My Little Pony Equestria Girls: MSOF Choose Your Own Ending is a blog series of Equestria Girls "choose your own adventure"-style episodes of the blog special, Magic Show of Friendship.
In Equestria, Sci-Twi and Puppy Spike visits Princess Twilight and Dragon Spike, wanting to do more bonding with each other.
"I'm glad you decided to come see us again," Twilight said. "I bet you want get more use to your unicorn magic and form."
"Actually," Sci-Twi said. "I feel more comfortable with it and getting a lot better with some of the spells you taught me."
"And what about your crane form," Puppy Spike asked.
Sci-Twi used her diamond bracelet to transform into her Twi-crane form and said, "Doesn't feel so bad anymore. Besides, I only have wings when I pony up."
"And around here," Dragon Spike added. "Alicorn wings are earned by accomplishing some great, princess-worthy deed."
"Now I understand," Twi-crane said and shows a diamond fragment. "Also, we came because we found a couple extra pieces of the diamond."
"I'm using one to keep me as a dog," Puppy Spike said.
"And I thought of giving this one to your Spike," Twi-crane said.
"Good idea," Twilight said. "What do you think?"
"Well, what kind of animals would be," Dragon Spike asked. "I've already been a dog few times."
"What advice would you two have," Puppy Spike asked.
"We'll let you decide who," Twi-crane said. "We might have a few suggestions."
The two Spikes start thinking whose advice they should choose. Even Smolder, who was listening from the window.
Choose Princess Twilight
Turning their attention to Princess Twilight, she has them blindfolded and said, "I'm gonna activate the pieces for you and take off your blindfolds."
"Don't think of something silly," Dragon Spike said.
"Or something scary," Puppy Spike added.
"Of course not," Twilight replied.
She channels their bracelets' magic causing them to transform into different animals. She takes off their blindfolds as she shows them a mirror. Dragon Spike is now a pegasus pony and Puppy Spike a dragon like his counterpart except without wings. They both were amazed by their transformations.
"I just thought you should try as a dragon," Twilight said. "And you as a pony."
"Of course, I was living with ponies my whole life," Pony Spike said. "I guess I could try being a pony."
"And me in full dragon-up," Dragon Spike said. "But I don't mind for not having wings."
Pony Spike started flying with his new pegasus wings and takes Dragon Spike with him on his back.
"Remember when I tried helping you fly," Twilight asked. "And it wasn't working?"
"Because you were teaching to fly like a pony not a dragon," Pony Spike said. "Maybe it'll work this time."
"What was the difference," Dragon Spike asked.
"Well for starters," Pony Spike said. "Smolder told us dragon wings don't have feathers like pony wings."
Later, Pony Spike was able fly well in his pony form with Dragon Spike riding on his back. The Twilights watch as they enjoy themselves. "Probably reminds you before he got his wings," Sci-Twi comment.
"And I used to carry him," Twilight said.
Choose Sci-Twi
Turning their attention to Sci-Twi, she has Puppy Spike transform into a wolf and Dragon Spike a snake.
"What good is me being a wolf," Wolf Spike asked.
"They can have more speed than dogs," Sci-Twi said. "And I heard that they could see scent both by smell and sight as well as hear noises and feel vibrations in the ground beneath their paws."
"And me as a snake," Snake Spike asked.
"I was thinking if they could be stealthing," Sci-Twi said. "Like good with hiding and move through small spaces."
"How's about we take a test run," Wolf Spike asked.
In the forest, the two Spikes were trying out their forms. Wolf Spike was able to run faster and jump higher than before. Through his vision, his wolf sense can allow him see scents of other animals, hear everything that moves and feel the vibrations in the earth to sense the movements. "I bet I can find you, other me," he called.
"If you can," Snake Spike replied.
Wolf Spike followed his voice as he was nearby. Snake Spike was slithering through bushes, hiding, until he was caught.
"Found you," Wolf Spike said. "Guess I can feel your movement."
"Maybe these forms can be useful," Snake Spike said.
"Like how being a snake makes you a big eater," Wolf Spike asked as he pointed out a crystal-shape lump in his belly.
"What, I eat jewels," Snake Spike said. "Well, when you're a dragon."
"Maybe you're part dragon," Wolf Spike comment.
"Very funny," Snake Spike said.
Choose Smolder
Meeting with Smolder, they asked her what idea she has.
"What idea I would have," Smolder asked. "I think you both be better as dragons. Or what if you conjoin into one."
"A two-headed dragon," Puppy Spike asked. "Can that happen?"
"It happened with the human Crusaders," Smolder explained. "Sliverstream did talked about it when you touch each other if you're holding the diamond and thinking of the same thing."
The two Spikes hold each other and both active their bracelets. Conjoining together into a two-headed dragon. Puppy Spike still had his dog collar on his head.
"This is just like my Nightmare Night costume," Dragon Spike comment. "Except this time, it real."
"Have you even seen dragon with more than one head," Puppy Spike asked.
"Of course not," Dragon Spike said. "The only creatures here that do are hydras."
"And we did talk about that they don't compare to dragons," Smolder added. "Besides, with this form I think you can fly together."
"And you don't have to molt," Dragon Spike said. "It does make us smell bad to attract hydras."
Being merged into one body, they were able to fly and depended on each of their side of where to go. Even Smolder was impressed.
At Canterlot High School, the Equestria Girls were helping clean up the graduation decorations. Some were using their animal forms. As Rainbow Dragon, she took down the banners with her flying. As Kanga Rare, she was using her pouch to store materials. Sunset Shimmer was using her unicorn magic.
"You know, Sunset," Rainbow Dragon said. "Have you tried turning into other types of creatures?"
"I'm fine with my original form," Sunset said. "Besides the rest of you are getting along with yours."
"Except Trixie," Sci-Twi said. "Have we asked her if she wants an animal form?"
"I saw her in the costume room trying on different costumes," Pinkie Pie said.
The girls head over to the costume room, where they find Trixie with costume racks of animal costumes.
"What's going on, Trixie," Sunset asked. "And what's with all the animal costumes?"
"This is how I'm deciding what my animal form would be," Trixie explained. "First I try on one of these costumes to see how I look then I transform into that animal."
"That's a good idea," Rarity comment. "Leave it to fashion to make you what you wear."
"Have you thought of some options," Sci-Twi asked.
Trixie shows some photos of herself dressed into different costumes and as the creatures of them as she explains, "I couldn't decide between a dragon like Rainbow Dash and a centaur." She uses her geode powers and dresses up in a new costume. "So, I tried both." She now uses her bracelet to transform into that creature. "A dragon centaur."
"That's looks awesome," Rainbow Dash comment.
"First time I hear of this type of creature," Sunset said.
"Maybe you girls should try too and have a second animal form," Trixie said. "Something that matches yourself. Like Fluttershy has wings when she ponies-up. So, you should try something with wings." She uses her magic on Fluttershy, dressing her up in a bee costume. "Like this."
"Good thinking," Fluttershy comment. "Maybe I might try one."
"I could try too," Rainbow Dash said. "Something with speed like me."
"I'm in," Pinkie Pie said, dressed in a turtle costume and popping out the shell.
"The rest of us are good with ours," Sci-Twi said.
"Besides," Applejack added as she's trying on a bat costume. "I would get out of control being a real bat. I'd suck my apples in my orchard dry."
"So, who want to try first," Sunset asked as the volunteers start thinking.
Choose Rainbow Dash
Out on the track field, the Mane cast were waiting for Rainbow Dash with for costume.
"So, what do you think as fast speed," Trixie asked.
"Well, there's a lot of fast animals," Sci-Twi said.
"Maybe she could be thinking about a type of bird," Fluttershy said. "Like a..."
Before she can finish, Rainbow Dash zooms by with her super speed until she stops and reveals her costume as she said, "Roadrunner!"
"Roadrunner," Sci-Twi asked.
"Roadrunner," Fluttershy said finishing her line.
"I know they don't fly," Rainbow Dash said. "But I bet they would have great speed."
She uses her bracelet and transforms into a real roadrunner. She looked a lot taller than a normal one (similar to the Looney Tune Road Runner).
"I don't think roadrunner are that tall," Fluttershy said.
"Maybe I was thinking of my size," Rainbow Runner said. "But let's see how this goes. Meep Meep!"
Rainbow Runner started running laps around the track. Then she goes around the school and into town. Sci-Twi sends her camera drone to watch her. The other girls watch as she zooms all over town.
"Now that's my kind of roadrunner," Pinkie Pie comment.
"Defiantly her animal," Sunset added.
"Just hope she doesn't come behind and surprises us," Applejack said.
Rainbow Runner does so and went, "Meep Meep!" This made Applejack jumped in surprise and falls back into the others. In a flash, they accidently triggered their bracelets that causes them to switch forms: Applecrane, Rarideer, Fluttercat, Puppy Pie and Kanga Twi. Sunset, who wasn't bumped, gave Rainbow Runner a look.
"Sorry," she said.
However, they all share a laugh.
Choose Fluttershy
Fluttershy takes her friends to a river, where she will show her costume, hiding under her robes.
"I was thinking of Trixie's advice of flying animals," Fluttershy said. "So, I'm trying a bird."
"I'm guessing a duck," Rainbow Dash asked.
"A goose," Sunset asked.
"Or a swan," Sci-Twi asked.
"How can you tell," Fluttershy asked.
She notices she's wearing webbed feet as Applejack said, "Lucky guess."
"I thought of the birds for flying and swimming," Fluttershy said. She takes off her robe and reveals she's wearing a duck costume. "And one that goes with my color."
She transforms into a real duck with her bracelet and tries her swimming ability. She starts to enjoy herself as she now tries flying. Other ducks join her in a V formation. The other girls admire her new form.
"I'll say she's better than as a deer," Sunset said.
"And would have a "quack" about it," Pinkie said joking.
Choose Pinkie Pie
In the costume room, Pinkie Pie is rummaging through animal costumes and tries on each one, trying to find one she's interested. She tries on a flamingo and comment, "Tried it."
Changing to a giraffe costume, "Too tall."
Changing to a skunk costume, "Too stinky."
Changing to an armadillo costume, "Maybe later."
Finally, she finds one she's interested and comment, "Why not try being your pet?"
Outside, the other girls wait on Pinkie as Rainbow Dash said, "She been in there almost an hour, how hard can it be to choose?"
"Which ever one that would match her," Sci-Twi said.
"Maybe," Pinkie said coming out. "But I thought of being like my pet, Gummy."
The girls were surprised to see that Pinkie was dressed in an alligator costume. Sunset looked concerned as she asked, "Uh, Pinkie, isn't your pet just a stuffed toy?"
