Diamonds to Dust
It was a Saturday morning in Ponyville as Diamond Tiara sat alongside her father in the office of Dr. M. Colgate, Ponyville's friendly dentist. Diamond Tiara never had liked going to the dentist but this time she was more scared because she had quit taking care of her teeth. Silver Spoon had convinced her that rich ponies don't get cavities and she believed her, until she started getting toothaches. She had always heard rumors of what Colgate would do to to patients who neglect her teeth, horrifying things. She then thought to herself, "Certainly she wouldn't do things like that! Ponies who smile all the time would never do anything bad, right?"
She then began to look around the room and saw numerous posters talking about various dental problems and what has to be done to take care of those problems. She hopped out of her chair and went and looked at this one with a very sad looking tooth on it, one which read periodontal disease. As she was reading what had to be done to cure it her eyes grew wide in horror. She immediately ran back to her father, nudged him and asked, "Daddy, is that true? Is it true that if a pony has periodontal disease that she has to tear your gums off?"
Filthy turned his attention away from the magazine he was reading to his daughter and sighed in frustration, "Diamond Tiara, that isn't something most fillies have to worry about."
He turned his attention back to the magazine but Diamond Tiara didn't feel like her questioned was answered. She nudged him again and asked, "But would she?"
This time her father kept his muzzle buried in the magazine and sighed in frustration, "Well if you'd take care of your teeth you wouldn't have to worry about that now would you?"
Diamond Tiara was truly scared by this point. Normally her father would be caring and be trying to comfort her but this time he didn't seem to care at all. Diamond Tiara has tears running down her face knowing that her father was more concerned over a magazine about the dangers of investing in cryptocurrencies than he was her. After what seemed to be forever for her, a blue unicorn finally came out from the back. Smiling with her perfectly white teeth she cheerfully said, "Come on back Diamond Tiara, let's get those teeth checked out."
Diamond Tiara turned towards her father and asked, "Daddy?"
Her father replied, "Go on back Diamond Tiara, Dr. Colgate has always taken good care of you."
Colgate then grabbed her in her aura and began to pull her towards the back. Diamond Tiara had a very bad feeling about this and began screaming, "Daddy, daddy, help!"
He paid no attention to her and Colgate tried to reassure her, "Don't worry kiddo, everything will be fine. Your father just wants to read up on why he shouldn't invest in Hoofcoin."
As she was being dragged back in Colgate's magic she looked into another room to see a mint green unicorn cheerfully cleaning another patient's teeth. She began to really wish that it was Lyra who she would be seeing her because she looked happy but something didn't seem right about Colgate this time. Once Colgate got her to the very back of the hallway she led her into a larger room and pointed towards a chair that seemed scarier than the one she sat in last time. Colgate ordered, "You know the drill kid."
Diamond Tiara began to think that if she got in that chair that it could very well be the end of her. She turned around and began to race towards the doorway but wouldn't get far when Colgate grasped her in her aura and snickered, "Oh so you're going to be one of those kinds of rats huh?" She then sat the filly in the chair and pushed a button, causing straps to secure all four of her legs into the chair and for another to tighten around her head to the point where she couldn't move. Once she was fully secured Colgate laughed, "Oooh, it looks like somepony has been neglecting her teeth!"
Diamond Tiara was terrified when Colgate laughed over this. She knew that the rumors involving the supposedly friendly Colgate was not all that friendly. She then began to wonder if Colgate simply did things like smack bad patients or if she did truly horrific things to them. She then tried to calm herself down, "Certainly those posters about tearing my gums off aren't real! They're just there to scare ponies!"
Colgate approached her and ordered, "Open wide Diamond Tiara, I need to see if your fears truly are warranted or not."
Diamond did as ordered and Colgate flared up her horn to cast her X-ray spell. Almost immediately Colgate gasped, "Oh my Diamond Tiara, I have never seen teeth this bad in anypony!" Diamond's eyes grew wide in fear as Colgate continued, "You know what kiddo, you have eight cavities, three rotten teeth and you have developed periodontal disease! How does a filly have so many problems?"
Diamond yelled, "You lie! I brush and floss every single day!"
Colgate laughed, "Yeah, uh huh. If you do then you must brush with donut frosting and floss with cotton candy." She then clapped her hooves and cheered, "You know what kiddo, I never thought I'd have to do this but since I do, you must be punished!" Colgate then opened the door and yelled, "Lyra, get back here! We have a very bad patient, one who brushes with donut frosting!"
