Celestia's sun was shining brightly in Ponyville. The Mane 6 had gotten a letter from Doctor Whooves, saying that he needed help with a machine he had been building. The six ponies had gotten to the Doctor's Lab which was a Telephone Booth. Twilight knocked on the door, and the booth opened up.
"Why hello there," said Doctor Whooves.
"Hello doctor, what did you need help with," asked Twilight.
The brown pony pointed to a machine on the ground, it was a large flat circle laying on the ground. "This is my newest invention! I call it the Universal Traveling System, UTS for short!" said the Doctor.
"Well, what does it do?" asked Applejack.
"It can send ponies to other locations in the Universe without any magic!" answered Whooves, "I have almost completed it and I will need someone to test it."
"So that's why you invited us here," said Rainbow Dash as she looked suspiciously at the machine.
"Yes, I was hoping that you six can help with these tests," Doctor Whooves responded, "But I need a few more adjustments before the tests."
Meanwhile On Earth
Four humans had just escaped a highway filled with abandoned cars and zombies. They were all hurting after one of them accidentally shot a car, which caused a horde of undead to charge after them. There was one in a suit yelling out at the female of the group.
"God Damn it! Rochelle we told you not to shoot the damn car!" said the survivor in the suit.
"I was trying to save you from a Hunter!" yelled Rochelle.
"Will ya'll quit your fussing! Rochelle was trying to help ya Nick, but she accidentally shot the car!" said a survivor who was wearing a hat. Nick looked over at the man, anger was in both of their eyes.
"As for you Ellis! You didn't save me from that Smoker," said Nick.
"But Ellis was being attacked by the Tank, Nick!" said a large man with dark skin, wearing a purple and yellow T-shirt.
"Boys lets stop with the argument and get healed up," said Rochelle. She looked at the weapons on the table and picked up a submachine gun. She then grabbed a health pack and threw it towards Ellis.
"Thanks," said Ellis in a kind, Southern tone. He quickly healed himself and went over to the table. There he grabbed a shotgun and a Desert Eagle. But he noticed something, there was not enough health packs for the group. He remembered that no one had picked up their health kits back at the race car.
"Hey Nick, ya mind heading back to the car with me? We need to get some more supplies!" said Ellis.
"I do mind, but seeing how me and you are the only ones in good enough shape, I guess I'll go," replied Nick.
So the two geared up and went back to where they started. Little did they know, they would be in for a surprise.
Back In Ponyville
Doctor Whooves had finally fixed up the machine. He was happy about the invention, this was going to be something huge.
"I've done it! The first teleportation device that does not require magic!" scream the doctor with joy, "Okay mares, just step onto it, and be very careful."
Everyone walked onto the machine, well that is everyone except Pinkie Pie. She leaped onto the machine and landed with a giant thud, her hooves actually dented the machine.
"Pinkie Pie, be more careful! You could loosen one of the bolts and break the UTS," said Whooves. It was already too late though, one of the machines parts were crushed by Pinkie Pie's jump, she and the doctor would soon regret that.
"Alrighty Doc! Start it up!" said Applejack.
After hearing those words Doctor Whooves pulled down a lever and the machine started.
"Alright, I set the coordinates to Sweet Apple Acres," said Whooves.
All of a sudden a strange creaking sound occurred. Followed by static coming from the machine. This wasn't good, the machine had went haywire with the six mares trapped inside. Whooves tried to stop the machine but it wouldn't shut down. Just then a white flash engulfed the room and the six were gone.
On Earth
Ellis and Nick looked up at the Cliffside, they heard the sounds of infect and knew that they were going to have a tough time. Nick was pissed off, so Ellis tried to cheer Nick up with a story.
"Did I ever tell you about the time my buddy, Keith, tried to climb a mountain with a crowbar. He ended up breaking three ribs and fractured his skull!" said Ellis.
"Ellis, is now the best time?" responded Nick.
The two started to climb the mountain. Meanwhile the Mane 6 had reappeared, they were confused and dazed.
"This isn't Sweet Apple Acres," said Rarity.
Rainbow Dash looked around and found a bunch of strange machines with four wheels. But one certain one caught Dash's eye, it was a blue car with the number 22 on the side. It also had the words, Jimmy Gibbs Jr., in cursive writing.
"Hey guys, look at this," said Rainbow Dash as she inspected the strange four-wheeled contraption. Everyone looked at the car suspiciously, Fluttershy was afraid of the vehicles.
Rarity had found a bunch of small backpacks with red crosses in the middle. She looked over pass the health kits and found some strange looking things. Everyone went over and saw the strange weapons.
"What kind of pony would have these things?" said Twilight.
"Don't know, but this place is strange," said Rainbow Dash.
Suddenly the six mares heard something. It was crying from something. Fluttershy flew over to where the crying was and found a strange creature, it was grey and the eyes were red. Her clothes were torn and her nails were long, with blood covering them.
"Hey there," said Fluttershy in a light voice. The crying creature looked up and started grumbling.
"Uh Fluttershy, I think you should leave it alone, it doesn't look to friendly," said Twilight.
"It just needs some love and affection," said Fluttershy.
The creature let out a large scream and charged towards Fluttershy with it's arms wide open. The yellow pegasi thought it was wanting a hug so she got closer. But then, all of a sudden, a large boom was heard and the creature fell to the ground, blood had splattered all over the mares. They looked and found a man wearing a hat, holding one of the things that the ponies had seen, it was Ellis. He and Nick didn't notice the ponies.
"Buckshot," yelled Ellis, he was happy for his kill.
"Nice shot, El," said Nick.
Ellis walked around the corner and was attacked by Rainbow Dash, she pinned him to the ground. Ellis was in shock, he was being attacked by a flying pony! Nick pulled out his silenced SMG and aimed at the cyan pony. But before he pulled the trigger he was kicked in the side by Applejack. The six ponies pinned down the survivors.
"Don't try anything funny, punk!" Rainbow Dash to Ellis.
"What the hell? You talk?" said Ellis.
"Yes we do!" replied Dash.
Ellis was able to break free of Rainbow Dash's grip. He picked up the Pegasus. He gently put her down and ran over to the others. He pulled out his Desert Eagle, pointed it into the air and fired. The shot made everyone stop and look at Ellis. Nick snuck out and ran for his weapon. He pulled it out and aimed at Applejack. But, before he could fire, Nick's gun was shot out of his hands. He looked and found Ellis with his pistol aiming directly at him, with smoke coming out of the barrel of the gun.
"What the fuck, Ellis!" shouted Nick.
The six mares were disgusted with the word that just came out of Nick's mouth.
"Nick, I know they attacked us, but it probably was for a good reason," said Ellis. Ellis looked back at the ponies.
"Sorry 'bout Nick," said Ellis, "my names Ellis, but ya'll can call me El if ya like."
"Well hello Ellis, I am Twilight Sparkle," said Twilight, "These are my friends Rarity, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, and Pinkie Pie."
"Hi!" yelled Pinkie Pie. She stood right in Ellis' face and stared at the human. Ellis just simply took a step back.
Nick looked over and saw Rarity with the health kit around her. "I see you found our stuff," said Nick.
"Oh, this is yours. Sorry you can I have it back, I just thought it looked stylish," said Rarity.
She gave Nick back the health pack. Ellis walked over to the car and opened the trunk. In it were more guns. Ellis and Nick both grinned, and picked up the weapons. Ellis got out a grenade launcher.
"Oh hell ya!" said Ellis as he looked at the Thumper.
Ellis had found a Spas-12 and M16, he strapped the weapons onto his back. Nick had picked up an AK-47. Ellis picked up a chainsaw, it looked heavy.
"Do ya need any help, El?" asked Applejack.
"Nah, I'm fine," replied Ellis. He was actually surprised about AJ, she was the only pony out of the group which had the same accent as Ellis.
"Alright, lets go," said Nick. He started the trip back to the safe house and the others followed, Ellis looked back and found Fluttershy looking at the dead body of the girl, the yellow pony was crying.
"What's wrong?" asked Ellis with concern in his voice.
"Why did you kill this poor creature?" cried Fluttershy.
"Listen Flutter, that thing ain't a poor creature, it's a vicious killer that only wants to kill you and me," said Ellis trying to comfort the Pegasus, "C'mon lets catch up with the others."
The group of eight walked back to the safe house with very little worries of the infected attacking. But all of that change when they got to the hotel, in the parking lot was a monster with giant muscles.
"We got a Tank," whispered Ellis.
"There's no way we can go around that thing without it noticing us," said Nick.
"Looks like were gonna have to kill this thing," Ellis said pulling out a bottle with a clothe in it.
"What is that?" yelled Pinkie Pie, "Is it a drink or something?" They tried to stop her from yelling but it was too late. Pinkie Pie's shouting alerted the Tank.
"Oh Shit, RUN!" screamed Ellis.
He lit the clothe and threw the bottle, it landed right in front of the Tank. The bottle busted and a wall of flames appeared and engulfed the powerful infected. The flames caused the Tank to go into a major rage and it went after the first thing it saw, Applejack! The Tank charged and cornered the orange pony. It raised its arm and was about to strike Applejack. She closed her eyes and prepared for what would be her doom. But before the Tank struck her a large blast knocked it over. The infected turned around and saw Ellis and Nick aiming at the beast. It let out a large roar and charged forward, the survivors opened fire on the Tank.
"Kill it man, Kill it!" yelled Ellis.
He fired another grenade at the Tank, the explosive hit the Tank right on the forehead and went off. The Tank fell to the floor, with blood oozing out of its body. Ellis laughed at his kill, the Tank didn't even stand a chance against Ellis' weapon of choice. Nick walked over to Applejack, who still had her eyes closed.
"Are you okay?" asked Nick. Applejack opened her eyes and shook out of her fright.
"Ya, I'm fine," she said.
"What are these things and why are you killing them?" asked Twilight as she inspected the Tank.
"These things, Miss Sparkle, are zombies, you've probably heard of 'em," said Ellis.
