a changeling traitor, and 4 human beings get involved in a inner conflict with in the changelings involving a little girl which can bring peace or destruction. a yakuza and my little pony crossover.
Akiyama, Saejima, Tanimura, and Kazuma Kiryu all get sent to equestria. while there many issues happen involving the changelings. this takes place between yakuza 4 and yakuza 5 and definitely takes place after discord reformed. gore should be light
In a dark forest 2 individuals are found running one of them a Filly in a light green dress with flowers on the it, the other a changeling wearing a dark suit that has been torn at multiple places. They have been running for a while, The Filly was having a hard time keeping up with the changeling she was tripping every once and a while. Eventually she fell hearing her fall the changeling turned around immediately to help her up.
The changeling said in a heavy breathing voice "get up we need to move". While he was talking he got her up but she started limping he noticed and said "come on let me pick you up" the Filly let the changeling pick her up, Immediately he started sprinting to put more distance in between them and the creatures chasing them, They could hear heavy foot steps and the jingling of armor behind them.
The changeling was running until something rammed into his side, The world seemed to slow down as he fell to the ground with the Filly still in his arms, When they hit the ground the changeling immediately started to crawl backwards to a nearby tree. As he was backing away the figures chasing them finally showed there faces.
There were five changelings four of those changelings looked like normal soldiers wearing blue armor covering most of there body. The one that stood out was wearing a white suit with a red under shirt and grey pants, His eyes were blood red. The changeling spoke with a raspy male voice "you really made it hard to find you but you have nowhere else to go".
The changeling walked toward the pair as he was walking the changeling holding the filly kept on making his grip tighter and tighter until he thought he was squeezing her to death. The Filly just kept on trembling in fear as he was moving closer to them when he got 3 feet away he kneeled down and stared in to the changelings eyes.
He said" really Dragon you really thought you could take her away from Chrysalis right under her nose" he stopped kneeling and walked to Dragons legs. Dragon tried to kick him but It just hit air. After he was done the changeling walked to the right of Dragon and the girl then pulled a knife from his suit.
The changeling said while examining his knife "you let her go and I promise you will live". As he said it all of the soldiers moved closer as they were moving closer the Filly started trembling even more, She was shaking so much you'd think she had hypothermia. The changeling said" this is your last chance let her go or you will be in a world of pain".
Dragon was scared, The changeling that was staring him in the eyes wanted an answer so he gave him one "as long as I breath I will protect her". It stared at him for a good while thinking that Dragon was absolutely crazy to die protecting the filly. The tension in the air was almost disarming like someone decided to crack a joke while getting chased by demons, The Filly stopped trembling for a moment as Dragon was still holding her like a mother defending her child.
The changeling finally cut the tension in the air by saying "well you made your choice" he stood up and moved over to one of the guards and said" take the girl but don't hurt her". At that moment they moved in except for the changeling in the suit he just stared at the scene like a outcast watching the group.
The changeling soldiers all moved at once to get the girl from Dragons hands, One of them kicked him in the head to make him lose his grip which worked, Dragon was seeing doubles and his grip loosened, So before he knew it she was gone from his grip and he started hearing her cries for help.
"Dragon please help me, get up I know you can" she said in a saddened cry for help, She was being dragged toward the changeling in the suit, As she was being dragged away by one of the guards, Dragon was getting kicked everywhere while on the ground. He could hear nothing but his bones break and the blunt strikes of flesh against flesh.
After an unknown number of strikes the changeling in the suit said in a commanding voice "stop now"! at that simple command the three guards stopped, But one of them gave one final kick to the side making a sickening crunch noise, The suited changeling then said "I told you to stop"! the soldier moved away from dragon toward the group, When there the suited changeling punched the guard in the face, it made a audible crunch noise and the guard was rubbing his cheek.
"When I tell you to stop you stop got it". The suited changeling said the guard responded by saying" ye-yes sir". The suited changeling turned and walked toward dragon while he was walking the the girl was staring at Dragon, Scared and crying while being held back by a soldier.
The suited changeling said while walking towards Dragon" we used to be brothers you remember that right"? Dragon picked his head up so he could watch the suited changeling while he continued talking. "of course you remember after all we worked together ever since you popped up at the hive as a child". He took a breath then continued "well we didn't work together at first but we became close friends". He stopped talking just as he stopped walking just where Dragon was lying.
He continued talking "so for that I will not kill you today". Dragon was wondering why he was letting him live until the changeling kneeled down and stabbed him in the hand with the knife, The pain Dragon felt was burning and the instant the knife pulled out Dragon clutched his hand as it was spilling crimson blood on to the black grass.
Dragon finally said something" why are you doing this Crimson". Crimson then said" because I am loyal to queen Chrysalis and do what she commands but I will let you live because we were brothers. But the minute you show your face or try to kidnap the filly again I will kill you and I will make sure your death is as painful as possible".
Crimson's head was down as he stood backup and left toward the group of soldiers and Filly, the Filly was in the hands of a guard but she was asleep or unconscious. Dragon screamed "what did you do to her you fucks"! Crimson moved his head to the side and said" they just put a sleep spell on her to get rid of the fuss of her trying to escape".
At that moment he continued walking towards the group when he got there Crimson said" we're moving out men no use staying here any longer". then a soldier said" sir what about the traitor she said for us to kill". Crimson interrupted" I know what she said but what use is he now he can barely move". He paused for a moment "no more questions we are moving out and if any of you ask another question you will be punished is that understood".
All changelings replied in unison" sir yes sir". All of them started to leave the clearing and Dragon in pain but Crimson stared back for a moment and then left without another word. Shortly after crimson and his men left, Dragon was trying to crawl in the direction the group left groaning in pain as he crawled slowly forward. Eventually he gave up and stayed there in the middle of the path waiting to be found by animals or travelers to do whatever they want to him.