"Coming sis!" Lyra yelled before heading back. Once she arrived Lyra gave Diamond a bit of a frown, "Wait a minute, isn't she one of those fillies that is so mean to the cutie mark crusaders?"
Colgate replied, "She is!" She approached the filly and continued, "You know something, those three have never caused me any problems but you" she smacked her and laughed, "came to me with more problems than anypony else so now you must pay the penalty!"
Very quickly Lyra joined Colgate standing around the filly and Colgate ordered, "Lyra, could you hold her mouth open for me?"
Lyra nodded and pried Diamond's mouth open with her magic. Colgate then grabbed something that looked more like a power screwdriver and aimed it at her upper right molar. She had a sadistic grin on her face as she laughed, "You want cavities kid, well then it is cavities you shall get!"
Diamond tried to call out for her father but with her mouth pried open, all she could get out was an inaudible yell. Colgate powered up the drill and began to plow it into her tooth, causing her to scream in agony. Colgate continued to plow the drill up into her tooth until she hit her jaw, causing the filly's body to spasm but not move much of any because of how she had been secured. Colgate continued to plow the drill into her jaw until it came out the other side and was poking out through her skin.
Diamond was crying in agony while both unicorns were laughing hysterically. Colgate finally decided to pull the drill out and started tapping her wound making it hurt all the worse. Colgate laughed, "Oh my Lyra, have you ever seen a cavity this bad?"
Lyra laughed, "No sis, I haven't!" She then headed over to a cabinet and pulled out a bottle that had a clear liquid in it. Lyra opened it up and began to hold it over the wound. She asked, "Colgate, should we see how bad this stuff hurts wounds?"
Colgate again clapped her hooves and cheered, "Do it Lyra, do it! I wanna see this rat scream in pain!"
Lyra then began to pour the liquid into the wound causing Diamond Tiara's screaming to get even louder. Both mares laid their ears flat while Colgate smacked her harder than before and yelled, "Would you shut up you little rat? I can hardly hear myself think!"
The two were laughing over her suffering and once the pain had subsided Diamond screamed, "You two are crazy!"
Colgate giggled, "Us crazy? Come on now, we're perfect angels."
Lyra leaned over her and in a stern voice added, "You want to see how truly crazy we can be?"
Diamond's eyes shrank as she began to realize that somehow they could actually do something worse than this. Her fears would be confirmed when Colgate ordered, "Lyra, go get the eye numbing agent. It will make what I want to do next much easier."
Diamond Tiara wasn't sure exactly what her plans were but she knew that it was likely going to be truly sadistic. While Lyra was grabbing a bottle with an orange liquid in it and Colgate was grabbing something that resembled an overgrown device that mares use to curl their eyelashes with she screamed, "Daddy help! These two are crazy!"
Lyra smacked her again and laughed, "Oh we're more than crazy little filly!"
Colgate added, "Yeah, the two of us delight greatly in the misery of others, we're true sadists!"
Colgate then pried her eyes open and suggested, "How about you numb her eyes Lyra. I don't let you do this nearly enough!"
Lyra did as suggested and began to put eye numbing drops in both her eyes, causing her to be unable to blink her eyes. Colgate then grabbed the device and lowered it towards her left eye. Diamond badly wished that she could even move a little bit to avoid this cruel fate but she knew it couldn't be avoided as she was secured too tightly in the chair. Once Colgate began to insert the device into her eye socket, Diamond began to howl in pain. Colgate wanted to drag this out a bit so she took her time removing it but once she pulled it out, she rotated the eye to where it was facing the filly. Colgate laughed, "So Diamond, can you see yourself?"
The filly was screaming so loud and was in such an excruciating amount of pain that she didn't even register the dentist's words, much less actually hear them. One thing that she thought would be funny would be to sew it shut. She asked, "Hey Lyra, you want to sew her eye socket shut before she bleeds too much?"
Lyra nodded and grabbed some thread along with a needle and began to sew it shut. The filly continued to scream louder as the pain was getting worse and worse. Once Lyra got it sewn shut Colgate asked, "Now what to do next?" Colgate clapped her hooves and cheered, "I've got it! Go get my chainsaw, this one needs to kick herself!"
Lyra laughed, "I'll be right back sis! This is gonna be sweet!"
While Lyra was headed off to get Colgate's saw she began to laugh, "You know Diamond Tiara, I haven't had this much fun in ages!"
