What if the answers Matt was looking for wasn't on Earth but in another world? The answers lie in Equestria where Matt learns the true origin of the mysterious glowing crystal that brought him misery years ago.
After traveling many miles to find out the truth about what had occurred to him and his friends several years ago, Matt finds a clue about the origin of the mysterious object that gave them incredible telekinesis powers. As he flies towards his destination, he loses momentum and begins to free fall. As he's falling, he sees a black hole beginning to form underneath him and falls through. Blacked out, he awakes in an unfamiliar area and thus begins his journey
Story takes place after the events of "Chronicle" where Matt wonders the world in search for answers.
Also want to let every body know that if Im not spot on with certain characters or know much about certain places in the MLP world. Please note that I haven't seen mlp FiM since the last episode of the 2nd season.

"Ughh okay, what the hell happened? Fuck! That hurt a lot. Where am I?” Matt removes his bag hidden behind his back and sets it on the ground. He opens it to find his map for the location in which he is in. "Okay, this doesn't make any sense, I was flying over the Atlantic Ocean heading towards the Caribbean Sea…" Matt ponders, rubbing his chin. "It's official; I'm in the Bermuda triangle, its real, no doubt about it, that’s the only explanation for why my telekinesis wasn't working. No, wait that still doesn't explain why I’m on land, I should have landed on water! Shouldn’t I?” Questioning his situation, Matt begins to rub his temples. sigh "Well, no point in thinking about this any longer, I need to find a place to lay down, I’ve been flying for a couple of hours before the malfunction occur-" Quickly realizing how he even fell, he stares at his bag trying to levitate it. The bag appears to lift from the ground with ease. Tilting his head, he drops the bag on the floor again. "Seems my 'unique' ability works just fine, so why did I lose control earlier?” As he puts everything back in his bag, Matt walks straight where he can see a road and walks alongside it hoping a nearby town will come to sight. He starts to wonder about why there’s a road in the middle of the Bermuda Triangle but he shakes his head, “Know what? Fuck it, I’m just not going to question that.”
A good hour or so of walking down the road, he sees a big red building with a house next to it surrounded by an orchard of apples and a plantation field. "I should ask for directions, this stupid map isn't telling me shit!" Matt walks towards the house and stops when he spots horses walking about. "Do they usually let their horses run around? Who's watching them? Wait, is that one wearing a hat?"
***a few moments later***
"C'mere Applebloom, am a teach ya' how to buck today."
"Ah really sis? Hooray! Finally I can earn my cutie mark in apple bucking. Tell me what ah need to do?"
"Well ah reckon you just watch fer now kiddo! Ah think ya might just learn a thing or two from this." Applejack sets herself in front of the tree, turns 180 degrees, lifts her hind legs towards her stomach and connects with the tree. A good amount of apples begin to fall from the tree. Applebloom can’t help but be in awe of what her sister just did and imagines herself doing the same.
"Oh wow sis! That was amazin!
"Tweren’t nothin, now show big sis what a member of the Apple family can do."
Applebloom salutes Applejack, "yes ma'm." She trots toward the tree Applejack just used to demonstrate her technic and stops in front of it. Whispering to herself. "Okay Applebloom, do what sis just did but better!" Ah need to make myself look kewl!" Applebloom positions herself just as AJ did before and bends her front hooves and lifts her hind legs but falls belly flat on her stomach.
"Whoa there sugar cube, yer okay?"
Wincing, Applebloom tries to get up. "Ow ow ow, I-I thought I had that"
"It’s okay sugar cube, I fell lots of times before ah got to buck my first tree. So don't worry, there'll come a day, ah promise." AJ pats Appleblooms head to comfort her.
***Matt’s point of view***
Matt lowers himself to a crouching position so the ponies don't spot him. "Well, there's something you don't see every day; a pony wearing a cowboy hat, kicking a tree, and comforting a smaller pony. Man the guys would have loved this, heh, Andrew would have probably thought this was amazing, that geek, and Steve would have probably laughed his ass off. If only I was a little closer, I swear I could have heard them talk. Nah, horses can't talk, well the ones I’ve met anyway." As Matt gets up from a crouching position, he lets out a low grunt and walks towards the house, hoping to avoid the strange looking ponies. As he walks towards the door of the house, he begins to notice the door is smaller than that of an average door. "Huh, must have been built during 'those times'." *knock knock knock* A few seconds go by before someone from inside calls out to the person at the door. The sound of *clop clop clop* can be heard through the door. "ahm a comin, hold yer horses." An old green pony opens the door. "What can I do yer f-" The green old pony stopped her sentence. Terrified, and looking at what is standing on her porch, she screams and runs inside the house at a much slower pace than what a horse would normally run at.