Dragon just laid there stuck in his thoughts telling himself that he was a failure of how he couldn't help one little girl. As his thoughts continued he eventually started sobbing it was weird for him to do it after all he rarely showed any emotion, He kept everything to himself the only person he ever showed anything towards was the girl. He made a promise to keep her safe but he failed.
As this was happening the forest started coming to life the insects started making the familiar resonating noises as usual. The owls started showing themselves and seemingly converged on the scene. Even the nocturnal rodents of the forest went out into the open to try and comfort the crying changeling, But every time they got close Dragon pushed them away. But something foreign came to the scene crunching grass as it moved, dragon noticed but didn't look up
A voice rang from the direction of the foot steps "are you okay".
The room was filled with office tables in the back near the windows those tables had many objects on them ranging from books, to stacks of paper and all the way to the pen. To the right of that was a book case filled with carefully stacked books they all looked liked dictionary's or law books. Near the front of the room was a desk that was neat and well kept, to the front right of that was the door to the outside and in between the doors and was 2 couches with wooden side bars with a table in between the 2 couches.
On the couch farthest from the door was a man wearing black pants, a striped raspberry suit with a black under shirt. He had black hair that was slicked back with the sides hanging down, his eyes are hazel and his facial hair looked well shaved. He was reading a magazine that was most likely talking about celebrity gossip while he was laying down on the couch, the table next to him had a ash tray that had a mountain of cigarette buds. He was about to through the magazine on the table when someone knocked on the door.
The man looked toward the door tossed the magazine on the table, got up and walked toward the door and said "who is it". The person outside the door said "it's me Mr. A". The voice was that of a woman both sweet and annoyed. After she said that Mr. A opened the door and saw a women with plump cheeks, wearing a sweater vest and a silk business she also had a purse. She was overweight, her hair was also auburn wrapped in to a bun to the back she walked in side and Mr. A closed the door.
Mr. A said to her "so Hana how was your day".
" well I did what we agreed on this morning so that's good".
Mr. A scratched the back of his head and asked "um what did we agree on this morning"?
Hana sighed then said " at least you were here to let me in but why don't you check the calendar". then Mr. A walked to the calendar that was in the office, today had a red mark that said "collection day". when he was done reading he walked over to Hana.
He said "well I will do it tomorrow". but when Mr. A started to walk toward the couch Hana grabbed the back of his collar.
She then said " no you are not Mr. A I will drag you out there today to make sure you get there just don't forget to grab the keys".
So with that said Mr. A grabbed the keys to the office and his phone and went outside to the back alley that made the entrance to sky finance. they both made there way down the metal stair. And took a right and as they walked they passed buy the many bikes that never seemed to leave or have always been their.
As they exited the alley way Mr. A noticed the club called stardust that was right across from sky finance, it has been there for so long that he simply just ignored it like the many other buildings in Kamurocho. As Mr. A was eyeing it Hana went down the street to the left of the alley.
Hana called to Mr. A " come on we don't want to be out all day".
Mr. A started catching back up to Hana and just walked beside her watching the people walk down the street. There were people in business suits, casual clothing, and school girls still in there uniforms.
As they were getting closer to there destination Mr. A felt something odd like someone was watching him but when he looked around no one was watching him but when he turned his head to one of the alleys he noticed a peculiar looking cat in of them watching him with what seemed like a devious smile plastered on its face.
Mr. A called to Hana who was still walking" um Hana can you wait a moment I want to check something".
Hana turned around replied" make it quick Mr. A we don't have all day to slack off well I don't ".
As Hana was walking back to see what it was he was doing. Mr. A walked into the alley but as soon that he was in it a bright light over took his vision. and the last thing he saw was the cat having 2 horns, miss matched eyes and having a devilish grin.
The dark forest
Mr. A woke up feeling grass underneath him and slowly got up making sure not to fall over. He was disorientated and his vision was swimming but when he got to full height he managed to keep himself balanced and his vision back to normality.
He took a good look around with a shocked expression he was looking at a forest and it was the middle of night. He was trying to get his head wrapped around what was happening when he had a idea.
He checked his pockets and pulled out his cellphone and his wallet but the key to sky finance was gone but he didn't think much of that and decided to check his phone. He dialed Hana's phone number but he couldn't get to her, he tried 2 times but couldn't get through so he checked the signal and noticed he had zero bars.
Seeing this he said" damn I have no idea where I am and I can't even get a signal".
He was wondering what to do now when he heard a owl's call. He looked in the direction of the call and noticed it at the edge of the clearing Mr. A decided to walk towards the owl with its yellow eyes staring at him in curiosity and asked.
" can you show me the way out here please"?
The owl cocked its head and hooted then quickly flew of the branch and landed on another branch at the edge of the clearing. It then hooted and moved his wing in a manner similar to the hand motion for following. Mr. A sighed and walked to the owl when he got there the owl moved again and did the same thing.
Out of options Mr. A kept on following the owl for a good 15 or so minutes since Mr. A still had his watch so he could tell the time passed. He kept on walking until the owl made a different gesture similar to the hand sign to be quiet so Mr. A did be quiet and started hearing more animals.
He went toward the noise and ended up near a trail with the owl right behind him he watched the scene in the trail. There were several creatures in the clearing some of them looked like rodents and squirrels they were on the trail standing around something while the birds were perched in the trees near the trail.
Mr. A walked near the center of the of trail to examine what all the animals were looking at. Mr. A stood there in awe as he was looking at what looked like a human being but wasn't at the same time it was wearing something similar to a black suit but it had multiple tears and there was no shoes no scratch that it had no feet.
Mr. A decided to walk a little bit closer to examine it and heard faint sobbing coming from the figure. He decided to stop and ask one simple question to the figure.
