The Orange pony slumps in the corner, not feeling up to partying. She watches the party happen before her eyes. The most notable thing in the room is the bright rainbow maned pony dancing, Small lights are sprawled in her tail and mane. Many tightly packed ponies dance to the strong beat of Dj-Pon3's Beats from the front of the room.
"AJ! Hey!" Rainbow dash pushes her way twords Apple Jack. "AJ! Lets go dance!" The Rainbow maned pony's head is near centimeters from Apple Jacks. Her breath smells strongly of beer. "Rainbow Dash. Have you been drinking?" Apple Jack turns her head away, the smell too strong to bear. "You know how i feel about beer, Rainbow."
"yeah, Yeah. Whatever!" The clearly intoxicated pony rolls her eyes. "Lets just go!" Rainbow Dash is pushed as another pony bumps into her. Her lips lock onto Apple Jacks and linger there 5 seconds after. Apple jacks eyes widen in surprise and shock, Her mouth tasting like beer now.
"Rainbow Dash, what in the hay a-" She is cut off when Rainbow Dashes lips hit hers again briefly, and is left with no words as the bright pony pushes her way back through the crowd. Now Apple Jack is stuck with her own thoughts. I feel so confused. I-I... I need to go home. She stands and Pushes her way out the door.

Apple Jack lays awake on her bed, silence on the farm. Only her own thoughts surround her. Why... I mean i know she was drunk, but why didn't she pull away? Or... Why did int I Pull away? Why did i... Why did I like it? She lay awake for hours untill she falls asleep.

Apple Jack sleeps under the willow tree, granting her the shade she wants. Rainbow dash flys down infront of her. "Hey AJ" The Rainbow pony says wiping the dirt off her hooves. "Wake up AJ." Apple jack nuds her hat down and sighs. "Hey! come on!" Rainbow Dash taps her hoof against her hat. Nothing. She lifts up her hat and presses her lip to Apple Jack's forehead.
~ Apple Jack abruptly sits up in her bed, she looks out the window to see the sun just over the apple trees. She looks back and sighs. Nothing could explain that dream. Maybe.... Maybe I... she couldent bear to think it. Maybe I like Rainbow Dash. Like Like. Have I ever liked a stallion? No. Have I ever like anyone? No. Thats when it hit her. She liked mares. Not stallions. She blushes as she realizes Rainbow dash is her first crush. Ever. How will she tell everyone? Her family? Her friends? Rainbow Dash?

Twilight. She decided on telling Twilight first, asking for her advice. She opens the door to the Castle, Twilight is normally in here on her throne. She gallops down the hall until she reaches the second door and pushes it open. "Apple Jack?" Twilight's voice calls from her throne, she looks up from the book she was reading and smiles. she places her book down and uses her wings to hover down the hall to Apple Jack.
"Twilight. Ah... Ah need to tell you something'." Apple Jack sits down in front of Twilight. Twilight sits in front of Apple Jack on the ground and nods her head to signal Apple Jack to continue. "Ah need you to keep it a secret." Apple Jack whispers as Twilight Does the lock my lips and throw away the key action. "Ah...Ah think ah like... Rainbow Dash" She whispers so quietly its barely audible.
"say again?" Twilight asks as she leans in.
"Ah like... Rainbow Dash." She looks to the ground, not wanting to see her friend's reaction.
"Oh." Twilight looks up. "advice?" Apple Jack nods her head while biting her lip. "alright. I say tell her, but lead her into it. Dont suddenly tell her. maybe even first see if she like mares or stallions. Thats what i would do."
"Thank you, Twi." Apple Jack nods her head and stands, Then leaves.

