"Bon-Bon" yelled Lyra "did you see my lyre anywhere?" "No i haven't seen your lyre since this morning" Replied Bon-Bon in the kitchen. "Come on, help me look for it , i need it for my performance" Lyra search franticlly for it. "Did you check the study?" "No, not yet hold on."she went through the door and into the room filled with books and pictures of human parts picture of other strange contraptions. She looked through every shelf and table for her lyre. "Ah, there you are." she found her lyre right next to a small blue notebook. She picked up the notebook with her horn, the book glowed with a faint yellow aura. "This notebook..." She opened the notebook with her magic, there was a picture of a male human wearing a trench coat next to a female human with a green shrit and mint green hair
The T.A.R.D.I.S was out of control ... again "Come on, ol' girl don't give me this." There was an explosion right next to The Doctor "Well thats not good... " The Tardis was spinning downward that would make the fastest ship look like it was moving in snail's pace. "I have to stabilize the time vortex somehow." said to himself while he was pulling random wibbly levers and flashy buttons. Just then felt himself getting weaker and a faint glow around him.. "...what if i use the regenerative energy to stabilize the time vortex." thinking to himself. "No that wont work without the energy i wont regenerate Hmmm..." "but if i somehow channel the energy while maintaining some energy within my body then it could work." "but it would take at least the Tardis two days to rebuild, and a couple of minutes for my body to regenerate." Just then the screen went red and said "WARNING!!! CRASH IN TWO MINUTES!" "Ok... So no way to stop the crash, next best thing , make sure no one gets hurt."
Meanwhile "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, Lyra , I dont want to hear the word 'human' ever again" Bon-Bon said "But Bon there is so much evidence about hu-" "NO, Lyra,Just Stop It 'Humans' Don't EXIST" "..." Lyra rushed out of the door and into the everfree forest
"Stupid Bon-Bon, I know humans exist." Lyra told herself. Just then something blue fell out of the sky at mach speed and into the Everfree Forest. "WHAT THE HAY!" The first thing that came to Lyra's mind was "HUMANS!" She Thought that Humans have these 'ships' that travel thourght space without magic. "I AM COMING HUMANS!!!"
Meanwhile In The Tardis
"Ow." the impact dealt more damage then anticipated."Thank God for the brakes." "Oh, Look I'm glowing... I'M GLOWING!" Thinking quickly he thought that the sonic screwdriver could at least channel the energy until the Tardis turns on the auto repair functions."Gotta be fast." Taking out his sonic screwdriver and pointed it directly at the Tardis control panel. The screwdriver glowed and shot the regenerative energy right into the Tardis. "Alright, Now i have to hold the screwdriver for a few minutes, let's just hope that no one goes in here, but what are the chances of the happening." Lyra stared talking like Pinkie pie, "Where are you From, Who are you, Whats your favorite color, What did you eat for breakfast , What are you holding, what is this place, are you a -MMMPHH The Doctor putting his finger on Lyra's mouth "Gallifrey, The Doctor , Red , Pancakes, Sonic screwdriver, The Tardis , And i will not answer the last question, oh and could you please leave, Its not safe here" The Doctor said as he pointed at the door with his free hand. "no way, " Lyra said With a determination to stay in her eyes. "Ive Been searching for human since i was a little filly, i am not leaving without you." "We Don't have time for this,Ms..." Lyra asked "Daleks , A Race that was created Without emotion , natural born killers, the perfect cleansing, to exterminate anything not pure Dalek." "And one last question, Why are you so lonely?" Lyra asked Innocently "I'm happy , I have a lot of friends where i come from." The Doctor said a little louder then it should have. "The first thing i saw back there were deep lonely blue eyes."Lyra said with a concernd tone "I'm tired, we should get some sleep ,eh?"The Doctor said with a yawn "...Good Night Doctor." "Sweet dreams Lyra." Still the doctor couldn't sleep, he was tired, very tired, tired of running
Meanwhile "Thank you, Twilight" A tall white alicorn spoke to the small purple unicorn, while taking a sip from her tea cup. "Oh think nothing of it, princess, its not everyday you get a visit from royalty." Twilight said nervously because of the princess surprised visit. "But you should really be going to bed now, Twilight, We've got a big day tommorow." Celestia said Outside there was a stastue of a stone Pegasus looking into the mirror Celestia moved a few seconds ago. "Tomorrow will be a very big day."

"Who made all this, can't be just one pony there's just not enough time to-"Bon-Bon stopped mid-sentence when she noticed a not on the table.

Just then Lyra woke up and saw the table, mouth watering. "Bon did you make all this you're self."Lyra said not taking her eyes off the table. "No, Thank your Doctor." "Where is he?" Lyra asked. "He said he was going to the Books and Branches library"
Meanwhile
The Doctor was walking to the library humming a familiar tone.(Doctor who 2010 theme)
"OHHH, A new pony , Who are you?, Do you like parties cause , I always throw a big party for somepony new in town, like that one time I threw Twilight a big party in the library and everypony was invited, and we had cake and punch and Twilight drank the hot sauce, and we all had that Nightmare moon thing after that..."Her voice Trailed off. "Oh and I'm Pinkie Pie by the way."The Pink pony said way to fast to be understandable.
"I'm the Doctor and you said something about the library?" The Doctor asked.
"Oh, Its down the street and to the left, its the giant tree, you can't miss it, oh and you should go to sugurcube corner cause they'll be a party and everypony will be invited."Pinkie said.

"Oh come on Mr.Frownypants, follow me to the library."Before he knew it they were there like they teleported.

