Bees can't bite, they don't have jaws. Bees drink nectar so they just use their long tongue. Also I don't know if Fluttershy would like using bees since they die after they sting. Right now she is killing hundreds of bees for her own gratification and that seems OOC for her. Wasps however don't die when they sting and since they eat insects they do have strong jaws. The bees though could be licking up her mare juices.
(If you want to get really technical wasps don't have jaws either, they have mandibles. Mandibles are two separate pincers moving and are not part of the mouth)
