chapter 1: the explosion

Tidus and his friends, Auron, Yuna, Wakka, Lulu, Rikku, and Kimahri are standing on the bridge of their machina airship looking at thhe open mouth of Sin. "Father! Dra bundym ec ubah, fa lyh ahdan Sin huf! 'The portal is open, we can enter Sin now!' " One of the Al Bhed at the control's of the airship yells. Cid laughs.
"Kuut zup! Ed muugc mega uin zupc tuha rana. 'Good job! It looks like our job here is done.' " Cid tells the Al Bhed at the controls. He then turns towards Tidus and Yuna. "You get up there and teach that old thing a lesson, alright?" He says.
"We will. We will destroy Sin once and for all, for all of Spira." Yuna said with a look of determination. Cid turns back towards the Al Bheds at the control's. "Yee-haw! Famm, mad'c kad kuehk dryh! 'Well, let's get going than!' "He yells.
"Nukan! 'Roger!' " the Al Bhed named brother yelled. Brother's hands were a blur as he pushed buttons and pushed the control levers forward. The airship moved closer towards Sin's mouth
KABOOM!!!
The airship suddenly lurched forward, causing everyone to grab a hold of something.
"Cdydic nabund! 'Status report!' " Cid yells at brother, who's hands were flying across the holo screen. "Dra ahkehac ryja dygah aqdahceja tysyka! Fa'na mucehk bufan yht ymdedita vycd! 'The engines have taken extensive damage! We're losing power and altitude fast!' "Brother yells.
Riku gasps. "What is it Riku?" Tidus asks. "The engines have taken heavy damage from the explosion! We're losing power and altitude fast!" She said, just as the airship lurches forward into fall, causing everyone to grab hold of something.
"This is not good!!" Wakka yells in his besaid accent. Cid quickly sees something outside to the right of the ship, a rainbow colored portal. "Ujan drana! Ku drnuikr dryd bundym, ed syo pa uin uhmo lryhla du kad ehdu Ceh! 'Over there! Go through that portal, it may be our only chance to get into Sin!' " Cid tells brother.
"Nukan!" Brother yells and swing the ships controls to the right. The ship lurches towards the portal.
"Yee-haw!! Hang on were going for a ride!" Cid yells as he grabs the railing. The air ship touches the rainbow colored portal, causing a very bright flash of light, so bright and powerful that it causes everyone on board to pass out.
Meanwhile In Ponyville
Princess Twilight sparkle was on one of her castles balconies reading one of her books from her library. She was humming a little tune enjoying her book, when a very energetic pink pony pops up from nowhere. "Hey, Twilight!" Pinkie yells. Twilight jumps and flares her wings in surprise. She looks at pinkie with a glare.
"Pinkie, how many times did I say to stop appearing out of no where in front of me without me knowing?" Twilight asks.
Pinkie thinks for a few. "Hmmm, a lot!" Pinkie says with a smile. Twilight facehoofs and sighs. Twilight was about to say something, when Pinkie starts to shake. "O-o-o-oh, i-its a b-b-b-big o-o-one!" She yells, before she stops shaking. "Oh! That was a big dozy! Never had one that big before!" She says.
Twilight's eyes widen, because when pinkie has a dozy, it's never good. Just then spike entered the balcony.
"What's going-" spike never finished when a huge flash of light happened, blinding everypony for a few seconds.
Twilight gasps at what she sees. A gigantic thing that that looks like a airship without a bag has smoke trailing from the back. As she could see, it was losing altitude fast! She saw it fly over Ponyville with a loud roar, causing him to cover her ears. She then saw it dip down and crash in the everfree forest, causing a good size tremor to happen across Ponyville.
"What was that!?" Spike yells. Twilight was speechless at what she just saw. "I...I don't know. But there could be ponies in it! Pinkie, go and grab the others! Tell them to meet me by the everfree!" She says. "Yes ma'am!" Pinkie yells, giving a salute and then disappearing. Twilight than flew towards the everfree and waited for her friends.
"Oh I hope that anypony in that thing is ok. That was some crash." She mutters. After some time, Twilight can see her friends. "Girls, over here!" Twilight waved. Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie, and Rainbow Dash soon caught up to Twilight.
"Twilight, did y'all see that huge thing crash in here." AJ asked. Twilight nods. "I did." She said.
"There could be aliens in that thing!" RD said happily. Twilight Facehoof and sighed. "I doubt that there will be aliens on that thing, but it would be a good possibility, likely a low one." Twilight said.
"I-i hope that whoever's in that thing is ok." Fluttershy muttered. Twilight nods, then sees spike. "Ah there you are spike, can you take a message." She asks.
Spike nods and takes out a quill and parchment. "Ready!" He says. Twilight nods.
"Dear princess celestia, while I was doing my usual reading, there was a bright flash of light so bright that it blinded ponyville for a few seconds. After the flash of light, I saw something I've never seen before. It looked like a gigantic airship, but it had no bags to keep it aloft, plus it had smoke coming from the back of it and crashed in the everfree forest. Me and the girls are going to check it out. If we're lucky, we might find somepony ok in the crash. Will send you another letter when we made contact. Your faithful student, Twilight Sparkle." She finished. Spike breathed fire on and sent the message.
"Let's go girls." Twilight said. The girls nodded and went into the forest. What they didn't know was the surprise that was in store for them when they got to the crash site.
