Sunny finds some interesting games on the internet and decides to play them.

Sunny decides to play some games about Twilight Sparkle and her friends, which she found buried deep within a realm called 'the internet'. Takes place sometime after the movie.

A story dedicated to what drew me to MLP- the creepypasta games.

Sunny Plays Luna Game 4

View Online

"This does seem rather interesting. I mean, a game with THE PRINCESS OF THE NIGHT! Whoever made this must be quite talented. Too bad that pony never said who they were. Oh, wait...there's a whole flood of them! Luna Game 1,2,3,4,End,0, and then there's 5 and X, and there's Luna Game Reformed series, it's difficult to choose which one I should play first!" said Sunny excitedly, looking at all the games abut Princess Luna on this site called Old Equestria Games. "Pipp did a super amazing thing telling me about this site!"

"Okay, I'll just close my eyes and click on any of these download links to see which one I download," she said to herself. She closed her eye, placed her hoof on the mouse and moved it to a random spot and clicked. She opened her eyes to see what she got.

Luna Game 4.

"This is going to be awesome!"she said extracting the game from the downloaded zip file.

An icon of Princess Luna appeared on her desktop. She clicked on it five times, due to not being able to hold back her excitement. The game started on a nice grassy meadow. Sunny then used the arrow keys to move the moon princess forward. The happiness on her face about controlling a princess was even more than the time she restored magic. As she went further, she was surprised to find out it was a cliff and not a meadow as she thought.

"Huh, what happens if you jump down? There's probably ground down there. I can't see it, but what's the harm in trying?" Saying this, she made Princess Luna jump down and then,

SPLAT.

A message then appeared.

"You've met with a terrible fate, haven't you?" Sunny read the message, confusion evident in her voice. The game then just closed on it's own.

"What just happened?" Sunny said to herself. "Why did it close? Did I press some kind of invisible exit button with that fall? How could this happen?"

She tried to reopen the game, but it just didn't work. The game didn't reopen. This was now confusing and scaring the mare. Of course she didn't want to break the game.

And then, unexpectedly, the screen want blank.

"Maybe the game is restarting,"she said to herself.

But instead of the platforms, another message popped up.

"It didn't have to turn out like this...You didn't have to die..."

"What the hay is happening?" she screamed. The simple little game was now turning into a nightmare. "Okay girl, calm down, it's just a game, how bad could it be?" And then,

ROAR!
BUT NOW YOU'RE IN MY WORLD!

"W-w-what just happened? W-was this part of the game? Or d-did I screw up the game? And what's happened to Luna? W-why is she falling into this h-hell thingy?"she screamed. Her heart was racing faster than Rainbow Dash's flying.

Before she had any time to think, some kind of darkness came from behind. Sunny did not know what to do. She just pressed the right key. The darkness was closing in, making it difficult for Sunny to see what was ahead. Sometimes there were gaps in the platforms, in one of which Sunny almost fell in. Then soon, Luna was lost in the darkness, with the darkness covering the screen eventually. Nothing happened. On the pitch black screen, her reflection was seen, her face was clearly seen to be covered in sweat.

And then,

Some kind of unreadable text started to glitch out, sending a chill down Sunny's spine.

"This obviously isn't Ponish... it's so unreadable, I can't tell what language it is! And the way it's moving...creepy..." she said to herself.

And then, Luna reappeared, and some kind of glitchy blocks appeared around and below her. They were changing their appearance, on their own. "What the hay are these things, and why are they changing their appearance! I-i didn't do anything! I have nothing to do with it? Did I break the game?" she said, sounding quite scared.

She went right anyways. This game was out of her understanding, especially in this 'phantom zone'.

Slowly, as he moved Luna forward, the screen began to flicker. It sent Sunny's heart racing. Eventually he came across a wall which was impossible to jump over, so she headed for the higher platforms. Again that glitchy text appeared, but this was a little different, or maybe it wasn't. Her head could've exploded if she sat to figure it out.