"EEK! A monster!"
"Er, wha? Monster? Wait did that horse just talk? What in the shitting hell is going on on this farm?! Hello! Is there anybody here?! Matt becomes frustrated by the lack of people.
***In The Near Distance***
"Applebloom, did ya hear that? You stay here while I go check on granny Smith, tit sounded like it came from the house"
"But sis I could help! I can get my cutie mark in-" Aj shoots a glare at Appleboom
"No can do sugar cube, I don't need my lil sis gettin hurt. Ah’ll be back, promise" With that, Aj runs as fast as she can to her house. "Oh ah hope granny Smith is okay, it didn't sound very good"
***Back at the house***
"No, seriously, can anybody tell me what the hell is going on? Am I on Punk'd? No wait, that show died off years ago. Fuck it I'm-" Matt became silenced when he felt a quick pain in his lower back and was sent flying inside the house by a strong kick. "WHOA!!" Was all he was able to say before he smashed against the furniture.
"Wh-what are you and what have you done with Granny Smith?!"
"Urgh, WHO THE FUCK JUST KICKED ME?!" Matt struggles to get up and finds the orange pony with the cowboy hat standing behind him looking nervous and mad. "Did, did you just talk?!"
"Uh so what! Now tell me, Mister. What have you done with granny Smith?"
"G-granny who? I don't know what the hell you are but you best GET OUT OF MY WAY!" Furious by what the orange pony just did to him, he motions his hands, preparing to strike the pony.
"N-now hold on there mister, I-I don't know why you're angry at us but you-" Applejack didn't know what hit her, she was tossed at least 20 feet from where she was standing. The impact of whatever it was that hit her left her wincing and out of breathe. "Gah *pant pant pant* wha-what in the h-hay?” Aj was on her back against the floor.
"Damn, I didn't mean to put too much strength into that. Hey, you alright? Walking to the hurt pony, Matt lowers himself so he wouldn't have to talk over her, "Listen, little orange talking horsy. Sorry I had to do that, but I don't like anybody kicking me in the back when I didn't do anything wrong."
"Wh-what yer talkin bout? Ah heard granny Smith yelling and ah know you did somethin to her!"
"Oh you mean the 'green' old pony? I didn't do anything, she screamed and ran or rather, ran really really slow when she saw me."
"So ya didn't do anythin? Ya didn't eat her up or killed her?"
"Where you getting that at? I don't kill animals. I haven't hunted in years and I don't hunt horses."
Applejack seemed afraid at what the 'thing' just said
"Look, calm down. Like I said, I don't kill animals, let alone horses. You don't got to worry"
"Uh, okay. But um, can you like, not refer to us as horses? That's insulting"
"Well what am I supposed to call you then? That's what we call you back in Seattle" Applejack gives Matt a blank stare as she has no idea what this Seattle is. "Uh you know, Seattle? That's located in America?"
"Sorry sugar cube, ah never heard of it. Which part of Equestria is that from? Now Matt is the one giving Applejack the blank stare. Matt wasn't very smart but he’s flown all across the world and has gotten well acquainted with his map and he knew there was no place called Equestria. Before Matt could say anything, Applejack got up from the ground and dusted all the dirt off her coat and hat.
"You know, I never met a, uh" Since “horses” wasn't the word to call her kind, Matt stood in silence for a few seconds before Applejack finished his sentence
"Pony" Applejack stated
"uh yeah, I never met a 'pony' who wears a hat before, then again I never met a pony who talks either! You're the first, well not counting the other pony who screamed at me earlier."
"Ya mean to tell me you have ponies wherever you are from, but none that talk? AJ seems interested now. "Where did ya say yer from again?
"Seattle"
"Right, Seattle. Well every pony here talks; it’s actually rare to not have a talking pony."
Matt removes his bag that was strapped to his shoulders and opens it up to take something out.