"Ya we've heard of zombie ponies, but they're just an old mares tale," replied Rainbow Dash.
"We thought the same thing as well, zombies were just something we saw in movies, but we were wrong," said Ellis.
"There are several different kinds of these things; Normal zombies, Hunters, Jockeys, Smokers, Boomers, Chargers, Spitters, Tanks, and the worst of all, Witches!" said Nick.
Twilight wrote down everything Nick and Ellis had told them, they told them about all of the infected abilities, from pouncing to charging. Each of these abilities fascinated the mares.
"I think it's best to get back to the safe house," said Nick. Ellis nodded his head, picked up his weapon, and motioned for the ponies to follow them.
Later At the Safe House
Coach and Rochelle were looking at their wounds, the effects of the pain pills had worn off and the two were starting to feel the awful pain.
"You think Ellis and Nick will bring back the supplies?" said Coach.
"I hope so," replied Rochelle.
There wads a knock on the safe house door, Coach looked through the peephole and saw Ellis. All of a sudden a Pink pony jumped in front of Ellis and looked into the hole, Coach screamed and fell to the floor. Rochelle grabbed her axe and looked through the hole. She was shocked to see that behind Ellis were several ponies.
"Ellis, what are those things?" asked Rochelle.
"You might think were crazy but, there talking ponies!" responded Ellis.
Rochelle opened the door and Pinkie Pie hopped in.
"Hi!" said the hyper pink pony, "I'm Pinkie Pie!"
"Uh… nice to meet you," said Rochelle, "names Rochelle."
All the others walked in, Rochelle was awestruck at the different kinds. Coach got up and saw Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash hovering in front of him.
"Uh am I dreaming?" yelled Coach.
"Nope," said Ellis, "You can pinch yourself if ya want to know."
Coach did what Ellis said, but he still saw the ponies. Coach felt something on his lap, it was a health pack. He laughed and quickly healed himself, the mares watched curiously as he patched up his wounds.
"So that's what those red things are used for," said Rarity.
Coach got up and looked at a poster, it had four people on it with the words Midnight Riders above them.
"Hey that's the Midnight Riders! I use to LOVE that band! Best pyrotechnics in the business!" said Coach.
"I went to one of their concerts in '07! Front row seat, I lost my eyebrows there," replied Ellis.
"What are pyrotechnics?" asked Fluttershy.
"You guys got fireworks on your planet, right?" asked Ellis
"Yes," answered the yellow Pegasus.
"That's what pyrotechnics are," said Ellis, "Alright everyone! Lets get goin'."
The safe house door opened up and the group of ten walked out. Just beyond the entrance was a horde of zombies. Their were some throwing up and some fight one another. Nick pulled out his AK-47 and aimed at the closest zombie he saw. Once he opened fire, the other three, the other three joined in. Twilight and the gang stood back and let the survivors do the work. A strange growling started to ring in Rainbow Dash's ear.
"Did you hear that?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"Ya," replied Coach, "Punk ass, Hunter around!"
Just then, a loud screech broke the two's conversation. A hooded zombie leaped onto Rainbow Dash and started to tear into her skin. Coach fired a shot at point blank range, the power of the shotgun round made the Hunter's head explode. Rainbow Dash was horrified at the headless zombie, she was about to throw up. She quickly kicked the Hunter's lifeless body off of her.
"You okay?" asked Coach.
"Ya… I'm fine" said Dash as she slowly got up. She only had a minor cut on her side, it wasn't enough to keep her from flying.
"These sons of bitches ain't got nothing'" taunted Ellis as he fired into a group of zombies with his Desert Eagle.
The group had no trouble getting through the entrance. Once when all the infected were killed, Ellis and Applejack went looking around the entrance to find supplies, while the others looked around the park, memories filling their heads.
"Mmm…Cotton Candy! The king of all foods!" said Coach.
Fluttershy looked at one of the signs with a confused look on her face.
"Uh… Mr. Coach," said Fluttershy, "What is a burger?"
"It's a type of food we, humans, eat," replied Coach.
"What's it made out of?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"Cows!" said Nick.
The ponies started freaking out, They thought eating cows, or any other animal, was cannibalism. Fluttershy freaked out the worst. She flew off, crying.
"GOD DAMMIT!" yelled Coach, "I'll get her."
Coach ran off in search for Fluttershy. Nick and Rochelle were stuck with the job of calming down the four ponies that were left.
Meanwhile, Ellis and Applejack were searching around the gates. Ellis kept a close eye on Applejack, he was very excited that he was actually seeing a talking pony and his love for horses made the excitement triple.
"Man, I can't believe it! Talking ponies… It's so…AWESOME!" thought Ellis. He looked back at Applejack, he noticed a strange marking on her leg.
"Hey, what's that thing ya got on your leg there?" asked Ellis
"Oh, it's a cutie mark. It shows what our special talent is!" said Applejack, "Don't you guys have cutie marks?"
"Uh… Not that I know of," replied Ellis.
"Then what's that marking right there?" asked Applejack pointing at Ellis' arm.
"It's called a Tattoo, it's like your mark, except it doesn't show us our special talent," replied Ellis.
The two heard someone, it was Coach. He ran over to the two, breathing heavily.
"Have you guys *Deep Breath* seen Fluttershy?" asked Coach.
"Nnope!" said Ellis. Applejack listened closer to what Ellis said. It sounded just like her brother, Big Macintosh.
"Well come on! We need to get back with the others," Coach said while catching his breathe.
The three walked back over to where everyone else was. Nick and Rochelle had finally calmed all the mares down. Now they had to find Fluttershy. But when they got ready to go look for her, the screams of zombies filled the air, the horde was on it's way.
"Lock and Load, people!" yelled Coach as he revved up his Chainsaw.
A large crowd of zombies came charging in, with the leading zombie being a clown!
"That clowns attracting the horde!" said Rochelle. She loaded up her M-16 and opened fire, the first thing she took down was that annoying clown.
Rainbow Dash flew towards the zombies, she wanted in on the action. But Ellis pulled her back, by the wing. It made the small wound on her side even worse.
"What are you doing, I can take 'em!" she yelled.
"Leave this too us, we know what were doin'" replied Ellis. A zombie ran up to Ellis and went in to attack, Ellis turned around and fired. The zombie's arm was blown off but it kept running. Ellis punched the zombie and fired another shot, this time it was a fatal hit.
The survivors treated the panicking zombies as if it were just another day at the office. Once the horde was completely killed off, the survivors called out there names and checked to see if they were wounded or not. Once when the survivor's roll call was done, they made sure that the mares were all okay.
"Okay now we gotta find, uh, what's her name…uh," said Nick.
"Fluttershy," said Rarity.
"Yes, thanks for reminding me," said Nick.
"Nick, I'm surprised, you said Thank You and you aren't freakin' out 'bout these ponies!" said Ellis.
"Are you serious? I am freaking out, we're stuck in a god damn zombie plague, then we find a bunch of talking ponies! This week has been a fucked up one!" Nick yelled.
"Can you please quit with the awful language!" pleaded Twilight.
"Uh No!" said Nick in a douchebag like tone.
"Listen! All of you need to quit arguing and get moving! We still have to find Fluttershy!" yelled Coach, "Follow me!"
Everyone did what Coach said, everyone kept their eyes peeled searching for the missing pony. There was no sign of Fluttershy anywhere at the front gate. After ten minutes of searching, everyone was expecting the worst, but all of that changed when they reached the shooting game. Rochelle looked over the counter and found Fluttershy hiding under it.
"Hey, are you okay?" asked Rochelle. Fluttershy just simply closed her eyes and hid behind her mane.
"Oh come on, sweetie, we're not going to hurt you," said Ro. Fluttershy looked at the survivor, Rochelle just simply gave her a sincere smile. Fluttershy had calmed down and walked out from under the counter.
"There you go!" encouraged Rochelle, "Come on the others are just around the corner."
Rochelle and Fluttershy walked over to where the others were at. When the mares saw their lost friend, they ran over to her and they all had a group hug.
"Good job findin' her, Ro," said Ellis.
Once the ponies finished celebrating, the group of ten got back on their journey. The survivors were walking steadily through a storage building. Pinkie Pie hopped into the building with a strange object on her back. It looked like a human, but with pointy ears and a beard. Everyone gave her strange looks, wondering why she had that object.
"Hey everypony! I found this little guy in a box outside of that game Fluttershy was hiding under," Pinkie Pie quickly said.
"What is that?" asked Rarity.
"It's called a Garden Gnome," Rochelle answered, "It's what humans have in front of our houses, for decorations."
"Why do you need it?" asked Rarity, "It's unstylish and creepy."
"It would be a great party decoration!" replied Pinkie Pie.
Rainbow Dash slowly walked into the building, in massive pain. The wound that Rainbow Dash had was starting to burn worse then before, she hadn't been having such good luck since the attack. Who knew that such a small cut could turn into an awful wound. She was getting slower and falling behind the group. Coach noticed the poor condition of the cyan Pegasus, he knew that she needed medical attention. Unfortunately, no one had a med kit to heal her with. Coach lifted up his hand, telling everyone to stop.
"Hold on," said Coach, "Lets search these rooms for supplies."
Coach tried opening one of the doors, but it was locked. Coach suddenly got an idea, he had seen shows where SWAT teams would breach doors by using shotguns. Coach had always wanted to do just that, so he pulled out his Spas-12, loaded a shell into his weapon, and fired. The door knob flew off the door. He pushed open the door, the room was pitch black.
"Lights on everyone," he whispered. The survivors clicked on their flashlights and entered the room.
Everyone was checking the corners, making sure no infected would sneak attack them. Ellis looked over to the table, he found some supplies that would help them. There was a long sword with a smooth curve and a small stick with an orange cap on it.
"Katana and Adrenaline here!" said Ellis. Nick ran over and grabbed the sword, but when he reached for the Adrenaline Shot, Ellis grabbed his arm.
"Ellis let go, I need that shot," said Nick.
"Rainbow Dash needs it more then you," replied Ellis.
