Meet Alex Smith, he isn't what you would call a normal guy. To break his repetitive cycle he went to his first convention. Once he awakens he finds something startling, exciting and also scary. Will he learn how to cope or will he fall. You know what they say, if you can't adapt, you perish.
Darkness. Darkness was all around me. How long? How long have I been in this eternal void? I cannot move, cannot breathe, and I can only barely think. The darkness, no, emptiness was my only companion for all these long times. I didn’t use to be alone. Before I came here, I had the usual, friends & family.
I'm just hoping that this, is just a dream, a nightmare. Something I can wake up from, and return to reality, or at least my reality. Strangely enough, I can't even feel if it's hot or cold in this place. Or any sort of wind, gliding across my skin and hair. There's nothing, just me. "How long have I been here? 2 days? 7 weeks? 5 years? More or less? How did I get here? How long before I get out of here? Or better yet, how long before I go insane? And why Am I not panicking or something? So many more questions." Sigh "Is this where I will die. I've done things, that I'm not too happy about. But then again who hasn't. Will I even be able to say sorry and goodbye to the people I love? Just more questions, that I probably won't get an answer for." Thought a being drifting in the emptiness of the void.
You're probably wondering what happened for me to be in this situation..... No?...... Huh. Well, I'm gonna tell you anyway, so. Sit back, relax, and keep all hands, legs, horns, wings, and other limbs, in the screen view. Any events from here on out, involving missing limbs, isn't our problem. Other than that, enjoy the ride.

"Ughhh. I hate mornings." Said the owner of the hand, which just through the alarm clock, at the nearest wall. Lifting up the covers, the said being walks to the bathroom, much like a zombie would, looking for brains to eat. Coming to a slow stop and turning, the being comes face to face with its clone. Or in this case, his reflection in a mirror. Opening the glass door on the wall cabinet above the sink, he grabs a toothbrush, paste, and a comb. Groggily, he brushes his teeth and comb his hair.
He has black hair, in the famous style of bed head. But after some brushing, it's still not much better, but it will do. Spraying some cold water on his face, he starts to wake up. Doing the rest of his morning routine, I.E shower, toilet and etc. Looking at the cabinet above the sink again, he sees's a note. Remember Convention today He's never really been a "geek" or whatever people think or call the people who go to events, such as comic con. But his friend managed to get him to go, after days or relenting moaning and asking. Sure, he loves anime, but he has just not been interested into going to one of these things. And besides, he had to come over to America to do so. Which he wasn't really happy about, who wants to spend that sort of money on air flight anyway.
But at least, there is one good thing, about this. He gets to be one of his favourite top 20 characters of all time. Right after Joker, Luffy, Brook, Sanji, Nastu, Vegeta, and one or two more. Why you ask, was he not one of them? Because my good chum, he looks like the character he is going as. Or so he has been told, minus the beard and the clothes..... and the eyes, but no-one in real life, has those eyes. He is going as, none other than Dracule Mihawk, otherwise known as "Hawk Eye", from the One Piece TV show.
He managed to get everything spot on, apart from the sword, it being just a goodly made cardboard sword. Seeing as he would need a licence for a real sword. His friend who also happens to like One Piece, he is going as Zoro, to complete the master & student / rival vibe. "Hey Alex, we better be going. Don't want to be late"
"Yeah, yeah, I'm coming. Just need to make sure I've got everything." Said Alex. Seeing as he had everything, Alex locked the door to the room, himself and his friend booked. The two walk down the stairs in silence, mostly being, because they didn't know what to say. but they arrive at the rented car and got in. "So, do you have the postcode for this convention, or did you forget?" Asked Alex.
Alex's friend mumbles to himself, along the lines of "I forget one time" and "I didn't see him remember either". Shaking his head to get rid of those thoughts, he gets a piece of paper out of his pocket. "Yeah I've got it here, you bonehead". It was a 2-hour drive to the convention, but they finally arrived. "So..... not that I don't want to hang with ya, Al, but I want to check some things out. That you will probably find boring or pointless....... So, see you here in 2 hours?" Asked Alex's friend.
"Erm, okay, sure. Try not to get into trouble Joe" said Alex. Joe just ignored his last comment and went off, to somewhere. "Knowing him, it be somewhere where the girls are at. And don't see why I wouldn't like that, oh well. Let's see what they have over there." Thought Alex.
An hour later, and Alex is starting to get bored. It's just not for him, although the compliments he's got for his costume, have been a good thing. But something catches his attention in the corner of his eye, something shiny. Walking over to his enquiry, he sees's it's a sword, but not just any sword. An almost perfect looking Mihawk sword, the name of the sword eludes him, buts that not really important. "This.......Is....... Awesome!........... But, something like this, would be a fortune. And I've not got that much, only 200 bucks on me or so. But, I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask......" Going over to the stand, where the cashier is, he asks the person how much, for the sword.
"Well.............. Seeing as I want to get rid of it. And it would look awesome, with your costume. Tell you what, you make me an offer, and we'll go from there." She says with a smile. Alex can't help but think, she's cute. The woman herself is in costume, but not anyone from One Piece. She is dressed as......... He thinks it's a Levy costume, from Fairy Tail anime TV show. She doesn't have the blue hair, though. Instead, it's a deep brunette.
"Well, I've not got much. I don't know, a 1 20?" He asks picking a number at random. The girl seems to think it over for a minute before making a decision.
"Tell you what, I'll accept that. If and only if, you catch a movie or something with me" This catches Alex off guard. He's never had any real luck with the ladies, as they say, maybe he should go out and about as Mihawk more often, he thinks. And his cheeks start to turn red.
"Erm...... But I don't even know you or your name." Alex says out loud.
The girl giggles a bit. "Your kind of cute, when you're flustered. My name is Abby, but you can call me, whatever you like, cutie" She says seductively. This doesn't help, Alex's cheeks at all, now full on red. The girl is now laughing behind her hand.
"S-s-sure" Alex stutters out. The girl hands him the sword, and writes something on a piece of paper and hands it to him.
"I'll see you later, stud" She winks at him and walks to the back of the stand. Leaving Alex to his own devices. The sword is heavier than he would have thought it would be. But he manages to tie it to his back, after giving away his cardboard one, to a random person. And some fumbling around that is. Not one step away from the stand, and all Alex see's a bright light, across his entire sight. Instinctively, he tries to cover his gaze, but it's no use. His body, eyes, head and everything else starts to get heavy. And Alex is starting to collapse, only able to see the bright light. And soon collapses to the floor.
To any onlookers, some guy in a Hihawk costume was there one second, but gone the next. But as luck would have it, no-one saw the event happen, not even the camera's in the facility. And anyone who knew Alex was left wondering, where he went to and if he's okay.
"And that's happened before I got into this mess. Buy some sword from that girl, then end up here. In the back of my mind, I can't help but to think, was this her doing? Or is it just a coincidence? That one I will probably never find out unless I can go back. I hope Joe is okay........" Sigh. Seeing as there was nothing could do, I waited for something to happen. And waited........ and waited........ and waited.
"1 thousand bottles of beer on the wall, 1 thousand bottles of................ 2 million bottles of beer on the wall, 2 millions bottles of beer, you take them down and smash them around, 2 million bottles of beer..................." And waited.
"Hehehehehe............ I'm loopy I am. Ohhhh........ Orange double dutch pie, my favourite! Ewwww, who put carrot flavoured hair in this orange double stuck pie? Was it you?........ Wilson? Well, you in the cat's house tonight, and don't think, you will be getting any either.
*Fast Forward*
"Well, Of course, I meant the pie, what else did you think I meant? I.......... Oh, you thought I meant that. Yeah, you ain't getting that either"
*FF*
"I can't stay mad at you, come here pal" Alex happily cries uncontrollably.
"Princess Luna grant my wish tonight, please get somepony famous to visit my little shop. It will help further my shop and reputation."
Sigh.. "No," Said the one known as Princess Luna. She is a navy blue Alicorn (a pony with both wings and a horn), her hair would look exactly like a night sky on a hair template. Flowing in the ethereal plain. She stands at heads and hoof above her subject but is still small compared to her sister Celestia. She has an image of a moon with a darker blob behind it, on her flanks. Her eyes, though are probably her best feature some would say. A rich colour of teal.
"Money.......
Reputation....
Personal gain...."
These are the three main things, ponies ask for these days. Well, at least in Canterlot. So much has changed in a thousand years, the years have left The Princess Of The Night, behind. And although she doesn't like to admit it, scared. Before she got banished to the moon, ponies would never or at least most rarely asked for those 3 things. Back then, ponies had the mentally to actually earn the things they have. But 1 thousand is a long time, especially in peaceful times. You go soft, and forget how to fight, and so on.
With Discord, Sombra, Tirek and so many others beaten and sealed away before he banishment, what was left of the "bad eggs". The ponies say nowadays, where to far and too few. And not only that, lacking in any skill or motivating or conviction, so much so, a young colt or filly before her banishment, would be able to deal with them. Was this her destiny? To deal with selfish beings, who don't have a caring bone in their bodies?
One thing is for sure, she needs either a break or something.... to happen. Not so much as something bad, just different and or exciting. It's been so long since she felt the adrenaline of excitement. Or now, this is defiantly something she would never admit to anypony, especially her sister. She would just rub it in. She needed to roll in they hay as they say nowadays. What with not only be just a princess, but a princess who is seen as god-like, and can and will crush anypony who goes against her. The chances of finding, somepony who cares for her and not her title, or power or money or etc. It's a million to one if that.
Ponies think that her and her sister, are uncontrollable emotional beings, who don't like having any fun. Whether it's something as simple as board games, to personal chamber type of fun. They are, after all, ponies for Faust sake. Ponies who have needs and all levels. Her mind can't help but think, what if she didn't become nightmare moon? Or better yet, why couldn't the elements free her of nightmare like they did not to long ago, instead of banishing her.
Her top theories are as follows: 1) Nightmare was too powerful and the element, decided to send her to the moon, to weaken her, before fixing her. 2) The elements didn't have the right pony wielding them to work to properly. 3) Although she has asked about this and her sister has denied it every time. That her sister wanted to banish her. 4) even though, her subjects never knew and will more than likely never know in the future. She didn't become the nightmare, because of her feelings. Or not fully anyway. What actually happened was a parasite got into her mind, how? She didn't know, but it fed and strengthened her feelings. Such as anger, jealousy and so on. Even though it was, at the start a mindless parasite. Over time, it gained some form of intelligence. Lucky it never got the chance to get full sapience, but maybe the elements tried to save the parasite? And couldn't so do the next best thing, send it away. 5) something or somepony meddles with the element somehow, to get her out of the way.
But obvious the last one was far fetched. But even if it was the reason, not like it mattered now. They obviously failed to even show them selfs afterwards. Even though its almost been a year since she has returned, her subject is still scared of her. They may not admit it, but every time she even as much as lift her hoof, they flinch back a little. They have no idea how much it hurts her when they do this. But she puts on a brave face and tries to ignore it. But like everypony else, she has her bad days.
"Okay, We think that is enough for today." Though Luna. "Guards. Night court is now closed, Thee can resume in the morrow." The guards bow they heads and say they goodbye and goodnights and other pleasantries. Luna doesn't even know why she bothers to hold night court, no one visits unless it helps them in some greedy way. Just last week a pony came in asking to lower the taxes in Canterlot but raise them everywhere else, because it's the "proper" thing to do. Because the comers need to know their place. The thought of how the ponies in Canterlot not only think but try to affect others, in such a negative way, only angers her. But every time this happens, she remembers what she did all those years ago.
Luna was about to get into bed when she heard one last voice. But unlike the others, this one was not asking for something that will benefit some pony's reputation for example. It was one word, one simple word "Help". Luna stopped above her bed, shocked. This last voice...... she couldn't put her hoof on it, but it was different. And it felt far away, so far away she couldn't see who it is. But somehow she could hear them. She was lost for words, would she help a being who she didn't know anything about? She didn't even know if it was a pony, griffin, dragon and etc. what if this pony was a bad pony?
Shaking her head of those thoughts, she put almost all of her magic, into a bunch of spells. One was a location finder, it took a while, but she found the pony in need. But the pony was in a place she thought no pony could go. A place where nothing should be able to, but here it is. A pony in the emptiness of the void! Instinctively she put all of her magic into the next spell, as if, if she didn't this pony would die any second. But in doing so and forgetting one very, very important spell, she pulled on the being. And she pulled with all her might, she bent her legs and back, as if it would help. Whatever kept ahold of this being, didn't want to let go, it put a huge strain on her body. But she wouldn't give up, she couldn't.
She was now sweating, like on a very hot summers day. Panting, but eventually, she did it. She got the being to safety, or so she thought. And she collapsed onto her bed. Little did she know, what she had done.