The filly was still in so much pain that nothing was registering with her. Colgate smacked her and laughed, "Huh, too bad you'll never know what real fun is!"
Lyra returned with the saw and levitated it over to Colgate. Colgate levitated the saw back to her and suggested, "I do this way too often! How about you do it! I'll just cast the spell to get her to stop bleeding!"
Lyra cheered, "Sweet sis, this is going to be so fun!"
Lyra fired up the chainsaw and began to move it towards Diamond Tiara's leg. Her heart began to race faster and her breathing became harder. Colgate noticed this and turned to the filly, "Come on now, it won't be so bad! I'll cast a spell to stop the bleeding, I promise!"
This did not make her feel any better and then the saw hit her leg. Her screams became deafening as the saw was plowing through her leg. Once Lyra got it cut off Colgate immediately cast a spell to stop the bleeding. She gave Diamond Tiara a smile and laughed, "You see that little filly, I'm not all bad!"
Diamond Tiara was starting to become delirious. She had very little idea of what was going on and the room was starting to spin. Never before had she felt so bad before in her life. Colgate however was not exactly thrilled that she was not responding and then it hit her. It hit her that Diamond Tiara was not fully coherent because of everything that had been done to her so she cast a spell to make her coherent again. Diamond was screaming in pain as Colgate stood over here with a smile, "Isn't that better little filly, now you'll know what's going on."
Lyra was standing there holding her severed leg in her aura and then began to club Diamond with it. She was laughing, "Hey Diamond Tiara, why are you hitting yourself? Why are you hitting yourself?"
Diamond began to scream, "You're crazy, you're both bucking crazy!"
Colgate smacked her and yelled, "How dare a filly of your age use such language." She turned to Lyra and ordered, "Get me my dissection kit. The time to exterminate this rat has come!"
Lyra headed over to the other side of the room and grabbed a larger box, a box filled with all the devices necessary to complete the process. Once she got it to Colgate, she levitated out a knife that was designed for cutting thick cuts of meat. She held it up in front of Diamond's face and asked, "This is nice, isn't it? Should I use it for its intended purposes?"
Diamond, despite knowing that she would be made fun of if she was to be spared pleaded loudly, "Please don't do this, please don't. I'll be good, I'll take care of my teeth, I promise."
Colgate smacked her and laughed, "Well too bad kid! If I let you go now you'd be nothing but a drain on society and I don't want my tax bits being wasted on a pathetic rat like you!"
Colgate then began to cut into her, dissecting her like one would a frog. Once she had got her cut properly she suggested, "Lyra, how about you help me start eating this one? It isn't fair if I'm the only one who gets to satisfy her hunger!"
Lyra cheered, "I'd love to sis!"
The two then began to rip into her chest and eat the meat right off of her. Diamond was crying in agony as she was slowly but surely being eaten alive. Once the two had picked her rib cage clean, they looked down and saw how hard her internal organs were working. Colgate turned to her sister and said, "You know Lyra, the inner workings of a pony truly are amazing aren't they?"
Lyra replied, "They are. I just wish we could do this more often."
Colgate laughed, "Well her pig faced mama is coming in next Saturday so we might get to do this again next week."
Lyra clapped her hooves and cheered, "Sweet sis, sweet! That will be so much fun, well for us anyway!"
Diamond Tiara could hardly believe what she was hearing as it sounded like she wasn't the first victim of these two unicorns nor would she be their last. She gasped, "What, you're going to kill my mom too?"
Lyra laughed, "Maybe."
Colgate began to snicker, "Oh most definitely! She is part of the bottom rung of society with her bad attitude, even worse than you little filly!"
Diamond Tiara again began to call out for her father to come back but would be silenced when Lyra smacked her and suggested, "Shall we break this one open and then finish the job?"
Colgate agreed, "Let's do. I'm sure Cerberus is sick of waiting on her."
Colgate leaned down, clamped her teeth around Diamond's rib cage and broke it open. The pain was so severe for Diamond that her whole life was flashing before her eyes and Colgate could sense it. She smacked her and yelled, "Not yet little filly! We're not letting you go that easily!"
Colgate cast a spell to calm her down and cause her to be fully coherent. Lyra gave her a smile, "Much better, don't you think?" She paused before turning to Colgate and asking, "Shall I go out and get her father? I'm pretty sure he is going to want to make sure we do what he paid us to do."
Colgate laughed, "Go get him sis! He is going to want to see her one last time!"
Lyra headed out towards the front and Colgate gave the filly a warm smile, "Don't worry rat, your daddy will be back soon! I'm sure he will....."
