Moon Quil is my avatar but what is his life before coming on here, his backstory, his past love, or heartbreaks, family, and friends and many other questions. Journey with me as we look into my avatars life from the day he was born to today. I hope you enjoy and it doesn't stink that badly have fun :).
Good evening and hello, my name is Moon Quil and I am here to tell you my backstory, first among all is my parents. In this chapter, I will tell you about my parents who they are, what they did, and how they met and fell in love. I hope you will like my parents cause I love them :).
Years, after Luna returned and reformed by the elements of harmony life in Equestria, was peaceful. Months of the two sisters rule side by side with Luna's captain of the night guard a bat pony named Lunar wing. Lunar wing has been with luna for many many years and is her second hoof pony, as fast as Rainbow Dash and is loyal to a fault. My mothers family is a long line of the bat-pony royal guard, She has coal black mane that shines in the moonlight, her eyes color of hard silver that pierce the night and sparkle with the stars in the heavens. Lunar wing's coat is night blue her cutie mark a crescent moon with wings. She was a true guard and would risk her life for Luna and her family.
My father is named Apple scroll, he was born in Appaloosa. Apple scroll was a traveling merchant selling books he wrote or from other authors, among other things like apple seeds, apple pie, and many other things. Apple scroll loved to write stories and had many fans, His mane was dark brown full of dirt and sweat of a hard working stallion, his coat was of light violet, and his eyes shined of red like a red delicious. Apple scroll's cutie mark was a granny smith apple with a quill writing on it, For years Apple scroll loved his home but wanted to travel so he packed up his cart with books, food, and other things and traveled all over Equestria. Apple Scroll's travels reached Canterlot where he stayed for a long while where he met a beautiful pony of his dreams, well not a pony more like a bat pony and her name was Lunar Wing.
Apple scroll saw this beautiful bat pony though at first, she didn't notice him more than a merchant after a while, she grew to like him as a friend as she comes by his cart for books about armor and military strategy. Although my father gave her his legendary granny smith apple snickerdoodle cookies, he was a sly stallion but was respectful to her at the same time, Lunar wing loved the cookies. Though one night it was a beautiful one Apple Scroll decided to ask Lunar Wing to be his special some pony sadly it was a bad night. Apple scroll heads for the castle ready to see the pony of his dreams a massive explosion hits the tower and many others strike around Canterlot, around Apple scroll he sees a bug like ponies attacking ponies, it was a rouge changeling's attacking.
Hundreads of these rouge changing's attacking any pony that was in canterlot, Apple scroll trotted fast to lend a hoof as the bat pony guard was defending the castle and the people of Canterlot. The silent night of Canterlot turned violent and dangerous, ponies were hurt but none of them died. My father ran to a scream of his beloved and she was wounded cornered by these rogue changelings, Apple Scroll with his own hooves charged in and bucked the changelings away from her he gets bit by one of the changeling but still bucks the bug off him. When the changelings trotted away in pain and defeat Apple scroll looks to his love and see her wing broken with tears and determination Apple scroll put her on his back and through many fights and struggles he gets bit, rammed into, and burned an in some places but keeping her safe and in her heart she fell in love with him.
The rouge changelings retreat in defeat and some weeks pass Luna decided to give her captain of the guard some time to heal and so Lunar wing and Apple scroll started to date with each other as her wing healed months pass as there love grew and grew, Luna happy that Lunar found herself a special some pony. Months of dating and being together Apple Scroll decided to ask her something important, and so on the summer solstice Lunar wing and Apple scroll married, Princess Luna sanctified there marriage. Apple Scroll opened a permanent store in Canterlot, a trading post of clothing of rare material, books, food, and many other items appealing to all kinds of Equestria, and above the store is their home where Lunar wing and Apple scroll have been married for many years and with two small fillies a Pegasus named Star Glider, and a baby unicorn named, Moon Quil. Yeah, I am kinda the second oldest in the family.
My early years were interesting, from friends to school, bullies, and many others. My sister is like other sisters messing and tormenting there younger sibling, but I still love my sister and my friends and in this chapter, I will tell you my life when I was but a child.
I was three years younger then my sister Star Glider, she is a young bat pony following in our mother's hoof steps and be the captain of the royal night guard like she is. Star Glider coat was violet like my father's through her eyes were silver like my mother's eyes, her main was dark brown and her cutie mark was a star with bat wings. Star was nice but was a bit mean to me when we were kids, tormenting me, tricking me, all that kind of things. Although we are done doing those dumb things now that we are older we still joke around with each other now and then.
One time she tricked me by saying that there were gems in the Everfree forest but sadly all that was there was one very ticked of a houseplant with teeth and singing for some reason. Another time while we were in the royal castle I had to use the restroom I ended up in Celestia's royal bathroom and she was in the middle of her business lucky for me I was younger and she did not punish me or my family for that but she had a light laugh and giggle and sent me on my way, Star Glider was grounded for a long while for that. I was still wondering what just happened.
With school, I was in Celestia's Academy for some time I mostly read in the library and hang out with my friends after school, we would talk, play games, and goof around. I've had many friends in my life but there were three that were like brothers to me, there was a green unicorn named Comicbook Page he likes zombies and action movies and among other thing's he is amazing with school and I couldn't have a better friend to help me out. Another was a pegasus named Bio Wing, a gamer who likes action. Bio is amazing at flying as well, his coat is grey and his mane is firey red he is a good and trusted friend to have. Finally, there is Silver sport he is an earth pony and he likes the news and his friends. I and he have been friends for many years and its like we are brothers from two different families and I couldn't ask for anything friends then my three best friends.
