After buying the physic paper from a mysterious Merchant. Thomas Smith is displaced as the Doctor in Equestria. Now only armed with a screwdriver, his wits, and friends. He will need to fight off aliens and monsters that want the planet as their own.
After buying a replica of the Doctor's physic paper, while cosplaying as the Doctor, Thomas Smith is sent to a magical place that should be fantasy. Now only armed with nothing but a screwdriver, a ship, physic paper, and his wits. Season 1, Episode 0:Days of Future....Past, Part l
A teen that's 17 is getting dressed into what appears to be cosplay. The teen had brown hair, blue eyes, and tan skin. He was wearing black pants, black shoes, and a maroon shirt. As the teen was putting on a leather jacket, which contained a strange stick with a blue light at the end and a silver key, he looked at himself in the mirror. He twirled himself around every now and then looking at the mirror. He even did a few poses.
The teen smirked to himself as he said "Perfect, it's all finished. Good thing I finished this before me and Mick went to Comic con..." He grabbed out the screwdriver and did a little trick as a voice was heard down stairs.
"Tom! Dude, you ready?!" Tom jumped at the voice and dropped his screwdriver.
Tom quickly grabbed his sonic screwdriver off the floor and soon, he was downstairs with his roommate/friend. His friend wore black pants, black shoes, a black shirt, and a black zipped up tux jacket. His friend was holding two passes for comic con in his right hand, he also looked really impatient.
He looked at him really annoyed as he said "Dude, what took you so long?"
Tom breathing heavily said, "Sorry Kadan, I couldn't find the psychic paper that I was going to use..."
Kadan looked at him confused and rubbing the side of his head as he asked, "Then where'd it go?"
Tom then said after catching his breath "Honestly dude, I don't know...."

1st P.O.V
As soon as we walked in, I was amazed at what I saw. Thousands upon thousands of people dressed as different things. One guy was dressed as batman, while the other was Joker. Heck we even saw one guy dressed as Sonic the Hedgehog. As I walked around with Kadan, we saw thousands of booths with different items, costumes, and things. But nothing like the one I saw ahead. As I walked toward the one ahead of me, I saw the guy was dressed as the Merchant from Resident Evil 4. While I walked toward this mysterious Merchant, Kadan walked towards this guy that was dressed as Ra's Al Ghoul in another booth. I could've sworn from the corner of my eye that the Ra's guy looked a little angry, while infront of me the Merchant seemed to smirk in triumph.
When I got close to his booth, I saw a great many of items and things. There were the seven chaos emeralds and master emerald from the sonic the hedgehog series, a batman utility belt from the batman arkham games and one from batman beyond, a omitrix from ben 10, a darth vadar mask, a assult rifle from halo, and much more. But what really caught my eye was the replica of the Doctor's psychic paper.
"Is there anything of interest to you, my boy?" The voice made me jump. It was smooth and seemed scream wisdom and experience. I then pointed to the physic paper.
The Merchant turned and looked at where I was pointing and said "Ahhh....the Doctor's psychic paper."
He turned back to me and seemed to smile from beneath his cloak as he said, "I should've known that you'd be interested in that. After all you're dressed as him."
I rubbed the back of my head and said "Yeah...pretty obvious. So....how much for the psychic paper?"
The merchant seemed to rub his chin in thought as he said, "Hmmmm.....I honestly don't know....usually it would be expensive, but your cosplay would look off with out it....."
He looked up and down at my cosplay, before he finally "So....for you, I'd say it is....free of charge!" He said as he whipped around and grabbed the psychic paper, holding it infront of me.
I looked at him like he was crazy as I thought 'He can't be serious...'
I then asked him with a confused and astonished voice, "A-are you serious?"
He beamed from under the cloak and said "Yes I am, my good Doctor. It's all yours, free of charge!"
I then took it and said with gratitude, "Woah! T-thanks man!"
He seemed to smile a little as he said "It's no trouble, Doctor. Now you take it and go have a fantastic life."
I had just started walking in the opposite direction towards a smoothie stand. When the Merchant that had just given me the physic paper, yelled out to me "OH AND DOCTOR!"
I stopped walking, turned around quickly and yelled "WHAT?"
The merchant seemed to smirk under his cloak as he said "Run....Run, Doctor....Run for your life, you mad man....!"
I then asked "Wait, what are you talking about? I'm not crazy and why should I be running?" Before I could finish, everything swirled into blackness. That would be my last day on earth, not the earth I'm on now. No...My earth, the original. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Present, Canterlot Gardens
Ahhh.....the gardens of canterlot. Owned by princess Celestia, a majestic ruler.
A very peaceful plac- "GIRLS!" Well used to be....
The loud yell came from a maroon pony with a magenta mane. She was surounded by foals and fillys interested in two statues. The mare pointed at a statue of a thing that was mismatched with all types of animals, before asking "Now this is a very interesting statue. What do you not-" Before she could finish, a orange filly raised her hoof. The mare then asked "Yes, Scootaloo?"
Scootaloo put her hoof down "Miss. Cheerilee, what's that statue?" She pointed to a statue of man that was standing and looking smug.
Cheerilee looked surprised at the question before walking over to it and saying "This statue represents time. The statues name is The Doctor. According to legand, he dropped out of the sky in Equestria's darkest hour. Since that day, he has been seen through out Equestria's entire history. From the founding of Equestria to beyond. He was a personal friend to Princess Celestia and Luna, and as legand says...was the mentor to Princess Luna herself!" The class ohhed as one grey unicorn filly's eyes sparked in amazement. "Yes but unfortunately, it's only a legand. But according to the legand, he was kind and filled with pain and sorrow. He was a defender of time, you might say..." She then walked back towards the strange mismatched animal statue with the class in tow. Except the little grey unicorn filly.