"Here you are Mr. Doctor, say hi to Twilight for me." Pinkie Bounced away happily planning for the party.
"...What just happened?"Shaking it off and proceeding in the odd looking tree, Three statues were following him.
Inside there was a majestic white alicorn and 2 golden armored guards, a voice came from upstairs.
"Princess good mourning, oh , hello and who are you?" Twilight asked.
"I'm the doctor."
Celestia's eyes shot up and looked at the Doctor.
"Umm... yes, is there something on my face."The Doctor asked checking his face with his hoof.
"Turn around doctor." Celestia said slowly.
"What, I don't- oh, hello" The Doctor face-to-face with a weeping Pegasus
"So you did follow me, Good boy, and you think you're oh so clever running away to another universe but you're wrong , I know you're scared and you should be cause they are coming and they are coming for you , you can't hide, you can't fight, and trust me when I say this ,Run." As the Doctor blinked , it was gone.
"What was that, Princess?"Twilight asked.
"Twilight, that was a weeping Pegasus, The Doctor could explain more"She pointed a hoof at the Doctor
"Weeping Pegasi-angels where I come from- are beings from the abstract plane, They followed me here running from something. They are the only psychopath that would kill you nicely."The Doctor explained.
"But they're just statues, right?"Twilight pointed out
"Only if you look at them, they literally don't exist" The Doctor explained
"What are they running from?"Twilight asked.
"The Catalyst, they're like time agents without the strings attach, but to me they're just the law."The Doctor said.
"They're trying to kidnap me to use me as a bargaining chip against the Catalyst, But if they wanted to get to me then ... I need to go back!"
"Wait, Who are you?"Twilight asked.
"Don't have time, need to get back to Lyra." The Doctor yelled as he ran pass the door.
"Who is he?Princess."Twilight asked as she turned her head to the princess.
"He is a story, Woven from all of history , He was the stallion with the blue box, The colt that kept running from his demons and fought the demon of others. He is The Doctor."Celestia looking a serious.
"But I never heard of him before."Twilight said
"Only of you look hard enough my faithful student."

"Doctor, what is it?"Bon-Bon trembling.
"Don't blink."The Doctor said to Bon-Bon.
"Hurt her and you will pay." The Doctor said to the Weeping Pegasus." And you won't have anywhere to run and nowhere to hide because trust me when i say this."The Doctor turned his head to Lyra who was still crying and shivering."I will find you , anywhere you are."
"Bon-Bon, Blink." The Doctor ordered
"Doctor , Don't go, Please"Lyra said as tears began to flow down her eyes.
The Doctor's hearts nearly broke to see the happy-go-lucky unicorn crying like a newborn foal.
"Doctor."Bon-Bon said with anger in her voice.
"Alright, Weeping Pegasus, You have made me crossed , Very crossed , and when i find you , pray , pray for dear life cause there won't be any mercy coming from me."The Doctor said with a very angry but calm voice
"Bon-Bon blink, NOW!"
They both blinked and then they were gone.
"Doctor how could you"Bon-Bon hissed
"Doctor, where are you going"Bon-Bon asked
"Going to find Lyra, They couldn't have taken her far."The Doctor said walking out the door.
"Wait , I'm coming with you."Bon-Bon said.

"He is, he saved my life once, when i was a little filly, the mad stallion with the blue box." Celestia said a little nostalgic.
"I know you're in here."The Doctor yelled "And I want my friend back."
"HELP, DOCTOR!"In Lyra's voice
"It came from downstairs."Said one of the guards.
The two guards were the first ones to go in soon followed by the Doctor and Bon-Bon.
Lyra was crying on the floor with her eyes closed and paralyses, Bon-Bon wanted to go up to her but was stopped by the Doctor.
"What gives, Doctor?"
"Why would they leave a valuable hostage right there unless-" Then the doors slammed shut and a weeping Pegasus was blocking it.
The two guards went into a defensive positions.
"Doctor, can you hear me." came a voice from the other side.
"We're fine, but the door is blocked by a weeping Pegasus but if we keep our eyes on it should be alright."Then another Pegasus came into view and the lights began to flicker.
"That can't be good..."
"Stand back, Twilight , I'm blasting the door." A huge beam of solar energy went straight through the door letting the light in.
"Alright thats good, thank you , princess" The Doctor bowed.
"Lyra!" Bon-Bon called out while running down the stairs with the Doctor.
"She's alright don't worry." The Doctor said , while checking her for any injuries.
"Lyra!" Bon-Bon said as she cradled Lyra in her arms.
"...Bon"Lyra said softly.
"Lyra! you're alright!"Bon-Bon said while hugging Lyra tightly.
"Bon-Bon... Can't breath..."Lyra chocked.
"Don't celebrate just yet, There's one more..."The Doctor said looking out to the other statue.
"No mercy..." The Doctor whispered in the ear of the statue.
There was a knock on the door.
A pair of ponies wearing strange looking armor walked into the room, one of them was wearing a red beret, and the other a bandana.
"Ah, The Catalyst, I presume." The Doctor said.
"The Doctor, last of the time lords, we've been looking for you." The one with the bandana said."Here take this."The one with a beret said.
"This is a-"The Doctor was cut off by the pony wearing the bandana.
"A universe hopper, perfect for your type 40 tardis."The pony with the bandana finished.
"And this."The one with the beret said holding out a small device." This is a body changer,it changes and rearrange your body to match the base, like equine or humanoid, But only went you travel through universes."
"Oh , this is brilliant but I'll be stuck here for another day, seeing the sights and what not." The Doctor said picking up a book entitled 'History of Celestia's reign" and quickly flipping through it and putting it down.
"Well Doctor we'll be off, got all of time to save." The one with the bandana said.
"Nice seeing ya' , oh and take these buggers with you." The Doctor pointed a hoof at the pegasi.
"Already done, goodbye Doctor."As they teleported away with the pegasi.
"Well that was exciting,Everyone should get some rest."The Doctor said aloud.
"Everpony."Bon-Bon corrected.
"Right. Everpony should get some rest, we had a busy day and its barely noon."
"Lyra, are you gonna be alright?" Twilight asked worried
"Never better."Lyra groaned from the pain in her chest.
"Lyra don't worry its just an after effect for being parlayed for to long." The Doctor said.
"It...hurts...like...uggg..."Lyra groaned in pain as she fell on the floor.
"Hold still."The Doctor hit Lyra in the chest, Bon-Bon was about to protest but Lyra stood up.
"I'm fine see , look."Lyra turned around to let them examine her. "No need to worry Bon."Lyra said to reassure Bon-Bon.
"Now thats done we should really get some rest, we all had a hard day and should take a nap later this after noon and-"The Doctor was cut off by the pink pony he met on his way to the library but now she was wearing a colorful party hat, cake on her back and cannon in tow.
"Hello Mister Doctor, I thought you might get lost to your party at sugercube corner, so I thought why not bring the party to you."Pinkie said smiling
"Pinkie, what are you-"Twilight said before being cut off by Pinkie.
"DUCK AND COVER EVERYPONY."Pinkie yelled out.
She pushed the button that fired confetti, balloons and even a table complete with food and drinks.
"But how- wha- but that's impossible, how did you get all that to fit in there."The Doctor asked with a 'What just happened' look plastered all over his face.
"Its bigger on the inside."Pinkie said as she was hopping to the turntable.
"ITS TIME TO PARTY!!!" She said as she pulled a white unicorn with blue hair and purple tinted glasses.
"Lets spin this thing." The DJ said
Everypony in town came and started partying.
"This is gonna be a long day." The Doctor muttered to himself.
"I am so sorry, princess, I thought that today was gonna be another peaceful day."Twilight apologized.
"No need to apologize my faithful student, as long as he's here everpony in ponyville will be safe." Celestia said as she pointed a hoof at the doctor.
"Who exactly is he?"Twilight asked looking over to the Doctor that was talking with Lyra and Bon-Bon.
"Like he said he's the Doctor, well Twilight, I shall go back to canterlot Luna must be getting worried."
"Goodbye, Princess."Twilight said with a bow.
"Goodbye, Twilight." Celestia said as she was escorted by the two guards.