"True," Pinkie said. "But the pony me's Gummy is a real gator. With no teeth." She transforms into a real alligator with her bracelet and has normal teeth. "And I guess I can make this form less dangerous."
"At least you do have sharp teeth," Fluttershy said.
"I would go with an armadillo," Rainbow Dash comment. "If you like bouncing a lot, you should try being rolled up as a ball."
In Equestria, Sunset Shimmer hangs out with Starlight Glimmer and pony Trixie wanting to catch up more about the new changes.
"It's nice to have you spend time with us," Starlight said. "Especially that you wanted to learn more about what's new here."
"Thanks, Starlight," Sunset said. "It's the Friendship School that got me thinking."
"Like the non-pony students," Trixie asked.
"Yeah," Sunset replied. "Because we have new allies from other kingdoms by helping change their ways."
"Helping the changelings learn to share love and dethrone their queen," Starlight said. "Helping the dragon princess prove herself to her father and become the new dragon lord."
"Of course," Trixie added. "One ally still likes to cause mischief for us."
"Discord," Sunset asked. "He shouldn't be a problem to me."
"Speaking of which," Starlight said. "Why don't we introduce you to them? Maybe you might bond with them."
"And maybe show them our bracelets," Trixie added.
"So, who should we start first," Sunset asked as they start thinking.
Choose Thorax
The three ponies traveled to the Changeling Hive, Thorax and Sunset were pleased to meet each other.
"It's a pleaser to meet you, Thorax," Sunset said. "I'm amazed to see how your kind became good creatures."
"Thanks, Sunset," Thorax replied. "I was the first one who wanted to share love and Spike helped to gain ponies' trust."
"And I helped him dethrone Queen Chrysalis," Starlight added. "By convincing the other changelings to turn good."
"But a little trouble with his brother," Trixie said.
"And who's fault was that with the maulwurf," Thorax asked sternly. "Anyway, let's show you around and those diamond bracelets, do they turn you into different creatures?"
"Just like you do," Sunset said.
Using their bracelets, the three ponies transform themselves into changelings. Thorax was amazed and said, "I'll say it's just like we do."
Later, Thorax gives a tour around the hive as they were enjoying flying with their new wings.
"This is such amazing," Sunset said. "Definitely better without Chrysalis."
"So is your new magic," Thorax replied and changes his eyes. "And you make us look a lot better with your eyes."
This makes them blush.
Choose Ember
In the Dragon Lands, Starlight and Trixie took Sunset to meet Ember as they talk about her becoming Dragon Lord.
"So, Spike retrieved the scepter first and passed it to the princess," Sunset asked.
"And helped her prove herself to her father," Starlight said. "Of course, he accidentally caused a friendship problem by inviting her and Thorax on the same day. He was afraid what would happen if they met each other until they were able to get along and gave each other advice with their leadership."
"But try not to get mad when she doesn't get your name right," Trixie said. "Sometimes she has trouble telling us apart. Like couldn't tell between Twilight and Starlight because of their--" Starlight gives her a look not to talk about it. "You know what I mean."
"Except this time," Ember said as she was flying down to them. "Spike send me some pictures of you so I won't. Starlight."
"Hey Ember," Starlight greeted. "We'd like you to meet our friend Sunset Shimmer."
"Nice to meet you," Sunset greeted.
"You too," Ember said. "Spike told me you'd be coming. You know, Smolder said that you have mind reading magic."
"I only read thoughts to understand what they're feeling," Sunset said. "It happens when I touch them. I rather not read yours if it's not my business."
"I'll be the judge of that," Ember said. "And those diamond bracelets you have, can they really turn you into different creatures?"
"Watch and learn," Starlight said.
Using their bracelets, the three ponies transform themselves into dragons. They had their cutie marks on their bellies. Ember was impressed as she comments, "Now that's looks good on you."
"I'll say," Dragon Trix said.
"Good for bonding," Starlight Dragon added.
"Perhaps I could show what dragon stuff we do," Ember said.
"Totally," Sunset Dragon said.
Later, the dragonified ponies were having fun together with Ember. They tried their new fire breathes by blasting rocks. They went flying together trying their new wings. However, they feel unsure about swimming in lava if it would melt their bracelets.
"It's okay you don't have too," Ember said. "Gems and lava don't mix."
"But this was fun with you," Sunset Dragon said. "Being what it's like being a dragon."
"You too," Ember replied. "Some may be rude to ponies, but as friends of Spike, you're welcome here."
She gives Sunset a chest-bump, which knocks her into Starlight and Trixie. This accidently causes their bracelets to activate. Causing them to merge together into a three-headed dragon.
"Sorry," Ember said.
"Silverstream did said not to touch each other when we're turning into dragons," Starlight Dragon said.
"Because it would turn us into one," Dragon Trix added.
"Well, it would be one way to be together," Sunset Dragon said.
They all laugh in agreement.
Choose Discord
As they meet Discord, they were getting annoyed by his chaos magic as he introduces himself to Sunset.
"Why so glum," Discord asked. "Having your new friend meeting me was your suggestion, wasn't it?"
"Well, this is not how we want you to meet her," Starlight said.
"That's okay, Starlight," Sunset said. "I think I can get along with him."
"Really," Starlight and Discord asked.
"Let's just say," Sunset explains. "My magic might be compared to yours."
"Oh," Discord comment. "Like if you do something I would do, like this?"
He uses his magic on Starlight and Trixie, turning them into fruit of their cornucopia costumes.
"On us," Trixie asked unamused.
"Well, sorry for liking you fruit costumes," Discord said.
Sunset uses her magic on them, which turns them into a robot and a goo pony. Then she shows more that even Discord was amazed.
"Guess you can do magic like his," Robo Starlight commented.
"Well, I only use it for good like him," Sunset said.
"Are you sure you don't use it for-" Discord talked.
"No," she said. "Besides, you wouldn't want some pony to out chaos you."
"Perhaps not," Discord said.
"And you might cause a sticky situation," Trixie said.
In the human world, The Equestria Girls invite the Pony Six to hang out with them at the beach. Using their diamond pieces, they tried their human forms for the first time.
"Must feel a little weird after all this time, isn't it," Sci-Twi asked.
"Last time I was human was when we first met," Princess Twilight said.
"I felt the same when I met Starlight," Sunset said. "I think a day at the beach is a perfect way for our pony friends to get use to their human forms."
"I'll say," Pony Applejack said. "It doesn't feel difficult as we thought."
"Good thing y'all have different outfit," Applejack added. "So, we know which is which."
"We even still have some of our magic too," Pony Rainbow Dash said.
"Maybe it's our geodes," Rainbow Dash explained. "They did work for you before."
"That's right," Pony Rarity said. "But we still have to be careful how we use them."
"Agreed," Rarity said. "Especially Pinkie's."
"Which one," the two Pinkie Pies asked in unison. "I think she means you. No, you! Stop saying what I'm saying! You stop it first!" They both start to laugh about it.
"It's wonderful you invited us," Pony Fluttershy said.
"You helped us with our new forms," Fluttershy said. "We help you with yours too,"
"So, what do we plan on doing for fun here," Sunset asked.
"I'm sure we might think of something," Sci-Twi said.
"Yeah," Twilight replied. "There's something I'd like to try."
"I have one too," Rainbow Dash said.
"Me three," Rarity added.
Everyone was thinking whose idea for fun they should start with.
Choose Princess Twilight
Going with Princess Twilight's idea, they all had air tanks and helmets as they went scuba diving underwater. They were enjoying themselves as Sunset asked, "Have you ever done this before? Especially before the seaponies?"
"Can't say if we remembered," Twilight said. "It's a long story when we meet them, I rather not talk about."
"Let's just say," Pony Applejack explained. "Most of us weren't focused on our mission that caused one of us to mess up. But they forgive us."
"Speaking of seaponies," Pony Rarity said as she uses her bracelet the transform into a seapony. "Shall we enjoy these for a while?"
"Good thinking," Twilight said. She and the other ponies, including Sunset, used their bracelets to transform into seaponies. The Human Six are amazed by their forms until they Twilight notice, "Uhh, Pinkie?"
Pony Pinkie looks at herself and realizes she become a seahorse and said, "Oops, guess I got mixed up with a seahorse." She transforms again and got it right. "That's better."
"Is there also something called seahumans," Pony Fluttershy asked.
"Technically," Fluttershy replied. "They're called mermaids. And I wonder." She tries to see if she can turn into a mermaid with her bracelet and it worked. "I knew it!"
"Excellent idea, darling," Rarity comment.
The rest of the Human Six followed the idea and turn into mermaids too. They all enjoyed themselves swimming together. Suddenly, Rainbow Dash's bracelet activates and turns her into a sea dragon.
"I guess I couldn't stop thinking of dragons a little," she said.
They all share a laugh.
Choose Rainbow Dash
The two Rainbow Dashes were gathering water skiing gear as part of Human Rainbow's idea.
"I don't think I've ever done water skiing before," Pony Rainbow said. "But it sounds interesting."
"Wait until I make it more interesting," Rainbow Dash said.
"But don't we need a boat for this," Sci-Twi asked.
"Who said anything about a boat," Rainbow Dash replied.
"I don't know I like where this is going," Sunset said.
Later, Rainbow Dash was using her super speed to run on the water. She was towing Pony Rainbow, who is on water skis. At first, she felt nervous but now she's enjoying it. The rest of the Mane Cast were watching and were impressed with her idea.
"Who would've guessed super speed can make you run on water," Pony Pinkie asked.
"I know, right," Pinkie Pie replied.
Soon, Pony Rainbow Dash joins in as they both give their friends rides. Sunset and the Twilights ride on water tubes. The Applejacks did water skiing tricks. The Rarities tried riding parasails. The Pinkie Pies ride with pool floaties. As for the Fluttershies, they use their pegusus wings like hang gliders.
"Guess this is what it's like to have their speed," Fluttershy said.
"Well," Pony Fluttershy replied. "Sometimes I'm fast as her when I see animals in danger."
"Good for you," Fluttershy comment.
Choose Rarity
What Human Rarity has planned is making sand sculptures as she said, "I thought we would show how creative we are with sand sculptures."
"I think it's a wonderful idea," Pony Rarity comment.
"Me too," Twilight said. "Let's each make our own sculpture and see who's the best."
The Mane Cast agrees as the start working on their sand sculptures. Sunset works with the Twilights, making a sandcastle of the Castle of Friendship. The Applejack make sculptures of their Apple Blooms as a mermaid and seapony. The Rainbow Dashes make a sculpture of their cutie mark as the Sword in the Stone. The Fluttershies make sand slides for crabs to ride. Last, the Pinkie Pies make sculptures of the party cannons and puts sugar bomb in them to make look like their firing.
