They make the impossible seem like mere child's play
Equestria's great heroes arise when a challenge is given that no pony could even wish to complete..........except five. Chosen by the Royals, these ponies are well rounded and perfect for the job Celestia assigned. They must use each individual skills or skill they know to overcome the menace and rise above the rest. (Basically like the avengers, although I wanted to use ponies that already exist in Equestria.)
"This can't be right." Princess Celestia said to herself as she looked at a clipboard. "Nopony wants to be part of this mission? We need a team to rely on. Guard!" Celestia said. One guard came in and saluted her.
"What can I do for you princess?" He asked.
"This mission that I sent out, nopony wanted to do this mission?" She asked. The guard put his right hoof down and looked back up at her.
"Well Princess, to be honest, it seems like that would be an impossible mission." The royal guard replied. Celestia was thinking about what to do next. She wasn't really coming up with any good plans. Then, her face lit up and she smiled. "I have a perfect idea. Guard, send the pony by the name Rainbow Dash. If anypony knows anypony up for this mission, it would be her." Celestia exclaimed. The guard saluted her and flew out of the room.

"My princess, I have arrived with Rainbow Dash." The guard said as he walked into the room with Rainbow. Celestia looked at them both and smiled.
"Thank you guard. You can leave us be." She replied. The guard walked out and Celestia got off the throne and walked up to Rainbow.
"Hello Princess, you needed to see me?" Rainbow asked.
"Yes Rainbow, I have a mission that is unlike no other. I need you to go to the mountains east of here and kill King Sombra. He has risen to power again and is being ruthless and trying to expand his evil empire." Celestia said. Rainbows jaw just dropped to the floor, literally.
"Princess, that king isn't just a pony you go up to and defeat him. He does practice dark magic and I don't think I could beat him alone." Rainbow replied. She just looked at Celestia with a crazy look.
"Ah yes, I wasn't expecting you to do this on your own. That is why I am asking you if you are willing to do this mission for me and in return, I will offer a team of professional adventurer ponies. With all of your minds and skills put together, you ponies will be unstoppable." Celestia explained to Rainbow. It made more sense to Rainbow Dash now and she happily shook her head in agreement to Celestia's offer.
"Don't worry princess, I am a great pony for the job!" Rainbow happily said as she flew up and hovered in the air over Celestia.
"That's good to hear Rainbow Dash. Now go ahead and get prepared for this mission back home. Being whatever you think it is you need to bring, and meet here again in a week ok?" Celestia said to Rainbow. Rainbow saluted Celestia and flew out of the castle with excitement. Celestia picked up a pen and a piece of paper with her magic and wrote down four ponies names. "Guard, find these ponies and tell them the same I told to Rainbow Dash. Make sure they know what the mission is and to meet me here in a week." She said as she gave the letter to him. He grabbed it with his mouth and saluted her. As he ran off, Celestia looked a little concerned knowing how dangerous of a mission they were attempting.

After the week had gone by, Rainbow was ready to meet the other ponies in her team and see what they were like. When she had arrived, there was a sign outside that said the ponies for this "job" had to meet in Celestia's main room. Rainbow read it and walked into the castle. When she made it into the room, it was empty. Nopony was there, not even Celestia.
"Well, looks like I am the first one here." Rainbow said to herself as she dropped her saddlebag next to her as she sat down. She was ruffling through her stuff as she heard the door open to the room. Another pony came in. It was Spitfire, captain of the Wonderbolts. "Oh my gosh! Spitfire! Your here for that mission too!?!?" Rainbow asked as she stood up. Spitfire looked over at her and smiled.
"Yeah, one of the guards told me to meet up here for the mission. I knew I would be up for it." She said confidently. Spitfire and Rainbow were just talking to each other as the next pony strolled in.
"Who are you?" Spitfire asked as they both were looking at pony. He just stood at the doorway and closed the door slowly. He turned and looked at the two pegasi.