"To me it is, come on lets go home." The Doctor said lifting the books onto his back and walking out the door with the two mares helping him.

"Gaia Era, The brown alicorn crated the earth and the sky, first she created the earth ponies and taught them how to take care of the land, Then the pegasi and taught them how to control the weather, and the unicorns she taught them how to create and use the arcane spells and other types of magic." The Doctor red aloud. Bon-Bon opened the bag , it was full of bits, Bon-Bon's eyes went as wide as dinner plates.

"Who could that be?"Bon-Bon thought to herself.
Bon-Bon opened the door and saw the brown stallion wearing a coat,thick framed glasses and pants.
"Hello Bon-Bon"The Doctor said as he walked into the door.
"What are you doing here, I thought you left."Bon-Bon said.
"Well i did but then i thought why not stay see the sights, make some friends."And then the Doctor looked serious"There is another reason why I'm still here."
Something clicked inside of Bon-Bon's mind.
"YOU HAVE A CRUSH ON ME!!!"Bon-Bon exclaimed.
"WHAT!?!"The Doctor shouted back.
"Well you ain't getting none of this, sailor."Bon-Bon said.
"What?No, I have no interest in you whatsoever."The Doctor retorted.
Then Something else clicked in Bon-Bon's mind.

"Lyra better get some clothes from the wardrobe. Its to the left, pass the stairs, third room on the left that says 'wardrobe'."The Doctor said pointing to the stairs.
Lyra ran up the stairs while the Doctor installed the universe hopper and the model changer, he looked up and looked at the painting, It was a painting of Gallifrey It was slowly spinning.
"Well Doctor how do I look?" Lyra said as she walked down the stairs, wearing a green shirt and jeans.
"You look ... AMAZING."The Doctor said as he looked up , Lyra was blushing.
"Well Ms.Heartstrings, Prepare to get your mind blown."The Doctor said as he pressed random buttons and pulled different levers, everything shook and rattled.

"Doctor, Who are you talking to?"Lyra said as she walked down the stairs with the DJ closely walking behind her wearing a white t-shirt and a jacket.
"Whoa... A Human, A REAL HUMAN!" Lyra said as she was bouncing in place.
"Lyra, on your best behavior." The Doctor said as he was wagging his finger.
"Nice hair, what time line did you fish her out of." Mickey said.
"Where multicolored hair and strange things were normal."The Doctor said completely sarcastic.
"The '80?" Mickey said oblivious about the Doctor being sarcastic.
The Doctor face-palmed but then patted Mickey on the head "Same old Mickey."
Just as they were going out something grey and yellow came down from the sky and crashed inside the tardis.
"Umm... Hello."The Doctor said cautiously."Are you alright?"
Then a grey Pegasus shot up and said"I brought you a letter."
"What are you doing here? Derpy."Lyra asked.
"Delivering mail, What else?" Derpy said as her eyes stared at Lyra and the ceiling.
"Well off to deliver mail to the farthest reaches of the galaxy, bye"Derpy said as she flew up in the sky and disappear
"How did she even crossed the void?" The Doctor thought to himself. then he looked down to see his letters mostly adverts and bills But one letter caught his eye.

Then a car slowly rolled towards them and honked.
"Martha! How ya been?"The Doctor said happily.
"Doctor, nice to see you again, Who are you?"Martha asked as she gestured to Lyra and Vinyl.
"Right Introductions, Lyra And Vinyl meet Mickey and Martha, Mickey and Martha meet Lyra and Vinyl."The Doctor said.
"Pleasure to meet you."Martha said as she extended her hand.

"Do you have any cream rolls , I have the strangest craving for cream rolls."The Doctor said.
"No thanks."Lyra said as she examined the black box in the corner of the room.
"Do you have any cider?"Vinyl asked.
"We have some cream rolls but we don't have cider what about some Vodka"Martha said inside the kitchen.
"Sure."Vinyl drank it down pretty quickly.
"You just drank a full bottle of VODKA!?!"Mickey exclaimed.
"Not the strongest stuff I drank, ever tried granny smith's secret moonshine that stuff will knock you out for a week."Vinly said with a smirk.
"Alright y, now that's done time for some questions."The Doctor said still eating his cream rolls."One, how did you get in the Tardis?"
"I was drunk in a Forrest with a blue box, what did you expect."Vinyl asked.
"I mean how did you open it? It was locked." The Doctor said eating the last of his cream rolls.

"Nice to meet you, my name is captain Jack Hartness."He said as he kissed Lyra and Vinyl ob the cheek.
Lyra blushed but Vinyl was unfazed.
"Did all humans greet each other like that?"Lyra asked trying to hide her blush.
"Just Jack, he has a thing for... anything with a pulse."Mickey said as he turned on the T.V
"So Doctor you can travel through the void now, will you be going to rose?"Martha asked.
"Nah, She's got Meta-crisis Doctor, No need to confuse her even more." The Doctor said with a adismisive wave of his hand.
The sky turned dark.
"Whats going on, Doctor."Mickey and Lyra said in unison.