"Whoa there mister! Better not be doin what I think yer doin!" Applejack takes a defensive stance
"Er, no I’m just getting my map. I need to know where we are. Maybe I missed a place." Matt finds his map and walks towards the orange pony and hands it over to her. "See, this is where I was at, and somehow I landed here, but there’s no land or island anywhere near from where I landed." Applejack takes a look and sees that his 'map' is nothing like what her own map shows and asks Matt to wait here while she gets something from her house. A few minutes go by and Applejack comes back with something in her mouth and drops it on the ground near Matt.
"From what ah seen in yer map, I notice it's nothin like ours." She opens up the map to reveal what's drawn on it and Matt takes a look and finds out she's right, his map is way too different and its nothing like what he sees in his own map.
"This doesn't make any sense, God this is ridiculous. But, now that I think about it..." Matt looks around his surroundings to gather as much of the view that he can. "This place is way to colorful, even for Earth." Staring at the orange pony, Matt can already tell she has probably never heard of Earth either. "Don't tell me.... It’s the planet that we're on! How can you not know?” A few moments go by and Matts face becomes quieter. "We're not on Earth on we?"
"Ah sorry mister-" Before Applejack can finish her sentence, Applebloom makes her presence noticeable.
"Sis! What is that thing?” A yellow filly, wearing a red bow shouts.
"Applebloom! ah though ah told ya to wait till ah got back!"
"Ahm sorry sis but ah was just curious at this 'thing', it’s so weird looking"
Matt rolls his eyes because of what the little yellow filly just said to him. "Well excuse me princess!" Applebloom blushes from the comment and giggles.
"Oh am no Twilight but thank you" the yellow filly says.
“Twilight?” Matt thinks to himself.
*sigh* "This here is mah little sister Applebloom, and I’m Applejack. What's yer name, partner?"
"Er, I'm Matt."
"What are you? Yer the strangest lookin thing ah ever seen" Asks Applejack.
"Me? You’ve never seen a human before?"
"What's ah human? Curiously ask Applebloom.
"It's what I am."
"Yer the first hewman ah ever seen, Matt." The orange pony says.
"So I'm the first human in uh, what was the name you said earlier? E-eques?
"Equestria" Applejack finishes.
"Right. Equestria."
"Yeh yer the first. Since you don't seem to belong here. How did you get here? Applejack ask suspiciously while rising an eyebrow.
"I don't know? I was fl- uh traveling and I fell through some sort of glowing hole? Next thing I know, I woke up here."
Applejack muses before saying what was on her mind. "Ah don't seem ah can help but I know somepony who can.
Matt considers at the 'somepony' Applejack used instead of 'somebody' but quickly talks about the help that she said. "Okay well how soon can we head off? I made a promise to a friend that I'll find out something for him."
"In a bit, just gotta make sure Granny Smith is okay and we'll head off to my friend’s house. Stay put Applebloom, ah'll be back before ya know it."
"Don't worry sis, ah'll keep an eye on Matt here"
Matt gives off a quick wide eyed expression at the filly’s comment and Matt became unable to speak from her adorable comment. *sigh* "Oh Casey, I want to come back home now." Matt says to himself and now his journey to find out the answers become a littler harder now that there's even more questions.
"You think it was wise of you to have your little sister watch over me when you went to go check on your granny? For all you knew I could have done something to her when you weren't looking." States Matt as he and AJ walk down the road.
"Matt, yew strike me as the kind that wouldn't hurt anypony unless forced to. Besides, when ah went to go check on ol' Granny Smith, she was fine. So I can see you don't mean harm, ah could also tell from how you came to check on me after our scuffle"
"Haha oh yeah I forgot we threw down. I am sorry about that by the way, but when I get hit I fight back. I hope you understand."
"Ah understand, Matt. Can ah ask ya somthin? When you swung at me, I thought you missed but somehow I felt like you actually did hit me. Do you happen to know magic?"
"I’m not going to question that either." sigh "Applejack, this is going to sound weird, but seeing as this whole situation is already weird, might as well tell you. A couple of years ago, me and my friends Steve and Andrew found a weird hole in the ground and we went to go check how deep it was. A few minutes of going deeper into the hole, we found this weird giant blue crystal that was sticking out of the wall and it was glowing. We didn't know what it could do to us at the time; we thought it was just a normal mineral. We ended up touching it and a few seconds go by my friend Steve starts bleeding from his nose, then mine and Andrews’ starts bleeding and we hear a very high pitch noise and it made us black out. The next thing we know, we had these weird...telekinetic power."