"Why my name is Doctor Hooves." He replied to Spitfire in a British accent. Rainbow and Spitfire both looked at each other confused at why he was here. He was just a regular earth pony and he had a saddlebag on with some weird looking devices inside.
"So, um, what do you do exactly?" Rainbow asked. The Doctor put his stuff down and looked at them both.
"It would be rather difficult to explain to ponies like you, just know I am a very intelligent pony that can think his way out of any situation." He replied. They still didn't understand why he was here. Spitfire and Rainbow just blew him off and went back to talking. It was about ten more minutes until the next pony showed up. She opened the door and slammed it closed with her rear hooves. When they all looked over to see who it was, they were all amazed to see it was Daring Do!
"What! Daring Do! I didn't even know you existed, no offense." Rainbow said as both the Doctor and Spitfire shook their heads to agree with Rainbow.
"Yeah, usually nopony thinks I do, and I like to keep it that way. Only a myth and in books, nothing else. But I actually go on exotic missions like those very books describe." Daring Do replied. Rainbow just stood there in awe. The Doctor walked forward and started examining her very peculiarly.
"So Miss Daring Do, you have to be a very well good adventurer much like in your novels then, huh? Also, you seem to keep calm in sticky situations." The Doctor asked her.
"Yeah, I am the best pony adventurer in all of Equestria and I stay hidden on purpose, I came out simply because we need to help the princess and I am willing to do this task for her." She replied to the Doctor.
"We will see how good of an adventurer you actually are Ms. Do." The Doctor replied. She just looked at him for a little but, and they both decided to sit down. All the ponies in the room were talking about how each of them were to work together.
"Well, seeing that this mission is mostly adventure and also combat intanglement, I believe I would be suited as a perfect leader." Spitfire exclaimed. She walked in front of the other ponies and closed her eyes and smiled at the other ponies.
"Woah hold on, you don't even know a single thing about combat. I believe that it is I, who should be leader of this team." Daring Do said as she stepped forward next to Spitfire. Spitfire looked at her angrily and grunted.
"Oh and I supposed Ms. Independent over here would make a perfect team leader." Spitfire replied. Daring Do looked at Spitfire with hatred in her eyes. As they stared each other down, they heard the door open and another pony walked in casually and sat down.
"Hey I know you, your Mare Do Well." Rainbow said as the mare took a seat. She looked at Rainbow confusingly. "Hey, wait a minute, you turned out to be my friends, so you aren't real." Rainbow said suspiciously. Mare Do Well cleared her throat as she looked at Rainbow once again.
"I am actually a real pony. Your friends got the idea from a comic book that stars me in it. I had seen it and apparently eyewitnesses of my actions had made a comic of me for ponies to read but I am, in fact a real pony." She replied. Her voice seemed ominous and sort of monotone. All the ponies in the room just looked at her and decided the story was believable.
"Well, you seem like a very experienced pony indeed Mare Do Well." The Doctor said as he walked up to her and was looking at her for anything unusual. She just looked at him for a while.
"What is he doing here?" She asked as she pointer her hoof at him. The other ponies just looked at each other and laughed. Doctor just looked at her and walked away frustrated and was mumbling something to himself. The door opened and two royal guards came in. Behind them, Princess Celestia walking in and looked at the five ponies. They all automatically jumped to all four hooves and saluted the Princess as she walked in.
"I must first say thank you to all five of you. I almost thought that there was nopony that would be up for this mission until you give came up." Celestia said as she walked to the center of the room. The all stood in line and looked her as she began to talk. "Now this mission isn't going to be easy, I hope you know that. This king isn't easy to beat, but I trust you ponies and all your skills." Celestia had said. They all stood in pride and looked at each other.
"Princess, just a quick question? How do we overpower a king with the ability to use dark magic?" Daring Do asked. Celestia smiled and used her magic to get a device that looked like a type of firearm, but it went around a pony's back.