"Of course I meant it Wilson! Of all the nerve, you doubt me? Well, screw you then!.............................................. NO WAIT!! I'M SORRY!!" Cried Alex, as he hugged the life out of Wilson. Although he didn't have a life in the first place, but I digress. Alex cried into the night, or at least till he got too tired.
"Haaaawwwwkkkk Eeeyyyyeeee......................" came a long deep voice, that echo'd chilling somewhere around Alex. Opening his eyes, his vision was very blurry. He could make out some colours, but is as far as it went. Slapping his face a little hard, his vision started to improve, but not that much. Like it couldn't focus, much like a camera can't focus properly if an item is too close or too far. After a few seconds, he could tell basic things, but what he saw (or what he could tell anyway) sent a chill down his whole body. Dead bodies. Littering the floor, like leaves on an autumn day, along with their blood. Some creatures he could tell what they were, while others, not so much.
"Hhhhaaaaaawwwwkkkkk Eeeeeyyyyyeeeee................" This time it was much closer. Looking to find the source, he craned his neck this way and that. No luck, he couldn't find what was saying it. Looking closure at the creatures on the floor, he regretted it as soon as he spotted it. It wasn't just the old that were dead, but creatures no older than 1 year, where with them. What had caused this? If it was a natural disaster, but a being instead. why would they do something like this? Alex felt something tap his shoulder, and he almost jumped out of his skin. He quickly turned around and found not a single soul there. Alex was now frightened, his heart racing, his mind trying to figure out what is happening.
"W-w-w-who's t-there?" Asked Alex shakily. Hugging himself, trying to calm himself down, while he waited for a reply.
He didn't have to wait long.
"Hhhhaaaaaawwwwkkkkk Eeeeeyyyyyeeeee!!!!" Alex almost died from fright with a mixture of shock / surprise. There was no mistaking it, the owner of the voice was right behind him. His eyes were bulging out, like in a cartoon. Slowly turning around, he was met with the scariest face he has ever seen. And he has seen the people who have had too much surgery, and thats saying something. He was so scared that he collapsed of fright, but before he could go into his subconscious, he saw something rushing towards his face, like a knife? No it was much bigger.
Alex wake up with a start. Sweating, like he just ran a marathon. Bringing his hands to his face, he rubbed his eyes. Scraping any sleep or “eye crusts” as its scientifically known as, from his eyes. His vision slowly retuning to him. Then in front of him, there was a spot. Light, a point of light. Alex stared at it for what felt like eons and then it started to grow. It grew and grew until it loomed over Alex and drew him forward, into it's awaiting embrace. Alex was blinded by the whiteness, but that gave way to weariness.
Alex collapsed where he once stood up. Alex coughed, as he took in fresh air for the first time in who knows how long. "Wait................... I can breathe?" He fluttered his eyes open, to find myself laying in a grassy area. Complete with flowers, of a variety of colour.
Alex tried to stand, his legs were weak from being in one place for too long. It was a shaky start, to trying to stand, but he got there eventually. Alex took in his surroundings. He was in some form of a grassy field that was decorated with flowers, and as such. Alex took a look down at himself, yep still in that same old costume from that stupid convention. His outfit was still in very good condition, his newly bought sword stopped onto his back. However something felt......... different. Where once the sword on his back was heavy, it was now lighter than a feather. Or at least it felt like it. Where once he thought he had a good eye sight, was now dwarfed by his new eye sight. It was like he had a small lens for his whole life, but now a large Altra-HD one. He could make out the small details on the tree, at least 100 yards away. Such as the texture of the bark, the small lady bug climbing up it.
He had to admit it, it was fricking awesome. Or he would at least, if he's wasn't starting to hyperventilate. "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!!!!! FIRST I'M STUCK IN THAT VOID, PLACE THINGY, NOW THIS!!!.............................Ok Alex, breathe............. just breathe........... Thats it, calm down. Forget that you have super like eye sight.......................... Ok......... I'm calm, I'm good."
Looking around, he saw a pond or small lake not far from him. Slowly but surely, he made his way over towards it. Falling to his knees a few feet away, he crawled the rest of the way, and looked down at his reflection.
"I'M MIHAWK!!!!............... I've got to panic first. I need to get all the panic out of my system......"
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! I'M GONNA DIE! UHHHH MY FAMILY!!! ARRRGGHHHH EVERYONE I LIKED AND LOVED THINKS I'M DIED!!!! AAAAARRRGGG I'M GONNA BE STUCK LIKE THIS FOR EVER!!!! WHERE'S WILSON! AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!"
"Okay....... Now that I've got that out of my system. I should be fine to..... AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! OHHHHH GOD EVERYTHING IS WEIRD! I"M GONNA DIE!!!!...... Okay, I think I'm good. I think I've got it all out. Now I can calmly and rationally try to approach this............... AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!.........
Alex would want to say he kept calm and dealt with it, but he didn't so he won't say it. It was true that he went as Mihawk, to the convention, but it never look this realistic. His once stuck on cheap beard, was now a real, flowing in the wind one. His once hazel eyes, were now exactly like Mihawk's. He would have normally thought it be awesome, but he fainted on the spot.
Princess Celestia felt relieved that her faithful student and her friends were able to seal Discord away in stone. “You all did very well, my little ponies. I am so proud of you all.” Princess Celestia is a pristine white Alicorn with a rainbow like mane, which like her sisters, blows in the non-existent wind. She is hardly ever seen without her royal gala, with a beautiful crafted gold items. One being a tiara, another a chest plate and the last her shoes. The tiara and chest plate sporting a deep purple coloured gem. On her flank is an item of a sun.
“Wasn’t nothin’!” boasted the one and only Rainbow Dash. “We kicked that guys’ sorry flank no problem!” She is a cyan coloured pegasus, with a rainbow mane. A picture of a lighting bolt with the colours of rainbow and a cloud above it.
“Of course it was something, darling,” admonished the beautiful Rarity. “Our friendships was nearly destroyed by that brute!” Rarity is a white unicorn, with a purple styled mane, with 3 gems on her flank.
“But we all pulled together in the end!” said the ever-bubbly Pinkie Pie. "Although I will miss the chocolate rain................. the drink, not the singer" The others tried to ignore the pink pony's last statement. Pinkie is a, you guessed it, a pink earth pony, with darker pink mane, which is fluffy beyond belief. And she sports 3 balloons on her flank 2 blue and 1 yellow.
“It was all thanks to Twilight and her quick thinkin’. She truly saved us, ain’t that right sugar cube?” dear, honest Applejack praised. Applejack or AJ as she is known by her friends. Is a orange earth pony, who has her mane tied back, which is blonde, and rocks a western stetson on top of her head. Her cutie marks is 3 apples.
“Hmm,” said the studious Twilight Sparkle while blinking. “Oh sorry, Applejack, didn’t hear what you said. I was just thinking…” Twilight, not to be confused with the book, is a lavender unicorn, with purple hair, with a pink strip in it. On her flank is a 6 pointed star, with 5 smaller one, around it.
“Tell us something we don’t know,” Rainbow quipped.
“Something on your mind, my faithful student?” Celestia asked with concern.
“It’s just what Discord said before we sealed him away. He said: Trying days are to come, you must remain vigilant. Because the Hawk, is always watching" Said Twilight "What do you think he meant by that Princess?"
Celestia racked her mind, trying to decode the riddle as well, but couldn't come up with anything. Not even, with all of her knowledge and wisdom, she had no idea what Discord meant. At least not at the moment, like all riddles, they become untied with time. "I Am not sure Twilight. I'm sure we will figure it out, in time. Buts lets not dwell on it, my student."
"Indeed, I mean, just look at our hooves. They all got dirty, we are in dire need of some tlc." Said Rarity. To which, Celestia quietly chuckles, lucky nopony heard.
"I will have the chariots ready to take you back to Ponyville, my little ponies. I'm glad for your visit, but royal duties call" And with that, Celestia leaves. The mane 6 bowing to her as she leaves. Leaving the mane 6 to pounder on the riddle Discord left for them.
Hungry, cold, wet and dirty. These are the things Alex woke up to. "Wha..... what happened? I remember the convention, then......................... uh oh" As fast as he could, Alex went back over to the lake, and looked at his reflection. And amazingly he wasn't Mihawk anymore......... Just kidding :P , anyway. "So it wasn't a dream then. I really have turned into Mihawk......... Thank god I didn't go as Usopp or Nami...." Alex chuckles darkly as his small joke. (Just incase, I don't dislike them 2, its just compare them 2 others in One piece show)
"It's funny, I would have found this to be awesome for a dream or something. But for it, to actually happen? Thats another thing all together. What about my friends, my family, my job, my life? Will I ever get back, can I go back. Will I change back if I do, somehow go back? Uggghhhhh more bloody questions. My brain is starting to hurt, because theres so many........... Why did I have to say yes to Joe? Damn bastard! This is all his fault....... Oooooo he better wish I don't get my hands on him."
Kicking a stone near by, in frustration, it flies off into the distance, above the hill not to far from him. Taking a slightly bigger on in his hand, about the size of a golf ball, he throws it across the pond. As it skims across the water, like it was bouncing across. It landed across the lake not a second later, leaving a decent size crater in its wake. "Wha........ Is Mihawk really that strong? Because I could feel that wasn't Mih..... my strongest throw. It's going to take some getting used to, me, Mihawk"
Picking up one last stone, he skimmed it across the lake. Turning around, Alex started to walk in the other direction, he remembered seeing a forrest this way. First priority was food, he knew where some water was. The only other thing he needed after food was shelter. Groooaaaannn But food first, after all he is starving. "How Am I going to do this? Use............ whats its name again? Yuri? no, errrr Yomi? no Yoru?................ What ever, I'll just call you Yoru, it seems to suit you. And now I'm talking to a sword *faceplam* Anyway, or do I use this smaller knife, it be overkill if use Yoru. But then again............ It will be awesome using Yoru, not many people get to use it. Fuck it, Yoru your up." Alex said with a sinister looking face.
"Now all I have to do, is find some wildlife. Hopefully they are edible" Alex said out loud.
The Forrest it self, was a little more dense than he was expecting, but nothing major. He could still swing Yoru. But like the trees stood any chance against Yoru. He could see some wildlife, but Luffy be damned, if he was going to eat a insect. Sure people eat them, in other countries, but personally he kind of has a phobia of them, and not only that. They don't exactly look appetising.
"Oooooooo thats a thought....... Am I in the One Piece Universe?" Alex now had stars in his eyes "Because that be fricking AWESOME!!!!!! I wonder if I'll me the straw hats. Hahaha I can see there faces now, to see Mihawk, the warlord, being fan crazy. Well, apart from Robin, but she doesn't really some any emotions to virtually everything. I wonder if they will try and attack me, because, you know being Mihawk and all. I have got to join their crew! Thats it, if I'm actually in the One Piece universe, I'm sooooooo going to join them!"The now excited swordsman rubs his palms together, congratulating himself for his master idea.
Rustle
Alex stopped dead in his tracks. Something moved behind him. Turning around, he was met with a clear clearing, with no wildlife. "Huh? I swear I heard the bushes rustling......... what ever" shrugging his shoulders, he turns around. And comes face to face, with the terror inducing, the mighty, the all powerful and the invincible rabbit. Alex jumped a little, not expecting a bunny rabbit of all things. Looking at it, it was a brown rabbit with black eyes. The rabbit it self was inspecting Alex, it has never seen a creature like it before.
"Well, food is food." Alex goes to draw his sword, while the bunny backs up a little, not expecting him to move at that moment. Its now looking up at Alex with a puppy dog eye stare. "Awwwww.......... Damn it! I need to kill it......... yeah thats simple enough right?" Yoru was now ready to strike the small rabbit. Alex hesitated "I-I-I can't. I've never killed an animal before.... Wow, the great Mihawk is scared of killing a rabbit. Way to go Alex, you now made Mihawk look lame, good job.", he thought to himself.
Sighing Alex put Yoru away, and looked back at the rabbit. Bending down, and out stretching his hand, the rabbit flinches at contact. Alex proceeds to pet the rabbit. "Ohh who Am I kidding, I'm not a killer. Go on, now get, before I change my mind" He said to the rabbit, which bounced away. "So If meat is off the menu, then I will have to find something else.... but what?" Alex asked himself.
Alex shrugged his shoulders, and starting walking in a random direction. The forrest it self was mostly made up of birch trees, or at least what he could see anyway. The ground was littered with fallen leaves "It must be coming up to autumn or gone past winter. It's not like people tidy every Forrest because it has leaves on the ground." He thought to himself. His peaceful walk was interrupted by a very quiet sound. "Is-Is that what I think it is?"
"Are you okay there sugarcube?" Asked a concerned voice.