"I think they all look the best," Sunset comment.
"We haven't seen ours yet," Rarity said.
They were all amazed at the Rarities sculptures. They were the Pony Six as alicorns, including Sunset, Starlight Glimmer and Trixie.
"Now these are more amazing," Sci-Twi said.
"I never thought I'd imagine myself as this," Pony Applejack said.
"Me with a horn," Pony Rainbow comment. "Awesome! Like I'd be a new magic buddy!"
"It's like you made us look like princesses," Pony Fluttershy comment.
"Maybe because they are you as princesses," Twilight said.
"Alicorn party again," Pony Pinkie said as she set off the sand cannon again.
"Even me with Starlight and Trixie," Sunset comment
"Well, we couldn't leave you three hanging," Rarity said.
"Now this was a perfect quality time for all of us," Pony Rarity said.
At Canterlot High School, Pinkie Pie had the rest of her friends to meet her in the gym. She was bringing new types of outfits she designed for them. When she arrived, she was wearing a rubber suit like Rainbow Dash's flight suit.
"Thanks for meeting me here," Pinkie Pie said. "I wanted you to try some new suits I made for us."
"What kind of suits," Sci-Twi asked.
"It looks like you made flight suits like mine," Rainbow Dash said.
"Not exactly," Pinke Pie said. "I was barrowing some of Rarity's sewing and added some of Twilight's inventing to it. Try them on first and I'll show you."
Later on, they were all in their new suits. They were curious about them as Sunset asked, "What do they do?"
"These cords here are familiar," Rarity noticed.
"Just watch," Pinkie said. She pulls a ripcord on her side, causing her suit to inflate with air. "They're balloon suits."
The rest of the girls inflate their suits as well. They were starting to take a liking to them as they were bouncing. Rainbow Dash starts to point out, "Why's there two cords?"
"Left is air, right is helium," Pinkie explained.
Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy pull the helium cords and they begin to float. Their boots had little fans for moving. They seem to enjoy it as Fluttershy comment, "This is not bad."
"I'll say," Rainbow Dash replied.
"Why would we need something like these, Pinkie," Applejack asked.
"Well," Pinkie explained. "I thought of how we would fly with our winged friends or if we lose our geodes and bracelets. Like if Rainbow Dash was flying as a dragon and her bracelet falls off, her suit would protect her."
"Nice thinking," Rainbow Dash said. "And I'd be too close to the ground if I tried to sprout my wings."
"Of course," Pinkie added. "I got the idea from Rarity's pumpkin costume."
This made Rarity realize something as she turns a knob that deflates her.
"Something wrong, Rarity," Sunset asked.
"I think when I made our costumes," Rarity explained. "I might've made one of them inflatable like mine. The pumpkin was the first, but I didn't stop thinking how it would make it look realistic when I was making the other."
"It's okay, Rarity," Sci-Twi reassured. "I'm sure we can help you remember so maybe we can fix them. My costume felt inflatable when we were bouncing."
"Or mine when it felt like my speed was slow," Rainbow Dash said.
"And mine felt like it would be one big grape," Fluttershy added.
Rarity starts thinking as the three girls were dressing up in their cornucopia costumes.
Choose Sci-Twi
As Sci-Twi was in her eggplant costume, Rarity and Puppy Spike checked it to see if there was anything that would make it inflate.
"Maybe it's not yours," Rarity said. "I think it's just how I designed it."
"Perhaps," Sci-Twi replied. "It does feel like it's full of air."
"Hey, there's a tag back here I don't think should be," Spike noticed.
"Wait a minute, Spike," Sci-Twi said. "Don't pull it."
Too late, Spike yanked on to tag, which was on a cord. It causes Sci-Twi's costume to inflate. It was up to her arms like a large ball.
"I guess I found it," he said.
"Well now it feels full of air," Sci-Twi said.
"Don't worry," Rarity said. "I'm sure I can fix it."
Suddenly, it deflates again as Spike reviles that the cord came loose.
"That's works," Sci-Twi said.
Rarity patches up the hole and her costume looked normal as she said, "Good as new."
"At least it only happened once, right" Spike asked.
"Maybe that was just the auto," Sci-Twi said as she spots an air valve near the top. "But hears for an air pump."
"I guess it just in case the cord broke," Rarity said.
Choose Rainbow Dash
Rainbow Dash checked her squash costume if it would inflate. "It would be the part where it was hampering my legs," she said.
"Well," Rarity said. "I don't see any cords or air valves."
"I don't think it would inflate," Applejack said. "Because a squash is not as big as a pumpkin."
"How do we know yours isn't full of air," Rainbow Dash asked.
"Because I can tell it's cotton," Applejack replied.
Rainbow Dash spots the leaf under her collar was coming loose. "I don't think we need this here," she said. As she pulls it, it reveals there's a cord attached to it. "Uh, oh." Her costume was inflatable, and it was making her float in the air. It was because the air was helium. Rarity was shocked by this.
"Did you mean to use helium," Applejack asked.
"Honestly, no," Rarity said. "Why would I need flying costumes?"
"Maybe because you didn't do this," Rainbow Dash replied. She finds a message on the cord that reads, "Gotcha! - PRD." That means it was Pony Rainbow Dash pulling a prank on her. "The pony me did this? Wait until I get even."
They hear laughing and sees Pony Rainbow at the door. "How would you do it this time," she asked.
"Maybe with a flash," Rainbow Dash said smiling.
There was a flash of light around Pony Rainbow and she was in a balloon suit. Sunset Shimmer was behind her, revealing she put it on her. "Now you're even," she said as she pulls the helium cord on her.
"Okay, you win," Pony Rainbow said.
They all had a laugh.
Choose Fluttershy
On to Fluttershy's grape costume, she taps on the spots to see if there's a button to inflate.
"I don't think it would have a button," Rarity said.
"Maybe not," Fluttershy said. "It's just a hunch.
As she thinks, she presses the belt buckle, which is the hidden button and inflates. It made her look like a bopper doll.
"Found it," she said.
"Try it again," Rarity suggested. "Maybe it'll turn off."
Fluttershy does so, but it got bigger up to her arms. Now she feels like one giant grape. "Any air plugs anywhere," she asked.
Rarity checks all over until Fluttershy starts to roll forward. This was squishing the button again, but this time her costume deflates.
"Guess there's just two setting," Rarity reasured.
In Equestria, the Human Seven, along with Puppy Spike and Human Trixie, want to learn if there's more to know about the geode powers. Puppy Spike was feeling left out because he has no powers too.
"Ah, don't worry," Dragon Spike said. "I'm sure if they were given magic, maybe you could soon."
"Like what," Puppy Spike asked. "Your fire mail?"
"Maybe something better," Dragon Spike replied.
Suddenly, they notice the Crystal Mirror glowing and releases a whisp of magic. It flies around Puppy Spike and enchants his dog tag. It turns into a magic geode and gives him a friendship power outfit. They were both amazed by this as Dragon Spike said, "We gotta tell the others!"
Later they meet the Mane Cast in the library, where they explain what happened. Sci-Twi feels proud her Spike has his own geode as Sunset uses her powers to understand what the new one does.
"Amazing," she commented. "This new geode must have the ability to temporary copy the powers of the other geodes. You do it by drawing certain shapes it the air. And not only that, but it can also make the rest of us have the ability too."
"That sounds interesting," Twilight commented.
"So, like," Rarity said. "If a certain shape he draws that represents one of us like a diamond, you all would gain my shield powers?"
As Puppy Spike tests his new powers, some lines appear in the air as he draws. He draws a diamond and glows in the color of Rarity's geode until it disappears. The rest of the girls noticed their geodes changes their colors. They now have their own shields.
"That's amazing," Puppy Spike commented.
"And awesome," Rainbow Dash said. "Who else should he try next?"
"How would you like to try my powers," Sunset asked.
"Or try how unicorns lift stuff like me," Sci-Twi added.
"Or maybe make something out of nothing," Trixie said.
Puppy Spike starts thinking about who abilities he should try first.
Choose Sunset Shimmer
Going with Sunset's powers, Puppy Spike draws a sun that resembles her cutie mark. This allows him and the Human Six to have her powers.
"Just one touch and you'll see how you're feeling," Puppy Spike asked.
"Right," Sunset said. "Like you could see how they got their cutie marks."
"Go ahead and try," Pony Rainbow said. "We like to call it our special connection."
The Human Six hold hands with their counterparts and their magic activates. They read their memories of when they got their cutie marks as fillies.
*Flashback
Rainbow Dash had her race to defendFluttershy'shonor, performing her first sonic rainbow and got her cutie mark.
Fluttershy saw the rainboom, which scared away animals and she helped them calm down, gaining her cutie mark.
Pinkie Pie saw the rainboom on her rock farm. It taught her how to smile and have fun, gaining her cutie mark.
Applejack hear the boom in Manehatten and saw a rainbow pointing back home, gaining her cutie mark.
Rarity saw the rainboom splitting open a rock of gems, earning her love of fashion and her cutie mark.
Twilight hears the rainboom during her entrance exam, triggering her magic to hatchSpikeand earned her cutie mark.
*End of flashback
"That was amazing," Sci-Twi commented. "So, you were destined to be friends before you even met each other."
"All because of a big stunt event you did that helped the others," Rainbow Dash added.
"Exactly," Pony Rainbow said.
"Have you tried yours, Spike," Sunset asked.
"I did," Puppy Spike replied.
"But we feel like my thoughts should be secret," Dragon Spike said.
Dragon Spike's memories reveal his rampage in Ponyville due to his greed-induced bigness.
"I guess I agree to," Sunset said. "Because some memories are private."
Everyone agrees as the short ends.
Choose Sci-Twi
As Puppy Spike draws a star, the Human Six got Sci-Twi's telekinesis. They already learned how to use it, except Fluttershy. She feels unsure about levitating pony Fluttershy's animal friends.
"I know how you feel," Pony Fluttershy said. "But just try to keep yourself calm and think about them having fun."
"I'll try," Fluttershy said.
Fluttershy tries her powers and makes pony Fluttershy's animals to flies. It was a similar trick Princess Twilight done before. Still feeling nervous, pony Fluttershy calms her human self down. The animals happily fly around in the air and safely land on the ground.
"Now that wasn't bad, was it," Pony Fluttershy asked.
"I guess not," Fluttershy replied.
Applejack use hers to help pony Applejack to harvest apples. Rainbow Dash uses hers to clear clouds. Sci-Twi and Sunset taught Puppy Spike, Rarity and Pinkie Pie to levitate themselves.
"This isn't that bad," Spike said. "But I guess I asked how long this would last."
