I just finished Sonic Frontiers. I intended to use its story somewhere in the second Saga of UME, but, without spoiling, I think that I will wait for the next Sonic game before doing this. Several elements make it so I would have no idea of what to do after the events of the game. Like the dynamic between Eggman and Sage. Like, what will Sage bring to Eggman's world conquest schemes? What will Eggman do now that he has her to bring some moral compass? And then there is the fact that the true final boss may not really be dead and will probably return, and we know almost nothing about it. Same for that weird symbol we regularly see throughout the game (including in the post-credit scene). What does it mean?
This game was just the beginning of something bigger, and I won't be able to work with it until I see the full picture. And I don't want to come up with stuff on the go with all these mysteries. With how this is going, the next game probably won't come out before I have reached the fourth Saga (maybe even just the third one) so, until then, I will just continue with a post-Forces/pre-Frontiers situation.
Edit: PS: The true final boss can only be fought in Hard Mode.
Yeah, we don't need another Forgotten Land situation where you have to annoy me by changing things.

On this, I think that we all agree. I can't even decide which song was the best. They were all very good, like the fights.
Thanks for warning me. I saw a video of all bosses in the game, and after seeing what kind of battle the true final boss was, I have decided not to buy Sonic Frontiers. Bullet hell isn't something I'm good at, so I'm waiting to get Pokemon Scarlet when it comes out instead.
Speaking of Sonic Frontiers, I think the Giganto boss theme "Undefeatable" is amazing. It goes really well with Super Sonic battling a giant robot, and even without that context, it's really epic and inspirational.
That being said, though, the new Pokemon games also have great soundtracks to listen to. I'm really looking forward to hearing the school rally music that plays during the Gym Tests.

All the songs are excellent in my opinion. From "Undefeatable" to "I'm Here". They all hyped me up a lot and made the fights even more epic than they already were.

I mean,You could just change the Difficulty at last second so you skip straight to the final Sequence of the fight.

With all due respect, it's a Sonic the Hedgehog game. The soundtrack is so much more consistently amazing than the games that there's a canon AU where he's in a band.

it's the only one to my knowledge that sonic is not an only child.
