This is a cross-over with epic quests. In some parts it will have a great comedic adventure edge.
The mane 6 are in trouble! Ponyville has been thrown into anarchy from a virus that is unknown to any pony. Trying to find a cure, and battling the un-dead ponies across Equestria, they come across a new Left 4 Dead gang. Do they join forces or do they split up into their own paths and do things separately. Follow the gang on their epic quest to restore harmony to Equestria.
It's a calm summer evening. Nothing is unusual. It's the same old town with the same old faces we see every day. In-fact, it's strangely quiet. Twilight Sparkle was sitting down reading a book in the library, at peace like every other day. When suddenly Rainbow Dash bursts through the door "Twilight, we need your help. Hurry." Before Twilight could even say a word Rainbow Dash was gone "Hmm, I wonder whats going on." Twilight stepped outside, to see chaos, initially she thought Discord returned, to shower every-pony with unhappiness, but it wasn't like that, buildings weren't flipped upside down, and clouds weren't candy floss spewing chocolate everywhere. This was different, and not the good kind either.
"Where's Rainbow Dash?" Twilight questioned. Out of no where something or some pony crashed into Twilight "Well that answered my question." Twilight said as she looked down to find Rainbow Dash sprawled out rubbing her head "Ouch. Whats going on Twilight? You're the egghead you must know." She murmured "I was going to ask you the same thing. And for the record I'm not an 'egghead' I just like reading." she said in a stern manner. In the corner of Twilight's eye she could see a bright pink pony laughing uncontrollably "Trust Pinkie to laugh at a time like this." As Rainbow dash lifted her self off of Twilight, she dusted her self off and walked up to Pinkie. "Pinkie, what's so funny aren't you worried?" Twilight queried. "Look at them they are so funny. Great costumes guys." she said while waving her arms about frantically in the air, she turned to Twilight and Rainbow Dash and looked puzzled "Hey, why aren't you in fancy dress?" Behind Pinkie was a herd of mindless ponies covered in blood, their eyes were pure white. Twilight and Rainbow Dash huddled together while Pinkie just laughed "I don't think that's a costume.RUN!" She shouted as she pulled Pinkie along with her.
Whilst the three mares were trying to escape the grasp of what seemed of been a zombie pony, they were trapped by a dead end. "Oh great what are going to do now?" blurted Rainbow Dash. Twilight started to think, her eyes light up. she closed her eyes and her horn started to glow. Within a second they were outside Sweet Apple Acres, "Right we need to find Applejack." Rainbow Dash said. They all split up to find Applejack, but they ran into some trouble "Oh hey Big Mac." Grinned Pinkie, he stood there aimlessly with no emotion, eyes pure white and blood over his flank. Pinkie with out a fuss just hopped around him and continued to find Applejack. As Pinkie Pie was skipping around the infected fields, Rainbow Dash took to the air, a birds eye view or in this case a Pegasus' eye view, what she didn't know, is that not only Earth ponies or Unicorns were infected. The smell of rotting flesh came from behind.She put her hoof over her nose her eyes filled with fright in a split second she kicked the infected creature away with her hind hooves. "Twilight! Pinkie! have you found Applejack?" Just as Rainbow Dash shouted that from the skies, Twilight paced around the barn to find Applejack using her rope skills, to herd up the un dead ponies. "Applejack!" Twilight shouted as she ran towards her dear friend. Applejack turned her head with a smile on her face "why howdy there Twilight, Glad you're safe an' sound."
"Just wait i need to call the others." Twilight smiled slightly, Twilight stepped back into the environment she used to know. Now all she could see was chaos, "Rainbow! Pinkie! I found her!" She shouted. A few moments after, Pinkie Pie skipped into the barn "Where's Rainbow dash Pinkie?" Twilight Questioned, Pinkie shrugged, a shrill scream for 'help' filled the room, they all rushed out to see that it was Rainbow Dash she was in the middle of a circle of zombie ponies. "'Don't stand there and gawk at me. HELP!" She screamed. Applejack got out her ropes, she hurled them and grabbed the un dead ponies, "Gotcha." she muttered. Rainbow Dash flew as fast as she could to get to a safe landing, when she did she hid behind Twilight "Thanks Applejack." Applejack smiled and cocked her head to the left "Ah it's ok sugar-cube."
With Applejack's rope skills, the zombies were cleared off of the Sweet Apple Acres land. The four ponies stood around, Applejack knew what was going on for she is a fan of a horror flick now and then "It's a zombie apocalypse, it started off as one of those common colds as we ponies get, but it grew rapidly and started progressing quickly than doctors could find a cure." Pinkies ears started twitching "Zombies!" she screamed she ran around the group like a headless chicken. Applejack put her hoof out and stopped Pinkie, "We gotta find the rest, if we don't then it would be too late to help them, My brother is infected to and Granny smith has wondered off, she most probably has the infection by now." Twilight put her hoof over her mouth in shock, "Right let's find Rarity and Fluttershy, me and pinkie will go to Rarity's you go find Fluttershy, she most probably is hiding, poor thing." The four ponies split up into pairs to find the lost two mares.