There was a sound of a tardis materializing.

"I'm the Hunter and Doctor this is all your fault!!!"The Hunter exclaimed pointing her finger at the Doctor.
"What? I just got here!" The Doctor retorted.
"Exactly you broke through the void and along the way you broke down the time lock!"The Hunter said as she poke the Doctor.
Dalek ships started to materialize next to Gallifrey.
"Thats not good..."Jack said as he took out his communicator."Attention all Torchwood, we have a code red, Gallifrey and Daleks, I repeat, Gallifrey and Daleks."Jack said into his communicator.
"Copy that, leader." A heavy Scottish accent came from the communicator.
"Da,Comrade, Russia is with you."A Russian accent said.
"So is America, You have our support, Jack."
"And Japan, The Experimental cyber weapons are ready, we are at your disposal."
"China is ready as well, Just say the word."
"Just how big is torchwood?" The Doctor asked
"Pretty big, but right now get in the tardis, we're gonna get that time lock back together."Jack ordered.
The Hunter's tardis was a battle hardened type 60 Battle tardis, Perfect for assault and defending the Earth while the Doctor gets the time lock under control.
"Alright everyone, I need you all to stay here."The Doctor ordered.
"What? There is no way we are letting you go there alone."Martha said.
"Well..."The Doctor said as he slowly walked into the tardis. "Touch luck, Martha."He said as he locked the door and went to the console
Lyra was hiding upstairs with Vinyl, and after The Doctor left they slowly walked down.
"What are we even doing."Vinyl asked.
"What else? helping the Doctor." Lyra said as she slowly opened the door.
"WHAT? We don't even know where we are!"Vinyl said.
"Keep your voice down."Lyra said as The two guards had the Doctor in tow.
"Doctor?"Vinyl whispered.

The Doctor saw the two of them hiding in the hallway.
"So... where are you taking me? to the high counsel, prison , labor camp, torture room, somewhere that'll give diabetes."The Doctor said with sarcasm."Well whatever you do I Won't break."
"What!? of course we won't hurt the great and powerful Doctor, Our trump card against the Daleks,The Oncoming storm, Heavens no!" The master said sarcastically.
The Doctor was uneasy by that statement.
"We want to thank you, Doctor, for breaking the time lock and putting Gallifrey back to its former glory."The Master said with a wicked smile on his face.
They slowly entered a room with something that looked like an electric chair.
"Whats that?"The Doctor asked with a worried tone.
"Oh nothing, just something the science guys cooked up."The Master said with a grin.
The Doctor recognized some of the circuitry "A DELTA WAVE PURIFIER!"
"Yes."The Master said as he went over to the console "You see this thing doesn't register time lord DNA when you're in time lock, but seeing you running about saving the universe and all that..."The Master smiled" You know where I'm going with this."
"You can't, You'll kill all the Humans, along with the Daleks!"The Doctor said trying to escape his captors.
"Collateral damage."The Master said with a dismissive wave of his hand.
"You can't do this, You're committing genocide, You're killing an entire civilization."The Doctor pleaded.
"So what? You've done your fair share of Genocide, Doctor."The Master said coldly
The Doctor was taken aback by that comment."I had a reason..."
"SO DO I!"The Master yelled "I'm trying to save our home world, The world that we were both born in, raised in and fought for, So tell me Doctor would you rather save some planet that doesn't even know you that well, filled with stupid apes or your home planet?"
"I...I...I Don't know." Tears started to form in his eyes.
"Well I Do."The Master said as he waved the goons forward.

There was a sound of something heavy hitting something metal.
They looked at the carnage and saw The a Type 60 Tardis that crashed and destroyed the machine.
"Doctor, sorry i'm late." The Hunter said as she exited her tardis and stared at the Master."Oh, hello these your friends Doctor."
Lyra and Vinyl were listening on the other side of the door.
"Oy, You two can come out now."The Hunter said as she looked to the door.
The Guards had their weapons aimed at the Hunter and The Doctor."
"Don't even try it."The Hunter said holding a remote that looked like her tardis."One push of a button and my tardis will kill anyone with a weapon except me of course."
The guards looked at each other and slowly lower their weapons.
"Good, now that's done I like that Delta wave idea."The Hunter said as she smiled at the Doctor.
"What!!!"The Doctor exclaimed "But that'll kill everyone!"
"Unless we refine it so it won't kill Humans and Time lords" The Hunter said.
"But we don't have any humans here."The Doctor pointed out.
The Hunter was silent but pointed a finger at Lyra and Vinyl.
"They're not human."The Doctor said
"...What?"The Hunter asked
"We're equine."Vinyl said
"But how?" The Hunter asked
"Well they come from an alternate universe."The Doctor said.
"...What?"The Hunter asked repeating asking the question
"Filled with magical talking ponies."The Doctor said
"...What?"The Hunter and The Master asked in unison.
"And did I mention I turned into a pony myself."The Doctor said
The Hunter just stared at the Doctor while the Master tried to stop himself from bursting out laughing.
"Well anyway,The Earth is protected by a shield that blocks all teleportation inside and out."The Hunter said while she thought of a way to stop the Daleks"Does anyone have a plan B"

"The shield should protect us from anything but using this much power and something as large as a planet..."Jack said as he looked at the monitor"Well lets just say we should get ready for a fight."
"I'll get U.N.I.T on the line."Martha said as she looked at the screen.
"And get area 51, we have a world crisis in our hands."
"Patching you through."Martha said as she pressed buttons on the keyboard.
"Jack,Whats going on?Our radars are going haywire."A man in a uniform said as he adjusted his medal.
"General, we have a war in our hands, we need every alien tech and experimental weapons you have."Jack said through the microphone.
"Not until I get some answers Jack."The general said with a stern look on his face.
Jack signed "Fine, Forwarding info on Gallifrey and The Time War."Jack said as he forwarded the info to the general.
"So This 'time war' is starting again?"The general asked.
"Not starting,escaping, The time lock basically froze it in time and space but that's besides the point, We need weapons general."Jack pleaded.
"...Sorry jack, I want to help but we need these weapons to protect the USA."The general said with an apologetic look.
"Don't you understand, The whole world is in danger, and you can't even use those weapons."Jack yelled.
"Alright, But under one condition."The general said .
"Name it."Jack said.
"Protect the world, Jack, The fate of the world is on your shoulders."The general said
"Not my shoulder, Just helping the guy whose shoulders are holding the world up."Jack said
"Who?"The general asked.
"The Doctor."Jack said as he cut the transmission off.