Applejack became interested at this point and asked Matt to prove it.
"Heh, skeptical are we? I would be too..." Matt stops and asks Applejack to back up about 5 feet away. Applejack gives a confused expression but does what Matt asks. Matt raises his right arm up and at the same time, Applejack begins to levitate in tandem with his arm. At this point, Applejack starts to freak out.
"Whoa, what in tarnation! P-p-put me down!" Applejack begins to move her hooves in all directions trying to get back on the ground but struggles and Matt can't help but find this adorably cute.
"You know Applejack, you're surprisingly light. It's no wonder I was able to send you flying when we fought and I didn't even put full force into it."
Applejack’s face becomes red with embarrassment and annoyance. "Well thank ya kindly for the compliment, but can ya put me down now sugar cube?
"Sure thing, sugar cube" Matt says mocking AJ.
Applejack floats back to the ground. "Taint funny" Says Applejack while her face is beaming with the color red. Applejack quickly changes the topic, "So only you and your friends can do that?”
"Yeah, no human in history has been able to do this. You don't look too surprised at my ability Applejack."
"Well, that's cause certain ponies here can do that. More Specifically; Unicorns. But most don't have the strength to send ponies flying a room away like you did."
Matt stops walking. "Huh. Unicorns? They're real?"
"Yeah, why? They ain’t real where ya from?
"Actually, no." Matt begins to walk down the road again. "So I assume Pegasi are real too? Matt jokingly asks.
"Eyup. Wait, if Unicorns and Pegasus ponies are not real where yer from, who controls the weather and the sun?”
"Nature does. What do you mean ‘who’? Nobody can control the climate change. Let alone make the sun rise and lower."
"Uh, well our Princesses do and the Pegasus ponies control the weather."
"How does that work? Wait, 'Princesses'? You mean you have more than one of them?”
"The Princesses have powerful magic one can raise and lower the sun, same goes for her sister who raises and lowers the moon."
Matt is beyond confused at this point. Everything he knows has now changed his perspective of life on this world. ‘Weird’ just got weirder. "Logic just flew out the window didn't it?” Applejack opens her mouth but before she gets to say anything he interrupts her. "Don't answer that."
Wanting to talk about something else, Applejack butts in. "A-anyhoof, lets continue to my friend’s house, it's still a long way to go. Both begin to move again but Applejack asked Matt another question that stopped his gait. "Say, Matt? Before we left the farm, you said something about a promise to a friend?”
Matt’s face drops a little, he doesn't like talking about his friends or the experiences he had with them. He can only talk about them for a little before he remembers the bad experiences as well. "I made a promise to Andrew that I'd find out how that crystal came into our world and how it gave us telekinetic powers. I searched everywhere, travelling across the world but no luck."
"Well if he also has that power, why didn't he come with you then?" Applejack asked.
Matt knew someone was going ask him something like that at some point, about where his friends are or why they aren't with him. But at that point he didn't want to talk about it, he had had enough. He just wanted to get out of here so he could get back to his world and continue what he was previously doing. "Let's just talk about something else before this gets out of hand, okay? Sigh how far to your friend's place?"
"Uh you mean ‘out of hoof’?"
They both starred dumbly at each other hoping someone would explain this vocabulary problem. After several minutes of arguing, fighting, and sex (just kidding!) Matt learned the differences between this worlds vocabulary and expressions and his own.
"I think I understand now. Guess we're not so different." Matt says.
"Guess so partner. We should be by Twi’s house. It's only a little further ahead."
"Oh finally! I was getting tired of walking. " Matt removes his backpack to pull a couple of apples to eat and hands one to applejack hoping she might be hungry too. " I got them from your farm, hope you don't mind?"
"Nah, its okay sugar cube. It's a good thing you got some, Ah was getting pretty hungry right about now" She gives a small laugh and grabs an apple and begins to eat. She finishes her apple and watches Matt take a bite of his, hoping to see him love the taste of her famous apples.
Matt bites into the apple and his eyes widen when he taste the apple. "Wow applejack, these are great! They taste better than the ones we have back in my world. I guess it's because of all the pollution and fumes we have." Matt adds.
"Thank you kindly partner." Applejack’s face becomes a little red from yet another compliment Matt gave her and is happy that he likes her apples.