" are you okay"? at that moment when Mr. A said it the figure stopped sobbing and looked up. When Mr. A saw its face he gasped and fell to the ground and kept on staring.
The creatures face was jet black and its eyes were pink? Its hair was the shade of red and it looked unkempt. Mr. A stared into its eyes and saw in them sorrow so he examined the creature more and noticed its hand or what looked like its hand was bleeding and it had several bruises on his head and arms so Mr. A made decision that he would probably regret later.
Mr. A asked " do you need any help"?
The creature responded with " why would you help me".
" because you look like you need it".
After a few moments of silence the creature said something" if you do want to help me bring me to town".
Mr. A then said " as long as you tell me where it is and how to get there I will carry you".
"ok". the creature tried to get up but kept on falling back down so Mr. A get back to his feet and walked toward him then turned around and said.
"if you can hold onto my back I will carry you".
So with out putting up a argument the creature started climbing Mr. A's back it took a couple of tries but the creature finally managed to get on Mr. A's back and folded his arms around his neck. Mr. A then put his hands at the bottom of the creatures legs. So basically it looked like he was giving it I piggy back ride.
After that was done Mr. A asked" are you okay like this"?
"yes I'm fine just follow this path and it should lead to town, there is a woman there that should be able to help me ".
" where is she in town".
"after you exit the forest look around she lives in a house that looks like a tree you know its her when the house has a chicken coop next to it".
So with that said Mr. A started moving down the trail checking on the creature ever so often as he jogged onward. After a good ten minutes Mr. A decided to ask a few questions.
"so may I ask what are you and your gender preferably".
After a short pause the creature spoke" I'm a guy couldn't you tell just by my voice you idiot".
Feeling insulted Mr. A replied with " hey I have never seen anything like you before and where I'm from you look like a living demon".
The creature decided to finish the question" I'm a changeling and you should be scared about what I can do but now its time for you to answer my question".
Mr. A replied" ok what do you want to know"?
The changeling then asked " what are you and why are you here"?
Mr. A answered the question truthfully" I'm a human being and why I'm here I have no clue".
When the changeling was about to ask they got outside the forest and was at the edge of a big field. Mr. A looked around for a moment to observe the surrounding area. In front of them the trail led to a town filled with lights but Mr. A saw no one out but he looked to his right and noticed a tree like house at the edge of the forest with a chicken coop to its back.
Mr. A said while pointing " is that the house you described earlier".
The changeling looked where Mr. A's finger was pointed and said " yes that's it but be careful there are rumors that she has a roommate that will turn you into a chicken".
Mr. A raised a eye brow but walked toward the house, when he was nearly there he heard the changeling on his back breathing erratically and he was also groaning in pain.
Mr. A said to him " are you okay".
The changeling said in between breaths " I don't really know it probably has something to do with before you found me".
" oh by the way what happened to you"?
" I'm not telling you anything other than it doesn't involve you".
Mr. A sighed and continued to the house when he got there he knocked on the door repeatedly, It took a few minutes for the lights to come on but he never expected to see what he saw. What opened the door was a anthropomorphic horse with yellow fur and wings.
It said when the door was opened" who is it"? in a quiet feminine voice, as she was rubbing her eyes. When she was done rubbing her eyes she finally noticed what was at the door and jumped back in surprise and yelped.
Mr. A readjusted his eyes and noticed she was wearing a bunny themed pajamas with long pants and buttoned shirt. Her eyes were wide open and he could see that they were huge the eyes were also a combination of green blue. Finally out of the shock Mr. A was about to say something but the changeling beat him to it.
" can you two stop staring and help me".
Mr. A added with "yes what he said". after a few moments she finally shook her head and said in a very intimidated voice " I will take a look as long as you promise not to do anything odd".
Her voice was barely audible but Mr. A heard it and so did the changeling but there was a pause as another figure came to the scene behind the girl. It had two mismatched horns, a eagle claw and a paw for hands, a dragon tail, and two legs one of a deer and the other a lizard. It's eyes were also mismatched with blue and red irises and yellow all the way around the iris, it was on all fours.
" Fluttershy what is happening down here its 1:00 in the morning". It paused when it looked at the door and then said "oh". It's voice was that of an old man that probably was in a TV show at some point.
Mr. A's eyes were wide open and the same went for the changeling but in his eyes it was of fear. The creature then said" I'm guessing you are here for flutters please come in but you do anything to harm her your dead". it added a bit of malice to the last part.
Fluttershy noticing the tension in the air said" yes come in and drop your friend on the couch and I will check him". So with that said Mr. A reluctantly walked in eyeing the weird mismatched creature as he dropped the changeling on the couch that had a bunny pleasantly sleeping on it.
The bunny woke up just in time to get off the couch as the changeling dropped on the couch. When he hit the couch he felt pain in his wing on his side and Mr. A stretched the back of his own head.
Fluttershy asked to the changeling" ok where are you hurt". the changelings response was showing her his hand which was still bleeding but very light and he added " and my upper body but that should be it". he was looking away while saying it.
Fluttershy was blushing constantly while trying to say " ok can you take off your shirt so I can look".
The changeling started to take of his suit first his tie and after a while he was bare chested and the strange creature was eyeing him making sure he didn't do anything suspicious. Mr. A was just staring at the changeling who had no fur at all but on his right arm was the beginning of a tattoo. it was red and had the head of a dragon.
" Um can you get the first aid kit". the voice was Fluttershy her face was beet red as she was checking the changeling.
" But Flutters I'm not leaving you alone with these two". the one who responded was the mismatched creature looking at her in concern.
"Someone has to get the first aid box and your the only who knows where it is". the mismatched creature was about to reply when Mr. A said.
" um I can get it for you".
After a moment she said " ok it is in the kitchen grab it and I can help your friend".