"This is the only way to contain Sombra before he gets away again. Can I trust you ponies to complete this objective?" Celestia asked.
"Consider it done Princess. We will stop this king before he escapes once again." Mare Do Well said. All the ponies nodded their heads in agreement and stood pridefully in front of the Princess. The Princess gave Rainbow Dash the weapon.
"Now, you ponies leave tomorrow. Gather your things and be prepared for a battle and a long adventure." Celestia replied. The ponies saluted her and some of them left right away. Daring Do and Spitfite stayed at the castle be aide they had already brang their supplies. The ponies were about to jump into a endeavor that would change all of the ponies perspectives on how to fight and overcome a leader that was considered undefeatable.
The five ponies regrouped at the castle with all their stuff and Celestia had a chariot take them to the base of the mountain. It was the closest area in which Celestia could get them without any issues from Sombra. When the chariot stopped, the five heros got out and stared up at the mountain. There was a dark stormy cloud looming over the mountain, and it was being created by King Sombra.
"Alright ponies, lets get to work. We will force Sombra into submission." Spitfire said as she flew up in the air and looked at the other four.
"Who died and made you are leader huh?" Daring Do replied as she flew up next to her. "I believe I make a profound leader." She said as she closed her eyes and smiled confidently.
"Like I said before, you can't lead a group, you only do what is good for you. Now, I have a reputation of being an amazing team leader." Spitfire replied as she gave Daring Do a mean look.
"Yeah, you are a good leader......of clowns that preform for the Princess just so she won't be bored." Daring Do said with a smirk on her face.
"Ok then, miss perfect, why don't we let the ponies decide who the leader will be?" Spitfire requested.
"Ok, fine! Lets see who they chose then?" Daring Do yelled. They both looked at the other three ponies. They were all looking around awkwardly and trying not to make eye contact with the angry mares.
"Look, it doesn't matter who the leader is, what does matter is our current objective. We can't let the Princess down, so lets not sit here and waste time and lets get out there and bring this king to his knees." Mare Do Well exclaimed as she broke the silence. The ponies looked at each other and decided that it was best to let it die. They all started climbing the mountain. As they reached a small cave, the five heard a rumbling noise coming from the cave.
"It seems the king has noticed our arrival, and he isn't pleased." Doctor Hooves said. The other four mares looked at him and kept listening for a noise.
"Other scatter like ashes on sand, you are resisting my eventual conquest of this entire land." A voice said. It as an ominous voice that came from the cave and echoed throughout the mountain. The ponies jumped to the sound of this voice.
"Well, the Doctor is right about that one, he isn't exactly enjoying our company." Rainbow Dash said. The ponies agreed.
"That means we are doing our job right, now lets get going." Daring Do replied as she continued walking forward. The other ponies just walked behind her. They kept walking when Daring Do stopped and held her hoof out and stopped the other ponies from moving.
"What is it?" Spitfire asked. Daring Do squinted her eyes and slowly put her hoof down to the floor. Suddenly, there was a jolt and the ponies all braced for impact.
"What the hell was that?" Rainbow said. All the ponies were looking around. Then, in front of them, a stream of the dark clouds broke off and dropped. It started forming and created a huge, pitch black pony that had dark green eyes. The pony was huge, almost three times as big as the five ponies. It jumped on two hooves and let out a screach that made the five ponies flinch.
"What the hell is that thing?" Spitfire asked. She took a couple of steps back and the Doctor passed right by her and stopped right next to Daring Do.
"It is not a real pony like us, it is a being made out of magic from Sombra and is completely fake. We must think of a way to overcome this beast. Now luckily, that beast isn't intangible. Which means it can be hurt and we can actually hit him." The Doctor said to Daring Do. He kept staring at the beast as it gave them an evil stare.
