As most of you know, I have a sequel planned for A Sweetie Dreamland that will be a crossover with Super Smash Bros. But as everybody knows, Super Smash Bros is a super-crossover uniting many characters from different franchise, characters going from God Killers like Kirby or Bayonetta to... a simple secretary like Isabelle, or a hunting dog with a duck. In the game, all those characters can fight each others despite their huge power disparity (and the fact that some of them aren't even warriors). But taking all those characters canonically like I will do in the sequel... Well, this video should help.
R.O.B. and Mr G&W are probably the only characters that won't appear as their canonical selfs. But yeah, all the characters in the F tier will be problematic...
To be fair, those two don't technically have canon selves, especially G&W. Treating them as being from Subspace Emissary and nothing else is basically the only way to make them work, and ROB's Boxing Ring title has the game itself back that up.
Olimar and Joker are easy beneficiaries of the dimensional travel that lets this happen at all (Olimar getting a convenient size adjustment and all the fertilizer his Pikmin could want, Joker taking a detour through the mainline Shin Megami Tensei continuity to learn how to do Metaverse things for real)
Let's not forget the financial and political side; Villager and Isabelle can make themselves useful by keeping the more mercenary characters on our side until it's clear that they have nothing to gain from the real villain's victory. Also remember just how fast Nook can get things built, and now imagine drafting that into a war effort...
The Inklings' default weapons may be primarily for sport, but Salmon Run's GrizzCo weapons show that they can be scaled up to weapons of war. Anyone else with weapons (including Duck Hunt's offscreen gunman) can stop by Rodin for an upgrade. Again, money is no object when we have a mayor and his secretary to make useful.
The Pokemon games' healing items are equivalent to the magical potions other characters are using, without needing magic. Sure, you can claim that Pokemon Trainer would be constantly spamming Full Restores and Max Revives if he tried to be useful, but eventually someone's going to suggest he use them on the other fighters... And then the stat boosters start coming out.
In a pinch, anyone with functioning hands can be given a spare Landmaster or something, while the ending of Fusion implies that Samus' ship can be piloted without even that much. Remedial lessons from Byleth or other trainers are also an option; Peach canonically has an aptitude for magic, to say nothing of Miss "salute the sun" over there doing push-ups. Bayonetta probably has a demon on call to make Giga Mac a reality, for that matter.
In general, it'd be nice if I could get the full tier list sans half-hour video, especially given my broken sound card. Or you could give me more specific examples of anything you need help with.

Well, it looks like Piranha Plant is the only F-Tier I didn't already address. Viridi is semi-canonically fascinated by them, so we can assume she'd start breeding more dangerous varieties the moment she obtained access to the seeds. Given what Kirby did in your teaser, researching the varieties that aren't already used in the Ultimate moveset may be prudent.
I'd also point out that, again, Team Star Fox will almost certainly have their vehicles available in your story, which gives them a leg up that the tier list probably wasn't accounting for.

In the end, Joker is the one who will give me the most problems. I know almost nothing of Persona, and absolutely nothing about Shin Megami Tensei. I just know that Persona 5 is very long (the video compiling the bosses is over 10 hours long!), some of the characters like Igor, and the basic story. It will take a while to learn about this universe.

Somehow I can only think of Yu Yu Hakusho and how there was this guy during a arc that was around Level C+ or B- in their ranking, and yet when fighting almost everytime he was forcing himself to use only 10% or 20% of his power, even saying that he was only saying 10% or 20% and giving thanks for being forced to use more.
Somehow I could think Sweetie Belle could be the same, being more strong that Kirby and getting even stronger, she could be forced to only use 10% of her power for a 'fair fight' while visiting the different universes

I was seeing something similar, Sweetie Belle would fight the bad guys at their level to have some fun with them before showing them how they're nothing compared to her, at the condition that the situation wasn't asking for her to wipe the bad guy in a few seconds to save lives, like during a battle.

1: She probably could, but she won't need.
2: She will have much more OP and cheat moves than the rift beam and the likes. Thanks to the Original Energy, her only limit will be how much she can control it, and depending of it, she could go all the way from minor god level like Palutena to supreme God level like Void, and even beyond.
3: It will depend of GMBlackjack, but I would like for her to encounter them.

It advances, but we have encountered a problem. Kelduo doesn't know how to put what he did in Youtube, and I don't know how to too. I don't know if he has been able to find someone who accepted. It would need to be someone who has Super Mario Maker 2 and Internet on their Switch, as well as a Youtube account, and I have none of them.

Ok so I am a bit(very)late in this,but I just go the idea:in the most recent chapter of.the crossover,when sweetie says about the Matter generators shaping the mlp World more like dreamland,its hit me,why sweetie,a mere mortal little filly manage to get where she is now?in equestria there are Royal Guars that do entraining for years and even so sweetie in less than a tree months gain the strength of a adult Dragon,and a magic power of the likes or superior of pre-alicorn twilight,and the only different was.....the universe, its all fall in;all of the weakest characters only need some weeks in dreamland,and even isabelle could Lift a boulder ten times her own Weight,villager could swing a enought resistant Axe whith enought force to even shatter magical's barriers by pure raw strength and little Mac could knock -out cold even King DeDeDe.......at least thats what I get,you dont really explained at any moment in sweetie dreamland how sweetie gained power thats tecnically,fisiologically,anatomically and fisically flat-out impossible unless the initial spell that twilight use to send sweetie here do something to her body.admittely its was some time since I read the oldest chapters of that Fic,so if you do explain it different on one point,sorry,I guess you could ignore all this then.

In Dream Land, she learned to physically boost herself thank to the Soul Matter (which is the Dream Land equivalent of Ki, Shakra, or any other energies from the Soul you can think of). You know, normally, when she punches a brick, she does nothing, but when she boosts herself with the energy, she reduces it to dust (beside the whole being able to throw energy balls and that kind of stuff). Of course, that asked for a LOT of training to master the power of the Soul. Then, she learned to use the other Matters, especially the Dream Matter that helped her do some very powerful energy attacks. Everything was settled when she began to master Dark Matter/Void Energy, which gives her almost no limit of what she can do, to the point that she can still use the Matters outside of the Dream Universe. She had, thankfully, some great teachers. Dedede to train her to fight, Knuckle Joe to train her to use martial arts and Soul Energy, Kirby (in a way) to use Dream Matter, and Magolor and Void to use Dark Matter/Void Energy.
It may be harder for other characters however. Sweetie Belle, thanks to being an unicorn, already had an idea of how to use energies (magic being a form of energy), which is why she learned so fast (helped by the Dream Universe being, well, the Dream Universe, where everything is possible). Mages may have also the same facility to learn, and fighters like Ryo and Ken too (because they use stuff like the Hadoken), but peoples like Little Mac... It may take more time. Especially that learning the real aspect of the Void Energy can be very hard even coached by a God, and Sweetie Belle was greatly helped by the fact that Void Energy revealed to be her special talent, so she had a great affinity with it.
Especially now that she became an alicorn. Not many will be able to reach the level of control of the Void Energy that she got, and she's only growing more powerful as the seconds pass as she is still maturing.

Yeah, it's still possible, but very hard. Thankfully, I suppose that Sweetie will find a lot of other possible solutions in her adventures. Already, the possibility to Dynamax her Pokémon at will will be a huge boost for said Pokémon.