Mr. A walked to the kitchen and noticed that there were a lot food bowls for pets so he assumed she had many pets. He saw the box hanging on the wall so he grabbed it and walked back into the living room and dropped the box next to the couch. Fluttershy opened the first aid box there were needles, stiches, bandages, everything that would be in a first aid box.
The changeling decided to start a conversation" so why are you helping me after what my race did".
" I give most creatures the benefit of the doubt but it is hard to trust you because of what you all did at Canterlot".
Mr. A decided to ask something " so where am I anyways".
"oh you are in ponyville and might I ask what are you".
" I'm a human and if you ask why I'm here I have no clue, one second I'm in a city the next I'm in the middle of a forest at night".
As Fluttershy was bandaging the changeling the mismatched creature decided to respond" I think we should introduce ourselves first I'm Discord and the lovely lady there helping your friend is Fluttershy".
Mr. A decided to go along with this discord" my name is Akiyama".
Everyone looked at the changeling expecting him to say his. he sighed and said " I will tell you my name after you fix me are you okay with that".
Everyone in the room nodded and Akiyama said to discord" so do you know why I'm here you look remotely similar to what I think sent me here".
" oh yeah I did do that did I".
" what did you brought me here". Akiyama said with confusion.
" yes I indeed did".
" why did you do that".
"because everything was getting so boring around here I thought to spice things up a bit".
" Discord I told you not to do this stuff again". It was Fluttershy that responded with anger present in her voice.
"but" Discord didn't finish Fluttershy continued" now send him back he is obviously confused about what is happening so just send him back".
After a few moments Discord said back to her" but I cant".
" and why cant you".
" I'm not some kind of all powerful being". she was glaring at him so he added" well I am but I cant do it right after I did it".
"ok but as soon as you can your sending him back". During the entire conversation she was fixing up the still nameless changeling so after a few more minutes she was done and his entire chest was wrapped up in bandages and his right hand had a bandage where the cut was. He had bandages on his bug like wings and she started to tell him what his injuries were.
" you have a couple broken ribs, that cut on your right hand, multiple bruises, a mild concussion, and both your wings are broken so now will you tell us your name and to add to that what gave you these injuries".
The changeling sighed and then said" my name is Dragon and I got attacked by a pack of timber wolves when I was walking in the forest".
Fluttershy sighed and then said" I wont push it but I know you weren't attacked by timber wolves if you were you wouldn't have that many broken bones and you would be covered in bite marks at the very least".
she turned her head to Akiyama and asked" by the way did you find him in the Everfree that is what the forest is called".
" yes he was there but there were animals all around him and an owl showed me the way to him".
Fluttershy surprised said" why would animals be around him and why did an owl show the way to him"?
Akiyama scratching his head said" I don't know I asked the owl if it knew the way out of here and it left so I followed it and it brought me to him so here we are now".
Discord decided to interrupt " well lets continue this in the morning shouldn't we".
Everyone in the room looked at him in surprise but Dragon said " I agree with the thing that summoned something entirely foreign to this world".
"um Ms. Fluttershy is it okay if we stay here just for tonight". it was Akiyama who said it as he bowed his head. after a few minutes of thinking over she had an answer.
"yes you two can until Dragon is well but if I don't feel comfortable you two are out of here".
"thank you mam I promise we wont be a problem".
" but the minute Discord can bring you back your leaving is that understood".
"yes I do understand".
"you got that Discord".
" yes I do Flutters".
She got up and walked around the living room looking for something she then said " now we just need to find someplace you can sleep".
Akiyama said to her" all I need is a chair and I'm good".
" ok but Dragon do you need anything".
Dragon looked up to her and said hiding his face" just a blanket and I'm fine thank you".
Picking up a blanket from a nearby closet she handed him it and then said to all of them" well good night and Discord if your worried you can stay here for the night".
Discord was blushing and then said" no I will stay up there with you to make sure your safe".
Then with out anymore said they went up stairs to leave the human and changeling alone together. Dragon asked a question without looking up from his lap" so why didn't you tell them I was crying". Akiyama then replied with" it seemed personal so I left it out but goodnight".
Without another word Akiyama went to the lights and turned them off leaving the room in darkness. Akiyama went to a chair and dozed off while Dragon kept on thinking about what happened in the forest.
He said one thing before he went to sleep" I will find you and save you from them no matter what gets in my way I will find you".
The house's roof was burning but the inside was relatively unharmed with two beings in the empty living room. one was a changeling in blue armor and a sword on its right hilt kneeling down to looking into the eyes of a filly in a light green dress with flowers on it. The changeling was Dragon with his pink eyes present staring into the soul of the little filly. Her eyes were red with tears when they were normally green.
Dragon said to her "Be quiet please if you want to live ok".
The filly said with sadness present in her voice "But where are my parents".
There was silence until Dragon spoke "They... are de".
"Hey Dragon what the fuck are you doing in there". Dragon looked behind himself to see a changeling soldier with blood red eyes at the door way.
Dragon looked to the filly and whispered to her "follow my lead". He then turned around and walked toward the changeling with the little girl close behind hiding behind his legs as they both walked.
The red eyed changeling noticed and said "Why is this little girl not dead Dragon".
" I thought she would be a nice addition to the prisoners".
" Hmm". The red eyed changeling said while crouching down to observe the filly.
The red eyed changeling said" She does look's nice but we should take her to chrysalis to make sure".
"Agreed". With that said the red eyed changeling walked back to the door with dragon and the filly in tow. As they left the house the rest of the village came in view and the previously filtered noise could be heard, they were screams of sadness, pain, and agony. And the other buildings were currently set entirely ablaze, and other changeling soldiers were running around going somewhere that was until they got to there location.
Chrysalis was standing there at the edge of the village in all her unholy glory. She seemed to be on a throne that was held and guarded by her elite guards. There armor was red with accents of blue on them with multiple of the guards having battle scars.
