Something doesn't feel right

"DOCTOR! ARE YOU OKAY!?" Twilight screamed after seeing The Doctor lying on the ground.

After a few minutes Twilight heard a coughing coming from The Doctor:

"Ow!"

The Doctor said after dusting himself off from the dirt that was on the ground, Twilight then rushed over to his aid:

"Doctor! Are you hurt? Will you be okay?" The Doctor just looked at Twilight then giggled:

"I'll be fine Twilight, I've suffered worse!" Twilight then smiled and helped him up then two went over to see what

the damage was to the TARDIS:

"Well fancy that." The Doctor said, looking at the computer screen. "What is it?" Twilight said walking over to The Doctor:

"Well according to the screen, nothing happened. Apparently it was just a bump in the vortex then well this happened."

"So the TARDIS will be fine?" Twilight said confused:

"Oh! Of course Twilight! The TARDIS is well known for fixing itself from any damage!"

"Oh." Twilight said. Looking at the screen again Twilight was trying to wonder where they were:

"Where are we Doctor?" The Doctor then looked at the screen again, looking for the location:

"Ah! Brilliant!"

"What is it?" Twilight asked:

"Well it looks like were back in Equestria. It looks like....Ah! Were back in Ponyville."

Twilight then sighed with relief, glad to be back home:

"Finally! I'm really tired I should just get back home and head to bed. Going to the Cave pony era can

really tire a pony out." The Doctor also agreed and wished Twilight a goodnight.

After she left the TARDIS he also went to catch some rest himself:

"A Yellow coded curfew is now in effect, this is for your safety, please stay inside, guard ponies are on watch."

a voice said, Twilight was wondering where that was coming from but she didn't care,

she just thought it was her imagination, she was tired after all:

"Finally." Twilight said. "Now I can get some rest, no late night studying tonight."

Upon entering the Library Twilight then climbed the stairs to her room and fell asleep.

The next morning came so quickly; Twilight was starting to wake up when all of a sudden she fell

out of bed with a loud THUMP on the floor. Above her stood Spike looking as angry as ever:

"GET UP! I NEVER TOLD YOU TO SLEEP IN! GET DOWN STAIRS AND MAKE ME BREAKFAST!"

Spike then walked away but stopped and turned around again:

"Oh and just for the record! You can forget about your pay for the week!"

"Pay?" Twilight thought to herself. She then stared at Spike again wanting some answers:

"Spike? Where am I? This is the first time I've seen you act like this?"

Spike then sighed and knocked on Twilight's head like she was stupid:

"Hello? is anypony there?"

"Ow, Ow, Ow, Stop Spike!"

"Oh I'm sorry I thought you were smart not dumb, stupid pony!"

Twilight gasped with surprise then looked at Spike with anger:

"Stupid? STUPID? I'LL SHOW YOU WHO'S STUPID!"

Twilight then attempted to run towards Spike when all of a sudden Spike pulled out a rather small Laser Cannon:

"Take one more step and I swear this will be the last thing you do! Got me?"

Twilight then stopped and attempted to use her magic.

Lifting the Cannon out of the little dragons hand Twilight raced to the door, slamming it behind her.

After a few minutes Twilight stopped running:

"Well that was certainly strange. Never had that happen before."

As Twilight was walking she bumped into Pinkie Pie who was just going into Sugarcube Corner:

"Hi Pinkie!" Pinkie then turned around towards the Purple Pony and looked at her confused:

"I'm sorry do I know you? How do you know my name?"

"Pinkie it's me Twilight."

"Sorry ma'am the only Twilight I know is that worker for Spike, you know you sort of look like her,
"GASP" Are you her twin sister?"

"No, no sister. I'm her." Pinkie just giggled:

"You can't be her she never is allowed to leave the house, she could get in trouble by Spike."

"But I am..." Twilight was then cut off by a voice on the random intercom on the side of the bakery:

"A red coded alarm is now in effect, please head inside for the remainder of this alarm, this is not a drill."

"Twilight come on! Hurry!"

"Why?"