Nick looked outside of the room and saw Dash slowly walking towards the other mares, with a blood trail behind her, her wound was getting worse. Surprisingly, Nick nodded his head in agreement. Coach and Rochelle were stunned, Ellis and Nick never agreed with each other before.
Ellis grabbed the shot off the table and walked outside. He went over to Rainbow Dash and knelt down.
"You alright?" he asked.
"Yeah… I'm fine!" said the cyan Pegasus. Ellis knew that she was lying, so he took the cap off of the shot. Ellis tried to prick her hoof with it but she pulled back. Rainbow Dash was afraid of the needle.
"Listen Dash, this shot will help ya, there's no need to be afraid!" said Ellis.
"Are you sure?" asked Dash.
"One hundred percent!" replied Ellis.
Rainbow Dash slowly held out her hoof, she closed her eyes. Ellis stuck the needle into her hoof and pressed the button. He took the shot out of the hoof of the rainbow maned pony. She still had her eyes closed and hoof out.
"Uh, Rainbow, you can open your eyes now," said Ellis. Dash opened her eyes and looked at her hoof, there was a tiny red dot where the needle was inserted. Sadly, she still felt the pain of her wound, which confused the survivors.
"It should've taken effect by now," said Nick.
"I guess it didn't wor-" Rainbow Dash said before being interrupted by a strange feeling running through her body. A huge amount of energy built up in her body and she flew into air at breakneck speeds.
"WOOHOO!" she yelled. The shot worked! Rainbow Dash was back to her normal self, her speed, agility, everything was back to normal. The pain in her side was gone.
"Rainbow's back to normal!" yelled Pinkie Pie, jumping up and down.
"Yeah she is, but it's a temporary fix," said Nick, "It will only last for about an hour."
"Who cares!" replied Rainbow Dash, "I feel great!"
"We'll need to heal you up before the effects wear off," said Coach, "We need to get moving!"
The group got back on their journey to the next safe room. Ellis looked to his left, his eyes widened and his smile grew larger.
"Check it out! It's Kiddy Land!" Ellis screamed out, "I wanna ride one! Just let me ride The Screaming Oak once, just once! Man we're never gonna be here ever again!"
"Great! Now I wanna ride one," said Nick.
Ellis was cheering as if he were a child. His happiness was uncontainable and started to become contagious. Soon, Pinkie Pie was starting to cheer with him and then Fluttershy joined in.
"Ellis, now's not the time for childish stuff," said Coach.
Ellis shook out of his excitement and pulled back out his Grenade Launcher.
"Lead the way, Coach," said Twilight.
Coach walked down, with the others right behind him. He looked to his left and right, he found a scattered horde. He loaded up his shotgun and walked forward. A zombie had turned around and saw the large survivor, it started to run forward. Coach grinned and pulled up his weapon, he squeezed on the trigger. The Spas-12 lit up the infected, both of its arms flew off and the zombie fell to the floor. Coach looked to his left, a clown had rallied the infected and they charged towards him.
"Game On Baby!" Coach yelled as he pulled out his chainsaw.
"You six might wanna look away, this could get gory," said Nick.
The mares paid no attention to Nick's words. They watched as Coach sliced into the small horde. They were disgusted, but they were also amazed at how Coach easily dealt with the horde.
"EAT THAT SHIT!" Coach yelled as he cut into the horde. There were zombies getting torn to bits, getting cut in half, and many more things. It only took thirty seconds for Coach to completely destroy the group of zombies.
Coach motioned for everyone to follow him. Nick was laughing as he looked at all the unlucky undead. Rarity was trying to avoid the pools of blood, Rainbow Dash covered Fluttershy's eyes so that she wouldn't freak out. Twilight and Applejack were both trying not to vomit at the sight they were seeing, but they couldn't hold it, both of them threw up at the awful massacre.
"Ugh… Lets get out of here," said Twilight, "I don't want to see anymore of this."
The group walked along until they found a doorway into another building. There was a red box hanging from the wall and a table with weapons lying on it. But there was a problem, a Witch was guarding the entrance.
"She sounds like my ex-wife," said Nick.
"I'm gonna give her something to cry about!" said Rochelle, "Coach, give me your shotgun!"
Coach handed over his weapon. Rochelle loaded a single round into the weapon and slowly walked over to the crying infected. The Witch looked up and started to growl. Rochelle aimed the weapon and fired! The shot pushed back the Witch, but it didn't kill her. The infected ran towards the lone survivor and began slashing, Rochelle fell to the floor, dead!
"ROCHELLE!" screamed Coach.
"Oh shit, Oh shit man, OH SHIT!" said Ellis.
The mares started to scream, well almost all of them, except Fluttershy. She was angry at what the Witch had done to her new friend. Fluttershy flew as quick as she could over to the Witch and gave her the Stare! Suddenly Flutterbitch mode was activated in her brain and she began to yell.
"HOW DARE YOU HURT MY FRIENDS? Don't you have any manners?" she screamed out.
The Witch stopped dead in its tracks. The zombie was actually showing fear. Fluttershy flew closer to the infected. The Witch stepped back until it knocked into Nick. It turned around and saw the White Suit survivor wielding his Katana. Nick screamed out and stabbed the Witch. The infected girl fell to the floor.
"Holy shit," said the surprised Ellis, "I never thought someone like Fluttershy could ever do that!"
Fluttershy shook her head and stared at the others.
"Uh, sorry about that," she said in her normal silent voice.
"Don't sweat it!" said Nick, "That bitch deserved what was coming to her!"
The group looked at the body of their fallen comrade. The mares had tears in their eyes, while the survivors just put their heads down, ashamed of how they didn't act quick enough to save Rochelle.
"Well, there goes repopulating the Earth?" said Nick, "If only Zoey had came with us!"
Ellis looked at Nick with an offended look on his face.
"Don't you dare! Talk about Zoey in that way!" yelled Ellis.
An argument began between the two. The mares watched as the two thrown insults at each other. Coach was too busy praying over Rochelle's body. So Twilight stepped forward.
"Will you two quit arguing and tell me who this Zoey person is!" she said. The two stopped with their verbal war and looked at the purple unicorn.
"Well Ellis, show them the picture!" said Nick.
Ellis pulled out a photo of three other humans. There was one wearing a vest, another was in a white T-shirt with a red tie, and the last one was a woman with a red jacket. Ellis pointed at the woman.
"That's Zoey," said Ellis, "She was the most beautiful girl I've ever seen!"
"What happened to them?" asked Rarity.
"We asked them if they wanted to join us on our trip to New Orleans, but they denied it," said Nick, "They said they were sailing off to the Florida Keys, a bunch of Islands of the coast."
Twilight was writing down what the two said. Ellis put the photo back in his pocket and walked over to Coach.
"I think it's best if we head inside, there could be a med kit for Dash in there," said Ellis. Coach nodded his head and motioned for everyone to follow him.
Nick opened the red box, in it were four health kits.
"First Aid!" he yelled. He grabbed one of the kits and walked over to Rainbow Dash.
"I probably should be saving this for myself, but you need it more than me," said Nick as he opened the bag. He pulled out a roll of medical tape and placed it over the wound.
"Thanks!" said Rainbow Dash.
"Don't mention it," replied Nick.
Applejack walked over to Ellis and tapped him on his leg.
"Uh, Ellis, what is that thing over there?" she asked. She was pointing at a little box with two paddles with handles on them. Ellis smiled and ran over to the strange looking object.
"This, Applejack, is called a defibrillator. It's used to revive people who are having medical problem, it also can help bring Rochelle back to life," said Ellis, "C'mon!"
He and Applejack both ran over to Rochelle's dead body. Ellis pulled out the two paddles and rubbed them together.
"C'mon work!" Ellis said to himself. He placed the paddles onto the chest of the dead survivor, an electric sound came from the machine and the body jerked.
Rochelle started to open her eyes, she saw Ellis and Applejack looking at her. She slowly got up to her feet.
"So that's what being dead feels like," said Rochelle.
"Wow, that was amazing, bringin' her back to life without any magic? That's remarkable!" yelled Applejack.
Ellis handed Rochelle her M-16 and axe. "You're gonna need these," he said.
The three walked back into the room, the mares were surprised that Rochelle was back to life. Nick and Coach just simply smiled. Now that the entire team was back together, it was time to move out.
"We're going to need to climb the ladder!" said Coach.
My firend had skipped The Tunnel of Love part as the say's it takes up to much time, and he need has a limit to keep.
The gang climbed up the ladder and saw that the infected were waiting for them. It was just a small group, so the survivors simply pulled out there pistols and opened fire. The six mares were still amazed with these weapons. They wondered what destruction would happen if these weapons were in Equestria. In only three minutes the zombies were all killed. Well at least they thought they were. A strange infected jump out from a dark room and rode on Coach's back.
"I could use some help over here!" he yelled. Suddenly, the infected was lifted off of him. He turned around and saw Twilight was using her magic to grab the infected. Twilight then jerked her head back and threw the infected off the building, to a long and painful fall.
"Whoa! That was awesome!" Ellis said.
"Which kind of infected was that one?" Twilight asked.
"Those are Jockeys." Rochelle answered. "One of the creepiest of the infected that we have to deal with."
Coach signaled for everyone to get back to moving. He looked from the top of a slide and checked for any zombies. Once he believed the cost was clear he walked over to the stairs, with Nick, Rochelle and five of the six mares following. Ellis and Pinkie Pie, however, slid their way down.
"Woohoo! I haven't had so much fun since me and Keith went snowboarding on a dirt road!" Ellis yelled out.
Rainbow Dash stared as the two landed at the end of the slide. "What's with Ellis and his stories about this Keith dude?" she asked.
"Keith is said to be an old friend of Ellis. I don't know if he's made up or real, but he is one crazy person?" Nick replied.
"What do you mean?" Rainbow said.
"This Keith, has broken, burned, or bruised every bone and spot on his body due to these crazy stunts that he comes up with." Nick said to the cyan Pegasus.
