A story about a stallion, falling into deep deppression

. Cloud is an ordinary stallion. He does whatever it takes to protect his brother Shine. They lived a normal life with their family. But their life soon falls into deep deppression.

Birth/First day of school

Just a few things to say, This is probably the first story I’ve ever written. Enjoy it.

***Prologue/Chapter 1***

Hello there Reader. I hope you’re having a wonderful day. I would like to introduce myself.
My name is Cloud and in this story, You’re going to read about my life. I hope you enjoy it and burn.

It all started back. About a year before I was born. My mother, Ditzy Doo was the happiest Pegasus in Ponyville. She made the greatest muffins. Everypony loved her. But there were ponies that made fun of her eyes. One eyes looking one way, the other one, looking in the opposite direction.

Enough about her. Let’s get back to the story.

Then one day, she met a stallion. My father. A unicorn. His name was Southy Pie. Such an awesome dad. He talks a lot about war and such. It guess that’s why my mom fell in love with him.

They fell deeply in love.
December 11th. That’s the day they came to an agreement to have foals.

After 9 months, Mom had twins. Me and my brother. The smiles on their faces. Makes me cry every time I see the picture. They named him Shine Cloud. He was a Unicorn. And then came me. They named me Cloud cause they couldn’t think of any other names, All the good ones were taken.

I remember my father taking all the pictures. My first time flying, Shines first magical spell. That moment of my life, Probably the greatest time.

After a few months, We learned out first words. Shines first word was “Momma, Dadda”
You should have seen their faces, So happy.

After a few weeks, I said my first word. When I said it, They had a horrible look in their faces. They never thought I would ever say a word like that.. My first word was…

***Previously on Cloud ***

Shine, My brother and I, Cloud, Were born. We have a happy family. Nothing will change that. My father loved taking pictures of me and my brother. Me and my brother has a close bond. Im his protector. That’s what I consider myself to him. Ill protect him with my life. Ill let him slip through. Ill put him on the right track. I don’t ever wanna see him do bad stuff. I love my family very much. I never seen our parents fight. They have a heathly relationship. And I want it that way. I don’t wanna be separated with the most important thing in my life. My brother.

***Chapter 2***
It was our first day of school. I remember Walking with Shine besides me. I was nervous as fuck. I never had friends before. Only Shine has. I never liked talking to anyone.
As we walk into the classroom, Everypony was sitting in groups, Socializing and such. I told Shine to go on and meet new friends. He ran off into a group of kids. As I walk around the class, I found an open seat. So I sat down on the seat. I took out my notebook and pencils. I looked around the room. I noticed I’ve picked a seat in the back corner. I sighed happily and started drawing a simple flower.

As I continue drawing, I hear a soothing voice from in front of the classroom, I looked up and saw our teacher. Miss Cheerilee. She told everypony to sit. Shine sat in a open seat in the front of the class. Miss Cheerilee looks at shine and smiles warmly, “Well look at this! We got a new student! Come up here and say your name!”

As Shine stool up in front of the classroom, He smiles to the whole room, Sharing his enthusiasm of being with his new-to-be pony friends.

“Hiya everypony! My name is Cloud Shine! But you can call me Shine! Oh, And say hello to My Br-“

“Haha! He has a ‘Blank flank’!” Diamond Tiara said laughing loudly as she tells her stupid joke

“I-Is there anything wrong with t-that?” Shine says as he lowers his head, His warm smile turning into a frown.

“Of course there is! You haven’t gotten your cutie mark yet!” The whole class started laughing, All exept the Cutie Mark Crusaders and Cloud.

“Hey! Leave him alone!” Sweetie Belle says with a angry look

“Yeah! Leave him alone!” Applebloom and Scootaloo says in unison

“Oh yea? Whacha gonna do about it?” Silver Spoon, Diamond Tiaras partner, said with tears in her eyes as she continues cracking up.

“Or you’ll have to go through me.” Everypony said quiet, Looking in the back of the room, All eyes on Cloud

Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon started laughing again. “R-Really?! You guys are all Blank Flanks!”

Cloud, Is mad as fuck, gets up, walks over to Diamond Tiara

“If you don’t leave him alone, You’ll regret it..” He said with a smirk on his face

“Shine is my brother. You mess with him, you mess with me. If I see or hear that you’re bullying Shine, I swear, I’ll beat your little bitchy asses to hell.”

