Snowfall Frost and the Hearth's Warming Plan

In an alternate world, Snowfall Frost returns and still doesn't understand the meaning of Hearth's Warming. Even if each of the spirits contacted her once, there was no way she would listen to them now. She's ready to say goodbye to another holiday.

What if Snowfall Frost never understood the meaning of Hearth's Warming and was destined to repeat her past mistakes as they were in a totally different timeline? We know that in the show, Snowfall Frost was contacted by the Spirit of Hearth's Warming Presents, the Spirit of Hearth's Warming Future, and the Spirit of Hearth's Warming Past, and it made her see just how wonderful the holidays are.

Chapter 1: Hearth's Warming? I Don't Know What That is

View Online

Snowfall Frost wandered around her pathetic, happy town. There were ponies celebrating, and ponies singing carols all around. How she wished for things to be done for the year, as she was already tired of the holiday itself.

"Hello, Miss Snowfall Frost!" said a Baker pony, "Why don't you join in on the fun? I made figgy pudding!"

"Can it, imbecile!" Snowfall Frost said, "How can you be so sure that's not poisoned?"

"Lighten up, it's Hearth's Warming!" the pony said.

Snowfall Frost glared icily at the Baker. It pained her to have to explain to him every year the nuisance that came with Hearth's Warming. So she snootily put up her nose and trotted off.

"How cold," the Baker remarked.

"Look at her as she trots away! That was unacceptable!" cried another pony in the town.

Snowfall Frost knew better than to react to those comments. It wasn't gonna get her anywhere in the first place and in second thought, she didn't care what others thought of her. So what if she hated Hearth's Warming? Isn't everypony entitled to their own opinion?

As she neared where she lived and worked, she spotted some fillies building a snowman as parents strung colourful lights across the houses in an attempt to be festive for the holiday season. It wasn't that she didn't understand Hearth's Warming. No, that definitely wasn't it, or so she thought.

Snowfall Frost opened the door.

"Hi, Snowfall Frost," Snow Dash said, "Happy Hearth's Warming!"

This made her angry. "All this Hearth's Warming nonsense! I can't stand it!" she shouted, getting the feeling of pulling her mane out root by root.

"Is something wrong?" Snow Dash asked, "I just thought you'd be happy for once since the holidays came around."

"That's exactly the reason," said Snowfall Frost, "I've had enough of these ponies and their so-called Hearth's Warming traditions! Nopony asked me why I hate the holiday, they never even dared. All they do is put on those annoying faces and wish me a happy holidays! But all that's gonna change! You'll see!"

"I don't see anything wrong with this time of year," Snow Dash said, "But if you want..."

"Keep working while I think of something to hold those ridiculous ponies," Snowfall Frost said, "I'll be in my study."

"Doing what? Counting money?" Snow Dash asked.

"No, you idiot! Trying to think of a way to stop all this madness!" Snowfall said impatiently.

So Snowfall Frost trotted to her study and sat down in her comfy office chair, beginning to count her money that was laid out across her desk.
"I have no idea what this holiday is supposed to mean," she said to herself, "Ponies singing annoying songs and hanging up bright lights. How is that supposed to be fun? Seizures are waiting to happen if you ask me."

As she continued to ponder, she realised that she was getting nowhere. She got up and decided that a trot around town would clear her mind - - even if she dreaded the thought.

So Snowfall Frost went to the coat rack and used her magic to grab her hat and coat.

"Going out to town, Snowfall Frost?" Snow Dash said while sweeping the floor in the den.

"Yes, I just need some fresh air," Snowfall said.

"OK. Take care," Snow Dash, "And Ha-!"

Snowfall Frost abruptly and curtly cut her off. "Don't say it!" she said menacingly, looking her in the eye with an icy glare, "Bah humbug!"

And she was off.

Chapter 2: A Clear Mind

View Online

It had been proven that fresh air clears a pony's mind and therefore helped them to think and plan clearly. But in Snowfall Frost's case, nothing seemed to change. As she trotted around town, she experienced the same issues that she was planning on getting rid of but she didn't know how she was gonna do it-- at least not yet.

Her understanding of Hearth's Warming didn't change in the slightest, still on the fixation on how she could get rid of the holiday. Then it hit her as she passed by the bookstore, where she saw a group of ponies singing carols. Snowfall gagged, which made everypony stare at her. But she didn't care if her views were a little different - - OK, she admitted it to herself - - a whole lot different than the townsponies in that small festive town.

