A year have passed since HIS, last arrival. Twilight and her friends are off on a picnic, but are attacked by Hydra. Butwhen he shows up again, Twilight and the princesses are determined to know more about their savior.
A year has passed since the attack on Canterlot. Twilight and her friends are off on a picnic near the forest, but are attacked by dozens of hungry Hydra. But when Twilight and her friends think they're going to die, HE, shows up again, and Twilight, her friends, and the princesses, are determined to know more about their savior.
As Twilight and spike were getting ready for their picnic, Twilight couldn't shake off the strange feeling that she gets when something is about to happen, not like the Pinkie sense.
"I don't know Spike, it's just a feeling, I KNOW something is going to happen."
"Don't worry Twilight, you should enjoy it and forget your 'feeling' you've got."
"I know. But, today is the day that Canterlot was attacked and I just can't shake HIM out of my head."
"Twilight, you'll be fine. Trust me, as soon as we are at the picnic talking and having fun, I bet you won't even remember about whoever you're talking about."
"Your right Spike. By the time we get there, I probably won't even remember about him. So, we got everything we need?"
"Yep."
"Let's go over the check list before we go. Ready?"
"Ready!"
"Ok. So, bread?"
"Check."
"Peanut butter and jelly?"
"Check."
"Butterknife and butter?"
"Check."
"Do we have the blanket?"
"Check."
"And finally, do we have apple juice?"
"Check. That's everything Twilight, let's go."
Twilight, now knowing that she had everything that she needed, packed up and headed out the door, but waited for Spike.
"SPIKE, LETS GO!"
"I'm right here."
Twilight looked beside her to see spike, ready to go.
"Oops, sorry, hehe."
Twilight then closed her door and headed for the everfree forest, ready for their big day.
SweetApple Acres
"Why can't I come. It's a picnic, you always let me go on picnics with you."
"I know Apple Bloom, but this picnic a big deal and I just don't want you here with me. Maybe next time sugar cube?"
"Yeah, maybe next time."
Apple Bloom stormed out of the room, furious that her big sister won't let her come to this picnic. Applejack, a little ticked, packed what she needed, dozens of Apples, knowing that Twilight and Pinky will get the rest of the food. As she was heading out the door, she said her goodbyes to Granny Smith and Big Macintosh.
"You go on it have fun dear, but don't go get any ideas on having Apple eating contests again. You know what happened last time."
"I know Granny Smith. I promise you, no Apple eating contests, under what circumstances."
As she was talking, she hugged Granny Smith goodbye gently, knowing that she was brittle. As she finished talking, she turned over to big Macintosh.
"You sure you can buck all those apple trees without me? It'll be a lot of work."
"Yep."
"Alright then."
She then hugged Big Macintosh and headed out the door, ready to meet her friends.
"You sure you don't want to say goodbye to Apple Bloom?"
"Nah, she's probably still upset with me,tell her I said goodbye."
"Will do."
As granny Smith and big Macintosh headed to Apple Bloom's room, when they opened her door,she was nowhere to be found. As they both looked out to where Applejack was walking, they noticed Applebloom, secretly walking behind her.
Rarity's Boutique
As Rarity was packing up for the picnic, she too was having the same problem with Sweetiebell. She too was wanting to go to the picnic, but Rarity won't let her.
"Can you please explain to me again why I can't go to the picnic."
"Sweetiebell, I already told you a dozen times already, this day is very important to me like any other day. I just don't want you here with me. I bet Rainbowdash and Applejack are having the same problem with Scootaloo and AppleBloom, so I would appreciate it if you could stay here and keep an eye on the boutique while I am gone. Can you do that for me?"
"Sure, i'll keep an eye on it."
"Thank you Sweetiebell, I appreciate it very much. Now where did I leave my hat? There it is, in the least obvious spot to look for it."
As Rarity put her hat on and walked out the door, she didn't notice Sweetiebell following her.
I'll keep a real good on the boutique alright.
Fluttershy's Cottage
"Oh Angel. This is going to be a great picnic with just me and my friends, don't you think?"
Angel, as always, turned away from her, crossing his paws and looking up, eyes closed.
"Angel, you don't always have to act like this. You can at least be happy for me, for one day. Can you do that for me?"
Angel responded by turning around, looking up to her, and put on a big grin. Fluttershy obviously knew it was a fake smile, but she took it anyways.
"Thank you Angel, now do you think you can take care of your self while I'm gone? If that's alright with you."
Angel responded by shaking his head repeatedly up and down.