"Mama's told me stories about you, ya know..." The filly stared up at the statue "She told me how you'd save the day with no weapons. Just a screwdriver and your wits." As she was walking away, she looked back at the statue and said "I wish that I could've met you Doctor..." and with that she went away, but what she didn't notice was that the statue had a slight crack on it. She also didn't notice that below the name Doctor, there was a message. The message said, When Chaos reigns, he shall return.....
"I just don't get it...." Two guards were standing infront of the statue of....me. Ya know it really sucks being stone. Not being able to move, feel, or talk. Only see and think.
The guard next to the first looked at him confused as he asked "What?"
"I just don't get why we have to-" he points at me "-guard this statue..."
The guard next to him looked a little annoyed as he said, "Remember? The princess told us that we have to make sure Discord and the Master don't get the statue."
The first guard rubbed his hoof against the helmet on his head a little confusingly, before asking "Why? What's so important about an old, dumb statue?"
I then screamed in my head, 'HEY!!! geez doesn't this guy know who I am?'
The 2nd guard then looked at him like he was dumb as he said in a very annoyed voice, "Oh my Celestia...HOW STUPID ARE YOU?!?! Don't you remember?! If the Master get's this statue, he'll destroy it because he just got free after this guy!" -he taps me a little- "Trapped not only himself, but the Master in stone!!! As for Discord, if he get's it then he'll-"
"Put him somewhere where he can't stop him or get released after having trapped him for a thousand years with the princess's?" asked a voice.
The 2nd guard nodded and said "Yes exactly, thank you Disc....ord?!" The guard swung around to see the mismatched animal guy from earlier leaning on me.
"That's the name, don't wear it out!" he said as the guards pointed their spears at him.
"HALT IN THE NAME OF-"
Discord rolled his eyes "Oh don't be so stony..." before either guard could react, Discord snapped his fingers and petrified them.
"hahaha! Now what to do with you..." he slinked around me, before looking at my smug stone face.
"So....how long has it been Doc? For me it's been 1,000 years, but what about you? Has it been 100, maybe 400?" He asked looking at me in the eye .
He then said in a sad voice as he looked at me, "Ya know Doc, I really do miss the old days...you, me, and good old Lyra traveling through time and space.."
Then he snapped his fingers "I know exactly how to get my revenge! Your a genius Doc, I'll just send you to PonyVille and over to Twilight's library! There you'll watch helplessly as the elements destroy each other! All the while, I'll bring back a few old friends of yours! I'm sure you'll remember them...and the best part is, that you'll die. Since the stone prison doesn't stop ageing! So, you'll be able to do nothing but watch as you die..."
He then put his fingers in a snapping position, before saying "Good bye, Doctor...enjoy death."
Discord then snapped his fingers and in a bright flash of light, I appeared in Twilight's library. Yes I know Twilight, you see...my future, her past.
"GAH!" A purple pony with a purple mane that had a magenta strip through it, screamed out of fright when my statue appeared.
A greyish orange pony then said "I don't know who that is!"
A greyish yellow Pegasus then flew infront of my face and said, "Haha! He looks like a big dumb ape!"
It was that comment that made me scream "HEY!!!!!" The Pegasus jumped in surprise at that, and so did I.
"Wait....did I just yell? Oh my Luna, I yelled!! Haha, YES!!!!" This time all of the ponies and...dragon jumped at my voice.
The greyish orange one then said "I don't know who said that!"

Meanwhile
"Hmhmhm.....which enemy to bring back first, to cause the Doc the most chaos......the angels? Nah, he can just grab that ship of his and escape....dang it, he just had to seal and trap all of his enemies....including him. Nah well, at least I freed him. Wait....oh hohoho....If I can't choose one specific enemy.....then I'll release them all!! Hahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!" Discord laughed and laughed insanely as he snapped his fingers over one hundred times.
However when he snapped his fingers for the ninety-seventh time. He found something that he took most interest in. He smiled insanely at the machine before him. It was a trash can like machine, but it was something that the Doctor hated the most. The thing that destroyed his home in this universe, the thing that forced his friend into insanity. The thing that has killed thousands upon thousands of innocent ponies and people....
"Ohohohoho.....hello there...." he looked it in it's one eye which was turned off.
"Do you remember what you are?"
The things eyeball turned on, illuminating a deep blue. Behind it others like it appeared. The things telescope like eye raised to face Discord.
It then said a robotic voice, "I AM A DALEK!"
Discord then said with a smile, "Good...and what do you do?"
All the machines then said at once as a gigantic saucer like ship appeared above them floating joining them in saying, "WE EXTERMINATE ALL INFERIOR LIFEFORMS! WE SHALL EXTERMINATE THE ONCOMING STORM, WE WILL EXTERMINATE THE DOCTOR!!!!!" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
3rd P.O.V
The light on the Doctor's statue got brighter and brighter as the gold light engulfed it. Until with a large KA-BOOM was heard as the Doctor's statue exploded. All the ponies and dragon took cover. Once the smoke had cleared, they saw a man laying on the ground. The man wore a maroon shirt, black pants, black pants, and a black leather jacket. His hair was short and in his right hand, he was holding a long silver stick with a blue light at the end.
The greyish yellow Pegasus then floated over to the man and said "Haha, looks like you need a doctor! You dumb monkey!" before she could react, the purple pony dragged her back down by the tail.