They both come close to what appears to be a town. Applejack asks Matt to hold on so she can tell him something. "Matt, these ponies might find you a little...scary. So let’s go around back. Twi’s house is just around the corner." They walk to the right side of the town hoping no one, I mean, nopony, would see them and freak out. They approach the big tree house library and knock on the door. As they wait for the person of the house or in this case, tree house, they hear what seems to be hoof steps getting closer to the door.
"I'm coming." The tree house owner says through the other side of the door. The door opens and a purple unicorn with a star tattoo on her hip comes into view. Why do they all have tattoos? "Well hello Applejack, what brings you to-" She stops midway when she looks at the bipedal creature known as Matt.
"Heh, hey Twi, uh this is Ma-" Applejack was interrupted when Twilight screamed with horror as she laid her eyes on the hideous creature.
The scream was so loud that it made both Matt and Applejack cover their ears.
"APPLEJACK! What is that creature!" Twilight asked AJ with a scared expression.
"Now now Twi, he's with me!" She said. But it didn't look like Twilight listened and started casting a force field around Matt so he wouldn't escape or do anything that could harm them.
Matt didn't know what to do. There was a purple aura around him and it restricted his movements, he touched the aura, and didn't like the feeling. It made his head hurt, and it reminded him of the time him and his friends came into contact with the crystal.
"Twilight wha-what are yer doin? Stop that, it looks like it's hurtin’ him!"
The Aura around Matt was indeed hurting him. Matt was on his knees gasping, he was going to pass out if he didn't do something soon.
"TWILIGHT STOP THAT! He's not here to hurt anypony!" Applejack said trying to convince the purple unicorn.
"I-I don't mean to hurt it, it's just a simple force field spell. It's not supposed to do that."
While the two ponies argue, Matt tries to get back to his feet. Questions are running around Matts head. "Did Applejack trick me into thinking her friend would help? When did she have time to tell her friend that I was coming here? Were they going to kill me? Fuck this! If you think I'm going to let myself get caught, you got another thing coming." Matt was able to stand up. He brought his arms close to his body and stretched out his arms in a flash. The Spell broke and a massive shockwave erupted causing everything around Matt to get distorted and fly away as if a very powerful wind blew past.
The two ponies were sent flying inside the house. Twilight and Applejack smashed against the books in the house making a mess. Hurt and staggering to get up, the two ponies ran outside to see what caused the explosion. Everything that was near Matt has been completely destroyed. There was a small crater where Matt used to be. Matt is lying on the ground. The outburst was too much for Matt and he blacked out.
"I need to warn the Princess" Twilight said cautiously trying not to wake up the creature. "Applejack, you go get the girls and meet me back here!"
Applejack stood quiet. She didn't knew what had happened, this isn't what she thought would happen when she told Matt that Twilight would help him. She was scared. Applejack nodded and ran as fast as she could.
As Twilight got closer to the creature. She began to speak in a low voice.
It was seven in the afternoon and Spike was upstairs cleaning, he has a habit to clean last after all the chores are done, when a loud explosion froze Spike in place. Too scared to go see what it was about, he slowly moves toward the stairs to check up on the ponies. No one was downstairs, not even Twilight, who was normally reading her books at this time, she was gone too. There was however, a huge pile of books on the floor, evidence she had been down here. "Aw Twilight” moans Spike, “Why do you gotta make me clean more?" As he walks toward the mess, he notices the door is open. Spike walks towards the open door and sees the mess outside along with Twilight. Spike rushes to Twilight’s side to ask her what has happened. "Twilight what was-" before he finishes, he sees a creature laying on the ground. "Whoa! Twilight we have to-" Twilight interrupts Spike.
"Spike, be quiet" By now the whole town was there, curious as to what the explosion was. There were ponies getting closer to Twilights house and the strange “human”, so Twilight quickly told Spike to get inside and cast a teleportation spell that took her and the unconscious human inside the house.
***a few moments later***
"Twilight, what is this thing? Spike asked.
"I-I don't know but Applejack brought it with her. She was trying to tell me something but I freaked out and caused a commotion." Twilight looked a little ashamed that she lost her cool. She doesn't like to judge somepony before getting to know them.
"That isn't like you Twi. But then again, it is freaky looking."
"That's not the point Spike! I even gave Zecora a chance and she wasn't your average pony either.