Lyra closed her eyes and covered her ears, Vinyl stared at the Doctor "Doctor, You can't let this happen!"
"I...I...I don't want to do this but its Gallifrey or the universe."The Doctor retorted.
"Its still not right , Doctor,these are your people." Vinyl said as lasers and screams could be heard outside.
"Where's your compassion!"
Tears started rolling down The Doctor's check "Its one world or the universe, you decide which is more important!"
"...Everything is important and you don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure that out."Vinyl said with pity in her voice.
"But what can we do, they're killing everyone!"The Doctor yelled
"You tell me, Doctor, What can you do?"Vinyl said scratching the back of her head.
A voice in the back of the Doctor's head spoke "Can you do it? can you save everyone?"The Doctor's face was full of sweat and tears rolling down his face like a river.
All eyes were on the Doctor, waiting for his response.
"I...I...I can't do it" The Doctor said with his face covered.
Everyone was startled by this statement.
"But that doesn't mean that will stop me from trying."The Doctor said as he started to stand up.
Lyra was pulling out wires and plugs that The Doctor pointed to.
"Aright, we're going to need all that, and some of that too." The Doctor said as he took some cables and a few metals that looked like armor plates with big bumps.
He used the sonic screwdriver to connect then together with the tardis console.
"What are you doing, Doctor?"The Hunter asked.
"I'm going to use the power of the time vortex to erase the Daleks from existence." The Doctor said as he pulled a wire from under the tardis console.
The Master's eyes went wide."But that's suicide, Doctor!"
"Not unless I use the power of the time vortex and shoot it out like a cannon."The Doctor said connecting cable to cable.
"One well placed shot could effectively wipe out the Daleks, all of them."
The Master and the other time lords knew it was dangerous but there was no other choice.
"ALLONS'Y" The Doctor yelled as he pulled the lever that sent the Tardis to orbit.
"Maintain those shields!" The Hunter said as they flew into the heart of the Dalek space fleet.
"The cannon is charging!" The Master said."50%"
"Get ready!" The Doctor said as he readied the cannon.
"Converting non-essential power to the shields."The Hunter said as the lights from the tardis lights began to flicker"Emergency generators online"
"100%"The Master said as he flipped the switch and turned on the green light "Ready,Doctor!"
"FIRE!" Lyra and Vinyl pressed the buttons that opened the door and fired the cannon.
"Direct hit!"The Master said.
The Shock wave blasted the other ships and killed every Daleks on the ships.
"One more should do it!"The Master said "Cannon recharging.
"Incoming missiles!"The Hunter said as she monitored the Dalek ships.
The missiles hit the tardis hard even with the shields on.
"Shields at 40%"The Hunter said as she was getting up.
"Cannons at 70%" The Master said as the console sent out sparks.
"More missiles!"The Hunter yelled.
"Taking evasive action, Hold on!" The Doctor said as he pressed random buttons.
The Missiles missed but the tardis was losing power.
"You two make yourselves useful and do some repairs!"The Master ordered the two other time lords.
"Cannon at 100%" The Master again flicked the switch for the green light.
"Doctor move in closer, I can't get a good shot" Vinyl said.
"Missiles incoming!" The Hunter said.
"Roger that!" The Doctor said pulling a lever and pressing buttons The Tardis shot forward straight to the missiles, before impact the tardis banked left and had a perfect shot at the mother ship in the middle.
"FIRE!"Vinyl said as Lyra lined up the shot.
"Direct hit!"The Doctor said "Good job everyone."
"What about The Daleks on Gallifrey?"The Master asked.
"Don't worry about that, my tardis could handle it." The Hunter said.
"BOLLOCKS! I completely forgot, Hang on! " The Doctor said as he started pushing buttons and levers.
The Tardis shook and rattled about until it stopped.
"What are we going to do, Doctor." Lyra asked.
"..."The Doctor was silent as he looked at the monitor that showed hundreds of dead soldiers and a few Dalek pieces.
"A world wide Dalek purge..." The Doctor was silent again.
"What does that mean?"Vinyl finally broke the silence.
"Oh, nothing just erase every Dalek on the world but we don't have the equipment to make it."
Just then the monitor turned on to see Jack.
"Doctor! we need help!" Jack said through the explosions and lasers, someone in the background was yelling orders to the other soldiers.
"Of course! Cardiff! The Rift!"The Doctor exclaimed."If we can amplify the energy signal coming from the Rift we can make the Dalek purge,Its amazing what I come up with under stress."The Doctor chuckled as the Tardis dematerialized and rematerialized near Cardiff.
"Vinyl, get me the speaker in the storage room, its next to the dressing room." The Doctor said pointing to the stairs.
"Yessir."Vinyl said running up the stairs
"Lyra, give me that cannon." The Doctor said pointing to the make-shift cannon.
"Ok."Lyra said taking the time vortex cannon and giving it to the Doctor.
"Got the sound system right here."Vinyl said carrying the speaker.
"Little help here."Vinyl said to the two grunts
Taking out his sonic screwdriver and pressing the button that made it make a 'whizzz' sound, sparks started to fly out the cannon and speaker.
"Sometimes, I even amaze myself."The Doctor said admiring his work.
"Get off your high horse, lets get to the Rift."The Hunter said.
"Watch out Daleks, The Doctor is back."
After charging the speaker and sending a signal to ever network in the world.
"HELLO DALEKS, I'M GIVING YOU ONE LAST CHANCE TO LEAVE PEACEFULLY, BECAUSE WHEN I'M DONE, I WON'T SHOW ANY MERCY TO ANY OF YOU."The Doctor said through out the world "YOU MUST BE WONDERING WHO I AM."The Doctor pause and said "I'M THE DOCTOR."

