4 Doctors cross, now they and their companions must defeat what has caused this rift.
The Doctor and his companion Darkfire go on a trip to Zenchon, but a rift opens, pulling them in. They meet 3 other Doctors and their companions. As the Doctor and I stepped onto the TARDIS, I smiled. I loved going on trips with the Time Lord currently standing next to me. It had been a month since our last outing, and I was anxious to do some travelling. "So, Doctor," I said to the rust-colored pony, "where are we heading this time?"
He turned to me and smiled. "Darkfire, We're going to Zenchon. It is a small planet known for its luscious fields and clean air. Only one group of pony-like beings live there, and I wanted to do some exploring." He trotted up to the control panel and pulled a few levers, and the TARDIS began to whir. "Here we go!"
Suddenly, the lights began to flash red and an alarm blared. "Doctor, what's going on?" I called out to the Doctor over the sound of the alarm.
"We're entering a rift in the fabric of the universe! Hold on to something!" I grabbed onto the railing as the TARDIS started to spin.
Roseluck sat watching Fob Watch(a.k.a. the Doctor) as he messed with the TARDIS controls. "Doctor, just what are you trying to do?" she asked him curiously. He looked towards her.
"Roseluck, I am just trying out a little experiment. If I do this correctly, then we should be able to reach our destination 20% times fas-" He was cut off as alarms began to blare.
"Oh, not now!" he cried, running over to the console. "A rift? By my calculations, we won't be able to go around it, it's widening too fast. Whoever set this up must be brilliant!"
Roseluck grabbed onto the door to the console room as the TARDIS shook.
"Lucky Clove! I'm glad you decided to come with Daring and I! Now, where do we want to go today, Daring?" the Doctor said as he trotted over to the TARDIS console.
"Well, Doctor, can we go to Zenchon? According to the databanks, it's a lovely planet." she replied, looking at a screen.
"You know what else is lovely, Daring? You," Lucky said reaching around to hug Daring. She pushed him away as he got close.
Suddenly, the Doctor's eyes widened. "Everypony, hold on! There's a rift in space right in front of us!" He grabbed onto a handrail by the console as the room spun.
"Doctor," Colgate said as the Doctor pulled some levers.
"Yes, Colgate? Why do you need me? Is something going to happen?" he replied, ready to go get Derpy and Beat Stable.
"Ahahah, spoilers! But you should get Derpy and Stable." Suddenly, the TARDIS shuddered. The Doctor climbed down the stairs and dashed into a hallway towards the bedrooms.
I groan as I wake up. Strange, it feels like I'm lying on grass. Am I on Zenchon? I open my eyes and sit up. To my surprise, 6 other ponies lay on the grass, unconscious. "Hey," I call, "are you guys okay?" A blue Unicorn mare, wakes up, gets to her hooves, and walks over to me.
"Hello, I am Colgate, and you are..." she says.
"Darkfire," I say, ruffling my feathers for dramatic effect. "You know any of these other ponies?"
She nods. "Just the two lying next to each other. Their names are Beat Stable and Derpy. I believe I may know... wait! Daring?" she says, surprised.
The yellow Pegasus stirs. "Colgate, is that you?" She looks up, then jumps up to her hooves and walks up to us. "Colgate, you died!"
Colgate nods. "That will be in my future. Remember? Time Travel?"
"Oh, right."
I clear my throat. "This doesn't look like the planet the Doctor and I were heading to. Where are we?"
Daring turns to me. "You know the Doctor?" she asks me, surprised and a little suspicious.
I nod. "Yep. Just started travelling with him. Speaking of that, where is the Doctor?"
"Doctors," Colgate replied.
I turn to her. "What do you mean, 'Doctors'?" I ask Colgate.
"According to my Vortex Manipulator, there are several Doctors here. Four, to be exact. What do each of your Doctors look like?"
I grin. "My Doctor has a rusty red coat, and silver hair styled like a picture I saw of his second form."
Daring shakes her head. "My Doctor is chestnut with a spiky hairdo."
Suddenly, it dawns on me. "You mean several Doctors in different forms are here?" Colgate nods, confirming my suspicions. Suddenly, we hear a cough, and see the others getting up. I turn to the two mares beside me. "We need to explain to them what happened." The girls nod, and we walk over to the four other ponies.
Nine got to his hooves. Well, that was a bumpy ride. Must've been thrown out of the TARDIS. He analyzed his surroundings and saw three ponies with hourglasses on their flanks. "Who are they?" he said, waking Ten.
Ten opened his eyes, hearing a voice speaking. When he did, he saw a familiar black stallion whose cutie mark is an hourglass standing and looking around the cell they are in. Two other stallions were on the ground, unconscious.
Immiediately, Ten realized who the standing Pegasus was. "Oh,amazing! Very, very bad, but amazing nonetheless!" he said, startling the Pegasus.
Ten got up, and walked over to the Pegasus. "So, that is what I looked like to others back then! Eh, I prefer this body much better. I really was bald, huh? Hmm... I could even pull that off."
Nine sat there as Ten walked around him, rambling on about something or other, annoying the heck out of him. Finally, Nine had had enough. "Shut up, you idiot! Who are you, and where am I?" he angrily asked Ten.