Everypony stayed quiet, Cheerilee is quiet. She doesn’t know wether to punish him or call him parents

“Everypony, Just take a seat now, please..” Cheerilee said quietly

Cloud sits down on his desk, Staring at Diamond and Silver Spoon the rest of the time.

Lunch came. Everypony started eating their meals on the tables. Shine hangs out with his new friends he met during playtime.
Cloud sits on a lone bench and opens his lunch bag. He giggles softly and grabs the blueberry muffin from the bag. “ Thanks mom. I love you, dad, and shine.” He bows his head smiling at the muffin, taking a slow bite out of it. He smiles brightly, Finishing off his muffin. “Delicious..”

Then he hears the words “Fight Fight Fight!”

He looks around, Seeing a huge circle. He runs over into the circle, Seeing Shine hold down by Silver spoon, Diamond Tiara punching his crotch repeatedly. Cloud stares in fear. He never expected his brother to be picked on. Then Cloud felt something in him, He doesn’t know what it is. He then blacks out.

Once he regained conscious, He saw Diamond Tiara crying, Brusies on her face, her lip has been busted. Silver Spoon is laying on the ground, Unconcious. He tries to find Shine, He has trouble seeing, Everything is blurry. He tries to get his sight back, Seeing Shine on his back, Surrounded by his friends. Cloud trots to the group, everypony saw him coming, so they backed away, Fear on their faces.

“S-Shine! A-Are y-you o-okay?!” He stares over Shine. Theres tears on his face. Cloud hugs him tightly. “A-Are you okay? W-What happened?” Cloud says as he strokes his brother’s mane. “D-Diamond Tiara pushed me, Silver spoon caught me, but then holded me tightly, I-I couldn’t escape! D-Diamond s-started punching my… Thing… I-It hurts C-Cloud.. W-Will I be okay?”

A tear rolls down Clouds face, hugging his brother tightly. “Y-Yes.. Everything is better now.. They wont mess with you..”

Cloud sat outside the principles office, Looking at the ground as he hears his dad coming towards him, Shine next to him.

“Hiya bud.. Ready to go home?” His father said in a sweet caring tone. “Y-Yes..” Cloud and Shine said in unison.

As they pass by the Nurses office, Cloud sees Diamond Tiara with bandages. As they walk out the school, He sees Silver spoon in her fathers back.

Nice foal you got there South.

Dad frowned at him, continuing to walk back home with us.

As we walk in the front step of our house, My brother says hello to mother. I keep walking to my room. I hear my name, But I just kept walking. I put my bag in my room, then headed for the bathroom. I look into the mirror. “W-What happened to me back there? Why did I hurt Diamond and Spoon badly? W-Was it really me? Ill never know..

I wake up the next morning. I heard mom call me down for breakfast.
So I went downstairs, walking into the kitchen. I saw mom baking some muffins, As usual.
I go back upstairs to wake up Shine. He was sleeping soundly in his bed.
I look down at him, running my hoof through his mane. I said in a sweet voice, “Hey Shine… It’s time to wake up. It’s time to get ready for school.”
He looks up at me, smiling with a tired look “Oh, Hi Cloud! I’ll be up in a bit… Just… 5 more minutes~”
I roll my eyes, Giggling lightly, “Okay Shine, There’s no rush!”

I go downstairs; I sit on the seat, eating my muffins when I heard Shine coming. I looked up to see that he has his bags and such. He sits on the seat, grabbing a muffin, and eating it slowly.

After he was done with his muffin, we got up and headed towards the door. As I open the door, Shine goes upstairs quickly; I looked up the stairs, confused. I heard dad laughing and Shine giggling. I saw Dad carrying Shine on his back yelling out “Choo Choo!” Shine loved trains.
As we say goodbye to our parents, we started walking towards the school.

When we arrive to school, Sine went towards his group of friends. I sat in the back, like usual. I began drawing random pictures like usual. It’s been a month since the ‘Incident’. I still wonder what has happened when I blacked out. But I don’t think it matter anymore. It hasn’t happen recently.

Later that day, we went out for lunch. I sat alone once again. As I sit there eating my lunch, a mare sat next to me. I blushed lightly as I try to look away, I didn’t want to make eye contact.
“H-Hello Cloud…”
Her voice sounded like an angel to me. I looked up at her looking into her green eyes. “Uh… Hi there!” I said awkwardly. “I think what you did with Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon was heroic…” “Thanks… I honestly don’t know what happened…” I said looking down to the floor. “Well. If it makes you feel better, I think you look cute!” She said with a smile on her face. “Thanks…” I began blushing a lot, trying to cover my face.