Diamond Tiara was taking everything she just heard in and then it hit her. She realized that her father was actually in on this. She screamed, "What, my daddy is in on this?"
Colgate laughed, "Well of course. He didn't pay us 50,000 bits just to fix your teeth!"
Lyra then returned with Filthy Rich. He gave his daughter a stern look and said, "Diamond Tiara, had you just taken care of your teeth, these two fine mares wouldn't have had to do this?"
Diamond began to cry, "Daddy, I trusted you, I thought you loved me."
Lyra was holding a syringe in her aura and asked, "Shall I?"
Filthy replied, "Do it."
Lyra then rammed the syringe into the bottom of one of her lungs, causing her to scream in agony. Very quickly it was becoming difficult for the filly to breathe. She was devastated over what had happened. She never once imagined that her father, the parent who actually seemed to care about her, would actually pay Colgate and Lyra a decent sum of money to do this. While her lung was collapsing, she decided to ask one final question to her father while she still could."
"Da....daddy, why?"
Filthy laughed, "Look Diamond Tiara, I am sick of your mother and I'm sick of you." He paused before smiling, "And I've already paid these two a hundred thousand bits for next week." He paused before laughing, "150,000 bits for freedom from you two, not a bad cost if you ask me!"
Diamond gasped trying to get another question out but it was too late, her lung had collapsed. Colgate then turned to Filthy and suggested, "Shall I? Shall I finish this off and get you one step closer to being free?" She saw him eyeballing her heart and asked, "Or do you want to be the one to finish her off? Do you want to send her into absolute despair before the rat dies?"
Filthy replied, "I want to finish her off."
Lyra commented, "Alright but we're not giving you any of your money back since we won't be the ones to kill her."
Filthy agreed and then lowered his head into his daughter's chest cavity. As she saw this, she began to whimper knowing that nopony loved her and began to wonder if anypony had ever loved her to start with. Right before he opened his mouth to rip her heart out he asked, "Any last words rat?"
All she gave out was a whimper so Filthy shrugged his shoulders, placed the heart in his mouth and then ripped it out, causing her to scream one final time. He then began to eat the heart and felt a sense of elation and a sense of relief. No longer would he have to put up with a disobedient daughter and he was only one week away from being a free stallion. After he ate the heart he gave Colgate a smile, "Thanks for agreeing to this and thanks for going to free me next Saturday."
Colgate replied, "Of course." She then wanted to know something, "Mr. Rich, does your wife know about this? Does she know you paid us 50,000 bits to wipe out Diamond Tiara?"
He replied, "Yes, she does. She wanted this as bad as I did."
Lyra commented, "Good." She pointed towards a door in the corner of the room and suggested, "In there is a shower. I think it would be best if you went in and showered. If anypony sees you covered in blood like this, they'll think something is up."
Filthy nodded and headed in to wash all the blood from him. While he was showering Lyra suggested, "Sis, after we wipe out his wife next week think we should take a little break. Think we should go on a sisters' trip and have some fun?"
Colgate replied, "Yeah sure, how does head hunting in Shire Lanka sound?"
Lyra cheered, "That sounds great! I've always wanted to go to a foreign land and wipe out their undesirables!"
Colgate laughed before they heard Filthy come back out through the door, fully clean. He said, "Again thank you two. See you next week?"
In unison the two replied, "See you next week!"
Once Filthy had left their office Colgate rushed up and locked the door before running back to her sister. She suggested, "Well how about you get clean first and then I will. I want to relish in being covered in the blood of that rat for a bit."
Lyra then had a major concern, "Sis, what are we going to do if they was to slip up and tell somepony about this? We could get arrested."
Colgate got a sly grin on her face and laughed, "I've had a plan for this all along. He's already paid in advance so tonight, we're taking a little trip over to the Rich mansion and then we're going to the badlands! That bunker has sat unused for way too long!"
Lyra asked, "Bunker?"
Colgate replied, "Trust me Lyra. I know my history, I know where this place is and I know the spells to get in and out." She paused before finishing, "After tonight, we can wash our hooves of this entirely."
Lyra was curious as to what her sister was talking about but knew that she knew what she was doing. She knew that Colgate had always thought ahead and had always researched things that most ponies did not, things involving the dark past of the early years of Equestria's past. As she headed into the shower she thought to herself, "Colgate's definitely got plans, plans that will likely make what we did to Diamond Tiara look like nothing."
