Chapter numbers are fine.
Honestly I feel that coming up with chapter titles can lead to a lot of headache and may end up trapping you in a head space of always having to come up with something witty based on the happenings. Maybe if something particularly poignant happens you can have it as a subtitle.
I only really name my chapters if the story is inspired by music, otherwise it's numbers. One-shots always have a title though.
Well, chapter titles can be fun to play around with, but they can also spoil stuff. I'd definitely refrain from mixing it up, though. Either you do or you don't, and keep it consistent. Except maybe for stuff like the epilogue. That I'd generally keep from 'having a title', but that's my opinion.
I like chapters titles and regular numbers equally.

If you find something fun/novel to use for titles then sure, but there’s nothing wrong with just numerical titles.
Either's perfectly fine. Like someone before me said: be consistent. Personally, I default to numbers if I'm not feeling that titles will serve a meaningful purpose for a story, be fun for me or potentially amusing to the audience.
I would do "Chapter 12 - The missing pages"
It's better to have titles they don't even need to be good, just reference something in the chapter. It helps if I ever want to re-read a part of the story.