"Well okay then. I'll see you in an hour or two. Goodbye."
As Fluttershy walked down to the picnic area, Angel was now very excited, jumping up and down, knowing that he had the whole cottage to himself.
Rainbow Dash's cloud
"PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, let me come with you! You never let me come with you!"
"Oh for crying out loud! I. SAID. NO. You can't come with me. This day is very important, and I don't want you to come with me. Even if you do, you're probably just going to go into the Everfree and do whatever, you and your friends do. So no."
"FINE! I'll just stay up here and do nothing but look at clouds. Will that make you happy?"
"Yes it will. Now where did I leave my sunglasses?"
"There already on your head."
"Oh yeah, forgot. Thanks."
As Rainbowdash put on her shades and gave a quick hug to Scootaloo, she flew down to the Everfree to meet up with her friends, but Scootaloo had other ideas. As her sister went out of view, she grabbed the cloud she was sitting on, and used her small adorable wings, to push the cloud to the ground.
Sure enough, she managed to touch down, and started to catch up with Rainbowdash.
Pinkey's bakery
"This is going to be the best picnic ever! Now do I have every thing I need? Of course I do! I got the balloons,cupcakes,cakes,drinks,cookies and all the other stuff I got but don't want to say because it would be boring and I don't like boring because I like fun and not boring!!!!"
Pinkie then got a weird feeling in her tail, and it started to twitch and twitch. She knew what was going to happen and hid under her table. Several minutes passed and nothing happened. Just as she got out under her table, her tail twitched again, but was too late as something pink and gooy splat on her head. She freaked out and smacked the pink blob splat in front of her. When she got in for a closer look, she got a surprise when it bit her mane. She instantly knew who it was.
"GUMMY! What were you doing up there you silly little thing!?"
She got no reply but Gummy closing and opening his eyes.
"Well, it's been fun, but I got to go meet my friends! Bye Gummy!"
Again a blank stare as she closed her door and jumped all the way to the everfree to meet her friends.
Once Sweetiebell was safely in the Everfree, she now felt free to move in closer to where Rarity was walking. As she was tailing her big sister, she looked around, admiring the scenery around her, before she gets caught. She looked up to see a family of bluejays, singing along to what Rarity was humming. Looking forward, she saw two white bunnies hopping in front of The Element of Generosity.
"AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Aren't you two just the cutest little things."
Sweetiebell watched as Rarity nelt down to nuzzle the two furry little things. The bunnies hopped away as she picked up the pace towards her friends, but stopped short as her sister looked in horror.
"This can't be happening!THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING!!!!!!!"
Sweetiebell was horrified at what Rarity was shouting about. But as she got a little closer, she calmed down, knowing that.....
"I just stepped in mud! My beautiful and polished hooves are ruined now! Now what are they going to say when they see me looking like THIS!!!"
Rarity, now in a 'bad' mood, galloped in a hurry, getting to the picnic."I sure hope I don't run into anything else."
Sweetiebell, now seeing her sis gallop away, hurried along with her, trying to be as quiet as possible. She stopped shortly just as she was about to step on a tree branch. She stepped over it and when she looked up, she didn't see Rarity anywhere. She started to panic, worried about where she could have gone. If Fluttershy was with her, she would have asked the animals where Rarity went, but she wasn't. Frantically, Sweetiebell ran off into a random direction, wanting to get out of the Everfree.
As she was running, she ran into somepony, falling over whoever she ran into.
"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to follow! I just wanted to go on the picnic and....."
"Sweetiebell, it's me."
She opened her eyes, and to her relief, she found Scootaloo, lending her a helping hoove.
"Scootaloo! Am I glad to see you. But, wait. What are you doing here?"
"I'm here following Rainbow Dash to the picnic. Wait, are you following Rarity as well?"
"Yes. And if you're following RD and I'm following Rarity. Then that means Applebloom's following AppleJack!"
"Then let's go find Applebloom then!"
"No need to. I'm already here."
Surprisingly, they both looked over to their left to find Applebloom standing with them.
"Where's AJ? Did you lose her as well?"
"No. She's over there." Pointing with her hoove, she gestured beyond the trees to see an orange/yellow pony, going into the clearing.
"CUTIE MARK CURSAYDERS, PICNIC FUN TIME. YAY!!!!!"
As the CMC went on to their picnic fun, no pony noticed, but in the waters edge, and in the shadows of the trees, they didn't see the dozens and dozens of red, hungry eyes, watching them, ready to ruin their picnic with blood and screams.

