Oh dear....
Oh dear...
It was a nice and peaceful day at Fluttershy's cottage, the birds were singing and the flowers were blooming, it was such a beautiful morning...that is until Discord decided to make his appearance.
"Oh ha ha, very funny..." Discord says to the author as he floats over to Fluttershy's cottage and knocks on the door.
After a minute the door opens but instead of Fluttershy it was her pet bunny Angel who didn't look all to happy to have his morning disturbed.
"Oh it's you...,*sigh* is Fluttershy around, Today's our usual tea day." Discord says only to have the door slammed into his face.
"How rude..." Discord had muttered to himself.
Eventually the door opens a second time and this time it was Fluttershy and she seemed pretty tired.
"*yawns* Oh hello Discord, today is tea day isn't it...,*sigh*I'm sorry i didn't get a lot of sleep last night." Fluttershy said.
"That's alright my dear, however you may want to have a word with that bunny of yours..." Discord says.
"Did he slam the door on you again?" Fluttershy asked him.
"Yep" Discord replied.
"*sighs* he's always been that way,i don't really know why but I'm really sorry."Fluttershy said.
"You don't have to apologize for that..."Discord said.
"But I am..." Fluttershy says.
"No...you really shouldn't be, that bunny is by far the most spoiled thing I've ever met." Discord said.
"DISCORD!" Fluttershy suddenly yelled shocking Discord which caused him to accidentally set off a little spark of magic that hit Fluttershy.
"Oh no,Fluttershy are you alright!?"Discord says with worry.
"Well darling,it wasn't the most pleasant feeling but I'll live" A voice sounding like Fluttershy's own said but it had a more confident and refined tone.
"No, that hurt! Next time watch were your firin' ya magic !" another voice that sounded like Fluttershy says albeit with a more rougher and mean tone.
The third voice only hissed in feral anger.
Discord had now realized what had happened, Fluttershy was split into three!
"Uh-oh..." Was Discord's only response.
"Uh-oh what do ya mean Uh-oh! Do you know what ya've just done!" The mean Fluttershy said.
"Now Fluttercruel dear, do calm down,it was our fault for scaring him in the first place." the refined Fluttershy said.
"Sheesh fine,whatever "Princess" "Fluttercruel said.
"My name is Monarch Masquerade, not "Princess" " Monarch said.
The last Fluttershy hissed once more to get the other two's attention and points to Discord.
"What about 'im Flutterbat, it's not like he could be of any use to us." Fluttercruel said.
Flutterbat eventually stands up on her hind legs then makes some sort of clicking sound like if she was snapping some non existent fingers, she then sat back down.
It didn't take long for Fluttercruel to translate what Flutterbat was trying to say.
"Oh... I get it, you think he could fix us with magic right?" Fluttercruel said.
Flutterbat nodded.
"Alright then, what are ya waitin' for ya old coot,fix us already!" Fluttercruel says to Discord who just stood there in utter disbelief.
"Well..." Discord tried to say before getting rudely cut off by Fluttercruel.
"Well what!? I ain't got all day you know!" she had said.
"I can't...." after saying that Discord cringed fearing the worst from the rude pony.
"Really, you can't! Fine then I'll go find somepony who can! Come on you two,let's go!" Fluttercruel says before leaving.
"I'm terribly sorry about her behavior, she's always been this way."Monarch Masquerade says as she goes to follow Fluttercruel.
Flutterbat simply follows after Monarch but not without giving Discord an apologetic look.
Discord had no clue on what to do so he eventually decides to go to Twilight's castle, hopefully there he'll find the solution to his problem...
*meanwhile in Ponyville*
Fluttercruel, Flutterbat and Monarch Masquerade were walking around town, a good number of ponies were giving them odd looks as they passed by.
"Hey eyes to youself losers!" Fluttercruel said.
"That was very rude you know." Monarch says in an attempt to scold her.
"Bah, they ain't seen nothin' yet "Princess".." Fluttercruel counters.
Flutterbat hisses then points at Twilight's castle, which was her way of saying that they were almost there.