Snowfall Frost trotted to the bookstore and opened the door with her magic. "Do you know where I can get something to destroy the holiday spirit in this blasted town?"

"You're asking the wrong pony," said the owner, who was a brown earth pony.

"If you don't have the answers, do you have any books on the subject?" Snowfall Frost said.

"Ma'am, I have no idea why you would want to do a thing like this," said the owner, "The holidays are all about spending time with friends and family. They aren't all about singing and putting lights on pine trees."

All Snowfall Frost could do was react. She didn't know what to say in response to that because she just couldn't find the words. Snowfall wanted to scream at the bookstore owner and tell him straight up that he was dead wrong and that's all the blasted ponies did in this pathetic waste of a town, and if he didn't understand, well, that's his bad.

So, Snowfall Frost slammed bits on the counter. "I'm gonna ask again," she said, this time her horn surging with magic, "Do you have any books on the subject?"

The bookstore owner pulled himself away in fear. He took the bits and led her over to the small section. In that section was A Hearth's Warming Tail and How the Grinch Stole Hearth's Warming in chapter book form. There was also one book that seemed like a how-to on creating the most disastrous Hearth's Warming. "Ch-choose from these. They're all yours, Snowfall Frost."

"Thank you. I'll take all of them," she said, "Each one should be enough research for me to come up with a way to erase the holiday as if it never happened."

"May I ask why you hate the holidays?" the owner asked.

Snowfall Frost picked up her books and raced out of the bookstore, grabbing her receipt. She couldn't let anypony know. If they knew, they'd start feeling sorry for her and treating her differently. Snowfall didn't need sympathy, no. What she needed was revenge and she hoped that this was the way to get back at her teacher from when she was a filly as well as all the happy ponies in town. If she wasn't enjoying every moment, why should they?

So, she entered her house with the three books in her hooves. Snowfall Frost immediately ran to her study and sat them down.

I don't think I've seen her so determined with a slight smile on her face in ages, Snow Dash thought. She shrugged and then got back to work.

Chapter 3: Researching for Days on End

View Online

That night, Snowfall Frost opened up every book and grabbed a few pieces of paper and a quill to take notes as she read.

Snow Dash, concerned, checked on Snowfall Frost as she was devoting so much time to research on how to destroy the holiday that it was unhealthy. But every time she peeked her head in, Snowfall Frost would wave her hoof in a dismissive manner.

"I'm busy," she would say, "You go do whatever you like but don't forget that you are forbidden to enter my office area while I'm hard at work."

Snow Dash, as always, didn't have a choice to not follow her commands. If she didn't, she would be fired and her family would not have enough money to live off of.

Several days passed and Snowfall Frost was still using the books as research. Throughout those rigorous days and nights, Snowfall did not get any sleep. Then again, this started to worry Snow Dash, but where was she going to get the money for a doctor if all her earnings just went straight to Snowfall, the huge money hoarder?

"All I've gotten is about stealing Hearth's Warming! Nothing about how!" Snowfall Frost groaned.

"May I be of some assistance?" Snow Dash asked.

"I don't need any gosh darn help!" Snowfall Frost said, "You wouldn't even know the first thing about destroying a holiday because you're just like the rest of this stupid town - you love Hearth's Warming and wish me a happy Hearth's Warming every day even if you know I hate it!"

"You don't have to be rude about it," Snow Dash said, "It's just that you've been cooped up in your study for quite some time without sleep. I'll leave you to it."

In her heart, Snowfall Frost felt terrible as she sunk down farther and farther in a place where she was pushing ponies away. She tried to reach out her hoof to Snow Dash to signal that she actually did need some help, but Snow Dash was already working on something around the house.

Snow Dash felt overworked without any pay to compensate and the way her boss treated her bogged her down too, but she kept pushing through because if she didn't have a place to work, she'd be in utter jeopardy. Every day her worry grew but she could not afford to get help for both her and Snowfall Frost, no matter how hard she tried.

Chapter 4: Sleep Tight, Snowfall Frost

Eventually that night, Snowfall Frost agreed to take a break from studying and was determined to come up with an idea by morning.

Seeing that Snowfall Frost was finished overjoyed Snow Dash.