As Fluttershy entered the clearing, she noticed some of her animal friends running and flying around in all directions. She say some rabbits hopping around, running into trees and rocks, hopping away from what was scaring them. She couldn't ask them what got them so spooked, as she heard a familiar voice come from over head. She looked up to see a blue rainbow haired Pegasus fly towards the clearing.
"I'm sure they're just fine, so don't worry about it. You're here to see your friends, there just fine. I think."
"HEY FLUTTERSHY!!!! ARE YOU GOING TO TALK TO YOURSELF OR COME JOIN US?" shouted RD. She looked on ahead as she saw the rest of her friends placing everything down. As Fluttershy flew over to her friends, she arrived just in time to hear a conversation going on.
"So explain why your hoove is caked in mud again?
"BECAUSE! I saw some rabbits, said hello, then I went on further and that is when I stepped in a mud puddle! I just don't understand why In Celestia's name, is there a mud puddle when it's the middle of summer!"
As she paused to take a sip of her tea, Twilight tried getting most if the mud off of Rarities hoove.
"There, I tried getting most of it off, but there are some dry spots. They shouldn't bother you."
"Yeah, it's not like it's the end of Equestria or anything!"
"Oh oh oh oh oh, I know what would cheer you up! A nice yummy cupcake!!!"
Darling, I don't think that would be ne MMPHPPHMMP."
Her words were cut off by a pink pony shoving the cupcake in her mouth. As Rarity was chewing on the cupcake, Fluttershy started to talk to Twilight, but we're cut off by Applejacks words.
"I know we had fun talking, but shouldn't we be havin' fun? Like, eating havin' a good time type of fun?"
"Applejack's right. We SHOULD be having fun, so let's do it."
As Spike was getting the sandwiches out, Pinkie Pie was getting the cookies, cakes, cupcakes, drinks, soda, and for some strange reason, her partie cannon. The rest of the main six questioned her, but all she said was"What if we get attacked?" So the rest continued what they were doing. Rarity was trying to get the rest of the mud off of her, Rainbow Dash was relaxing, trying to look cool, Applejack was trying to shove away Pinkie Pie from shoving a cupcake down her throat, like what she did to Rarity, and Fluttershy was continuing to talk to Twilight, with Spike next to her, eating some cookies.
"It was so weird. I mean, I haven't seen the animals that scared since the Everfree went out of control."
"Probably just the animals playing and are running around for fun and games."
"No. I mean, they weren't running because they were playing, they were DEFINITELY running from Something, but I don't know what they were running from. I saw the look on a Bears face, and the look it gave made me want to cry.It was in pure shock and HORROR!!!"
Twilight gave some time to think and process what her friend had just said, but her thoughts were cut off by some screaming in the forest. The rest of the girls heard it as well, and when they heard the screaming again, three of the seven knew exactly who was screaming.
"APPLEBLOOM!!!" "SCOOTALOO!!!" "SWEETIEBELL!!!"
The Everfree Forest, 3 minutes before the screaming
As the CMC were getting closer towards the clearing, they stopped short when they saw Twilight, Fluttershy, Spike, Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow Dash go into the clearing. They saw their big sisters and friends unpack for their picnic.
"It's not fair! We could be having fun at that picnic, but NO! They had to say 'I'm sorry, you can't come with us. This day is VERY SPECIAL.' I mean, what's so special that they don't want us to tag along."
"I don't know. But by the looks of it, it doesn't seem TOO important. They're just having fun, I mean, look at Applejack, she seems to be having a great time."
"Um. You might wanna take a closer look there."
Scootaloo and Sweetiebell looked closer at Applejack, on the ground, trying to shove Pinkie Pie away, who's trying to shove a cupcake down her throat. Pinkie jabbed the cupcake toward her, but AJ dodged. She jabbed again and again, but AJ dodged again and again, until finally, with the help of a smirking Rainbow Dash holding AJ's head still, managed to shove the cupcake in her mouth, with Applejack throwing her hooves up in defeat, with a frosting covered smile across her face.
"THIS IS NO FAIR!!!!!!!! WHY DO THEY GE..................."
Her sentence was cut off by some heavy, moist breathing on the CMC's necks. Shaking in their hooves, they slowly turned around, and what they saw made their skin and fur drain of color. Right behind them, they stared into the eyes of dozens and dozens of hungry, bloodthirsty, killer hydras, right in front of them. As the heads moved on closer, the CMC let out a blood curtailing scream and ran into the open, not caring if the main six and Spike saw them. Sure enough, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, and Spike turned and saw them, and soon they were running towards them, but the three scared fillies shouted.....