"Rainbow Dash, Would you like to go to the park?" Apple Jack asks Rainbow Dash from the ground.
"Sure! just let me fly down." Rainbow Dash yells down from her large cloud house. It puzzles Apple Jack as to how it doesn't just float away. Rainbow Dash floats down from her house and lands infront of Apple Jack. "Alright, lets go AJ." They begin to walk down the dirt road, Nearly orange leaves strew on the trees around them. "So the running of the leaves will be happening soon. will you be in it?"
"Maybe, It depends." Apple Jack responds watching Rainbow Dash closely. "how about you? Ah assume you're going to run in it."
"Yup. Can you believe the castle?" Rainbow Dash focus ahead.
"No, ah cant. Um. Random question... But..." Apple Jack gulps. "Do you remember the party last night?" She looks away, trying not to blush.
"Not a bit. Why?" Rainbow study's Apple Jack's face.
"Uh. Ah might tell ya later." Apple Jack stares in front of her, attempting not to blush best she can.
"alriiiight..." Rainbow Dash says suspiciously. "well. We're here." The two mares stop in front of a tree. The one from my dreams... They sit down in front of it, their backs on the tree.
"Uh... Another Random question..." Apple Jack starts "Who... Who do ya like?" She focuses on the ground, still trying not the blush.
"No one." Rainbow Dash replies a little too quickly. Apple jack looks at her closely enough to see the blue pony blushing.
"I mean Who, Like, What do you like? Stallions or... Mares?"
"oh." She looks down. "Um, keep it a secret but...."
"Both." Rainbow Dash looks right at Apple Jack. "what about you, AJ?" She asks casually.
"er..." Apple Jack gulps, forcing herself to focus on answering. "Mares..." She whispers. She looks down at the grass and moves it around with her hoof.
"sweet." Rainbow dash whispers. Apple Jack looks up at Rainbow Dash, surprised. "So I can do this." The blue mare leans over a locks lips with the orange mare. Apple Jacks eyes widen in surprise similar as to how her eyes were last night at the party when a similar event happened. "I've been wanting to do that for months now." Her Rainbow mane blows in the wind, Apple Jack notices.
"You know... This ain't the first time we've kissed." Rainbow Dash looks at Apple Jack confused. "You know when Ah asked you if you remembered last night?" Rainbow Dash nods her head in reply. "Yeah, that's when you kissed me, twice." Instead of speaking, Rainbow Dash bursts out in laughter, relying on the tree to keep her up.
"really? Aw man. I wish i could'a seen your face!" She forces herself up, and puts on a straight face. "But no... Apple Jack. Who knows?" She looks to Apple Jack, awaiting her response.
Apple Jack sighs "Twilight. I asked her for advice not even an hour ago." Apple Jack giggles a little. but immediately stops when she sees Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo galloping right at the two mares. When they are close enough, Apple jack sees that sweetie belle is crying deeply, and Scootaloo is trying her best to hide all emotion. "sweetie Belle? Scootaloo? Wheres Apple Bloom?" Sweetie shakes her head, a sob escaping.
"The hospital." Scootaloo says, her calmness sounding forced. Apple Jack's eyes widen.
"s-she... She was hit... by a-a carriage that hit a watermelon." Sweetie Belle forces out between sobs.
"No no no no! ah.... ah...." Apple Jack tears away, in the direction of the hospital, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo follow after.

Apple Jack Sits over the edge of her younger sisters hospital bed, sobbing. Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo sit in two chairs in the corner of the room, Scootaloo is trying to calm down Sweetie Belle, but to no avail. A doctor walks into the room, a grim look on his face.
"will... Will she be okay?" Apple Jack asked, not bothering to look up.
"30% Chance of living. Very sorry, Miss." The doctor nods his head and leaves the room.
Sweetie Belles sobs become louder, and more consistent. Tears stream down Apple Jacks face and hit the bed sheets. Apple Blooms hair is strewn about, her bow shredded up, still on her head. her eyes shut, fur blood stained. A beep comes from the screen. another beep. another, and another. it continues till its silent, the screen shows a straight line.
"DOCTOR! DOCTOR PLEASE HURRY!" Apple Jack calls out. "SHES DEAD. DYING, OR DEAD AH CANT TELL PLEASE HURRY!" A doctor rushes in and shocks the fillys chest. nothing happens, just her body shudders.
"shes to far gone. Please wait here." The doctor sighs calmly as he leaves the room. Apple jack screams out,Sweetie Belle cries so loud, you can hear it 10 rooms over. scootaloo can't keep her brave face anymore, and breaks into deep sob.
"AJ... It will be alright, I swear." Rainbow Dash attempts to comfort her lover.
"Ah can't go in. Ah just can't." Apple Jack looks away from the large funeral home, with a grave yard in the back.
"The sooner were in, the sooner its over.' Rainbow Dash pats Apple Jack on the back.
"That don't apply here. its a set time." Apple Jack moves a rock around with her hoof.
"whatever, lets go in, please?" Rainbow begs Apple Jack. Apple jack looks away, but nods her head slightly. "Alright, come on." Rainbow Dash pulls Apple Jack inside the building.