On Pinkie's and Twilight's hunt to find Rarity they heard her shouting from inside "Get back, Get back. Leave that alone. My gems!" Pinkie busted the door open to find Rarity on top of her wardrobe shouting and screaming at the zombified ponies, who were destroying the beautiful patterns. "Will somepony help me!" Rarity shouted and turned to find Twilight and Pinkie staring at the mess that had been created "Oh finally somepony heard me, would you be a lamb and HELP ME!" She screamed. Twilight once again used her horn to teleport Rarity to where they were standing "We have to go now. We haven't got time." she said as she attempted to drag Rarity out of her home "But my gems, my fashion, the dirt oh my gosh the dirt. Who do you think I am Applejack." she belted out. Twilight stamped her hoof in pure anger "Rarity, stop being so selfish we don't have the time. Can't you think of any pony but your self!" She bellowed. Tears started to well up in Rarity's eyes "But...but...oh fine come on where are we going?" She stuttered. Before Twilight could answer Pinkie Interrupted "To find Fluttershy, it's a zombie apocalypse." Rarity's eyes grew with fear "Zom ..Zombies!" she wailed.

"Fluttershy, oh Fluttershy" Applejack yelled. Searching for a pony who is scared of everything in a zombie Apocalypse isn't the greatest fun in the world. "What if she's been infected?" Rainbows voice was filled with worry, Applejack turned her head "Well we will have to leave her behind, but when dangers about Fluttershy tends to hide away from it, I'm sure she'll be fine." Rainbows frown grew a little, into a unsure smile "I hope you're right" she muttered whilst looking down at the ground. Applejack searched the grounds of Fluttershy's home whilst Rainbow Dash looked high to see if she was in the air, there were no signs of zombified ponies anywhere around where she lived, which was strange. In other places they were clambering about looking lost and confused with no sense of direction or understanding what so ever. With every nook and cranny looked in Fluttershy was know were to be seen. The two ponies began to lose hope.
Back in the middle of Ponyville's market place, Rarity, Twilight and Pinkie were trying their best to avoid the zombie ponies that lurked around. "Ew! Get away, get away. Seriously Twilight couldn't you have just teleported us to Fluttershy's home." Rarity grunted. Twilight turned and glared at her with a snarled look upon her face "No. I need to save my magic for important times, you just don't want to get dirty. Face it Rarity, you have no choice." Twilight nagged. Rarity's reaction was emotionless she put her head down and continued the treturous walk to meet up with the others. Pinkie was screaming left; right and center. "Pinkie! Will you stop that blasted squawking of yours and pipe down a little." Rarity Commanded. Pinkie looked at her with sad eyes, eyes that would be filled to the brim with fear.
After a long walk of none stop dodging the infectious ponies, they finally arrived to Fluttershy's place. "Did you find her?" Twilight Questioned, her eyes were worried, and a straight mouth expression was traced along her purple coat. "Nope, We couldn't fin' no trace of her Twilight. Were else do you think she'd be?" Applejack answered, everypony stopped to think of were their dearly beloved Fluttershy would have gone. "well, she's not at Cloudsdale, and even if that was a possibility she hates flying." Rainbow dash remarked.
All was silent for the next few minutes. All of a sudden birds shot into the air from a loud scream for mercy. Everypony looked at each other "Fluttershy!" They all shouted in a synchronized fashion, they all hurtled towards the sound of shrieks coming from a small field. As they got closer the screams became more prominent and obvious to the ear. Once they reached the field they saw a crowd of zombies gathering and coming closer to the terrified pony. Twilight used her magic and teleported the un-dead away from her. There on the ground was a yellow pony with long pink hair covered in dirt and grass, curled up in a ball with her hooves covering her face. Pinkie pie walked over and tried to pick her up she flinched until she peaked up and saw a familiar face. Her mortified expression on her timid face vanished and was replaced with a grin "I'm so glad you're here. Thank you so much." Fluttershy said in a scared tone.
The mane 6 were once again reunited, but that's not the end. They have a long way before they could start celebrating. Twilight put her hoof on the ground with a thud and shouted "We got harmony to restore. Let's go girls!"
(New character point of view)
he had short bobbed black hair. Skin tight leather leggings a white ripped top smothered in blood; with an army jacket on the top. On her feet were knee high leather heals. In her hands was a Katana. "What and earth is going on here ARGH!" She screamed whilst beating down slime-balls of "dead"ponies. "NICOLE! ELIN! CALLUM! WHERE ARE YOU?" she shouted. She looked around in every direction shouting out her other teams names; there was no reply. Once all the ponies were dead. Ciara wiped her self down from the bloody ooze that dotted on to her clothes. she could hear voices in the background and by the sounds of it; it was coming closer. She raised up her Katana for protection.
