while plot armor did play a role 90% of it was just plaps repeatedly sabotaging the cis war effort during the entire war, like honestly the cis would have won the clonewars like 3 times over if plapatine wasn't constantly leaking the republic critical info and shutting down many of the successful projects the cis had going.
