in their wold. But they could be wrong.
Soon they were at the pie factory. Rainbow ninja told Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie pie, and Apple jack to stay there. While Rainbow ninja was checking the inside, she spotted a cage with her sisters and Sensi. She longed to go in and nab them out. But, the cage bars were too thick.
Once Rainbow ninja came back she said, "OK, here's the plan! Twilight will detract the bad guys, while Pinkie and AppleJack jump on the cage and have this saw and cut them out! Then that's where me and Rainbow come in. We pull down a rope, and they climb out! Got it?" Everyone nodded, and Rainbow ninja said, "Lets move out!"
Twilight then ran inside and said, "Can't catch me!" Then she saw Shredder. He was a Draconequus! A Draconequus is like Discord for example. "Discord!"
"How dare you! I am only known as Shredder! No one knows my name!" said Shredder. "But...How do you?" suddenly, he sent all his ninjas after Twilight. Twilight ran. She knew she had to keep them all distracted.
Pinkie pie and AppleJack jumped onto the cage, but Shredder saw them. Pinkie pie used the saw, and sawed right through the metal cage. (How? It was Twilight ninja's robot saw.) Then Rainbow Dash and Rainbow ninja came and dropped the rope, and Strike, Twilight ninja, AppleJack ninja, and Pinkie pie ninja got out. But now, the Shredder knew that the Mutant ponies were working with humans, and would stalk them down till he has them! To be continued......

"Fluttershy, Twilight and Rainbow...and all the rest are gone!" said Rarity.
"Oh, yes I know...But I think that they were last at the library. Let's go check it out?" asked Fluttershy.
"Why, of course! They're very important to us!" said Rarity.
Soon, Rarity and Fluttershy got to the Library. They found a broken book that was closed. They opened it and the portal opened. Rarity and Fluttershy screamed before they entered.
"Why, that was the most dreadful ride ever!" said Rarity. "Can we do it again?"
"No, but how do we get back?" said Fluttershy. "Wait! There in the sewers is where we came in! So that's how we get back!"
"Fluttershy?" sad Rarity, holding up her..."Are these what Twilight described...Hands?!"
"Why, we have legs and hands! We must be in the human world! Oh, I am so exited, I feel like shouting!" said Fluttershy. So Fluttershy did a very quiet shout.
"Fluttershy, we have to learn how to walk..." Rarity suddenly fell when she tried to get up. "...And we have to do it fast!"
So soon, they learned how to walk. But, they had no idea what they had to do to find there friends, and bring them back.
"We must find them! Or, it'll be too late. I read about this portal in Twilight's library. In fact, it was the same book that got us here!" said Fluttershy. "It said, the book will break and get wet, it will make a portal to this dimension! But we only have a week before it closes."
"Fluttershy, my dear! You are starting to sound like Twilight!" said Rarity. Suddenly it rain. "Oh. Well, I'm always prepared now!"
So, Rarity said she brought a bag, and she opened it and took out an umbrella.
They walked for miles and miles, till they came to the same rock Twilight Tripped on. Fluttershy tripped on the rock, and fell in head first. Fluttershy landed inside, stubborn Rarity didn't help. "Rarity! Come down! It's ok!" said Fluttershy.
"But-but what if it's icky!" said Rarity.
"RARITY! COME DOWN NOW!" screamed Fluttershy. She had never screamed like that before. "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scream that loud."
"Fine, I'll come down, dear."
"Good, I have a feeling they're down here." Fluttershy said as Rarity jumped in. "See! Look there are hoof prints... wait no! footprints!"
"Let's follow the footprints, but careful! I don't want to get myself dirty-I mean I don't want you to get dirty." said Rarity. "On the other hand, I don't mind at all."
So soon, Rarity and Fluttershy make it to the same hoofed door. And they saw the fake hoof Twilight made, that she crumpled up. "Let's use this!" said Rarity.
So they used the arm, and as usual, it opened the door. And they snooped in. They heard a few words.
"I- I don't know. How do we get back home? I don't even know how we got here!" said Twilight.
"Nah, Twilight can build about anything! Um...THAT TWILIGHT!" said Rainbow pointing to Twilight ninja.
Suddenly, Fluttershy screamed. Rarity said, "Fluttershy, dear! Why'd you do that?!" and Rarity covered her mouth.
"Rarity?! Fluttershy?!" said Rainbow Dash.
"RARITY?!" said Strike. "Where is she?"
"Apparently, Strike is in love with Rarity in this Universe too!" whispered Twilight to Rainbow Dash.
So Twilight, Rainbow, Pinkie, AJ, and the ninjas (INCLUDING STRIKE) went to see Fluttershy and Rarity. And Rarity told them how she found the arm, and how they got there, and stuff like that! And so, Rainbow Dash introduced the ninjas to them. TWILIGHT! APPLE JACK! RAINBOW! PINKIE PIE! And Strike.
"Pleasure to meet all of you." said Rarity politely.
"Yes, yes it's very...um...nice." said Fluttershy.
"So, Twilight, who are we if there is another you in this alternate universe?" asked Rarity.
"Maybe Strike knows!" said Rainbow Dash.
"Don't you mean 'Spike'?" said Fluttershy.
"He goes by Strike!" said Rainbow Dash.
"OK, Fine." said Rarity.
"But, now the Shredder knows where our home is. We need to move!" said Strike.
So, then the Ponies went on moving. They moved. And moved. And moved...Should I stop saying that they moved? So soon the ponies found the perfect place! It was the size of Pony ville!
"Wow, this place is amazing!" Twilight said. "It-It is the size of Pony ville!"