Once the group finally met back up, they went up another flight of stairs. To the left was another room, with one of the metal boxes that they saw earlier, and a few more items. Ellis had a grin on his face as he picked up a stringed object, Rarity looked curiously at the instrument.
"That looks like what Octavia's plays." Rarity said.
"This Octavia pony plays a Guitar?" Ellis asked.
"No, her instrument is larger. But it looks a little bit like this Guitar thing." Rarity responded. "How does this work anyhow?"
"Lemme show ya!" Ellis said as he played a few notes. He actually was very good at playing the instrument. "I was in a band with several of my friends, I played the bass guitar for 'em."
"Well your very talented," Fluttershy responded.
"Why Thank you!" Ellis said with a smile. He stopped playing and strapped the guitar on his back. Everyone started searching through the rooms, grabbing whatever items they needed for the long journey ahead.
Meanwhile in Ponyville
Doctor Whooves had just told Spike about the entire failed experiment. Spike was worried for his six pony friends. Not knowing where they were or if they were dead or not was probably the worst thing that he could think about.
"We have to send a message to Princess Celestia! She has to know that Twilight's missing!" Spike said.
"Actually that's why I came here in the first place." Doctor Whooves replied. "Get out a piece of paper!"
Spike did exactly what the Doctor told him to do and started to write.
Dear Princess Celestia,
I wish to inform you that your student, Twilight Sparkle, and her friends have gone missing after one of my inventions had failed. We are trying our hardest to bring them back home safely. We will also try and contact them as well. We apologize for the grim news, but do not worry. We will hopefully have them back very soon.
Sincerely, Doctor Whooves.
Once the message was finished, Spike rolled up the paper and burned it with his fire breathing. They watched as the letter evaporated into thin air.
Back to Earth
The team was crowding next to a carnival ride, it had fake horses and chariots. To the survivors it was just a ride, but to the ponies it looked like a torture chamber for their kind. They wouldn't get near it, even Rainbow Dash was afraid of it. Nick looked over at the group of mares.
"Don't worry!" he said, "It's just a carousal."
The ponies still kept their distance. What looked like fake horses to the survivors looked real to the mares. Nick shrugged and looked to Rochelle and Ellis. Since they were trusted the most it was best for them to talk to the cowering group. So they walked over to them and tried to reason with the ponies.
"Relax ya'll, there ain't anything bad on that thing," Ellis said.
"T-t-t-then w-why are there ponies hanging on them?" Fluttershy asked.
"Oh sweetie, those aren't real. There just used to attract children to them." Rochelle answered.
"Ro's right! There just something for kids to have fun with!" Ellis said. The mares began to walk with the two towards the machine, they still were afraid but it wasn't as bad as the zombies.
"Alright the safe house is at the other end! Let's get moving people!" Coach said as he pulled down a lever. The carousal started to play music and the horde was alerted.
"GO GO Just Run!" Nick yelled.
The group started to rush their way to the safe room. Unfortunately, they were cut off by the horde and cornered from both directions. The survivors opened fire on both sides. Applejack noticed a zombie was about to slice into Coach, so she picked up a rock, threw it into the air and gave it a powerful Apple Family kick. The rock went straight through the zombies head, killing it instantly. Twilight and Rarity used their magic to break part of the gate off and block the zombies with it. Rainbow Dash took to the air and found a cloud, she took aim and hit the clouds with her front hooves, causing lightning to shoot out of the cloud and hit a group of zombies.
"Keep Moving! We have to turn off the machine!" Coach yelled as he ran into the horde, slicing them to pieces with his chainsaw. Luckily for them Fluttershy flew over to the other side and flipped the switch. What she didn't notice was a zombie with a long tongue on a building behind her. The infected grabbed the yellow Pegasus with its tongue and dragged her in.
"Hold on Flutter!" Ellis said as he took aim and fired on the zombie. The zombie fell to the ground with a cloud of smoke surrounding him.
The horde was finally killed off. The survivors were in awful shape after the attack. The mares had to help them get to the safe house. Rarity nearly passed out when she felt Nick's blood trickle down her mane and onto her face. Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy tried to keep Coach from falling over, which proved to be a major challenge due to his weight. Twilight and Applejack kept Ellis and Rochelle up.
"I…hear ya on…that." Coach replied, he looked up at Rainbow Dash, "Thanks for helping us. That thing you did with the clouds was amazing!"
"Thanks!" Rainbow Dash said.
Once the team finally made it to the safe room, they gently set the survivors down. Pinkie Pie shut the door and started to look at her gnome, checking to see if it had any scratches..
"Man we just got our asses handed to us…" Ellis said. He got up and grabbed a health kit. He threw all of the survivors one as well. The four healed themselves and took a look outside of the safe house. The lights were dim and there were hearts tattooed all over the walls and floors.
"Well Ellis you said you wanted to ride something!" Nick said.
"This ain't one of those rides Nick," Ellis said. "This is the one where you make out with your girlfriend."
"Hey Coach, any memories of this place? You, a cheeseburger. Romance in the air." Nick asked. Coach replied with a small laugh.
"This is the most relaxing safe house I've ever been in." Rochelle said as she sat down and leaned towards the wall.
In Canterlot…
Celestia and Luna were sitting on their thrones, with worried looks on their faces. They had just read the letter that Doctor Whooves gave them. Luna looked over to her sister and decided to break the silence.
"Where do you think the Elements of Harmony are, sister?" she asked.
"I don't know Luna. But I hope their safe!" Celestia responded.
Luna had an idea in pop into her head. She wasn't sure whether it would work or not but she insisted anyhow.
"Sister, Why don't we try and contact Twilight?" Luna asked.
Celestia's ears perked up. She gave Luna a look of doubt. "I don't think it will work. But I think it would be best if we try."
Celestia used her magic to grab a piece of paper and started to write the letter. Once she was done she sent it off, hopefully it would make it to Twilight.
Earth
The group of ten had just gotten to the end of the Tunnel of Love. Ellis and Applejack entered a room and saw a box with a flame on it. Applejack picked it up, wondering what was inside it. Ellis opened the box for her and pulled out a bullet.
"Do you know what this is?" he asked the orange pony.
"Isn't that the things you put in your weapon?" Applejack replied.
"Yup!" Ellis replied, "But it ain't any normal bullet. It's called an incendiary round! It sets zombies on fire."
Ellis loaded a round into his Auto Shotgun to demonstrate what happens when the bullet hits it's target. When he fired there was a huge kick in the gun and there was green fire that shot out of the muzzle, that wasn't supposed to happen. Suddenly a letter appeared from the fire and slowly made its way to the ground. The others heard the shot and ran over to where Ellis and AJ were.
"What happened?" Twilight asked.
"Beats the hell outta me!" Ellis said as he looked at his gun.
Nick saw the letter and picked it up. He read it aloud to the group.
"Dear Twilight Sparkle,
We hope you get this letter, me and Princess Luna are worried about you and your friends. Doctor Whooves wrote to us saying that his machine malfunctioned and transported you onto another planet. Please write back as quickly as you can.
Princess Celestia."
Twilight was starting to scream out in happiness, "YES YES YES YES!" she said as she hopped around the survivors. Rainbow Dash shoved her hoof into Twilight's mouth and shushed her.
"Do you want the zombies to attack again?" she asked.
"Who is this Princess Celestia?" Rochelle asked.
"She is the ruler of Equestria!" Pinkie Pie said. "She and her sister Luna, raise the Sun and the Moon."
"We need to write back to her!" Twilight said as she pulled Dash's hoof out of her mouth.
"Well let me just get a pen and paper," Ellis said as he checked his pockets. He finally pulled out a pen and clicked the top. He decided to write on the back of an advertisement. Twilight told Ellis what to write down.
"Dear Princes Celestia,
We are glad you have contacted us and we wish to tell you that we are safe. We have met up with four creatures who call themselves 'Humans.' They say that they are trying to survive a zombie apocalypse and believe it or not, they were right. Do not worry for they have sworn to protect us and make sure that we get home safely.
Your Faithful Student,
Twilight Sparkle"
"Alrighty it's done!" Ellis said. "Now Nick pull out an fire round from the case."
Nick pulled out a bullet and loaded it into his AK-47. Ellis held out the piece of paper and threw it into the air. Nick took aim at the corner of the paper and fired, with the same effects as when Ellis was demonstrating. The letter was set on fire and evaporated.
"Did it work?" Rochelle asked.
"Yes it did!" Twilight said happily.
"Alright! Hopefully that princess will get the letter!" Ellis said.
"We'll know soon, in the mean time we should get moving." Coach said. The team followed his orders and started back onto the path to the next safe house. They looked to their right and saw a giant wooden track, it was the Screaming Oak. Ellis' excitement was visible even from the farthest distance. The group hopped over a gate and walked over to a small box with a lever on it.
"Looks like were gonna have to run this thing!" Nick said.
"We're gonna run the coaster? THIS IS THE HAPPIEST DAY OF MY LIFE!" Ellis yelled out.
"Hey, Rainbow, you think you and Fluttershy can lift your friends over to the safe house?" Coach asked.
Rainbow Dash sighed, "I think we can. But Fluttershy is still in pain after that tongue zombie thing nearly choked her to death."
"I see. It just seems too dangerous for ya'll to run!" Coach replied. Rainbow Dash flew right in front of Coach with a smug look on her face.
"Too dangerous?" Don't make me laugh! Danger is my middle name!" she boasted.
Coach looked at the others. Ellis and Nick had looks on their faces as if a light bulb was shining over their heads. They both stared at each other and nodded. Nick looked over to Coach and leaned on one of the beams holding the coaster.
"Here's the plan, since that we know the infected will attack us as soon as we get on that track Rainbow Dash can use her weather capabilities to support us. Rarity and Twilight can use their magic to block the track behind us. And we will deal with any infected at close range and escort everyone to the safe room!" Nick said.
"Sounds like a good idea, but are you sure it will work?" Rochelle said.
"Trust me!" Nick responded.
