The Gang join up to make an amazing X-Mas party for a saddened Scootaloo.
Everypony in Ponyville is having a blast, what with Christmas coming up. But one pony, Scootaloo, isn't having a great time. Rainbow Dash is in the hospital, after she and Scootaloo encountered some rough ponies. She had some scratches, but Dash had some major injuries. Scootaloo worries that Dash won't make it. The Mane Six and some others notice her droopiness, so they team up to make a super fun party for Scootaloo's happiness, also included with some singing! This musical is a joy to read, unless you don't like your favorite pony being injured and in the hospital! (Note: Feel free to sing my parodies of songs and post somewhere! Christmas is coming soon to Ponyville, and everypony was rushing for Christmas presents and decorations...everypony's house was empty, for they were out. Except for one pony. She stayed inside, and remembered. This pony did not want to go outside, or cherish the season with everypony else. Scootaloo was shut inside of her home, laying on the couch with a sad expression.
"Oh..I wish me and Dash had never fought those guys," Scootaloo whispered to herself. "we should have just flown out of there.." She sniffled, grabbing another tissue, and blowing her nose. Scootaloo was older now, so this was hard for her to think about. She lay there, remembering every detail of the incident...

"Come on, Dash!" yells a flying Scootaloo, heading into the direction of the Everfree Forest. Rainbow Dash stopped Scootaloo as they approached the Everfree Forest's entrance. "A-Are you sure about this, Scoots?" questioned Dash, looking questionably at the dark trees. "Sure! I mean, what could go wrong?" Scootaloo assures. Dash sighed , nodding. "Ok, then. But if we get in trouble, I blame you!" She gave Scootaloo a friendly shove. Scootaloo smiled, leading Dash into the forest.
After 10 minutes of walking, the two ponies stop, after hearing a large rustling sound. "..Did you hear that..?" Scootaloo asked. Dash slowly nodded, getting into an attack mode. Scootaloo also got into the pose, ready for anything.
Suddenly, three dark figures shot out of a nearby bush. Dash and Scootaloo turn around, gasping at who the dark figures were.
Starry Skies, Stratus, and Nightshade, three of the Shadowbolts, stood before the two determined mares. "Oh, look," began Nightshade, sneering. "it's the pony that didn't want to join our group." Stratus looked over to Scootaloo, who was sweating just a bit. "Nervous, much?" He grinned evilly, his scar making the grin even more menacing. Scootaloo cringed, her wings slowly retracting. The three ponies cackled, then closed in on Dash and Scootaloo.
What happened next was not pretty.
Starry Skies started to kick Dash to the ground, while Nightshade and Stratus dealt with Scootaloo. The young mare backed up into a tree, cringing, as tears slowly rolled down her cheeks. Before the two dark ponies could harm Scootaloo, a badly injured Rainbow Dash grabbed the two ponies, and threw them a small distance, away from the orange pony. Scootaloo's eyes still filled with tears, the worry inside her growing.
After a rough beating to the three ponies, and Rainbow Dash, three pony bodies lay on the dirt trail. A majorly injured Dash laid against a tree. Scootaloo knelt beside her, and tried picking her up. Dash's weight was too much for the orange pony, but she didn't care. All she wanted was for Rainbow Dash to stay alive.
Now at the hospital, Scootaloo sat beside of the soundly sleeping Rainbow Dash. Tears welled up in her eyes, as the medical equipment beeped and buzzed. The doctor came in, holding a clipboard. "Miss Scootaloo?" he asked. She turned around, wiping her eyes. "Ahem..The other doctors say that it's a possible chance that she could live. But it's also possible that she will not survive...I'm sorry." Scootaloo nodded slowly, the tears coming back. "..O-Okay..." she softly said exiting the room.
Returning home, Scootaloo now felt worse than when she was about to be hurt from Nightshade and Stratus. She burrowed her face into a pillow, and started sobbing.

Scootaloo sighed, looking up at the starry night.

Scootaloo now slept soundly, still thinking about her dear friend's recovery.
Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie noticed Scootaloo's glumness. They wanted to help her...but how? How could they help their depressed friend get better? The five sat around a table, thinking up ideas.
Finally, Pinkie Pie, of course, came up with a perfect solution.
"I know! Let's make..." She paused for dramatic effect, the usual Pinkie way. Then, standing on her hind legs, and extending out her forearms, she says, "A CHRISTMAS PARTY FOR DEAR OLD SCOOTALOO!" Everypony stared at Pinkie, then they cheered.
"A party it is, but it must be a glamorous one!" exclaimed Rarity, gesturing her hooves for exaggeration. The other four giggled, and Rarity just looked at them with a serious expression. "No, I-I'm serious."