"I think for about an hour from my vision," Sunset said.
Sci-Twi looks at her watch and replied, "I think to hour's up."
"Uh-oh," Spike said.
"Don't worry about us," Rarity said.
As their powers switch back, Sci-Twi catches Spike with her powers. Rarity uses her shield to keep herself levitated. Pinkie reveals she was in her balloon suit and inflates with helium to float.
"I told these suits would come in handy," Pinkie Pie said.
Everyone shares a laugh as the short ends.
Choose Trixie
Puppy Spike draws a wand, representing Trixie and the Human Six gain her powers of transfiguration. He tests his on a bowl of fruit, turning it into a dish of dog treats to eat.
"I think Trixie's magic is more interesting," Puppy Spike said.
"Thank you," Trixie replied. "I was bad enough for me having trouble controlling it, but I'm sure the rest would get the hang of it, right?"
"I know I would," Sunset said. "Of course, I don't need my powers swapped if a unicorn could do any spell."
"What happens when one of us does on themselves," Applejack asked.
"You mean like transform yourself and the rest of us turns into the same thing," Rainbow Dash theorized.
"Maybe, maybe not," Sci-Twi said. "Can't be like when our magic was overpowered because you used your speed too much. Besides, if we just remember keep ourselves calm like last time, they probably won't cause a... Ah-choo!"
When Sci-Twi sneezed, her magic activated and accidentally transformed herself and the rest of the Human Seven, except Sunset and Spike, into robots.
"Not unless you don't sneeze to set it off," Robo Trix said.
"I wonder if this gives me a built-in party cannon," Pinkie Bot said and she's right. A cannon comes out of her and fires confetti.
"I guess it's like they say," Twibot said. "Humans can make mistakes than machines can."
In Equestria, the Pony Six open their own carnival called the Friendship Carnival. They invited the Equestria Girls, in their animal forms, to enjoy the rides and activities.
"I can't believe you were able to have your own carnival," Sunset commented.
"Isn't it amazing," Princess Twilight replied. "I remember when I went to a carnival at your school, so I thought I invited you to mine."
"That's nice," Sci-Twi said. "And you would've liked Equestria Land. If it wasn't for someone who had teleportation magic just to change us in her images using holograms."
"But we have forgiven her and helped her get over her B.Y.B.B," Kanga Rare said.
"Also, your roller coaster is not too fast or high, is it," Rainbow Dragon asked nervously.
"Well, you're fast and you go high a lot," Pony Rainbow said. "Your Fluttershy did talked to us about it last time. Almost sounds like you two are switching places."
Flutterduck gave a nervous Rainbow Dragon a smirking look. "I did quite enjoy the ride," she said.
"Well, maybe I'm not used to it without powers or wings," Rainbow Dragon commented.
"But you were very brave," Flutterduck said. "Even I'm being brave doing something you do." Flutterduck changes forms into Flutterdragon. "Like becoming a dragon like you."
"And I'm not afraid of being around them anymore," Pony Fluttershy added.
"Speaking of which," Twilight said. "I think you're dragon centaur form is interesting, Trixie."
"Thanks," Trixie replied. "Maybe call this a 'dragtaur'? Taking the two words into one."
"That's not bad," Twilight commented.
"Enough talking," Pinkie Cat said. "Let's start having fun!"
"What stuff y'all have planned," Appledog asked.
"Take your pick of who you want to see," Twilght said.
Sunset was making the decision as she sees Starlight Glimmer and pony Trixie setting up a magic act, pony Rarity setting up fashion stage and pony Pinkie Pie with circus outfits.
Choose Pony Trixie
Turning their attention to pony Trixie, Starlight was preparing a cannon for an act that Twilight and Sunset were familiar with.
"The Moonshot Manticore Mouth Dive," Sunset exclaimed. "Where you blast yourself out of a cannon and into the mouth of a manticore?"
"And after it swallows you, you magically step out of a box." Dragtaur Trixie finished. "I've heard of a similar trick like that before, but with a lion."
"It was very terrifying if Starlight hadn't been there to help," pony Fluttershy said.
"But no thanks to me because of my rivalry with her," Twilight said.
"But you did help us make up when you proved yourself wrong," Starlight said. "Also, we thought of doing it differently. We called the Starfire Dragon Mouth Dive."
"Instead of a manticore," pony Applejack asked.
"You going to dive into the mouth of a dragon," Appledog finished.
"Oh, my" Kanga Rare comment.
"But what dragon would you to... Wait a minute," Twilight said but stopped when she realized. She turns to the stage of called, "Trixie, I don't know if like where this is going!"
"You mean," Sunset asked.
Behind the curtains was a silhouette of pony Trixie as a dragon and she said, "I know this is not good idea for you, Twilight. But I promise you Starlight will be okay."
"We did a lot of practicing," Starlight added as she loads herself in the cannon.
"I'm going to regret this," Twilight said to herself and lets the do the trick.
With their friends watching, Starlight lights the fuse and prepares herself. Once the cannon goes off, Dragon Trixie reveals herself from the curtains and opens her mouth wide enough as Starlight flies in and gets swallowed. The Mane Cast were shocked even Flutterdragon fainted into Rainbow Dragons arms. Dragon Trixie lets out a big burp of her fire in the shape of a pony, making Starlight appear.
"Completely unharmed," Starlight said.
"That was..." Sunset said. "AMAZING!"
"Better than the manticore," Twilight commented.
"I'll say," Dragtuar Trixie said.
"Thank you," Dragon Trixie said. Noticing her big belly, she blushes with embarrassment. "Well, I admit it was really a candy sculpture of Starlight. She was using that object talking spell behind the stage until she jumped out when fire burped. I don't know how dragons eat jewels, but I don't want to chance it."
"Very cleaver," Pinkie Cat said. "But what would happen if you did it as a snake?"
*Flashback*
Pony Trixie and Starlight did do the trick with Trixie as a snake. Starlight give Trixie a teasing smirk about her belly lump.
*End of Flashback*
"I suppose a dragon is a lot better," Dragon Trixie said.
"Because a snake," Starlight said and turns into a snake. "Can make us ssssee you ssssso delicious."
Everyone all shared a laugh.
Choose Pony Rarity
Turning to pony Rarity, she was setting up a fashion show of magic costumes. Sunset was looking at a spell book Rarity barrowed from Princess Twilight.
"Magic costumes that you become what you wear," Sunset asked. "Sounds familiar."
"I've been thinking about your animal dress up," pony Rarity said. "Leave it to fashion to make you what you wear. So, I thought how dressing as something else would give you that ability."
"Like you're using my magic," dragtaur Trixie said.
"Care to assist," pony Rarity asked to Kanga Rare.
"Gladly," she replied.
Later, the Mane Cast watch the fashion show as Kanga Rare holds up name cards of the costumes. The first one she holds up reads: Rari-Tea. Pony Rarity comes out in a teapot costume. Once she puts on the last part, she turns into a pony teapot.
"I do thank Trix-tea for the idea," she said.
"I had that coming," pony Trixie replied.
The next card Kanga Rarity holds up reads: Rainbow Plane and Fluttercopter. Pony Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy walk out dress as an airplane and a helicopter until they turn into part vehicles.
"You might say we have a few flying machines," Rainbow Plane said.
"Mostly hot air balloons, airships and zeppelins," Fluttercopter added.
"But there is a peddle copter, too," Rainbow Plane said.
"I did most of the explaining about airplanes," Rainbow Dragon said.
Next card reads: Apple Clown and Pinkie Ball. Pony Applejack and Pinkie Pie walk out. Applejack puts on a clown nose and turns into a clown. Pinkie was wearing a rubber suit with a beach ball pattern. She turns into a rubber pony and can inflate like a beach ball.
"I used to have a fear of clowns before," Apple Clown explained. "But becoming one helps face them."
"And do a lot of silly things with my body," Pinkie Ball said. "But I think something was missing."
Last card reads: The Friendship Siren. Princess Twilight walks out last, wearing a siren costume. Most of her friends seems unsure about the idea.
"I know this doesn't look like a good idea," Twilight explained. "But I've been thinking about a siren that's like the opposite of the evil ones we faced."
"If by opposite you mean," Sunset theorized. "How the singing would make ponies respect each other not hypnotized them to fight each other."
"And absorb their positive energy instead of their negativity," Kanga Rare added.
"Kind of like a love spell I learned from our Princess of Love," Twilight said. "I'm sure this costume will make my like that. Watch and learn."
As Twilight's costume transforms her, she was a more friendly siren as they describe. She spots two ponies fighting and start to test her siren magic. As she sings, she sends out purple cutie mark shaped soundwaves, which hit the ponies and cause them to act friendly again. Even positive energy flows into her cutie mark on her chest.
"Much better than the evil ones," Sunset said amazingly.
"Like a new way to spread friendship," Sci-Twi added. "And just one question: who's the Princess of Love?"
"That would pony Cadence," Siren Twilight said. "But I rather not talk about her life if it's not the same with your Cadence."
"Good point," Sci-Twi said. "And another thing about sirens. They may be beautiful but dangerous creatures; this one is beautiful and friendly."
Everyone all agrees as Siren Twilight sings more.
Choose Pony Pinkie Pie
Turning to pony Pinkie Pie, she was hosting a night circus. The rest of the Pony Six join in with their own performances. The Animal Eight were the only ones in the audience as the circus is not open yet.
"May not be open until tonight," pony Pinkie said. "But we can show our tricks for our friends."
"How'd you know I can explode if I wait too long," Pinke Cat said excitedly.
The rest of her friends laughed at her comment. Pony Pinkie starts the show and says, "For the start of the show, we have Rarity on the tightrope."
They see pony Rarity dresses as an acrobat tightrope walking. She does back flips to walk on her back legs and front flips to front legs. She calls to the next performer, "To added with this is Rainbow Dash as a pony cannonball."
Pony Rainbow Dash was seen in a cannon as she sets it off and sends her flying in the air. She lands on Rarity's back legs then they leap off the tightrope to the ground. Rainbow Dash lands safely as Rarity bounces from a trampoline and lands on Rainbow's front legs. Everyone was amazed as Rainbow says, "As of Fluttershy, she not so nervous as a clown with Applejack."
Pony Applejack and Fluttershy were dressed as clowns. They were both juggling while balancing on balls.
"And last comes Twilight," Applejack said.
Princess Twilight appeared and turns into a dragon. Using her fire breathe, she makes star shaped fire rings and flies through doing tricks. She changes back into a pony and flies on top of the rest of the Pony Six, who are all stacked up as a pyramid. The Animal Eight applaud to their performance.
"That was awesome," Rainbow Dragon commented.
"I think ponies are gonna love this circus," Sunset said.
