Dr. Albert Overbuild sat down in his chair in front of his computer, eyes shot a bit and his head throbbing, "Eh heh, Hael sure knows how to throw parties..." He said weakly as one of his arms grabbed a rag and wiped down his forehead. Albert thanked the arm before sitting up and looked back at his work he left for the St. Patrick's Day Party earlier.
"Now, what was it that I was working on, again?" He mulled to himself as he stared at his notes, one page had a scribble of a whirlpool with a pair of gleaming white pointed eyes, while another had a couple penrose triangles, and a third had a crude drawing of himself with a large broadsword pointed at the heavens with a golden crown atop his head. Only about two pages had any actual notes, but they were only about Bradford's theory of cosmic kinesis, a theory he knew to be true.
He picked up a piece of paper, this was was full to burst with little notes, all about the same thing, "Ah here it is, 'Bradford Rants theory of InterDimensional/Universal Portals'. Now, the theory is that when two Universes interact with one another, a portal is created forever twining the two, or at least until the portal closes. Yes, yes that's from the book, but what about how to contact another Universe....Hmm..." He said to himself before going to write and scribble some more notes and diagrams on the paper. He was about to go to a new piece of paper when the alluring smell of coffee beans and spearmint assaulted him. He looked up and saw the darkened room before him, before turning to his assistant who held a mug of Coffee for the fatigued Doc. "Thanks, Naomi." He said tired before looking at his watch, 11:49. He sighed heavily before closing his eyes and taking a sip of the caffeinated drink.
Albert opened one eye mid-sip and saw Naomi looking over his notes, scanning them with intent. "If I may,sir; but I may have a suggestion for your predicament." She said sweetly and kindly with energy to the exhausted Overbuild, the Doctor put down the mug and asked what her idea is; Naomi replied swiftly with a broad smile: "Magic"

Vanda Darkflame couldn't remember such bliss. Surely there had to be some point in her life when she felt this relaxed, but no. It was only on that morning, her in her crimson silk pajamas weaved by the Ninja's, fluffy slippers on her feet, and in her hands a large warm cup of Aura Blossom Tea she got from the Sensei.
Alas, such a peaceful moment was stabbed, then thrown out of the nearest window into a dumpster when Dr. Overbuild came running into the room. "Vanda, what do you know about magic?" Albert asked between breaths as his head twitched.
"A small bit,why?" Vanda replied calmly before taking another sip of her tea, her tranquility ruined for the most part. Vanda looked at Albert, and seeing him, almost dropped her cup in shock. "What....happened..?" She asked, trying not to sound alarmed.
Albert, for the most part was exhausted, he had bags under his eye bags, his eyes were fully bloodshot from lack of sleep and he looked like he could pass out at any given moment, that is, if he wasn't hyped up on Coffee to keep him truckin'.
"Nothing, just another all-nighter," He chuckled as he passed it off, "No, seriously. I may have figured something really big out, but I need some real magic. And, well, you're the first person to come to mind when 'Magic' comes up. No offense!" He said while trying not to anger her, while Vanda can keep a level head most of the time, when she snaps it's worse then a full blown hurricane, tornado, earthquake and rabid locus infestation all at once.
"Show me the equation, Albert." Vanda said bluntly as she continued to sip her tea.
Quickly came Naomi pushing a blackboard into the room Albert and Vanda were in, on it was a complex equation that had scribbles of portals and arrows with paragraphs on theories of travel and wormholes. " Just look it over and tell me if it needs a bit of Paradox Magic, please. I haven't slept all night over this..." Dr. Overbuild pleaded
Vanda went over to Naomi and the blackboard and studied the small handwriting the Dr. had, seeing the little notes and questions he asked himself in his writing. "Good morning Ms. Darkflame, how was your rest?" Naomi asked her with a broad smile.
"Just fine, Nao," She replied before sipping her tea again and turning to Albert, "Yes it requires a small bit of magic, I'll get a sorcerer or two to supply it." She said to Albert with her eyes shut.
Dr. Overbuild almost fainted, "Great! Thank you, Vanda. Gather up the other leaders and I'll explain everything!" He said tired before passing out on the floor with Naomi gasping.

"So Doc, this is what you've been working on the past few days? It looks.....small compared to your other all night creations..." Duke Exeter said as he looked over the notes the Dr. laid out describing his plan.
