Scootaloo is feeling a bit down, but when a stranger arrives will he break her out of her sadness and gain a new friend in the process? What kinds of trouble will he get into in Equestria, and will Scootaloo ever learn to fly?

Scootaloo, a filly who dreams of becoming just like her idol, Rainbow Dash, is distraught after surviving another day of insults and mockery by the terrible duo of Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. Finally convinced that she'll no longer be worth anything, she almost gives up her hopes and dreams. However, one day a complete stranger drops in from nowhere, and finds in her a spirit akin to his own. Can this newcomer do away with the filly's sadness and help her accomplish her goals? Well, he certainly isn't going to give up without a try!