Everything around me was black, though I heard....humming? My eyes snapped open and I quickly sat up. When I sat up, I was surprised to see that I was in the War Doctor's TARDIS. I rubbed my eyes and looked around a little, it was still there. I looked down and saw that I was still wearing my costume. When I looked into one of the reflective I saw that my hair had shrunk down a lot to the point where it looked like the ninth Doctor's. Though my hair was still brown. Excitement then filled me, I heard stories of people getting displaced as their characters that they dress as. I quickly put my hand on the right side of my chest and I felt......nothing.
I was really dissapointed because I thought I would become a timelord. But you can't exactly get everything, now can you? 'Wait did I just think like the ninth Doctor? Nah, besides if I did I'd be all grumpy.' However before I could think any further, the cloister bell started going off.
I then said confusingly "What?" that's when the room swung to the side, slamming me into a wall as one of the control panel's exploded.
I swung up and looked at a random screen and yelled, "What?!"
The screen said, /WARNING:TARDIS heavily damaged. Now locking onto greatest area with gravity.\ 'Oh dear God....'
The room swerved quickly to the left, slamming me against the wall. "Ok....can I please stop slamming against walls?!?!" I then slammed onto the console.

Equestria, 989 years after NIghtmare moon banishment
Meanwhile....
In a room painted light blue, a light blue filly with a mint colored mane sits on her bed looking out her window at the stars above. The little mint filly looked up at them in wonder, she was probably thinking loads of things. But what she was really interested in was how one star seemed to glide across the sky, almost as if it was heading for Equestria. She turned away from it and focoused on a random constellation.
That's when she saw it, the shooting star from earlier was coming closer to her home. Closer and closer it came, but it missed her house and instead crashed into the woods behind her house. From what she saw as it flew above her house, it looked faintly like a old damaged blue box. The unicorn quickly jumped off her bed, careful not to make noise. Next she slowly opened her bedroom door, and tiptoed down the dark hallway. She passed one room where snoring was heard. As she went past the door, she crept and tiptoed. Careful not to make a sound, she slowly went down the stairs. Step by step, hoof by hoof.
Once she had reached the bottom of the stairs, she went towards the living room. The room was dark and the clock chimed eleven as she went to the table that was in the middle of the room, which was surrounded by three chair's, two sofa's, and one couch. On the table were four magazines, two spell books, one history book, one note book called Lyra's Journal, a newspaper, and a Lateran. The filly looked out the window towards the forest and back at the stairs. After looking between the forest and the stairs, she nodded her head and grabbed the Lateran. She then tiptoed over to the back door and slowly opened it, not making a sound.
Once she had gotten outside, she went into the dark forest. After ten or fifth-teen seconds of walking, she saw it. It was a large blue box laying on it's left side. She looked closely at it, there were words at the top that said POLICE PUBLIC CALL BOX. She stood there mesmerized by the box. Then that's when the doors poped open, revealing a man. 1st P.O.V
Once I had climbed out of the TARDIS and looked around, I saw that I was in some kind of woods. Trees, bushes, and grass were everywhere. I was still lucky to be alive, I'm pretty sure that the War Doctor didn't have a swimming pool in his TARDIS or even a grappling hook like eleven had. But there was a problem, I had no idea where I was. I then snapped my fingers when I remembered that whenever the Doctor went somewhere new, he would scan the area with his sonic screwdriver and if I woke up in a TARDIS. My TARDIS, I might add. Then maybe the psychic paper and sonic screwdriver I had became real too! It was flawless logic, well...to me it was...
I whipped out my replica sonic screwdriver that I had brought with me to the con, and sure enough it was real. It was no replica anymore, there was no mistaking it. The blue tip looked like a crystal, just like from the show except more realistic. But there was a problem, I didn't know how to use it because 1)I'm not a timelord, and 2)Even if I was, how would I know to use it? Then thing's came into my mind. It was short, but painful. I clutched my head in pain as images appeared in my head before I saw codes, almost like settings... ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________NEW SCREWDRIVER SETTINGS ACQUIRED,

Once the codes or whatever they were stopped going through my head, I unclutched it. Though I did still have a faint headache, but I knew how to use the sonic screwdriver! My own sonic screwdriver! But still those images creeped me out a little. They were too quick for me to see, but they seemed terrifying. Almost crazy...even mad! But regardless, I moved the bottom gear to one and pressed the button in the middle. As soon as I pressed it, the screwdriver let out it's usual wurring sound from the show. After three or four minutes of scanning it stopped and the top extended to show the readings.
The reading's said, Planet:Unknown Location:Unknown Date:Unknown Time:11:55 P.M Life Forms Detected in Current Area:1, located 7 steps right.
When I saw that last reading, I checked it over again. When it was the same, I freaked out! An actual alien near me! I started walking towards where it was. Once I was infront of it, I moved the bush aside to see.....a pony....a bloody unicorn pony! The unicorn was shivering and was scared, that made me sad. Cliche, I know. But....it really did make me sad, to see something so scared of me....granted I dropped out of the sky in a blue box(AKA. the TARDIS), but still. I bent down on one knee and looked at her with sadness in my eyes.
I then told her in a calm voice, "Hey....it's ok, I won't hurt you. My name is..."
I then stopped and thought, 'I can't use my real name. Not yet....Well...,,new world right? So, new name!'
"My name's the Doctor...what's your-" before I could finish, she wrapped me in a hug.