"No questions, just hurry."

Twilight then rushed with Pinkie towards the cellar doors in the bakery; opening them the two raced down the

stairs locking the door in the process:

"Pinkie what's going on?" Pinkie then looked at twilight, confused by the question:

"You don't know? It's a bombing raid from Cloudsdale, It happens like twice a week, I'm surprised you didn't know."

"Twilight is that you?" A familiar voice said behind the pony:

"Doctor?"

"Yes! I went to go get some muffins when all of a sudden this pony brought me downstairs."

Twilight then turned to Pinkie:

"Pinkie what year is this and where are we?" Pinkie looked at the two confused:

"You guys should know, it's the year 2012 and this is Soviet Slovania." The Doctor looked at Twilight:

"Well were in the right year. But this is Equestria."

Pinkie gasped with shock and shoved her hoof in The Doctors mouth:

"Doctor! You never say that name! The Queen can hear everything." Twilight then looked at Pinkie confused:

"What do you mean Queen? We have a Princess." Pinkie sighed and pulled out a large book of pony history:

"Guys look here, 17 years ago a Queen who still remains unknown took over Princess Celestia

making Equestria a war torn country.

It all started after Cloudsdale wanted Canterlot to cut off all trades from Ponyville.

The Queen didn't like that at all and started an all out war with the pegasi."

" So just like the cold war between Soviet Russia and North America?" Pinkie then looked at The Doctor:

"Never mind Pinkie, Continue"

"Anyway, this turned Cloudsdale into a Soviet state and because of that caused a
cold war to start.

This war got progressively worse by the time Cloudsdale launched a missile towards the Canterlot
Palace thus causing Canterlot to declare war on Cloudsdale,

and because Ponyville is also a Soviet state we had no choice but to join Canterlot and declared war on Cloudsdale."

"So were in her because a cold war that got worse over time?"

"Yup!" Pinkie said; nodding,

The Doctor then intervened:

"Wait a tick. How do you not know who your Queen is?"

"Well mainly because she refuses to show her face.

I think because she doesn't want any pony to know and attempt an assassination."

"Understandable." Twilight agreed with The Doctor:

"Well it looks like the raid is over, say do you want something to drink Twilight?"

"Sure I am thirsty after all." Pinkie the turned her head towards The Doctor:

"You to?"

"Thank you Pinkie." Pinkie then smiled and unlocked the cellar doors and made the two drinks and one for herself.

After a few minutes Pinkie attempted to make conversation with the two ponies:

"So where are you two from?" Twilight was the first to answer. "Pinkie you know where I'm from."

Pinkie then looked at Twilight confused.

"I'm sorry Miss. Twilight I have know idea. I asked you if you were Spikes maid but...."

"Whoa Whoa Whoa, Spikes...Maid?" Pinkie shook her head:

"Yeah why?" Twilight then started to laugh hysterically after hearing about her placement:

"You've got to be kidding me. I would never be his...Maid."

"Well then...If your not his maid Twilight then where are you from?" Pinkie asked again:

"It's complicated." The Doctor said:

"Okay, then why are you guys here?"

"I have no idea Pinkie, I thought I was in Ponyville but this is definitely NOT the ponyville I live in."

Pinkie then gave Twilight another confused look:

"Well I have no idea where your from but this is the only Ponyville on the map of Soviet Slovania."

"Well look at the time Twilight it looks like we need to get going." Twilight then looked at The Doctor confused:

"What do you mean?"

"Well we should see how to others are doing."

"Others?" The Doctor sighed:

"Your friends Twilight."

"Right. " The Doctor then looked at Pinkie and smiled:

"You have a great day Pinkie. We have to go now."

Pinkie then shook her head waving to the two before they were not seen past the doors.

As soon as Pinkie was about to walk into the kitchen she stopped and thought to herself:

"Strange Ponies."

While walking to Rarity's place Twilight stopped and looked at The Doctor:

"Doctor?"

"Yes Twilight?"

"How come Pinkie didn't remember me?

She remembered a maid with my name but she didn't remember me."