(Main Six point of view) On their new travels all together, they came across something they never encountered before. It wasn't an infected pony. It was a...Human? Twilight walked up to the strange creature "Who are you?" The unusual creature turned and looked down at each of them in her head she said "It wasn't them." "I'm Ciara. A zombie hunter. Who may you be?" She questioned staring at the weird ponies who seemed to have the ability to talk. "I'm Twilight sparkle" she pointed to all the individual ponies whilst adding "That's Rarity; Rainbow Dash; Applejack and Pinkie Pie." Twilight put her hoof out to signify a hand shake...Ciara stared at it in confusion and pushed the gesture away. "You're hooves are filthy, how do I know you're not infected." Twilight was about to speak before being interrupted by Rarity "Do we look like we are infected? Covered in blood. No. We are dirty because well if you haven't noticed. There's an apocalypse." She commented, whilst giving a snide glare to Ciara.

So with a random encounter of a human from another dimension, the ponies stood around awaiting the next comment to be made. "Have you seen the rest?" Ciara commented, the ponies looked at each other in confusion "The rest?" Twilight replied, Ciara put her face into her palm and answered in a sarcastic tone "The rest of my group. You know humans." She slowly took her hand away when she saw the expression on each of the girls faces, she turned her back and started to walk away "Never mind!" she shouted. Rainbow dash flew right into her face and came to a halt "Hey were do you think your going? We haven't seen the rest of your group so stop being so rude!" she indicated. Ciara pushed Rainbow Dash to the side and carried on "I have my own problems. I need to find the rest." she slowly walked into Everfree forest. The darkness of the shadows consumed her silhouette. Everypony looked at each other and nodded, they walked into the dark gloomy forest with slight hesitation. Like Ciara's silhouette they vanished into the shadows of the trees.
"Is this a really good idea Twilight?" Fluttershy whispered. The trees rustled and the wind howled Twilight ignored Fluttershy's question and carried on with the walk. Ciara wasn't too far away, you could only just make out her silhouette from the dim light that dotted around the surroundings. Ciara came to an abrupt halt. The six girls hid behind the large oak tree and watched Ciara's every move. "Twilight?" Rarity said quietly, Twilight put her hoof up against her mouth "Shh" Twilight commanded. Ciara raised her Katana into the air and spun round cutting a large bush in half, "Stop hiding from me!" she shouted. She dropped her hand and paced around then carried on walking through the wilderness. Twilight's eyes stared in the total blackness, and gave the gesture to follow her.
As Ciara walked she came across a small hut. Ivy was scattered all over, and a strange sound came from inside. It sounded like an ancient ritual. Ciara busted through the door to notice a zebra wearing gold jewelry. "Who goes there?" She said in a deep voice, Ciara run towards her and pined her up against a wall. "I'm Ciara what are doing summoning demons with your ritual?" she demanded an answer her eyes were fierce, they stared into Zecora's eyes they were fixed like superglue. "I do not understand my fellow human, but I can tell you are wondering where your crew had gone." Ciara softened her arm that was placed on Zecora's neck and moved back. "You know where they are?" Zecora stared "I know of their location,but I can only tell you one; the rest would be found under your determination." Zecora asked one simple question "Who?" Ciara looked puzzled until she realized what she meant "Nicole please." Zecora looked into a bowl and chanted a few words "She's by a large tree in Canterlot keep, but be quick with your feet, as zombies are ready to eat." The bowl of the special brew went clear, "Is that all you can tell me?" Zecora looked up "What are you still doing here your friend needs help luckily she's near." Ciara backed out "Thanks.....I guess." Ciara said slowly.
"What did you do to Zecora?!" Rainbow Dash shouted. Ciara turned quickly to find six angry girls "I did nothing to her, I'm going to Canterlot." Ciara replied. The six ponies looked with a startled face. "Why would you want to go there? If it's bad here I would hate to know what it's like there." Twilight sighed. Ciara ignored Twilight's call and turned and started walking. She swept her hair to the back and tied it up slightly. "You're really stubborn you know that right? We give you warnings offer to help and what do you do? You turn us down and shove us in the dark. No wonder your team isn't with you!" Rainbow dash shouted. She was about to dart for her but AppleJack put her hoof in front of her and stopped her in her tracks. "Jus' let her go RD she ain't changin' her mind. if she want's to find her team let her, we're together that's what matters." AppleJack Expressed.
(Ciara's P.O.V)
The dark eerie woods creaked and twisted. She stopped in her tracks and looked up there were two stars that shone brightly and the moon glistened. "Mum...Dad...please help." She pleaded. Ciara looked back down and stared ahead. "Lets do this!" she shouted and started to run. Whilst running she would lift her Katana up into the air smacking down unwanted visitors that would potentially follow her. "Don't worry Nicole I'm on my way. Be safe!" Ciara cried.