"GO BACK!!! IT ISN'T SAFE!!!!!"
As soon as they finished, two of the hydras came bursting out of the tree line, right at their intended targets. The six mares and dragon saw them burst out of the trees and were shocked. The CMC were safely behind the older ponies, but then Applejack, Rarity and Rainbow Dash started chewing them out for coming when they weren't supposed to.
"I knew my party cannon would come in handy!!"
"Well, looks like we got some unwanted guests."
"Spike! Send a message to Celestia right away. We need her and Luna to come here right away!"
"On it!!"
Celestias Tower
Celestia was doing her normal, everyday chores. Check her little ponies, raise the sun, talk about daily routines with her sister Luna, (occasionally eat some cake), and always receive messages from her faithful student. She walked into Luna's quarters to discuss the day their savior came to save them, when a note came flying straight in her face, making her jump back from the sudden appearance.
"What is it dear sister. I presume it must be from miss Sparkle?"
"Yes. I recognize her signature." When she finished speaking, she opened up the letter. When she finished reading the note, she dropped it on the floor, her eyes were wide as the moon.
We must get to the Everfree as soon as possible!!!"
She had rushed passed Luna, out of her quarters, with Luna tailing behind her. They rushed passed royal guards, making lots of noise on their way out.
"Dear sister, what did Twilight's letter say?"
"She said she and the rest of the elements are being attacked by Hydras, but why are the Hydra so far from their hunting ground? It doesn't make any sense."
"We must hurry if we are to reach them. Come Tia, let's go." Before they left, Celestia grabbed the box that contained the remaining shards that were the Elements of Harmony, and soon they were out the main doors, heading towards the Everfree.
"Spike! Did you send the letter to Celestia?" Spike gave a nod of satisfaction, well aware of the advancing duo ahead of them."Good. Girls, I have a plan. What we need to do is hold off the two Hydras until Luna and Celestia arrive, then we drive the Hydras, including the ones still in the trees, back into the Everfree. Everypony ready?"
"READY"
"Alright everypony, LETS DO THIS!!"
Twilight and Rarity were charging up their horns, Fluttershy ready to 'Stare' them down, Applejack with her lasso spinning atop her head, Rainbow Dash pounding her hooves together, Spike cowering behind the picnic basket with the CMC as well, and Pinkie pie readying her party cannon. They were just about to charge their attackers, when the princesses arrived.
"Are we too late?"
"LUNA!! CELESTIA!!"
"Spike, hold this." Celestia then levitated the box with the remaining Element of Harmony shards to him. Spike grabbed the box with shaking hands, then clutching it to his chest. Soon the princesses were standing behind the main six, their horns charging up with magic, not too much off it to kill the Hydras, but to drive them off. Suddenly, Pinkie fired her party cannon filled with......CEMENT?! right into the first awaiting hydras head. The cement landed in its mouth with several loud cracks, identifying that it broke most of its teeth. Then the hydra heads turned toward their attackers, and roared, broken, non broken, and bloodie teeth showing towards them, meaning they were hungry, and enraged.
Then Fluttershy stared at both Hydras in the eyes, making most of the heads real back. The remaining heads then lunged towards her, then they stopped once magical blasts interfered with their attack. Raging and smoking, the Hydra were about to roar and call the others for help, but Applejack lassoed four of the Hydras mouths shut, with the help of Rainbow, Pinkie, and Fluttershy holding the rest of the ropes, while Rarity, Twilight, and the princesses were using their magic to close the remaining four. Then the unexpected happened.
"LOOK OUT!!! THE REST ARE COMING!!!!"
"WHAT!?!?"
Everypony then looked towards the trees to see the rest of the Hydras breaking the tree line, making any remaining birds and wildlife flee. Some were small compared to the average Boulder, but a dozen or so were as tall as Tirek when he had all that magic inside of him. The CMC were scared stiffless at what was happening. They thought they were all going to die. Well, they thought they were, until a loud roar came from the left of where the ponies were standing, and from the right, where all the Hydras were standing. The roar was loud enough to make some wildlife cover and fold their ears. The princesses and the main six believed that it was their savior coming to save them. But their hopes were given up, because what came through the trees, was a mama Hydra, and she was pissed off.
