"Ohmygoshohmygoshohmygosh! I'm here! Ponyopolis!", I shriek in excitement. The colt next to me gives me a weird look,
"Oh... Sorry sir." I mumble as I lower my head. When I get off my train I decide to read my job packet,
' Dear Ms. Shy, we are enthralled to have someone with you skill set come to work at our clinic. We have arranged housing for you, not much, but we hope it will suffice. Your address is 379 Sky Avenue; Apartment 3C. We hope you enjoy your time with us.

Wow... They did all that for me? My own apartment and everything! I sure hope I do well at my new job.
When I finally reach my apartment, I immediately drop my bags and fly over too the couch. 'Wow,' I think 'They weren't kidding about the "not fancy" part.' They room is furnished, with decent furniture and average appliances. The floor is dirty and some floorboards are missing and the wall is in desperate need of a paint job. I begin to relax when I hear a yell from the alley below. I look out my window and see a lilac mare being beaten up by a big muscular grey colt. I quickly fly down from my window and said louder than I should have said,
"Hey you! Stop it!" The colts attention turned twords me.
"What did you just say to me!?!" he says in a violent tone.
"NOTHING!" I yelp in a high pitched voice.
"You said somethin' miss, somethin' I don't like!" I close my eyes. Shortly after I fell the immense rush of pain that was his hoof smacking into my face. I let out a scream of agony has he picks me up and throws me into the wall. My face was bloody and I hurt all over, but something came out of me, rage. Pure, cold hearted rage. When the colt came near me I jumped at him hind hooves first and smacking him right across the jaw, blood squirting out oh his nose. There was a thud when he fell. I stood next to him, "Fucker!" I scream at him. I quickly cover my mouth, " Oh no, what in Celestia have I done!" I say in disgust of myself. I quickly pick up the familiar looking lilac mare and head up to my apartment, a long hard walk, for I had broken my wing.
I lay her on my bed and have a look at her. Something about her is familiar. I turn her over to see her cutie mark. It looked like a sparkle.
"Twilight?!?" I say in shock, "What in Celestia happened to you?" She had multiple cuts and bruises all over her, parts of her lilac coat was stained red from blood. I bandaged her the best I could, and she seemed alright. I wrote a note and went to pick up some groceries. When I came back I loaded my fridge and cupboards with food. I tip toed to where twilight was. I creaked open the door to see Twilight just waking up.
"Ugh my head," she moaned, "Where am I?" She picked up the note and read it, a smile came over her face. I open to door fully and walk in. "FLUTTERSHY!" she screamed in excitement while jumping out of the bed. She run over and gives me a big pony hug, seemingly ignoring the pain her wounds are causing.
"I missed you Twilight." I softly spoke while blushing.
"I missed you too Shy Shy!!" She exclaimed while squeezing me tighter. I was surprised Twilight usually doesn't use nick names. She must have been really excited. Soon the pain took effect.
"AHG!" Twilight yelled as she fell to the floor riving in pain.
"Oh no!" I yell catching her head, "We better get you to the bed." I drag her to the bed and give her some pain dullers, nothing much, but it's what I can do for now. I hope Twilight gets through this.
When Twilight wakes up we begin a conversation, "Listen Twilight, if you don't have a place to stay... umm... you can stay here..." I nervously propose.
"Oh Fluttershy... I don't think I could accept such hospitality," she says as she struggles to get to her feet.
"Oh no you don't!" I say as I keep her in bed, "I'll make some food, I have to go to work soon, you get me if anything goes wrong ok?"
"Ok Fluttershy" Twilight sighs. I make the food and leave it by her bedside.
"Bye Twilight!" I yell as I leave. I make my way to the subway, give my ticket to the pony manning the gate and wait for my train. It eventually comes and I go off to work and I continue my day till the end.
"Phew... what an exciting day!" I say to myself. I was about to board my train when I heard a deep voice behind me.
"Hey there Fluttershit, guess who is back?" The voice growls, my fur on the back of my neck stands straight up.
"Uh oh...," I whisper as I turn around, there are two other colts with him, "Umm... Hi... Can we talk this out... maybe?"