"Shut up! Damn you I can't fight with your constant thinking." Daring Do replied as she was thinking of a plan to beat it. "I got it!" She said aloud as she looked up at a boulder. She turned around to look at the four ponies. "Ok here is the plan. Rainbow and Spitfire distract this big guy while Mare Do Well and I jump up and get that boulder up there to fall down on him. Sound good?" She said to them. They all shook their heads except Spitfire, but Daring Do continued with the plan anyway. Right away, Rainbow flew straight toward the beast and Spitfire hardheadedly followed her. As they charged the enormous beast, Daring Do and Mare Do Well ran to the side and Daring Do flew up to the back of the boulder. She looked down and saw Mare Do Well jumping from small crack to small crack until she reached the top. "Be lookout and tell me when he is right under me ok?" Daring Do said to her. She nodded and looked down at Rainbow and Spitfire. She then looked over at Doctor Hooves and he was sitting down kicking the dirt, and was obviously frustrated.
"Hey big guy! Up here!" Rainbow yelled at the beast. It turned and looked at her, and just as it did, Spitfire ran up and kicked it with her rear hooves right in the middle of his chest. He took a couple of steps back and Mare Do Well gave the signal to Daring Do to drop the boulder. She kicked it as hard as she could and the boulder started to roll down. As it rolled down, it stopped immediately. All the ponies wondered why it came to a halt.
"What the hell just happened?" Daring Do asked herself. The beast looked up and saw the boulder. He became infuriated and charged Spitfire and Rainbow Dash.
"What do we do?" Rainbow yelled. She looked over at Spitfire and they both flew out of his way. He stopped and charged back at them them once again.
"Screw this, I'm gunna try to bring this big boy down!" Mare Do Well yelled as she jumped onto the boulder and whistled at the beast. He looked at her and growled. He turned around and ran straight at Mare Do Well. She was too high for him to get and he rammed the side of the mountain she was standing over. When he hit the mountain, the boulder shook loose and just as it fell down, Mare Do Well jumped off of the boulder and it fell and crushed the beast. It let out a shriek, and disappeared into the wind. The ponies were all breathing hard as they all regrouped. Daring Do slowly flew back Dow to the rest, only looking down at the floor.
"See? What did I tell you? She only thinks about herself in situations like this!" Spitfire said as she accused her of obvious failure.
"Oh shut up! Like you would've done any better! I didn't hear you mention any plan." Daring Do shouted to Spitfire. They were both in each others faces and staring daggers at each other.
"I would've came up with a brilliant idea if you had shut your mouth and let me think!" Spitfire replied. They both had a stare down for a good three minutes, and turned around and walked onward, but they both were far away from each other. Mare Do Well, Rainbow Dash, and Doctor Hooves were all in the middle if them both while they stayed away from each other.
"This constant bickering is only going to slow us down more and more." Rainbow said to Mare Do Well. She looked at her and sadly agreed with Rainbow Dash.
The five ponies had been stuck on the mountain for three days now, and tension between Spitfire and Daring Do wasn't reaching an endpoint. They kept their distance from each other and nopony could get them to talk.
"There is this constant rumbling on the mountain, and you can hear an evil laugh once in a while. We must be getting closer to him." The Doctor said. The ponies looked at each other and continued walking. Daring Do stopped in front of the other four ponies and flew just slightly off the ground.
"Look, we need a leader! We need a game plan next time we fight." Daring Do exclaimed to the other ponies. Naturally, Spitfire walked up and became angry with her.
"Yeah, but every time we want to chose a leader, you suggest yourself and we all saw how your leadership went. It was horrible!" Spitfire replied in an angry tone.