I was utterly surprised...this unicorn that had just seen me fall out of the sky in a blue box, had just wrapped me in a hug. When I looked down to see her still hugging me, I returned the hug with one of my own. Hey, don't judge me! I love hugs....
I let go of the unicorn once she had stopped hugging me, I asked "Well, you already know my name...so, what's yours?"
I then kept reminding myself, 'Alway's expect the unexpected...always expect the unexpected.....alway's expect the unexpec-' before I could finish, I heard the unexpected. Yes, heard! Good thing that I always prepare for the unexpected.....but the unicorn talked. Yes talked!
She? I think it was a she....said, "My names Lyra!"
Lyra? Like the instrument Lyra?
"Lyra...tha-that's....a wonderful name!" She smiled at me when I said that.
I then asked, "Well...Lyra?"
She looked up at me as I asked, "What are you doing out here, all alone?" After I asked that and pointed to the TARDIS.
"I came out here, because of that blue box, Doctor...." She looked at the TARDIS with a very curious look as she said that.
"Doctor?"
"Yes, Lyra?"
She looked at the box really closely before looking up at me with innocent eyes and asking, "Is that your box?"
I then answered with a nervous look, "Yes, why?"
"Why do you have a blue box?"
I then started to look a little excited and nervous at once. I was excited because this was the first time that I got asked that by someone....or somepony in this case, but I was nervous because I didn't know how to explain it to someone. Being that it is my first time being asked that. I then gathered any courage I could get from within me, before answering with confidence.
"Well...ummmm......you see, it's my ship. A space ship, it can travel throughout time and space too...." I said awkwardly
Lyra looked amazed, "Woah....."
"But why is it like that, Doctor?" She asked, pointing a hoof at it.
"Well...."-I started as I rubbed the back of my head-"...it sort of crashed. So now I have to sleep outside..." I said with a sigh.
"You can stay in the basement at my house."
"No, really I can just sleep out here."
Lyra then asked with a smug look, "Out in the cold and in a place that you have never seen before?"
"Good point....but what if your parents see me?"
Lyra waved a hoof and said, "Then I'll just hide you or convice them that you're good, come on!
She started walking in a direction as I followed her. As we were walking, she asked questions about where I came from. Since I wanted to keep some things hidden for now like my real name for instance, I made up my own backstory. Geez this sounds cliche....I really need to rethink my life...
"Doctor?"
"Yes, Lyra?"
"What are you exactly? I mean you're obviously not a pony...so what are you?"
"I am a timelord. Well....I was raised by my Mom and Dad, who are timelord's. You see, when I was born on Gallifrey. I wasn''t born a timelord, instead I was born a human. The Doctor's on Gallifrey don't know how it happened....heck even I don't know. In all of timelord history, there has never been a case of a human being born from timelord parents. But I wasn't born as any ordinary human....you see human's are supposed to live for seventy-nine years. But me...I'm supposed to live for 2,017 years. But....since I'm seventeen right now, that means that I have 2,000 years left to live."
Lyra looked up at me with curious eyes before asking, "What's Gallifrey?"
"Gallifrey is the home of my people, the timelords. It's actually still where it is...I should really go back there someday. But anyway, Gallifrey is also my home. It's a planet in the constellation of Kasterborous, it's called the shining world out of the seven systems. My people, the timelords...well, that blue box. It's name is the TARDIS, my people invented it and so much more... They are also in charge of watching over all of time."
"We're here!" Said Lyra, once we had stopped next to a house.
Infront of us was a door that led to some stairs, which then led to the basement. Lyra unlatched the door and slid it open, it made a slight creaking noise as if it had not been oiled in years. Lyra went down first and I followed suit. Once we entered the main basement area, I looked around. There was one bed in the corner next to a few boxes, chairs, a few tables stacked on top of eachother, and some blankets. After I got done looking around, Lyra asked me a couple of questions.
"So....what do you think of it?"
"I-it's...amazing!"
"Really?!" Lyra asked as she smiled wide.
"Heck yeah! It's fantastic!!! I've never seen anything like this before!"
"Thanks! Oh and Doctor?"
"Your welcome and yes?"
"What about your TARDIS? It's still in the woods."
"Don't worry...I've got a way to get it..."
I turned the setting on my screwdriver to nine as Lyra asked, "What is a TARDIS?"
"A TARDIS, aka...Time And Relative Dimensions In Space. Is a machine built by the timelords to travel throughout all of time and space, even the entire universe! It can have any room you want too, from swimming pools to library's and more! The TARDIS that I have is a Type 40 TARDIS, the reason my TARDIS looks like that is because the chameleon circuit is broken and I don't know how to fix it. Oh...and Lyra stand back, please."
Once she had backed up far enough, I pressed the button on my sonic screwdriver. The blue crystal lit up and not even seconds after I pressed the button, a worping noise was heard as the TARDIS started to materialize where Lyra had been mere mili-seconds before. Once it had fully materialized, I looked at Lyra. To my amusement , she stood there mouth dropped open.
"Welp, night Lyra!" before Lyra even got to say a word, I ran over to bed and layed down.
Falling asleep......too bad that I forgot about the covers though....
Season 1, Episode 0:Days of Future.....Past, Part ll
The door leading into a room is heard closing as a gray unicorn walks into the room. She looked really grumpy and wore a crown atop her head. She then passes a purple dragon who is on the floor in pain. When she reaches a bed, she says.
"Pack your things spike, we're leaving." She said this as the dragon let out a groan.
"Why would you want to do that?" Said a voice that sounded old.
When the unicorn turned towards the voice, she muttered a word. "Doctor...."