"Huh? Applejack?................... Oh, yeah I was just thinking about what Discord said." Replied Twilight
"You shouldn't strain yourself darling. Besides worrying about everything doesn't help one's appearance..........." Rarity only got stares from the group. "What? Its true"
"Yeah....... Anyway. Don't sweat it Twi, whatever happens, we will be there to kick whatever it is, flank's" Boasted Rainbow
"You should listen to Dashie Twilight." Rainbow groaned at her nickname from Pinkie. "Besides, this is a teen story not a mature story, so there's nothing too extreme to worry about" Said Pinkie. The group somewhat getting used to Pinkie's antics, and just carry on.
"Your right girls, its just what he said. It just doesn't sit well with me. I think is mostly the last part. Recently Equestria has been in some sort of trouble, what seems to be like every week. But the bit "The Hawk is always watching"? Just sends a shiver down my spine."
"Ermm Discord didn't say if that was a good or bad thing Twilight. Ermm what if, the "hawk" is a good pony?" Stated Fluttershy, who is a yellow pegasus, or butter coloured if you prefer. With a pink long flowing mane, and butterflies on her flank. And like her name suggests, so is extremely shy.
"I doubt it Shy, going by content of what was said, I would bet it's the opposite. I think I just need something to take my mind off of this, is all" Said Twilight.
Well, not that I don't want to help or anything. But I've got cloud duty in the morning, and I need to rest these bad boys..." Rainbow said, pointing to her wings. "So I'll see you guys whenever, bye" And with that she was gone.
"And ah have also got to go hit the hay. Me and Mac have got a hay of a harvest in the morning. Night y'all" With that Applejack tips her hat and leaves.
And so went the rest of the goodbye, Fluttershy needing to take care of the nocturnal animals, Rarity to finish of her last order for tomorrow and Pinkie needed to check up on the twins, and what ever she does after that. Leaving Twilight to check up on Spike. Spike is her number one assistant, as she and Spike like to call his title. Also he just happens to be a baby dragon, but don't let the baby bit fool you. He has got the 2nd highest IQ in Ponyville, after Twilight herself of course. What you didn't expect him to be dumb? He does and help Twilight in all her projects and such, and has done so for years. Your bound to pick something up in that time, with her being around.
It didn't take long for Twilight to get home, although she was in no rush. Luna did do an excellent job tonight. Twilight being an astronomer lover, she couldn't help but look. If you're wondering, her home is actually a library in a tree, and big oak tree. Its why it was giving the name of "Golden Oak Library". Opening the door is a big open space with sleeves of books across the walls. The kitchen is to the left, which a simple but rustic one. And the stairs are straight ahead and slightly to the right. Walking up the stairs, she quietly opens the door to her and Spike's bedroom. She sees that he is fast asleep, with his blanket on the floor next to him and his basket.
Silently tip hoofing over to Spike, she picks up the blanket in her teeth. What with magic being cast, causing some sound to be made. She gently tucks him in, and kisses his forehead."Goodnight, my number one assistant."
There was that sound again. It was barely audible, even to Alex, or should I say Mihawk's ears. Slightly changing his course, Alex ran to the source of the sound. Jumping over fallen debris from the surrounding trees, he carried on. The said trees blocking some of the light and sound. "Have to get there faster!!!" Alex screamed in his thoughts. Putting on a burst of speed, he was now blazing along, getting closer to his inquiry.
Up ahead there was a beam of light. "A opening maybe?" Alex thought. As he got closer the light got bigger and brighter. Putting even more energy into his legs, he practically rocketed himself forwards and into the light.
However. Alex's feet where suddenly met with nothing but open air. Much like in a cartoon, Alex's feet continued to search for some ground. Looking down, he saw a small lake beneath him. About 9 stories beneath him, it took a few seconds but his brain finally got up to speed. With his eyes bulging out comically, he started to fall. "OHHHHHHH SSSSSSHHHHHIIIIIITTTTTTTT!!!!!!"
Alex's arms frantically moved about, trying to find something for his hand to grab onto. But alas it was not meant to be, and he plummeted to the lake. Alex hit the water like a train, creating a splash as high as 25 feet. Also doing one of the most famous and extremely painful water entry known to man, simply know as the belly flop. Lucky for Alex he has a stronger body now, otherwise..... You probably wouldn't want to know, what would have happened to a normal human. But even with Mihawk's body, it still stung like hell. Winded, disorientated and in some pain, it took a while for Alex to get to shore, by dragging himself across the floor.
Catching his breath, Alex looks at the sky. It would be a nice day, if it weren't for........ Well everything that has happened. He would lay there longer, but then he remember why he jumped out a cliff, be it accidental, but still basically jumped off. Slowly getting up, he tested his movements. The pain gradually fading away, to Alex's relief. It would be embarrassing to injury Mihawk in such an idiotic way, this would be more of a Luffy thing, than a Mihawk thing. Looking around, he couldn't see the cause of the sound yet. Dusting himself off, he listened for the sound.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!! SOMEPONY!!!! ANYPONY!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME-E-H-E-H-E!!!!!" Came the pleading voice of a young, loud voice. Who just happened to be virtually next to Alex. Just a few feet away in the trees, but the young being wasn't alone. He was currently being chased by a Kludde. Whats a Kludde you ask? Well, the best way to describe it is, a large wolf with wings. How large you ask? Well its about as big as Alexz is now, which just happens to be 6 foot exactly, its eye level with the swordsman. You scared? You should be. It shares many skills, attributes and etc with its cousin the wolf. Like its canine companions, it also has the pack mentally, has a very good sense of smell, any many other things. But unlike it's cousins, it has the eye sight as good as an eagle. But with it being larger, it needs more food and with that, it has bigger and sharper teeth. It also has two tails, and its wings are bat like. But thankfully for the young colt, it was alone.
And the said being was just behind the young one. But that isn't what Alex is most shocked about, apparently. It's not the Kludde, but the small horse like creature that just spoke. The small horse or pony would be a better description, was running for its life, all the while crying. But thats understandable, giving its current situation. The small pony, in this case colt, was so scared and concentrated on getting away, he didn't see the small root, that was above ground. And just like in every comic, cartoon and so on, he tripped over it. The Kludde sensing it was over, slowed down, no point in wasting energy. It walked at a steady pace over to its meal, looming over it. It hasn't had a pony in years, even so, this young colt would only last him for a day or two. Lowering its body to the ground slightly, it got ready to pounce on the poor colt.
"COME ON ALEX, HELP IT! MOVE YOUR DAMN LEGS YOU IDIOT! YOU CAN WORRY ABOUT THE TALKING HORSE LATER!" Alex screamed to himself, in his head. Slowly but surely his body started to react to his brain signals telling it to move it. The Kludde was just about to pounce when it heard movement from behind it. Quickly spinning around, it got ready to defends its meal, from a potential predator or other. But what it wasn't expecting, was Alex. A strange bipedal creature, dressed up like he was going to a costume party, with a big sword on its back. Once the Kludde saw Alex, its nervousness gave way to greed. It could finish off the colt any time, but this new creature would last it a lot longer, and it jumped to pounce on Alex.
Big mistake. Mihawk's instincts took over, and Alex quickly grabbed Yoru and pulled it of his back. And before the Kludde could even blink, the strange creature was gone in a flash. It landed where it once stood. Sniffing, it tried to locate it's new potential meal........ It was behind it! Spinning around, it got into a low position ready to fight. But the strange creature wasn't walking away from it, with its back turned. It was slowly putting ti sword back onto its back, and walking towards the colt. Now the Kludde was angry, it not only has its back turned, but ignoring the furious predator.
"Don't bother, I've already cut you" Said Alex to the wolf.
There was no way this creature had cut it, it didn't even feel anything, never mind see anything. Ingoring its remark simply as trying to prolong the inevitable. The wolf jumped to pounce once more.
"They just never learn, do they........ DEMON HUNTER!" Alex shouted while putting Yoru away, timing it to perfection. The Wolf yelped in pain, landing on the ground with a thud. Its head smashing to the ground as well, as it fell unconscious. "Hey, you okay?" Alex asked the now petrified colt beneath him. It was now visibly shaking, and turning pale. Now that he wasn't thinking about the wolf beast, he could take a proper look at the colt. It was a Pegasus with a dark grey coat, with a black mane. It wasn't really styled, at least what Alex could tell. It also had navy blue eyes.
Soon as Alex talked to it, its eye's grew bigger and wider.....................Thud and it fainted. Sigh" Great a fainter......... Like I'm one to talk but still. Now this guy is obviously sapient, and young. So where is........ it is a he right, is sounded like a he. But then again...." Alex stopped and looked under the colt's belly "Colt, defiantly a colt. But where are the colt's parents? Did that winged wolf eat them? Great more fricking questions. Well, I can't just leave him here. Need to a find town or something and drop him off, just hope the locals don't freak out." Bending down, Alex picked up the limp colt and put him over his shoulder. "Up you go...... Now, he came from that direction. So that the most likely to be where he came from. Unless he ran in circles..... But its better than just wondering aimlessly I suppose." And so Alex set of with the pony on his shoulder.
Taking a look over his shoulder, the winged wolf was still on the floor. But he could see its chest raise up and down. So he didn't kill it, which was sort of a relief. After all, it couldn't help its nature or what its spieces food source is. But still, he couldn't kill a child even if it was sapient or not, not even if he was on the verge of starvation. At least he hopes he wouldn't, he's never been in that situation. Alex was about to walk off, but he suddenly got a thought. "What about other predators?" And with that, he couldn't leave it in such a vulnerable position. Even if some people would think it deserved it.
Sighing out loud, Alex walked over to it, still carrying the colt. He could see the wound he dealt it. He couldn't help but feel guilty, but he was protecting the colt. He's no doctor, nor does Alex have the supplies to heal or even wash the wound. So that left only 3 choices that are obvious. 1) kill it, before the wound got infected, and seeing as its on its chest, save it the pain and suffering. 2) Leave it be, and maybe it would be fine, but more than likely it would die some time soon. Either by the infection it was bound to get or by other predators eating it, while its down. 3) It was a option he didn't really like, but it was the best of the 3, or at least for the wolf.
Back in Ponyville in a certain library, two beings are checking things over. "Quill." Said Twilight
"Check." Said Spike ticking off the item on the list.
"Parchment."
"Check."
"Extra ink."
"Check."
"Extra extra ink."
"Check."
"Is that everything on the checklist?" Asked Twilight, while looking at Spike.
"Yep." Said the drake with a smile
Twilight beamed "Great. Now that we've completed the checklist of things we need to create a checklist, we can make my checklist of the things I have to get done by the end of the day. Ready?"
"Ready!" Spike said with gusto
"Item 1: Create checklist of the things I have to accomplish by the end of the day." She said with her head held high, all the while smiling away.
Spike moans and fall to the floor.
---------------------------------------------- TIME SKIP ----------------------------------------------
"How are we doing, Spike?" Asked Twilight. The said drake being on her back, checking on another list he has in his claws.
"Let's see... We've already dropped off your cape at the cleaners, returned the blackboard you borrowed from Cheerilee, ordered new parchment and quills from the stationery shop..."
Twilight gave a thoughtful Hmm, and pounded on the information she was just given. "Hmm... Seems like we just placed an order for those a few days ago."
"Can't imagine why we go through so many of them." Spike said sarcastically, while looking behind him at the trail of the long list. But the pony who it was aimed at, was totally oblivious.
"Sounds like we're ahead of schedule. What's next?"
Spike looked at the list and beamed, "Cupcakes!" Spike said with excitement.
Entering the bakery, locally known as Sugar Cube Corner. They were meet with the view of a very busy looking Mr & Mrs Cake, going to and fro. And a box fully of pink cupcakes, waiting for them on the till. "Whoa....." Said Spike drooling over them.
Twilight checked the box to see if everything was in order. But was concerned it wasn't, but wanted to clear it out with Mrs Cake. "Uh, I only ordered twelve."
Mr Cake come out of the kitchen with some cakes on a tray on her head. "Oh, I know, dear, but I had an extra. So I thought I'd make it a baker's dozen." She said going back to the kitchen, with a couple of boxes on her head.
"Uhhh!" Spike was now properly drooling over the sugar coated treats.
Twilight levitated Spike out of the way and got closer to the cakes. And inspected them on a quick glance "Oh, that was very thoughtful of you. It's just some of the icing from the extra cupcake is getting all over the one next to it. See?" she said pointing with her hoof to the ones she picked out.
Mrs Cake wasn't sure how to respond, so went with the basic "Ohh... sure..."
"It's just that I'm planning on sharing these at a picnic later and I don't want anypony to feel like somepony else is getting more icing."
"Oh, no... of course not."