"I know," pony Pinkie said.
"Too bad you don't have an act of your own," Pinkie Cat said.
"Who said I didn't," she replied. Pony Pinkie reveals she barrowed Pinkie Cat's balloon suit. She inflates with helium to float and changes it to normal air. She tucks herself in like a turtle as she dropped into the cannon and fires her. It sent her ricocheting all over the place until she lands by her friends, dizzy. "I guess I'll just stick with being the ringleader."
Day two of the Friendship Carnival, the Young Six enjoy themselves with the rides and activities. They noticed that Smolder wasn't feeling happy today.
"Aren't you enjoying the carnival, Smolder," Silversteam asked.
"Why friend unhappy," Yona added.
"Well, the carnival is great," Smolder said. "It's just that I'm still feeling embarrassed when we met Sunset Shimmer."
"Because her magic showed us your memories of you talking about liking cute stuff," Gallus asked.
"And we agreed to keep it to ourselves," Smolder said with a threatening look.
"But it did help me face my fear," Ocellus said. "Spike has no problem with cuteness."
"Only because he lived with Twilght's family his whole life," Smolder replied.
"Maybe what I mean is," Ocellus explains. "If it makes you feel better if you try cute stuff with. Other than just tea parties."
"What idea would you have," Smolder asked.
"I might have something," Ocellus said.
"Me too," Sandbar added.
"And me," Silverstream said.
Smolder thinks about whose idea she should try.
Choose Ocellus
Going with Ocellus' idea, she shapeshifts into a dragon herself. "Thought maybe having another dragon doing cute stuff would make you feel better."
"Good idea," Smolder commented. "And I'm liking the new look for you. Makes us look like twins."
Ocellus blushes as Smolder gives her a side hug. Suddenly, she remembers something and breaks apart.
"I'm pretty sure it's just the bracelets that make dragons merge together," Ocellus reassures.
"Fair enough," Smolder said. "Can't imagine how we'd look as one dragon."
Later, the two dragon friends went around the carnival doing cute activities, which made Smolder feel better. They got face paintings and done arts n' crafts. They even tried some of Rarity's magic costumes.
"I think these costumes are cool," Smolder said. "Become what you wear."
"And can give you talents," Ocellus added.
She wears a ballet costume and it made her do ballet dancing without practice. Smolder seems interested and tries on another costume to join her. They were dancing so much; it was making them exhausted.
"Just unzip and you'll stop," Ocellus explained.
"Okay," Smolder replied.
Once they stopped themselves, their twirling accidentally flung themselves into a costume rack. When they got up, they find themselves together in a two-headed dragon costume.
"Uh-oh," they both said.
The costume turns them into a real two-headed dragon. At first, they were shocked but find it not that bad.
"I guess two in one dragon does makes us kind of cool," Smolder said.
"Like they say," Ocellus added. "Two heads are better than one.
They both share a laugh.
Choose Silverstream
Going with Silverstream's idea, she takes Smolder to a swimming area.
"So, what cute idea do you have," Smolder asked.
"You'll see," Silverstream replied.
She holds Smolder's hand and activates her pearl necklace. Changing into her seapony form, Smolder turns into a seadragon. She was amazed with her new form.
"I didn't know your pearl really can make dragons into seadragons," Smolder commented.
"I don't know it didn't work on Spike when they first came to Seaquestria," Silversteam explained. "But I think a pufferfish was to describe his name."
"Or maybe how he's a big eater sometimes," Smolder humored.
They both giggled by this joke and start to have fun with water activities. Smolder was enjoying herself as a seadragon as swimming makes her faster than flying. She also tries how her fire breath works underwater, but only seems to make smoke.
"I'd used that for hiding," Smolder commented herself.
Dragon Spike came along and watches them. He asked, "How are you enjoying being a seadragon, Smolder?"
"It's not that bad," Smolder replied. "I'll say it makes me cute. Why don't you join us?"
"Well, it didn't work on me before," Spike said.
"Maybe this time it will," Silverstream said. She uses her pearl necklace and its magic successfully turns Spike into a seadragon too. "It worked."
"It did," Spike said.
"Another theory," Silverstream explained. "Maybe Queen Novo just wasn't sure about seadragons. That's why she would turn them into different sea creatures."
"I wouldn't take offence to that," Smolder commented.
"Me, neither," Spike added. Suddenly, he puffs up like a pufferfish.
"I guess I wasn't thinking clearly enough," Silverstream said.
They all had a laugh.
Choose Sandbar
Sandbar barrows a diamond bracelet and had Smolder to turn into a pegusus pony.
"Me as a pony," Smolder asked.
"Just thought you might see what it's like to be a pony instead of a dragon," Sandbar said.
"I guess I had this coming," Smolder replied. "Like how I taught Spike how to dragon fly when Twilight was teaching him to pony fly."
"And time you might teach yourself how to pony fly," Sandbar said.
"I think I already figured it out," Smolder said.
Short time later, Smolder was able to fly with her pegasus wings. She and Sandbar plan on doing pony activities around the carnival. At Rarity's stand, she tried on her cute dress from the Tree of Harmony's test. They greeted Fluttershy's animal friends in a petting zoo. Last stop was with the CMC, where they draw cutie marks for other blank foals that would relate to them. Base of her trying to embrace cuteness, they drew Smolder a teacup cutie mark, which now suddenly appears on her flank.
As they were soon done, they meet up with the rest of their friends. Gallus asked, "So how was it being a cute pony?"
"You could say I enjoyed it a little," Smolder said. "What do you think of this mark?"
"A teacup," Ocellus said. "You did admit about liking tea parties."
"I think it's nice," Silverstream commented. "See if you still have it as you change back."
Smolder takes off the bracelet and changes back into her dragon form. She notices she doesn't have her cutie mark.
"Maybe that only works for ponies when they become dragons," she said.
As she returns the bracelet, she suddenly stubbles and drops it. This made it active and sends its energy into the rest of the Young Six, turning them into dragons.
"Yona and friends become dragons," Yona said.
"Sorry," Smolder said.
"It's ok," Sandbar replied. "Maybe the bracelet was a bad idea."
"Maybe not," Gallus said. "Kinda figured this would happen, but it's not that bad."
"I'll say," Silverstream added. "But Oclleus, it doesn't work on you because you're already a shape shifter."
"I know," Ocellus replied. "You wouldn't leave hanging, would you?"
They all shared a laugh as Smolder's teacup cutie mark appeared on her belly for a brief moment without them noticing.
On the final day of the Friendship Carnival, both sets of Applejack, Rainbow Dash and Rarity spent their time together with going on rides and winning game prizes. Kanga Rare was having her pouch stuffed with souvenirs.
"Don't you think your pouch is overfilled," Appledog asked.
"Yeah," Rainbow Dragon added. "I'm pretty sure they're not for collecting if kangaroos just carry their little ones."
Kanga Rare notice how much stuff she has and can hardly hop. She said, "I suppose I got a little carried away and how much I enjoy my roo form."
"Being a kangaroo does seem lovely," Pony Rarity said. She levitates Kanga Rare's stuff out of her pouch and into bags. "But I prefer store something useful."
"And less weight," Kanga Rare added.
"It's great y'all came for our last day of the carnival," Pony Applejack said. "How come you didn't bring you Crusaders?"
"We did," Appledog replied. "They're with yours meeting a zebra you know."
"You mean Zecora," Pony Rainbow asked. "She's a fortune teller and she might be a little had to understand when she speaks in rhymes."
"You know," Rainbow Dragon said. "We did read about when you met her. You were all immediately afraid of her all because of how she talks different, how she acts different and how she looks like black pony with white stripe."
"Rainbow Dash," Kanga Rare said sternly. "A zebra is obviously like a white pony with black stripe and there's nothing wrong with that."
"We just thought being different than us ponies made her scary," Pony Rarity said. "By the way, where did you hear about all that."
"Your Friendship Journal," Appledog explained. "It had little side stories before you learned your lessons. You all believed she was an evil enchantress just because of what she does differently. Like how she finds water in the ground not to plant something bad."
"I can point out pony Pinkie's ridiculous song of making stews out of ponies," Rainbow Dragon added. "Which turns out she just makes potions and remedies the old-fashioned way."
"Even how you almost destroyed her home," Kanga Rare said. "All because you believed she put a curse on you, which was really an infection by a joke plant you walked into. I couldn't believe Princess Twilight even believe all that, too."
The Pony Three looked at each other with reminded guilt of how they've been to Zecora the first time. Pony Rarity said, "We've been pressuring her to believe us as she's been denying it."
"But it wasn't until my Apple Bloom made us realize that we were wrong," Pony Applejack added. "And Twilight was right about her all along."
"And it was no thanks to us," Pony Rainbow said. "That she had to learn the hard way that the supernatural book she didn't look at had the cure. We just never learn about different creatures."
"Like part of your lesson said," Rainbow Dragon explained. "Never judge a book by its cover. Why don't we go meet her now?"
Soon after, they head over to Zecora's tent, where she talks with the Cutie Mark Crusaders as a fortune teller. Their sisters overhear as she talks about the animal CMC.
"So, what you're saying is," Puppy Bloom asks, "Is that our sisters' magic can give us powers too for our animal forms?"
"Indeed," Zecora explains. "As they are connected to each other, they can be shared to another."
Sweetie Roo was able to make her own shield like her sister's, in the shape of her cutie mark. "This is amazing," she said.
"And I guess looking up to Rainbow Dash," Scootadragon said. "Counts me like her sister too."
"I guess you do," Scootaloo replied. "It must cool to have her speed."
"Or Applejack's strength," Apple Bloom added as she's being lifted be Puppy Bloom.
"I'll say," Applejack said. She and their sisters came in. "We wanted to introduce the other us to you, Zecora."
"It's interesting you have our powers, too," Appledog said.
"But having a second power for your animal form is something like to hear," Rainbow Dragon commented.
"Agreed," Kanga Rare replied. "Surely the same would go with us."
"Perhaps you do," Zecora said. "First we choose who."
Zecora looks into her crystal ball to choose who to start with.
Choose Puppy Bloom
They've gone outside of the carnival to test Puppy Bloom's powers.
"As you can increase you size," Zecora said. "For it is your new prize."
"Increase my size," Puppy Bloom asked. "As in make myself big?"
"You do you think can do that," Apple Bloom asked.
Suddenly, Puppy Bloom's cutie mark tag started to glow. She fells herself growing big as the ponies. Even the Applejacks are amazed.
"Now you're becoming the big sis," Appledog commented.
"And if I can turn big" Puppy Bloom said. "Wouldn't that mean you can turn small?"