"Well then what are waiting for? Let's do this!" Rainbow Dash yelled. Everyone got next to the gate and Dash had gotten a cloud. Rochelle pulled the lever and the coaster started, the sounds of the horde filled the air. Rainbow Dash noticed several large groups coming in from all sides. She took aim at the closest group and fired a lightning bolt towards it, killing a large chunk of the infected in it.
"C'mon! Let's Go!" Ellis screamed as he and the rest of the group ran onto the tracks. Rarity and Twilight used there magic to grab a hold of the coaster's cart and tossed it over towards the spot it was parked in earlier. Now the infected could only attack from the front or sides, that was if Rainbow Dash didn't electrocute them first.
"Haul Ass people! Were just halfway there!" Coach said as he sliced the head off of a zombie with his chainsaw. Applejack saw a zombie climbing up the roller coaster, she reared back and bucked the zombie down to fatal drop. The group looked as they reached a high drop, they turned around to see the infected were able to get over the wreckage that Twilight and Rarity made.
"We gotta jump!" Nick said. He grabbed Rarity and Fluttershy and leaped off. They could hear the sound of a leg breaking, they looked and saw the mares were fine but Nick wasn't. Nick was lying on the ground with his pistol drawn, he shot any zombies that tried to get close to the ponies. Ellis had grabbed Applejack and slid down and ran to Nick's aide.
"Don't worry bud! You're gonna be okay!" Ellis said as he picked Nick up off the ground, he kept moving while holding Nick up. "MOVE IT! MOVE IT!" He yelled to everyone. Coach grabbed Twilight and jumped down, he landed on a zombie and broke his fall.
"Rochelle C'mon!" Coach screamed! Rochelle grabbed Pinkie Pie's hoof and slid down dragging the pony with her. Once she landed she pulled back out her M-16 and opened fire on the horde behind them. Ellis gave Nick his extra pistol, so that he could take care of the zombies while Ellis carried him. Suddenly a load crack of thunder busted through the air!
"Gotcha!" Rainbow Dash said after hitting the zombies with lightning. She lifted her hooves up again and smacked them on the cloud, another bolt of lightning hit what was left of the trailing horde.
Ellis and Nick were falling behind the group. But they were in no danger, it was their team that was. As soon as Coach, Applejack, Rarity, and Rochelle got out of a tunnel they spotted a giant one armed zombie as it ran towards them. Applejack and Rarity's eyes widened as the zombie pushed Coach and Rochelle away from it. Rarity jumped back and just missed the one armed infected, Applejack wasn't so fortunate. She got rammed by the giant and pinned to the wall. The infected held the orange pony and pounded her into the ground.
"Hold on AJ!" Nick said as he fire his pistols. After several shots the infected fell to the ground, dropping the unconscious Applejack.
Coach and Rochelle got up and looked back. Coach quickly ran over to the cowgirl pony and picked her up. Coach ran towards the end of the ride and pulled the lever. But zombies were still attacking, Coach, Ellis, and Rochelle, along with their wounded and the ponies, moved towards a small bridge. Coach and Ellis gently set down Nick and Applejack and started to open fire on the zombies.
"C'mon girls!" Rochelle yelled towards the ponies. They made their way to the safe room and got inside. Ellis and Coach dragged Nick and Applejack towards the safe house. Nick was showing no relent as he fired into the crowd of infected, killing anything that got in his sight. Ellis was starting to loose his strength, Nick got heavier and heavier. Rainbow saw the struggling survivor and flew down to help him.
"Thanks! I needed some help." Ellis said.
"Don't mention it!" Rainbow Dash responded. The last of the group finally made it to the safe house. Coach slammed the door right when another charger tried to ram them. Everyone sat down, exhausted and in pain. Two times in a row they have been brutally beaten by the infected, just barely making it out.
"I think it's best if we call that a tie!" Ellis said. Everyone stared at the two with the most injuries, Nick and Applejack. Nick's leg was broken while Applejack had every bone broken. The ponies began to tear up at the sight of their friend. They actually thought Applejack wasn't going to live.
"I…think its best…if we just cover her up…" Twilight said between sobs, "She isn't… not going to…make it."
"That's nonsense! She'll be fine!" Rochelle said trying to reassure the ponies. It didn't work, they still cried.
"It would be wise if you leave us be for now!" Rarity said as she cried. The survivors backed away from the mares, well everyone except Nick who wasn't able to move. Twilight grabbed a mat and set it over Applejack. They started to have what seemed to be an early funeral for their friend.
"Poor Applejack…She was such a good friend." Rarity said as she cried. All of the ponies cried as they gave their goodbyes to the orange cowgirl pony under the mat. Nick was starting to get angry at the scene, with all of his strength he got up and got the mat off of the pony.
"WILL YOU ALL QUIT YOUR GOD DAMN CRYING!" he yelled. The mares all stepped back from Nick. But they were still cried.
"Why should we stop? Applejack's dead…" Rainbow Dash said.
Ellis gave Rainbow Dash a look of confusion. "Why do ya'll think she's dead?" he asked.
"Just look at her! She was crushed by a giant armed zombie! There's no way she could survive that!"
Nick was feeling AJ's legs and sides checking for any broken bones, not one bone was actually broken. He was amazed by this, usually when a Charger crushes a human there would be broken and fractured bones.
"She's fine! Not one bone is even cracked, damn! You ponies must have some tough bones! That or you drink too much milk!" he said.
"Wait, she's okay?" Twilight said as she ran over to Nick.
"Ya! She was only knocked out, can't believe you guys thought she would actually die!" Nick replied. He set down the pony just before he sat down, his broken leg was in major pain, when Twilight saw this and she had to help him. If he wasn't able to walk then he wouldn't be able to help fight the zombies.
"Uh, Nick, I think I can fix your leg." she said. Nick looked up to the purple unicorn.
"You can?" he asked. Twilight gave a simple nod of her head.
"I've been learning about how to heal injuries with my magic, it's difficult and tiring but it might work!" Twilight said.
"Well, What're we waitin' for? Heal him!" Ellis yelled with excitement in his voice. Twilight's horn began to glow, soon Nick's broken leg was glowing to. Everyone could hear the rattling of bones. Nick felt the pain of the healing process, he gritted his teeth and fought the pain. Twilight was starting to struggle; she kept using her magic, but she had little time before her magic would overload and die out. Only a few more seconds of pain for both Nick and Twilight and then it was finally done. Nick's leg was finally healed, Twilight collapsed from exhaustion.
"You okay?" Coach asked the purple pony.
"Ya… I'm fine." she said. Coach helped her back onto her hooves.
"Thanks Twilight!" Nick said. Twilight just nodded, she didn't have enough energy to speak anymore. She looked over to Applejack and noticed that she was waking up. The cowgirl pony looked at everyone and scratched her head.
"Ugh… What happened?" Applejack said. Before she could speak again she was caught inside a group hug from her friends.
"Applejack! We thought you were dead!" Fluttershy said.
"I thought I was too!" Applejack responded. Once the group was finished with their hug, it was time to leave the safe house.
Canterlot
Princess Luna and Celestia were walking around their throne room, worried about the Elements Of Harmony and where they were. Suddenly a letter materialized and floated towards the ground. Celestia used her magic to grab the note and began reading, she had a smile on her face when she realized it was from Twilight, but that smile faded when she read the part about them being stuck in a zombie apocalypse.
"Sister, look on the back of this paper. It might have something that could be helpful for thou." Luna said. Celestia turned the note around and raised an eyebrow.
"Who are these, Midnight Riders?" Celestia said. She looked at some small writing in the bottom right corner. "Whispering Oaks, that's probably where they are!"
Celestia grabbed a blank scroll and wrote another letter. This time it read;
"Dear Twilight Sparkle,
Me and Luna are relieved to hear that you and your friends are safe. But we are still worried about these creatures in which you speak of, are you sure that these humans are trustworthy enough to protect you from the zombies? Please write back and stay safe.
Sincerely,
Princess Celestia."
She sent the letter off to her student. There was nothing that they could do except hope that the humans will keep them all safe.
Earth
The gang was on the move to their next objective. Ellis looked up at a sign that read "Bumper Cars" in neon light. "I ever tell you about the time me and Keith made a homemade bumper car ride with ridin' mowers in his backyard? Mower blade wounds over 90% of his body. I didn't run him over, either; he somehow managed to fall under his own."
"Ellis…Can you please shut the hell up?" Nick replied.
"Why the hell is it that every time I tell a story you guys tell me to stop?" Ellis yelled back at Nick.
"Listen! We all hate your God Damn stories! Just Shut the fuck up for ten minutes and maybe I wont shoot you!" Nick hissed. Applejack got between the tow making sure they wouldn't try to kill each other.
"Listen Sugarcubes! Ya'll need to quit your fussin'! We should all just get on our way and find the next safe place!" Applejack suggested. Ellis and Nick nodded their heads to the orange pony. The gang got back on the trail, Rarity was about to open the back door to the bumper cars when she was punched by a Tank. She hit the railing and fell to the floor, Rochelle ran over to the pony. Amazingly, Rarity wasn't hurt that badly; but she was pissed!
"HOW DARE YOU ATTACK A LADY? YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU'VE DONE!" Rarity yelled towards the Tank. Without warning, Rarity grabbed bumper cars with her magic and tossed them towards the Tank. The giant infected was knocked down, it struggled trying to stand back up. This gave Coach enough time to slice into it with his chainsaw, blood spewing all over him and everyone else. After the blood splatter ended everyone looked at the Tank, it was an indescribable sight, they all nearly threw up from seeing it.
"Let's keep moving people!" Coach ordered.
Everyone agreed, they didn't want to sit around and enjoy the defeat of the large infected. They soon found themselves back outside, there were games everywhere. The team walked towards what looked like a barn. When the went inside, Fluttershy noticed the dead cows and started to cry.
"T-t-t-these poor creatures!" she cried. Rochelle knelt down and tried to comfort the yellow pony. Fluttershy cried on her shoulder.
"It's okay sweetie!" Rochelle said. The others waited on the two. Everyone except Nick were being as patient as they could. Suddenly, Nick lost it.