"You know what? Fine! Go ahead! Be the leader and make the plan next time we run into an enemy and we will see if you are any better then me!" Daring Do yelled back at Spitfire and walked away after. Spitfire just smiled and kept walking forward, the others followed. They kept moving up the mountain, and by the end of the day, they were near the top. When the five stopped to sleep, they went into a tiny cave built into the mountain. Daring Do kept anticipating an enemy to come to make Spitfire end up looking like a fool, just as it did to her. The next day had arrived, and the clouds over the mountain were much worse than the previous day, and the shaking of the mountain became more violent. The five ponies all emerged from the cave and continued slowly up the mountain. When they turned a corner of the mountain, lighting had struck in front of them and there was remnants of dark magic still on the stop it had hit. Then, the magic created a shockwave and the ponies were blown back. When they all got up to look ahead of them, the magic had created about fifteen ponies that had dark armor on and had evil looks in their faces.
"More magic birthed ponies, they are being controlled mentally from King Sombra. The one on the far left is their leader, and the others are pretty intimidating, but we can do this." The Doctor pointed out as he walked up to Spitfire. "I suggest having three ponies go in and distracting the soldiers, while two go for the the leader and knock him out before the others get overrun." He explained to Spitfire.
"I'll agree with Daring Do on one thing, you are annoying! Please let me think!" She yelled as she closed her eyes and was going through battle scenarios in her head. The Doctor was about to yell, he gasped for air, but just as he was about to say something, he just deeply exhaled and walked to the back of the group of ponies. Spitfire then turned around and looked at the others behind her. "Ok here is the plan, Mare Do Well and Daring Do, you two are to be the distraction for the soldier ponies and make them focus their attention on you two. Rainbow and I will go for the leader and being him down. The leader will be the main target. Doctor, if you could, be a distraction with the other two." Spitfire said. The ponies shook their heads in agreement, except Doctor Hooves, but they still executed the plan.
"Here we go, Daring Do, let's do this!" Mare Do Well said as she looked at her. Daring Do shook her head and they both took off towards the group of ponies. The Doctor slowly followed.
"Here goes another plan gone wrong." He muttered to himself as he was slowly walking toward the other pony guards. The guards had become preoccupied with the three and Spitfire turned to Rainbow Dash. She gave Rainbow a nod and they both took to the skies. They swooped down to hit the leader from two sides. Just as they were going to hit him, wings came from his body and he flew straight up really fast. Spitfire and Rainbow then both hit each other and they hit the floor. The Doctor put his hoof on his face and Daring Do just burst out laughing. While the guards were distracted with the two mares on the floor, Mare Do Well ran toward five guards and hit them all and the rest went after her. Daring Do saw this opportunity and engaged the ones following Mare Do Well. She incapacitated them with ease. She then looked to her left and saw more coming at her, so she flew away from them, giving the Doctor the same opportunity. He tied a rope he had on one side of the mountain and held the other side with his mouth.
"Daring Do, over here!" He yelled as she was being chased. She looked over at him and saw the rope. Her face lightened up and flew over to him. He dropped the rope as she passed. After she passed by, he raised the rope as much as he could, and the dark pony guards hit it and were flung back and fell off the side of the mountain.
"Yeah! That's the way!" Daring Do yelled as she kicked the air with her back hooves. The leader of the ponies was charging right at Daring Do from the sky. She looked up and didn't know what to do. Suddenly, Mare Do Well jumped in the way and tackled him to the floor. Spitfire flew above Mare Do Well.
"Mare Do Well, up high!" Spitfire yelled as Mare Do Well looked above her. She saw Spitfire and got under the dark guard Pony's body and launched it up. As it got to Spitfires height, she kicked his body with her rear hooves and it flew off the mountain. The ponies regrouped and were all breathing hard. They all looked at each other and Daring Do automatically looked at Spitfire.
"Looks like those ponies in the academy can't even lead themselves, let alone a team. I knew this would happen." Daring Do said with her eyes closed and her head up. Spitfire looked at her with anger.
"I am through with your constant bickering! You are acting like an immature, little bitch! So I made one bad call? Doesn't mean I can't be a leader!" Spitfire yelled at the top of her lungs. The other ponies froze as Daring Do just looked at her with her mouth wide open.