The funeral consisted of many tears from all the apple family, and a few speakers. when Apple Jack went up, she burst into tears before she could start talking. Rainbow Dash sat quietly in her seat, every now and then, lightly kissing Apple Jack on the cheek.
"Ah never want to go to a funeral ever again." Apple Jack whispers quietly as she sits on her bed. "It'll be okay, life will carry on." Rainbow Dash comforts her from the floor.
Apple Jack sighs. "At least Ah have you here, Rainbow Dash." She smiles a weak smile and slides to the floor beside Rainbow Dash.
"You know what, AJ?" Rainbow says, looking up at the ceiling.
"Hm?" Apple Jack nudges Rainbow Dash with her head.
"I think I might love you." Rainbow dash reaches over to the pony and touches her lips on the other mares. They two kiss passionately until there is a knock on the door. The two abruptly stop.
"Come in." Apple Jack sighs. Big Mac walks in, his face is grim and hollow, preventing any emotion, just like Scootaloo. "Mac? what are yall doin' in here?" Apple jack stands up and walks over to Big Mac. She glares into his eyes, taking all she can from them. "No. No No No NO!" Apple Jack cries out. "are you- Is this what i think it is!?" Apple Jack demands. Big Mac nods his head.
Apple Jack runs out of the room. "AJ! Wait! Where are you going!?" Rainbow Dash follows Apple Jack out of the room, then out of the house. They continue running until they reach Carousel boutique. A young white filly stands on the roof. Her purple and pink mane blowing in the wind. Rairity is on the ground infront of her home and work place, in a heap of sobs upon the soil.
"No!" Rairity cries out in between sobs. "Please! Don't!" She continues. Tears drip down from Sweetie Belles face.
"I can't live... With out one of my best friends! I just can't!" Sweetie Belle yells down at them. "If you understood me, then you would know how I feel! How I've always felt!"
"Sweetie! Don't do it!" Apple Jack calls out. Sweetie Belle shakes her head no And ready her knees.
"Goodbye, Big sis."
Apple Jack kicks Rainbow Dash out of her daze. Rainbow dash jumps up and flys at Sweetie Belle. The very second Rainbow Dash is close enough to reach her, is one second too late.
The heaving mass on the ground erupts into screams as she stands and sees her dead sister on the ground.
Rarity's sobs are louder than a sonic rainboom. The 6 mares sit in the same funeral home as they did not even a day ago. Rarity and Sweetie Belles family have come from all over Equestria, the cousins who would visit Sweetie once a year, the aunt and uncle who would babysit them when they were young. and then her mother and father.

"two in just two days. ah think thats a record." Apple Jack looks up to the sky, looking at the clouds.
"Its supposed to rain in 3 minutes, you know." Rainbow Dash nudges her.
"Ah don't care." Apple Jack spits into the grass.
"Don't become depressed. I know every thing is going down hill, but soon it will go up." Rainbow Dash attempts to cheer her up, not being her usual cocky self. "Life... Could be 20% cooler right now." A tiny grin forms on Apple Jacks face.
"Ah'm not even gonna ask where thats from." Apple jack rests her head on Rainbow Dash's shoulder when the rain starts pouring down around them
"I told you." Rainbow Dash shrugs Apple Jack's head off and stands up. "Why don't we go see Twilight?" Rainbow Dash suggests. Apple Jack stands up, the small grin that was once there is gone, her face is long.
"Or why don't we see how Scootaloo is holding up?" Apple Jack walks to the edge of the tree, where the leaves end and the rain begins.
"Good idea." Rainbow Dash pulls Apple Jack close and nods her head. "Lets go" The two mares begin running across the field. The rain creates mud around them below the grass. Mud kicks up around them as they run.