Chrysalis noticed us and said to us in a annoyed regal voice " What are two doing you should be of enjoying yourselves". She paused a moment to look at dragon and added "Especially you".
The red eyed changeling bowed and said to her" My queen we have a filly that Dragon thinks will be useful".
She gave a annoyed sigh and walked toward them. As she was walking toward the group Dragon bowed and the filly remembering what Dragon said bowed to. This made chrysalis raise her eye brows in surprise.
"She does know when she is near power at least". She continued and when she was close Dragon and the changeling stood back up along with the filly having her head down.
After staring at her for a while chrysalis said" She does have power I don't even need to use a spell on her to tell".
"We will take her with us". Chrysalis added
Dragon and the changeling both let out a breath they have been holding. along with that chrysalis called for the filly to come with her but she remained there next to Dragon. This gave chrysalis a annoyed look and she walked closer to the filly and said.
"Are you coming with me or not"?
Dragon looked at the filly and said" Go with her and do what she says and you will be fine".
This got a look from chrysalis and the other changeling. But chrysalis ignored it and said to Dragon" I will bring you to her if she makes trouble". She then turned to the red eyed changeling and said to him " And you Crimson is it". the changeling nodded" I want you to keep an eye on him and report any and all oddity's in his behavior to me is that understood".
Crimson straightened and said to her" yes mam". and with that said the scene started to dissolve like paint being washed away all except Dragon until everything was a empty void.
ponyville fluttershy's house
With a loud gasp Dragon sat up from the couch that he slept on. He was sweating and breathing erratically like if someone woke from a terrible nightmare. Dragon said in between breaths" It was just a dream". His breathing was steadying while he continued to say" It was just a dream it didn't happen again not again".
Dragon stayed like that for a good few minutes until he decided to look around the room. He looked at the clock and it said that it was 6:00 in the morning after he looked at the time he looked toward were Akiyama was suppose to be sleeping. But Akiyama wasn't there at all.
Dragon sighed and got up from the couch until he noticed a bunny laying at his legs so he picked up the bunny, got up and put the bunny back down on the couch. With that done Dragon picked up his white under shirt from the floor and put it on. He also checked his black suit pockets and pulled out a engraved lighter with the phrase" From D to S".
He then walked toward the door to the front of the house, feeling his bones and joints crack due to his injuries as he walked. When he got to the door he opened it and saw Akiyama outside smoking and staring at the town.
He noticed Dragon and said to him" you couldn't sleep too". Dragon walked outside with him and told him" yeah I had a nightmare".
Akiyama sighed and said to him" So this is real".
Dragon looked at him and had a surprised look and said to him" I was wondering why you took everything so well".
Akiyama sighed and said" Yeah I thought this was a dream but now I'm up and it seems way to real to be just a dream".
" This is a different world Akiyama and you know this is real if you see discord and he openly admitted something".
"By the way what is he"?
Dragon sighed and continued" I will tell you if you give me one of those". Pointing at the cigarettes box that Akiyama still had in his hand.
"Oh here". He then tossed Dragon the box and then asked" You need a lighter"?
"No I should be good". With that said Dragon got a cigar from the box and pulled out the lighter. To his surprised it worked and he lit it and started smoking it.
" So what is with discord". Akiyama said in a interested tone.
"From what I have heard he was locked in stone for a thousand years for causing a bunch of chaos and ruling Equestria or taking over". He took another smoke and continued" The details are varied but apparently he was released recently and caused more chaos and was put in stone again".
"But why is he here"?
"He was apparently released and reformed from being pure evil which should be impossible if he truly is pure evil but I think its more based around misunderstood".
"Oh but what is with the lady what was her name Fluttershy was it".
Dragon responded to Akiyama" Yes that is her name".
"Yeah a weird name but enough dwelling on that what is with Fluttershy and discord".
"I have no clue but to be honest I hope it isn't more than just friends".
Akiyama responded sounding surprised and turning toward Dragon" And why do you not want that"?
"Because if it does go more than that it may end up very badly for the both of them".
"What might that ending be".
"You don't want to know and I think you have question for me from last night".
"Oh you want to answer them now well why were you in the forest".
After a brief moment of silence Dragon answered him" I was running from my former colleagues".
"What why"? Akiyama said while leaning in closer
"I'm not telling you that and besides I'm going to talk to Fluttershy and get out of here".
With that said Dragon grabbed the cigar from his mouth and dropped it on the ground and snuffed it out with his holed foot and proceeded to the door. Before he opened the door Akiyama asked him" oh by the way has that big huge shiny treehouse always been there"? Dragon said back to him" Its apparently called the castle of friendship and it popped up around a month ago". He didn't stay and chat any longer and walked inside Fluttershy's cottage.
When Dragon walked inside he saw fluttershy flying back and forth from food bowls with a bag of food pellets, she was still in her bunny pajamas. when she heard Dragon enter the building she waved at him and continued what she was doing earlier. After a while of waiting for fluttershy to finish Dragon heard a deep yawn come from the stair case Dragon looked in the direction and waved to the yawning draconequus.
Discord continued yawning while scratching his back with his claw until he noticed that Akiyama was gone. he said to Dragon"Where is the human"?
Dragon said to him" He's outside enjoying the sunrise".
Fluttershy poked her head out and said to Dragon" You should probably bring him inside".
Dragon thought it over for a second and decided to get Akiyama. He went outside and said" Hey Akiyama they want you inside".
Akiyama looked at Dragon still having the cigarette on him. he eventually conceded and snuff the cigar out and walked back in side with Dragon.
When Akiyama was inside he asked Discord and Fluttershy "So why do you want me inside"? after a few moment discord decided to answer" because humans don't exist in Equestria plus we were about to make breakfast and flutters insisted in inviting you".
Akiyama thought this over with his hand to his chin and eventually said" I would love to".