Every Daleks in the was going to Cardiff. "Doctor, I don't think this was a good idea...Lyra said looking at the horizon with small dots coming right at them. Soon they were surrounded by the Daleks, one Daleks wearing black came forward. "ANY LAST WORDS, DOCTOR."The Dalek commander pointed his weapon stock at the Doctor. "Just one."The Doctor said without a hint of fear "Allons'y!" The Doctor pulled a lever and a wave of blue energy went all over the world , Incinerating every Dalek worldwide "Look!"Lyra said as she pointed her finger at the sky. Gallifrey was dematerializing. "Well Doctor that was ... a blast."The Hunter said pushing the button on her tardis key chain, then her tardis materialized next to her. "Doctor... Lyra jumped out the window and followed the hoof prints left in the dirt, she followed them to Bon-Bon's house. "*Gulp* Noted" The Doctor said, Lyra heard this as she walked slowly towards them. Bon-Bon saw Lyra there and yelled."Where have you been?!?" Lyra just gave a sheepish smile towards Bon-Bon." I was at the hospital." "Why were you at the hospital?"Bon-Bon asked curiosly. "I, uh, accidentally got the Doctor hospitalized, hehe"Lyra gave Bon-Bon a nervous laugh. "..."Bon-Bon just started at Lyra ." Lyra and the Doctor stared at Bon-Bon for a while then started laughing. "He had a good reason. A very good reason." Lyra said calming down.
"Any stallion would say that to get out of trouble and knowing you, you probably gave him a very verbal lashing." Bon-Bon said looking at the Doctor's expressionless face.
"I know him... and I believe him completely. “Lyra reasoned
"You only know him for two days!" Bon-Bon said growing more irritated by her over eccentric roommate.
"And I trust him completely." Lyra said bouncing next to the Doctor, the Doctor gave a reassuring smile at Lyra.
"Fine, I'm coming with you." Bon-Bon said determination in her eyes.
"What!" The Doctor and Lyra said at the same time.
"You heard me, I'm coming with. “Bon-Bon said eyeing the Doctor.
The Doctor pondered for a moment before he spoke up. “The more, the merrier, but we don't know where we're going yet."

"You wouldn't understand." The Doctor said pushing random blinking buttons. "So where do you want to go? Backwards or forwards in time."

"Did I mention this was a time machine? No, well sorry I forgot." The Doctor said looking at Bon-Bon's unbelieving expression.
"I-I don't believe you." Bon-Bon said in disbelief.
"Forwards!" Lyra shouted.
"Forwards, it is then." The Doctor said as he pulled a blue lever.
The TARDIS shook and rattled causing Bon-Bon to trip and fall.
The Doctor looked up, his face beaming with excitement. "Welcome to the year 1302 C&L Reign, That's Celestia and Luna's reign by the way, The first great Lunar Empire, The greatest cultural and technological advance since the Magical Microwave. "He said as he gestured at the door.

Lyra ran up the door and opened it.
"Wow..." Lyra said seeing as they were standing on a giant building as Celestia's sun began to set and the moon began to rise.
"Look down." The Doctor said pointing downward.
Lyra did as told, she saw cars like the ones in the human world.
"Magically controlled cars." The Doctor said breathing in the fresh air. “It’s eco-friendly unlike the cars on Earth."
The Doctor opened the door on the roof. "Let's go see the sights."
"Wait, What about Bon-Bon?” Lyra said
"Who? Oh right, Sorry forgot." The Doctor went back inside the TARDIS and pulled out the frozen Earth pony.
"Well Bon-Bon believe me now.” Lyra said smugly.
"Bon-Bon, Hello, Universe to Bon-Bon." The Doctor Lyra said pulling her earth pony friend away from the TARDIS. "You said you wanted to come along."
"Come on, We got a whole new world to explore." The Doctor said trotting along.

