"Fluttershy...I need a favor."
3 Days earlier
Rainbow was napping in her bedroom. She had recently completed a 300 cloud kicking challenge. She recieved her payment and two weeks off. She was looking foward to no work at all.
"Hey Rainbow Dash!!!" Scootaloo yelled from her window.
"Yaaah! Squirt! You're flying!!!" Rainbow yelled as she fell over in awe.
"No. My parents had friend charm my scooter to fly with my wings."
"Oh. Well what do you want." Rainbow said in a frown.
"I came to warn you. We have a huge snow storm nearby, and I've been taught in class that-" A hoof touched Scootaloo in the muzzle.
"That's great and all, but I need to sleep and I already graduated, so goodbye."
Scootaloo wanted to convince her, but Rainbow can sometimes remain thick-headed. She scootered off.
2 Days before
"DASH!" Pinkie suddenly woke up Rainbow Dash.
"Pinkie Pie I don't want to play right now!"
"But it's urgent! In a snow storm your house is gonna-"
"C'mon! I need to sleep." She complained.
Rainbow started picking up cloudpieces and throwing them. Her pink friend then steered away. This was a mistake. Anytime and I mean ANY time Pinkie is serious, you should be too.
5 minutes earlier
Rainbow had now slept soundly. She grabbed a soda and checked her mail. She sat in her kitchen to read.
"Bill. Bill. Letter from Tank saying he'll be home in a week and learned to write. Bill. Love letter from some guy. Hmm...What's this?"

Below the note it gave a warning of clouds falling into water and rain and ice. Rainbow Dash's eyes grew largely as she realized her mistake.
"Oh no!"
She jumped abruptly as a huge thunder crack scared her. Suddenly her floors grew wet, her podium isle went down first.
All around her pictures and pieces of furniture sank and grew moist. She tried to save her pictures and books, but they grew to large and slipped through her grasp.
She swooped out of a window and swooped t a tree to hide her stuff. She turned around in horror as her house was turning darker with water, and massive clouds shedding ice came closer to it. She ran back in and tried to get more stuff in the mayhem.
She was collecting keepsakes, but she stopped when she heard an unsettling noise. As ice pellets hit her head, she saw the shape of her bed coming down the floor. Being the athlete she is, she carried it to the tree outside again.
Her house started to tip as it was getting heavy. Several books and treasures were falling out three windows at once. She tried to plug up the windows with tree branches and flew to her bathroom.
She opened the door an was pushed in cold water. She coughed up the fluids. A sudden flashback raced in her mind.
"Hey Twilight! What are you doing?"
"Making payments on insurance."
"Boring." Rainbow replied.
"You have to do it too. Didn't you buy a windmaker a while ago?"
"Yeah and it has to stay cool to be with me."
"You need to pay for it to keep your house up in winter or it'll turn into water."
"Oh please. It's not gonna get any worse."
Rainbow smacked herself.
"Ughh! I'll never hear the end of it!" She moaned.
She moved quickly to shovel things out of her home. It seemed to work and the water was staying put. Then a few tree branches shot off like bullets.
"Oh No!" Rainbow was now getting sprayed with a lot of icy water.
She saw several holes were made in her house. She flew to the windmaker.
It was busted and wasn't making wind and was off. Rainbow said a few words not safe for kids and tried to plug up her home.
She turned her back and was met with a stream of rock shooting at her.
Rainbow blacked out.
30 minutes later
*Knock Knock Knock*
A yellow pegasus in cute pink and white bunny patterned pajamas came to the door.
"*Yawn* Hello Rainbow was the water park." She said half awake with a smile.
"Very funny. Fluttershy...I need a favor." Rainbow had her head in shame. She was dripping wet with a wagon of stuff behind her. "Can I stay with you?"
"Okay." Fluttershy hugged her cold friend. She snickered.
"What's so funny?" Rainbow asked unamused.
"It's just...beside the animals, that's the reason I live on the ground." Fluttershy giggled.