Everypony was shocked at the size the mama Hydra stood. The Hydra stood taller than most of the others, but not as tall as Godzilla. Along her face were battle scars from long fought battles. The features it gave struck fear into some of the Hydras, knowing that their mom wasn't happy with them. The ponies and dragon thought they were about to be killed by the tallest Hydra they've ever seen, but then the mama Hydra started roaring and barking orders at the rest of her kind, clearly talking to them.
"Fluttershy, what do you think that Hydra's telling the others?"
Um..... I think she is saying, that.... Um....... She wants the others to stop this nonsense and go home and follow her. I don't know, I never understood Hydra before."
"It's okay surgarcube, you did your best."
Soon the mama Hydra had finished barking orders, and looked over to where the ponies were standing. But it didn't give any sign of hostility, instead it was concerned, kind of like the same look when their savior looked down on them after he killed Tirek. Then some of the smaller Hydra's came to their mothers side, heads held low. But some of the taller more aggressive ones stayed put. Then out of no where, the remaining ones all ran straight for the ponies. They saw what was happening, and they all started running.
"Everypony, over there!"
Celestia pointed with her hoove forward towards a clearing beyond the trees, and the Hydras that were after them. Soon they were heading toward the advancing Hydras, dodging heads as they ran. One head crashed into the ground next to them, making Spike lose a hold of the box. Spike and the CMC saw the box fly open and the shards fly out. Soon they were running towards the shards, trying to get them back.
"Spike, girls, it's not safe! COME BACK!!!!!!!"
But they didn't listen to everypony shouting at them to come back. Soon they were at the box, all four of them picking up the fallen shards. But then the four heard all the other ponies scream in horror, and they soon found out why. They looked up to see four large Hydra heads dive right for them, teeth showing, ready to bite down on their food. Spike and the CMC held each other tightly as they braced for what they knew was coming, but that never came. Then the four heard the ponies cheer as they opened their eyes, and saw one of the smaller Hydras ramming into the taller one. Soon they got the shards back in the box and we're heading back towards the rest of the group.
Then the ponies cries of cheer went back into horror, as they turned around to see the taller Hydras grabbing a hold on the one that tried to save them. The other Hydras grabbed the smaller, weaker one by the throat, legs, mid section of its body, and it's tail. Then with loud pops and tearing sounds, the larger Hydras ripped the smaller one right in half. Everypony saw, and were shocked, sad, and enraged.Fluttershy never saw anything so gruesome in her life, and she started bursting into tears and throwing up, as everyone saw organs, blood, bones, and everything else come out of the Hydras ripped body. Soon most of them were crying, plus holding back their lunch from the picnic.
Then the other smaller Hydras called out to their fallen friend, and were also charging, only to be stopped by the mother.
"Sugarcube, what she saying now?"
"Um.... I think she said for the rest of them to fall back, and she is going to fight them so they can get to safety....... Along with US. SHE'S TRYING TO SAVE US!!"
Then the mama Hydra charged at her basterd children, as she bite down on one of the two Hydras heads. Then the remaining two heads lunged at the mothers free heads, but the assault was cut short as the mama Hydra bite down on the other two heads, then lifted and threw the Hydra she assaulted at three more oncoming Hydras. Suddenly the mother Hydra cried in pain as a surprise attack from another Hydra bite down on her legs, then lifting the mother Hydra over its head, and slamming her into the ground. The ponies cried out to the Hydra to quickly get up, and she did get up. With a slash of her tail, she left a large gash in the Hydras heads, making the Hydra lose its grip and dealing back from the blow. Then the mother Hydra got up, but was quickly brought back down by two more Hydras biting down on the back of her necks.
"We must keep going, there is nothing we can do, even if we wanted to help, we can't without the Elements of Harmony."
Soon the ponies and dragon continued their run. They looked behind them to see if they were being followed, and they were. Three Hydras, all having been assaulted by their mother, were hungry and wanted to kill them badly. They dodged heads and branches going from left to right, trying to get to the clearing. They turned around again after a long period of time without heads being smacked into the ground, and found their trio not pursuing them.
"Where did they go?"
"Does that matter now, NO. Okay, maybe a little, but not that doesn't matter. Let's just get to the clearing okay?!?"
Rarity gave a nod, and were soon in the clearing, looking out at the wide ocean beyond them. Well it wasn't an ocean, but it led to one. They looked back at the tree line to where the mother Hydra was still locked in battle, hearing cries from the Hydras, not knowing if they were from the mother, or her basterd children. Suddenly they heard the three that were following them nearing the opening. They were about to run towards their right, but out of nowhere, the first of the three came through the tree line. The ponies came to a halt, and ran to the left, only to nearly be in the mouths of the second one. The only choice was to run back where they came, but they weren't dumb enough to not know what would happen.
