The aftermath of the phoenix Philomena's rebirth, supposedly a celebratory time, is unexpectedly marred by the apparent suicide of the pair of pegasi Royal Guards that failed in properly watching Philomena just before her rebirth. Quickly, it is discovered that Lieutenant Troilus' anti-pegasus campaign is far from defeated, and the next target is the Wonderbolts attempting to get back on their hooves after the devastation caused by Operation Whirlwind. Troilus enlists the help of an ambitious and highly prejudiced member of the Equestria Education Association for his next attack, and in the subsequent power plays Lieutenant Captain Shining Armor's career is once again placed in serious jeopardy! With BrawnyBold's permission decided to make a sequel to his "Forgiveness Denied" story during the events of the episode "Marks for Effort".

STORY:
The Cutie Mark Crusaders won't forgive Twilight and Cozy Glow after what happened at the School of Friendship. When Neighsay hears about this he decided to take an advantage on Twilight by creating an angry mob to attack her so he can take over the school.

As Princesses Celestia and Luna are ready to step down for Twilight Sparkle to take over, they decide to host one last gala to thank all of Equestria for their time as rulers. Besides having all of the citizens of Equestria come over, Megan, Danny, and Molly Williams are invited as well. What kind of night will this last gala bring? This is a crossover between G1 and G4.

This is a story all about love.

Chancellor Neighsay, the strict and rigid leader of the School of Friendship, had always been a man of principle. He was not one to indulge in frivolous emotions such as love or romance. However, all of that changed when he met Twilight Sparkle, the princess of friendship.

Chancellor Neighsay had always respected Twilight's intelligence and dedication to education. But as he worked closely with her on school matters, he began to realize that his admiration for her went deeper than just professional respect. He found himself drawn to her kindness, her compassion, and her unwavering commitment to her friends and the values of Equestria.

However, Chancellor Neighsay knew that he could not simply reveal his true feelings to Twilight. As the leader of the School of Friendship, he had a reputation to maintain. He feared that if he were to confess his love for Twilight, he would be seen as weak and unfit to lead. Furthermore, he knew that Twilight was already in a committed relationship with her longtime partner, Flash Sentry.

Despite all of this, Chancellor Neighsay could not shake the feelings he had for Twilight. He found himself daydreaming about her, thinking of ways to impress her, and feeling envious of Flash Sentry for having won her heart.

Finally, one day, Chancellor Neighsay decided that he could not keep his feelings bottled up any longer. He knew that he had to tell Twilight how he felt, no matter what the consequences might be. He went to Twilight's castle and nervously asked her to meet him in the gardens.

Once they were alone, Chancellor Neighsay took a deep breath and spoke from his heart. He told Twilight how much he admired and respected her, how he had come to realize that his feelings for her were more than just friendship. He told her that he loved her and that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her.

Twilight was shocked and taken aback by Chancellor Neighsay's confession. She had never thought of him in that way before, and she was already in a committed relationship with Flash Sentry. However, she could not deny that she had grown to respect Chancellor Neighsay over the years and that she appreciated his honesty.

After much thought and consideration, Twilight agreed to give Chancellor Neighsay a chance. They began dating in secret, taking great care to keep their relationship hidden from the public eye. Chancellor Neighsay was overjoyed to be with the woman he loved, even if it had to be in secret.

Eventually, Chancellor Neighsay decided that he could not keep their relationship hidden forever. He knew that he had to tell the world about his love for Twilight and make their relationship official. He planned an elaborate proposal, complete with fireworks and a serenade from the Ponyville Orchestra.

When Chancellor Neighsay got down on one knee and asked Twilight to be his wife, she said yes without hesitation. Despite the initial shock and confusion, Twilight had grown to love Chancellor Neighsay just as he loved her.

And so, the unlikely couple was married in a beautiful ceremony attended by all of their friends and loved ones. Chancellor Neighsay, the man who had once been so rigid and unemotional, had finally found love in the most unexpected place.