"Who knows Twilight, It's an alternate universe."

"Yeah but still. Never mind, lets just go to Rarity's."

The Doctor agreed and followed Twilight until bumping into Fluttershy:

"HEY! WATCH WHERE YOUR GOING FEATHER BRAIN!"

After Twilight helped The Doctor up she turned towards Fluttershy who was walking away:

"Fluttershy? That couldn't be her." Twilight thought to herself, before walking away.

After a few minutes however the two finally made it to Rarity's:

"RARITY!"

"Who is it?"

"TWILIGHT! TWILIGHT SPARKLE? YOUR BEST FRIEND?"

"Sorry I don't have a friend named Twilight! Go away please!"

"BUT RARITY!"

"NOW! BEFORE I CALL THE GUARDS!"

OKAY FINE!" Twilight then stormed off towards Sweet Apple Acres, The Doctor following right behind:

"What was that all about?"

"I don't know, frankly I don't even want to." The Doctor just sighed and followed the unicorn.

After a few minutes the two finally made it to Sweet Apple Acres:

"Finally were here. Maybe I can get some more answers from Applejack."

"Let's hope so."

Just before the two were about to get towards the house an orange pony with a dusty brow cowgirl

hat jumped from behind the bushes and pinned Twilight; Pointing a laser at her head:

"OKAY YOU HAVE 10 SECONDS TO TELL ME WHO THE HAY YOU TWO ARE BEFORE I VAPORIZE YOUR HEADS
CLEAN OFF! 10...9..."

"I'M TWILIGHT, YOUR FRIEND REMEMBER!?"

"I HAVE NO IDEA WHO YOU ARE! I'VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE YOU IN MY LIFE!"

"Right I forgot, I'm in an Alternate Universe." Applejack then pushed the laser farther towards her head:

"8, you'd best be hurryin' up" The Doctor then successfully tackled the pony, pinning her to the ground:

"I'm sorry about this miss but your very anxious, please tell us what's going on."

Applejack didn't listen she just struggled until finally regaining her voice back:

"GUARDS! GUARDS!" Twilight was then tackled by one guard and The Doctor was tackled by the other:

"THEIR SPIES! I KNOW IT!"

Applejack shouted out before to two colts dragged the two ponies towards the Canterlot Train:

"LET'S GO YOU TWO!"

"Where are we going?" Twilight asked.

"DON'T TALK, SPY!"

"But were not..."

"SILENCE!" The guard shouted, slapping Twilight across the face.

After a few minutes on the train The Doctor caught Twilight's attention:

"Twilight." The Doctor whispered.

"What?"

"I have a plan."

"What is it?" The Doctor then pulled out the Sonic Screwdriver and showed it to Twilight:

"This Screwdriver can unlock anything,

if I point this at the handcuffs they will unlock and we can make a run for it."

Twilight then nodded in agreement:

"Okay, lets hope this works."

she then lifted the shackles and The Doctor attempted to unlock the handcuffs. After a few seconds

a "CLICK" was heard from the handcuffs and the two broke free just as a guard was walking in.

Noticing the two he had attempted to use magic but The Doctor used the sonic screwdriver,

disabling the guards magic for a moment:

"What do we do now Doctor?" Twilight asked.

"I haven't figured that out yet, we probably could..."

"STOP!" A guard shouted out after noticing the two:

"SEND OUT THE CYBERMARE!" The Doctor just froze:

"Oh no." Twilight looked at The Doctor confused:

"What?"

"We have to get out of here quick!"

"Why?"

"A Cybermare is a very dangerous robotic human or in this case Mare because in my universe their called Cybermen.

Anyway we need to find a way out before it tracks us. If it does we're as good as dead."

Twilight then came up with an idea:

"I've got it! There's a small cave coming up in a few minutes that leads directly to the palace.

If we can make it we might be able to lose the Cybermare before it tracks us."

"BRILLIANT!" The two then rushed towards the front of the train and smashed one of the windows opened:

"Okay here it comes! 3..2..JUMP!!" The two then successfully jumped into the cave without a scratch on them:

"The stairs leading up towards the palace room is down near the end of the cave lets go."