As the five got Twilight's home set up, Pinkie Pie smiled, and climbed down from her ladder. Then, she inhaled.

The five ponies, Fluttershy, Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Rarity, and a bouncing Pinkie Pie , galloped over to Scootaloo's. Fluttershy held two envelopes in her mouth, one for Scootaloo...and one for Rainbow Dash. It was a rainy day, so Rarity was very whiny.
"Oh, my beautiful mane!" Rarity yelped. The others rolled their eyes.

Scootaloo slept on the couch, dreaming of the day when she becomes a Wonderbolt. She smiled at the thought. Before she and Soarin' could eat their yummy pies, Scootaloo was awakened by a ding. She realized that it was the door, so she got up and shuffled over to the front door.
When she opened the door, there stood five smiling ponies, Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, Rarity, Applejack, and Pinkie Pie. Scootaloo's expression brightened. "Oh! Hi, guys! Come in! Sorry that it's such a mess.." she exclaimed, moving out of the doorway so the others could get in.
"Oh, really? You guys shouldn't have!" Scootaloo's face turned a light shade of red. The others nodded. "The party is all about you, and somepony else. But we'll keep that pony a surprise until the day of the party." Twilight said, smiling at Scootaloo's blushing.
"Well, we have to go now, we're...sending out more invitations to...other ponies!" Rarity hesitated, then she just nodded. They all said their goodbye's, and once again, Scootaloo was alone. But she wasn't sad. She was actually pretty happy. A party, just for her! And on Christmas! Such fun that it would be! Dancing, food, laughter, presents! And to spend it with friends...That made Scootaloo the happiest she could be at that moment. She was so happy..that she forgot all about Rainbow Dash.

At the hospital, the gang met at Rainbow Dash's room.
"Hey...!" Dash greeted quietly.
Fluttershy came to her side, dropping the invitation on her bed. Dash opened it, looking to the paper, then them. "This party...is for me and Scootaloo..?" They all nodded their heads.
Dash laid her head on the pillow, smiling. She surprisingly jumped up and hugged everypony. The ponies had a happyfest, smiling and laughing, talking more about the party. They discussed Rainbow's surprise visit for Scootaloo. She smiled at the thought of being back with her little filly, even though she wasn't a filly anymore. Dash was about to cry, but since she was "too awesome", she held them back until her friends had left.

After the visit, the five planned and planned for the party at the barn in Sweet Apple Acres. They started putting up decorations when Pinkie Pie had shouted, "STOP!"
They all looked at her with confused expressions. Applejack muttered to Rarity, "She has an idea..."
And Pinkie did. "I don't think that the streamers should be there! I think that they should be...I KNOW! Only on the sides, then some balloons where they used to be! And maybe some paint, and confetti, and ribbon!" Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy took care of the streamer problem, while Applejack got the balloons in place. Rarity was at work making a special dress for Scootaloo and Rainbow Dash. "I just know that they will love it!"
Streamers, glittery things, and all sorts of things flooded the room, and after a long period of four hours, the barn was ready for a party. The dresses were absolutely amazing, one look at it and you would know that Rarity had made it.
Scootaloo's dress was a light lavender, complimenting her eyes. The top part was covered in sparkles, and there was a orange lace where the skirt and top connected. The sleeves were slightly on the poofy side. The dress' skirt was flowing, and had a beautiful orange ribbon surrounding the hem. Most of the shirt had little sprinkles of glitter, while the other bit had a pattern of v's on the bottom. It came with a lavender flower for Scootaloo's hair. It was a sight to see.
Dash's dress was breathtaking. Rainbow colored, the hem like yellow streaks of lightning. Covering some of the rainbow lines were tiny puffs of cloud that Fluttershy handpicked from the immense cloud that holds Cloudsdale. Her dress was sleeveless, easy for her aged body to slide into. This dress came with the same hair accessory from the night at the Grand Galloping Gala.
Everypony was speechless, in awe of Rarity's creations. She blushes. "You really like it?" The other nod their heads vigorously. She smiles her smile, taking the dresses gently off of the pony mannequins.