Screen flickering, Luna prone to falling, heart racing, sweat dripping. Sunny had such a mix of fearful feelings that she wanted to quit the game. But there was no exit button. She pressed escape, but it didn't work. "My escape key was working fine till yesterday,, did I break it? Or did the game break it? What is this?" she said, even faster than Pinkie Pie ever could.

She then jumped over a nearly impossible-to-jump-over pillar, and the creepy glitchy text reappeared. She tried to run away form it. Then for a split second, she saw a flat maned pink pony.

"Huh, Pinkie Pie, was it?" he said to herself.

She then made Luna go away from the higher platforms. She jumped down, onto the platforms she began with, and then suddenly darkness started to chase her like the previous stage.

"Run, Luna, run!" Sunny said, trying to save Luna from her doom.

Again, some glitchy text appeared, but Sunny ignored it this time. Anything to save the moon princess from possible doom. She stumbled upon the tall pillar (or wall was it?), and then, the flat maned Pinkie appeared.

And then,

The screen went blank. Again.

"I-is the nightmare over?"she asked herself. "I guess it is."

Turns out she was wrong.

Suddenly, another image of a flat-maned Pinkie started to fade in. But the only thing which was quite visible was her eye, which was oddly looking at her. Her other eye was looking somewhere else, not like Derpy's, though. "What kind of world does this Pinkie come from! The Pinkie I know isn't-"
And then there was static, and the picture suddenly turned bloody, and back to how it was again. This made Sunny's heart almost pop out her chest. "CELESTIA SAVE ME!"she screamed at the top of her voice. The game then closed.

'Is the nightmare over this time?" she asked herself.

"Probably... or maybe not..." her inner voice told her.

"I'll check for myself. Task manager to the rescue!" Sunny said to herself.

She checked the task manager, and the game was closed. She opened the game again to be more sure, but the game said,

"Your fate has already been sealed"

and then closed itself.

"Whoever made this, MUST have terrified ponies of their time...I mean, my heart is still racing faster than Rainbow Dash!" Sunny said to herself. "Anyway, I better play some other game to get my mind off of this one."

She started to look for another game. She found one- Dreamy Rainbow. It was a series of three games.

"I'll play one of them." she said to herself.

Sunny Plays Dreamy Rainbow 3

View Online

"There's three Dreamy Rainbow games, and they're made by... somepony called PokeGamer2011... at least this pony told the world that they're behind the particular game..." Sunny said to herself, looking at the column with the canon games. "And this column is about 4 and 5. They're fanmade, so I'll play them later."

"This one's about Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie...hope it's not the Pinkie Pie with the flat mane..." she said to herself. Even the thought of the flat maned Pinkie sent her heart racing.

She downloaded the zip file, extracted the game from the zip file and clicked on the icon that appeared on her desktop. The game was opened in a minimized window, and showed Twilight and the others near the Grand Galloping Gala. She was given control of Rainbow Dash. The bile which had risen in her stomach while playing Luna Game 4 slowly went down after seeing Twilight and her friends in a happy setting like the gala that used to be held millennia ago. She could talk to Twilight, and she'd something about Pinkie, who wasn't there. Nothing else happened. She closed the game in frustration.

"Were all the games in Old Equestria like this? Scary and pointless? Sunny said angrily. Fear was now replaced with frustration. She tried 16 times, but it was of no use.

Sunny then went back to the website. There it said, the game needed to be played at night, or at least the clock timing needs to be set to night.

"This is giving me a...bad...feeling..."Sunny mumbled to herself as she set her computer's timing to 10:30. "Who knows what is in store? Let's hope not the flat maned scary-derped Pinkie with the bloody eyes." Even the thought of it gave Sunny goosebumps.

She opened the game. It again began at the gala, and she was given control of Rainbow Dash. The setting was happy, and Sunny moved Rainbow around, in hopes that she might be able to go into the gala, when...

An image of Pinkie Pie with bleeding, glowing eyes popped up and jarred itself around.