The Doctor then nodded and the two then ran towards the stairs.

Something doesn't feel right part 2

"Finally we're here Doctor. Up those stairs is the palace room." The Doctor then sighed with relief,

glad to finally see who was behind this whole ordeal:

"Wait Doctor!" The Doctor then turned to Twilight:

"What is it Twilight?" Twilight then sighed:

"Something doesn't feel right."

"What do you mean Twilight?"

"Well it feels like we're being watched. I don't know by what though." The Doctor then went over to comfort Twilight:

"We'll be fine, we've suffered worse." Twilight then turned to The Doctor and smiled:

"I guess. Let's do this." The two then ran up the stairs unfortunately being met by a locked door:

"Great! Doors locked." Twilight said trying to use her magic:

"Twilight?" Twilight didn't listen, she just kept attempting to unlock the door:

"Twilight?" Still no response:

"Twilight!" Finally a response from the unicorn, The Doctor then showed Twilight the Sonic screwdriver:

"Oh yeah, right." After a few seconds The Doctor then turned the screwdriver towards the lock,

successfully unlocking it:

"There." The two then opened the doors, running towards the throne room until being stopped by two Cybermare's:

"Stop right there! You two are under arrest for assault of an officer and destruction of Slovanian property!"

The Two Cybermare's then grabbed the two and dragged them towards the Queen for their punishment:

"Your majesty!" The Queen then turned towards the robots:

"Yes? What is it?"

"The two spies that escaped from the train are here." One Cybermare announced, The Queen smiled joyfully:

"Bring theme here. Now!" The two ponies were then dragged towards the Queen.

Twilight looking up was shocked to see who it was:

"Queen Chrysalis? Your behind all of this?" The Queen then grinned in an evil like way:

"I knew it wouldn't take you two long enough to know who it was. I'm surprised you didn't know Doctor."

The Doctor just smiled:

"Well to be honest I was expecting someone a little smarter to pull this off but beggars can't be choosers ."

Twilight just giggled at The Doctor's remark, the Queen lost her smile rather quickly:

"Cybermare's!" The Cybermare's then turned to the Queen:

"Take them away! I'll think of what I want to do to them later. In the mean time leave them in the dungeon."

The two were then dragged towards the dungeon.

After getting to the dungeon the two were then thrown in the rather large cell:

"You two are going to be in here for a rather large time, make yourself comfortable."

A guard said locking the cell shut:

"What are you two in for?" A familiar voice said from behind the shadows:

"Rainbow Dash?" Twilight asked:

"It's me Twilight." The pony then walked out of shadows revealing the cyan Pegasus:

"Sorry, don't know ya!"

"Of course." The Pegasus then turned her attention towards The Doctor:

"Who are you?"

"Oh I'm The Doctor." Rainbow Dash looked confused:

"You have a first name?" The Doctor shook his head:

"Nope, just The Doctor."

"Okay then. Anyway, you Purple unicorn."

"Excuse me?" Twilight said annoyed:

"How do you know my name? Am I that famous?" Dash asked acting in a real snobby attitude:

"What? No, anyway. I'm Twilight Sparkle, I'm from an alternate universe and..."

Twilight was then cut off by Dash:

"Wait. Alternate universe?" Tears of laughter then started to burst from Dash's eyes,

she then started to roll around the ground laughing like crazy:

"What?" Twilight asked:

"Twilight?" The Doctor asked:

"I think she thinks your crazy." Twilight then sighed

"Typical."

After a few minutes Dash then caught her breath after almost five minutes of laughing:

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry..Just a second.." Dash said trying to catch her breath:

"There we go. Anyway again I'm sorry about that, it's just too funny."

Twilight didn't respond she just looked at Dash, annoyed:

"Ms. Dash?" The Doctor asked, getting Dashes attention:

"Yeah?"

"I'm The Doctor and.."

"You already told me that."