Scootaloo still moped at home, groaning and sniffling. A knock was heard, so she freshened up, and went to answer.
It was the crew again, with a large bag that had something inside it. She welcomed them in, and they all sat down around the fireplace.
"We have a special gown for you to wear at the party. We really hope that you love it." Rarity says, slowly pulling out the handmade dress. Scootaloo gasps, tears welling up in her eyes. "Oh, darling, don't get it on the dress!" Rarity yelps, handing Scootaloo the dress anyway. She takes it, inspecting every little detail. "I'm sorry...it's just that I'm so grateful for friends like you guys..." Scootaloo rests her head on Fluttershy's shoulder, sobbing quietly. Fluttershy strokes her mane. "Shh...it's okay..." she whispers in her ear.
Scootaloo tries on the dress, and they all gasp at how beautiful she looks. "She's all grown now...not a lil' filly anymore." Applejack says as she wipes her tears away with a tissue. Scootaloo gave a warm hug to everypony. "Thank you," she whispers to them. "Thank you."
Everypony in Ponyville got ready to give Scootaloo and Rainbow Dash the best party and reunion that they had ever been to. The party would be at the Sweet Apple Acres barn, and they all got to work.
Derpy Hooves was sent out for destroying the banners that they had made. Two other ponies took her place. Pinkie Pie was blowing up balloons- but without helium.
"Ah, what'cha doin' there Pinkie?" questioned Applejack, who noticed that the pink pony's face was a light shade of red. "Nothing...much...what about...you?" Pinkie took deep breaths in between words. "Uhm, you should prob'ly let somepony else do this, okay?" Applejack said, bringing over a pony. Pinkie slowly nodded. "O...kay.." then she blacked out on the floor, while Applejack dragged her away to rest awhile.

"The party. It's tomorrow. Oh gosh, I'm so nervous. What if I black out because it's so gorgeous? What if I don't like the type of cake that they make? Oh, Scootaloo, listen to yourself. Pinkie's baking the cakes, they'll be great! Oh..." Scootaloo paced around the living room, thinking and questioning about the party. She decided to lay on the couch for a little bit, then dozing off.
Scootaloo was having a dream. She was in her dress, and at the party. They were having a great time. Until she was talking to Pinkie Pie, and Pinkie's face started melting. Scootaloo got scared. She didn't know what was happening. She ran over to Twilight Sparkle, whose face was also melting. Everyone she looked at had a melting face. Rainbow Dash appeared out of nowhere, and Scootaloo ran up to her. But her face was melting too.
Scootaloo had woken up screaming. There were bangs on the door, and Twilight was calling to her. "Scootaloo?! Scootaloo?! Are you okay?!" Scootaloo had gotten up, realizing that she was sweating, and she had made an accident. She blushed, quickly going to the bathroom and changing. She ran to the door, opening it.
There was Twilight, in her pajamas. "I heard screaming. Are you alright?" Scootaloo was dazed for a second, then she smiled. "I'm alright. I'm happy that you were worried about me, and came over in the middle of the night." Twlight smiled as well. "Anything for a friend." After they had talked for a few minutes, Twilight left. Scootaloo leaned against the door, shuddering as she thought about her dream. I should've told Twilight, she thought. I should've told. Scootaloo walked over to her bed in a dizzy motion, fell on her bed, and went to sleep.

"ALRIGHT! Is everyone ready to get this party STARTED?!" screamed a hyper Pinkie Pie, bringing in the cake and cupcakes.
Everypony was getting into position, waiting for the time when Scootaloo, Rainbow Dash, and Twilight Sparkle would get to the barn. There was hustling and bustling, ponies here and ponies there, anxious and excited. Applejack looked at a random clock that came out of nowhere. "EVERYPONY! IT'S TIME!" The ponies screamed and got into place, hiding around the barn, giggling and holding in laughs. The barn was quiet and dark.
Scootaloo was in her dress, beautiful as ever, walking to the barn. She tried avoiding dirty things and leftover snow along the way, not to mess up the amazingness of the dress. Little did she know that a surprise guest would be at the barn with her.

Twilight Sparkle pushed Rainbow Dash's wheelchair to the barn, with a lovely Dash sitting in it, wearing her dress. Twilight was smiling, and Dash kept saying, "What's making you so happy?" Twilight just replied with another smile.