The blue Pegasus knocks on the door of the young Pegasus filly, the only cutie mark crusader, her house is small, lightly colored, but on the ground, as the young filly is handy capped, and cannot fly. The door swings open to reveal a young orange pegasi filly. her purple mane is in tangles and eyes are tired, tried tears wet the fur on her cheeks.
"Rainbow Dash?" The orange filly runs into The rainbow Pegasus's hooves. She cries into her fur, and rainbow leads her inside the house, away from the rain, Apple Jack follows behind and shuts the door. "Rainbow Dash I'm so scared."
"why, scoots?" Rainbow Dash asks smoothing the fillys mane out.
"Whats going to happen to the CMC? whats going to happen to me?" She stops crying and looks up to her mentor.
"Babs."
"What?" The orange filly questions
"You still have Babs in the Crusaders. You're not alone, Scoots" Rainbow Dash sits on the couch, beside Scootaloo.
"You're right. Apple Jack?" Scootaloo looks to Apple Jack.
"Yeah?"
"could.. could you ask Babs if i can come stay with her for a while? In Manehatten?"
The two mares wave off Scootaloo as the train's smoke starts. They smile best they can, and through the window, you could tell Scootaloo's smile was forced. Once the train is fully gone, and on its way to Manehatten, the blue pegasi turned to her earth pony companion. "How do you think she will do?"
"Well 'nuff. Shes a strong filly." Apple Jack spits to the ground.
"I hope so. It's bad enough that... Y'know. her parents and all. but now her only friends?" Rainbow Dash sits down on the bench behind them.
"Ah know. But shes a strong filly, she can do it." Apple Jack sits beside her lover and leans her head on Rainbow Dash.
"Hm, yeah. I guess. I just feel so bad for her..."
"shh." Apple Jack moves Rainbow Dashes head an inch away from her own face. Rainbow Dash's breath is warm on her fur. She shuts her eyes and leans in. Their lips lock and are in a tight embrace.
"Lesbians!" Somepony yells out from the other side of the train tracks.
"Hey!" Rainbow Dash pulls away and yells. "Say that to my face!"
"I said 'Lesbians!'" The Mare from across the way yells back, her blue mane fluttering in the wind. her horn begins to light up a yellow aura. Pebbles levitate around her.
"Hey! Don't yo-" Rainbow Dash begins, but its cut off by Pebbles beging pelted at her. Apple Jack jumps up to defend her lover.
"Now stop that right now!" The blue mare laughs a familiar laugh.
"Trixie...?" Rainbow Dash glares at the mare. The pebbles stop mid air.
"I am NOT Trixie!" The blue mare tosses her head back. "Hmph! How dare you even compare me to my failure of a sister!"
"Sister...?" The two mares ask in unison
"Yes, sister! Trixie is my older sister. I am ashamed to even say the word sister. She failed what she aimed for! I, however, will not!" She stomps her hoof down.
"Er, Sugar cube-" Apple Jack starts, but is cut off.
"Do not call me sugar cube!" The unicorn calls out.
"Fine, Fine. Than what should ah call you?" Apple Jack glares at the blue unicorn
"You may call me Illie Usion!" She calls out.
"Illie...Usion? What kind of name is that?" Rainbow Dash pokes at the mare.
"It is shortened for 'Illusion'! I mean, Trixie!? What do you expect my name to be with my elder sisters name being 'Trixie!?"
"ah, alright, Miss Illie Usion. As ah was sayin'. This is the home of the 'Princess of friendship'. What's with the discrimination?" Apple Jack shoots a glare at Illie Usion.
"My friends and I do not agree with your... ways." Illie Usion tosses her head back again.
"Yall dont need to call us out for it!" Apple Jack yells at the mare.
"Its wrong! Its disgusting! its... Its..." The mare is interrupted by a train coming in between them. It whizzes past them.
"Ah think we should leave" Apple Jack glares at the moving train, as if she looks through it right at Illie Usion.
"Good Idea." Rainbow Dash nods and hovers up and begins to fly off to the other way.