"Right, sorry. What Twilight had told you was true, were from an alternate universe and we came here by accident,

I read the computer screen wrong in the TARDIS and right now were trying to get home,

well by also saving some lives while we're at it." Dash then turned towards the bard windows behind her,

staring off into the night sky. After a few minutes she sighed and turned her attention towards The Doctor:

"Doctor...It's really not that easy to escape, I mean with the Cybermare's and all."

The Doctor then turned towards Dash:

"Nothing I haven't face before, I mean..."

"Don't even bother breaking out, it's useless."

The Doctor then faced towards a dark area in the cell to attempt to locate the mysterious voice:

"Hello? Who's there?" Twilight then face The Doctor:

"One second Doctor."

Twilight then tried to brighten the room with her magic successfully doing so revealing Princess Celestia:

"Princess? What are you..oh right."

The Princess then faced her attention towards the purple unicorn:

"I said there is no way to get out, even if you could where would you go?"

Twilight then stared at the Princess, shocked to hear this coming from her faithful teacher:

"That's beside the fact Princess, we need to get you back in power of things.

I mean have you seen what Equestria looks right now?"

The Princess just stared at Twilight:

"So, it's the Queens problem not mine."

"So? SO!? WHAT KIND OF PRINCESS LIKE YOU DOES THIS!? DO YOU EVEN HEAR YOURSELF!?"

Dash then intervened with the two:

"Twilight has a point Princess! Stop whining and let's go and get your throne back!"

The Doctor then walked up to twilight and tapped on her shoulder:

"Um Twilight? I think it's time to get going out of here." Rainbow Dash then walked up to The Doctor:

"Excuse me but what are you talking about?" The Doctor then turned towards Dash:

"Well you see, with this Sonic screwdriver I can unlock anything and get out of here in a jiffy."

Twilight then turned towards The Doctor:

"You had that thing the whole time we were here!" The Doctor then faced Twilight:

"Of course!" Twilight then attempted to hide her anger towards The Doctor:

"Twilight are you okay?" The Doctor asked:

"I'm fine, let's just get out of here."

After a few minutes the cell door opened and the two were free. Before leaving Dash then flew towards them:

"Wait! Can I come with you please?" The Doctor then walked towards Dash:

"Well that was the reason why we unlocked it." Twilight then turned towards The Doctor:

"Speaking of which Doctor, why didn't you unlock the cell door after the guard brought us down here?"

The Doctor then turned his attention towards Twilight:

"I'll explain later, come on!"

"Wait!" Dash called out:

"What about the Princess?" Twilight then turned towards Dash:

"There's no point getting her, she doesn't care about this so forget her."

Dash then shrugged and followed the two towards the throne room again.

After a few minutes though Twilight stopped The Doctor and Dash looking confused:

"What is it Twilight?" The Doctor asked:

"Well, didn't you notice that, well, it was too easy getting out of that cell,

I mean I was at least expecting the alarm to go off or something."

The Doctor then thought for a minute:

"You're right Twilight, it was a little too easy wasn't it?" Dash then looked at the two feeling the same way:

"You guys have a point."

After a few minutes the three heard laughing coming from the walls:

"What the?" Twilight thought to herself:

"What's that sound?" Dash asked The Doctor:

"I don't know, it can't be good though."

"And right you are doctor!" A mysterious voice said:

"Who's that?" Dash asked:

"The Queen." Twilight and The Doctor said. A face then appeared on the walls revealing the Queen:

"Ah, I see you got out of the cell." The Doctor then looked up at the Queen:

"It really wasn't that hard." The Queen didn't say anything, she just smiled and started to giggle:

"Well then Doctor, I guess you won't have a hard time getting out of this. RELEASE THE DALEKS!"

"Oh no." The Doctor then turned to the Unicorn and Pegasus:

"We have to get out of here quickly!" Dash then turned to The Doctor:

"Why?" Twilight then turned towards Dash:

"No time for questions, RUN!" While running the three heard a robotic voice coming from down the hall:

"EXTERMINATE!!" The robots then rolled out of the archway down the hall revealing several Daleks:

"RUN!" The Doctor yelled:

"Where are we going?" Dash asked Twilight:

"We have to get back to the throne room, we have to stop this once and for all."