The oldman smiled and said, "That's me, good old Doctor. Now...why do you want to leave, Twilight?"
She huffed in anger, "Because, my friends are nothing but JERKS! They aren't my friends, who needs friendship?! It's so dumb and sil-"
"How is it dumb?"
Twilight seemed confused by the question and said, "Huh?"
The Doctor got out of chair and walked towards her, stepping over the dragon.
He then asked looking serious, "I said 'How is it dumb?' Well....how is it then?"
"I-it's dumb because..."
"Was it dumb when they stood by you, when no one else would? Here..." -he took one of the many scrolls off the ground and handed it to her- "you can start by reading this one. Maybe you'll find something in there, that'll remind you of who you used to be..."
He then walked off towards the door as Twilight asked him, "D-Doctor?"
The Doctor stopped and faced her, asking. "Yes, what is it? What do you want?"
"Why do you look so old...?"
The Doctor smiled sadly at that and said, "Isn't that the question of the day....The reason that I'm old is because I've been trapped in stone for over a thousand years....My time is up, I'm dying...."
Twilight gasped a little, "B-but you can't die! If you die....then who'll stop all the aliens and monster's?"
"I don't know...but I'm going to stall.."
Twilight looked confused, "Stall? Why are you stalling?"
"I'm stalling for you and your friends, Twilight....so that you can stop Discord.
"They are not...MY FRIENDS!!!"
Now...Tom (Aka The Doctor) rarely yelled. But in this case, he did. It wasn't the fury of the soon too be timelord him...but, it was still very frighting.
"YES THEY ARE SPARKLE!!!!" -Twilight jumped at the tone of his voice- "THEY ARE YOUR FRIENDS!!!! IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME THEN READ THE SCROLLS, THEY WILL SHOW YOU THE MARE YOU ONCE WERE! THE MARE WHO LOVED HER FRIENDS AND WOULD NEVER FORGET THEM! SO, go on then....read them. Remember who you were, Twilight....remember the mare you were or all of Equestria will fall."
He then opened the door and said as he left, "If you want to see me nine minutes and six seconds before I die, I'll be at Sugar Cube Corner eating my last candy......" -He looked at Twilight and sighed sadly- "Goodbye Twilight......It's been an honor to be your friend and to see you time and time again..."

After having walked for two minutes to the center of town, the Doctor was stopped by two machines. They almost looked like large trashcan's with wheels on them, but the Doctor knew better. They may have looked harmless, except they weren't....
"STATE YOUR BUSINESS WITH THE EMPEROR, ONCOMING STORM."
The Doctor sighed and said, "All these years and not once have you Dalek's used my name, when you ask about my business....but if you must know, I'm here to see Har-sorry....bit old, I meant Discord...."
The Dalek's eye swiveled at The Doctor up and down, before saying. "THE LORD OF CHAOS HAS BEEN EXPECTING YOU, DOCTOR. YOU WILL FOLLOW ME."
"Alright, alright....Just go easy on me. After all, I am an old man..."
The Dalek turned around and lead the Doctor to a mismatched animal like creature. The creature had two Daleks on each side of it's thrown. It was twirling a glass of chocolate milk in it's eagle claw like left hand, when it noticed the Doctor.
"Ahh...hello Doctor."
The Doctor smiled sadly, "Hello Harp Strings...."
Harp's face turned to one of rage, "I told you....THAT IT'S DISCORD, YOU OLD FOOL!!"
"Not to me it's not...you'll always be Harp in my eyes."
Discord chuckled at that, "Still haven't changed have you, Doc.....or...have you?" -he scratched his goatee in thought while looking at the old Doctor- "You look a bit like an old stallion...or man in your case. So how long did it take? Seconds? A minute?"
"Actually it took eight minutes....but that's not what I'm here to talk to you about, I'm here to make you an offer..."
Discord smiled, "Still trying to go for peace, before violence....Eh, Doc?"
The Doctor ignored him and said, "Look around you, Harp....do you see them? All these people that lived in fear of you, all these people that fought against you for the Princess's. All these people who spend their lives fighting against your Chaos, time and time again. Do you see them? Now, you may think that your a God. But....the sad truth is, that your not....Your just a unicorn, a unicorn who once fought against Chaos for Order. A unicorn who traveled with his sister and a mad, mad man. Your not Discord, the Lord and Master of Chaos. No....your Harp strings, sister of Lyra Heartstrings. So please, Discord...Harp. Whoever the Taurtis you are! Let me help you....take back all the Chaos that you've done and let me help you. Let me help you get back to your unicorn self and see your sister again. If not for the people of Equestria or me, then do it for your sister!!!"
Discord stared at him for several seconds, before sighing sadly as he sadly said. "No....I'm sorry Doctor, but no....no one would forgive me for what I have done...not even Lyra."
"Yes she would because I forgive you..."
Discord looked at him sadly, "I still have to say no, Doctor...you and I both know the rules of time....."
The Doctor smiled at that, "I'm surprised that you listened to me about the rules of time travel..."
"So am I, now go ahead and stop me with your sonic or TARDIS."
"I can't..."
Discord looked dumbfounded as he asked, "What do you mean 'You can't?'"
"I mean I can't...the sonic screwdriver turned back to a prop and the TARDIS is gone..."
"So you really are...."
"Dying....yes."
"Then why did you come to me? To try and get me to give up?"
"No....to say goodbye..."
"Goodbye? Well then...." -he snapped his fingers and appeared in a soldier's uniform- "Goodbye Doctor....it was an honor to be your companion with my sister and to travel throughout all of time and space...."
