Now a hardened fighter and traveler, Mystic is both wanting to move on and is numb to the past and longs to be the pony she has become since then. When she fights off a lion, and ends up discovering a potential invasion to the land of Equestria, she eventually decides to begin her journey to Equestria, unaware that she'll run into six familiar faces and their shenanigans.

Meanwhile, Starlight Glimmer is looking into spell hypotheses and is determined to crack them.

None of them know that these events would lead to a bigger adventure.

While Sonic and company were fighting Dr. Eggman, the Blue Blur accidentally destroys a powerful artifact that transports him to another universe. Meanwhile, Sonic finds himself all alone on one of said islands, after flying into a wormhole with Tails, Zipp and Sunny. Now, separated from his friends, he has nothing but an AI voice guiding him to collect the Chaos Emeralds, not knowing that darker forces are behind him and his powers.

And with Team Sonic and Team Dark added to the mix, things can't be more funnier!

Taking place one month after the events of the movie, Pinkie Pie and Twilight's relationship has been especially strained after everything that happened. Pinkie has been pretending that everything is alright, but Twilight notices how her pink friend takes extra caution in speaking to her lately...and how she eyes her horn warily every time she does magic. Eventually, Twilight finally manages to confront Pinkie about her strange behavior, only to find out that her actions had scarred the party planner more than she could have guessed.
