Day 1: The beginning of our story
One day in the world of Equestria.....
"Spike!!" a lavender unicorn shouted to her companion. A few seconds later a moderate sized purple dragon with green spikes on his head and back, he responded moments later.
"Yes Twilight?" he asked his lavender friend as soon as he saw her standing in the main room of the library they lived in, which not to long ago had to be renovated in order for Spike to have a big enough place to sleep in due to his growth.
Twilight told Spike that she would be gone for a few days or maybe a week because Rarity was going to Canterlot and asked her to go with so she woudn't be lonley with only Opalesence to keep her company while she was there.
She also told Spike that she had gotten him a Dragon-Sitter.
After some time Twilight finally left for Canterlot with Rarity.
Spike began to wonder, " Who is the Dragon sitter going to be? Maybe it's some really mean stallion or maybe it's a really kind and sweet mare." he pondered on about the endless possiblities.
But his thoughts were interrupted by a loud kocking on the door of his humble tree home.
"Coming!" Spike said as he walked to the door and when he opened it he saw a very familiar pony...
" Hey Spike." a sky blue pegasus said very kindly for some odd reason.
" Oh, hi Rainbow Dash." Spike said back to the sky blue pegasus.
The first thing Spike notices besides her amazing eyes ( Which he couldn't resist always looking at when he saw her once in a while) was that she had her normally loose and seriously untamed rainbow mane in a long ponytail ( no pun intended) and was still untamed and it was held into place by a long baby pink bow that hung low but kept her mane in place. It was very suting for her.
" You know Rainbow, the way you have your mane today is very suting for you, and not to mention it makes you look really pretty." Spike said to Rainbow in a very kind voice.
" T-thanks Spike." Rainbow said as her cheeks tinted a light pink.
" No problem Dash, but seriously, you do look really good with your mane like that, i think you should always wear you mane like that" Spike said in an even kinder voice then before
" T-thanks again Spike, and I m-might keep i-it this way from n-now on" Rainbow said to Spike as her cheeks went from a light pink to a bright crimsion color.
" Well come on inside if you need somthing" Spike said in a inviting voice.
" O-okay Spike" Rainbow responded still stammering from before, her cheeks still bearing a bright crimsion red blush from before.
Rainbow thought to herself " I'm glad Spike likes my mane this way... Considering that everypony so far has teased me about it and called me names all because i decided to wear my mane in a baby pink bow and wore it like i did, when i get the chance, those ponies are sooooooo getting beaten with a mother bucking chair! Rainbow Dash Style!"