"Sheesh, Finally I thought we'd never get there." Fluttercruel said.
"We probably would have been there faster if somepony didn't attempt to steal some apples from that apple stand we passed by..." Monarch Masquerade said.
Flutterbat squees while giving them an innocent smile.
"Heh,never mind her, let's get to that eggheads castle already okay?" Fluttercruel said.
So the unlikely trio continued on their way over to Twilight's castle and after a few minutes,they had eventually made it there.
"Alright you two, let me do tha talkin' and we'll be back to normal in no time." Fluttercruel said.
She then goes to knock on the door, after yet another long wait they eventually got their answer.
"Oh,Fluttershy come on in!" Twilight said unaware of the other two Fluttershy's presence.
"um...ok...twilight but i'm not alone..." Fluttercruel says in a perfect imitation of Fluttershy's voice.
"Huh?" was all Twilight could say before two other versions of Fluttershy walked in after the original.
One looked like if she had been a model since childhood, her cutie mark was a single butterfly, the other was obviously Flutterbat as the cutie mark was three pink bats, Twilight then realized that even Fluttershy herself seemed off, her fur color and mane was darker and her cutie mark wasn't three pink butterflies but two hooves, one seemed to be holding the other like if it were a mother holding hooves with her foal,Twilight knew then whom this was in front of her.....Fluttercruel.
"Oh...your Fluttercruel aren't you?" Twilight said.
"Aww come on really?! How did you know?" Fluttercruel complans.
"Your cutie mark gave you away" Twilight explains.
Fluttercruel angrily muttered to herself as she backed up to let Monarch speak next.
"You see Twilight,the three of us were all one before a certain draconequis separated us by accident." Monarch Masquerade said.
"I...I don't know what to say, I'm not sure even I could fix this one..." Twilight said.
"But you can find way right? Purple one always find way." Flutterbat says suddenly.
"Whoa! Wait a sec! you can talk!?" Fluttercruel says in utter shock.
"Bat-shy could talk...,just didn' want to till now." Flutterbat says nonchalantly.
"Well it would've help us if you had talked sooner darling." Monarch Masquerade said.
"sorry" Flutterbat said.
All of a sudden Discord pops up out of nowhere and goes over to Twilight not realising that the three Fluttershys had beat him there.
"Listen Twilight,I know you don't like me and all but I need your help, I accidentally split my dear Fluttershy into three different ponies and I hoping that you have a way to help her."
"I know Discord they're right here."Twilight says as she points at the three Fluttershys.
"Gah! Fluttercruel, Flutterbat and Monarch Masquerade! I'm really sorry for splitting you apart like this but I really didn't have a way to fix you so I came here. I had no idea that you three would've beat me here!" Discord says.
"Bat-shy....forgive you." Flutterbat said.
"Meh, I guess I forgive ya too old man." Fluttercruel said.
"I forgive you as well Discord, now then can you and Twilight fix us?" Monarch Masquerade said.
"Well I've never tried this before but I know a spell that in theory should return you back to you normal self but it might be too risky." Twilight said.
"We'll do it." Fluttercruel said.
"What, you would?" Twilight said.
"Of course Twilight we were all one to begin with and I think we'd better off if we'd stay one" Monarch Masquerade said.
Flutterbat simply nods her head in agreement.
"Alright then, here we go! "Twilight says before casting her spell.
"I hope this works." Discord says with worry.
It was done..., when the light died down only one pony was standing there...and it wasn't Fluttershy.
"Did it work?" Twilight said.
"I'm not sure, I see only one pony but..." Discord said.
"Fluttershy....is that you?" Twilight asked her.
"Welp, that could've gone better, it's me Fluttercruel." Fluttercruel said.
"But...but how?" Twilight said.
"I dunno, maybe that spell of yours didn't work out like you wanted it too or....*giggles* I'm just messing with you Twilight it's me Fluttershy." Fluttershy says cheerfully.
"WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!" was what Twilight and Discord said after Fluttershy was finshed talking.
They both then faint mostly from shock but also in relief that Fluttershy was back to normal....,well for the most part at least.
