Rarity was the one had found you while she was out looking for gems. She emptied her wagon of emeralds just so she could pull you in it to the hospital. Even though you were in bad shape, your treatment only lasted a week. During that week Rarity visited you every day, and once you were released you continued seeing each other. Everypony was a little shocked at first, but now it was generally accepted that a human was dating a unicorn.
“So how are things at the boutique?”
“Everything is fantastic! I’ve already received 40 dress orders for the Grand Galloping Gala, and it’s still months away!”
“Well your boutique is the finest in Equestria. I’d know, since you made all my clothes.”
Rarity beams, taking pride in her work.
“So how has your work been going darling? Still working for the post office?”
“Yeah, it’s not the best job, but it pays the rent. Plus working with Derpy is always an adventure.”
“She’s a nice mare, although she keeps coming to the boutique and asking for muffins.” Rarity laughs.
You order some wine for you and Rarity, and continue telling stories. Mostly you just listen to Rarity talk about her friends, her sister, and her upcoming fashion line.
Everything she says just sounds so beautiful.
You pay the check, (120 bits!) and walk Rarity back to the Carousel Boutique.
“It’s a cold night,” Rarity shivered. “You should come in and warm up before going home.”

She levitates a blanket over with her magic and the two of you snuggled there together, each enjoying the others presence and warmth. Looking into her eyes, you lean in and kiss her.