"Well, I'm you!" Ten replied. Nine stared at him with a bemused look. Ten groaned and facehoofed. "You don't believe me, do you?" Nine shook his head in reply. Ten thought for a minute, then grinned. "Scan my chest," Ten said.
Nine stared at him curiously. "Why?"
Ten chuckled. "Well, you- I mean, we, are the last living Time Lord, so nopony else would have two hearts, correct?"
"Ohhh... alright, then." Nine whipped out his Sonic Screwdriver, and scanned Ten's chest. "Yeah, two hearts... how, though? I mean, how are there two of us at the exact same moment in the exact same place without a paradox?"
Suddenly a voice spoke from behind them. "Not two, four."
Nine and Ten turned to see Eleven and Twelve up on their feet. "Hello, boys," Twelve said to the two. "quite a pickle we have ourselves in, correct?" he asked the two stallions.
Nine frowned. "So, now what?" he asked the senior Time Lord.
"Well, if we are going to work together, we can't be calling each other Doctor the whole time. That would be too confusing. Let's call ourselves by our aliases for the body we're in, shall we? Therefore, you can call me Rusty," he said.
Eleven nodded. "I go by Clockwork most of the time in Equestria."
"I go by Time Turner," Ten said.
"Fob Watch is mine. Brilliant, is it not?"
"Okay then, " Rusty said with a smile. "Let's get out of this cell." He pulled out his Sonic Screwdriver and used it on the door. However, nothing happened. "What?" he said, surprised. He tried again, only to get the same results.
"The Sonic won't work! What do we do?"Time Turner cried out in surprise.
"For once, I don't know, Turner, I don't know." He looked at the ground for a moment, then grinned. "But what I do know," he said, startling the others. "is that my companion, Darkfire, and your companions will come and save us!"
Turner smiled. "You're right, Rusty. Daring, Lucky, and all the others will save us." He siged and sat down. "Hurry up, my friends."
"I just don't know what to do!" Darkfire cried out. They had been sitting for an hour trying to think of a plan, and Darkfire was getting impatient. Colgate looked up to see Darkfire fly up into the air and look off into the distance.
Darkfire stiffened at what he saw. "Daring, Derpy, come check this out!" They did, and Derpy gasped.
"Is that a castle?" Daring Do asked.
Darkfire nodded. "Looks like it. It's probably around a mile away." He looked at Colgate. "Can you see how far awaythe Doctors are on your Manipulator, Colgate?"
She looked at her Time Vortex Manipulator. "Yeah, they're... a mile away!" she gasped. Darkfire grinned. "Well, we know where to find them! Let's get going!"
Clockwork sat on one of the cell cots. "Uggh... I'm so bored! I have to do something!" he moaned.
Fob Watch gave him with an annoyed look. "Stop whining. It's only been five minutes. I won't sit here and allow you to moan all day!" he said, annoyed. Suddenly, something hit the cell bars. The four ponies looked up to see three humans.
One of them wore a black bodysuit and a police visor. He had a scar under his eye. Another wore the same outfit, but had a goatee. The last of the three wore a tuxedo and tie. He had a long scar across his face. Other than the scar, he was what humans would consider 'handsome'. "Hello, Doctor, or should I say Doctors? I am Destructo.
"I have brought you here to kill one of your companions, but I didn't know what time he was in," Destructo said with an evil grin.
Rusty scratched his head. "Why lock us in here then, instead of our companions? Also, may I ask why you want to kill the companion and who the companion is?" he said curiously.
"Very well. I want to kill Darkfire because he gave me this scar. As for why I locked you in here, I needed you out of the way where you couldn't try to save him!" Destructo said, ending with a maniacal laugh.
Time Turner groaned. "Really? You're acting like a villain from a superhero story!"
"What?" Destructo asked.
"You're the classic villain! The one who monologues his plans and laughs at the end of a rant! It's so stereotypical that it's annoying!" Clockwork said, getting what Turner was trying to do.
"No, I am not!" Destructo said, starting to get annoyed.
"Yes, you are! The only way you could be more stereotypical is if you don't let us out of this cell!" Time Turner said in reply.
'No, I am- wait. I see what you are trying to do. I will kill you if you continue this," Destructo said angrily.
"If you do that, then that would kill us!" Fob Watch said.
"Then stop," Destructo replied. Destructo and his henchmen walked away from the cell, leaving the Doctors to their thoughts.
"Well, that didn't work," Clockwork remarked.
"You think?" Fob Watch said.
As our group walked down the path, I fell in step next to Roseluck. "Hello, Roseluck!" I said, startling her.
"Oh, hey, Darkfire. What do you need?" she asked.
"Well, once, I accidentally found the Doctor's memory room, which had all his outfits and pictures of his old companions. When he found out, he told me about them, but... you. He said you were different. I wanted to meet the mare that could impress even him!" I said with a grin.
"Really?" she asked, blushing. Before I could reply, we heard a scream coming from over a hill, where Derpy and Daring had gone to scout.
I turned to the other companions. "Come on!" I yelled as I galloped over the hill towards the sound.