"Don't get so excited," said Snowfall, putting up a strong magical forcefield to forbid anypony from entering her study, "I don't even know if I've even come up with an idea yet."

"You get some rest," Snow Dash said, "You need it."

"And so do you," Snowfall Frost said, giving her a warm smile before trotting off to her bedroom to go to bed.

When she finally reached her bedroom, she immediately changed into her nightgown and nightcap. Before crawling into bed, Snowfall Frost set her alarm for 8:45 A. M. so she could make up for lost sleep. Like Snow Dash said, she needed it. But she never considered it until now.

She was now coming to the realisation that maybe she had been too hard on Snow Dash, causing her to lay awake in bed. Snowfall Frost shook her head, trying to deny it, but the feeling kept coming back like it was haunting her. Snow Dash cared about her and they had a close relationship as not just worker and boss, but a toxic friendship. Snowfall Frost immediately convinced herself to not be such a pansy and drifted off to sleep.

Chapter 5: Erasing the Holiday

View Online

The next morning Snowfall Frost awoke determined. She excitedly got out of bed and raced into the main room. "It's finally the day!" she exclaimed, "Expect a whole holiday to be erased!"

"Are you sure you wanna do this?" Snow Dash asked.

"Of course," Snowfall replied, "Didn't you know that I've been preparing for this moment ever since I bought those books?"

Snow Dash nodded. "Yeah, um, of course," she said, immediately getting to work.

Just at that moment, Snowfall Frost felt three cold drafts of air move past her. Snowfall Frost looked around in a panic. "Did you feel that?"

Snow Dash shook her head. "Maybe it's just the wind."

"I felt something move past me!" said Snowfall Frost, "And you're telling me that you didn't feel it?"

"I'm sure it's nothing," Snow Dash replied, "Are you feeling OK, Boss?"

Immediately, Snowfall Frost caught herself. "Nothing, you cretin!" she said, turning her head, blushing, "Now go do what you're supposed to!"

"Yes ma'am," said Snow Dash.

Snowfall sighed. "Now I can focus."

She grabbed a cauldron with her magic and readied the potions she was gonna put in it. "Get ready to say goodbye to your precious holiday forever, Equestria!" she shouted, "Because you'll never see Hearth's Warming ever again, you pathetic imbeciles!"

Say Goodbye to the Holiday (MLP song) Lyrics

Happy Hearth's Warming
They say in the street
Happy Hearth's Warming
They think they're so sweet

Words said so often that they lack any meaning
Why should I join in when I could be intervening?
Everypony loves this cursed holiday
But would they be better off with it out of the way?
Well, OK!

Say goodbye to the holiday
With my magic, I'll erase it
The greatest gift that I give today
And everypony will have to face it
No more little games for you to play
After you say goodbye to the holiday

Goodbye, Hearth's Warming, you had a good run
Goodbye, Hearth's Warming, it's over, you're done
Finally set free from your forced celebrations
No need to reply to your trite invitations
Calendar shorter by a single day
Is my magic up to the test?
Time to see, I can't delay

Say goodbye to the holiday
Prepare the spell, no hesitation
All memory shall fade away
See Equestria's new transformation
No more shall anypony say

Happy Hearth's Warming!

After today!
After today...

Snowfall Frost cackled. "Yes! I've actually done it! Now let's see how those morons react now!"

Snow Dash, secretly watching the whole thing, gasped. She could feel the holiday spirit slowly seeping from her. No, it couldn't be. She glanced out the window and the ponies all over town were removing decorations with amnesia of why they even hung them up in the first place. Ponies trotted around town, no more singing or holiday cheer.

Snowfall Frost had successfully succeeded.

Chapter 6: Life Without Hearth's Warming

View Online

Snowfall Frost observed all around her. Not an inch of regret filled her soul. She wanted this - - how she's waited so dang long to do this and she finally got what she wanted.

The Holiday Takeover Lyrics

No more holiday season
Let's all rejoice without reason
It's finally over
The holiday takeover

How are you?
Honesty, I couldn't
Be better
With Hearth's Warming
Out of view

This day has been due
For centuries
Happy Hearth's Warming
And all the miseries
That came with it

I don't mean
To make enemies
I just want to end
These painful memories

Goodbye Hearth's Warming
Faded from view
All that brainstorming
Now you're all confirming
Goodbye Hearth's Warming
I hope nopony misses you
Because you know I'm not
One to

Snow Dash trotted into Snowfall Frost's study, but to her surprise, she wasn't dismissed like she normally would.