"Hmm, that sounds very familiar? Oh yeah, your a bitch too! I made the same bad call, and you lash out at me like it was my fault!" Daring Do screamed back at Spitfire. The angry mares were in each others face and just staring at each other.
"Look, just push aside your differences for now, we have a job to do. Lets just go forward and get to the top of the mountain." Rainbow softly said to both of them as she walked up to the two mares. They both just gave Dash the same angry stare they were giving each other.
"Fine lets just get this damn mission done so we can all finally go home and I don't have to deal with her!" Daring Do replied to break the silence and continued walking forward with a bitchy mood. Spitfire just looked at her as she walked off and started to follow behind Rainbow Dash. The five ponies were loosing major time with these fights and little rages. Doctor Hooves and Mare Do Well were both concerned that Sombra had already made his way off the mountain by this time already.
"We really need to become a coordinated team and stop this bitch fest." Doctor Hooves quietly said to Mare Do Well as she looked at the two angry mares.
When the five adventurers arrived at the peak of the mountain, the clouds were swirling around the middle, and lightning hit the top of the mountain. As it hit, the five were blown back and there he stood. King Sombra was laughing and he looked at the five with the green aura coming off his eyes. He then summoned a hoard of ponies created by his dark magic.
"It's nice to see that you have beaten my other servants, but this is where you perish! Nopony can ever stop me!" He said as he had an evil smirk on his face. He then pointed his hoof at the five and the ponies around him started to walk toward the five.
"Well, we are fucked." Daring Do said as she looked at the other four. "If anypony has any ideas, now would be the time to share." She said weakly as the ponies became trapped on the edge of the mountain.
"I have a grat idea, lets start kicking some ass! Come on! Use some of the skills I have heard so much of!" Mare Do Well said as she ran up and kicked two of the other ponies. She looked back at the other four and they all started to smile. Daring Do extended her wings and took off and hit three ponies up in the air. Spitfire then stopped mid air and hit the three off the mountain with her rear hooves. Doctor hooves had five chase him, and just before he fell off the side of the mountain, he jumped off and grabbed a root coming out of the side of the mountain and watched the five fall. As he got up to the top again, Mare Do Well and Rainbow Dash just kicked off ten other ponies, almost hitting the Doctor. Daring Do was being chased by three ponies and she jumped and back flipped off of a wall and kicked the three into the wall when she landed. She smiled after she hit them and tipped her hat and ran towards the last two ponies left.
"Lets do it! Spitfire! Up top!" Rainbow Dash yelled as she hit one of the ponies up to her. Spitfire grabbed him and threw him down at Sombra. As his body flew towards him, Daring Do hit the other pony three times, then kicked him at Sombra. Both bodies hit Sombra and he took a couple of steps back.
"How dare you hit me! I will destroy you all!" He yelled. His horn glowed with a black aura and he shot a magic bolt at the five.
"Break!" Doctor Hooves yelled. They all dodged the shot. They all started running towards him. One by one, they were all trying to hit him somehow. When Daring Do was hit down, Mare Do Well jumped off of Daring Do's body and tried to hit King Sombra. She was stopped with his magic, and was thrown at Rainbow Dash and they both hit the floor. Spitfire flew in as fast as she could to hit him, but he turned around and hit her with his rear hooves. The Doctor walked up to the four mares on the floor and looked at them all.
"We need a plan, something good." Rainbow Dash said. Mare Do Well shook her head and agreed with Rainbow.
"Look, this is what we do. We can easily stop him because he gets distracted easy. Somepony could divert his attention while the rest being him down." The Doctor proposed.
"Will you stop with your constant annoyance! We are all trying to make an actual plan and all you do is talk and talk, sheesh." Rainbow Dash said to him as she turned around and huddled with the other mares and they were whispering. They all decided to initiate a plan. As they were about to attack, the Doctor snapped.