Dr. Overbuild looked at Duke with a slightly crazed expression, before quickly taking a sip of Coffee, "My dear Duke. What you fail to comprehend is how big this idea is in the longrun, what would you say if I told you there are other dimensions to explore."
A third voice spoke up with a gruff voice, "Doc! Don tell me you've figured out Time Travel?!" Hael Storm said surprised as he asked. Dr. Overbuild looked at him with annoyance.
"Even better Hael, I may have figured out Bradford's theory for Dimensional Travel!" He said elated as he took out some pieces of paper and laid them out on the table. "Basically, this is all that happens..."
Albert started his explanation of the theory and how this would affect the Nexus Force. The Nexus Force is a group of creatures Dr. Overbuild, Duke, Hael, and Vanda started to fight against a dangerous threat that corrupts their Universe. Although, even as Dr. Overbuild's explanation seem great in his aspect, for others, well....
Hael Storm, leader of the Venture League faction of the Nexus Force, renowned and famous Space Pirate; seemed excited for the plan, and was all in for the idea. A new dimension meant a whole slew of adventures for him and his recruits to explore, oh how he loved exploring, why just Alberts' explanation reminded him of an adventure he had back in- no, now wasn't the time for reminiscing fond memories...
Duke Exeter, leader of the Sentinels of the Nexus Force, brave and chivalrous; was the skeptical and tactical one to this, he didn't enjoy the idea of an entire other dimension, what if that dimension had a threat they were dealing with and it joined forces with the threat here? He adjusted his armor in thought as he would try to persuade Albert to abandoned the idea.
Vanda Darkflame, leader of the Paradox faction, mysterious and level headed; wondered how this would turn out, Albert's crazy inventions for the most part worked (albeit after a little whacking it a few times) but an Interdimensional Portal? She wondered if Albert staying up all night with nothing but coffee may have singed a few brain cells.
"And that brings us to 'Grauman's Theory' " Dr. Overbuild continued, "Grauman?" Duke asked as he looked over Overbuild's notes
"Oh he's not important," Overbuild waved it off before taking another sip, "What is, is how it works. Basically, an entity from one dimension will need to change it's physical form to fit another dimension, we will need to prepare for any imformal-"
"Doc, yer forgettin' that most of us here don't speak yer fancy-dancy techno jumble, explain it ta me if I was three, Doc" Hael interrupted as he put down one of the diagrams for the theory.
Overbuild chuckled, "Sorry Hael, let me explain from the start," he said before clearing his throat, " Take our Universe as Dimension A, all right? And take our random destination as Dimension B. Now, let's think that Dimension B is populated by, I don't know, candy colored ponies," Hael had to stop himself from falling on the floor laughing when Overbuild said this, only to stop abruptly when Vanda punched him in the arm ,"Thank you Vanda; As I was saying, when we make the jump to Dimension B, we must undergo a 'change', our Minifigure bodies here won't fit in in Dimension B so we would most likely turn into Candy Colored Ponies ourselves when we're on Dimension B. Sure we may keep little attributes that make us unique, like my back pack for example. And I would believe that it would apply vice-versa: A pony from Dimension B would turn into a Minifigure that compliments their pony form here in our Dimension. Understand now, Hael?"
Hael pondered this for a sec before nodding his head in agreement
"Great! Now we can start the fun part" He said as he rubbed his hands together like a mad scientist as Naomi pushed in a large machine that resembled an early computer, only smaller and it looked like it had a multitude of electrical equipment put on. Albert went over to the machine and turned to the others, "Ok, Vanda can you call in the Sorcerers for that extra kick?" He asked as Vanda called to out of the room and a pair of Sorcerers holding their staffs in front of them marched in the room. "Ok, when I turn on the machine, it's going to act a bit like a sink hole, as in, it's going to try and suck you in before it becomes stabilized" Albert said as he pushed different buttons and pulled levers as the machine started to hum slowly to life
"Um, Doc? What would happen if we were sucked in before then?" Duke cautiously asked as his bravery gave way to weariness.
"Oh, nothing serious. You'll just be pulled into the space between Universes and Dimensions in an endless black void." Dr. Overbuild replied nonchalantly. "Just hold onto something and you'll be fine."
After hearing this, Duke quickly went to cling onto an imagination pipe that happened to run up on of the walls of the room, Vanda giggled a bit at Dukes rare fear.