Twilight levitated over a small kitchen knife, over to the cakes "Not to worry, I'll just move some of this one to... hmm... I think I may have scooped too much... oops! Now those two have more. Let's just try this again... Hmm, no, that won't do. Let me just... hmm... put some here, and... no, that's not right. A little more on this one, a little bit... and wait... I'll just... ooh, a little bit here, and here, and... perfect!" She said whilst practically removing all the icing.
Mrs Cake looked at the result, and was slightly disappointed, in her work being ruined, in her eyes. "Hmm, oh yes... much better..." She said trying to be professional.
Twilight levitated the lid over the box, and sealed it. And turned to walk away with Spike, only to see him literally covered head to claw in icing "Okay, time to tackle the next item on our-- oops! Looks like we're going to have to add 'give a baby dragon a bath' to our list."
Spike's tongue shot out, and rapt around his whole body. With a yank, Spike body spun like small tornado. Something you would expect in a cartoon, like in "The Mask" or "Tasmanian Devil". With a loud slurp, Spike managed to get all the icing, off his body.
Twilight was impressed, but also a little grossed out. "Very efficient! And a little bit gross." She said while walking out of the bakery, with Spike jumping on her back, whilst she levitated the box of treats in front of her.
Spike shrugged "Eh."
---------------------------------------------- TIME SKIP ----------------------------------------------
The duo came up the stairs, to the upper library, whilst Spike jumped of Twilight. Looking at the list one more time, Spike didn't see anything that needed seeing to "Looks like that's everything!"
"Almost everything." Twilight said while going to put down the box of cakes down
"Triple-check checklist to make sure we didn't miss anything when we double checked the checklist!" Uh... check! Ugh... I've been holding that quill so long, I've got a claw cramp! Well, good thing we don't have anything to report to Princess Celestia this week... I don't think I could write another word!" Spike said with slight pain in his claw, which was now swollen and red.
Twilight stopped what she was doing, in doing so, losing her concentration on a levitation spell. And dropped one because of it. "We haven't sent a letter to Princess Celestia this week?!" She said with panic.
"Why? Is that bad?" Spike said whilst finishing off bandaging his claw in a cast.
Twilight rushed over to Spike and look shim straight in the eyes, at a very close distance "Bad? BAD? Of course it's bad! I'm supposed to send Princess Celestia a letter every week, telling her about a lesson I've learned about friendship! Not every other week, not every ten days, every... single... week!" She exclaimed getting more and more panicked with each second.
"Huh?"
Twilight rushed over the the desk, levitating everything out of the way. "Ohh... Where's my calendar, where's my calendar?!" She asked out loud, frantically looking around for the said item.
"Where it.. always is?" Spike says pulling it out of a draw.
Twilight quickly levitating over the calendar bring poor Spike with it. To which he zoomed over to her, and his momentum was stopped by a combination of a small podium and his face. She opened the calander and looked in side "When did we send the last one?"
Spike rolled onto his front and looked up at the purple mare, still recovering for the impact "Last... Tuesday?"
"And today is..." Asked Twilight.
"Tuesday?......" said Spike
Twilight was in panic mode now, she sped up to her room on the top floor. Looking out the window, she could see the sun getting close to setting in the horizon. "Argh! Nononononononono! If I don't send her a letter by sundown, I'll be... tardy!" she said gasping for air.
"What's that now?" Said Spike whilst pushing away a mood inspired artwork board from behind Twilight, to put away for storage later.
Twilight collapsed onto her bed "Tar-dy, Spike! Late, I'll be late! Oh, how could I let this happen? I'm usually so organized. I've never been late with an assignment." She said kicking out her legs, in a tantrum sort of way. Then covering herself in the bed cover.
"Oh, please! You're the most studious student ever! I'm sure the Princess will forgive you if you miss one little deadline." Spike said whilst taking off the cover of Twilight. Spike then jumped down to the lower level
Twilight looked at Spike and shook her head "I'm afraid to take that chance, Spike. This is the ruler of all of Equestria we're talking about. The pony who holds my fate in her hooves! What if she doesn't forgive me?"
"Yeah... I don't think she--" He didn't get to finish as Twilight teleported near him, scaring him in the process.
"What if instead she starts thinking I'm not taking my studies on friendship seriously?"
"Why would she.." Once again he was interrupted, and he was slightly annoyed now.
Twilight started to pace around the room "What if she makes me come back to Canterlot and puts me back in school and makes me prove I've been taking them seriously? By giving me a test?! What if I don't pass?!" She asked herself and Spike.
"Well, why wouldn't you pass..."
"She's my teacher. Do you know what teachers do to students who don't pass? They send them back a grade! But she won't just send me back a grade. She'll send me back to... magic kindergarten." She said whilst having a vision of maybe whats to come. She was in a room with small fillies. She was sitting on a stool, whilst the young ones pointed at her and laughing.
"Twilight? Twilight!" Spike said pulling a string down, the vision of the event disappearing away. Spike then looked at Twilight. Who was on her haunches shaking like a leaf. Spike walker over to her and slightly pushed her.
"Huh?" Coming out of her day dreaming.
"That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard! You're not going to be sent back to magic kindergarten." Spike said, almost telling her off, like a parent does to a child.
"You're right. I have no reason to worry. Because I'm going to solve a friend's problem and get that letter to Princess Celestia before sundown!"
Spike sighs dropping down to his knees.
"So... got any problems, troubles, conundrums, or any other sort of issues, major or minor, that I as a good friend could help you solve?" she asked the drake
Spike stood there and thought for a few seconds "Huh. Hmm. Huunh. Huh... I got nothin'."
Twilight sighs "Then it looks like I'm going to have to find somepony who does." She said trotting off to find somepony who needs help.
Alex is currently walking through the Forrest, with the still unconscious colt, over his shoulder. He is still looking for a town. "Jeez, how far did this colt run from that thing? Did he even roughly run in a straight path? By the looks of it, he didn't. Oh, well we're bound to found some kind of populace at some point. Huh, it's getting dark, maybe I should set up a camp for the night." Alex thought to himself. Looking around for a few minutes, it didn't take long to find an open cave. "Well, that the shelter down. I remember seeing a stream a few minutes back, so thats where I can get some water, if we need some. I'm obviously not sort for fire wood, being in a forest and all. All we need now is food............." Alex's stomach groaned loudly at the mention of food "Ugggghhh note to self, don't mention the F word, while hungry. And that remind me, what should I do with this..........." He thought to himself
Alex was of course talking about the Kludde he was carrying on his other shoulder. It was surprisingly very light "It would have to be, if it wanted to fly with the size of its body". Alex decided what he was going to do. Carefully he placed his passenger down in the cave, careful not to wake them or worse. "I'll be right back, now don't go anywhere okay......"
And with that, Alex ran as fast as he could to the water stream he saw before. It only took a few minutes to find it. Luckily he still has his bottle of soda in his pocket. How it was still there after all that has happened and not fallen out, he had no clue. But he was glad to have it. Emptying its contents, he filled it with the water from the stream. It looked clean enough (the water....... smart ass). With the bottle now full, he proceeded to run back.
Once he got there, he was sweating a bit. Even Mihawk has his limit of energy. Getting some leaves off the trees and some tree sap or what ever its called. He walked back over to the wolf. Looking at the cut, he got his bottle, and started to rinse it out. Being careful not cause anymore damage. Taking the ingredients he gathered before, he very gently placed and very slightly rubbed it in. The wolf itself whimpered in its sleep, shifting its body to try stop the pain. Once that was done, Alex used what water was left in the bottle, to clean the leaves he got. These leaves were bigger than normal ones, but nowhere near big enough, but they would do for now. He gently place the now washed leaves on the wound. Then taking his boots off, he ripped his socks. And managed to just about to tie the ripped socks around its body. Keeping the leaves in their place. He gave a slight nod in satisfaction.
It was only then, did he notice, he has a witness or what he did. And it wasn't the colt. The winged wolf tried to get up, but it was in to much pain. "Nooo please, don't try to move just yet." The wolf flinched back and Alex held his hands forward. "I'm not going to hurt you anymore okay?" The wolf seemed to take Alex words into consideration. After a few seconds it nodded, and laid back down on the floor and closed its eyes. "It seems to be some what intelligent. Well, I shouldn't be surprised. What with the talking pegasus pony over there, and then the actual wolf it self, with its wings and etc. Its like something right out of greek mythology or a nightmare. But one things is for certain, I can't sleep right now. Don't trust it to not try anything to me or the colt. *sigh* Its going to be a long night ahead of me"
And with Alex went to get some fire wood from the nearest tree. Using Yoru, it didn't take much effort of force. It only took one strike, and the wood was chopped up into pieces of wood roughly the same size, and in a neatly ordered pile. Which confused Alex, but he wasn't going to question it. Carrying the wood back to the camp site, he not too long after got a fire going. "At least we've got a heat source now. And it should keep the predators away. And even if it doesn't, I still got Yoru with me." And with that, Alex moved the colt closer to him and the fire. Just to be sure he is safe. And settled down for the night.
Back in Ponyville and more specifically the Golden Oaks Library. In the main area, are 7 ponies and a dragon. 6 of the ponies being the elements of harmony and the other Princess Celestia herself.
Applejack clears her throat "Dear Princess Celestia, We're writ in' to you because today we all learned a little something' about friendship."
Fluttershy carried on where Applejack left of "We learned that you should take your friends' worries seriously"
Rainbow Dash was next "Even if you don't think that she has anything to worry about."
Rarity had her say "And that you shouldn't let your worries turn a small problem..."
Pinkie Pie said with a smile "...into an enormously huge entire-town-in-total-chaos Princess-has-to-come-and-save-the-day problem." To which see only got stares from her friends "What?"
Applejack just carried on "Signed, your loyal subjects."
And Spike had to have his say "P.S. Obviously Spike did not have to learn a lesson, because he is the best, most awesome friend a pony could ask for. Unlike everypony else, he took things seriously, and- Eheh... uh... yeah... I'll just, um..." And with that, everypony and everydragon laughed and snorted. So everything was back to normal in Ponyville................. at least for now.
"Noooo mommy I don't want to wear the pretty pink bow"

" OKAY THATS IT! I SWEAR TO ALL THAT IS HOLLY, WHO EVER IS POKING ME, IS GOING TO HAVE A SLOW AND PAINFUL DEATH!!!!"

"GET LOST! CAN'T YOU SEE I'M TRYING TO .............................. Errrrr Hi" Alex Said sheepishly while wiping away the sleep in his eyes. To the side of him, was the colt he saved yesterday. The said colt was staring up at him in wonder and fear.
"AHHHH IT CAN TALK!!" It shouted in panic, its legs frayling about. In shock it jumped up slightly and landed on its back. It scurried to the nearest tree and hid behind it. Putting its fore hooves on the tree and tilting its head to one side, so it could see Alex. It waited for the creature to make its move.
"Errrr......... You do know its supposed to be the over way right?" Alex said still looking at the Colt.
The colt slowly moved it body, so its rear was behind the tree and just its head was poking out.
".......... Well, that is much better...... But I can still see you" Alex said. "Oh........ my......... God is that cute. He reminds me of a lot like Chopper, or at least what I've seen. All he needs now is a backpack, a blue hat, and for him to have eaten the human human fruit, and for him to be a doctor. And he'll be all set. " Thought Alex. It was only then did he notice the expression of the colt, fear. "Well....... Better calm him down, before he has a heart attack or something. I'm still surprised I'm not, to be honest"
"It's okay, I'm not gunna hurt you little one" Alex didn't move a muscles, so him wouldn't frighten it more.
"A likely story! Your just saying that so you can eat me!" The colt replied.
Alex silently sighed "Trust me I'm not going to hurt you. Besides, I don't think you would taste all that good. What with being so small...."
"SHUT UP!! I BET I TASTE BETTER THAN YOU!"
"Oh, so you want me to eat you now? Jeez make your mind up will ya." Alex shrugged, whilst looking down at the floor. It didn't have the effect he wanted, as the colt already turned to run away. "Okay okay, I'm not going to eat you. So.......... Whats your name? Can't just call you colt or horse-pony thing or something."
The colt smiled a little, but it disappeared after only 3 seconds. "It-it- it's Ra-rapid Sha-Shadow"
"Ra-Rapid Sha-Shadow? Thats a strange name....." The colt snickered a little.
"No!! Its Rapid Shadow!"
"Well, nice to meet ya, Rapid Shadow. I'm Dracule Mihawk, But Mihawk is just fine. Although Rapid Shadow is kind of a funny name" Alex said smiling at the now named Rapid Shadow.
"HEY!!! LIKE DRA.... DRA.... OHHH WHAT EVER YOU SAID, MIHAWK IS ANY BETTER!"