"SCREW THIS! I don't need you bastards slowing me down!" Nick yelled. Everyone stared at him, the mares were frightened by the outburst, Ellis and Coach gave Nick looks of anger and disappointment.
"You all can stay here and die!" he said while walking out of the barn. Suddenly a shot was fired, Nick heard a bullet whiz through the air.
"You ain't leavin' Nick! If you try, we will shoot ya!" Ellis said. Coach nodded his head. The ponies were shocked at what Ellis had done. Nick walked back into the room and sat down. Once Fluttershy had finished crying, the gang got on with the journey.
The group found themselves on the roof of the barn. Ellis and Rainbow Dash were the first to make it to the other side. They looked and found where they could enter the stadium, unfortunately, it was gated off.
"We're gonna need to open those gates." Ellis said.
"Ya but how?" Rainbow Dash replied. Ellis pulled out his sniper rifle and looked into the scope. He noticed a blinking red light on a metal box. It was the control panel to the gates.
"I think I found a way!" Ellis whispered. They looked behind themselves and noticed everyone was waiting on them. They joined back with the group and jumped down to the ground. They walked over to the gated area. Half of the gang climbed up a ladder and onto a platform while the others gathered around the gates. Rochelle pressed the button to open the gates and the sound of the horde ringed in the group's ears.
"Game on, baby!" Coach yelled. Rainbow Dash looked from her cloud and saw the horde charging after the survivors. She took aim and smacked the cloud. The lightning struck the horde but it only killed a small amount. Rainbow tried again with the same results as before. She tried to get another shot out but it was too late. The horde had made it to the group and now it was up to the survivors. Ellis felt a burning sensation in his legs, he looked down and saw a green goop bubbling around him and the Fluttershy.
"Ah Hell man! Spitter Goo!" he yelled. He grabbed Fluttershy and jump out of the goo. He looked and found the Spitter and opened fire. The Spitter fell to the ground, bleeding the acid like liquid.
"Ow! My hooves are still burning!" Fluttershy grunted, she looked at her hooves and noticed the green liquid was still on her hooves. Ellis wiped off the acid knowing that it would burn him instead. Coach and Rochelle were ambushed by a small group of zombies. Luckily Twilight and Rarity were able to lift the zombies and throw them away from the two. Nick pulled out his AK-47 and loaded it with incendiary rounds. The first shot he fired had a huge kick and green fire, along with a scroll appearing from the ashes. He quickly got to his feet and jumped for the scroll. He caught the scroll and fell into the horde of zombies. He pulled his gun back out and opened fire on the horde.
"YEEAAAH DIE!" he screamed. Soon the gates opened, it was time to get the hell out of there. The team regrouped and ran through the gates. Unfortunately the infected were blocking their path. The survivors opened fire while running, killing the zombies with every shot they fired. The gang turned around the corner and found what they were looking for, a safe house.
"Keep moving people!" Coach said as he ran towards the safe house. The rest followed him into the room. Rochelle slammed the door shut and locked it.
"We kicked ass yes we did! WOO!" Rochelle taunted.
"Thank goodness, we got out of that dreadful place!" Rarity said.
"Yeah…But were not done yet…" Nick replied. The ponies all looked outside and saw a hallway filled with zombies.
Here is the next chapter, not sure when the next one will be done, that is up to my friend, now I'm off to get supplies to be ready for when the herd attacks wanting more.
"Alright, heres the plan. Y'all know the Midnight Riders? They're gonna save us." Coach said.
"I hate to break it to ya Coach, but I don't think they're actually here." Ellis replied. Coach turned to Ellis.
"We'll set off their finale and the chopper that we saw earlier will have to know something's up. And nobody, and I mean NOBODY has a bigger light show than the Midnight Riders." Coach explained. A smile started to grow on Ellis' face, he liked the idea. Nick sighed and crossed his arms.
"Coach, that is the stupidest idea I've ever agreed with." Nick commented. Rochelle and the ponies all nodded in agreement.
"Sounds like fun! Listenin' to the best band ever while beatin' the shit out of zombies! Its gonna be awesome!" Ellis yelled as he jumped up from his seat. He grabbed his Grenade Launcher and ran over to the door, waiting on everyone else. "COME ON!"
The other survivors nodded and grabbed their weapons, but when they looked back, the door was opened and Ellis was missing. They could here gunfire outside followed by a scream.
"Oh shit! I'm down!" Ellis yelled. Nick put his hand to his face and groaned. The mares were all worried about Ellis.
"We gotta help him!" Applejack said putting on her hat. She ran towards the door but when she was running outside Ellis jumped out.
"BOO!" he yelled. Applejack screamed and fell onto her back. Ellis chuckled a bit and helped her up. Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash both laughed at the prank, while everyone else just gave Ellis looks of disappointment.
"What?" Ellis said while shrugging.
The survivors and mares didn't answer and instead walked past him and out into the entrance hall of the stadium. Ellis sighed and followed closely behind. The team walked along and looked at the all of the infected who were unfortunate enough to be in the sights of Ellis and his gun.
"Damn Ellis! I knew you were good with a gun, but not this good!" Coach commented.
"Thanks! I knew all them video games I played would help in this kinda situation!" Ellis replied with a look of accomplishment on his face. But that face soon faded when he saw the entrance was blocked by a Charger and an overweight zombie. Twilight and Pinkie Pie, however, did not notice the infected. Ellis ran over and grabbed the two ponies, and just in time as well. The large zombie vomited where Pinkie and Twilight were at and the Charger ran forward, slamming into a wall instead of a pony.
"I got this!" Rainbow Dash said as she charged towards the fat infected.
"Don't do it Dash!" Coach yelled, but it was too late.
She turned and raised her back legs. She bucked the infected with explosive results, literally. The fat infected blew into chunks, with a green liquid spreading all over the place.
"I CAN'T SEE!" Rainbow Dash screamed, she was cover in the green goop. When things couldn't get any worse, a horde of infected charged towards the cyan Pegasus. The survivors got in front of Rainbow Dash and unleashed hell on the zombies. Rochelle ran over to Rainbow and wiped the goop off her eyes. Nick pulled out a pipe bomb and threw it towards the horde.
"Chase this you zombie bastards!" he yelled as he let go of the bomb. A red light started blinking and the bomb made a beeping sound. The zombies chased after the grenade, but they weren't the only ones. Pinkie Pie was also attracted to the pretty blinking light and beeping. Pinkie set her gnome down and made a mad dash to the pipe bomb.
"PINKIE NO!" Ellis yelled. She was jumping on top of the crowd of zombies, trying to grab the pipe bomb.
"I got it!" Pinkie Pie screamed The bomb went off right when she grabbed it with her hooves.
"PINKIE PIE!" the mares all screamed followed by silence…just a disturbing silence. The smoke soon cleared revealing scattered body parts, but none of them were pony body parts. The group heard a faint yelling. It got louder and louder. Suddenly Pinkie Pie landed on the ground, still in one peace.
"WOOHOO! That was fun!" Pinkie Pie said hopping back onto her hooves. "Let's do that again!" She hopped back over and put her gnome on her back. The survivors gave her confused looks.
"You ain't hurt?" Ellis asked. Pinkie Pie shook her head quickly. She then walked back outside. The survivors were still confused with what had happened. Who knew that these ponies, who looked weak and harmless, were so tough and brave? The humans soon shook out of there confusion and walked outside.
"Okay everyone! Split up and find supplies! When were done meet back at the stage." Coach explained.
"C'mon! Lets get to settin' up the show!" Ellis said with excitement. Everyone agreed and split up.
1 Hour Later
Nick and Twilight were rummaging through the top of the seating area. Nick suddenly remembered something; he looked over to Twilight.
"Hey Twi! I forgot to give you this!" Nick said pulling a scroll out of his pocket. Twilight grabbed the note with her magic and quickly scanned through it.
"Nick! Do you still have those fire makers?" Twilight asked.
"Incendiary rounds? Yeah we still have some!" Nick answered.
"Good! Go get some paper!" Twilight ordered. Nick nodded and pulled off a piece of an advertisement, he got out a pen and began writing what Twilight said.
"Dear Princess Celestia
Thank you for writing back as soon as you did! I assure you that these humans are trustworthy and will keep us out of harm's way! There is no need to worry about them at all!
Your Faithful Student
Twilight Sparkle."
Nick finished the letter off and set it on the table. He pulled out an incendiary round and aimed at the paper. He fired a shot with the unusually usual green fire. (Sorry if that didn't make much sense.) The paper evaporated into thin air and was on it's way to the Princesses.
"Alright, now that that's done, lets…" Nick was suddenly interrupted by the sounds of lights turning on. He looked and saw Rochelle, Rarity, and Fluttershy over by the lighting machine.
"Well never mind then! I see Ro's already done it!" Nick said. On the stage, Ellis was messing around with the microphone, while Rainbow Dash and Applejack watched him.
"Check one!" Ellis said into the microphone. He smiled and started to sing. "Every ladies crazy when her daddy's not around!"
Nick leaned on one of the stair railings and yelled at Ellis. "Ellis, I now know two things that you suck at! Shooting and singing!"
"I thought he was pretty good!" Rochelle counter argued.
"Yeah! He's an awesome singer!" Rainbow Dash complimented. Ellis smiled and scratched his head.
"Thanks for the compliment!' he said.
Meanwhile, Coach and Pinkie Pie were at the sound board, he looked around and found a tape that read 'Finale'. He was enraged with what he was looking at. He had a look of anger in his eyes.
"Coach, are you okay?" Pinkie Pie asked. Coach shook his head while still looking at the tape.
"Lip-syncing old ass bitches! They got a tape back here!" Coach yelled. Ellis turned towards the two and raised an eyebrow.
"They lip-sync?" he asked. Coach slowly nodded and raised the tape to where Ellis could see it. Ellis' smile turned to a frown, he sat down on one of the stereos.
"Ain't that a load shit…" Ellis muttered under his breath. Pinkie Pie noticed the survivor's sadness and hopped over to him.