The Doctor looked at the two guards and flashed a black wallet in front of them.
"The princesses are expecting us." The Doctor said putting his wallet back inside his hat.
They throught the gate and The Doctor turned to look at the mares following him.
"Psychic paper, makes them see what I want them to see." The Doctor said walking through the large castle doors.
They walked into a large chamber adorned with a glass chandelier and several stained glass windows, A tall dark blue Alicorn sat atop the throne.
"Your majesty." The Doctor said bowing down along with the two mares accompanying him.
"No need to be so formal, Doctor." The night princess said.
"Princess, I advise against being so informal with the subjects." A dark blue unicorn stallion said levitating a checklist surrounded by a dark aura.
"Don't worry, Nightshade, He's a close personal friend of mine."Luna said getting off her thorne and trotted slowly towards them.
"Actually this is the first time we met, well, to me atleast." The Doctor said as he stood up.
"Oh well, I guess no remanissing then." Luna signed. "So what's the problem this time?"
"Oh, nothing really, just travelling with friends and such." The Doctor said gesturing to Bon-Bon and Lyra. "And what better place to stay the night then a castle."
"Now look here, Good sir, I don't know who you are but the princess cannot accomidate threee ponies on such short-" Nightshade said as he was
cut off by Luna
"Done, Your rooms are on the spectral wing, Rooms 404, 405 and 403." Luna said as she gestured Nightshade to get the keys.
Nightshade reluctanly levitated the keys and gave them to Luna. "But,princess." Nightshade then began to levitate his checklist in front of Luna. "We have to prepare for the winter night festival."
"We have plenty of time for that."Luna said walking towards the door. "Come, I'll show you the way to your rooms."
The four ponies walked down a hallway lit with eerie blue torches instead of the electrical blubs like the chandelier in the hall.
"I'm not sure about staying here..."Bon-Bon said staying close to Lyra. "Maybe we could stay at a different wing."
"Sorry but all other wings are being used for the winter night celebration." Luna walked towards a wall. "We're here."
"I don't see anything." Lyra said rubbing her eyes.
"Hold on." Luna's horn glowed with a light blue aura, The walls in front of them turned into blue door similar to the TARDIS. "Simple perception filter and invisibility."
Room 404 was chock full of books, vials and monitor. "This is your room, Doctor." Luna said with a smile.
"This... is... AMAZING, I'll be busy reading and mixing chemicals, haven't done that in a while, Oh, Big shiny red button." The Doctor said as he pressed the red button and a glass of strawberry smoothie landed on the table. "This place has everything!"
"I'll leave you to your work." Luna said walking out the door with Bon-Bon and Lyra.
Next she went to another wall and dispelled the ward, They walked into the room, a strong aroma of sweets could be smelled in the next room.
"That smells good..." Bon-Bon said licking her lips.
They walked through another door, It was full of all sorts of sweets, Bon-Bon's eyes went wide and started drooling.
A moment later, Bon-Bon jumped in the pile of cupcakes and started eating.
"Dis ish dirisyous!" Bon-Bon said, her mouth was full of cupcakes.
"Let's get out here before she gets ger sugar rush." Lyra said rushing out the door, Luna following closely behind. "She's worse than Pinkie." She muttered to herself.
Lyra and Luna heard a small explosion inside the room.
Lyra let out a sign. "That was close."
Luna looked at Lyra confused but soon realized that they were travelling with the Doctor, no questions were needed to asked.
They finally went to the last room, there was no ward or magic filter just a door with a lock. Luna went up and unlocked the door.
Lyra went through the door. it was full of books, notes, vials, lab equipment and , surprisingly, a human skeleton and pony skeleton (fake of course).
"Well, I hope you like your stay here." Luna said with a pleased smile. "Please stay awhile, tomorrow will be the Winter Night Festival."
Lyra nodded. "But I have a question, what’s the 'Winter Night Festival.' "
Luna was a bit shocked at Lyra but soon remembered that Lyra was from the past. "The Winter Night Festival is celebrated at the first snow of the
winter, The Pegasi makes the perfect snow that shine in the sunlight and sparkle under the moon." The Princess of the night looked at Lyra, she smiled and continued. "They’re also magically infused. They dance around the sky, change colors and tell and act out stories." Luna said as she noticed the wall clock. "I'm sorry but I have to prepare for the Winter Night Festival." Lyra nodded and examined her room.
Luna walked out the door and started heading towards the throne room.

The Doctor looked over a few vials on his table. " I think I just made the cure for the common cold..." The Doctor said as he looked over the other table filled with more vials of different colored liquids. "And 10 new poisons, 15 types of high volatile explosives and 4 types of acid..." He then glanced over the top of the his study desk. "And 1 new banana-strawberry-chocolate-vanilla-apple flavored smoothie." The Doctor said smiling.
There was a knock on the door. The Doctor opened the door, Lyra stood outside the door looking at the Doctor. "May I come in?" She asked innocently.
"Of course." The Doctor replied.
Lyra walked and closed the door, she turned towards the Doctor.
"Now that we're alone..." Lyra said in a very sultry voice, eyes fluttering.
The Doctor had a bad feeling about this... a very bad feeling.
"I've missed you so much..." Lyra took a step closer
The Doctor was speechless for once and started backing away.
"I've been so lonely, cold, alone at night, nopony to cuddle with..." Lyra stepped closer and closer.
The Doctor was sweating, he accidentally knocked over a vase, a lamp and his hybrid smoothie. "Is it getting hot in here or is it just me?" The Doctor said avoiding eye contact.
"It's getting hot..." Lyra stepped closer, The Doctor backed up against the wall trying to find a way out.
Lyra leaned closer, The Doctor could feel her breath on his fur. "Very hot..."
Just then the doors bursts opened revealing another mint green unicorn, the first Lyra's eyes started glowing green and lunged at the other Lyra, The other Lyra predicted this and revealed a heavy tome and brought down the book on the first Lyra's head, knocking her out quickly.
The other Lyra grinned as the first Lyra bursts into green flames and turn into black insect like creature.
"Changelings..."Lyra said looking over unconscious insect. "They’re not like the ones back during the wedding."
The changeling was wearing armor and looked more muscular then the changelings back during the wedding.
The Doctor quickly recovered. "What is that thing?"
"That is a changeling, they take the form of somepony and feed on love." Lyra said using here horn to tie the changeling on a nearby chair.
"How do you know about them and how did you know I was in trouble?" Doctor asked walking closer to the real Lyra.
"Well, a few weeks back I was mind controlled by their Queen and to answer your second question, you were in my room." Lyra said glancing at the room's incredibly large mess.
"How did you know it was a fake?" The Doctor asked
"One, It didn't have your silly fedora." Lyra said matter-of-factly.
"Hey!" The Doctor said picking up his hat. "Fedoras are cool, don’t forget that."
"And it didn't have your sad eyes." Lyra said blankly.
"..." The Doctor was silent. "Wait a minute, if you have a changeling in your room and I have one in mine then Bon-Bon must..." Lyra ran towards Bon-Bon's room, The Doctor soon followed.
They got to Bon-Bon's room. "The door's locked, Doctor, give me your whizzy thing." Lyra said
"Allow me and It's sonic screwdriver by the way." The Doctor said pointing his screwdriver at the lock.
*Whizz**Click*
They walked into Bon-Bon's room and saw another unconscious changeling and a sugar-rushed Bon-Bon bouncing off the walls.
"GET DOWN!" Lyra ordered as she dropped to the ground, The Doctor followed.
"Hey guys, just having some fun before going to bed." Bon-Bon said landing in front of them.
Lyra glanced at the changeling. "How did you take down that changeling?" she asked.
"Well you walked in, not you but the other you, and locked the door and I accidentally hit it over the head with a baguette ..." Bon-Bon said holding a broken baguette.
"Well, let's get it tied up." The Doctor said.
"I'll go get Princess Luna, don't break anything, Bon-Bon." Lyra said walking out the door.
The Doctor went and tied up the changeling, taking out his sonic screwdriver he scanned the changeling.
"Interesting. They don't seem to have a digestive system instead some sort of organ that picks up some sort of energy."
"They feed on love, silly filly." Bon-Bon said bouncing across the room.
"They feed on what?" The Doctor asked. "She was serious?!?" The Doctor thought.
"Love, all sorts of love, puppy love, friend love, family love, marriage love, mare-colt love, mare-mare love..." Bon-Bon said, suddenly her voice changed to slightly seductive tone. "...Colt-colt love..." Bon-Bon said, her cheeks blushing a bright red.
Lyra came back with a few royal guards and Princess Luna.
"Guard, Take the changeling away." Luna ordered the guards.
"Looks like we have a problem." The Doctor said.
"They're not just getting food, look at that armor, they're more like soldiers then scavengers." Lyra said eyeing the changeling being dragged by the large Pegasus stallion.
"Maybe, you can't be sure until we get some real evidence that this is an invasion." The night princess said as she turned towards one of the guards. "Double the guards and tell them to be alert, they could be anypony." The guard gave a salute and left.
"So what now?" Lyra asked.
"Now, you three get some rest." Luna said gently.
*Yawn* "Well, don't know about you two but I'm pretty beat, I think hitting the hay ain't such a bad idea." Lyra said trotting back to her room.
"I should go back to bed too." Bon-Bon said recovering from her sugar-rush.
"I'm not really tired but I'm going back to my room there's something I need to look into." The Doctor said. "Goodnight, Princess."
"Goodnight, Doctor.” Luna said as she trotted back to the throne room.
The Doctor woke up on the floor, he was full of fear, anger and sadness.
"What's happening to me?" The Doctor said looking at a mirror in the corner.
*Knock**Knock*
The Doctor went up to the door and opened it.
"Hiya, Doctor." Lyra said in her usual upbeat voice, she looked at the Doctor's moisten eyes. "What's wrong?"
"Nothing, just a nightmare." The Doctor said avoiding eye contact.
"Well, alright, if you say so." Lyra said taking the Doctor's hoof. "Let's get to the celebration, It's about to start."
Doctor picked up his fedora and put it on his head.