"Too late" he yells as he takes a swing at me, I scream and move out of his hoofs destructive potential. I begin to run, but there is not much ground to cover in a subway stop. He keeps throwing hooves with his two, seemingly, friends. Everyone in the subway stop runs out, except us. I cant run forever, and with a broken wing, a Pegasus ins't much compared to three big colts. One of his hooves eventually land on my torso, sending me screaming at to floor. He picks me up a screams,
"Not so tough no are you! I will enjoy hurting you Fluttershy!" I was shocked, how did he know my name? That taught was quickly sent to the back of my mind with a hoof to the face. They pinned me to a wall and too shots at me, punch after punch. Blood was seeping form my face, red bloops stained my yellow coat. I screamed for help, but no one did.
"Alright... now here is the fun part," he grins as he pulls out a knife, my eyes shoot open in fear, "Say good bye to your Cutie Mark!" I was petrified, I was about to lose my cutie mark! He began to cut. I felt the immense pain come from my flank. Blood was flowing freely, I just wanted to die. He didn't get to far when all the sudden a flash of rainbow came across my vision. It hit all three of them, and I fell to the ground still bleeding.
"Why don't you pick on someone your own size?" The Pegasus bolsters.
"Who is this bitch?" One of them yells.
"Who cares? He Cutie Mark will look nice in my collection!" The other angrily responds. I see her mark, a rainbow lightning bolt. It was Rainbow Dash.
"So, I guess easy way or hard way won't work with you guys then, fine I like the hard way more." Rainbow sneers. In a flash Rainbow springs into action sending her hoofs into there faces. One colt was sent into a drinking fountain, the other went head first into the train schedule sign. Only Rainbow and the Colt who was cutting my Cutie Mark off. They exchanged swings, rainbow dodging all of them, the colt was not as agile as Rainbow. The battle was short Rainbow made quick work of him, and she tied him to a pole, then she quickly ran to me.
"Fluttershy! What did they do to you?" She yelled in shock. I simply smiled at her and fell asleep.
When I woke up I was in a hospital bed, Twilight and Rainbow Dash by my side. I was confused and surprised to see them there.
"Twilight... Why are you here and not in bed?" I demand in a worried tone.
"I'm fine Fluttershy, I used a bit of magic to null the pain, but you... Only Celestia know how you survived!" She responds reassuring me and reminding me of what happened.
"Rainbow Dash is the how I survived, she saved me, Thank you!" I lovingly mention.
"Aw shucks, really, I hate to brag, but, with a friend in need, it was easy." She states with her famous Rainbow Dash cockiness. We laugh, and the nurse informs them that visiting time is now over, they leave me, and I fall asleep with a smile.
Twilight and I left the hospital heading for Fluttershy's apartment. The walk, or hover for me, was rather dull, but luckily Twilight sparked a conversation, "So, Rainbow Dash, how long have you been in Ponyopolis?"
"Well... I've been here for two years now, you know living the city life." I respond while doing backstrokes in the air. All the sudden we see a pony dressed as a dinoosaur come out from a house, and sit, looking fairly depressed. The sad pony takes it's dino helmet to reveal a, hravily tinted gray, flat, pink haired mare. As soon as my eyes saw her, I knew it was Pinkie Pie. The van she was in sitting up against was labeled 'Pinky's Party Service!'' The van looked in despirateneeed of repair, paint scratched, body damage, tires that look like pillows strapped to the wheels will work better, I coould tell she was not iin good shape.. Her gaze drifted and she saw us. Her hair instaly poofed out to its normal looks and returned pinker than I had ever seen it. Faster than a blink she was to us and gaint pink hug quickly traped us.
"EEEEEEE!!!! ITS YOU GUYS!!!!" Piinkie screamed in excitment, "I'M SO GLAD YOU GUYS ARE HERE!!!"
"Pinkie!" I strggle to say, "Please let go, its getting hard to breath!"
"OH!" A shocked Pinkie Pie exclaimed, "Heh, sorry, but have you guyss seen Rarity, Applejack, or Flutter..." Her voice softens as she sees the sad expressions imerge on our faces at the mention of Flutttershy's name.
"Pinkie... well tell you when we get home,follow us.