"What's- Pony ville?!" asked Twilight ninja, wrinkling her nose.
"It's our home town, I miss it. I wish we knew where home was. I mean, the way back." said Apple jack.
"Wait, we saw where we came from! It was the sewer hole by the tallest house!" said Fluttershy, shivering. "My, it's cold!"
"Don't worry, I'll install a heater!" said Twilight ninja. So soon enough, she did. And now Fluttershy was hot! TOO HOT!
"I- I- I can't breathe!" said Fluttershy.
"Don't be a baby pony! It's not hot..." said Rainbow. "Ugh...OK IT'S HOT!" So Twilight ninja made a cooler, and she set it to the right temperature, that made everyone happy.
"So, Fluttershy, you were saying about how to get back?" said Twilight.
"Me and Fluttershy saw how we got in...How did you not see?" asked Rarity.
"We closed our eyes...He he..." said Twilight blushing. And Rainbow and Apple Jack blushed too. But Pinkie pie was hopping, happily. Then, Pinkie's Back itched. (That means it's her lucky day.)
"Ooh! Today's my lucky day! That means I'm lucky!" said Pinkie pie.
"Does she always act like this? This is how our Pinkie acts too!" said Apple jack ninja.
"Pinkie sense? Is that what you call it?" Twilight asked.
"No, we call it Non-talky. We made up the word." said Rainbow Ninja.
"Well, let's get cleaning the HOUSE!" said Pinkie pie. And so they did.
Shredder was looking all over for those Mutant ponies! He couldn't find them anywhere! Maybe they're still in the sewers? Shredder thought to himself. But my ninja's looked all over town! I need to find those humans, and those mutants, before they strike back at me!!!!

"Shredder won't find us, since I installed this cloaking device!" blurted out Twilight ninja. "Now we'll be safe."
"Nice work, egghead! Didn't know you had it in ya." smirked Rainbow Dash. It was about lunchtime, and the humans were extremely hungry. Suddenly, Twilight's stomach growled, as if it were a hungry tiger.
"I'm sorry, but are y'all hungry?" asked Applejack ninja. The humans nodded at the question. "Then I guess I'll make my famous......." Applejack ninja sprinted into the kitchen, and stayed there for about an hour. And the humans spent that hour playing video games, or Monopoly.
"All done!" yelled AJ ninja to the humans, and they headed toward the kitchen. "....Apple cupcakes!!!!!!!!!" The sweetness of the cupcake was unbelievable!
The flavor of the cupcake, was of course Apple, and the frosting, was creamy, and soft. It's flavor was strawberry, with a tiny bit of tart. The cake part of it was rich, with cream in the middle. This was the best cupcake they ever had!
"Wow. This here cupcake, is better than a zap apple with cinnamon on it!" replies AJ to her other dimensional self.
"No prob, other me!" AJ ninja said, as if it were a piece of cake...And it was!!!
After all the humans ate, the mutants ate, and it was the bomb! After all of them were full, Twilight ninja had a surprise for the humans. "I'd like to introduce you to: The dimensional portal! It will send you back home." Twilight ninja expected to see excited smiles, but what she got were sad frowns.
"Do we have to go? I'll miss this place!" cried Pinkie pie. The others agreed.
"Well...I do want to finish my dresses...But this place wasn't so bad." Rarity sighed.
Twilight ninja just looked at them. "You can... Always visit?" she asked. The question just made the humans feel sad more.
"OH COME ON!!!!!!!! JUST GO ALREADY!!!!!! I THOUGHT YOU WERE THE ELEMENTS OF HARMONY?!" yelled Rainbow ninja. "CAN'T YOU HANDLE ONE GOODBYE?!"
Rainbow Dash looked up. She was right. Well, Rainbow hadn't been sobbing like the others, but she did feel a bit...sad. "Guys, she's right! We need to go home! Don't you miss Ponyville? Well I do! I'm going in!" said a determined Rainbow Dash. So the ninjas activated the portal, and just when she was going in...
...THEY WERE ATTACKED!!!!!!!!!!!
Then, a mocking, evil voice caught their eyes, and ears. "Hello, TMNP! Did you miss me?" The mutants shuddered, and went to fight the Shredder! The main six were busy with foot ninjas. They were decent fighters (for humans.)
"This is impossible! I cloaked our new home! How....?" Twilight ninja was interrupted by being kicked in the stomach. "Ow."
"We followed the smell of perfume!" answered Shredder back.
Perfume? thinks Twilight ninja. RARITY!!!!
Rarity smelled herself. "I knew I added too much perfume." Twilight ninja sighed, and went back to fighting. The Shredder double kicked, and sent the mutants flying. But now, Shredder had to face: Strike.
They circled each other, keeping their eyes on one another. Shredder made the first move: He punched Strike, but Strike parried his attack. He sent a flying kick to Shredder's head, and he was knocked out! His helmet came off, and Shredder was furious. He beat up Strike, and he lay on the ground. Laying like a dead bug, but he wasn't dead! The ponies got up, and saw their master laying there!
"Strike!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" they screamed. "No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"You humans need to get out of here! It isn't safe." AJ ninja pushed the humans toward the portal.
"We can't just leave you!" Rainbow Dash put up a fit.
"We will be happy if you left! We don't want you getting hurt. We are your allies. If you need us just call." Twilight ninja hands them a shell cell. "It can work anywhere. In any dimension, or in any world. Please go." The humans had no choice. They left, and said goodbye. It was the saddest goodbye ever. When they went through the portal, they did NOT end up home. They ended up in another human dimension.
"It's like the world doesn't want us to go home!" Rarity saddened. "Oh well... It wouldn't hurt to explore. Right?"
