Okay... I hate Anon stories.
And I despise 2nd person.
You've done the improbable and made a story that contains both and does it in a way that I actually quite like. You took this incredibly stupid concept and made the nuclear fallout survivor both green and a literal everyman in a way that doesn't feel oblivious to why the trope should always be taken as a joke.