"Goodbye Harp and I'm sorry.....I'm so sorry for what the Master did to you..."
With that, the Doctor walked away towards Sugarcube Corner. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Four minutes later....
The Doctor sat at a chair with seven seats. He sat at the seventh while the six were devoid and completely empty. Infront of him were empty plates and wrappers were sweets had been before.
A plumpish, blueish pony comes towards the Doctor as she asks, "Is there anything else that I can get you, deary?"
"No, I'm good...."
"Ok, just let me know if you change your mind..."
That's when the door opened and six ponies walked in. They looked around the area, before spotting the Doctor. They then all went towards him...
"Come on!! Please....I promise that I'll behave Dad, please just let me go with you." Said a boy with a British accent.
The boy wore a red shirt beneath a sweat shirt, jeans, and red shoes. The boy was looking at man that was really old that wore something out of 1912, the man looked down at the boy with a serious look.
"I'm sorry, son. But you can't, you still haven't finished at the academy or learned what being a Timelord is really about." Said the man with a strict tone.
"But Father please! I always wanted to see what the inside of a TARDIS is like, the console room and all of those rooms. Plus, you're testing out the new Type 40 TARDIS. The Type 40 TARDIS!!! I mean that's fantastic! I know what being a Timelord is about already, Mum's told me that I am a Timelor-" He was cut off as his dad interrupted him.
"When are you ever going to understand?! YOU WILL NEVER MAKE A GOOD TIMELORD!!! YOU HELP PEOPLE, YOUR KIND TO PEOPLE, AND WORSE OF ALL!!! YOU TRY AND SAVE PEOPLE, YOU DISGRACE OF A SON!!!! I WISH YOU WERE NEVER BORN, THEATA! YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A DISGRACE TO ALL TIMELORDS AND OUR FAMILY! THE MAIN REASON THOUGH OF WHY YOUR DISGRACE TO YOUR FAMILY AND ALL TIMELORDS THOUGH IS THAT YOU CRIED WHEN SOMEONE DIED, NO TRUE TIMELORD CRIES. I HOPE YOU ARE BANISHED FOR YOUR DISGRACE TO THIS FAMILY AND ALL OF OUR KIND!!!"
The Image soon changes to the boy hiding under his covers on his bed, crying as a man and women fight in the background. In the room was a bed(which the boy was in), a dresser with the name 'Theata' on it, a few posters that seemed almost holographic like, and a small cylinder like object that had a first prize ribbon for 'Best Type 39 TARDIS model'.
"YOU TOLD OUR SON WHAT?!?!”
"OH, HE'S NOT OUR SON. THAT BOY WILL NEVER BE OUR SON!!! HE CRIES AT PEOPLE THAT DIE, HE'S KIND TO PEOPLE, AND WORSE OF ALL!!! HE HELPS PEOPLE!!!!"
"THAT BOY IS OUR SON AND A HECK OF A BETTER TIMELORD THAN YOU'L-" the women was interrupted by the man screaming.
The man screamed, "THAT BOY IS NOT A TIMELORD, AND HE'LL NEVER MAKE A TIMELORD!!!! HE'S DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHER BOY'S AT THE ACADEMY!!!"
The scene once again changes to a classroom with fifty to forty boys and girls sitting at desks, at the front of the room stood a old man that could slightly remind you of Dumbledore from Harry Potter.
The man soon said after the room had quieted down, "Welcome Timelord's and Ladies, my title is The Professor. Though my name was Danny Dore, now you all are wondering why you're all here. Right?" -the boys and girls nodded, including a particular teen that wore a blue shirt, unzipped sweatshirt, jeans, and red shoes- "Good, as you all know! One important phase of a timelord is choosing your title, the title will define who and what you are! It will represent you and be a promise that you make, it'll be a code! You cannot break this promise ever! If you break it once at any time, then you have not only broken your own code and promise that you made! But you will have destroyed who you are! So never and I repeat, never break the promise you make! Understand?" -everyone nodded in the room- "Good! Now, choose a name that represents you! Something that defines who you are when I say begin, then you will write down your title on the paper! Begin!" The man finished as he started walking around, while all the teen's started thinking long and hard.
However, two particular teen's immediately wrote something down. But the teen with brown hair a little slower than the one with the black hair, The Professor walked towards the teen with black hair first.
He looked down at the teen's paper and nodded as he said with pride, "The Master. What a wonderful title! Powerful and strong, quite fit for a true Timelord. An amazing choice Koschei, I bet you'll make a fine Master of everything!" He finished with a smile as the teen smiled.
The Professor then walked over to the teen with brown hair looked at his paper as he said, "The Doctor?" -The professor looked from the paper and to the boy with confusion- "I don't believe anyone has ever chosen a title like that....But, The Doctor? A man who heals and saves people? That is not what being a timelord is about, though you chose the name....so it's too late now." -he turned to the teen- "Congratulations, Theata. You are now officially The Doctor, the man who saves people. But a warning, Gallifreyan's will most likely present you as a renegade Timelord and will push you away from their lives..."
The teen nodded with confidence and said, "Don't worry, Professor. I'm ready and well aware of the risks, I'll be ready for whatever the universe throws at me.
The Professor started walking away and muttered to himself, "I sure hope you are, Doctor....."