"C'mon Ellis! Turn that frown upside-down!" she said. Ellis just sighed and looked at the floor. Pinkie looked back at Coach, who's head was also hung. "C'mon guys! You said you were fans of this band!"
"Yeah! But that was before we found out they lip-sync!" Coach replied. "Those cheating sons of bitches!"
"Okay! So they cheated, but that shouldn't make you guys so upset!" Pinkie said. "What about before all of this? Do you think they cheated then?"
"Well now we do!" Ellis answered.
"Hey everyone! We'd best get this show on the road, or we'll never get out of here!" Nick said while walking up to the stage.
"C'mon you two! I know that deep down in your hearts, that you are still huge fans of this band!" Pinkie Pie said. Ellis raised his head and smiled.
"You know what, you're right Pinks!" Ellis said. He jumped up onto his feet.
"Ah hell! She is right!" Coach said. "Well! Its time for some Midnight Ridin'! Who's with me?"
Everyone else nodded. Nick walked over to the sound board and pressed the play button.
"You guys ready to rock?" he said. The song and fireworks started, with the sound of the horde fused in with it as well.
"Turn it up! TURN IT WAY UP!" Ellis yelled. The horde made their way towards the group, but they were caught in a hail of gunfire. Rainbow Dash got another cloud and looked at her pray, she would pull back and SMACK! A lightning bolt flashed and hit the horde with amazing force, cutting down a large portion of them.
"Look out Ellis!" Applejack yelled. Ellis looked to his side and saw a hunter pounce onto him.
"Get him off!" Ellis screamed as the hunter scratched into his arms and chest. Applejack ran to Ellis and bucked the hunter off of him. The hunter retreated to the roof of the stadium. But when it least expected it Rainbow Dash flew down and kicked the hunter off and down to a painful, fatal drop.
"Payback you creep!" she yelled. Nick gave Dash a thumbs up.
"Nice Job!" he yelled. He looked back and noticed the zombies had flanked the group. "Look Behind you!" He opened fire on the zombies. Rochelle turned around and helped Nick in suppressing the attackers. Coach grabbed a gas can and tossed it out to the horde in front of him. Ellis took dead aim on the tank and fired, causing it to burst into flames. The zombies were being cooked into Southern style steaks!
Suddenly the guitar solo began and the sounds of an angry Tank followed. Fluttershy looked and saw a rock being thrown her way, she looked to her sides and noticed that the other mares already ran out of the way. She tried to run but was to scared, she fell to the ground and covered her eye. Amazingly, her cowering saved her from getting decapitated from the rock.
"Don't stop now! Shoot it!" Coach yelled as he opened fire on the tank. Another rock landed right next to Applejack and Twilight, startling them. Ellis got in front of the two ponies and pulled out his Grenade Launcher. He pulled the trigger and watched as the grenade lodged into the Tank's chest and went off…lets just say, it was raining Tank guts after that.
"Keep on Rockin' and Killin' everyone!" Ellis yelled. He pulled out his magnum and opened fire into the last of the infected. Once when all of the zombies were dead, the music stopped.
"Was that it?" Applejack asked.
"Nope! It's just begun!" Ellis answered. After those words, the music played again and the zombies attacked once more. Ellis pulled out his guitar and yelled out a war cry like scream. He ran towards the horde and started beating them with his guitar.
"Holy Hay dude! Look at him go!" Rainbow Dash yelled. She cheered from her cloud as Ellis was beating down the zombies. The survivors opened fire on the zombies that got past Ellis, but not that many actually passed him. In three minutes all the zombies were killed and another guitar solo began.
"Now that was some zombie killin'!" Ellis yelled. He looked at the group, they all had looks of fear on their faces. Ellis turned around and saw another Tank.
"RAAAAAAAAAGGGGHHHHHHH" the Tank yelled.
"Ah sh- AAHHHHHHHHH!" Ellis said while getting punched by the towering zombie. Rainbow Dash quickly flew down and caught Ellis. She struggled with the survivor but managed to lay him on the ground.
"Ellis! Are you okay?" she asked. She was worried sick about Ellis.
"No…I ain't doin' good at all!" Ellis responded. He groaned in pain and felt his ribs. "Well! Nothin's broken! But that thing knocked the wind outta me!"
Rainbow Dash sighed in relief. She took a step back and let Ellis stand up. Ellis tipped his hat and pulled back out his magnum. He took aim and fired.
"Shoot that big motherfucker!" Coach yelled. He loaded his shotgun and aimed. 'All I need is one perfect shot!' he thought. He got his sights on the Tank and waited. The powerful infected ran right in front of Coach. BOOM! The Tank's head busted open from the power of the shotgun.
"RAAaauuugh…." the Tank yelled before falling to the ground. The music ended with a barrage of fireworks launching into the sky. The fireworks stopped and the faint sounded of wind chopping was heard. Suddenly the helicopter was seen it turned and stopped by the stairs.
"Get to the Chopper everyone!" Nick yelled charging ahead. Everyone followed closely behind and made their way to the helicopter. Applejack and Nick were the first one to get in. The pilot looked at the pony, with an eyebrow raised.
"Howdy partner!" Applejack greeted. The pilot's eyes widened and he began to freak out.
"WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THING?" he yelled.
"Please don't panic! Just turn around and wait fly us out of here!" Nick insisted. The pilot nodded and turned around. Everyone else hopped aboard the chopper and began to fight off the infected. The helicopter lifted off the ground and flew away, with everyone safely aboard.
"We made it! New Orleans here we come!" Ellis yelled as he watched the last few fireworks go off in the stadium.
"New Orleans? Hell no kid! I'm flying us to the Florida Keys!" the chopper pilot said.
My Friend has said sorry about this shortness of this chapter, he just needed to fill in the gap.
Twilight listened to the sounds of the night. Without the sounds of the helicopter blades slicing through the air, all was quiet. She looked and saw the survivors and her friends sleeping. They were all tired, hungry, and praying that they would make it to the Keys soon. Twilight wanted to sleep, but a strange sound kept her awake.
"argh…ugh ralgh!" said the strange sound. It sounded like growling. Twilight stood up and walked over to the pilot. She gasped in horror when she saw that he was starting to grow scars and boils on his skin.
"Are you okay?" Twilight asked. The pilot looked at her.
"I'm…Fine. Aargh!" the pilot said while growling. Blood started to pour from his scars and mouth. He looked at Twilight and growled at her. He stood from his seat and lunged at her with his sharp claws.
"What are you doing?" Twilight asked. He didn't answer, all he did was slice at her. It had became obvious that he had turned into one of them. Twilight jumped back but was cut by the pilot's claws.
"AARRRAGH!" the pilot yelled, cutting her once more. He was about to cut into Twilight one more time when, suddenly, BOOM! The infected pilot fell onto the flight controls, blood gushing from his head. Twilight looked and saw Nick pointing a pistol at the infected. He turned to Twilight.
"You okay?" Nick asked. Twilight nodded and looked at her wounds. There were three small cuts and two deep cuts. She tried to stand up but fell down again. Nick also fell, he looked outside and realized the helicopter was spinning out of control.
Everyone else woke up when they were slammed against the side of the helicopter. Ellis was able to stand and walk over to the cockpit.
"What the hells goin' on?" he said. He looked at the dead pilot then at Nick. "Nick I swear to God, if you killed him-"
"He was infected Ellis!" Nick interrupted.
"EVERYONE HANG ON!" Coach yelled. The helicopter spun violently until it slammed into the ground. It was silent yet again…
Applejack woke up, she found herself trapped under a blurred object. Once her vision was back to normal, she looked at what was on top of her. It was the pilot's dead body. She screamed and kicked the body off of her. She looked and saw everyone in the destroy helicopter. They all had scrapes and wounds covering their bodies.
"Ugh… Is everypony okay?" Applejack said while looking at herself. She was covered in cuts.
"I'm fine" Ellis said.
"And so is everyone else!" Nick added.
Ellis walked over to the orange pony and pulled off the rest of the rubble on her. Applejack stood up and looked at everyone. Luckily, no one was seriously injured.
"Damn it! I can't believe we survived that shit!" Coach said.
He walked outside of the wrecked chopper and looked around. He saw a train, and an old house. He looked and saw everyone else crawl out of downed helicopter.
"Okay we got two choices, train or creepy house?" Coach asked.
"I'd go with the train."
"Train!"
"Definitely the train.
Ellis, Rochelle, and Nick said in unison. Coach nodded and lead everyone to the train. They opened one of the cars when they heard the horde.
"Damn it! All of ya'll get in!" Ellis yelled. The mares all rushed towards the train car and jumped in. The survivors had opened fire, making sure that the infected wouldn't reach them. Soon everyone was in the train car.
"C'mon you son of bitch door!" Ellis said, struggling to close the door. Coach and Nick soon joined him and they finally closed the door right before the zombies could reach into the train car.
"Damn…Is everyone okay?" Nick asked. Everyone nodded. "Good…Good."
"Well lets get some sleep…That horde wont be there when we wake up, I hope!" Coach said taking a seat.
He looked and noticed that they were all asleep already. He decided to catch some Z's as well. He knew it was going to be a tough day.
Just to let you know that my friend had a virus on his laptop and it deleted everything on his laptop, but its sorted now so here is the next chapter.
The team could only sleep for two hours. But it was enough to get them through the day. Nick was the first to awake, followed by everyone else. The survivors grabbed their weapons from the table and opened the door. Twilight looked at the writing on a gate.
"No Army…No CEDA…Get Out?" she said. "What does that mean?"
"It means that the people who live here want to get infected!" Nick said.
"Why would they want that?" Pinkie Pie said.
Nick didn't respond and hopped out. Everyone else followed suit, except for Pinkie. She went to grab her gnome which she named Gnomey (Cheesy name, I know!). She hopped back to the group, her gnome bouncing up and down onto her back. Suddenly, there was the sound of crying.
"It's a W-w-w-witch…" Fluttershy said. She hid behind Rainbow Dash.