I even hurt it, the magic spell I cast on it was just a normal force field spell, it wasn't supposed to cause an explosion! Oh I just hope Celestia doesn't send me back to magic kindergarten." Says Twilight with a worried expression.
"That won’t happen Twilight." Says Spike, trying to reassure her.
"But she can if she wanted to! I probably killed a unarmed creature and it’s all my fault!" Twilight says as she's pacing around the kitchen.
***in another perspective***
Ugh, "Where am I? It hurts to move. Damn that purple horse bitch!" (*editors note* What did you just call her you little fuck?! I will edit my foot down your throat!!) As Matt struggles to get up from where he awoke from, his tired body wouldn't let him stand for more than two seconds before falling. Twilight and Spike didn't hear the thump from the fall since both of them were talking in the kitchen. Matt tries again to get up and ends up landing on the nearby sofa this time. "Damn that Applejack too! I knew she was playing me from the start." Matt tries to relax and recover some energy before figuring out what to do next. Before he gets that chance, Twilight notices the creature moving about.
"Oh good, you're alive!" Twilight says with a relief tone. "Uh allow me to introduce myself, my name is-" Before Twilight was able to finish her sentence; Matt spoke with a furious voice.
"Do that again and I will do more that mess up your front yard!"
Twilight was both scared and confused at what the creature just said. "Y-you were the one who caused the explosion?"
"Yeah, it's called telekinesis and trust me, you don't want me as your enemy. So I suggest you not do that again.
At this point, Twilight wanted to ask the creature more questions. But first she needed to get on its good side if she wanted anything out of it. "So you know magic too?" Twilight asked . Again with this magic crap? "No I do not. You're the second pony who asked me if I know magic. First of all, it's not magic, it's a psychic ability. Magic is nothing but illusions.
Twilight felt a little attack. But she didn't want to start an argument with a creature as powerful as him, but she wanted to explain to it that magic ISN’T just illusions. Before Twilight went all magical on its flank, Applejack came in with the rest of the girls.
"Okay Twi, I brought the girls with me. How's Matt?" Applejack was worried about Matt, she was also scared to see him hurt because she told him that Twilight might be able to help him. She wasn't expecting Twilight to do what she did to Matt hours ago.
"OH well if it isn't the LIER!" Matt Struggles to get up but is finally able to regain his balance. "You said she will be able to help me! You didn't say anything about ganging up on me and knocking me unconscious!" "Now now sugar cube, I swear it wasn't supposed to-" Applejack is cut off by a pink colored pony who runs up and tackles Matt.
"Oh wow you’re a weird looking pony huh? Don't worry, Pinkie Pie does not judge" Pinkie puffs up her chest and puts her front hoof on her chest.
"Pinkie dahling, that isn't a pony." A white elegant pony says. "It’s a hideous donkey if you can't tell. Just LOOK at how ugly its fur is, and that muzzle! Much too close to its face."
Matt was a little upset that the white pony dare mistake him for a donkey and the insults were not making it any better, the pink pony staring at him so intensely wasn't helping him keep his cool either. Before Matt told the ponies off, Applejack intervened.
"Okay Rarity that is enough! And Pinkie pie get away from Matt, he is going to hit ya if ya keep gawking at him like that." Rarity stopped talking and Pinkie backed away from Matt. Pinkie obviously didn't want to get hit. "Matt, I am sorry for what Twilight did to you, and no it wasn't our intention to "gang" up on you. I can't speak for Twilight, but I really did want her to help you." Applejack stares at Matt with an apologetic expression. "Can ya forgive me partner?"
She really did look sorry, Matt said to himself. He gets up and brushes the pink dust Pinkie pie left on him. "Fine, I forgive you Applejack. But I don't know about your friend. That shit she pulled didn't seem all that 'helpful'."
"Wait, Applejack you know this...thing?" Twilight ask AJ with a confused expression.
"HEY, for your information, I'm a H-U-M-A-N. A Homo-Sapien. Not a fucken’ donkey." Turning towards the white pony, hoping she understood who she was talking to. And my name by the way, is Dant- er I mean Matt.(lol DmC) I came here by accident from another world called Earth."
“How?” Asks Pinkie. Sighing, Matt spends the next hour telling the ponies how he came here and what his current situation is. By now, the ponies realize that Matt just wants to get some answers and find a way back home.