"Can't you just teleport us back to ponyville?"
"Spike, you're right, why didn't we think of this before!!"
Soon Twilight, Luna, and Celestia charged up their horns, ready to teleport everyone out of harms way. Everyone closed their eyes as they teleported back to ponyville, but when they opened their eyes, they found out they were still in the Everfree, with the three Hydras closing in. They tried again, but ended up with the same result. They were now panicking, slowly backing up into the water, trying to put as much distance from them and the Hydras as much as possible. They kept trying and trying to teleport back to ponyville, but were still in the same spot.
"Um... Weren't we just in the water a second ago?"
"Scoots, were still in the....."
Rainbow Dashs sentence was cut off as reality hit her like the Hydras ramming their heads in the ground. They WERE backing up in water, but now they were standing in mud and wet sand. Then they heard waves forming behind them, becoming more distant and more distant. Everyone, including the three Hydras, looked up and behind them, and soon even the Hydras were scared as the ponies. Out in the distance, they saw the waves coming back becoming bigger and more aggressive as they came to shore, then they saw it. On top of the waves, they saw three tall and sharp looking rocks, no, not rocks, dorsal plates breaking the top of the waves, advancing towards them, but no one seemed to know that the box containing the Elements of Harmony were starting to glow faintly.
Soon the Hydras were slowly backing up, but the ponies were still in trouble. Then they tried frantically to teleport, and they finally did! They open their eyes again, to find out they were still in the Everfree, but on top of a small hill, out of the way of the oncoming waves. Then the waves reached the trees, then the three Hydras. Then the ponies cried out in happy cheers of joy as they saw a large body mass break through the surface of the water. Then Godzilla roared at the three Hydras that threatened the ponies and the Everfree. He then grabbed the first Hydra by all four necks, and swung the Hydra right into the other one, making the two Hydras fall into some elevated rocks, nocking them out cold. Then the last of the three charged at the attacker, only to be grabbed by the necks, and thrown over his assailants head, smacking into the rocks head first, and joining the other two. Giving a grunt, Godzilla then moved on towards the other battle that was taking place. He stopped shortly and looked at the hill on which the ponies and dragon were standing on, still cheering.Godzilla gave a short roar/grunt towards the ponies, before moving forwards to the battle ahead.
"should we follow him?"
"I believe that would be a good idea, but we should still keep a good distance away from them."
Soon everypony was following their savior to another one of his bloodbaths, that they were about to endure. But no one noticed, not even Godzilla, the large flying form flying above the clouds, with its heads turning to see clear pictures of Godzilla, and the twelve small forms that were following him. And he knew he had to kill those forms before he could destroy Godzilla, then the Tree of Harmony.
Soon they were following the large footprints made by their savior left behind him, feeling their bodies lift up and off the ground at the fall of his massive feet. Soon they came to a halt, because then Godzilla was starting to swing his tail violently, swinging it side to side, making any standing trees fly in all directions. The Hydras currently fighting their mother ignored the large form close to them, as they were soon going to end their mothers life as they know it. The mother Hydra let out a sharp and loud cry of pain as one of the Hydras she had downed earlier bit down on her tail, and ripped it clean off, leaving a streak of blood to follow the tail as it hit the ground.
Godzilla had enough of this fight. He knew the mother Hydra wasn't a threat, but the ones attacking her were. Suddenly, he took a large intake of air, bent down, and let out a roar so loud, the ponies standing behind him had to cover their ears, even though the roars they had previously heard him do were NEVER this loud, and made the grass fly straight off of where the Hydras were standing, making them slide a few feet.
The Hydras stopped their assault as the gush of wind and the loud roar subsided. They all stood wide eyed at what they were looking at and of the ringing in their ears. The ponies and dragon also uncovered their ears, though not much ringing.
"That was loud, but so. AWESOME!!!"
While the Hydras weren't looking, the mother slipped away, right beside Godzilla. She was bleeding all over. Her balance wasn't very good after her tail was ripped off, two of her eyes were bleeding, with two teeth lodged inside them, multiple bite marks running down her neck, with fresh blood coming from the open wounds. Godzilla noticed this, looked at the Hydras that assaulted her, and let out another roar, right before charging at the thirteen Hydras remaining. The Hydras noticed, and charged at their attacker, not into attacking the mother anymore. But what the Hydras didn't know, was that they only came up to his muscular arms, and the tallest of them only cane up to his shoulder.