Then both fluttershy and Discord turned there heads at Dragon staring at him like they were waiting for something. After the short time of awkward silence he said" Why are you staring at me"?
Discord replied to him in an annoyed tone" We were asking you along with Akiyama".
Dragon didn't say anything, instead he walked toward his black suit jacket and pulled out a small pouch filled with gold coins, with his jacket he walked to the front door and said" No".
Fluttershy said to him in a worried voice" Your still hurt you shouldn't be leaving already".
Dragon stopped and sighed just before the door and said" Can you tell me where the closest bakery is".
Fluttershy surprised said" Um yeah its around the middle of town why".
"We will meet again never". Dragon didn't stay another moment and walked out of the house not looking back. Everyone in the room just stared at him as he left, Fluttershy's face was of shock, discords was just nothing, and Akiyama just stared at him curiously as he left. When Dragon was a good distance away green flames erupted from his form.
When the flames dissipated Dragon had turned into a mostly brown griffon with some red on the top of his head. Akiyama saw this and said" Awe so that is why he's called a changeling".
Discord and Fluttershy looked at each other. Fluttershy said to him" I wonder why he stormed of like that after we helped him". Discord replied "It probably has something to do with what happened last night or the fact that your a element of harmony".
As they continued to talk Akiyama was thinking about why he would leave in such a hurry. It most likely had to do with last night but all he knew was that it involved his former colleagues or who ever they are. So he thought it was best to follow him but when he tried to leave Discord and Fluttershy shouted at him to not leave.
Akiyama said to the two" If you two want to know what's happening then I suggest we follow".
"But everyone in town will notice you and that will cause a panic". Fluttershy said in a worried expression.
Discord said to them both with a light bulb over his head" He could follow Dragon if I make a adjustment to his appearance".
"What do you mean".
But before he could say anymore discord snapped his fingers and a poof of smoke surrounded Akiyama making him cough. But when the smoke cleared he didn't feel different at all but the expression on Fluttershy proved wrong.
"Um Fluttershy why are you shocked I don't feel any different".
Discord snickered and then said" Everyone around you sees you as a pony but I haven't altered your form in the slightest".
"So basically you made an illusion".
"Yes in the simplest term but you need to hurry Dragon will probably be long gone if you dawdle".
Dragon was walking through ponyville watching the ponies walk by as he headed toward the center of town. He was still the mostly brown griffon with red on the top of his head, what Akiyama hadn't notice was the tattoo still ever present along with the bandages. Dragon could never part with his tattoo, he's had the tattoo since he was a child and has never hidden it.
When he got to the market district he asked a vendor what the local bakery looked like the man said that it was a building that looked like it was made of sweets. Dragon thanked him and went to the building, it looked like a oversized gingerbread house made out of assorted candies and less bread.
When Dragon opened the door to the bakery a bell rung and the lady behind the counter turned and said" Be with you in a second".
After she was done with the customer she turned to and said" What would you like today sir".
" Um do you have any blueberry muffins".
"Yes we do sir".
"Then two please".
After a short time the muffins arrived in a brown paper bag and she said" That will be six bits".
Dragon gave the lady the gold coins and after a thank you please come again Dragon was out the door to look for the kind vendor that gave him the directions to the bakery, he going back to ask him for directions to the train station. As he was walking toward the market he started eating the muffins they were really good but he didn't really show it. When he entered the market he noticed that there were more ponies wearing suits around.
When Dragon got back to the vendor there was a crowd around the stand with shouting coming from it. Dragon thought "well I guess I might as well see what's happening". So he pushed his way into the crowd to get a better view.
After pushing his way through the crowd he got to see what was happening in it. He saw three ponies standing in the circle the crowd created one of them was a earth pony stallion, he was wearing Akiyama's clothing along his cloths he had red fur and a pure black mane. The other two were wearing jackets and jeans, they were bigger than him but they were not in great shape. There faces had multiple bruises and there noses were bleeding.
The red stallion kept on taunting them with his left hand in a come at me gesture. The thugs yelled and ran at him with a punch ready, the red stallion dodged them which caused them to punch each other in the face. But before they could react the stallion kicked them in the upper body stunning them and then causing a sweep kick to get them off balance and put a devastating knee to the face for them both.
They both fell on the floor of the dirt street after a moment of waiting they got up.
"So you going to bother this guy again". said the red stallion that sounded oddly like Akiyama.
"What does it matter to you". said one of the thugs.
"Because I don't like common thugs taking what they don't deserve". after a moment the thug responded back.
"Fine we'll go but we won't forget this". The thugs slowly got up holding there arms and gave the vendor that was hiding behind his stand a sack most likely filled with bits. The crowd opened a path for the thugs to walk through while giving them glares. So with nothing to do the crowd dispersed leaving the red stallion, the vendor, and Dragon standing there in the busy street.
But Dragon hardly noticed the crowd dispersing all he was looking at was the red stallion or Akiyama or at least who he thinks he is. Not thinking about how he was a pony but more like how he took on two thugs that were bigger and tougher than him. He was so focused on that question that he didn't notice said stallion slowly walk up to him and whisper.
"You really should not walk out of a woman's home like that".
Dragon spontaneously jumped backward out of surprise and quickly caught up with the real world.
"So it is you Akiyama"?
He simply nods and adds "Why did you leave like that"?
Dragon perked his still disguised eagle head up and said" My species has had a less than ideal relationship with ponies and I don't like staying in unfamiliar places".
"That still doesn't give the permission to leave like that if you do that at least give a formal thank you".
"It's my life I can do whatever I want and besides I'm bad at conversing".
"Then you should practice and talk to other people or pony's or whatever counts as intelligent life".
Dragon walked over to the vendor while Akiyama was saying the previous sentence with his eyes closed, arms crossed and clearly agitated look on his face. The vendor was fixing up his stall from when the thugs where robbing him. He looked up from the stand with a surprised look on his face most likely because he wasn't expecting to see Dragon again.