"That may be true, but your name is still funny" Alex said laughing a little at the colts actions. It was now he saw that Rapid had moved slightly away from the tree. To which Alex noticed with one eye slightly open, while he laughed "Good I'm getting through to him, that I don't mean any harm. Just needs a little more convincing"
"So why where you alone in the woods Rapid?" Asked Alex
Rapid flinched a little."I don't know, I was lost and looking for something I could remember. But then that Kludde came after me.......... I was so scared, I thought I was going to die........And...........And.......... But I can't remember what happened after that, can you tell me what happened?" Tears where threatening to come out of Rapid's eyes at that point.
"So thats what it was called, Huh, strange name, but like that matters. But do I tell him? Or don't I? Would it really help him? If I tell him I saved him, before the Kludde could get to him. What if that only manages to scare him more? That it only took me one hit to defeat it............... What even happened to the Kludde? Meh, he probably just ran off, ungrateful jerk" Is what is going through Alex's mind. "Hmmmmm..... No sorry kid, but I found you alone. You was on the floor, with some cuts and bruises. So I fixed you up the best I could. And thats it before you wake up again. So anyway where are your parents? They must be worried sick."
Rapid lowered his down to the floor in sadness. "I don't know my parents. My Dad left years ago, and my Mom had to leave when I was born. I've been living with my Uncle and Auntie since then. A small scowl made its way onto Rapid's face ".......... They don't want me there anyway, so whats it matter?" Rapid said under his breath
And just like that, any good mood Alex had, vanished. "Wow, poor kid. I don't know If I could deal with what he's ben through. And why wouldn't his Uncle and Auntie want him there?" Alex then noticed Rapid was uncomfortable and is currently fidgeting. "Come on Alex say something...... Anything!"
"So......... It's a nice day today isn't it?"
"Wow, I'm not even going to react to that lame....... What ever you want to call that. Just, wow. Way to go, smooth talker" Alex scolded himself
"Y-Yeah" Rapid said sniffling a bit
"Right, heres the plan. We get all we need for a possibly a long trip, and we get you home. Don't want your Uncle andAuntie worrying about you, now do we?" Alex said standing up. Rapid didn't reply, just looking away from Alex.
Within one of the most famous Forrest on the entire planet, also one of the most creepy and scary I may add, stands a statue of a nightmarish villain. The said villain is a tall pony with a set of wings and a horn. However this pony is taller than Luna, but not quite as tall as Celestia. But what set this pony apart from those two, is not only the armour, but the body it self. It just reeks of evil and so on. The eyes are like snake eyes or cat if you prefer. The teeth are much sharper looking also, so much so, someone would think the being would be a carnivore. And set in front of that said statue is a small pile of candy.
Where did the candy come from you ask, well there is a group of small fillies Colts & baby dragon, and a few adults there also. Putting their candy they got from a certain holiday, because they think its the last of the said holiday.
"Goodbye, Nightmare Night. Forever." Said the smallest colt there. He is a white pony with brown patches. And is currently wearing a pirate costume, with the eye patch and everything. He lowered his head and started to walk away. Suddenly the wind picked up, taking a few leaves with it
Then came a booming voice from directly above the colt. "Citizens of Ponyville! You were wise to bring this candy to me. I am pleased with your offering. So pleased that I may just eat it... instead of eating you!" All of the beings present, looked for the source of the voice, as the wind picked up a little more. The hat that Applejack was wearing blew of her head, and headed towards the statue. But it was now the ponies notices something about the statue. It wasn't a statue anymore. The now real live pony said looking down at the frightened children, with a menacing look.
Looking up in fear, he noticed the statue wasn't made of stone and etc, but was the real live deal. All the colts and fillies, running away from the frightening pony.
The said being on the pedestal glowed a bright white light, and started to shrink. It eventually turned into Luna, and she spat out a fake pair of teeth. "I am not certain that did what you meant for it to do, Twilight Sparkle." Luna said with sadness
"Just wait."
"For what? For... for them to scream some more?"
"Um... Princess Luna. I know there's not gonna be any more Nightmare Night, but do you suppose maybe you could come back next year and scare us again anyway?" Asked Pipsqueak, looking up at the night princess with hope in his eyes.
"Child. Art thou saying that thou... likest me to scare you?" Luna was confused as to why, being scared is a good thing.
"It's really fun! Scary, but fun!" Pipsqueak said without hesitation, and a slight nod.
"It... is?" Luna asked shocked.
"Yeah! Nightmare Night is my favorite night of the year." Exclaimed Pipsqueak
"Well then. We shall have to bring Nightmare Night back!" Luna beamed. The volume of her voice forcing back the colt a few inches.
"Whoa! You're my favorite princess ever!" He galloped to her and hugged her leg. He then proceeded to go to his friends, in the distance "She said yes, guys!"
"YAY!" Came the cheers of Pipsqueak's friends
"See? They really do like you, princess."
"Can it be true?Oh, most wonderful of ...... I mean... Oh, most wonderful of nights."
"Are. We. There. Yet?!" Asked are seriously bored Rapid.
"For the, ohhh I don't know, 537th time..... NO!!!!!" Sceamed Alex in annoyance "Damn Kids, and their damn impatience, and their damn............. Okay Alex, calm down. There are better ways to deal with the situation, than taking it out on a kid. Even if that said kid, is the offspring of the devil from hell, sent to earth to take over the world............ With things like *Are we there yet? I need to pee! Can we get something to eat? Waa Waa Waa, cry cry sniffle*"
"Y-you d-didn't n-need t-to y-yell" Came from Rapid, sniffling a bit, whilst wiping a tear from his eye
Alex sighed "Ok, I'm sorry, I'm just a little frustrated, can you forgive me?"
"Yeah, okay" Rapid said a split second later. "Erm, Mr Mihawk Sir, I need to use the bathroom"
Alex's eye twitched "Okay Alex, calm down, before you murder the kid....... Deep, calm breathes......... In......... And Out........ In.......... And Ou....."
"Hey look! A cute little cat, can we keep it?" Asked Rapid. And indeed there was, and it was a simple and common looking white cat, with a collar around its neck.
"NOO WE CAN'T BLOODY WELL KEEP IT!!!!" In his rage Alex kicked the cat to which it made a startled cry. As it went flying past the trees, and landed in a pile of leaves. Lucky for Alex it was pretty much okay, somehow, and ran away quickly, a few seconds later. There was steam coming out of Alex ears, mouth, because of his anger and frustration. But it suddenly stopped, as he realised something. "Wait........ Why is there a house cat in the middle of a forest? .......... Unless............" Alex picked up Rapid, and ran as fast as he could, in the way the cat took off.
Not 5 minutes later, did the sight of a town come into view. "OH THANK YOU MERCIFUL GOD! THANK YOU! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!" Alex screamed mentally. Alex ran to the town just like he won the lottery. Stopping just outside it, stopping just behind a wall, he looked for the inhabitants. The town itself was medieval looking, but surprisingly very clean. Most of the houses looked the same, but with a few changes here and there, such as colour.
What he saw, threw he off a bit, he was expecting just ponies. But he did see other creatures as well. "Is that......... a Griffin? And that must be...... What are they called again Mintour? No, Minatore? No..... Errrr Minotaur?....... Yes, that seems right, I'll just go with that. Okay, now who to give this kid too......." Alex's thoughts were stopped but a sudden shadow looming over him. Looking behind him, he saw a very tall, and very strong looking Minotaur. "Errrrr Hi" he said with a small wave. Alex suddenly felt an alarm kind of feeling go of in his head, and his body on its own accord jumping away from the Minotaur. Only a split second later, a huge axe come crashing down, where he was a split second ago. There was a small crater created from the impact.
"WHAT THE FUCK, IS HE TRYING TO KILL US?!" Alex screamed in his head. Only then did he notice the Axe was shooting straight towards him again. Time seemed to slow down for Alex. It is said before someone dies, a number of things can happen. The most famous one being; there is a flash, and they live their lives over again, but in a split second to the world. But a less well known one is; time slowing down, to it's virtually at a stand still. Alex knew he didn't have enough time to pull out Yoru or to dodge. So that left him only 1 option.
Alex only just managed to pull it off, the small knife stopping the axe. But the momentum and the crash of the axe sent Alex and Rapid a good 10 yards back. "Phew!!...... That was close. Lucky I remembered that Mihawk carried a small cross knife thing, otherwise I'll be half the man I am" Not to mention Rapid as well."
"Hand over the Colt monster! I don't know how you stopped my axe with that small knife. But you won't last another swing with that butter knife of yours!" And with that, he swung his huge axe at Alex.
Now that Alex was prepared and ready, there was no chance in hell, he would lose to this guy. Block and block Alex was starting to get bored, while the Minotaur was getting more and more angry. "Left........ upper cut....... down thrust....... left......... right........ faint left then down thrust..... wait why am I even doing this. My priority should be Rapid, not my enjoyment" Alex thought to himself. When the Minotaur swung his axe next, Alex seemed to disappear, or at least for the Minotaur. All the Minotaur know a second later was pain in his neck then darkness. Alex managed to knock him out in one hit. "Wha........... Wow that was easy, if this guy is anything to go by, I have nothing to worry about. Strength wise."
"HEY! MONSTER!" shouted a male voice behind him. Alex naturally turned around, to see the source, but was met with a mob of at least 50 strong. And you know what they say about instincts, they die hard. And no not the movie. Alex my have Mihawk's body, skills and as such. But he still has his own brain, soul and so on. This included his own instincts, and in this situation is was fight or flight as they say. And his mind subconsciously choose flight.
However Alex set off a little faster than he was expecting, and dropped his passenger as a result. Who fell to the floor like a tone of bricks, and hit his head on the floor. Fading into unconscious second later, the last thing he saw was the creature he knew as Mihawk, running away from the mob of ponies, griffins and minotaurs.
"Not good, not good, not good not good not good!" Alex said over and over again. Alex looked over his shoulder, to see no one was following him anymore. How long and fast did he run? "Meh, doesn't matter all that matters is that me and R..........." Alex's eyes bulged out comically as he patted his shoulder, in search of Rapid. Alex slowly turns his head to see where Rapid should be.................. nothing but air. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! RAAAAAPIIIIDDD ISSSSSSSSS GOOOOOOONNNNNE!!!!! Alex screamed. His shout was so loud, it scared the birds in the trees and they flew off in panic.
"O-okay Alex think this through. I managed to drop Rapid. What should I do? What should I do? What should I do?.............. I could go back and get him, but what about the mob? Should I do nothing? Should I leave him with them? Okay Alex deep breath........... In.......... And out............ In............. And out......... *sigh* Okay. If I go back and get him, I would be putting myself, Rapid and the mob of ponies, griffins and minotaurs in danger. So that's out, I can't do nothing, so that out as well. That leaves leaving him with them. But will they take good care of him? But then again, he's better with them, than me. Not like I've got a home or anything, or money for that matter........." Alex sighed. "They better take care of you Rapid, otherwise there will be hell to pay."
With that Alex chose a random direction and walked on.
Right in Alex's left palm was a big white sea shell, with a carving engraved into it. The image upon it he knew all to well. "What?" He asked himself trying to process what he had in his hand. The shell it self, had holes in its groves, but with black line going all the way round and up the groves of the shell. The image itself was in the middle of the shell. It was a black skull, with a yellow straw hat resting on it head. Turning it over, it had the same on the opposite side, so really he couldn't tell which side is up.
"What?" Alex asked out loud this time, trying to see if it help him, to think. Alex then inspected the shell, there was no cracks or anything. Why would someone leave a shell like this in a Forrest, in the middle of nowhere. It obviously didn't get here on its own, by sailing. Putting his thumb on the apex, he turned it over, but what he didn't expect, was the apex sunk in slightly.
"Hi!" came a sudden voice from the shell. Alex totally didn't scream like a little girl and dropped it. Yeah, he totally took the surprise like a man, and punch the voice in the face. (Not really) The voice laughed. In a very recognizable way, to Alex. "Who ever found this, I just wanted to say........
Usopp stinks!" Then there was someone talking in the background, but Alex couldn't tell what was said, followed by a slapping sound.
"Not but seriously, I'm going to be the king of the pirates!" What happened next, happened in the background.
"Hey idiot, you're not the king of the pirates yet." came a males voice, then what sounded like an exhale of air.
"And who are you talking to Luffy?" asked a high pitched voice
"Yeah Luffy, what if the person you're talking to is dangerous!" Said a scared males voice
"Nah! Don't worry, if he or she comes here, I can just kick their ass if they start trouble hahahaha"
"I wonder if they're strong?" Came a new male's voice
"They wouldn't have to be strong to kick your ass" said the 2nd voice
"What was that you perverted cook?!" said the newcomer
"I said your a small fry, moss head!" "Oh bring it on you waste of a cook!"
"WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?!" The 2 previous voices said both at the same time. Sounds of hits and something’s, swinging was to be heard.
