A mad pony escapes from an Canterlot Asylum. He wanders into ponyville and wreaks havoc on the citizens... or at least a few good pranks.
Dynamo, an escaped psychopath from Canterlot Asylum, wanders into ponyville. He meets the Mane 6 and drives all of them insane, or at least most of them, Pinkie seems to have taken a liking to the new stallion. Hilarities and tragedies ensue.
"HE'S GETTING AWAY! STOP HIM!" Screamed Warden Freeman as the guards frantically chased a white earth pony stallion with black spots in his coat and a grey mane.
One guard was about to catch him, but the stallion just smiled and jumped up.
"LOOK OUT!" Screamed another guard, but it was to late. The stallion clapped his hooves together and disappeared in a puff of smoke.
"Where did he go?" The Guards questioned. Warden looked up and saw the stallion on the second floor of the Asylum.
"Oh come on guys, " complained the earth pony, "you have to do better than that to catch me." and with that he jumped down and made a mad dash through the prison once again.
"AFTER HIM!" bellowed Warden and the guards obeyed with new found anger at the convict.
The chase continued on like this for a good fifteen minutes before it became boring for the earth pony and I. So we decided to end it.
"We've got him now!" Shouted a guard chasing the stallion. They were heading towards a dead end at the end of a long hallway. The stallion saw the wall and smiled as he increased his speed.
"What in Equestria is he doing?" asked Warden who had joined the chase.
The earth pony was quickly approaching the wall, he wasn't slowing down at all. As he reached the wall he quickly turned around and with his momentum built up he bucked the wall.
KABOOOOOOOOOOOOOM! There was immense explosion causing a bright light stunning the guards. When everyone had recovered they saw a hole in the wall that was big enough to fight both royal sisters through.
Warden approached the hole and stared out to outside of Canterlot to scope for where he may have gone. "You won't escape me that easily... Dynamo. Meanwhile in Ponyville
Twilight was asleep in her bed, dreaming of a peaceful picnic with her friends when suddenly there was a loud explosion.
She and Spike jumped out of their beds at the sound and ran outside to see what happened. It was about 6:30 am and everyone in ponyville was outside looking towards Canterlot.
"Spike, take a letter." Twilight said with determination "Please, inform Celestia that I'm coming for a visit."
The next morning was a rough one for Spike. The poor guy could barely keep his eyes open on the train ride.
Twilight had invited the rest of the girls to join her on her way to Canterlot. They eagerly accepted for they were worried about what had happened the night before. Everyone was anxiously waiting in their seats, except for Pinkie Pie who was continually bouncing about the isle.
"I hope everything is alright in Canterlot," Rarity spoke thus breaking the tension in the car.
"I'm sure everything is under control," assured Twilight, though she too was worried for the princesses.
"Of course everything is under control," interjectted Rainbow Dash, "I mean who the heck can stop an alicorn, let alone two."
She had a point, thus calming the fears of the five worried ponies
The train had finally arrived at the station. Spike had finished his nap and put all of the bags into one cart. They group of seven then headed toward Canterlot Castle to discuss what had happened last night.
As they walked closer to the castle they noticed that there was a large hole in the side of a building that none had noticed until then. As they passed they could read a name that was placed above the gate. Canterlot Asylum
"I never knew there was an Asylum in Canterlot." Rarity inquired.
"It was built a while ago." Twilight explained, "It was made to help those who suffered from mental sicknesses that normal doctors couldn't cure."
"So that there hole means somethin' must've gotten out." Applejack said pointing at the aperture in question.
They each shuddered wondering what could possibly make so much damage in one night.
They approached the castle and were greeted by two pegasis gaurds.
"Halt!" shouted the first one. "Who dares to approach the castle."
"My student and her friends," a motherly voice explained as the holder of such a voice landed in front of the gate.
"Princess!" exclaimed the second gaurd as both had dropped to their knees.
Our group of seven also bowed and Celestia had waved a hoof to dismiss the gesture. They all rose and the gaurds opened the gate for the guests.
"You'll have to forgive the security." Celestia apoligized "everyone is just a bit jumpy since last night."
"What happened?" Twilight inquired.
"Somepony escaped from the asylum. And this one is truly a force to be reconed with." Celestia explained "this individual is an earth pony that has somehow conjured a power nopony has ever seen."
"Who is this pony?" Spike asked as they entered the throne room.
"His name... is Dynamo" Celestia said with a grimace. "He has enough energy in him to outrun a wonderbolt and still have enough to stay awake for three days and nights."
The visitors had all dropped their jaws. It was inconcievable to think an earth pony could outrun a wonderbolt.
"But, that's impossible!" cried Rainbow Dash.
"Nothing is impossible," spoke a mysterious and chipper voice.
Eveyone, including Celestia jumped at the noise. They looked around and saw nothing. Then in an instant a puff of smoke appeared in front of the throne.
Once the smoke cloud dispersed a earth pony stallion stood there with a crooked smile. The earth pony had a spotted coat and a cutie mark of a nuclear explosion cloud.