"I see." Twilight says as she rubs her chin with her hoof. "So you somehow got here by a black hole that transported you to our world? And you have your ability thanks to a glowing rock? Wow that seems really interesting! Let me get my note book and write this down.
The rest of the ponies laugh at Twilight and her obsession with learning and studying. "So Twi, can you help Matt?" AJ asks Twilight.
"Honestly AJ, I don't think I can. I'm ashamed to admit this but even I don't know how he got these “telekinetic” abilities. This "glowing rock" doesn't seem to be in any of my encyclopedia of minerals." As Matt was beginning to give out a disappointed look. Twilight spoke. "But we may find out about this glowing rock in the Crystal Empire. And Princess Celestia may know how he got here and how she can get him back!"
Matt’s face began to light up at what the Purple pony has said. "So there might be a way then? "There might" Twilight states. "But honestly Matt, you picked a bad day to be teleported here." "And why is that?" Matt asks while giving a worry expression.
"The Crystal Empire is in disarray and Princess Celestia is off helping them, she may not be back for a couple of months."
He sighs, "Okay, well let’s skip the Empire for now, can we ask someone else other than this Celestia person?"
The ponies all gasp at how lowly Matt Spoke about their princess. He decided it would be best to choose his words carefully from now on, lest he become public enemy number one. "I mean, is there anyone else that we can speak to instead of Princess Celestia?"
Applejack wanted to let Matt in on a little secret. "Princess Celestia isn't human Matt, she's an Alicorn.”
“A what?”
“An Alicorn, a pony with the wings of a Pegasus and a horn like a Unicorn." She's the most powerful being in all of Equestria, And well, there IS somepony else, but she only comes out at night and doesn't like to speak to anyone. She's real shy when it comes to talking with ponies she doesn't know."
"Well if she knows something, we need to try. I don't want to be here anymore than you want me to." He says to the six ponies.
Applejack likes Matts determination and lets out a little smile. "Okay partner, I’ll take you first think in the morning." AJ tells Matt.
"OH, I know, we can all go together! It'll be like a field trip. Oh I like field trips, they're always fun, I'll go make some chimichangas!" Pinkie pie rushes out the door and is gone in 5 seconds. "What the hell? That was random"
"hahaha Yupp that's Pinkie for ya." AJ Says. "The Random-est pony of all Equestria. Anyway, it’s getting late, we should probably get some shut eye and head out tomorrow. You can sleep in my barn Matt." Before Matt said anything, Twilight spoke. "Actually, um Matt can sleep here with me." Twilights face turns a little red from what she said and what she's about to say. "I want to have a little personal conversation with him and he can also....have a warm place to..sleep." The rest of the ponies stare at Twilight and Rarity lets out a little giggle. "Oh RARITY it isn't like that!" Twilights face becomes more red. They all giggle at her embarrassment.
Matt raises an eyebrow. "I get it, you feel sorry for doing what you did and want to offer a place to sleep as an apology. I understand, not good with apologies huh?" Matt asks Twilight.
Embarrassed by the truth. She turns her head and nods. The rest of the ponies head off and the only ones left in the Library are Twilight, Matt and Spike. Spike heads to bed and leaves the two of them alone. Twilight grabs a pillow and a blanket from upstairs for Matt. She hands the stuff to him and before going to bed, Twilight confesses something to Matt.
"Hey Matt? Can I be honest with you?"
"Yeah Twilight, what is it?"
"For the last couple of days, I’ve been having these strange...nightmares. And they all happen to be the same. A creature that isn't a pony is wreaking havoc on Ponyville, leaving nothing but blood and death where ever he roams. A creature with four long appendages, he stands on two and the other two look like they're attached to his upper body. I was never able to see its face..but when I saw you on my front door. I thought you were it and I just got so scared." Twilight drop her head.
Matt seems to be interested in Twilight’s story. He puts a hand on Twilight’s shoulder to try and comfort her. "Don't worry Twilight. I understand now why you did what you did earlier. And I would have probably done the same. You don't have to be ashamed. But I promise you that I will not do what that creature did in your dreams. You have my word as a human."
Twilight became more happy now that Matt doesn't blame her for what she did. She wipes her face and gives Matt a hug. Matt was caught off guard by Twilights sudden embrace but returned the hug nonetheless. Twilight says her good night and heads to bed. Matt now lays on the couch, closes his eyes, and falls asleep.