My eyes snapped open as I woke up with eyes as wide as plates, I was breathing very heavily. I had no idea of what I just saw, but it kind of looked like Gallifrey. Ya know the Gallifrey from Doctor Who, but the strange thing is....that it should be impossible, it was like I was literally The Doctor. Which is odd because I know that for one that I'm not a Timelord, plus even if I was...I'm not The Doctor. But, I pushed those thoughts to the back of my mind and got up out of my bed. After stretching a little, I felt something hot in one of my pockets. When I went to feel what it was, I discovered that it was a key....a gold key, glowing and hot .
This glowing and hot, gold key reminded me of the one from The Eleventh Hour. Except ya know, I look like the Ninth and not the Eleventh. Wait....if I'm the Ninth right now, does that mean if I gain the ability to regenerate that I'll regenerate into Ten or will I regenerate into another incarnation. Since technicality, this is my first incarnation and not the ninth. But here's something weirder, strangely I felt smarter than I was....like I had the knowledge of the stars, planets, and even knowledge that most people would forget about or never know. It was weird and I couldn't put my finger on why I knew this knowledge, but I pushed it to the back of my mind and went over the phone box that was my new and recently got TARDIS.
I put the key in the hole and unlocked it, before going inside. Once I got inside, I saw....a mix between the Eighth Doctor's TARDIS and the Seventh Doctor's TARDIS? Ok, I was not expecting that....I was expecting Nine's TARDIS, not this mix between the Seventh and Eighth. Oh well, maybe it'll change to Nine's at some point. I mean seriously, Gallifrey might exist here and if it does....than that means I won't have to worry about a Last Great Time War, at least I hope so....
I was then cut off by a scream from upstairs, my head swung away from the TARDIS and to the floor above me.
I looked on as a loud voice said, "YOU WILL COME WITH US!"

Season 1, Episode 1:Days of Future.....Past, Part lll(Rewriten)
The Doctor smiled at the six ponies that had come to him as twilight said, "Hello Doctor, I decided to take your offer."
"Well....that's good, I was a bit scared that you wouldn't say goodbye to me..." The Doctor said.
Twilight then hugged him crying as she said, "I'm sorry, Doctor...I'm so sorry, Discord changed me a-and...."
The Doctor stroked her mane and said, "Shshshshsh, it wasn't your fault. I know it wasn't..."
The orange pony then said, "So uh is what Twi said true, Doc? That your well....dying?"
The yellow Pegasus paled as the pink pony's mane deflated in a cartoon manner.
"Sadly...yes, I'm dying. But everything has it's time and everything must die, just like me...I honestly thought she would be here by now..." He said, while checking the time on a small gold fob watch with strange symbols. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Flashback,
"Doctor?" asked a unicorn with light blue fur and a mint mane.
A young version of the Doctor pops up and answers, "Yeah, Lyra?"
The unicorn pointed a hoof at a old gold fob watch with strange symbols on top and asked, "What's this fob watch doing here?"
"Oh, well..." -he slowly got out of the door that his head was poking out of- "You see....this fob watch," -he picked it up and showed it to her- "it isn't just any old fob watch. It's my fob watch from Gallifrey, a chameleon arch actually." The Doctor explained.
"What is a chameleon arch?" Lyra asked with a curious look.
The Doctor muttered to himself in annoyance, "Ponies...."
"What was that?" Lyra asked with a confused look.
The Doctor quickly said, "Nothing, nothing! Anyway, a chameleon arch is something that's supposed to hide timelord's once they've proven themselves. It hides everything about them from their memories, two hearts, and takes away their biology making them appear as human."
"How do timelord's prove themselves and what are those strange markings on top?" Lyra continued with a inquisitive look.
The Doctor started to say something before closing his mouth and said, "You know....I actually never found that out, they never told us how at the academy. So we all just sorta assumed, I assumed it was when they did something that was relevant to their name. While others, The Master included that it was when they reached a certain age. As for these symbols...." -he continued as he looked at the front of the fob watch- "These symbols are Gallifreyan, the language of my people. The top one says, 'The Doctor'. While the bottom text says, 'When the time comes, you shall receive what you deserve...' I never quite knew what the messages on the different arch's meant when they gave us them at the academy.......but it's useless, just an old watch. Well....until I become a true timelord that is..."
Flashback End...

They soon heard a voice that sounded slightly nervous, "Doctor?"
The Doctor looked behind the six ponies and saw a light blue unicorn with a mint mane, he smiled sadly and said. "Hello, Lyra..."
Lyra walked up to him and asked, "Why do you look so ol-?"
Lyra was however interrupted by a loud voice, "THE DOCTOR WILL BE BROUGHT!!! THE DALEKS DEMAND THE DOCTOR!"
The Doctor slowly got up and started walking towards the door into the night as Twilight asked nervously, "Doctor, where are you going?"
"Oh I don't know, just going on one last adventure I suppose...do something brilliant, do a speech, hope something good happens, and take credit for it. That's how it usually works...."
The white unicorn with a curly purple mane than asked nervously, "Doctor?"
The Doctor continued to walk towards the exit and said, "Not this time though....it's the end. The moment hasn't even been prepared for....and yet it's the end."
"NO!" Lyra screamed and hugged his torso.
The six ponies behind her looked very sad as Lyra cried and cried, while saying. "YOU CAN'T! Y-you j-just can't....YOU CAN'T DIE! N-not now....I've only just gotten to see you again....."
The Doctor stroked her mane again as he said, "I know and I'm sorry....I'm so, so sorry. I wish I could've proved myself a Timelord, then I could've regenerated and none of this would've happened....I'm sorry, Lyra. I'm sorry, I'm so sorry....."
He unhooked Lyra from hugging him and looked her in the eyes, "I've gotta go Lyra...it's my time to go."
