Link and Zelda weir enjoying a relaxing day in the Castle Grounds. When suddenly a monster appears out of nowhere and said "you must be Zelda and Link a friend told me about. I'm Discord god of chaos." and garbed Zelda before she cast any spells at him. Link tries to attack but missed, then Discord garbed Link and thrown him in a magic portal.
Meanwhile In Canterlot Castle, Princess Celestia was having a meeting with Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Flutter shy, Rarity, Pinky pie, Applejack, and Spike the dragon. "Discord is free again and I don't know where he is, But I know You can stop him." Just then a strange pony appeared out of nowhere and said " So you are the ponies that Discord was talking about and I thought you whir powerful ponies, but I see is nothing more than worms." Then he tries to garb Celestia, she struggle to use magic from her horn. But before she tried again the evil pony garbed her with his magic. So she gets kidnapped instead, than the ponies dispersers in black smoke.
The six ponies whir in shock to what just happened, Twilight was more dazed then anypony in the room, After a few minutes Twilight spoke "How was that possible?, Celestia was the most powerful pony in Equestria and she gets kidnapped!?" Then the six ponies went back to Ponyville to find out about anything about that mysterious pony. When they got to the library they found a strange pony on the floor.
Flutter shy walked up to the unconscious pony and checked if he was OK. Flutter shy said that he's fine so everypony helped him to Twilight's bed so he could rest until he woke up.
Link woke up in a strange house and saw a purple unicorn standing right next to him. She asked "I'm Twilight Sparkles, and who might you be?" Link introduced himself and tolled Twilight about what happened to him before now and everything about his world. Twilight asked if he can help her save Princess Celestia. Like any hero, Link said that he'll help if they can help him save Zelda from Discord.
Twilight agreed to the deal and goes of to find her friends and Link got up and look in the mirror (to check if he was a pony or not. He was a brown unicorn with a yellow main and the Triforce of courage for a cutiemark.) After 15 minutes Twilight came back with her friends and introduced Link to them. "Twilight explained everything to us." said Applejack "So our princess was kidnapped by an evil sorcerer named Ganon right?"
"So where do we go first to find him?" asked Twilight. Just then Spike came in holding a scroll, "Hey Twilight a letter came for you." He said. Twilight toke the letter and read it.
"Dear Twilight,
I'm trapped in my own dungeon with a pony who said her name was Zelda, And she explained that Discord and Ganon are trying to take over both kingdoms and said to bring the Elements of Harmony, and the Master Sword to stop them.
Your ruler and teacher Princess Celestia."
Twilight went to another room to find something, after 10 minutes she came back with a book, Link's sword and shield. She opened the book and gave the elements to the rightful pony then handed Link back his stuff. Link was trying to hold his sword but failed. (because he had hooves instead of hands.) Link asked Twilight how to hold something with magic like she does. She teaches Link how to do a magic-grab and after a few tries Link can grab his sword and shield with magic.
Then the 7 ponies headed out for the train station to go to Canterlot Castle to stop Discord and Ganon.
When the 7 ponies got to Canterlot Castle their was two Dark knights guarding the front gates. Link tolled the six ponies to stay here to keep an eye out for trouble while he toke care of the guards. The guards saw Link and get ready to attack Link. Link dodged and attacked until he killed both the guards. They went inside the castle Twilight knew where the Throne Room was. So she lead the way until 20 lizard men came to attack them. So all 7 ponies attacked Twilight and Rarity used their magic to attack them, Applejack used her back legs to buck them, Pinky pie used her Party Cannon to blasted them, Rainbow Dash used her amazing flying skills to kill the lizard men, Flutter shy used "The Stare" to scare them to her friends and Link killed them with his sword. When they got to the Throne room all the ponies whir covered in blood. In the Throne Room was Discord and Ganon when they saw the ponies.
Ganon said "Well I guessed I missed judged 6 of you ponies but I knew Link could make it." Then Discord said " You ponies look gross let me wash you off. " then it began to rain soapy water. when both villeins giggled Twilight and her friends used the elements to attack them. It teared Discord into stone but only dazed Ganon. Then Link attacked with his sword and did a Final Blow. Ganon lays their coiffed up some blood then vanished in a cloud of dark smoke.
After they saved the princesses, Pinky pie throe a big party to celebrate. After the party Link, Twilight, Applejack, Pinky pie, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Flutter shy talked to the princesses. Both princesses thank them for their help. Celestia tolled Link and Zelda that their welcome to visit Equestria anytime they wished and Zelda tolled Celestia and the main 6 that their welcome to visit Hyrule anytime. Then Celestia used her magic to send Link and Zelda back home.