"HAHAHHAHA! YEAH! GO SANJI! GO ZORRO!" Said Luffy
"WILL YOU GUYS KEEP IT DOWN!" came an angry woman's voice, then a series of loud bangs.
"We're sorry" Said 3 voices at the same time, but sounding like they had swollen lips
"You do realize that the Dial is still recording, right captain?" Came a new woman's voice, said in very calm way
"It is? Well, lets get straight to the point. If anyone wants a party, call us or we'll call you. But bring meat, I need meat." Stated Luffy
"Don't forget sake!" Said Zorro "What? NO! Bring treasure!" Said the angry woman from before "Or Cola, that would be SUPER! awesome." Said a male's voice in a robot tone
"Hahahaha how do we end this thing?" Said Luffy
"I would think, like th......" Said the un-named woman from before, but Alex knew who it was. It was Robin.
The voices were cut off. Alex was stunned into silence. This wasn't who he thought it was, right? It could be the Straw Hat pirates could it? "Oh god, I'm going mad ain’t I? Well, that should have been in question when I saw talking ponies and stuff. That and I'm Mihawk. Maybe I should see if I can get it to play again, just to make sure I hear it and didn't crazy imagine it" Alex pressed down the apex of the shell, waiting for it to start up again. But was meet with silence.
"So I did imagine it, oh god I'm going crazy. I'm probably in some room with a straight jacket on, eating my own shit....... Why me? I was just about to finish University as............ OMG!!! MY HARDWORK!!! AFTER ALL THAT WORK, I GET SENT HERE OR TO A INSANE ASYLUM, WHEN I WAS GOING TO GRADUATE IN A MONTH! OH FUCK YOU GOD! FUCK YOU AND ALL YOUR BITCH UNDERLINGS! AND FUCK YOU THE DEVIL! AND FUCK YOU GOVERNMENT!.............. Okay Alex clam down, no need to go bat crazy, It won't help you any....... That’s it, take in deeps breaths.... in ........ and out........ in ...... and out." Alex sighed.
"Well so much for meeting them, they didn't even give directions" throwing the shell over his shoulder, Alex picked a direction and started to walk in it.
BANG!
Alex almost shat himself, the key word being almost. However that didn't stop him from shooting into the air and grabbing onto a branch for dear life, and then shaking like a leaf. Looking in the direction Alex thought the loud unexpected sound came from, was a sight to behold. Something you would only see in Sy-fi films and/or films. And like most common in this case, it was circular in shape. It was roughy 12 foot high, but a foot or so of the ground. It was darkish blue, not quite navy blue, but darker than normal blue. Fading or contrasting to black in other areas. However the colours themselves were a not staying in one place, they were rotating in a circular motion. The more he looked into the centre, the more the colours got darker, till it was completely black. The edge of the circle was fading into the outside world.
This thing is most commonly known as a portal.
“What?” Alex said dumbfounded. "Portals are real?! Why is it here?" are amongst the things going through Alex’s head at the moment. With Alex currently busy, he didn’t notice a few small things. One being that nothing was being pulled into the portal, even though there seemed to be air rushing into it. And that even though there was some wild life there, I.E a squirrel that went through it, like it didn’t even notice it. The other fact he was missing that his body was slowly moving towards it.
Because he was holding onto it with his arms, his lower body started to rise to a 70ish degree angle. “Wait……. What’s going on?” Alex said coming out of his train of thought. The thing he noticed apart from the things above, is that he had to actually use some strength to hold onto the branch. “Oh shit” Alex said simply, realizing his situation. The force that was pulling him backwards and into the portal suddenly got stronger, a lot stronger.
His hat flew of his head and into the depths of the portal. “HEY YOU BASTARD! THAT WAS MINE!” Alex said in anger. But he wasn’t going to risk his life over a hat.
SNAP!!!!!!!
Oh maybe he is going to risk his life over a hat. “FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUCCCCCCKKKKKKK!!!!!” The branch Alex was holding onto like a koala bear suddenly snapped under the strain of keeping Alex in place. And Alex fate was sealed, he was sent screaming into the portal, cursing the branch to hell, as it fell to the floor, seemingly forgetting it’s once passenger.
The last thing Alex saw was the scenery of a forest getting smaller and darker, the deeper he went into the portal. Till the was nothing but darkness as he blacked out.
"Very well then, what should we write to the Princess?" Said Rarity looking towards her little sister Sweetie Bell. The pair having their manes and tails, styled. With Spike in the background ready to take down what the pair say, for the famous 'Friendship Report'. Which was originally just for Twilight Sparkle to send to Princess Celestia, but turned into for anypony who is friends of Twilight, when they have learned something about being a good friend.
Sweetie turns around to the mirror behind her and thinks for a second. ""I'll start. Having a sister is just about the bestest thing in the world. But it sure isn't the easiest." Rarity walks over to the mirror to look at herself and her little sister in the mirror. Then takes off where Sweetie Bell ended, whilst taking her little sister into her hooves for a hug as the two remise of past events.
"I agree that being sisters is a wonderful thing, but it takes teamwork. Sometimes it's about compromising. Sometimes it's about accepting each others' differences. But mostly, it's about having fun together. Even if it means getting your hooves a little bit dirty."
"A lot dirty." Sweetie Bell says playfully having a big smile on her face.
"A little bit dirty." Rarity says having her face showing a little bit of concern, put keeps the smile on her face.
"A lot dirty." Sweetie Bell says unaware of the situation.
"A little bit dirty!" Rarity says raising her voice a little, starting to be annoyed
Sweetie Bell catches on, and its getting annoyed also and raise her own voice back "A lo–" but it interrupted by Spike.
Spike forever the peacemaker/sarcasmguy/etc. Gets between the pair and puts his claws over the pairs muzzles. "Hold it, hold it! How about a medium amount of dirty, not too little, not too much, just right?"
"Deal!" The pair says smiling in agreement and proceed to hug each other again.
“Ugggghhhh” Alex moaned. His head was pounding, his muscles were aching, and his senses were straining. "What happened? Why does my…… everything hurt? I knew I shouldn’t have gone to that damn convention, I should of told Joe to shove it where the sun don’t shine". Alex took in a deep breath though his nose. "Why can’t something good happen to me? And why…….. why can I smell something delicious cooking?"
Alex shot up, forgetting his aching body.
BONG!!
“OOOOOOWWWWW!! THAT HURTS!!!!!” Alex said banging his head on what felt like hard metal.
“Oh good you’re awake. I'm Nami and the guy you just head butted is Franky” said a new voice. Alex slowly turned his head to the direction of the voice. And came face to face with a fire breathing dragon…… Just kidding. In front of him, sat down at a table was a woman, dressed in something you would expect on a model or pornstar. She isn't wearing a top, just a green/white stripped bikini, and blue jeans. This isn’t what he first noticed though. The first thing he noticed was the huge 'chest' she had.
What was you expecting? He’s a normal guy, well, was a normal guy. And its all there to see.
Blood started to come out of his nose, like you would expect to see in an anime, when a character sees something of the “sexual” kind. "Geez! They are fricking HUGE! Where Am I? A fecking anime high school?" Alex did manage to get his eyes off them, reluctantly. And turned his attention to the owner of the said double D’s. Now his attention was on something else, he notice what the rest of her looked like. She had orange flowing hair, which was long enough to come just above her hips. And boy where they good hips. The jeans also has a belt around them, it has a black finish with sliver accents. With blue sticks that had balls on them. She has a dark brown for eye colour and has light skin, which has a slight tan to it. She also has a large blue tattoo on her left shoulder.
“I suppose your wondering what your doing on our ship? But before I answer that I’ve got some answers of my own. Like how did a warlord just suddenly appear on our ship, and unconscious at that. What do you want with us? And…..” She would have carried on, but Alex interrupted her.
“Hey.... Can I smell bacon?” He asked calmly
“I’M ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS HERE!!” she said hitting Alex over the head, creating a comical round bump on the top on his head. As he was sent crashing into the wall behind him. Alex groaned in pain, as he was suck onto the wall, seemingly forgetting about gravity, until a few seconds later slowly moving down it, till he fell onto the floor.
“NAMI!! DON’T HIT MY PATIENTS!” Shouts a new voice, that Alex has heard before. But where? Then it hits him, the dial he found (I.E the shell he found). Gingerly getting up into a sitting position he comes face to face with a group of people. And not just any group. He's favorite group of all time, and they are known as 'The Straw Hat Pirates'. Although Zorro seems to be missing. The one who shouted at Nami was Chopper.
Chopper is a reindeer who ate a human-human fruit. So her gained the abilities of man, I.E the talking, walking on two legs and so on. But his base form, is forever stuck on his child form as a reindeer with a human element to it. That being said, Chopper wears a big blue round hat, with a red circle in the middle with a big white cross in the middle of that. The cap it self is also red. But his antlers stick out on the side of the hat, somehow not showing of any ripping. "How did he even put it on?" Alex thought to himself. But back to Chopper's choice of clothes. He is wearing a yellow/white stripped (going down) top, with orange shorts. It takes all of Alex's willpower to not Aw and huge Chopper for his instantly amount of cuteness. Also as a side note, Chopper has a blue nose, instead of the standard black nose reindeers have.
"NAMI WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! DON'T YOU REALISE HE'S A WARLORD?! HE COULD SLICE ALL OF US UP!" Screams a scared Usopp. He is wearing a cream big hat, over an afro that comes out of the back of his head. He hasn't got a shirt on, but has two elastic straps that are connect to his pants and got over his shoulders. He also has a pair of goggles on a chain/neckless that come down to his chest. And is wearing yellow pants with a brown/white pattern not he front bit, on the crouch area. And is wearing simple brown boots.
"Oh my, I can't believe I seen another warlord in such a sort amount of time, my eyes can't believe it!................ Although I don't have eyes to began with! YOHOHOHOHO! SKULL JOKE!!!!" Says Brook
"So this is Hawk Eye Mihawk? And that must be his sword 'Yoru', it looks SUPER!!! Strong to me, mecha" Says Franky whilst clashing his arms together in a dramatic pose.
“Errrrr…. Hi?” Alex said dumbfounded by the situation he is currently in.
“What is it you want buster?! I must warm you, If you even try to do anything, I’ll have my 1 million underlings kick your ass!” Usopp said trying to act courageous, behind Sanji
“I must say, I never expected to see Mihawk here of all places” Said Robin calmly, not even showing any bit of emotion.
Alex tilts his head to the side in thought, trying to figure out what has just happened. "How did I even get here? Okay I was walking through another forest type area, found a shell in the middle of it, heard voices come from it and then……… I don’t remember. Did I hit my head or something, no I would of felt it. Could I be on some drugs or something, even though I don’t do those. Not unless it was air based intake, then that’s out. Hmmmmm, come on remember, think, think, think….think………. AH HA! There was that weird portal thing, then I fell in, and then wake up here. Yeah…. Probably shouldn’t tell them that, they will think I’m crazy. Then again, saying I’m not actually Mihawk, I’m someone else in his body, doesn’t sound sane either. Hmmmmm what to do, what to do. I suppose I could make up a story, but the question is…."
As Alex monolog happens in his head, the Straw Hat crew, look on at the ‘warlord’ with confusion. They ask him some questions and stuff, then he looks at them funny whilst not saying anything for the past minute or two.
“I think we broke him” Luffy said, poking Alex in the head. The others nod in agreement.
"How do I make a cover story sound convincing? If I have to fight them, then clearly they will notice something is wrong. Especially Zorro, seeing as he fought and then was taught by Mihawk, on Thriller bark. Will I even be able to make it convincing? Luffy, Chopper & Usopp will believe anything really. But Robin won’t, they others are a hit and miss. Then it’s either tell them the truth, and hope they don’t send me to a mental intuition, or tell a lie".
“Hey, Weird guy, wake up, anyone home?” Asked Luffy, knocking on Alex’s head.
“Huh? Yeah I’m here” Replied Alex Finally. “I was just thinking is all. And could you stop doing that” Alex looking at Luffy with an annoyed look.
“So care to tell us why you just appeared on our ship?” Asked Nami looking a little angry.
“Oh yeah, that. Don’t really know” Alex replied, this response making the Straw hats fall to the floor, and their legs to be up in the air, in a comically sort of way. “Do you guys do comedy sketches or something?” Asked Alex
“NO WE DON’T DO COMEDY SKETCHES!!” Nami shouted whacking Alex over the head again.
“Owww that smarts.” Alex mumbled under his breath. "Well, no point in not telling the truth I suppose. Besides Nami sure can land a good hit, and I don’t know if I can survive another hit, without getting brain damage" Alex thought to himself, then sighed out loud.
“I’ll ask one more time, before I throw your ass overboard!” Nami said with an evil aura about her.
“You wouldn’t believe me anyway, I don’t believe it myself.” Alex said.
“Try us..” Nami said trying to keep her anger in check.