Rarity moaned, whispering, "When are they coming? I made those dresses for them, and they don't arrive on time! Are they here?" Fluttershy tried shushing her, which didn't work, so Applejack just shoved her hoof into her mouth, Rarity screaming. When Applejack removed her hoof, Rarity spat out, "What in the world are you doing?! Don't EVER put your dirty hoof into my precious mouth EVER again!" Applejack did it again, and Rarity stopped screaming. She removed her hoof, sighing.
The barn door had suddenly opened. Everypony gasped, then realized it was Scootaloo. They jumped out, and screamed, "SURPRISE!" Scootaloo yelped, then smiled. Rarity stood for a second, admiring the dress on Scootaloo. "Lovely, darling, lovely." Scootaloo blushed at the comment, and other ponies agreed. Some whistled, some even asked for her number. She blushed again, asking them to stop.
Then, the barn door opened again. Everypony gasped once again, and Scootaloo turned around. Her pupils widened. Her heart pounded quickly in her chest. She sweated. She hyperventilated. Then she fainted.
Rainbow Dash screamed. She climbed out of the wheelchair, limping quickly over to Scootaloo, while Twilight called for help.
Scootaloo's eyes were still open, just barely. She saw a blue fuzz, shouting, "Scootaloo! Wake up! Please! Wake up!" The noise was sobbing, and she felt something rest on her chest. Then she blacked out. The only sound she heard was sirens. Loud ones.
Scootaloo woke up to a beeping sound, and slowly opened her eyes. She looked around the room she was in. Medical equipment around her, bright lights. She turned to her side, seeing Rainbow Dash with tears streaking down her face.
"I thought you were gone for a second." Dash said softly. Scootaloo smiled a little. "I'm not," she began. "I'm right here." Dash smiled back, hugging Scootaloo gently. The nurse came in.
"Miss Scootaloo, we checked our data, and it seems you're okay. You're free to go home now." Scootaloo said thank you, and the nurse left. "Can you help me, please?" asked Scootaloo, and Rainbow Dash helped her up, and she got changed. She pushed Dash's wheelchair down the hall, and out the door to the hospital.

Everypony waited at the barn, while Pinkie Pie tried cheering everyone up by singing Party Time Rock. It didn't help.
Before she could say Party Time Rock one more time, Applejack screamed, "OKAY, PINKIE PIE, WE GET IT! NOW SHUT THE HAY UP OR WE'LL ALL JUST LEAVE!"
Pinkie Pie stood in silence, and everypony's eyes were on Applejack. Pinkie crawled into a corner, her mane deflating as she turned into Pinkamena Diane Pie. Applejack quickly regained her normal self, walking over to the sad pony, hugging her. "Sorry...you just got real annoyin' for a second. I got cranky cause they ain't-"
She was interrupted by the barn doors opening, which startled them all, and they all ran to Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo, including a happy, mane-not-deflated Pinkie Pie. "-comin'." Applejack finished, surprised at how fast Pinkie recovered.

They all had a splendid time, dancing the night away as Pinkie Pie joyfully sang Party Time Rock in her enthusiastic way. It started to snow outside, so everypony pranced outside to play and make snow angels in the snow. It was a grand celebration, and a great Christmas party. Scootaloo and Rainbow Dash got many presents. They played games and laughed at jokes as the clock hit midnight. They all left, leaving the barn empty, trash everywhere, streamers hanging by a corner.
Scootaloo lay in her bed, rethinking the moments that happened all this time. She didn't need to feel depressed anymore. She was actually excited to see what the next day would bring.
She hoped that there would be a Dash of Rainbow.

Pinkie: EVERYPONY THAT WAS GREAT! Derpy: Oh, gosh, I accidentally knocked over the banner welcoming Christmas. I just don't know what went wrong! Everypony: Oh, Derpy! *LAUGHTER* Twilight: WAIT! Everypony...do you smell that? *A large sound of sniffing, then scattered ew's* Rarity: WHAT PONY COULD EVER MAKE THAT SMELL?! Applejack, holding her nose: This ruins the smell of Christmas. *The smell intensifies* Pinkie: EVERYPONY, SAVE YOURSELVES! *A rush of ponies runs out, Spike is left* Spike:...Why did everyone go? Was it me? ...Oh great, Spike. You shouldn't have eaten those beans. *He slowly walks to follow the rest*