The first Hydra attacked, only to get crushed under Godzilla's massive foot, killing it instantly with dozens of loud cracks. The ponies winced back at the sound of the Hydras bones being broken, thinking if that was them under there only made it worse. The next three were more successful. One of them distracted Godzilla, while the other two bit down on Godzilla's feet, and dragged him off the ground, making him stumble and fall backwards right at where the ponies were standing.
"Not again. EVERYPONY GET OUT THE WAY!!!
This time they were more successful, because instead of a building with nowhere to run, they had a wide open area instead of an enclosed area with no where out. Godzilla came down with a loud crash and thud as loose dirt and trees came up under the ground. Suddenly the mother Hydra, even in no condition to fight, bit down on the two Hydras still clinging to Godzilla's feet. The Hydras cried in pain as they let go. Then Godzilla's tail came in use again as he swiped under the Hydras feet, making them fall to the side, but the assault wasn't over. As the Hydras were still falling, Godzilla's tail came around again and smacked into the Hydras, making them fly and crash into a nearby mountain, knocking them unconscious, or may well be dead. Godzilla finally stood upright, and as soon as he did so, the tallest one ran right at him.
"WATCH OUT!!DON'T JUST STAND THERE, MOVE!!!"
But Twilights shouting wasn't doing a thing, as the Hydra came into contact with Godzilla, biting down on Godzilla's neck. Godzilla let out a pain filled roar as his gills were punctured by all four of the Hydras heads. He was just about to free himself by grabbing it by the heads, and throwing the Hydra into the others, only to be stopped by two more Hydras biting down on Godzilla's arms. The mother came to Godzilla's aid, only to fall in the same fait as Godzilla. She fell flat on her stomach as one of the smallest ones came crashing down on her back. The little one pinned the mothers heads down so that she couldn't reach behind her and get the Hydra off her. The ponies were starting to worry about the mother Hydra and their savior as the mother couldn't get up to help Godzilla, and Godzilla was in more trouble as the rest of the Hydras were roaring and biting down on any visible flesh they saw.
Now all of the remaining Hydras, except for the one pinning the mother down, were biting and ripping the flesh and skin off of Godzilla. He really didn't feel any pain at first, but he knew he had to get them off before they bite down on something important, like his gills. He tried again to get the one biting down on his neck off of him, but multiple heads were holding his arms back, with blood dripping down from Godzilla's neck, arms, legs, torso, and chest. Godzilla then got an idea. He did this on a foe long ago, back when he was young(like from the 90s). The ponies watched in awe as they saw his tail charge up and go up his back. Then Twilight spoke up.
"Hold on. If he's going to shoot fire out of his mouth like he did to Tirek, shouldn't he lower his head so he can ACTUALLY hit the hydras?"
"You're right sugar cube. He won't be able to hit any of the hydras with his head tilted up, he'll just shoot right in the air! Princess Celestia, what should we do? Celestia???"
All ponies, and dragon, were looking at Celestia, who still didn't give an answer. All she did was look on at the battle still going on, watching the light going up the mid-section of his body now. When she was looking at the light traveling up, reality hit her, and she gave the answer AJ was waiting to give her. Every pony looked at her as she spoke, and what they heard wasn't what they had expected to hear.
"No. We shall not help him, but all I can say is........... We should back up. Now."
"Why should we back up. He's just going to shoot in the air, that's all."
"Spike, just trust her on this."
Spike gave a moment to ponder on the question a bit. All he's going to do is shoot in the air. Why does Celestia want all of us to back up, it doesn't make sense. Is he going to do something else, or is firing his fire breath some sort of calling for help? I don't know anymore, I might as well listen.
"Okay. Lets back up."
Soon every pony was backing up. They got a good distance away from the battle, but they still watched the fighting. They stared in awe again as the blue light they were all to familiar with, reach the back of Godzilla's neck. But instead of shooting fire like some ponies said he would, they stared confused and in shock as they saw his light glow brighter and brighter, the tesla noise getting louder and louder. The hydra's didn't notice, but bit down harder. The ponies watched again as the glow became brighter and louder, then all of a sudden, the glow stops completely and the noise stops as well. The ponies look at each other, asking each other questions as to why he stopped his attack. Soon there attention was brought back to the hydra's.