Before long, it was ready,and Dr. Overbuild pulled onto the last switch that turned the machine on. As everyone grabbed onto something the machine rattled and whirled as electrical sparks flew from receivers and started to form a small oval like shape next to it. The process had started

Late mornings on a slightly warm Sunday was the perfect time to study, for Twilight Sparkle, one of the most powerful Unicorns Equestria has ever had, partial owner to the 'Elemental Reads' Library( as she lovingly called it) and Element of Magic (plus she's lavender to boot!), at least.
Today, was one of those days. The sun shining through the open windows as a slight breeze blew the leaves of the tree the Library was housed in, the sound of birds chirping the day away, the very slight drizzle of rain that defied physics by materializing inside the tree house, yep. Today was a pretty good day
"Wait, rain?" Twilight pulled her head out of her book when she noticed a few raindrops assaulting her mane. She looked up toward the ceiling to see the swirling force of dark clouds that was slowly starting to appear in her ceiling.
"Rainbow! I know this is you're fault! Get down here before you flood the place!" Twilight huffed as she tried to put a magical shield over the bookcases from the drizzle of rain.
The clouds didn't listen, they just continued to swirl and start to create almost a maelstrom of clouds. Twilight, still thinking this was a certain cyan pegasus' fault, used a small bit a magic to try and dispel the clouds, but was almost singed when a lightning bolt shot from the clouds and almost hit her.
"O-okay, Rainbow. Tha-that's enough now....you got me! Ha ha...." Twilight started to begin panicking, here she was staring down something she's never seen before and now knowing this wasn't a prank, started to do what she does best. She ran over to a bookshelf and began researching on something similar to this anomaly.
She didn't notice the fury of the clouds that was forming as more and more lightning bolts charged the portal.

As Electrical sparks continued to jolt from the madly vibrating machine and small lightning bolts continued to form together a small wormhole, all it needed was one last thing.
"Doctor! Are ye sure this will work!?" Hael tried to yell over the deafening sound of thunder
Overbuild cackled loudly, "I have no idea!! Now Vanda!" He shouted back before Vanda struggled to give a signal to the pair of Sorcerers also trying to hold onto their lives, as they got hold of something sturdy the two of them pointed their staffs at the forming wormhole and shot a blast of magic at it.
And with a blast of light, the portal stabled and calmed

It defied the laws of physics, science, nature, everything. How a mysterious portal-like object formed in the center of a dark bubbly-cumulonimbus was beyond Twilight. It just...floated there,menacingly, about seven feet off of the ground floor of the Library; She tried everything she could think of to debunk this as a normal storm cloud; but it just seemed, alien, to Twilight, like a strange combination of magic and science. 'Not quite like the workings of Steampunk' Twilight thought to herself
She carefully poked the cloud and it functioned just like she thought: her hoof moved through the cloud. She looked closer at the portal-like structure, she almost had something before a flash of white came from the portal and almost blinded her.
As the-now-half-blinded Twilight reeled back, she failed to notice something,no- some-Pony materialize from the portal and lay on the ground under to cloud.
"How do I always pick the shortest straw?" The mysterious male brown pegasus asked himself in a gruff voice as he looked at his surroundings, "That's odd....everything looks as if it be painted with Pastels or somethin' " he asked
Although Twilight couldn't really see the visitor, what with her trying to regain vision in one eye and her other shut tight, she thought, for a split-second, that perhaps this visitor to the library was a pirate, but then she assured herself that Pirates were long ago abandoned when the need for water-based craft diminished.
When she finally regained her sight she looked over her visitor from the back: both his mane and tail were a dark wooden brown, his hair done up like dreads that hung off his shoulders, which held a pair of dull yellow epaulets with equally yellow tassels, he had a belt around his waist that looked to have a skull belt-buckle and from her vantage point, he had the slight lookings of a five o'clock shadow; But what struck her as odd was this stallions cutie mark: it was a white cardinal compass over a black, then green, circle and had an almost cartoonish skull in the center of it. She has never seen anypony with a cutie mark like that, and if he's new, the Pinkie Party wasn't far behind.
Before she knew it, she was trotting over to the stallion to warn him about the pink devil.
Hael Storm knew he was in a new world, one much different the normal ones he explored, it was bright, colorful, and it had the soothing feelings of peace, a feeling he only really felt in Nimbus Station. He looked around he new surroundings to try a familiarize himself to see any similarities with this world to his own.