"Snow Dash, I have something to tell you," Snowfall Frost said, "It's something I've been hiding all these years."

"What's that?" Snow Dash asked.

Snowfall Frost was flustered. "I-I have a crush on you," she said.

"Oh," said Snow Dash said, "I don't know how to take that, but I'm glad you told me."

"So, do you like me back?" Snowfall Frost said, "All my life I feared rejection, but you can be honest. I'll try my best not to cry."

Snow Dash took Snowfall's hoof. "I do," she said, "I just have one question: Why do you treat me like crap?"

"That's not important!" Snowfall Frost said, "I just needed your confirmation, that's all!"

"OK then," said Snow Dash, "I'll be going. And I'm sorry I doubted you earlier."

"Please stay," Snowfall Frost said, "I know I haven't been the best to you, but I feel this feeling that Hearth's Warming is an important part in ponies' lives that I just don't see. But I don't care about that. It's a stupid holiday and I'm glad to have it gone. But you're saying that you don't doubt me for feeling something?"

"No, but may I ask what you felt back there?" Snow Dash asked.

"Don't push it," Snowfall Frost said, "I opened up to you enough. You don't need to know every little measly detail. Now go."

"If you say so," Snow Dash said.

As she flew over to the broom to do the daily cleaning, she couldn't help but realise something different about Snowfall Frost. Ever since the erasal of Hearth's Warming, she's turned into completely different pony I've never seen before, she thought, Gee, the way she doesn't wanna share sensitive information - - I mean, I totally get, but there's something about her that's cute. But I just can't put my hoof on what.

But every day grew into a depression for Snowfall Frost's small town and she didn't care to notice. It wasn't her fault that those stupid ponies were lost without a holiday equally as pathetic and she knew it, for she's stuck with that thought for years. Then she felt it again. The three cold drafts swooping past her.

It's probably those Wendigoes from Equestrian history, she thought, Of course those idiot creatures would try to feed off of my hate for Hearth's Warming.

But she was wrong. When she turned around, she saw three figures of ponies.

Oh no, Snowfall Frost thought.

It was the spirits.

Chapter 7: An Unwanted Encounter

"What are you doing here?" Snowfall Frost said, instantly recognising them, "Are you here to make my life a living nightmare?"

"No, it's not like that!" cried the spirits, "You've seem to forgotten the meaning of Hearth's Warming."

"Stupid Hearth's Warming. Just look outside! Everypony's much better without this stupid holiday!" Snowfall Frost said.

"That's where you're wrong," said the Spirit of Hearth's Warming Past, "Maybe you need to visit the past again to see what happened to lead up to today."

That was when Snowfall Frost had had enough. In a rage, she used her magic to try to erase them too, but it was no use. "Get the hay out of here! You will not manipulate me again!"

Snow Dash immediately rushed in. "What's going on in here?" she asked, "Is something the matter?"

Snowfall Frost sighed. She started getting all sweaty, but tried to brush it off the best she could as her face lit up a rosy red with blushing. "I just want you exorcise these demonic spirits so I can move on with my day." she said, finally gaining the confidence to talk to her.

"You mean the spirits of Hearth's Warming Past, Present, and Future?" Snow Dash said, "Why would I want to get rid of them? They're a delight to have around." She sighed. "If only you understood things like the rest of this town did! If only you paid attention to me and not so much to erasing a whole darn holiday!" Snow Dash, hurt, flew out of the room.

Snowfall Frost sat down in a nearby armchair and thought things over. If she couldn't get rid of the spirits herself then she would call somepony who could. But the thing is there was nopony she knew except Snow Dash, who loved her so. She couldn't bear to see her so upset, but she knew that this was how things should be.

Chapter 8: Snow Dash's Reflection

View Online

As Snowfall Frost continued to plot, Snow Dash spent what felt like the first time locked up in her room. She often thought if Snowfall really cared about her or if she was just using her for labour. Snow Dash was torn between the two options until she settled on one-- Snowfall Frost was indeed just treating her like a worthless slave and nothing like the pony that she is. But a part of her still denied it, for she kept loving her anyway.

