One bad day...
Rainbow Dash was impatiently waiting outside Fluttershy's cottage, for what reason you may ask? To challenge the meek mare to a sparring match, after losing to Pinkie Pie twice, she was really curious about the strength of her other friends and the one that she knew the least was Fluttershy, even though they had been friends for years, which is why Rainbow is outside of her home, she wants to see just how strong Fluttershy actually is...
After waiting a few minutes Rainbow goes to knock on Fluttershy's door.
"Yo Flutters, ya home?" Rainbow said.
Eventually in a few more minutes she gets an answer as the door opens to reveal her shy friend.
"Oh... hello Rainbow, what brings you here? Is Tank sick?" Fluttershy asks.
"Nah, he's fine. I'm actually here to challenge you" Rainbow said.
"to... what exactly? Is it another staring contest, you do remember what happened the last time right?" Fluttershy said.
Rainbow cringed at the memory, she had forgotten about the staring contest that she had challenged Fluttershy to, she was regretting doing so as she had lost about thirty times before eventually giving up.
"Don't remind me..." Rainbow said.
"Sorry" Fluttershy squeaked.
"Anywho, the challenge that I'm presenting is a little sparring match, so are you up for it?" Rainbow says with a wide smile.
"oh I don't know... what if some pony gets hurt." Fluttershy said.
"Aww come on Fluttershy please?" Rainbow had begged.
"oh okay... I'll try..." Fluttershy said.
"Yes! Finally, first off all you have to do is follow me!" Rainbow says as she prepares to leave.
"Okay" Fluttershy said.
The two pegasi then flew off towards a barren field.
They then land and look around as they do, Fluttershy was the first to break the silence.
"Rainbow.... where are we?" Fluttershy asked.
"This is one of my training grounds, here we can go all out and nopony can get hurt." Rainbow said.
"Um.. .so now what?" Fluttershy said.
Now... heh heh heh, now we fight!" Rainbow says as she gets into a fighting stance.
"Oh my!" Fluttershy says in fear.
"Okay Fluttershy, get ready cause here I come!" Rainbow says before launching her assault and throwing her first punch..., which Fluttershy immediately ducked under.
Rainbow then immediately throws another one but it misses a second time, this time Fluttershy had dodged it and had flew back at a surprisingly fast pace.
"Rainbow, please I really don't want to do this!" Fluttershy begs in an attempt to stop the 'fight'.
"Come on, "Flutters" you're not even trying come at me with everything you've got!" Rainbow says not realizing that she had just sealed her fate.
Fluttershy closed her eyes and sat there for a minute, she seemed to be deep in thought.
"Sigh, fine then but just to let you know, you had asked for this..." Fluttershy solemnly said.
"Wait wha-" was all Rainbow could say before she was suddenly struck by Fluttershy's infamous Stare which paralyzed her on the spot.
"Gah! I...can't....move!" Rainbow says as she attempts to struggle but fails.
Rainbow then noticed something was amiss, the whole world had changed around them in an instant, everything including Fluttershy had there colors inverted in this strange place, to make matters worse Rainbow felt weaker than normal and was actually starting to get a little scared, she had never felt this way before so why now?
"F-Fluttershy....what's....g-going on?" Rainbow said.
"I warned you... But it's too late now, please forgive me..." Fluttershy says right before her negative personality took over.
"Huh? What do you mean by that?" Rainbow said.
"Well if it isn't Rainbow Crash, did ya miss me?" Fluttershy suddenly says in a much more cruel tone.
"What the? F-Fluttershy w-what's going on? What is this!?" Rainbow says in confusion.
"This is what I call the Negative Zone, Discord taught me how to do it by utilizing my Stare." Fluttershy then says in an academic tone.
(Rainbow's p.o.v.)
Fluttershy was really scaring me now, I decided to try and fight but that failed as when I threw a punch it went 10x slower. Fluttershy yawned at me and quickly slapped me which had felt like a tire iron smacking against my face. I gasped and fell back hitting the ground hard causing all of the air to release from my body, it left me gasping, hacking, choking, and coughing for some air, I had enough.
Sadly, I couldn't react fast enough as I was kicked from behind, it felt like a small tap from the outside, but surprisingly I felt my rib crack a little and heard Fluttershy giggle.
"Wow Rainbow, I didn't know you were this weak!" She laughed loudly, her voice was a little distorted and echoed in my mind. A hoof smacked onto my head this was when I blacked out.

"I guess that's it...." I said, sighing as everything went back to normal as I went to get the kit.
[The next day...]
(Rainbow Dashes p.o.v.)
I was on my way to Fluttershy's to apologize for forcing her to do something she didn't want to do, I still feel a little sore after that sparring match yet I don't remember why, oh well.
After about few minutes of walking,yes walking not flying as I was too sore to fly around, I came appon Fluttershy's cottage and knocked on the door as I recited what words that I would say to her in my mind.
The doctor had opened and out came Fluttershy who had her pet bunny Angel on her back.
"Oh! Hello Rainbow Dash, I was just about to go to the market, Angel says that we need more food for the animals." Fluttershy had said softly.
"Heh....,So Fluttershy. About yesterday, I'd to say that I'm sorry and that I'm only challenging you to a staring contest from now it,so do you forgive me?" I said, hopeful that Fluttershy would forgive me.
"Oh of course I forgive you Rainbow. That's what friends are for right?" Fluttershy says kindly.
"Heh,thanks "Flutters" I said as I prepared to but I was stopped by Fluttershy.
"Please let me at least give you a massage, you look like you need one." Fluttershy said.
"Thanks Flutteerrrrr-WHAT!?" I had said in shock...
