The Part Where He Sends You To Equestria: This is that part! (PORTAL 2 SPOILERS) More in long desc.
(SPOILERS IN STORY AND DESCRIPTION) Wheatley is trying to get Chell to jump into the pit of nothingness, and she doesn't listen until Wheatley says a pony farm is down in the pit, so Chell jumps down and is teleported onto Applejack's farm. Not too long after, Wheatley begins to question himself what happened to Chell and POTaTOS. He ends up sending a turret named Annabelle (my character) into the pit to see what in the name of science is going on down there, when things take an unexpected twist...

Chell stood dumbfounded on the platform surrounded by large panels with spikes on them, or as Wheatley called them, 'Mashy Spike Plates'. She just got catapulted by a few aerial faith plates onto the platform of which she was standing now. What just happened? She thought as she took in her situation. Of course. A death trap. Wheatley's image was made up by multiple screens and he started talking, but Chell wasn't listening. Instead she found some conversion gel leaking from a pipe under the catwalk sort of far away. She looked up and found a portal surface on the catwalk, so she worked out a plan really fast. She shot a blue portal under the conversion gel pipe, then a orange one on the portal surface on the catwalk.
"No! Nonono! Don't do that! Stand right here! Start the machine..start the machine...start the machine..." Wheatley yelled, but it was too late. Gel splashed onto Chell's platform, and she shot the blue portal under her just as the spike plates came down onto the platform. She escaped!
"Where'd you go? Come back! Come back! Please?"
I can't believe that actually worked! Chell thought as she ran toward a door.
"Look, I promise I'm not going to kill you,okay? IF you come back." He said desperately. Chell rolled her eyes and walked back into Wheatley's view. "Oh! You came back. I didn- oh, I didn't plan for this...can't exactly reset the death trap...uhm.... Oh! Could you - would you jump into that pit? Would you just jump into that pit for me?" He asked urgently.
I don't know, what's in it for me?
"Could you - would you jump into that pit, there? That deadly pit...You're saying to yourself, 'Why should I jump in the pit?' I'll tell you why. Guess who's down there? Your parents! You're not adopted after all! It's your natural parents down there in the pit. Should've mentioned it before, but I didn't. So jump on down... and...reunite with mummy and daddy. Oh, I'll tell you what's also down there. Your parents.. and there's also an escape elevator! Down there. Funny. Should've mentioned it before. What's in the pit. So pop down, jump down, you got your folks down there, and an escape elevator. And. What else is down there... Tell you what! It's only a new jumpsuit! A very trendy...designer.... come from France....down there. Which is at least exactly your size. And it- if it's a bit baggy, we've got a tailor down there as well who can take it in for you. What's this, a lovely handbag? And.. the three portal device! It's all dow- It's all down there! Um... you've got... a yacht...and...boys! Loads of boys! Fellas, hunky guys, possibly even a boyfriend! Who's to say? Not sure at this stage. But, uh. Lots of good looking fellas down there. And.. a- a boy band! As well! That have... never seen a woman in.. years. And they're not picky at all! They don't care if you've got a bit of brain damage, if you've been running around and sweating."
Chell rolled her eyes as she stood there, about to jump to get him to shut up.
"And...a farm! A pony farm! And...ah..oh..just jump down, would ya?" He said, and that got Chell's attention. She jumped down into the pit. "Oh! Wow! Good! Didn't think that would work!" Wheatley said, but only just before POTaTOS said one thing.
"You really do have brain damage, don't you? I can't believe you came back!" She snapped. Chell expected death, but instead was rewarded with sunshine.
Chell stood there, dumbfounded yet again, because she saw trees. Apple trees! She saw a barn up a hill. "What the hell? How did the moron even DO that?" POTaTOS said calmly, obviously dumbfounded as well.
"I don't know..." Chell spoke her first words.
"Again, what the hell? You talked! This is officially the strangest day of my entire life." POTaTOS said with panic in her voice.
"Just shut up, would ya, GLaDOS?" Chell snapped, walking toward the barn.
"There's a human on mah farm!" Applejack yelled with urgency to Twilight.
"You're silly pony! Humans only exist in fairy tales!" Twilight retorted.
"How 'bout talkin' potato?" Applejack asked, with the same urgency.
"What? Show me where this human and talking potato are." Twilight said, honestly thinking her friend has lost it.
"I want everypony to see! Get Pinkie, Rainbow, Fluttershy, and Rarity over here, NAO!" Applejack yelled. So when Twilight got them, Applejack led them behind a tree where you can see Chell and POTaTOS there.