"I-i knew it! Something's gonna happen! And it's Pinkie Pie again! Why would ponies want to corrupt one of the greatest ponies who ever lived!" Sunny screamed.

After this flash, Rainbow Dash appeared in a black area, and within the next second of moving, the Pinkie Pie popped back up again.

Sunny took control of Rainbow again, but now her eyes seemed half closed. "Perhaps she's scared," Sunny said in a shaky voice. The same thing happened once again.

Sunny moved Rainbow Dash further, and some kind of monster started t come from behind. She tried her best to avoid it, but it didn't work. Again, the Pinkie Pie picture popped up. After the Pinkie, another image popped up, but it was quite dark. On close inspection, Sunny found out that it was...Twilight. Twilight Sparkle.

"Why! Why did the game have to corrupt Princess Twilight! Just why did this pony even think of it!" Sunny screamed, fear now replaced by anger. If anypony does something bad with Princess Twilight, then Sunny is a force to be reckoned with.

After this flash, Sunny was controlling Rainbow Dash in some kind of shadowy area. Shadows formed the platforms, which made them extra creepy. The eerie background music was adding insult to her injury. The bile in her stomach started to rise again. For a while, Sunny thought she was safe.

Not so much.

The monster came back...and Twilight Sparkle jumpscared Sunny right off her chair.

Sunny got up, and looked on the screen. Next to Rainbow Dash, Princess Luna was standing.

"Princess Luna! Maybe she's here to save Rainbow Dash! Maybe I found an easter egg! Or a good ending! Or an easter egg that leads to a good ending! Or the good ending that could be found by an easter egg!" Sunny said in a single breath.

But, no.

Princess Luna just trotted away, and then disappeared. A few seconds later, a normal-okay, not that normal Pinkie appeared behind Dash, covered in blood. And then the game flashed, in big letters,

END.

which got creepily crossed out by the word 'no' in a bloody red colour. A drop of sweat dropped down from Sunny's forehead onto her hoof, which scared her. The game then closed itself.

"If i-it said end, a-and then, n-no, then is the game s-still op-pen?" Sunny asked herself.

And then,

The cursor started to move on it's own! It moved crazily for a little time. All Sunny could do was watch on in horror.

"May-maybe it's a p-part of th-the game?"Sunny asked herself. "I need to check after my mouse stops moving."

Again, task manager to the rescue. Nope, the game was closed. Sunny gave out a sigh of relief.

Sunny took a look at her desktop. Everything was fine, except one mysterious text file which she was sure didn't exist a few minutes ago. It was called, "She is coming, Sunny".

"H-how the hay d-did it know my n-name?" Sunny mumbled to herself. She opened the text file, and it read,

[She WILL find you...]

[She is coming...]

[Your end is near...]

Sunny got scared and with her hoof, she tried to grab her mouse. However, in this, she accidentally pressed the control and v keys, and some more text appeared.

She will get you... Soon...

Not knowing that she accidentally pressed the paste keys which caused the text to appear, Sunny thought that the text appeared on it's own, freaking her out.

"THIS GAME IS HAUNTED!" Sunny screamed, and ran out of the room.

A few hours later, after calming herself down, she came back to play some more games. This time, she chose the Flutter Island Duology.

Sunny Plays Flutter Island 1

View Online

Flutter Island 1 was her choice.

"Flutter Island is about.. Fluttershy and Apple Bloom. Hopefully no insane Pinkie Pie." Sunny said to herself. "There's Flutter Island 1 and 2, and a prequel that's called Apples Everywhere. All of them look quite interesting, but let's first play Flutter Island 1."

Once again, she downloaded the file and extracted the game, and opened it.

The setting was very Fluttershy-appropriate,complete with the background music but the sprite glitched a bit at the start. Sunny held the shift key to sprint as instructed. Fluttershy fell down, as Sunny did not know the flying control.