"Pttff," Appledog scoffed. "That's ridiculous." Her cutie mark glows too, and she starts to shrink. She was now small as Pony Applejack was when she was poison joked.
"I guess not," Puppy Bloom said.
"And you didn't need the poison joke," Rainbow Dragon teased.
Apparently, Appledog used this advantage to prank the Rainbow Dashes. By tying their tails together. "Joke's on you, now," she said.
"Hey," Pony Rainbow yelled.
They were putting on each other trying to go different ways. They kept on putting until the knot came loose. However, the momentum causes Rainbow Dragon to fall onto Appledog. Suddenly, in a flash of light, their diamond bracelets activated. Appledog now became Dragonjack and has conjoined with Rainbow Dragon.
"I suppose this makes us even," Rainbow Dragon asked.
"Even to be one," Dragonjack teased.
Everyone shares a laugh.
Choose Sweetie Roo
Zecora explains to Sweetie Roo about her power that involves her pouch.
"Your pouch seems to create more space," Zecora said. "For it to store all in one place."
Sweetie Roo notices her cutie mark on her pouch glowing as if her new powers are activated. Her pouch lights up as she looks inside. There was a magical space that can store away objects and can summons them if needed.
"This is amazing," she commented. "Now I carry everything I need."
"Me too," Kanga Rare said as her pouch can do the same. Her pouch space had her sewing tools and different outfits she can summon. Sweetie Roo hops in her sister's pouch and can help her summons too. "And have you hand out what I need."
"But what happens when someone else is inside," Rainbow Dragon asked.
"I don't think it works like that," Appledog said.
"Maybe not," Kanga Rare added. "But it seems we can open them very wide."
As she opens her pouch wide, it shines light on the Rainbow Dashes, Applejacks and pony Rarity and magically sucks them in.
"Looks like you can fit others in," Scootadragon commented.
"Maybe for capturing your enemies," Puppy Bloom added.
Kanga Rare finds that their friends have been turned into cutie mark amulets. She tosses them to the ground and then changed back.
"Remind us of when you do that," Pony Rarity said. "Make sure we get out of the way."
"Wouldn't want you to make a collection of you," Kanga Rare replied.
They all shared a laugh.
Choose Scootadragon
Up in the sky above the carnival, the Rainbow Dashes and Scootaloos were flying to test Scootadragon's power.
"So according to Zecora," pony Scootaloo explained. "Your dragon breath can make you control the weather."
"That sounds cool," Scootadragon commented. "Maybe if I think of what type out weather." As she does so, her cutie mark on her belly glows and forms an image of a cloud. With a deep breath, she breathes out clouds for cloudy weather.
"That's awesome," Rainbow Dragon said giving her a side hug. "Makes us weather buddies."
"Like you have Zapp's powers," Pony Rainbow added. "She's one of the Power Ponies from our Spike's comic."
"I'll say," Rainbow Dragon replied.
She and Scootadragon used their new breaths to make different types of weather clouds. Rain clouds for watering wilted plants, windy clouds for blowing away leaves and they can breathe clouds back in for sunny weather. They land where their friends are.
"That the first time we see dragons breathe other than fire," Appledog said.
"What happens if you breathe rainbows," Kanga Rare asked.
"I don't if that counts as weather," Rainbow Dragon replied. "Maybe... Ah. Ah-choo!" She sneezes and causes her to breathe a rainbow, which hits their pony selves and it swap their colors of their bodies and manes. "Oops."
"Well," Pony Rainbow said. "Talk about a color switch-a-roo."
In the human world at Sci-Twi's house, she had the rest of her friend over as she was convincing Human Trixie to use her transfiguration magic on her.
"Are you sure about this," Trixie asked.
"I want to see what it's like to part of what I'm good with," Sci-Twi replied.
"And what would that be," Sunset asked.
"Oh... Oh..." Pinkie suggested. "A book illustration? A computer program?"
"I'm guessing a robot," Rainbow Dash guessed.
"And how," Trixie said.
She activates her geode and cast her magic on Sci-Twi, turning her into a robot. She was just like how Princess Twilight looked when Trixie first got her powers and caused magic misfires.
"The first time Princess me turned into this," Twi-bot explained. "I noticed some gadgets that made me interested."
"And it looks like they're displayed on that screen," Sunset added.
Twi-bot had a screen shaped as her cutie mark, which showed images of different features and gadgets to choose. Sunset taps on what looks like a set of wings and suddenly jet wings extended from her back.
"I guess that is interesting," Rainbow Dash commented.
"Here's one that looks like it's for your arms and legs," Pinkie said. As she taps it, Twi-bot's legs extended up to the ceiling. "Now you can reach high places."
"Why don't we just things one at a time," Twi-bot recommended. "And take turns on choosing."
"Right," Sunset replied. "Too many to do at once. Why don't I try another?"
"I think I like choose one, too," Rainbow Dash said.
"Me three," Rarity added.
Twi-bot starts think who should try first with choosing her features.
Choose Sunset Shimmer
As Sunset Shimmer gets a turn, she scrolls through Twi-bot's screen at her features.
"Here's one for transforming," she said and selects it.
"Maybe to transform into different electronics," Twi-bot replied. She's able to turn half her body into a motorbike. "Oh, I can get used to this."
"Now that's awesome," Rainbow Dash commented. "Does it also make turn into robot animals?"
"Let's see," Twi-bot replied.
She's able to do so and changes to a robot crane, kangaroo and dragon.
"I guess this robot form is not that bad," Trixie said.
Twi-bot can also change her appearance to look like her friends and mimic their voices. She makes herself look like Trixie and said in her voice, "Not that bad."
"Ok," Trixie said. "Maybe not when copying me."
"Oh, come on, Trixie," Twi-bot said change to Rarity's appearance. "Doesn't look fabulous when you become a master of disguise, darling?"
Rarity snickers at this and comments, "I guess I had that coming."
"And Twilight," Sunset said holding a coin jar.
"Oh," Twi-bot said in her normal voice. "I said 'darling', didn't I?"
She pays up and everyone shares a laugh.
Choose Rarity
As Rarity gets her turn, she finds a feature that interests her.
"Here's one that you can change stuff and make them look new," she said.
"Let's see how that works," Twi-bot replied.
As she selects it, Twi-bot's hand changes into a zapper, which beams the dining table. It becomes digitized and gets transported into Twi-bot. It appears on her screen.
"Oh, no," Twi-bot said. "This is like the same as Vignette's magic phone." She taps her screen and make the table reappear in a new cutie mark design.
"Except this time," Sunset said. "It doesn't teleport stuff and make holograms."
"It actually does change them into something new," Rarity added.
"But what happens if it zaps us," Fluttershy asked.
"As long she'd be careful," Applejack replied. "That probably won't happen."
"Shouldn't we try and make sure," Pinkie Pie asked.
"Maybe it doesn't just digitize stuff," Twi-bot said. Her zapper fires on all the girls and didn't digitize them. Instead, it changed their clothes into new Rainbooms outfits. "But it does make new outfits for our band."
"And these ones make me feel amazing," Sunset said.
"I can get used to these," Rainbow Dash added. "But you forgot yourself."
Twi-bot zaps two mannequin and created an outfit for herself and Trixie. "Way ahead of you," she said. "And one for you, Trixie, for your band."
"At least you didn't think of the fruit costumes this time," Trixie said.
Everyone shares a laugh.
Choose Rainbow Dash
On to Rainbow Dash, she finds a feature for changing colors. "Changing colors," she reads. "Sounds like you can change the colors of other stuff."
"Or maybe just my body," Twi-bot theorized. Her eyes fire a rainbow beam and zaps a poster of her cutie mark. Causing the colors to swap. The big star turns white and the little stars pink.
"That's amazing," Sunset commented.
"Does it work on people," Pinkie asked. "I'll be your test subject."
"Okay," Twi-bot replied.
She tries the beam on Pinkie and makes her switch color with her cutie mark. She now has yellow skin and blue hair. On her cutie mark: two pink balloons and one magenta balloon.
"I think it compared to a spell the pony me taught me," Twi-bot said.
"I know that spell too," Sunset said. "And she showed me this magic trick to make it look like I can duplicate ponies."
"I'd like to see that," Trixie said.
"I'll need Rainbow Dash for it," Sunset replied.
Later, in the backyard, Rainbow Dash was dressed in her magic assistant outfit for Sunset's trick. "Are you sure it's not a cloning spell," she asked.
"Of course not," Sunset said. "Watch and learn."
Sunset shoots a beam from her horn at Rainbow Dash and covers her in red smoke. As it clear, she didn't feel anything at all. Suddenly, a second Rainbow Dash appeared next to her.
"Whoo," Pinkie said. "Twinsies!"
The second Rainbow was coping the original like she's looking at her reflection in a mirror. She takes off what looked like invisible glasses that was disguising her eyes to look like the real ones. The second Rainbow revealed to be Fluttershy, who had body and hair recolored.
"Now that's amazing," Twi-bot comment.
"And I enjoyed it," Fluttershy said.
"Almost like we're switching places," Rainbow Dash added. Suddenly, one of her high heels broke causing her to fall back. Fluttershy catches her and then there was a flash from their bracelets. They were conjoined into a two-headed dragon. "I really need to stop bumping into others like this."
"That's okay," Flutterdragon said as her color changes back. "You shouldn't feel so blue when you get mellow as yellow."
Rainbow Dragon's side changes to Flutterdragon's colors and everyone shares a laugh.
At the Castle of Friendship in Equestria, Sunset Shimmer and Starlight Glimmer are working together on a new magic project. They took a magic 8 ball and enchanted it. It was orange and purple with a blue star replacing the number 8. The Pony Five came in to see what they're doing.
"Hey," Rainbow Dash greeted. "What are you two up to?"
"Oh, hey girls," Starlight said. "Sunset and I thought of making our own magic dare game."
"We call it the Magic Star Ball," Sunset added.
"Oh, I get it," Pinkie Pie thought. "It's just like those fortune-telling 8 balls. But it tells dares magically."
"Exactly," Sunset said. "When you tell it that you dare somepony, it'll choose what they've been dared to do."
"Like be dared to turned into a different animal," Rarity asked.
"Yes," Starlight answered. "But we haven't got quite right yet. Because it causes more effect to the dare. Our Trixie tested on herself."
Pony Trixie came in, who's been turned into a snake and said, "I was dared to become a snake, which I would call myself Snaxie. Plus, it also did it to other me."
"But, with the ability to switch to a snake person," Human Trixie added. She came in as a snake person, which is called a naga or lamia. "But this form seems better than a dragtaur."
"And another side effect is," Sunset explains. "Whenever you touch me and Starlight, we turn into your arms."
"What do you mean 'into her arms'," Applejack asked.