“I was walking through a forest, found a tone dial on the floor. Press the apex, heard you’re voice, then a portal opens behind me, I fall in it, and here I am” Alex said without missing a beat. Alex noticed that all the crew has a look of surprise/disbelief on their faces. “What? You guys asked for the truth”
The silence went on for a few minutes, Alex was starting to be creep out. But it was finally broken “HAHAHA ALRIGHT! IT WORKED!” Laughed Luffy. “Now, where’s my meat?” Luffy said drooling a little.

Nami had hit Luffy over the head with a frying pan. “OWWW NAMI! THAT HURTS!”
“Seriously Luffy the first thing you ask for is food? But while we’re on that subject, where’s my treasure?” Nami said with money for eyes.
"Errrrr" Part of Alex's brain that has mastered the English language kicked in.
"You did bring treasure?....... right?..." Nami has gone from friendly looking to down right demonic. And it scared Alex down to the core.
"Yeah about that, funny story actually, hehehe. The whole portal thing surprised me, and I.... long story short, I don't have any meat or treasure on me..... hehehehe" Alex said rubbing back of his head, smiling nervously.
"Oh, well thats okay. Who Am I to think you would have treasure on you, at all times. And also to expect to come here with that said treasure...." Nami said calmly. Alex was confused, from what he saw of One Piece Nami would be fuming about something like this, maybe he misjudged h..... "I'll just have to charge you instead...hehehehe" Or maybe not.
"Well, here you go" Sanji said placing a bowl of soup in front of Alex. Alex just looked at the soup confused. "Well? You are going to eat it right. Look I know your hungry, don't worry we got plenty to spare."
"Wait you believe me? And not only that feeding me? But.." Alex said but was interrupted by Sanji.
"I was taught to never let someone go hungry, an old geezer taught me that. Now eat, if your worried about your pride or something. It's better to live today and get your pride back tomorrow right?"
Alex nodded and tasted the soup, from the show he know Sanji would be a good cook. But just not this good "HMMMM YUMMY!" Alex exclaimed in delight. His meal didn't last long, to his disappointment.
Luffy smiled and leaned over the table he was sitting at. "Yeah I know, is it any surprised? I hand picked Sanji my self"
"No, you didn't you moron. Remember we're Displaced or what ever that weird Robin guy said" Sanji said after he kicked Luffy in the face.
"Owww! why did you hit me?!" Luffy said rubbing his head
"Felt like it" Sanji simply said.
"Oh, okay" came the reply from Luffy
"Wait... What? Whats a Displaced?" Alex asked confused
"You don't know what a Displaced is" Asked Chopper, with his face showing confused and one of his ear going down. It took all of Alex will power not to hug the cute reindeer guy. But Alex just shakes his head to confirm the question.
"Displaced are typically someone in costume, from a show or comic or something of the sort, and is sent to Equestria or Equis. Sometimes in different time zones as well. But the most common way is that a person has been tricked by a Merchant into taking an item, normally from a convention, which will send them to Equestria or Equis. He's apparently some old guy, who sells real items from respective shows and then sell them for something as low as say, 10 bucks. Displaced is just a shorter for Dimensionally Displaced Human. But in our case it would be humans.
We however did buy something from a Merchant. But we don't fall into the normal category it seems. Were as most Displaced only gain the skills and body of their characters, we gained more than that. Our personalities also changed, you can see our real ones from time to time, if we are really emotional or shocked. The mostly like reason why I think we also gained their personalities, is because we were also acting like them, and not just dressed like them. We became more than just host of this bodies that day. It makes me wonder if these are the real bodies of the Straw hats, and if so what happened to them. Did they go into our bodies? Or just die without a body to live in?" Robin explained
"WOW! SO DEPRESSING!" Shouted Usopp.
Alex was speechless. "Maybe that girl was like the old guy merchant....... That bitch! Ooooo If I get my hands on her, Ooooo she's sooooooooo going to get it.....hehehe" And thought mischievously, planning his revenge on the girl. "I suppose I should count my self lucky then, seeing as I only gained this body and some of his skills."
"Wait you only gained some of his skills? Meaning I might have a chance against Mihawk?" Usopp said trying to feed his own ego.
"I might not has his sword skills, but I defiantly have his strength" That made Usopp depressed, as he went do to the floor, in a comical way. (As in there was a small cloud above him, and it was raining on him) Whilst him mumbled things like 'I can't even beat a rookie displaced' and so on.
"Well, thats no good is it. If someone found out that the strongest swordsman is on this ship. And then came to this ship and beat you, they could claim to be the strongest swordsman" Said a voice from nowhere.
"Hey, in my defence I've only been in this body for.... You know I don't actually know. It's not been long, or at least it doesn't feel long. Then again if felt like years when I was lost in that damn forest." Alex said in his defence.
"You got lost?! HAHAHAHA! YOUR JUST AS STUPID AS ZORO!" Luffy laughed whilst clapping his hands

"We're going to have to do something about that aint we" Something heavy land right next to Alex, to which he totally didn't jump in surprise. It was none other than Zoro.
"Errrr Y-yeah, I S-suppose so" Alex said in fear.
"What are you planing Zoro?" Asked Brook
"Isn't it obvious? I'm going to teach him" Zoro said without missing a beat.
"WHAT?!" Came the confused voices of everyone of board, with the exception of Zoro and Robin of course.
"But how are you going do that Zoro! We don't have time to wait for you to train him!" Said Nami
"Nami is right Zoro, Although I have no doubt you would be SUPER! good at it, we can't stay in one place to long" Explained Franky
Zoro sighed in disappoint "I said I was going to teach him, not train him. Meaning I only have to give him a few pointers and then he can do it himself."
"And here I thought we finally got rid of your useless ass" Sanji said in disappointment, only angering Zoro
"What was that, you shity cook?!" "Bring it on moss head!"
"WHAT WAS THAT?!" Screamed the pair at the same time, and started to fight each other.
"KNOCK IT OF YOU TWO!" Screamed Nami even loud whilst punching the fighting duo square in the face.
"So anyway, once we get to an Island, we can get him a log pose to a certain Island, that is made for training. We might as well drop him of there, I'll give him some advice & tips and we'll be off, and he can follow the log pose.....Err what was you real name again? Or would you prefer to be called Mihawk?" Asked Zoro once he got over the pain from Nami's attack.
"I'm called Alex, But I think I would prefer now to be called Mihawk" Alex said.
"Fair enough, my real name is Dan, I'm from America originally" Zoro said
"My name is Prince Harry, and I was the prince of England!" Said Usopp proudly
"No, it's not" Till Nami said that. "His actual name is John, and he's from England. My name is Charlotte, and I'm also from England"
"And I'm Isaac, I'm from Egypt!" Luffy said with a smile
"My name was Luke, but I'm from SUPER! America" Said Franky
"And my name was Mohammed infidel! SILNCE! I"LL KILL YOU! Yohohohoho Just kidding! My name was Christopher and I was from Canada" Said Brook
"I'm Sofía, and I come from Argentina, It's a pleasure to meet you" Said Robin
"Nathan was my name, and I'm from Canada like Chris" Said Sanji

"Its nice to meet you all. But can I ask, what Island where you talking about Zoro?"
"We don't know, there are lots of things in common with this world and the one piece world. But the Island aren't the same, or at least the route isn't the same from the real Straw Hat pirates took. We haven't been to Fishman Island or Thriller Bark or anything similar. But we have met Luffy's pony brother, which was a shock to us and him. It also seems the Griffins replaced the navy. And the top Pirates from one piece are either ponies, griffins, minotaurs or other inhabitants from this world, instead of human. However the one main difference from the real one piece world, is that Ace wasn't executed or killed. Because pony Luffy was the one to sacrifice himself for Ace from the punch from Akainu, which burnt his insides instead. And that send pony Ace on a rampage, he was tearing Akainu a new one, till the other two Admirals stepped in. And they almost killed him, until Whitebeard stepped in. Even though pony Luffy wasn't his son or crew member, Ace was. And he shared his pain. Also as a side note, If you thought Whitebeard was terrifying as a human, you don't want to see him as a minotaur.
However the second main difference from this universe and the one piece we know is; Whitebeard didn't die in the war, and he managed to kill Blackbeard. And that makes the main 3 massive differences from the one piece we know." Explained Robin

"No kidding, he broke down when he saw Luffy. Even though our Luffy isn't a pony, or isn't his real brother. He thought he was. Well, technically at first he attacked us, saying we were fakes and disgracing his little brother's name. But we got to him eventually. I'm still sore from that fight" Said Usopp
"Baka, you didn't even attack or defend, you ran away" Zoro said, putting Usopp down.
"And then there was the marines, they were surprised they didn't kill Dragon's son. They increased Luffy's Bounty to 500 million. And don't even ask about how Dragon, Shanks, Sabo, Garp and so on reacted to Luffy's death and 'return' and then new human form, including his crew." Said Sanji
"Yes, I was afraid their minds would have been blown, I would in the same boat as well, in their position. Although skeletons don't have any brains! Yohohoho! SKULL JOKE!" said Brook
"Wait....... If there was a pony Luffy, were's this world's real Straw Hat Crew?" Alex asked
"I can explain that one. After they saw their captains' death in the paper, you can probably tell it wouldn't have been good news for them. Zoro, Sanji, Brook, Franky & Robin gave them selves in, and were executed. While Nami, Chopper & Usopp were probably either killed, committed suicide or went missing." Said Nami
"So have you met any people from the one piece world, in your universe Mihawk?" Asked Chopper
"Sadly no I haven't. The ponies I have met, amongst others, didn't even recognise me one bit. They even thought I was some monster." Alex said sadly
"I've got a question for you." Luffy said standing up. "Will you join our crew?" He said with a big smile. All of the crew was shocked into silence, even Robin.
"WWWWWWWWWWWWWHHHHHHHHHAAAAAATTTTTT??????!!!!!!" The Straw Hats shouted in unison, even Robin.

Suddenly Luffy's face wanted to hold a surprise meeting with the floor. Which had nothing to do with the big lump appearing on the top of his head. And the fact Nami had a frying pan in her hand. "HE'S NOT JOINING OUR CREW!" Shouted Nami & Zoro in unison.
Luffy gingerly got up, slowly, groaning in pain. "Owwww Nami, that hurts!....... But seriously, he seems like a fun guy, and even has the body of one of the 7 warlords. That is just so cool! Besides he's in the same boat as we are, why ca.."
"THATS BECAUSE HE'S ON OUR SHIP GENIUS!" Nami said after his poor Luffy again.
"Besides this crew already has a swordsman". Zoro said after calming himself.
"Whats the matter? Scared he will become better or is already a better swordsman than you are? I say we drop Zoro and have this guy as our swordsman" Sanj said slyly, whilst lighting a cigarette. And once again the pair start to fight each other, shooting insults and curse words at the other.
"It really would be fun and awesome to be able to join the crew" Alex thought to himself. "I........ Errr....... erm....." But is what came out of his mouth, spoken like a true master of the English language.
"Oh, come on, you've got to join us! It will be really, really fun you know!" Luffy said with a big smile, trying to convince the swordsman.
"DON'T WE GET A SAY IN THIS! Think about it for a second Luffy. He might be like us, being a normal human before then turning into a character from the one piece universe. But the navy doesn't know that, the real Mihawk doesn't know that, no one but us knows that. What if they decide to come after him? And what happens if they see us with him?! W E'LL GET ATTACKED!" Said a scared Usopp, just trying to avoid potential threats, even if they have a low chance of probability.
Luffy stood up, interrupting Usopp's speech. Grabbing his straw hat off his back, he placed it on his head. "I don't care about that stuff. The only things I care about is; Ace & Sabo, my friends, my hat and fun & adventure......... Oh and food"
"I'm with Zoro & Usopp on this one, what do you think Robin?" Asked Nami looking towards her female friend.
"I would admit, it would be fun to have him apart of our crew, and to see the said reaction of it. However...." Robin paused whilst thinking about something
"However what?" Luffy asked breaking the silence.
Robin sighed a little "Theoretically he could join us, but.... Would he be a permanent member?"
"OFCOURSE HE WOULD BE! Why wouldn't he be Robin?!" Luffy asked.
"Yeah, I think it would be SUPER!!!! if he joined our crew" Franky said before posing in his famous 'Super' pose.
"Its just a thought but.... What if the dial that brought him here has a time limit? Will he go back or will he be stuck here? What if He personally has a time limit, that he can spend in another universe not his own? I've got to say, it would be interesting to find out. Let's just hope it doesn't cause a paradox or cause the universe to explode or of that nature". Robin replied calmly, but her little speech not going down okay with some of the crew. Those being Usopp, Chopper, Nami & Brook, all going white faced, with the exception of Brook.