"Right!" Dash said:

"I know a short cut, come on!" The Doctor and Twilight then followed the Pegasus up the stairs:

"How long has this been here? I don't remember this." Twilight asked Dash:

"When your a spy Twilight, you tend to find a few things out." The Doctor then turned to Dash:

"Which begs the question Rainbow Dash.." Dash then turned to The Doctor:

"What is is?"

"How did you get captured anyway?"

"I'll tell you as soon as we get upstairs." The Doctor then agreed and the two ran upstairs.

Upon getting to the door Dash then stopped and turned to the two:

"Alright I think we lost them, anyway it was about a year ago;

Cloudsdale needed to get somepony who was stealthy and a great flyer,

they picked me and my first mission was to get the the Canterlot Palace and figure out a way to storm the area.

I found this area that apparently the Queen never knew about because it had never had been used.

I opened it up and unfortunately two guards were there just waiting for me.

They had found out about the mission and the Queen had sent me here forever."

The Doctor then turned to Dash:

"No banishment, nothing?" Dash shook her head:

"Nope." Twilight then turned to Dash:

"Let's go before the Dalek get's to us." The Doctor then turned to Twilight:

"Your right, let's go."

The Doctor then took out the Sonic Screwdriver and unlocked the door.

After a few seconds the three then ran into a deserted throne room:

"Doctor?" Twilight asked:

"Yes Twilight?" Twilight then turned towards The Doctor:

"There's nopony here." Dash then turned towards the two:

"Where are they?" The Doctor then started scoping the throne room:

"I don't know."

"Wait!" Twilight said getting The Doctors attention:

"What is it Twilight?" Twilight then pointed towards a black box next to the throne:

"What is that thing?" The Doctor then turned towards the strange item:

"I'll go check it out, one second." The Doctor then walked towards the item and took out the Sonic screwdriver:

"Let's see." The Doctor whispered to himself scanning the strange item.

After a few minutes The Doctor checked the screwdriver:

"Wibbily Wobbly Timey Wimey, I knew it!" Said The Doctor.

After a few minutes Dash then flew towards him:

"Knew what?" Dash asked;

The Doctor then turned towards Dash:

"It's a mirage box; It shows you what you think you see but it really isn't there."

"So this isn't the throne room?" Twilight asked:

"This is the throne room, we just can't see the ponies that's all." The Doctor explained,

Dash then turned towards The Doctor again:

"And what did you just say a moment ago?" Dash asked, The Doctor then turned towards Dash:

"I didn't say anything."

"Yes you did, you said Wobbly Wabbly Timey something or whatever." Dash explained,

The Doctor just stared at Dash confused:

"I don't think I did thank you." The Doctor said,

Dash then sighed:

"Never mind, let's just destroy that thing and fight the Queen alright?"

"We don't need to destroy it Rainbow Dash, we just have to throw it out the window."

Without hesitation Dash then picked up the object and threw it out the window making everything go back to normal:

"That was easy." Dash said:

"Not quite." Twilight said.

Laughing was then heard coming from the walls again:

"And right you are!" Bars then started to clap down onto the floor, locking the three in:

"Now, let's see how you can handle this!"

"Handle what?" Twilight asked:

"Well handle fighting me of course." Twilight then rolled her eyes:

"Of course."

It's worth a fight

"There's one catch though you three."

"And what's that?" Dash said, making a stern, impatient look.

Clones of the Queen then started appearing out of nowhere:

"Which one am I?"

The Doctor then smacked his head with his hoof:

"OH YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!"

"The clock is ticking Doctor."

Twilight then turned to The Doctor:

"Doctor what do we do?"

"Well! We could just search through all of them, Or! we could probably check THIS ONE!"

Twilight then turned to Dash, then turning towards The Doctor:

"Doctor I don't think that's her."

The Doctor then checked:

"Your right, not her."

Twilight then sighed:

"One second Doctor, I got this."