"Kinda like this," Naga Snaxie replied. She placed her hands on Sunset and Starlight, and they magically get absorbed into her arms. Turning them into snake arms. "Not really a good idea for me either."
"But it could become useful sometime," Sunsnake said.
"And maybe try later if we switch positions," Snakelight added.
"What about the human us," Rainbow Dash asked. "How did it go for them for getting these messed up dares?"
The three magic friends had their thought about the Human Six using the ball.
*FLASHBACK*
Human Fluttershy's dare was "Become A Bird Person," which turns her into an anthro duck. Her dare worked on the other girls as well, turning each of them into anthro birds. Sci-Twi her crane form, Rainbow Dash a roadrunner, Rarity a swan, Applejack a woodpecker, Pinkie Pie a booby bird, Trixie a blue jay, Starlight a goose and Sunset a robin.
Rarity's dare was "Become A Rubberroo," changing her Kanga Rare form into rubber. She can stretch her body and inflate. Unfortunately, her dare messed up and changed the rubber into slime, making her a slimeroo.
Applejack's dare was "Wear Your Apple Costume Until Noon." She was magically dressed in her apple costume, but it changed differently that it was up to her neck and no arm holes.
Pinkie Pie's dare was "Have Candy Magic," which gave her the ability to magically turn things she touches into candy. But it also turned her into a chocolate bunny.
Rainbow Dash's dare was "Become More Nicer," turning her into Love Dash. It changed her personality to be happier and love a lot. Her body color was shaded in a deep rose color with pink and red coloration for her other details and shades of purple for her eyes. Sunset was uncomfortable and decided to tie her up until the dare was over.
Lastly for Sci-Twi's dare, "Become One with Pony Twilight." This made her merge with Princess Twilight and can change into different fusions. From human/pony, dragon/pony until getting to a two-headed dragon.
*END OF FLASHBACK*
"Maybe let them explain," Sunset said as she and Starlight revert back.
"But I'm sure we have it working fine now," Sunset added. "If any of you like to try."
The Pony Five started thinking about who would like to try the Magic Ball.
Choose Pony Fluttershy
Pony Fluttershy decided to give the Magic Ball a try. As she touches it, the star changes to her as it tells her what her dare is.
"Become like Rainbow Dash," she reads.
"Sounds to me you'll get my mad skills," Rainbow comments.
Suddenly, Fluttershy's color and hair style changes to Rainbow Dash's, turning her into Flutterdash. Even the butterflies of her cutie make have streaks of red, yellow and blue.
"How do you feel, Flutterdash," Sunset asked.
"I feel awesome as Rainbow," Flutterdash said with Rainbow's personality.
"Feel like take your speed for a test run," Rainbow Dash asked.
"You're on," Flutterdash replied.
The two pegasi friends took off to the sky. They flew together doing aerial stunts even Flutterdash was able to do a sonic rainboom. Rainbow Dash feels like her speed was slowing down.
"Why do I feel like this too fast for me," she said acting nervous.
"What do you mean," Flutterdash asked. "You're never feel-- Uh-Oh."
They realize that Rainbow Dash was changing her to be like Fluttershy. Changing her color and hair style with a rainbow-colored butterfly cutie mark. She is now Rainbow Shy.
"Oh, my," she said with Fluttershy's personality. "Now, I've become like you."
"I think you look cute as me," Flutterdash comment.
"You think so," Rainbow Shy asked.
"Sure," Flutterdash replied. "It can't be this bad."
Suddenly, human Rainbow Dash appeared, who is still Love Dash and escaped from her restraints. She changes to her dragon form and says, "How would you like a big hug from me?"
"Thanks," Flutterdash said. "But no thanks."
Love Dash catches Rainbow Shy, who actually enjoys her hug.
Choose Pony Rainbow Dash
Pony Rainbow Dash gets a dare from the Magic Ball, which reads "Have Butterfly Wings."
"Butterfly wings," she asked surprisingly. "Can't it pick a new dare?"
"Sorry," Sunset said. "That's the rule: One dare per turn until it's over."
"But it won't be that long," Starlight added.
Rainbow Dash's wings changed into butterfly wings with a red, yellow and blue pattern.
"Now those are much more beautiful than the ones I had," Rarity comments.
"But don't ask about wanting them back," Applejack said.
"Heh-Heh," Rarity laughed nervously about the reminder of the incident with her wings.
"Wait," Rainbow Dash said. "I feel something else happening."
She has antennas sprouting from her head and there what a flash of light. She finds herself transformed into a butterfly pony.
"Now you look so much cuter," Fluttershy commented.
"I knew this would happen," Rainbow Dash said. "Makes my look like a changeling but different." She suddenly gets a thought and stands by a wall. Her body was changing color as her new form was giving her the ability to camouflage. "Now I can be good a hiding and sneaking." She realized her voice was becoming high-pitched and she shrinks down insect sized. "Aw, come on!"
"But you do remind us of the breezies," Rarity said.
"I guess I could enjoy this," Rainbow Dash replied. "If this voice doesn't keep me talking funny."
Everypony shares a laugh.
Choose Pony Applejack
As pony Applejack gets her dare, the Magic Ball read, "Do Not Touch Apples Until Noon."
"No apple touching until noon," Applejack asked.
"That shouldn't be too hard for you," Rainbow Dash commented.
"Not as hard as trying to buck one and only one from a tree," Applejack replied.
"But what happens if you do," Pinkie Pie asked.
"It can't cause too much you," Sunset said.
"It won't be that bad," Applejack said. "I'm sure I can manage. But just to test what would happen." She touches an apple to test what the dare would do. What it did is that it causes the apple to dissolve into her body and her color changing red. Making her realize she is turning into an apple herself.
"The more apple you touch," Starlight said. "The more you turn into on."
"I'm sure I can handle myself," Applejack reassured. "It's just an hour until noon."
FIFTY-FIVE MINUTES LATER
Applejack's apple transformation had fully taken over as she was laying in her orchard. Sunset and Starlight stopped by to check on her.
"For the record," she explained. "I didn't even touch any. It was happening on its own from that first one."
"It does give a new meaning to 'you are what you eat,'" human Applejack said nearby. She was still in her apple costume with no arm holes.
"Well at least time's a few minutes up for you two," Sunset said.
Applejack tries to stand up, but her costume was putting her off balance. Causing her to fall over Pony Applejack. Suddenly, she became fuse into her costume.
"I guess apple costumes would count as well," Pony Applejack said.
In Equestria, The Pony Six were having a Power Pony Day at the School of Friendship, where they and the students would dress up as Power Ponies. Most of them are dressed up the originals and some are dressed up as their own they made up.
"Happy Power Pony Day, students," Princess Twilight said on the P.A system. "Today we planned this special day for everypony to dress up as the Power Ponies to enjoy. We've noticed most of you have different costumes because that's part of our special event. By the end of the day, we will have a contest where students will make up their own Power Pony and vote for whoever they like the most. During the contest, I have a spell that will grant the new Power Ponies real superpowers. The winner will have their new hero added to the new Power Ponies comic book. So, turn in your ballots to vote for your favorite and have a nice day, Power Students!"
"Being in a comic book sounds amazing," Patty Peppermint commented.
"But do you know who I think should win," Berry Bliss asked. "One of Sandbar's friends."
"I think so too," Citrine Spark replied. "It would be more amazing if a non-pony hero would team up with the Power Ponies. I vote for Silverstream."
"Smolder," Patty Peppermint added.
"I'll try Gallus," Berry Bliss said.
In the teachers' lounge, Sunset Shimmer was with the Pony Six as they were waiting for the Human Six, who even have their own superhero egos of their own.
"I'm glad you girls came to join this day, Sunset," Princess Twilight said.
"Thanks, Twilight," Sunset replied. "You know, when you talked about getting sucked into an enchanted comic book, I didn't know they actually sell those either."
"And I know next time to check them," Dragon Spike said.
"So, what are their made-up heroes are going to be," Pony Rainbow Dash asked.
"We'll show you in a minute," Sunset replied. "Right now, they want to see the original Power Pony costumes would look in their animal forms."
As the Human Six came in as their animal forms, they were dressed as Sunset said. Pony Sci-Twi as Masked Matter-Horn, Rainbow Dragon as Zapp, Kanga Rare as Radiance, Appledog as Mistress Mare-velous, Pinkie Cat as Fili-Second and Flutterduck as Saddle Rager.
"I think you girls make them more marvelous," Pony Rarity comment.
"Thanks," Kanga Rare replied. "But wait till you see our new hero names."
"I'll go first," Pinkie Cat said as she and the other girl switch back to humans. She went behind a wardrobe screen to dress up. She came out in a new superhero outfit. "Call me Pink Rubber. I have rubber powers to stretch my body and can morph into different objects or my appearance. Thanks again for the spell, Twilight. It really works."
"I have it casted on your suits," Princess Twilight said. "So, you can use your new powers with your geode powers."
"Double the power," Rainbow Dash commented. "Sounds awesome. Do your rubber powers come with balloon powers too?"
"Way ahead of you," Pink Rubber replied as she can inflate her body into a ball and then float like a balloon. "Oh. And watch this." She stretches over to Pony Pinkie and expands her body around her like a suit.
"Hey," Pony Pinkie said. "Now we're much closer together."
"I'm next," Applejack said as she changes into her new outfit, giving her new powers. "I'm Lasso Mane. I can use my hair as a lasso as it stretches long."
"Now, that's my kind of power," Pony Applejack comment.
"Almost like I made Mistress Mare-velous a lot better," Lasso Mane replied as she demonstrates her hair lasso by twirling it. "You're up, Fluttershy."
A whisp of yellow mist appears and takes the form of Fluttershy, who is demonstrating her new powers to convert her body into mist. "That gives me the name Yellow Misty. Not only I can turn into mist, but I can also use it to make me big."
"Like Saddle Rager without getting angry," Pony Fluttershy comment.
"Here I come," Rarity called in her new suit. "The Rare Switcheroo. Because I'm getting more used to being Kanga Rare, it gave me the idea. I can use my roo legs for super high jumps."
"But your real powers," Pony Rarity asked. "Is you can switch other heroes' powers?"
"Not exactly," Rare Switcheroo replied. "I can actually copy their powers for a short while."
"So, if any of us needs help and you can double team," Sunset comment.
"Does it work like this," Pink Rubber asked as she touches Rare Switcheroo. She can absorb Pink Rubber's powers and the diamonds of her cutie mark changes to her color.
"Yup," Rare Switcheroo said. "Just like that." Without warning, she stretches her legs up to the ceiling. "This could take some practice."
Pink Rubber stretches up to her too and said, "Don't worry. You'll get the hang of it."