"That is it!!!!!!! I am done trying to offer my help to you idoits! You never listen when I just explained an easy way to nbeat this dumbass! I will stop him easier than your stupid plan!" He yelled. King Sombra looked at him confusingly.
"You think you can beat me? You are just a pathetic earth pony with limited skills. How could you beat the likes of me?" Sombra said as he laughed. Doctor Hooves slowly tuned his head over to stare at Sombra. He slowly started walking toward him.
"Listen here you idiot, I have achieved milestones that nopony could dream of, have crossed alternate universes and made the impossible seem like a filly could do it." The Doctor said to him. He then grabbed Sombra with one hoof and stared into his eyes. "I have toppled whole societies, destroyed civilizations, saved billions, and stopped imminent destruction of worlds. You can either surrender, or be among the casualties under my name. Whole galaxies shiver when they hear my name, what makes you think that you are stronger than them?" He said to Sombra as he threw him back on the ground. King Sombra rushed to get on his hooves nervously. "I am Doctor Hooves, ally to those four. Worst nightmare for ponies like you!" The Doctor yelled. As he yelled this, Sombra jumped back and was shivering. The Doctor looked back at him slowly. "Now, you will leave and never bother this land ever again. Got it?" He said. Sombra shook his head nervously and ran away.
"Damn! I never knew you had that in you Doctor! That was badass!" Daring Do said as she walked up to him. She hoof bumped him and the other three came up from behind him and picked him up. They were all laughing and the Doctor was smiling.
"So what do we do next, leader?" Mare Do Well said as the other ponies out him down. They all looked at him, diligently waiting for instructions.
"You mean, you ponies will listen to me from now in?" He asked as he looked at them all. They all shook their heads in agreement.
"Good, now we can function like a real team! I look forward to working with you ponies again. In the meantime, we have a Princess we have to all see." He said. They all smiled and started going down the mountain. When they reached the bottom, they all raced to the castle. They arrived and Celestia was on her throne waiting for them.
"You ponies are back? How did it go?" She asked. The four mares looked a Doctor Hooves.
"It went well and I don't think he will be bothering anypony any longer Princess." He replied. She smiled and laughed.
"That is splendid to hear! I want you ponies to take these." She said as two guards came up and handed each pony a medal and a special beacon.
"What is this Princess?" Spitfire asked.
"It is a response beacon. If there is ever a problem that I can't handle myself. I will have access to you five, and you can help me bring down any problems that arise in Equestria. So what do you say? You want to be my special response team?" She asked the five. They all looked up to her and nodded in agreement. "Good, now who is the leader of the group?" The Princess asked. The five ponies laughed and four pointed at Doctor Hooves.
"I am acting commander of this special response team Princess, you can count on me." The Doctor said confidently. He had his head up and was saluting the Princess. She smiled and wrote it down.
"Ok, you ponies are clear to go now, good job." The Princess said as they all left. They were all of bumping each other and congratulated each other as well. That night, they all were at each others respective houses and they all felt accomplished. They know they proved that the impossible can be achieved and even thought they had their bumps on they way up, they finished the job and did rise above the rest. The Doctor was proud of his team and knew that they would now function like a team now. Spitfire and Daring Do couldn't be mad at each other anymore because they were too proud of what each other accomplished, and they weren't fighting to be leader. They all finally rested, but it didn't last. The next week, their beacons went off, and they all rushed to Canterlot. Civilian ponies were running away from a dark cloud. The five regrouped and looked up in the sky, trying to get past the civilians running past.
"What is it? Can you see?" Spitfire said. In the middle of the cloud, they saw Queen Chrysalis laughing as her Changeling army followed.
"Finally, all of Canterlot will be mine! Then, all of Equestria!" She yelled as she laughed. The five ponies all looked at each other and started laughing.
"Lets get to work team!" Doctor Hooves said as they all got into formation around each other. "Lets give em a show." He said as they all smiled and circled around each other. They were immensely outnumbered.....the Changling Army, that is.