"Books, books, books,books, hmm, must be a library. Wait, is that a tree branch I spy? A Library in a Tree....Creative..." He thought to himself as he prepared for the world
Nothing could prepare him when he turned around, and saw a lavender pony, "No, it's got a horn, only one creature fits this description: Unicorn" stare back at him with friendly eyes. "Hi! I'm Twilight Sparkle, do you need any help?" the Unicorn asked him
"A Talking colorful pony...That blasted fool Overbuild sent us to a world with colorful talking ponies." was the last thing Hael thought before he fainted from Twilight's sudden appearance

Well, that's it, I've finally snapped, you're seein' things Hael.
I mean really, a talking Unicorn? That's Purple? The Unicorn part you can believe, but....it, I think it's a She judging by it's vocal pitch, just looks so...cartoonish. Like something little kids would watch...But, if this is all a hallucination, I could be dreaming?
Yea, like tha' one movie with Leo DeStudino, tha' had to do with hallucinations, right? Or was it dreams?
Bah, I'll bet myself a pair of Epaulets that I'll wake up, and find Doc Over-Easy with a Dire Root or something he used to drug me tea last night...Might as well get up now before they start drawin' on me face
Hael woke up expecting to be under a couple piles of papers and eyes going wobbly, but all he saw were the sterile blank white walls of the Hospital
Must 'ave brought me to the Clinic for some darn reason I don't know because I was passed out for 'alf a day
He went to put a hand to his head to try and stop the wobbling feeling, but instead of feeling his normal hand he felt something smooth. Looking at his hand, he saw not a hand, but a hoof.
Wide eyed, Hael started a low moan, before it elevated into a full blown panic attack about how he was now a "Horse! I'm a blasted brown horse for God's sake!"
Finally the sole other being in the hospital room spoke up, "QUIET!" Twilight yelled at the top of her lungs.
Hael stopped abruptly as he balanced himself on the edge of the bed frame, wide eyed and feared for his life as he bored holes into Twilight.
"Lay back down and tell me what you were doing in my library. OK?" She said calmly as Hael listened and slowly went back and sat down onto the bed facing the lavender unicorn.
Hael looked around the room nervously as he thought of what to say, until he looked right at the mare and asked kindly,
"First, I'm gonna need ya to send somethin' for me."

"Perhaps we should go in after him?" The three remaining Faction Leaders stood before the portal that would lead them to who knows where. More then an hour ago they picked who would be the 'lucky' Minifig to go to the new dimension, and Hael was the one who picked the shortest drinking straw.
"You know how we set this up, we gotta wait until he sends us a note or something saying it's safe." Dr. Overbuild responded as he took another sip of coffee.
Duke was the last to respond, "Well, what if he's in trouble, then what do we do?"
Overbuild pondered the thought, he was just about to respond when a piece of paper came through the portal and lightly rested on the floor, "Told you!" Overbuild responded with the tiniest amount of mock
Dr. Overbuild looked over the paper, stationary was more like it, and read it out loud:
'Doc, you were right you conniving son of a gun'
He looked over the note again and saw that the note was written in script writing, way too formally for even Hael to even try. He, and the other leaders, were about to dismiss this as a trick, when a second note, in the same stationary, came through:
'I'm sorry your friend Hael Storm can't write your note, he is currently in the Hospital after a faint panic attack, he wishes to see all three of you and I'm sorry if it looks like I'm tricking you'

"So,where are you from?"
"I told ye already, I can't tell ye until me friends get here. Now can ye back up a bit, I likes me personal space..."
"Are you from Cloudsdale? You look like the kinda Pegasus to come from there"
"No, I've never even heard of Cloudsdale, lass. Now can ye back up?"
"What about-"
For the past 20 minutes after Twilight left Hael to send his note, he has been bombarded by questions from the fastest mare in town, Rainbow Dash. Sadly it was slowly grating on his nerves and he would have to start worrying about a second hospital bed for the mare if the other Pegasus in the room hadn't spoken up. Even if it was in the most unnoticeable voice she could make.
"Rainbow, if Mr. Storm doesn't want to answer, that's his opinion." Fluttershy said from the red plush chair she was sitting in, "I'm sure Twilight will be back with...who were your friends again, Mr. Storm?" She asked with the most sincere smile toward Hael.
