Also, this Doctor Whooves is based on The Doctor from the Doctor Whooves and Assistant series. This point is after Appleoosa and prior to the events of Wrong Way Backwards. Familiarity with source material will make the story better.

This was inspired by a prompt generated by a story idea generator i’ve been working on. The prompt in question was “Write a gothic species swap story about Sweetie Belle with themes of autonomy and tragedy. For an optional challenge, try incorporating music.” I don’t think I stuck particularly well at all to the prompt, but the idea was moreso to inspire rather than create constraints.
Consider this an alternate take on a sweetiebot story with a splash of raritwi.

The Doctor and Ditzy find their way to your home. You can probably tell what's going to happen.

I was writing a chapter for Fimfic Authors Are In Your Bed and I decided to write my own story from it. The chapter from the story will be the first chapter, then other chapters will stack on top. Also, I now made this a crossover in a crossover from A Little Loopy by warewolves.Finally, this story will frequently break the fourth wall and the ceiling (5th wall), whatever breaking the ceiling means.

Please point out any mistakes and give comment to my story, just 'cause nobody is perfect! (I'm using nobody because in this story, as the tag suggests, there will be a human. "Nopony" dosn't suffice anymore. Sorry!)

Set during Voyager episode 'The Gift'.

A Borg sphere is thrown across the Delta Quadrant to Equestria thanks to an unkown event that also shifts Voyager out of Borg space, and crash lands on the planet's surface.

Witnessing this, Twilight Sparkle finds the mysterious metal ball that fell from the sky in hopes of discovering a new species, but the Borg are more interested in her magic than being friends.

Cut off from earth, and alone in a new galaxy, they carry on carrying on, wanting nothing more than to return to the home they left so long ago.

In the land of Equestria, the Warriors of Harmony have fragmented, and as old friends are lost, new friends and lovers are found. Meanwhile a great discovery is made regarding ancient pony history.

It won't be long before these two groups encounter their greatest challenge. A challenge they will need to face together.