Snow Dash's Reflection Lyrics

She thinks life's
All fun and games
Erasing the Holiday
Affecting everypony today
But no, I won't say any names

Evil, I think not
Though she shows it
Quite a lot
But I know there's something in there
Something in her heart
That I can tear out

Hear me shout
From the top of my lungs
Time has gone so fast
How long it has last
I don't know

But I wanna know
Can I make her see?
Can I help her let go?
Saying goodbye to the holiday
Doesn't do us any good
So just focus on fixing today

I love her so
But how to tell her
I can't just go up
And talk to her
How can I expect things to get better?
When whenever I'm around her
I'm a sweater

Oh when will she see
The mare in me
But better?

She's always ignoring me
Putting me off
Treating me like I'm not enough
Yet I, so stupid
Keep crawling back so clueless
Treating me like a slave
All the attention I've gave her
She just ignores
Wrapping me up
In a list of chores

When will she see
The mare in me
But better?

She just needs to notice me
Let her know we're meant to
Ask her to bring back the holiday
Though it'll be hard
I didn't say it'll be easy
No way
Because every time I get near you
I start to feel queasy

Who am I?
Who are you?
We both have more potential
Than what we want to
And I love you
That much is true
But it pains me to say
When will you see
When all you think about
Is saying goodbye to a stupid holiday?

Yes, when will you see
The mare in me
But better?

Chapter 9: Extermination and Exorcisation

View Online

"Now that we got that out of the way, time to find a way to get rid of you three," Snowfall Frost said, trotting over to her home library, "Good thing I have some books on the subject."

"Why would you wanna get rid of us? Like Snow Dash said, we're welcome here!" chirped the Spirit of Hearth's Warming Present.

"SHUT UP! I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING, BUT LEAVE HER OUT OF THIS!" Snowfall Frost shouted, "It's about getting rid of you once and for all so I don't have to deal with you annoying simpletons anymore!"

"What's a simpleton?" the Spirit of Hearth's Warming Present whispered.

"It means you're stupid," said the Spirit of Hearth's Warming Past and Future in unison.

"Oh!" she said, finally getting it, "We are not annoying or stupid! We're here to help you!"

Snowfall Frost ignored her comment and continued looking through her bookshelf. After a few minutes of searching, she used her magic to take it off the shelf and hover it over to the table by her armchair. "I've got it," she said, trotting over and sitting down.

But before she could continue, she heard a knock on the door. "Not right now. I'm busy," she said, dismissing whoever it was. She knew for a fact that it wasn't Snow Dash because she swore she had seen her run to and lock herself in her room, crying. Snowfall Frost sort of felt bad, but soon put it all behind her again. More important matters were at hoof now and she had to find the right chant to get rid of the three spirits.

That's when she found it. The spell. The chant. Snowfall's heart skipped a beat as if she were with Snow Dash at the moment. As Snowfall Frost recited the chant exactly as it was on the page, a blue light surrounded the Spirit of Hearth's Warming Present, the Spirit of Hearth's Warming Past, and the Spirit of Hearth's Warming Future.

Say Goodbye to the Holiday (Reprise) Lyrics

Snowfall Frost: Saying goodbye to the holiday
Now fills me with hesitation
Am I doing the right thing?
Snow Dash in devastation

No more little games
For me to play
When I say goodbye
To the spirits

She watched them disappear before her very eyes, though she knew they'd be back. But at that time, a realisation hit Snowfall hard. She didn't know what to do, but she had to go find Snow Dash. Things were getting out of hoof and she wanted to do something about it.

Snowfall's Reflection Lyrics

Happy Hearth's Warming
What have I done?
I was so caught up
In this run
That I didn't think
About the one

I can't face myself
This blame I place on myself
Is so real

I've been treating her badly
And this is what I get
Her pain is so real
I feel it too
This whole ordeal
Has gotten out of hoof
And I must do something
I just can't stand around
And do nothing

It's all my fault
And I'm to blame
I didn't pay attention
To how she felt
I was so selfish
Focused on my little game
That I lost control
All sense of reality
The effect of saying goodbye to the holiday
Was just in it for me

Oh what can I do
To make it up to you?
I love you
That much is true

I'm sorry
I wasn't the best
Acting instead of
Trying to take things off my chest

I did not consider how you felt
And that's on me
Yeah, that's on me
I neglected you, it's true
I made your heart melt
But the deal has been dealt

Every day
I can't face myself
After today
All this shame
Of playing the game

I love you
That much is true
Let's get the holiday back on track
I promise not to verbally attack
I'm over it
Let's reopen it

Together is the key
For the holiday
And you and me

Chapter 10: The Confrontation

View Online

Snowfall Frost ran to Snow Dash's room and knocked on the door.