Lyra hugged him again with tears streaming down her face as she said, "I don't want you to go, please don't go...."
The Doctor then said with tears of his own and a cracked/sad voice, "I don't want to go either.......I want to be here with you and all the people I've met, I don't wanna die....I just don't, I don't want to....I don't want to go..."
"WE REQUIRE THE DOCTOR!!!! YOU WILL BRING HIM TO THE DALEKS!!!" the voice screamed from a giant mother like space ship in the night sky.
He stopped hugging Lyra and looked at her with tear stains on his face, saying to her, "Goodbye Lyra....have a fantastic life and don't ever forget me...."
He then got up and walked out the door towards Ponyville's old bell tower where the mother ship was hovering the closest too. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Doctor slowly walked up to the steps of the bell tower.
Once he got to the top, he said. "Sorry, I'm a bit slow...you know how it is for old men like me...."
The voice boomed from the ship, "YOU ARE DYING!"
The Doctor walked over infront of the bell and said, "Yes, yes. It's true....I'm dying.....You lot have been trying to kill me for years and here I am, going of old age...."
"YOU WILL DIE AND THE PLANET WILL BE EXTERMINATED OF ALL INFERIOR LIFEFORMS!" The voice boomed as Daleks moved through the streets and some royal guard ponies prepared for battle.
"You still can't work up the courage to shoot me, can you? You! The most dangerous bloody machines in the universe and you can't exterminate an old man! Your afraid....aren't you? Afraid that I've got something in my pockets!" -he then waved a hand dismissively- "I've got nothing this time.....knock yourselves out....." he finished as he sat down on a conveiantly placed bench.
Some flying Dalek's soon exit the ship and start flying above the town, shooting guards and making citizens scream in fear.
The Doctor sat there and said to himself, "The one time I'm not able to save them and yet....I still wish I could. I wish I could help them somehow, to stop myself from dying and save them...I wis-"
He was quickly interrupted as a giant crack opened up in the night sky as a strange gold like mist with aglow floats a little out of it. The Doctor looks at it in confusion, before the strange mist moves towards him.
Then he realizes what it is and whispers in shock and amazement, "Timelord essence...."
The mist goes into his mouth and his eyes widen in surprise and his hands begin to glow as the Daleks scream out, "YOU WILL DIE NOW DOCTOR, THIS IS THE END OF YOU!"
The crack closes and the Daleks say, "THE RULES OF THE TIMELORDS AND REGENERATION ARE KNOWN! YOU CANNOT REGENERATE WITHOUT BEING A TRUE TIMELORD!"
The Doctor then said with confidence feeling slightly younger, "Sorry? I thought that I just heard you say the rules because I thought that you would've known by now, I never follow the rules!" -The Doctor raises his hands infront of him- "Do you know what this gold mist is?"
The clock strikes 1:00 A.M as the Daleks scream, "EMERGENCY! EMERGENCY! THE DOCTOR IS REGENERATING! THE DOCTOR IS REGENERATING!"
The Doctor starts to feel even more younger and says with a smile, "That's right! REGENERATION ENERGY!!!"
"ALERT!!!! ALERT!!!! THE DOCTOR IS REGENERATING!!! ALERT!!!!" The Daleks scream as more fly towards and around the bell tower.
"Ohoho!!!! Look at this! Regeneration number one! We're breaking some serious rules! I'll tell you what! I'll give you a few tricks, since this is going to be a whopper!" The Doctor said as he walked back and forth.
"EXTERMINATE! ALERT!!! THE DOCTOR IS REGENERATING!!!! EXTERMINATE THE DOCTOR!!!!" The Daleks screamed as more and more flew out of the mother ship.
"You bloody tin cans think that you can stop me now?!" -inside the doctor's left pants pocket his sonic screwdriver slowly starts to become real again, along with his physic paper- "HAHA! YOU WANT MY LIFE DALEKS?! THEN COME AND EXTERMINATE IT!!!!" He finishes as a slight burning sensation occurs in his right pocket.
A strange vroping sound is heard near Sugarcube Corner until a strange Police Public Call Box materializes fully, meanwhile the Doctor starts to wind up his right arm. After a few seconds of doing this, he fired a stream of regeneration energy into a couple of Daleks that were on his right.
"And for my next trick....." -he winded up his arm and shot another stream of regeneration energy, this time into five Daleks- "Regeneration Lasers!" He yelled with enthusiasm.
Twilight and Lyra then yelled out as they ran back towards Sugarcube Corner, "Everypony get inside! Quickly!"
Ponies quickly followed their lead and head indoors as the Doctor prepares a final blast and says, "Love from The Doctor, Daleks!!!"
A gigantic blast of regeneration energy is soon fired at the Dalek mother ship and it explodes, meanwhile the shockwave travels through the streets destroying any remaining Daleks on the ground and shaking the newly reappeared TARDIS a little. Then silence fell.... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lyra slowly goes over to the bell tower and says a little uneasily to the front entrance, "Doctor?"
The door open and a old man with slicked back white hair wearing the same clothes as the Ninth Doctor did poked his head out with a stern, curious, and annoyed look
Lyra looks at the old man nervously as she says a little uneasily, "Uhh...hi
The old man then asks sternly, "What is it, what do you want, and most importantly who are you?"
Lyra's expression turns from unease to worrisome as she says nervously, "Doctor? Doctor is that you? What happened to you? You look different and old again.....
He then asks, "Who? Who's this Doctor you're talking about?"
Lyra's eyes turn to pinpricks as she realizes who this man is, "Oh Buck...."