"See? Nao you believe me?" Applejack whispered. Chell was eating an apple as POTaTOS was telling her to stop, as it might be poisoned, that the moron set it up.
"Ah, relax, you potato. I can cook you and eat you if I wanted." Chell said, hitting the potato on her gun with her hand.
"Ooo. A human! I wonder what it would to if it found us!" Pinkie said quietly, and then hopped out from behind the tree in front of Chell and said: "Hi! I'm Pinkie Pie! What's your name?"
Chell yelped, but then decided to say something back. "I'm Chell, and this is GLaDOS. She's a potato." Chell said cautiously.
"I can see that she's a potato, silly Chell! Hi! How are you, GLaDOS?" Pinkie said, turning to the potato on the portal gun.
"Oh, hi. So. How are you holding up? BECAUSE I'M A POTATO." POTaTOS said, quoting herself from a loooong time ago. Like, falling through the hole to Old Aperture long time ago.
"Wow, Twilight, this is impressive! I love my cutie mark, by the way!" Chell said, looking at her Portal Gun cutie mark. Her coat was orange,her eyes were silver, and her mane was brown.
"Eh, it's alright. nothing special. Nonetheless, I'm glad I can move on my own again." GLaDOS frowned, looking at herself. Her cutie mark was the Aperture logo, her eyes were yellow, her coat was white, and her mane was black and yellow.
"Oh, cheer up, silly! You're not a potato now~!" Pinkie exclaimed, hopping happily around the room.
"That was surprisingly easy... Why was that easy? The book says this is permanent..." Twilight frowned, looking at the spell that Spike had given her.
"I don't care how long this lasts, I'm super-excited that I'm out of that deathtrap of a science facility!" Chell hollered, flying around joyously. "I've never been so happy!" she yelled, looking down at Pinkie.
"And when you're happy, I'm happy!" Pinkie declared, smiling.
Meanwhile, at Aperture...
"I can't help wondering what happened to Chell and the potato..." Wheatley said, looking into the seemingly bottomless pit. "Annabelle! Go down there and investigate!" Wheatley exclaimed, looking at Annabelle, a turret.
"Yes, Mr. Wheatley!" Annabelle said, then jumped into the pit. She expected darkness, but instead, got sunshine.
Back to Equestria...
"Thanks for the transformation, Twilight, was it? I was so tired of being a flipping turret." Annabelle grinned, looking at herself. Her cutie mark was a turret, her coat was white, her mane was white with a red stripe, and her eyes were red.
"I'm still trying to figure out why this spell is so easy!" Twilight exclaimed, frustrated.
"Take a chill pill, Twilight! It worked, and that's the important part, right?" Rainbow Dash smiled.
Pinkie smiled, thinking about having another best friend around to have fun with. Happy, Chell seemed to be nice, funny, with a bit of a tragic past, just like her. "Hey, Chell, you want to be best friends?" Pinkie knew it was a straightforward question, but does it really matter?
"Huh? Oh, of course, Pinkie!" Chell smiled.
"Yay! Want to do something right now?" Pinkie wondered out loud, grinning.
"Sure, what could we do? It's a beautiful day." Chell replied, looking at her new friends.
"Hey, ah' think we all should do somethin' today, to welcome our new friends ta' Ponyville!" Applejack exclaimed, looking at the others.
"Yeah!" Rainbow Dash agreed.
"What do you guys think?" She stated, looking among her friends.
"Sounds great. How about a picnic, because our last one got ruined by my worries?" Twilight shyly said, blushing a tiny bit.
"That sounds delightful!" Rarity added.
"Sounds good. How about we all bring something to eat?" Fluttershy suggested, and the others nodded in agreement. GLaDOS just stood off to the side, neglecting the others plans.
"Now, Chell, I'm going to teach you to bake cupcakes!" Pinkie said, getting out the cupcake ingredients. "Wow, thank you Pinkie! I never learned to bake, or at least, it seems so." Chell grinned, looking at the ingredients.
"Alright, let's get started. Could you put a cup of flour into the bowl?" Pinkie asked, and Chell did just that. Pinkie grabbed some unwrapped candy, and put it in.
"Are you sure about this candy, Pinkie?" Chell frowned, looking at the bowl.
"Yes, i'm sure. you're talkin' to an experienced baker, here! The least you can do is have some faith in me!" Pinkie said, with a pout. Chell giggled.
"Alright, now a pinch of salt, two teaspoons of vanilla, and... that's it!" Pinkie exclaimed as Chell followed Pinkie's directions carefully. There was already sugar and eggs in the bowl, so they didn't worry about those.
"Now, let's put it in the mixer, then the oven!" Pinkie smiled, picking up the bowl to put in the mixer.