In my young life I and my friends have done many things and played many games, we fought yes but we made up so it works out in the end. Though we had many adventures of our own well the ponies of harmony have major ones and save the world all the time, ours were interesting in there own ways. One time I and Comicbook decided to go to the canterlot caves and Comicbook found a strange gem that shows your inner thoughts though we kinda got in trouble for trespassing, Celestia liked the gem so she let us go. Another time I Bio Silver and Comicbook decided to venture into a cave system and played hide and seek, though what we didn't know was that the caves moved so it took us hours to figure out how to get out and get away from all the dangers inside. For instance, a strange moving statue of a pegasus, another was spiders that were deadly if enough bit you, and finally almost all of us got out with a few scratches though Bio got his wing broken from a trap floor though he is alright now and we all had a good laugh.
In my life, I was always shy around new ponies more with fillies then anything. I like to make friends colts or fillies but when it came to hearts and hooves day I never could confess to other fillies, Though with my friend Silver he was good with fillies talking with them and was more comfortable around fillies. I do wish I did have a special some pony when I was growing up but sadly I never could have the guts to say anything. But I wish my friends with best of luck and hope they have a special some pony of there own.
I graduated after some years along with Comicbook and I took a job with my father while my sister went to training camp for some years and I haven't seen her for some time, Star Glider did marry after being a grown up to a unicorn named Money Hooves. They have been married for some time and I wish them a happy life together and that is all that I can say that happened in my younger life or as much as I remember, I hope you all enjoyed and I will see you in the next chapter.
After graduating from Celestia's school for gifted unicorns I went to work For my father's store, it was named Apple Trade Shop. Being part bat pony in my blood I am more awake during the night then the day when I became a young stallion, During part of the day morning and noon I am with friends and naping playing games. Though during the afternoon and night I work with my father in his store and I close the shop every night. All in all, working the trade shop is in an interesting time, we make new friends, regular costumers, and prices reasonable. My father's shop is where customers can trade, pay, or be our companions and give us some produce and they get there to share in the bits there products make.
Though my father's stories make a lot of bits, he mostly does romance or action adventure and others but mostly those three types. He has fans a lot of them even two princesses that I cannot say but I will leave that up to you all who they are. Give ya a hint one of them is purple and the other is one of the sisters, I shall leave the rest up to you all. My father's books sell for a good price reasonable and he doesn't do it for money, nor fame he just does it for fun to make ponies think of the adventures as if they are there, to experience the love they could never have. And a certain prince enjoys the adventure theme, and I know there are many but I am talking of one that lives in the crystal empire and has a lovely daughter met her a few times really nice filly and friend when I see her. I met Flurry a bit after I was born and my family visited the empire. She is a close friend as we grew up over the years along with my friends and I know she will be an amazing princess when she takes over the crystal empire and will make a lot of friends. And I hope she considers me as a good friend as I think of her as mine.
One night in my father's shop we had a robbery almost. I say almost cause the dumb unicorn tried to rob us with a banana in his jacket, every time I think of that I laugh a bit cause I feel bad for him yet he was bone dead stupid for trying that and my mother tackled him and sent him away. That would have been the weirdest and funniest night other than when my friend Comicbook and I decided to play shopping cart bumper cars. It was a boring day, not a lot of customers, my friend Comicbook came and I was bored and I decided to talk my friend into doing this stunt with me. Oh, sweet Celestia, that was horrible we had a few injuries nothing bad though I and he had a few weeks grounded after we decided to race our shopping carts through Canterlot.
After my grounding and Comicbooks grounding was over and done I kept working at the shop. As I have said before how some ponies do business with my father's shop, we sell Applejack's apples and zap apple jam and cider, another we get is Rarity's Boutique, some fabric, and clothing. Rarity has said if we had plans for expanding be a chain but my father said he wanted it to be family owned in one place, Rarity of course understood and both she and Applejack help us out as we help them.
Life in Canterlot is a bit high life for my taste but some of the people are nice, though every year around heart warmings holiday we go to Appleloosa to visit family and it seems to be a big family I don't know if we are related to Applejacks family or not though I tried asking dad but he never did get me a straight response. I think it would be cool to be related to her she is awesome! The next hearts warming holiday we spend time with my mom's family on the moon which is awesome as well, I mostly hang out with my cousins and play games with them while my sister hangs out with the other cadet bat-ponies. I and my dad can agree hooves down that we stick out to cause me and he is the only two non-bat-ponies on the moon other than Princess Luna.
My family two sides bat-pony blood, Appaloosa. I know there are some that have parents as a bat- ponies that are themselves not bat-ponies, but I love my parents and working with my dad helping him write his stories and taking care of the store. Though I could do less with my sisters so-called " love taps " as she calls them and among other things she calls jokes, though all in all I after growing up me and her have begun loving each other like brother and sister should. Although we do play some jokes on each other me and her were insane with each other in-joke department but now we laugh about them.
That is my life from my parents to my past and now I do hope this story is to your likings readers, my life is interesting as I like making friends, I like reading stories and making my own short stories. My life is simply not different from others, though my parents are an interesting bunch I still love them as I love my friends. I may add more chapters to this story as I am still a young stallion working life will keep on throwing things in your life, good or bad, light or darkness, joy or sadness. I thank every day that I can be with the ones I love and hope I can make more in the future. I hope you all enjoyed my life story so far and I hope I live a good long life like every pony else.