"Heads up," Rainbow Dash said as she jumps up from the screen in her new suit with rainbow wings. "I'm the Aurora Bird. My first choice was Color Bird, but this better."
"I think I get it," Pony Rainbow said. "Because you have different powers base on the rainbow colors."
"That's right," Aurora Bird replied. "And also..." She transforms into a real bird based on her suit.
"Now that's more awesome," Sunset comment. "But what are your other powers?"
"When I change into different colors," Aurora Bird explains and demonstrates. "Red gives me fire powers." She holds up a marshmallow on a stick, roasts it with fire breath and shares it to Pony Rainbow.
"That's totally hot," she comments.
Changing her color again, Aurora Bird said, "I have sound abilities with orange. Like echolocation, motion sensing and supersonic bird calls." She sends out a sonic screech to demonstrate, which sends Pink Rubber flying into the wall and bounces back to her. "Sorry."
"I didn't feel a thing," Pink Rubber replied. "Yellow next."
Changing to yellow, Aurora Bird started glowing. "Yellow for lightning and shine in darkness," she said. "Going green for nature powers." She demonstrates by making an apple tree grow. "Blue turns me into water." As said, she can also travel through any water source. "And last, purple makes me a good hider." She turns invisible.
"Amazing power," Princess Twilight said. "But what about other colors like black or white?"
"Not sure yet" Aurora Bird replied. "But I do know that white gives me ice and full rainbow connects me to each of you."
As she goes full rainbow color, her eyes started glowing and flies through the wall like she's a ghost. Suddenly, Sunset and the rest of the Human Six's eyes were glowing too. They find themselves outside the school, floating in mid-air over the water with Aurora Bird's reflection.
"She can allow to see what she sees," Sci-Twi said. "That's amazing!"
Aurora Bird flies back inside and said, "That's only the half of it." Her eyes flashes purple and suddenly Sci-Twi turned into a bird like her too. "So, we can all take our powers to new heights." She powers down, allowing Sci-Twi to change back.
"That'll come in handy," she said. "Now it my turn." She dresses up in her new suit. "Call me Time Star."
"That would mean you have time powers," Princess Twilight said.
"That's right," Time Star replied. "How they work is that I control the time around anyone or anything I aim at."
Suddenly, there was a loud smash. They see it was Puppy Spike, who accidentally knocked over a pedestal and smashed a bust. "I'm so sorry," he said. "I was practicing my fire breath when suddenly I teleported myself in here."
"That's ok, Spike," Time Star reassured. "I was about to test my time powers anyway."
She uses her new powers and reverses the damage her Spike made. Whatever time power she uses, a symbol is shown like the rewind symbol.
"Now you can clean mess so quickly," Puppy Spike replied.
"Of course, you know what other time powers there are," Time Star said. "Slow motion, pause and not only can fast forward stuff, but I can also send myself forward by a few moments." She disappears as the fast forward symbol is shown and reappears next to Princess Twilight. "Like super speed or teleporting where I'm always ahead of the action."
"You girls all have amazing powers," Princess Twilight comment.
"And thanks for making us suits too," Pony Applejack added dressing as Mistress Mare-velous. "But just not to get confused, we'll be the original Power Ponies."
"Good thinking, y'all," Lasso Mane said. "But what about you, Sunset?"
"I'll show you at the fashion show," Sunset explains. "Something I'm planning with Starlight and Pony Trixie."
Later, the contest was being hosted at the theater, where the Human Six and students show their suits and power in a fashion show. The Pony Six, dressed as the original Power Ponies, are judges while the Spikes sit together with Sandbar, Ocellus, and Yona.
"I forgot to show who I am as their sidekick," Puppy Spike said. "I was thinking Second Hand, because my Twilight is a time hero. With her powers, we both share an ability that we see into the future. Forsee what will happen next."
"Very cleaver," Dragon Spike comment. "And what did the three of you think of them?"
"Yona liked Lasso Mane," she replied.
"The Rare Switcheroo is like what we changelings can do," Ocellus comment. "Except we don't copy powers by touching."
"Yellow Misty has powers compared to mine," Sandbar said. "In case you missed our performances, I'm called Sandstorm with sand powers."
"Blue Stinger," Ocellus explains. "But this stinger is not harmful, I have to power to put others to sleep. Even with pollen I can sprinkle from my hooves."
"Yona called Steel Yak," she said. "And Steel Yak becomes metal and wrecking ball."
"And wait until you see the other three," Sandstorm said. "They're up after Sunset."
"And for the last three ponies," Masked Matter-Horn announced. "They're a trio of unicorns who call themselves the Freedom Three. First up, a pony who has the power to travel by shadow is Starlight Glimmer as Shadow Horn."
Starlight Glimmer appears on stage coming using her shadow powers and said, "Next is who can project holographic illusions and can conjure any object if need. Trixie as the Masked Magician."
Pony Trixie, as her new ego, walks on stage and a second Trixie appears by Starlight. It wasn't Human Trixie, but a hologram of herself. "And for the leader," she said. "With the power to generate heat. Sunset Shimmer as the Lavacorn."
On cue, Sunset appears as her new hero and demonstrates her heat powers by melting a metal block with her hooves into a sculpture of her cutie mark. She and her team take a bow as the audience applauded.
Masked Matter-Horn flies up on stage and makes her announcement, "And now for our contest. We have seen such amazing new heroes our students have come up with and you have turned in you votes of your favorites. According to your ballots, a lot of you have been voting for the creature students. Suggesting that the Power Ponies would ally with a non-pony hero, like a changeling hero or yak hero." She was referring to Blue Stinger and Steel Yak as they give a wave. "We have a top three that almost became a tie." There are silhouettes of Smolder, Gallus and Silverstream, who are behind the curtains.
"Glad it wasn't," Gallus whispered to his friends.
"Me too," Silverstream added. "Good luck to you guys."
"May the best hero wins," Smolder replied.
Masked Matter-Horn presents a large box and explains, "The comic writers have sent us a supply of the new comic with the winning hero added, who will be revealed."
The top three get excited as she opens the box to reveal the winner.
Choose Smolder
Masked Matter-Horn tallies the votes to match the cover of the comic.
"And the winner and new ally of the Power Ponies," she announced. "Smolder as Fire Ruby!"
Smolder flies out of the curtains as her new superhero ego. "Named after my favorite jewel," she explains. "One of my abilities makes me fireproof. Meaning I can attract and absorb any fire attack. Spike, hit me with yours."
Dragon Spike is surprised by this request as he said, "Um, ok." Taking a deep breath, he breathes his fire breath at Fire Ruby. Suddenly, his fire gets absorbed into her body, completely unharmed. "That's so cool!"
"But that's not all," Fire Ruby said. "My real power is this." She breathes a special fire breath, which allows her to breathe jewels.
"Something me and Twilight have too," Shadow Horn comment. "You can use that to trap and capture you enemies."
"Just a quick question," Dragon Spike said. "Are the rubies on your suit supposed to look like hearts?"
"I asked Miss Rarity if she had any," Fire Ruby explain. "And the only one she had, and duplicated was one you gave her."
"Indeed," Radiance replied. "Thought maybe she'd like one from you too. Showing how generous you were to me."
"Good for you," Fire Ruby said as she gives him a pat on the back. Too hard that he accidentally shoots a fire ball at Radiance. Luckly, it gets absorbed by her fire ruby, completely unharmed. "Sorry."
"That alright," Radiance replied. "I guess the real fire rubies do have the same ability."
"Now I'm gladder to give it to you," Dragon Spike added.
Choose Gallus
Tallying the votes, Masked Matter-Horn announced, "It sounds to me the winner is a team leader to his. Gallus as Captain Arrow-Wing."
Gallus presents himself to the audience as his new superhero ego. "I guess my name gives away what my powers are," he said.
"Because you can turn the feathers of your wings into arrows," Zapp asked.
"And they have special abilities," Captain Arrow-Wing added. He demonstrates by summoning an arrow from his wings and shoots a target from his gloves, which have a retractable bow. The arrow vanishes as the target gets covers in a blue spreading. "Net arrows. Creates an expandable net that traps anything they hit, immobilizing them. Completely harmless." He rips a piece of the net off the target. "As it peels right off."
"At least they don't turn make statues out of ponies," Fili-Second comment.
"Thought maybe if you can shoot arrows from your wings," Zapp added.
"Exactly," he replied. He fires more arrow from his wings and hits the wall. Just then, they magically open an instant hole until it closes again. "The hidden bow is for sniping. Also, something Applejack's character can do."
"Psychic connection like my lasso," Mistress Mare-velous asked.
"By doing this." he added as he makes an eagle call. This summons a flying arrow from his head feathers. He makes it fly around the audience until he lands it on the judges' table.
"Amazing powers you have," Masked Matter-Horn said.
"Can I keep this arrow," Fili-Second asked about the flying arrow.
But too late, Fili-Second touched the arrow on the table, and it disappeared into her body. Turning her into a clock.
"Didn't mean for that to happen," he said.
"No problem," Masked Matter-Horn reassured. "I guess this transformation magic is getting popular."
"I would say it needs a time out," Pinkie Clock humored.
They shared a laugh about it.
Choose Silverstream
Tallying the votes, Masked Matter-Horn announced, "The winning new hero and ally is Silverstream as Waterspout."
As her new ego, Silverstream flies out of the curtains using a small tornado around her. Allowing her to fly without her wings.
"That means you have wind powers," Saddle Rager comments.
"That's right," Waterspout replied. "I still use my wing because the twister makes my dizzy. Keeps me more stable. But the wind powers are used for my hippogriff form."
"And when you're a seapony," Fili-Second asked.
Waterspout changes into her seapony form and hovers with an actual waterspout. "Same thing with water," she explains. "Even create whirlpools."
"I'm surprised how that's keeping your hydrated," Shadow Horn said recalling how she was seapony with special gills.
"Well, of course, it's a twister with water," Waterspout replied as she switches back.
"I could've used those powers when I had trouble with Lightning Dust," Zapp said.
"Me, too," Scootaloo agreed from the audience.
"We've also learned how most of our powers can combined with hers," Sandstorm explains.
He demonstrates by sending sand from his hooves and into her tornado, creating a dust devil. She sends it to a target, burying it in a pile of sand.
"Power combo," Lavacorn replied. "I'm impressed."
"But we're still helping her working on that," Blue Stinger said.
"Like making a sleepnado may be too effective," Waterspout added.
"Well, I'm sure it'll give ponies a good nap when they can't sleep," Fili-Second said as she wraps her hoof around her. But Blue Stinger's pollen gets on her, putting her to sleep.
"And I need to work on this too," Blue Stinger comment.