Her friends came over and started teasing us “Cloud and Sweetie sitting on a tree, K.I.S.S.I.N.G-“

She began blushing and walked away with her friends. I sighed happily and lay on the bench, thinking about what she told me.

After school, we began walking home. Shine was telling me how his friends liked the stuff he liked. I kept thinking about what Sweetie Bell told me.

When we got home, we put our stuff in our room and went outside. I sat on the porch, watching Shine play with the butterflies. I just kept thinking of what Sweetie told me. I then saw the CMC and walked towards them. “Hay Sweetie Bell! What are you doing?”
“We’re on our way to get our Cutie marks! This will definitely get us our cutie mark for sure!” Scootaloo said with excitement. “Mind if me and Shine join along?”
“Sure! The more, the merrier!” Applebloom said while she looks at Shine.
“Alright Shine! Come on! We’re going with Sweetie Bell, Scootaloo and Applebloom!” Shine got up and caught up with us.
“So, uh… Where we going?” I ask with a blank expression on my face.
“We’re going to the clubhouse!” Sweetie said.

As we arrive to their clubhouse, we stepped inside, looking around. “Wow... There’s a lot of room in here!” Shine said as he begins running around the room.

“Yeah... It is roomy~” Said Sweetie Bell with a seducing voice.
I began blushing and tried to look away, laughing lightly. “S-So what are we doing?” I said in a nervous voice
“We’re going to our abilities! For example, I’m a pegasi! So Imma try flying higher than I can! Unicorns can learn new spells we got from Twilight! And earth ponies should try bucking the trees! Try to get us some food!” Said Scootaloo eagerly.
“Sounds like a plan!” said Shine with enthusiasm.

We all walk outside Applebloom, Shine, and Scootaloo went out the door first. As I walk out, Sweetie Bell pulls me back in, closing the door behind us pinning me to the ground. “I have a better idea! Why don’t we do some things? ~” Sweetie bell said as she begins kissing my neck lightly. “L-Like what?” I said nervously, trying to hold the blush. She whispered into my ear “A simple... Kiss? ~” My ace became as red as an apple. “I-I don’t know how t-to!” I said nervously. “Don’t worry about it! ~” she whispered into my ear, nibbling on it. She then looked into my eyes; I once again see her cute green eyes. She came closer to my mouth, closing her eyes slowly as she approaches me. I decided to close my eyes, puckering my lips. I feel her lips near mine. As they’re about to touch, Shine ran into the room. “Hey guys! Why aren’t you he-“
He stares at us, we stare at him. The room had an awkward silence. Sweetie got off me, blushing lightly as she steps outside. I get up and walk towards the door. Shine follows along. Remaining quiet until we caught up with the group.

After we said good bye to the CMC, We headed towards home. Shine remained quiet the whole way. When we got home, we did our usual thing. Shine doing his homework with mom in the kitchen, I go upstairs and do homework with dad. He helped me with math as usual.
“Dad… What do you do when a mare likes you?” I said quietly. He looks up and stares at me with a raised eyebrow. “A mare likes you?! Nice job! You’re becoming a lot like me!” He said happily, rubbing my head lightly. “Oh... Well… Its cause today, me and Shine went to her friends tree house and such. We all went outside and such. But then she dragged me back in. Pinning me onto the ground. She said she wanted to kiss me… So as we’re about to touch, Shine walks in…” He stared at me. Trying to think of what to say. He remained quiet, helping me with the rest with my homework and left. “Dad. Can you call Shine for me?” “Sure, Bud”

I hear Shine coming up. I lay on my bed, waiting for him to walk in.
As he walks in, he asks me, “Uh… You wanted to talk to me?” He sat on the bed, facing me. “I just wanted to ask you something. What did you think when Sweetie Bell was on me?”
“Proud. I never thought you’ll have a crush on one of them. Like… How I like Scootaloo!” He said proudly. “Really? Did you tell her?”
“Yeah… She didn’t show much expression. She said she liked me too. I never expected to fall in love with any pony.”
“Same here…” I say lowering my head.

We heard mother calling us for dinner. So we ran to the kitchen and did our usual thing. Eat and get ready for bed.