The vendor sighed and said" I guess you saw that, those thugs have been bothering me for two weeks robbing me of a days work but enough about me why are you back here"?
"Do you know where the train station is"?
"yeah the station is on the other side of town but you wont be able to leave until tomorrow".
"Why"? Dragon said with mild annoyance.
"The royal guard said that the train was boarded by an unknown group last night and the train was heading to the crystal empire so I think the royal guard are keeping an out for anyone suspicious".
Dragon thought about this new info for a while. So the train was boarded by a group of individuals and said train was headed for the crystal empire home of the captain of the royal guard and princess mi amore cadenza. Which both are mortal enemies of chrysalis no she couldn't be moving that fast.
Dragon dropped the bag with the other muffin in it and said" Here this might help you and thank you for the info".
The vendor waved Dragon a good bye as he walked back toward Akiyama who stared at him with an annoyed face.
"Why don't you stay and listen to me for one second". Akiyama said but didn't get a response until Dragon walked past him toward the direction of the edge of town.
"I needed to ask him something and I'm sorry for ignoring you".
"Well that's a start". Akiyama said under his breath and started to walk with Dragon back toward Fluttershy's house. After a good minute Akiyama decided to start a conversation.
"So what did you ask the guy".
Dragon looked at him for a second but continued to face forward and replied" He said that the train is out till tomorrow".
"So you wanted to leave town while you still look like this". Akiyama said while looking at him. Dragon was not looking good or feeling good, he ached everywhere and he still had a hard time breathing but at least he wasn't suffocating.
"So what does that matter to you, you've known me for about five hours and you care about my life just like that". He emphasized with a snap of his claws.
"Because your a good kid that is most likely in a horrible situation and for also being the first thing I talked to here". He said the last part while scratching the right side of his face with a finger.
"How do you know what kind of situation I'm In, I told you nothing and I'm 26 years old"! He screamed at Akiyama facing him with a few tears in his light pink eyes. Akiyama took a step back generally surprised at his outburst and with concern on his face. After a few moments they continued walking not looking at each other until they got to fluttershy's cottage.
Akiyama broke the silence" I have met some people that have been in stressful situations normally involving criminal organizations and you seem to be in one after all you called them former". he said in a sincere tone.
Dragon dropped his griffon disguise back to his normal changeling self and thought about what Akiyama said. He could help me after all I'm out of options for now but would he even want to help and besides he's going back when Discord can send him back. Well what do I have to lose he will be sent back and I do need help that won't get him directly involved let's just hope he's willing.
"Yes you are correct about the criminal thing sort of but they aren't criminals we are basically a nation ran by a queen and have a military that is the standard job, I was a soldier and then I became the care taker for a filly". There was obvious pain in Dragons voice as he continued" I brought her in on my first mission and I was ordered to take care of her so I did and now I'm a traitor because I wanted what was best for her".
When Dragon finished he was nearly at tears and Akiyama was listening intently until he asked" why are you telling me this I know I asked but why so easily"?
"Because I want you to help me when you still can that is if you want to". Akiyama thought this over for a moment and asked.
"What type of help"?
"I want you to teach me how to fight like you did against those thugs".
Fluttershy's cottage five minutes ago
It has been a minute since Akiyama left but one thing kept on plaguing Fluttershy. Why was he so Handsome.
Dragon was behind the cottage where all the outdoor animals are, ranging from chicken and roosters to a few birds that can't stand enclosed spaces. He was leaning on one of the tree's thinking about what why he told that stuff to Akiyama after all he never really talked about his issues except to people he trust but what confused him was the answer.
Akiyama said" I'm not a teacher but I will give you a few pointers but you will answer my questions if I have any understood".
To be honest Dragon didn't truly what Akiyama meant by questions. It could be questions about Equestria and general stuff like what animals live here and what things you should avoid. But Dragon had a sinking feeling it had to do with more personal information and general stuff about changelings.
Dragon stopped contemplating when he heard the back cottage door open and see Akiyama walk out along with discord and fluttershy, which was no longer wearing pajamas and instead was wearing jeans and sweater top. Fluttershy went over and started to give the now annoyingly loud squawking birds food, while discord and Akiyama continued to walk toward Dragon who was visibly flinching due to the noise.
Akiyama said when he got to Dragon" So you want to start now"? raising his voice a little to be heard over the birds.
Dragon replied" Yeah but not here and why is Discord with you"? Dragon was curious why he was there after all he did bring Akiyama here away from his home and besides how could the god of chaos help.
" Hey am I not allowed to help, after all there's nothing chaotic or interesting happening and I did bring him here I could at least try to help". Discord said.
Dragon replied" Ok fine you can come but only if you can help". Discord suddenly started contorting into a spring and began bouncing his way into the forest with little care in the world. While Dragon and Akiyama stared after him with blank expressions.
Akiyama said after a good moment" Well that looked... interesting".
Dragon replied" Yeah I never seen this guy but that was pretty silly and we should probably catch up". Then Dragon ran into the forest hoping not to lose Discord. While Akiyama slowly walked behind.
Dragon and Akiyama found Discord in a remote clearing with odd statues around, the statues look like they are completely made out of crystal, and were faceless that had no gender or signifying marks. Discord was sitting in a tree with a angry impatient look on his as he eyed the changeling and human. Which didn't notice him due to the creepy statues in the clearing.
Discord coughed under his breath which got the human and changelings attention and yelled" What took you so long"!
Dragon replied" Well we kind of didn't know were you went and you move really quickly". While Dragon said this Akiyama was looking over one of the four statues fairly closely. But he stopped when the statue slowly turned it's head at Akiyama which promptly made him slowly move his head back and walk away.
Discord said in a disinterested tone" Well you should have followed immediately or my signs".