It was high noon, the first snow was about to fall.
Luna and Celestia arrived, looking as majestic as ever.
"Our faithful subjects, we are happy to announce that this Winter Night Celebration will be the biggest one to date." Celestia said, the crowd cheered as she spoke.
"LET THE FESTIVITIES COMENCE!" Luna boomed over the microphone.
The entire crowd winced with the sudden increase of decibels.
The first snow started to fall, it glowed and sparkled in the sky, changing colors as it dropped to the ground.
There were a few foals in the park, listening to the snowflakes that acted out the second defeat of Discord.
The trio was speechless until Lyra threw a green snowball at Bon-Bon.
"Hey!" Bon-Bon yelled.
"Can't catch me." Lyra said lobbing another snowball.
"Ohhh, It. Is. ON." Bon-Bon said throwing a snowball towards Lyra.
Soon they started making snow forts and a few foals joined in.
"Here's the plan; Shortstop, you fly around and hit 'em from behind-" Bon-Bon said to a small black and grey Pegasus colt, a green snowball levitated over her head dropped down. "Hey! No magic!"
Lyra laughed and turned to the Doctor. "Come on, Doctor, join in."
The Doctor looked at the unicorn mare and pouted. "I'm not joining."
Lyra frowned until a snow ball smacked her on the snout. "I'm making my on fort!"
Lyra laughed and threw another snowball at the Doctor.
Soon the Doctor made a small fort with a fully functioning automated turret that fired explosive snowball.
Shortstop broke from cover to cover, expertly dodging the incoming projectiles.
"They got a sentry up there." He shouted at his teammates that were lagging behind.
\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Later that night \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
The Doctor was being dog-pilled by the foals.
"Ahahha, stop stop stop, please I can't take it, Ahahaha." The Doctor said as he was being tickled to death.
"Wow, Doctor, you sure have a way with kids." Lyra said picking up the foals with her magic. "Hot-coco?" She offered.
"Thanks." The Doctor took the cup and took a small sip. "HOTHOTHOTHOTHOTHOT."
"Bon-Bon likes it hot." Lyra said with a shrug.
"Hey, you two love-birds, there making an announcement." Bon-Bon yelled as she ran to the center of the park.
"WE ARE NOT LOVE-BIRDS!" Lyra and the Doctor said in unison.
Some of the foals giggled and ran off.
"We should see what's going on." Lyra said trotting towards the center of the park.
Soon everypony in the park was awaiting the princesses for their announcement, The lights on the lamp post began to flicker.
"I don't think that’s part of the announcement." The Doctor said eyeing the platform. Suddenly there was a maniacal laugh coming from the platform.
"Ah, the little ponies of Canterlot, oh how I waited for this day." Green flames surrounded the platform. The ponies panicked, running away only to be stopped by a similar green flame.
"It's so amusing to see the ponies scramble around like headless chickens." A tall, dark, form emerged, it looked like one of those changelings, he had a jagged horn and a very wavy mane.
Shortstop came up to the changeling's face. "Yo, Knucklehead, Where's the Princesses." He shouted.
"For your information, my name is King Metamorphosis." The King said to the little colt.
"Oh, Royalty, Yeah you're real scary, woooo." Shortstop mocked the annoyed King.
"Your pretty little Princesses are in Canterlot dungeon, like there's anything you can do about it." King Metamorphosis said picking up the colt with
his magic.
Shortstop snickered at the so-called 'King'.
"What's so funny?" The King demanded.
"Look at you, I mean look at you, you're like black Swiss cheese or something." Shortstop laughed.
Kind Metamorphosis was enraged by the none stop blabbering from the colt, he threw the colt back to the audience.
"YOU WILL ALL BE DRAINED OF LOVE AND WILL BE REPLACE BY HATERED, RESISTANCE IS FUTILE!" King Metamorphosis said.
"Looks like off to save the day again." The Doctor said raising his sonic screwdriver, the barrier dispersed. "EVERYPONY! RUN FOR IT!" He yelled, the crowd followed his command except for Shortstop, who hovering by the Doctor's side.
"You will pay for that!" The King Threatend the brown stallion.
"Well get in line buddy, I have so many depts you won't be heard from for a very long time." The Doctor said smiling at the so-called 'King.'
"This is about to get interesting." Lyra said while Bon-Bon cowered behind her unicorn friend.
