Ace joins the fight
Yeah! Comic Con! For all the nerds and weebs across the land to met up and see who has the better custom and met famous people. Tho I came dressed as Ace from One Piece and not a comic character, i met many others that also came in custom even met a man dressed as Black beard and took a picture together.
After a while of walking on and about going threw every booth I saw with some good items but never bought. While I was walking around for a bit longer i saw booth not far, in the corner of the area.
I walked over to the booth looking around the items and seeing many good items that i would like to buy. But what cought my eye was that one item. Ace devil fruit, the Mera Mera no Mi, the meaning? Fire burning. The Mera Mera no Mi is a round orange fruit, composed of many flame-shaped components with swirl patterns on each one, and has a swirled stem on the top. It is small enough to be held in one hand.
It was in a glass case looking as real as ever, than a hand smacked against the glass kinda scaring me, my eyes ripped off the fruit and towards the merchant who was dressed up as Charlotte Katakuri.
I bowed to the man with a smile holding my Ace hat. "Hiya there, how much for the devil fruit?" I asked pointing at it while the Merchant rubbed his chin.
"150, for the Flame Flame fruit, but I'm having a special on devil fruit so buy one get another one 50% off." The merchant said as i nodded. What i great deal!
"Sweet! I'll take the Mera Mera no Mi and the Ope Ope no Mi fruit!" I said with a big smile as I grabbed my wallet and grabbed my cash that i had left over, since i've been buying other items and placed them into my small bag that Ace would carrier around.
"Good, here you go." The merchant said as he grabbed the two Devil fruits, the Mera Mera no Mi than the Ope Ope no Mi. The Ope Ope no Mi is a red heart-shaped fruit resembling a strawberry. It has a stem with a swirling end pointing upwards, and as characteristic of natural Devil Fruits its surface is covered with swirling patterns, and is small enough so I could hold it between my fingers.
"Thank you sir! Wow! They look and feel so real!" I said looking at them closely. Like a child with a nee toy with big eyes and a big smile.
"Why don't you take a bite from it? There real enough to eat." the Merchant said with a smirk and a hint of mischief in his voice as I shrugged.
"Eh, sure why not, i am feeling pretty hunger." I said as I placed the Ope Ope no Mi in my bag and started to eat the Mera Mera no Mi fruit. It took me a few big bits before i ate the whole thing and smiled.
"Wow that was better tha-" I was cought off by holding my mouth with both hands gaging a bit. "Man that has a nasty after taste!" I yelled as the merchant chuckled.
"Good, now have a good life, Mr. Portgas D. Ace." The merchant said before snapping his fingers and I felt a sharp pain in the back of my head before fading into darkness.
1 Year Later: The Crystal Empire
The war with King Sombra was a heavy one for the Princess of love, the main six and spike.
"Sombra is stronger than ever and my force field is fading, I don't know how much longer I'll last." Cadence of love said with bags under her eyes.
"Sombra will break threw many moment and my magic won't be able to help, and the crystal heart is no where to be found." Shining Armor stated as he looked at the seven members in front of him with his wife next to him.
"Than we need more time! Just a few hours and we'll find the crystal heart!" Twilight said while looking at her friends. "We can do this!"
"I'm sorry Twilight, but we're all out of time, Sombra will break in the first chance he'll get and we'll all be at his mercy." said a sad and fearful Shining Armor.
"We're going to need a miracle to help us." Cadence said while looking down.
Outside the barrier King Sombra was floating all around the shield waiting for it to be taken down. His huge eyes could be seen threw the black smoke as he let out a loud roar.
Footsteps could be heard behind Sombra as the evil king turned back seeing a human man walk towards him. Ace was more serious looking now, still lighthearted and was also taller and more muscular than most creatures his met on his journey. He also sported rather childish freckles, his most pride part was a tattoo he had on his back, the white beard symbol. Purple bones formed in a cross behind a purple skull with a white mustache. Ace had another tattoo on his upper left bicep that spells "ASCE" He wore black boots, black knee-length shorts with an eyelet-studded orange belt, and a blue pouch belted around his left leg. He also wore a short second belt with a large red "A" on the silver buckle over his right hip, but left it unfastened and threaded the free end along the back of his shorts. A dagger in a green sheath hung at his left hip, he wore a log pose and a red and white striped bracelet around his wrist, an orange elbow guard, and his "ASCE" tattoo. He wore a red beaded necklace and an orange hat with two blue Roger Smileys, one frowning and one smiling, and a string of red beads sitting above the rim. Two long orange side straps hung down sides of his hat and met at a large medallion of a bull's skull with orange tassels.
"So your the one making alot of trouble I see." Ace said with a smirk as he looked up at King Sombra. "How about you leave the ponys alone and face me!" Ace yelled as he ran forward as his fist started to glow bright red before it turned into fire.
"FireFist!"