Dragon replied in a confused manor" What signs"?
" You know those ants wearing top hats, and tuxedos drinking tea and having picnics." Discord said as he turned on the tree branch.
Dragon was staring at him like he was crazy" Ok then and one question why are there creepy statues all over the place and why does Akiyama taste like fear"?
Akiyama responded quickly" Because these statues move and.... wait a moment you can taste fear"?
Dragon turned around and stared at Akiyama like he asked a stupid question" Yes I can taste every emotion from love to an unquenchable thirst for vengeance". And then all the statues looked at him at once and no one moved or said anything for a minute until.
"HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAH you should look at your faces its priceless HAHAHA". Discord was laughing like a madmen, he laughed so much he didn't notice he fell from the branch. And it continued for a little longer as Dragon and Akiyama just gave each other the "You believe this look".
After a while discord stopped laughing and proceeded to explain some stuff" Ok the statues are here to be training dummies that can be your sparing partner or a target, they will also hurt you if you fight them but they wont be able to cause injury and since Akiyama agreed to this he can tell them to stop to".
At the end of the explanation Akiyama decided to test it" Ok can you stop staring at us". All the statues then proceeded to look everywhere but them.
Dragon said" Ok that seems nice but why after all we could just spar each other".
Discord replied" But dear Dragon that just wont be any fun having him hold back and this way he can give pointers as you fight". As he said this he grabbed dragon face and started messing with it similarly like a aunt messing with a baby.
Dragon waved him off and said" Stop that and that does seem nice".
"See everyone agrees now lets start this show on the road".
Akiyama looked at them both and said" Hey I didn't get to this yet".
Discord replied with" Well I don't care and besides it starts now". Right at the end Discord teleports Akiyama and himself to the edge of the clearing leaving Dragon alone with a statue moving.
Dragon says" What starts no...". He didn't get the chance to finish before he felt a deep sizeable pain in his pelvic Region and him losing all his breath at once. He clutched his groin region and fell over to the ground repeatedly saying "ooooohhh".
Akiyama and discord both visibly cringed and covered there eyes at dragon getting kicked in man's greatest weak spot.
"Ok I think I can continue now". It has been a short time since Dragon got kicked in mans greatest weak spot, and has finally stopped clutching them along with standing up. Discord was scolded by Akiyama about having Dragon getting kicked in such a sensitive and painful area. So he made sure the statues didn't attack in that area specifically.
Akiyama replied" Ok just be careful and first tip always be aware of your surroundings". Dragon got into a boxing stance and waited for the fight to start which was indicated by discord looking like a old Chinese man with a gong.
Discord hit the gong, and the fight started with the statue that kicked Dragon in between the legs getting into a similar stance to Dragon and they proceeded to circle each other. Then the fight began with Dragon closing the distance with a forward dash and hit it in the stomach, he then gave it a left and right hook to the head before backing off.
The statue retaliated by dashing forward with a straight punch to the face but Dragon managed to dash to the right and start pounding the statue with weak unpracticed strikes. The statue grabbed Dragon by the collar of his clothes and proceeded to through him over it's head and back first to the dirt and then finish with a mighty stomp to the chest.
Dragon got up from the strikes and proceeded to wail on the statue with rapid punches that made the statue unable to retaliate instead it focused on defense and managed to block some strikes but after a few hits it's block failed and he got hit by three more punches and got hit by a powerful straight that knocked it on the floor. Dragon looked like he was glowing with a blue fire and proceeded to stomp on the statue's face along with a kick to the side of the head.
The fire dissipated and the statue remained on the ground.
Dragon didn't know exactly what happened he never was that good in hand to hand or really fighting in general. At least not a real fight but that fight felt real, not sparing, not training it was none of those. It was a fight for approval or acceptance and judging by the smile Akiyama has on his face it's safe to say he passed.
" Congratulations it seems you know how to fight". Akiyama said with a smile on his face.
Dragon catching his breath from the fight responded" Well I was a soldier I had to at least be able to fight".
" I figured that but you do need improvements specifically because you don't hit that hard and you seem to have a problem with stamina".
" I figured that but is there anything else that might be useful".
Akiyama thought about what to say about him and told him" You need to move your legs more, block and to break out of grapples and those I would be happy to teach you".
Dragon said with much relief" Thank you". Discord who wasn't butting in decided to but in and brought the beat up statue with him in his arms similarly to hold a dying friend.
Discord cried" Why how could you do this to Randal he just wanted to be your friend". Dragon and Akiyama gave discord a what are you doing face simultaneously which was a blank expression.
" You want to continue for a while" said Akiyama to Dragon.
"Sure and besides I have nothing to do".
and they proceeded to spend the rest of the day helping Dragon, but Discord had plans for tomorrow.
Tomorrow Morning
Dragon awoke from the couch wearing his white under shirt and black pants. He remembered when they were coming back to the cottage last night that he had some trouble breathing but that didn't affect him currently. Instead there was a bunny that Fluttershy told them about called angel and he was on Dragons chest sleeping peacefully.
Dragon proceeded to do what he did last time and left couch with the bunny now on it seemingly slightly agitated as it kicked its foot a few times. Dragon went outside to see Akiyama outside smoking again.
"Hello". said Dragon in a tired but generally happier mood.
"Hi". said Akiyama and he added" want a smoke"? He emphasized with bringing the box closer.
"No I might find myself coughing like last night". He said politely and pushed the, away.
It was a few minutes of just simply standing there enjoying the sun slowly rise into the air when Dragon decided to say something.
"So i guess it's goodbye".
Akiyama responded with a huh until he remembered" Oh yeah i forgot he was sending me back today".
"Well it was nice meeting you". Dragon reached out his hand about to do a hand shake until.
Fluttershy ran outside and screamed" WHERE ARE YOU DISCORD"!