After one second Twilight released a burst of energy turning all the changelings back to normal.

The three then looked around but Queen was nowhere to be seen, Dash then turned to The Doctor:

"She's not here."

The Doctor then focused his attention towards the door to the watchtower at the end of the room:

"I think I know where she ran off to, let's go!"

The three then ran towards the door,

Changelings running after them in the process until Twilight forced them away with a magical force field.

The three then ran into the room, The Doctor using the Screwdriver to lock it in the process:

"What is that thing?" Dash asked facing The Doctor:

"This is a Sonic Screwdriver;

It works on metal, computers, locks and such, it doesn't work on wood, but I'm trying to fix that."

"Okay that's cool." Dash said turning away towards the stairs:

"So what? We just go up?" Twilight asked looking at The Doctor:

"Well! We could, that is a very sensible thing."

"Thanks." Twilight said, walking up the stairs:

Upon getting to the top floor The Doctor shoved in front of them to observed the door, in case of traps:

"Well Doctor?" Twilight asked:

"It's okay, I'll just unlock it and we can enter."

The Doctor then used the Sonic Screwdriver, successfully unlocking it.

The Doctor then opened the door entering a rather large room overlooking Equestria.

The door then shut and the Queen turned around facing the three ponies:

"Well I can see you finally arrived." Twilight then stared at the Queen:

"It really wasn't that hard to be honest."

The Doctor then faced the Queen also:

"Look your majesty, I can help you.." The Queen then cut The Doctor off:

"By help you mean you want to arrest and kill me?"

"No your Majesty. I just want to get you help and save these Ponies from destruction.

The Queen then started to laugh:

"But destruction is what I was born to do and you can't stop me!"

"I can though." The Queen then turned around coming face to face with Princess Celestia:

"But..You.."

Princess Celestia then smiled:

"You have ruled this Country for long enough, I'm Restoring order and your not saying otherwise."

"Oh we'll just see about that." The Queen said after running towards the bookcases on the other side of the room:

"We got it Princess, you go back to the throne room and we'll finish this once and for all!"

Celestia then nodded in agreement and ran towards the door:

"So what do we do now Doctor?" Twilight asked:

"The same thing we do all the time Twilight, Save the world."

"Let's go!" Dash said flying towards the bookcases:

"Okay I have a plan; Twilight? You take the left side of the room, Rainbow Dash? You take the right side of the room,

and I'll take the middle way, that way we can try to corner her." Twilight and Dash then agreed and ran off.

While walking down to hallway The Doctor then heard a voice coming from down the room:

"You can't stop me Doctor! Even if you do today, I'll figure out a way to get back!"

"Please, you have to listen to me. If you leave, you can rule your own country on an abandoned planet somewhere!"

The Doctor shouted attempting to get her attention:

"Pah! Rule an abandoned planet? You mean Exile?"

"Well! In a sort of way yes!"

"Then forget it!"

The Doctor then started to run towards the end of the room after hearing to voice get louder.

After a few minutes The Doctor then found the Queen:

"Ah! There you are!" The Queen then smiled:

"Your not stopping me!" As soon as the Queen was about to shoot the Doctor Twilight then ended up behind the Queen.

The Doctor noticing this then shouted towards Twilight:

"Twilight NO!"

The Queen then turned towards Twilight. Twilight then shot the Queen; throwing her towards a wall, knocking her out:

"Twilight!" Twilight then turned towards The Doctor:

"Doctor I'm sorry, it was a reflex." Dash then found the others and the three ran towards the Queen:

"Wha..What happened?" The Queen asked; starting to open her eyes:

"I'm sorry Queen." The Doctor said:

"But your time is up."

The Queen then groaned with anger as the three helped her up and brought her down to the Throne room.

In the Throne room the Queen then held a court to decide the fate of the Queen:

"Queen Chrysalis; Queen of the Changelings!

We find you guilty of war and endangerment towards your fellow people!

Your punishment will be Exile to an Abandoned planet on the edge of the solar system;

thanks to The Doctor and companions!"