"That or collapse into itself, creating possibly a black hole. Depending on which theory you believe will happen, if something happens when it should never have." Robin replied, with no emotion.
CRASH!!!!!!
Suddenly the boat halted to a stop, sending everyone crashing to the floor. "WHAT THE HELL?"" shouted Sanji, as he and the rest of the crew ran outside to see what had caused the sudden crash. Alex got up not longer after them, not being used to being thrown around the room as much as them. As he went past the door frame Alex could see the crew, just standing in front of him. Gawking at something.
"Huh? Whats going on guys, what did we....ee.... crash into.... Whoa"
"WHOOOA!!" Exclaimed Luffy
"You can say that again..." Zoro said, trying to come to turns with what he's seeing.
"So it's not just me, who sees this then..." Said Usopp. Out in front of the crew and Alex was an Island, but that isn't what has their attention at the moment. What does have their attention is the huge boulder floating in the air, giving the middle finger to physics. As it wasn't alone either, there were many other rocks, bits of debris and so much more, just floating in the air. They haven't noticed it yet, but the Sunny is also floating somewhat off the water, but a foot or so. The Island behind them looks mostly of fields, hills, trees, and so on, really peaceful like. The only side of civilisation is the big wall to the right which is made out of what looks like wood. But it's too far to say for certain. And to add to the view they were seeing, it's currently a beautiful sun and clear day today.
"Well? What are we waiting for?! YAHOO!" Luffy jumped off the boat, not eve a little bit bothered about the view in front of him.
"Erm Luffy.............................." Chopper started to say "...................."
Luffy turned to Chopper, not even realising he turn mid-air and was still in the air. "What? What's wrong Chopper? Why are you looking at me like...." Luffy decided to look down real quick. Alex could almost see the gears in Luffy's head turning at full speed, to comprehend what he was seeing. "THIS IS SO COOL!!!! THIS IS THE GREATEST THING EVER!!!" shouted an excited Luffy, as he started to do swimming actions. While Chopper looked on in awe.
"Wow!! Let me try!" Said the ship's doctor, before he jumped off himself. And to his amazement, he too started to fly (but technically it was floating) by the side one of his human friends and crew mates.
"Not that I'm complaining or anything, but how is that even possible?" Questioned Usopp.
Robin walked right passed the confused sniper and joined her crew mates. "You've come to have fun too Robin?" Asked a surprised Luffy.
"Just as I thought." Robin said aloud, as she turns her attention to her other crew members. "It appears that this island has a low gravity field. That explains the floating rocks over there."
"Low gravity huh? I would question that, but this is the grand line after all. But seriously I've got a bad feeling about this, you guys" said Usopp
"When don't you have a bad feeling?" Zoro said sarcastically.
"Yeah don't be such a baby Usopp!" Said Nami as she jumped off the ship joining her crew mates.
"Huh?!" Exclaimed a surprised Sanji, as he looked at Nami with fire in his eyes and jumped after her. "NAMI-SWAN!!! Huh? I can't control my direction, watch out!..." As he put 'a little too much' into his jump. And ended up between Nami's chest cushions.
"HEY!" Sanji ended up on the floor with a serious limp on his head, as he twitched here and there. Blood dripping from his nose. "THATS 5000 BERI FOR THAT! YA FRICKIN PERV!" Screamed Nami, hastily writing into her little journal.
While Brook looked on with both jealousy and relief, that wasn't him. "Yohoho, Nami is so harsh!" He said to himself.
"Ooooooooiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!"
"Huh? Did someone say something just then?" Asked Chopper, as he tried to look for the source.
"Ooooooooiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!" This time everyone heard it, even if just barely. "Ooooooooiiiiiiiiiii!!!!! You guys!" Shouted a male voice. Looking out, Alex spotted a pony running up to them. He had a grey coat, white hair which was left messy.
But the main thing Alex noticed, is that he was nowhere near the size of the giant ones. Probably just came up to his crotch. "Oi you guys!" Said the pony as he gasped for air. He finally reached the ship and held out a hoof to signify to wait a second. Once he got his breath back he looked at the crew. "If you guys want to enter the Island, you're going to have to enter the gateway over there." He said point behind him, at a massive gate.
"Whoa! How did I not see that before?!" Explained a surprised Alex.
"And what happens if we don't?" Asked Luffy with a poker face.
"Becuase you'll anger the boss duh. Geez didn't you guys listen to the brief before you agreed to join The Syndicate." He replied equally emotionless whilst rolling his eyes.
That got the whole crew, plus Alex's attention. "WHAT?!!!!" That said in unison. Minus Robin.
"But I didn't agree..... mmhmm!" Luffy started to say before Nami, Usopp and Chopper shut his mouth forcibly, by holding it shut. However, the positions of the hands and paws blocked Luffy's air. Making the rubber man to start turning blue. "What are you guys anyway?....... actually never mind, the boss probably only invited ya because you look the part, meh whatever, anyway. Just go through the gate and you'll be briefed there. Oh and welcome to the Island of Variation, hope you enjoy your stay........... " He emotionlessly then turned around and jumped his way back from once he came.
GASP
"WHAT YOU DO THAT FOR?!" shouted an annoyed Luffy.
"Becuase of what he said. I just got a bad feeling about him and his syndicate" Replied Nami looking at where the pony ran off to.
"Syndicate normally means some sort of crime organisation and if that's the case even though were pirates, we've got to be careful." Sanji said before lighting a cigarette.
"I don't get it or care, Let's go Theres fun and adventure to be had!" Luffy said energetically.
"Wait there ya goofball, we need to decide who goes with who. I don't want to leave the Sunny all by herself, and I know someone will need to go with Luffy to stop him from being him. And most importantly! I need to be there to protect our sweet Nami-Swan and Robin-chan." Sanji eyes changing into hearts as he looked at the two women crew members.
"Although I hate to admit it Sanji is right. But we need another group to get some information on this boss guy Aqua" Nami said starting to bite her finger tip. "Okay. Zorro, Brook & Sanji you go with Luffy make sure he doesn't do anything stupid. Franky and Alex you stay with Sunny and make sure she's alright. While me, Robin, Usopp and Chopper go and get some information."
"Wait, why have I got to stay with the ship?!" Alex asked with a lower jaw than normal.
"Becuase we don't want or need people seeing, then thinking you're the real Mihawk. Besides you said you've only been like this for a short period of time, do you know how to use that sword of yours?" Nami replied leaning forward waiting for an answer.
"I... Errr...... Maybe......" Alex mumbled under his breath.
Nami wiggled a finger in front of his face whilst 'tsk' sounds. "And maybe Franky will show you the cool inventions he makes" Namie said putting emphasis on the cool part, also rolling her eyes doing so. Clearly not thinking the weapons and etc the character made, as cool. It had the desired effect as Alex turned his neck to look at the said cyborg with stars in his eyes, whilst having a big smirk plastered on his face.
"Yeah yeah, I will SUPER show them to you." Franky said nonchalantly then shrugging.
"Awwww why can't I stay?!" Luffy said pouting, the whole crew just looking at him in bewilderment.
"Because you want to look at the island" Usopp pointed out while ironically pointing to the island.
"Oh yeah....... YAHOO!" With that Luffy began to run into the Island, seemingly forgetting what just happened. Luffy slowly made his way into the Island, slowly. As he had to resort to what you expect in space, making sounds what you expect a kid to make. Zoro and Sanji both sighed at went after their captain Brook soon behind them. After getting what they needed the second team headed off in a different direction than the first. Luffy and co went straight ahead from the ship, while the gate was to the right, Nami and co went left.
"So........ Weapons?" Alex asked in a hopeful tone, his eyes glistening a little with excitement.
"N-n-n-n-no............... p-p-p-p-please stop!................ Plmmmhmmmm!" a female voice very shakily with fear and embarrassment woven very deep into the tone.
"Did I say you can speak? Now come here I want to sample the good" Said a deep sounding male voice.
"MMMHMMMMMM!" The female tried to scream but couldn't because her mouth was forced shut by unseen forces. She soon found her body move ever closer to the guy, she tried will all her might, but her body wasn't listening. Her fear only got worse with ever step closer to him. Tears started to flow down her cheeks as she couldn't look anymore, her eyes shut for dear life. "MMHMMMMAHHHHHHHHHMMMHMMMMMM!" She didn't even get a chance to realise for a brief moment her mouth was forced open. Before something long and round was inserted into her maw.
"Now, please me or your family might be in an accident" He commanded with no emotions.
She opened her eyes to come face to face with some light blue fur, looking open she saw him. She didn't care what was in her mouth in this moment, as she looked in his eyes. Silently pleading for him not to do anything. Seeing she wasn't doing anything he decided to give her one last push. "Right now your not pleasing me, now do as I say or I'll have your family thrown onto the streets or worse"
She reluctantly gave in, in the hopes he wouldn't do anything. Slurping sound echoed around the room, accompanied by the quiet moans from the guy, as she kept headbutting his crotch.
"Excuse me ma'am but have you seen this creature?" Asked a figure, who face was hidden by the shadow from his hat. His light soft orange fire shining in the sun, and it shone down upon all in its way. His mane and tail were both jet black in colour, his mane being down to his shoulders at the back, but his chin on the sides and front, his tail is short however. Upon his flank was a symbol of what looks like a firey skull, but the mare couldn't see it in great detail. Her old age getting to her.
"Eh........ my my what a strange creature, no I haven't seen it. My I ask why you're looking for it?" She replied after looked at the picture the stallion had. It was a strange creature for sure, something in all of her years she's never seen. She would have thought it wasn't sapient but the straw hat upon its head and the fact is was smiling was a giveaway. The mare who answered is a light green old mare. Her long white hair tied into a bun. Her cloak is on her back to keep out the cold, or cold for her anyway. Her gold eyes trying to focus on her company, but unfortunately she lost her glasses this morning.
"You wouldn't believe me if I told you. Any idea of who might know something?" He replied not missing a beat, as there wasn't any traces of annoyance, concern, disappointment or any other emotion in his voice.
"........... You could try the pub over there, the bartender knows everypony coming through these parts. If anypony knows, she will know. Now is there anything else I can do for you, sir? Maybe some perfume for a lady friend of yours?"
"No thanks, but thanks for the info and offer........... Hmm a pub, I was starting to get thirsty anyway" He bowed his head to her thanking her for her help, before leaving her to stand at her, well stand. Unknown to the mare, the pony she just met is one of the most powerful being currently on the Island. The stallion fades into the crowd like he never existed, as he heads for the pub to look for information on his target.

"I'm Sooooooooooooo hungry!" Moaned at evidently hungry Luffy, his stomach growling in agreement.
"Hey you're the one who jumped off the ship without a second thought, you idiot." Said a slightly annoyed Sanji. Both being with a moaning and hungry Luffy, but also the fact he wasn't with Nami and Robin.
They are currently walking on a simple dirt road that's surrounded by grassy fields. No building or people in sight, Luffy having just picking a random direct to go in, clearly ignoring the gate mentioned before. "I've got to say this place is quite beautiful, I wonder why we haven't seen any people though?" Said Brook aloud.
"Beats me....." Replied Zoro who was looking at the scenery. The only sign of life that isn't plant based is the wildlife, which on the grand line. It's actually 'too normal'. Normally you expect some weird stuff this far into the grand line, but because of that its weird to see normal looking animals and as such.

"Ughh still can't smell any food! SANJI! DINNER!" Luffy complained once again.
"I've already told you genius, you didn't give me tie to get some food when you ran off into the Island. Now quit complaining like a kid and deal with it" Sanji said obviously getting annoyed with Luffy.
"But I'mmmmm hungry! I Nggggghhh........." Luffy suddenly stopped stride and sentence, his head lowering slightly.
"Oi Luffy you okay there? Wait...... Is that...... oh you got to be kidding me!" Sanji sighed in annoyance at his captain's antics.
"Z z Z z Z z Z z Z z Z z Z z Z z Z z Z z Z z Z z" Luffy had fallen asleep as he was talking.
"The lazy bastard, how can he just fall asleep like..... huh? What's this?" Sanji noticed something strange on Luffy's neck, if he wasn't mistaken it looked like a dart. "OH CRAP! GUYS WE"VE GOT COMPANY" But it was too late after he heard the tell tale signs of Zoro and Brook falling asleep next to him. Looking around for the person, person or thing responsible for this, all he could see was fields and in the distance trees.

"Ah! What the hell! D-damn....... w-what did they....... put in....... tha......" Sanji didn't get to finish as he fell down out of consciousness next to his friends, all of them forced into slumber. Meanwhile, in the trees Sanji spotted before, they sat waiting were a pair of glowing eyes, white in colour. They started to emerge from the greenery once its targets were down for the count. It slowly made its way over to the group, but soon was looming over them, as it decided what to do next.