"Shit…There ain't no goin' around it!" Ellis said. He looked at the group. "Any ideas…"
Twilight was quick to answer. "Why not we all attack the Witch? Four up close and four from a distance!"
"Great idea Twi! Alright everyone! Circle the Witch and light it up!" Coach said. The survivors and mares nodded and did what they were told. Ellis and Coach joined up with Rainbow Dash and Applejack. They were going to beat the Witch down while Nick, Rochelle, Rarity, and Twilight would shoot the Witch at a distance.
The Witch began to growl as soon as Applejack and Rainbow began walking. Soon the melee group was right on top of the Witch. The ranged group aimed their sights at it and made sure they wouldn't hit their friends.
"Urgh…Urgh…URGH!" the Witch growled. Coach revved up his chainsaw. Ellis raised his axe up over his head. Applejack and Dash both prepared to buck the Witch.
"AAAAHHH!" the Witch screamed. The melee group began to beat down on it while the ranged group opened fire with bullets and magic beams. It only took a few seconds to kill the Witch, but there was still screaming. Rainbow Dash had been hit, but not by the infected.
Dash looked at her side and saw a bullet had penetrated through her. She looked back at everyone before falling to the ground.
Meanwhile in Equestria…
The Doctor and Spike were both in the TARDIS, worried sick. Neither one of them knew what to do.
"Doctor, we need to get Twilight and everypony else back!" Spike yelled.
"Spike I'm trying my best to comprehend this bloody situation!" the Doctor yelled back.
"This isn't good what if they're dead?" Spike said. He was pacing back and forth, his claws over his head.
The Doctor was looking at the UTS. He was trying to find the planet the mares were transported to. He looked and sighed.
"You're probably right Spike…Because they're on Earth!" he said.
"Earth? What's that?" Spike questioned.
"Earth is a planet with two legged creatures called humans! But now it is a planet under the threat of an apocalypse…" Doctor said.
Spike's eyes widened. "Doctor! We have to get them!"
"Calm down, Spike! We're going to get them! Just let me fix the UTS up!"
"How long will that take?" Spike asked.
The Doctor sighed once more. "I honestly do not know Spike… All we can do know is hope the mares are safe."
Back On Earth
The group looked at the unconscious and injured Rainbow Dash. Ellis pulled out his first aid kit and began to fix the wound. The mares were praying that their cyan friend was alright. Ellis was soon done with the wound, but Dash was still out cold. Fluttershy and Applejack carried her on their backs.
"Alright, Lets keep moving!" Coach said as he loaded up his shotgun. The team continued their journey through the swamps. They looked at all of the dead bodies that were (un)lucky enough to not succumb to the infection.
"Holy shit…" Applejack said.
"APPLEJACK!" Twilight said, completely surprised that her friend just cursed. "How could you say such a thing!"
"What? It was just a little cursin'" the orange mare said.
"It still isn't right!" Twilight replied.
"AJ, Twilight's right. You shouldn't curse, it's not healthy." Rochelle said before tripping on a rock. "DAMN IT!"
Rarity walked until she noticed a small river. She looked up and screamed in horror at what she saw. It was a dead Charger hanging from the post.
"Oh my god! The locals know how to kick zombie ass!" Ellis said.
"Dear Celestia! That was horrifying!" Rarity said. Ellis gave her a pat on the back and walked over to the river.
"Well we ain't swimmin' across this!" he said. "The water is contaminated with the infection…"
"Wow Ellis! I didn't know you could say such complex words!" Nick said. Ellis just chuckled and looked at the other side.
There was a ferry on the other side. He looked over and saw a lever. He walked over to it and pulled it down. A loud sound filled the air, followed by the screams of the horde.
"GOD DAMNIT ELLIS! WHAT DID YOU JUST DO?" Nick yelled. The team grouped together and prepared for battle.
"Fluttershy! Get Dash over to the other side!" Coach said. Fluttershy nodded and grabbed Rainbow Dash. With all the energy she had, she pulled the cyan Pegasus across the river, safely. The horde soon reached the team and the battle began. Bullets and body parts went flying as the team opened fire. More and more zombies kept coming in a seemingly endless wave.
After ten minutes of fighting, the ferry finally made it to the group. Coach and Pinkie were the first to jump on. Everyone else soon followed. Rochelle and Twilight close to the ferry when Rochelle was pounced on by a Hunter. Her magnum slid over to Twilight.
"GET IT OFF!" Rochelle screamed.
Before the Hunter could deal a fatal slash it was shot off of her. She looked and saw Twilight, levitating the magnum with her magic.
Twilight ran to Rochelle's aid, not caring if the blood from her wounds fell down onto her. This was a totally different Twilight. She got onto the ferry and placed Rochelle on a seat. Nick pressed the button and the ferry made its way to the other side.
The team was shocked when they saw what Twilight had done.
"Damn Twi… That was amazin'!" Ellis said.
"I was nothing… Honestly…" Twilight responded. She took a seat and just stared into space.
Rochelle pulled out her first aid kit and began to patch up her wounds. It was a difficult and painful task, but, in the end, it was worth it. She stood up reloaded her weapons.
As the team reached the other side of the river, Dash began to wake up. She stood on her feet and stretched.
"Ugh…What happened?" the cyan Pegasus asked.
"Nick shot you." Ellis said.
"No. You shot her Ellis." Nick replied.
The two began to argue over who was guilty for shooting Dash. The arguing annoyed everyone, including Fluttershy. The yellow Pegasus couldn't take the arguing anymore and flew right up in their faces.
"Alright, you two! Stop with your fighting or I will make you!" Fluttershy threatened.
"Oh yeah? What are you gonna do? Kill us with your cuteness?" Nick replied.
Fluttershy growled and stared into Nick's eyes. Her stare caused some weird emotional distress for Nick. He backed away but couldn't escape her stare.
"Fine… We'll stop arguing." Nick said, sighing.
Fluttershy smiled and looked at Ellis. He turned away, not wanting to have to deal with the mare's stare. Fluttershy flew over to him.
"Do you really think I would use The Stare on you?" she asked.
"Well… Yeah..." Ellis answered, still turned away from Fluttershy.
Fluttershy gave Ellis a hug. "Oh, I would never do that to somepony like you Ellis." She said.
Ellis smiled and patted Fluttershy on the head. He looked over and saw the gate to the boat had opened. The team loaded up and walked out of the ferry. There were a few infected scattered about. Ellis pulled out his sniper rifle and took aim. He looked at the nearest zombie and fired. The infected didn't have time to hear the shot and was hit right in the temple, causing it's head to explode.
"Nailed it!" Ellis said, smiling.
The other survivors took aim at some other infect and opened fire. They easily took down the small horde and kept walking. They walked across a small board walk, taking out any infected who got in their way. Pinkie spotted a small house and pinted to it.
"Hey! Maybe there's something in there that we can use!" the pink pony said.
The survivors nodded and walked into the house. They checked to make sure there was no infected. Once when the place was clear, they began searching for items. There were a few pills, an adrenaline shot, a first aid kit and defibrillator. The group left the house and continued on.
"Ugh… This entire place is filthy!" Rarity said.
"Well, it IS a swamp Rare. It's supposed to be filthy" Applejack replied. Rarity groaned and kept walking.
The group soon reached the end of the boardwalk. Everyone except Rarity hopped down into the muddy water. Rarity just stayed up there.
"C'mon Rarity!" Twilight said.
"No! I refuse to go into that disgusting filth! I'll get my mane and coat all muddy!" Rarity said.
Twilight sighed. "Rarity! If you want to live then you will have to get in here!"
"Twi's right Rarity. You have to get dirty if you want to live." Nick said.
Rarity looked at them and gulped. "O-Okay…" she said. She reached down and slowly got into the water. She gulped and waded over to them.
"Good, now let's keep moving." Coach said as the team walked across the murky water. Luckily, there was another walkway just ahead. The group climbed up onto it and continued.
Back In Ponyville
Spike was sitting and waiting for the Doctor to finish repairing the machine. It took hours of precious time, but soon the machine was repaired. The Doctor smiled and turned to Spike.
"Alright, the machine's repaired!" he said.
"Finally! Let's go and find them!" Spike said. He stood up and stood on the machine.
The Doctor set their destination to Earth and hopped on. The machine began to work, but suddenly the machine went haywire.
"What's going on?" Spike asked.
"I Don't Know!" the Doctor replied.
The machine suddenly burst into flames. Spike grabbed the Doctor's hoof and dived out of the blaze. The Doctor watched as the machine, and the hope of rescuing the mares, burned. Spike grabbed a fire extinguisher and put the fire out.
"That was too close…" the dragon said, sighing.
The Doctor just stood there, staring at the machine. He hung his head, ashamed of the fact that he had failed.
"That's it… The machines destroyed… The mares are going to be stuck on Earth forever…" he said.
Spike growled and shook the Doctor. "NO! We can still save them! We Have To Keep Trying!"
"SPIKE! IT'S HOPELESS! THEY'RE GONE!" the Doctor replied.
"NO, THEY'RE NOT!" Spike yelled back. Tears were falling down the dragon's eyes.
He kept shaking the Doctor until his eyes were spinning. Spike soon stopped and looked at the machine. The Doctor shook his head and sighed.
Spike just sobbed as he began to lose hope in ever seeing his friends again. But then an idea came into his mind. He turned to the Doctor.
"Can we make another machine?" he asked.
"Hm…I think we can…" the Doctor said.
"Then let's get to work! We don't have much time." Spike said.
Back To Earth
The team walked through the swamps until they found a safe house.
"Finally, we made it to a safe house." Rochelle said.
"Thank Celestia, we can finally get some rest." Pinkie Pie said.
She hopped over to the safe house and opened the door. The team walked inside. They all sat down and rested for a few hours.
Due to some life problems, my friend is no longer doing his fic Left 4 Ponies: Friendship VS Zombies, so from now on this fic is no more, and no I will not contiune the fic, this is not my fic, and no matter you say, this is my friend's fic, sorry all.