The Queen then turned towards Princess Celestia:

"Before you do that, I just have one last thing to say!" Princess Celestia then turned towards the Queen:

"And what is that?"

"No matter where you put me. No mater where I go. I'll still escape and you'll be the first to go!"

The Queen was then dragged away towards a shuttle fixed on the abandoned planet, then was shot off.

After the ship left The Princess then faced towards the window:

"Well, she's gone now." The Doctor then nodded in agreement:

"Where do you think she'll go?" Twilight asked The Princess:

"Who knows. All I know is that we won't see her for a long time."

"Why not? I mean can't she just fly back?" Dash asked. The Doctor then faced Dash:

"I seriously doubt that! She'll be on the edge of the solar system, it'll take her decades to get back."

"I guess you right." Dash said.

The Princess then turned towards the three:

"I should thank you three." Twilight then look confused:

"For what?" Twilight then asked:

"For knocking some sense in me." Twilight then faced The Princess:

"No problem Princess." Dash then faced Twilight:

"I should probably thank you to Twilight. If it wasn't for you two, I would have been rotting in that cell forever."

Twilight then turned towards Dash: "No problem Dash."

"Well! I think we should get going!" The Princess then turned towards the two:

"What do you mean?" The Doctor then faced the Princess:

"Well! We have to get back to the TARDIS!"

"I'll come with you." The Princess said:

"It's the least I could do after you ended up saving my kingdom." The Doctor then nodded in agreement:

"Well then let's go!"

The four then made it back to Ponyville:

"Where is your TARDIS?" The Princess asked:

"It's right..Ah! There it is." The Doctor and Twilight then ran towards the blue box:

"Wait!" Dash said:

"Are you saying that small, blue box is your time machine?"

The Doctor then nodded:

"Yes! This is the time machine! Want to look inside?" Dash then sighed while walking towards it:

"Sure, I mean if it's small it's gotta be, HOLY HORSE FEATHERS!"

Dash's mouth then went agape after seeing the inside:

"Welcome to the TARDIS!" The Doctor said walking around the control panel:

"This is the time machine? But..It.." The Doctor then smiled:

"Okay I'll tell you; It's small on the outside because the inside is part of a paradox like portal."

"What?" Dash asked; confused,Twilight then sighed:

"It's smaller on the outside because were in a separate world." Dash then nodded:

"Anyway!" The Doctor said:

"That ends the tour."

The three then walked out. Upon arriving back to the Princess, the two waved goodbye until Dash stopped The Doctor:

"Wait! Doctor?" The Doctor then turned towards Dash:

"Yes Rainbow Dash?"

"Can I..You know..come with you? I mean I think it would be fun; Traveling the universe, Fighting monsters and stopping

major disasters from happening."

The Doctor then stared at Dash, thinking on what to do:

"Well you see Rainbow Dash, traveling is not all fun and games, it can get very dangerous at times..."

"Please?" Dash asked floating in the air; like a young filly attempting to get their parent to get them something:

"Well..." The Doctor said; rubbing his chin:

"Sure! Why not! It's always fun having more than one companion around, besides;

you can fly very fast and that would be useful for such an occasion."

Dash than ran up and hugged The Doctor in a way to thank him for agreeing to let her come along:

"Well what are you guys waiting for? Let's go!"

The two than walked towards the TARDIS than turned around and waved goodbye to the Princess:

"Thank you for everything Doctor!"

The Doctor than waved goodbye and the two then walked into the TARDIS.

At the controls The Doctor turned towards Dash and smiled:

"So! Where do you want to go first?"

Dash then thought for a moment:

"Well...Let's go back to the Middle Ages and see whats going on there!"

Twilight then turned to Dash:

"Why the Middle Ages Dash?"

Dash then turned towards Twilight and smiled:

"Because I heard that tomorrow is the anniversary of King Solaris' coronation and I want to witness it for the first time!"

The Doctor then pushed all sorts of buttons on the panel:

"Well then. I guess were off to see a Prince become a King."

The TARDIS then flew off and the Princess walked towards the train, silently thanking The Doctor again.