"Screamer? Where are you? You can pop up now!" Sunny said, levitating her headphones off. But the screamer didn't happen. Sunny pressed the up arrow key, thinking it could trigger the screamer, but to her surprise, Fluttershy flew up. She took Fluttershy to the edge of the screen.

The music changed, but it was still cheery as the previous. And now, Fluttershy could fly. Sunny saw some coins in the clouds.

"Maybe this is a collect-a-thon platformer," Sunny said to herself.

Touching the coins made a quick, pleasant sound. Sunny started to collect the coins, and bobbing her head to the music. There were three coin at a particular spot, but the last spot had five. Sunny ignored the warning sign and went on to collect them, bobbing her head to the music.

One, two, three, four, five, and...

A screamer of Apple Bloom smiling maliciously in the shadows jumpscared Sunny right off her chair.

Sunny got up, an at back up. The cheerful music was now replaced by a broken music box theme. And then the game started to say something.

"You're here..." Sunny started to read.
"You're finally here!"
"I'm trapped"
"And so very lonely"
"Won't you..."
"Join me?!?!"

Because the text wasn't creepy enough, the next stage was in a shadowy maze. Sunny moved Fluttershy wherever the maze took them. Soon they reached a giant drop.

" What could be down there? Am I gonna run into Apple Bloom? Or Pinkie Pie? Or both? Guess I'll have to check that by myself..." Sunny said. Her heartbeats started to get faster.

Fluttershy landed safely onto a platform, but there was no option to go ahead. She could only drop down another hole.

"Here it goes..." Sunny said. She closed her eyes and dropped down the hole.

Now, the background turned a blood red. The shadows made the setting even creepier. But Sunny didn't care. She moved Fluttershy right. A normal looking Apple Bloom came in front of her. When she and Fluttershy touched, Bloomie disappeared. Sunny moved Fluttershy even further. The music stopped. Fluttershy was now in a different maze.

"What was the worst that could happen? She'd run into Apple Bloom, and get killed," Sunny said to herself.

Then there was a loud boom, and the music box theme started to play, but now it was faster, and screams could be heard too. Worst of all, Apple Bloom started to chase Fluttershy.

"Okay, THAT'S the worst that could happen!" Sunny screamed.

She made Fluttershy go right as fast as possible. She knew touching this killer Apple Bloom is doom for Flutters. After a certain, she ran into a dead end. Apple Bloom came from behind, but fell down into a hole that appeared out of nowhere. The music also stopped

"Is the hole safe? Perhaps not, but I can handle anything whatever the game throws at me." Sunny said to herself, and made Fluttershy jump down.

Fluttershy fell down the pipe-like hole, and then the screen went blank, and heartbeats were heard. Sunny was getting mildly tensed. Again text appeared.

"Why do you run?"
"Is this not fun for you?"
"This is so upsetting"

Now Fluttershy was in a room with a...black hole in the middle.

"What the hay is that? A black hole that will eat me up?" Sunny mumbled.

There was nothing in particular to do, so Sunny just pressed the keys randomly and listened to the music that was playing.

Few seconds later, the screen went blank again, and heartbeats began playing amidst the already playing creepy background music. Again text appeared. Sunny started to read it. It seemed to be a continuation of the previous.

"But that's okay"
"I'm sure you'll have a change of heart"
"And it's not like you can escape form me"
"After all..."

A jumpscare of Apple Bloom's faceless eye that said the last line-

I've got my eye on you!!!

But Sunny didn't react. The previous two games (and the start of this one) made her immune to jumpscares. She went to her desktop and checked if there were any new files. There weren't.

Sunny went back to the website, and chose the next game- The Spell.

Sunny Plays The Spell

View Online

“Sooo, The Spell is about Applejack and Princess Twilight. No sign of Insane Pinkie Pie, so this one seems safe,” Sunny said to herself, after reading the description of the game.

Sunny opened the downloaded game. There was some nice music, and the setting was country-themed, but surprisingly the trees were coniferous.

“I expected apple trees,” Sunny said to herself. “Good thing Applejack isn’t around. She definitely wouldn’t have liked a world without apple trees.”