"Go away," Snow Dash said.

Snowfall Frost sighed.

Bringing Back the Holiday Lyrics

Snowfall Frost: I know I haven't been
The best to you
But believe me
There's something we can do

So come out of your room
And enjoy Equestria around you
In all its gloom

Snow Dash: That's what I'm afraid of
I'll risk things happening
That I'm ashamed of
The state of Equestria
Is past its prime days
And I don't know any ways
That we can fix this

Snowfall Frost: Don't be afraid
I want to make a start
Of something new
Turn over a new leaf
And start anew
I'm aware of the trouble I've caused
Both this small town and you
And if you help me
I know what to do
To undo what has been done

If you come out
If you come with me
I can help you see

Snow Dash: Oh when will you see
The mare in me
But better?

Snowfall Frost: Right now
Let's focus on the task at hoof, though
So what do you say?
Are you ready to go?

Snow Dash (spoken): Yes.

Both: We're gonna bring back Hearth's Warming
Without breaking a sweat

Snow Dash: Well, not exactly
When I'm around you
I can't do that perfectly yet

Both: We're gonna bring back Hearth's Warming
And it's not gonna be an easy task
With our love for each other soaring
By the minute

Snowfall Frost: It's time to think about
What if we never said goodbye?
What if the holiday was always with us?
Yet I never understood why

But with you by my side
My views have changed
Drastically, it's true
But that doesn't matter
Because now I have holiday pride!

Say hello to Hearth's Warming
It's gonna make a comeback
Because you helped me see
The real reason of the holiday spirit
True love is it

Both: The real reason of the holiday spirit
True love is it

Snowfall Frost and Snow Dash kissed and then got to work.

Chapter 11: What's Damaged is Damaged, but What's Far from Mended Can be Mended

View Online

In the living room, Snowfall Frost grabbed her cauldron and the same spellbook she used to erase the holiday. Adjacent to her stood Snow Dash.

"So, how do we start?"she asked.

"The truth is I don't know," Snowfall Frost said, letting out a sigh after she said these words.

"You what!?" Snow Dash cried, "Then we're stuck in eternal 'no Hearth's Warming mode'? Well, this is gonna be fun."

"Don't worry, Snow Dash," said Snowfall, "We'll think of something."

"I sure hope you do and soon because I can see the Wendigoes closing in! Those creatures don't seem happy!" Snow said.

"They're never happy," said Snowfall Frost, "They emerge and circle around whenever negative energy is present. You remember that time in Equestrian history when all three tribes fought and then turned to ice. They're after me."

"I'll do what I can to protect you!" Snow Dash said.

"Please, for your own good, call the spirits. They might know what to do."

"Aren't they a little sour with you?" Snow Dash asked.

"Yes, but they're pretty forgiving. I just feel terrible to have treating you and them like crap all these years," said Snowfall Frost, "All you guys have been doing was for my own good. You offered your help when you felt it was needed, but I pushed you all away. It's all my fault and I'm sorry."

The Spirits of Hearth's Warming Present, Past, and Future appear in front of Snowfall Frost.

"Then let us show you the way that things can be fixed if you are willing to take our hooves."

Snowfall Frost smiled at them and then at Snow Dash, who nodded encouragingly as affirmation that she was free to go with them. But instead Snowfall Frost refused. "I've already found the meaning of Hearth's Warming and she's right here," Snowfall Frost said, "But thank you. I do have another job for you, though. Can you help bring back the holiday?"

The Spirits nodded, immediately conjuring up the counterspell.

Snowfall Frost looked at them in amazement. "Wow, I didn't know that you could do it that fast! How did you even know what to put in there?"

"We know all," said the Spirit of Hearth's Warming Future.

"Kinda creepy, but good I guess," Snowfall Frost said, "Oh and thank you so much for your help."

The spirits bid her goodbye as they disappeared into thin air. Things in her small festive town were back to normal. At that point, Snowfall Frost had learned an important lesson to not mess with the holidays just because they gave you bad experiences in the past.