Suddenly, the ponies knew why Celestia wanted them all to back up, as they saw why. They stared at the hydras, their savior, and the mother hydra, as a sudden bright flash came out of Godzilla in a massive blue, tesla sounding shockwave, blowing every single hydra off of him. The ponies also watched as the mother hydra came crashing down right beside them, nearly crushing them and making Fluttershy faint again.
"Oh no!!!!!!! Is she DEAD?!"
Luna walked up to the mother hydra. Once she got up to it, she saw the chest rise and fall. She turned back towards the rest and told them,
"It's okay every pony. She's alive, but just unconscious."
When the dust and falling leaves began to settle, what they saw was the remains of where they were just at having their picnic. All that was left was trees being blown or blasted away by the large pulse, either that or they were bent outwards from the crater, Godzilla standing in the middle, with dirt and smoke coming off of him, and six remaining hydras, the main bastard children, all with their individual names and talents.
Agnidev (India Name meaning 'the fire god') is the four headed red king cobra like hydra with fire color fins on the top of each of its heads, and bone color like spikes on the sides of his necks. He has fire breath that he inherited from his mother. He's prideful, arrogant, and manipulated to his brothers and sisters.
Steel Horn is a gray albino colored hydra, with twin blade-like nose horns on each of his heads, with charcoal grey colored spikes running down his neck. He also has a spear-like blade at the tip of his tail. His abilities are his horns act like axes and swords to pierces him enemies hinds, and he can use his spear like tail when he has his enemy in a hold. He has thick hide and strong in thinking.
Lady Viper is the dark purple colored hydra. Her teeth are black in the front while the back are white with red tips, really giving off a scary posture when fighting enemies. She has two different shapes of horns on her eyebrows(One in the middle poses straight along the forehead in a slight curve, while the others at the ends of her head curve). Her Abilities are a nasty venomous bite and could possibly paralyze her enemies. She is slick and sneaky when it comes to fighting.
Wide Mouth is the yellow and black colored, glass-like eyed, four headed hydra with a huge wide mouths that can expand. When opening, he can expand each mouth to swallow or get a bigger bite out of food, and gets smaller when he closes them. The eyes are black with a white colored iris to it. His abilities is that his huge mouths acts like a vortex to suck in his prey. He's very loud and dangerous in attacking his foes.
Ram horn is a twin male and female headed hydra with a green color to their hide, with ram like black horns on the top sides of they're heads. They both share the same body and has twin whip like tails. They are divide to each other, they only listen to the other part of themselves if it benefits them.
Bayou is the aqua blue, four headed hydra with blue and white color fins, with bone colored side fins behind each cheek. He also has fins on his tail. His abilities are an electric eel bite and can spray boiling water from his mouth when threatened or fighting. His strategy planner for hunting his prey for himself and his siblings, is kill or be killed.
Godzilla didn't like them, not one bit. He snarled and gave a warning roar to back them off, giving them a final chance to back the F#$@ off before he had no choice but to kill them. The ponies were watching them communicate, and asked Fluttershy to help translate.
"Fluttershy dear, what are they saying? Can you tell us what they're talking about?"
"Okay, I'll try, but I'm sorry if I say something very rude, but.... here I go. I'm giving you six one last chance, either you leave now and stop harming the small ones, or I'll have no choice but to...um.......fuck you up."
"FLUTTERSHY!!!!!!!"
"I said I was sorry if I said anything rude. I'm sorry okay. I'M SORRY!"
They were about do continue arguing, only to be snapped out of it by all six hydras, and their savior, roaring a challenge to one another, as Godzilla, Lady Viper, and Agnidev charged at each other in the crater.
"Is he really going to fight those remaining hydra? If he is, he's some sort of.... I don't know.. some type of zilla, fighting all those hydras and continue fighting."
"No way!! He's more like a God, surviving all those injuries and defeating multiple hydras.
Celestia put some thought into their little conversation, and came up with an idea.
"My little ponies, listen up. I know what we shall call him for now on."
Every pony looked at Celestia and the fight that was about to happen any second now. Luna, Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Scootaloo, Sweetiebell, Applebloom, and Spike were listening to Celestia, and watching the monsters down in the crater. Celestia, speaking in her royal Canterlot voice, spoke above the foot fall from down below.
"From this day forward, we shall know this creature as no zilla, nor a god. But every pony, in all of Equestria, shall know this creature as...".She took a pause to glance at the two hydras and their savior, only seconds from contact. she took a large intake of air, and said,
"GODZILLA!!"
Soon as she said Godzilla, the three monsters came into contact, and a historic battle was about to go underway.