"And that's how we met Illie Usion, Trixie's younger sister." Rainbow Dash stomps her hoof on the ground. "Shes Homophobic!"
"I see. So Trixie has a sister?" Twilight rubs her chin as if she has a beard.
"Duh." Rainbow Dash sits on her throne in the circle of thrones. Spike sits on his smaller throne beside Twilights.
"She sounds like Trixie. But worse." Spike leans over in his throne. Holding his stomach tightly."A letter is-" Hes cut off by a flame erruting from his mouth. a letter shoots out with it. Twilight hops down and picks it up.
"hm... yes.. i see... Oh! Spike! we must go to the crystal empire!" Twilight hops up and pulls spike along with her out the door.
"wait! Why are we go-" Spike is cut off by Twilight.
"-Important royal business!" The door slams behind them.
"That was abrupt" Rainbow Dash hops off her throne.
"yep." Apple Jack follows. The two mares walk outside the palace and down to sugar cube corner where they sit down inside the small family owned bakery.
"Ill go order." Rainbow Dash walks over to the line and sighs heavily. Apple Jack sits down at one of the tables. plenty of ponies sit at other tables around them.
"YOU!" Apple Jack turns to face the voice.
"Ugh. Dash. Lets just g-" Apple Jack is cut off by a flash of darkness.
Apple Jack opens her eyes to find herself looking up at a pale blue-green ceiling. she looks around her when she reilizes shes in a hospital bed in a hospital room. "Apple Jack!" Rainbow Dash jumps on her lover, forgetting that Apple Jack is injured.
"Ow... Dash get offa me." Apple Jack struggles to push Rainbow Dash off of her.
"Sorry, I forgot." Rainbow Dash slides off of Apple Jack and onto a seat beside the bed.
"What... What happened?" Apple Jack turns to Rainbow Dash.
"Illie Usion hit you in the back of your head with a chair. you blacked out." Rainbow Dash rubs the back of her head
"Where is she now?" Apple Jack rolls back over onto his back.
"She got arrested for assault." Rainbow Dash kicks the ground, knocking up dust.
"but... Why?" Apple Jack asks, looking to the ceiling.
"Why what?" Rainbow dash looks apple jack in the the eye. "Why does Trixie have a sister? Why did she hit you? Why is she a homophobe? Why is she pathetic?" Rainbow Dash continues.
Apple Jack snorts. "Why would ah ask 'why does Trixie have a sister?'" Apple jack kicks up the sheets of her bed, that float back upon her.
"Dunno, why not?" Rainbow Dash grins.
"Cause its stupid." Apple Jack laughs, but stops only moments after starting. "The second and third one." Apple Jack closes her eyes.
"Huh?" Rainbow Dash looks quizzically at Apple Jack
"ahm askin' those questions you said." Apple Jack turns over, her back facing Rainbow Dash.
"Why did she hit you and why is she a homophobe? Oh, she apearently has anger issues and a few other things wrong with her, she snapped when she saw you." Rainbow Dash puts her head back on the chair
"that dosen't explain why shes a homophobe" Apple Jack grunts, rubbing the back of her head
"not entirely sure, to be honest, I think shes just 'Old fashioned', to speak. Thats what Twilight said, anyway." Rainbow Dash flops off her chair to the ground and sighs. "The floor is cold. Its nice."
"good for you, now could yall call the doctor? I think ahm about to pass ou-" Apple jack abruptly stops midsentence.
"Aj? Aj? Uggh you had to pass out, right?" Rainbow dash kicks the bed as she gets up. "DOCTOR! HEY! HEY! HEY! AY!" Rainbow Dash yells out the door. A brown unicorn wearing a medical uniform trots in quickly.
"Yes? What is it?" The unicorn looks around the room untill he spots the unconscious orange pony laying on the bed. "ah, yes. Sorry, I forrgot to mention, she will occasionally pass out, she had a mild concousion."
"wow, That would have been great info, doc."Rainbow Dash rolls her eyes.
"When she wakes up, she will be released." The brown unicorn pony checks his clip board, nodding his head. "Yes, yes. all is in order."
"Yahoo!" Rainbow Dash yells gleefully, flying up into the air, fist bumping.
"ahem." The unicorn coughs, tapping his hoof upon the ground.
"Oh! Sorry." Rainbow Dash apologises while flying down.