Sunny controlled Applejack in this country setting, where she jumped over logs and passed by trees, when all of a sudden,

Some kind of white arrow hit Applejack with a loud sound.

“Jumpscare, where are you?” Sunny said in a mocking tone. An image faded in, but it was too dark to see. But to her surprise, everything reverted back to normal the next second.

Perhaps this was a warning sign that something is coming, Sunny said to herself. And it did.

There was static again, and the game came back. But this time....

Applejack had black, bleeding eyes. The sky looked like the hell in Luna Game. The trees stood tall, but leafless. The satanic music completed the creepy atmosphere.

"Ha! I knew I won't be scared. Take that, game!" Sunny said proudly, as a drop of sweat fell down her forehead.

Now with nothing to do, the mare just moved the Element of Honesty right. That was what the game is about, right? Going right to your doom. Literally.

Not more than three seconds later, a pony with the same bleeding eyes dashed at Applejack, and there was static. Again.

Well, that was...something.... said Sunny, a bit short of breath.

Everything now came back to the country setting. Sunny moved Applejack , and she came across Apple Bloom.

"Is she gonna kill her sister like how she killed Fluttershy in the last game?" Sunny said flatly, looking at the face of the 'innocent' filly. Passing by Apple Bloom triggered the text, "Hi sis! How're you doing?" above her head.

Sunny moved Applejack further, and going there, everything turned black and white, including Applejack. Instead of a landscape, everything was platforms. The music gave out eerie vibes.

Navigating through the platforms was very easy. But after one point, the CD tray suddenly opened. Sunny thought she accidentally opened it. If you tell her the game did it, she would probably freak out.

Not a second had passed after the CD tray opened, when a message popped up. It said,

Nice room.

"C-can you s-see my room? I-i mean, it's pretty, you don't need to point that out!" Sunny said between nervous chuckles.

Going further, another message appeared.

R wants to meet you.

"R? You mean Rarity? Rainbow Dash? Who is this R?" Sunny asked herself.

Going further, the platforms became harder to cross. A little time later, Sunny saw an apple. She went to collect it.

And then there was static.

"WHY DOES THIS GAME LOVE STATIC SO MUCH??" Sunny screamed in anger. The blasting noise could make her deaf if she heard it once more.

What came next was even horrific.

Applejack was crying. Over Twilight's dead, slashed body.

"Princess Twilight! W-what happened? Why are you...dead? Not that I am scared or something," Sunny said, feeling the bile rise in her stomach. And for some reason, the game closed. There was a file called ‘R’ which was probably created by the game.

“I don’t know what it does, and I’m not opening it. Anything could happen.” Sunny said. “Not that I’m afraid of the outcome, but still...”

And then, the game opened again. Applejack was back in the hell-thing again, but now it had platforms. Sunny moved Applejack ahead, but the platforms were moving, like in the black-and-white stage. After a short while, a message appeared.

T.

"T? What does it want to say? Better remember this, it could be an easter egg," Sunny said, and moved Applejack further. Going further, the next letter came.

R.

"Maybe it's trying to spell something," the mare said. Applejack was moved further by Sunny when the next letter came.

U.

A few seconds later,

H.

Moving up, she saw Apple Bloom, but then, the black and red pony dashed at her again. Sunny quickly took off her headphones, because she knew what to expect.

Static.

After the static went away, Sunny saw what she believes is the most horrific thing in the universe. An image of Applejack made into fresh dinner. The game then closed. For real this time.

Two files appeared, with the name 'Sunny' and 'Dishonesty' respectively.

Sunny opened the one with her name, and it said,

[I have to find The Truth.]

[[THE END?]]

Then she opened the one named Dishonesty. It was the same Applejack-for-dinner image which she saw at the end of the game. The file called R contained the image of Applejack crying over Twilight's dead, slashed body.

“Enough, I guess...” Sunny said, looking around the room. She was alone, all alone in there. Or is somepony there? I see a shadow there....