Hael chuckled a bit to himself, "Thank ye, lass. As I may have said before my friends are-"
"Here is his room, Ms. Sparkle" Hael was interrupted by the unknown voice from outside the room, before a slightly more familiar one was heard
"Over here, everypony! Hael's just in here" Twilight said to somepony all three of the Pegasi couldn't figure out, well, Hael had a slight suspicion
The door to the hallway outside opened with a purple glow around it and Twilight poked her heard through, "I got you're friends here, Hael." She said with a smile, for what Hael couldn't see in Twilight's magical grip was a notepad and quill for the bombardment of info the lavender Unicorn knew was coming.
"Allrigh' lass, send 'em in. Bu' one at a time, I wanna see if spendin' all that time wit em can make them stand out."
"Certainly" was her reply as she retracted her head into the open door frame.
A few moments passed before the first of the leaders came into the room. This was a Pegasus mare, with a crimson red coat that looked to have small white swirls in her coat around her torso and back legs. Her mane and tail were a dark black, with one streak of her side-spiked mane vibrant purple. Her eyes were a similar shade of purple, and on her forelegs were a pair of fabrics, a lighter shade then her coat, that were tied around them.What completed her mysterious ensemble was her cutie-mark: A three pointed red whirlpool with white streaks surrounding a black circle with a half opened slanted eye.
"Ha!" Said Hael after he got a good look, "That one be Vanda, Ninja." He said finishing the sentence in a mocking tone
"Pirate," She replied as she went over to where the two other Pegasi were standing in the room
The next to come in was a light sky blue coated Earth pony stallion; With a slight muscular build and a wavy blonde mane and tail. He had one piece of armor on and that was a grey breastplate on his torso. The only thing else of interest was his cutie mark: a blue, stylized eagle with spike-like feathers on top of a yellow pentagon.
" Dukey, glad to see your equine persona is simplistic as your normal self," Hael joked to himself as Duke had to restrain himself from laughing too.
"Ok Doc!" Hael called," You're the only one left so come on already!"
"Aw, you ruined the whole fun!" Dr. Overbuild complained from outside before trotting in, saying a little "Ta daa!" sheepishly
Dr. Overbuild was a Orange Unicorn, he still had the white labcoat that draped around his body and legs, his mane and tail were snow white and sleek. On top of his head, covering most of his mane, was a metallic cap with a pair of large light blue tinted goggles over his eyes. His cutie mark was an orange and white Penrose triangle, although it was mostly covered by his labcoat. Dr. Overbuilds most interesting feature was his backpack, or saddlebags really, at first glance they looked like normal run-of-the-mill saddlebags. Then you would look at them again and notice the two robotic arms coming from each saddlebag. Dr. Overbuild was clearly enjoyed that his backpack crossed over.
"Great job, Doc. Ever heard of 'Inconspicuous'?" Hael deadpanned as he noticed the odd size and look of Overbuilds Robotic Arms
"Simple solution, my dear Watson" Dr. Overbuild replied as a light blue aura forms around his Horn and the arms, before the Arms retracted into the saddlebags, making it look as if they never existed in the first place.
"Unicorn Magic, I've quickly discovered that a Telekinesis spell works moderately like how we use our Imaginations back home." Overbuild stated as the blue aura moved around the saddlebags and levitated them to an empty chair, "And sadly, I'm the only one capable of doing so here..." He said a bit nervously as Hael became surprised.
"What! That be ridiculous! Let me try." Hael said as he got out of the hospital bed and moved over to a lamp. Squinting his eyes and focusing on the lamp Hael tried as best he could to make the light move. But only strained himself, giving him a massive headache.
"He warned ya." Duke commented at Hael's attempt
As Hael tends to his pulsating head, Twilight went over to Dr. Overbuild who was testing out his new-found Magical ability with the lamp
"Ok, Doc. Now that I've brought you to the Hospital, can you pleeeeaase tell me where you four are from, now?" She pleaded to the Orange Unicorn
Overbuild paused, and almost lost his magical grip on the lamp, "Um, well...it, er..." He faltered
"What Doc be trying ta say is: It be a mite complicated and outlandish" Hael responded as he regained his thinking
"And why would that be? Not to brag or anything, but we've dealt with some pretty outlandish things ourselves" Rainbow said as she stared at one of her hoofs as she picked it up to look at it.
"Well we really should, erm, meet with, um, some one of, well, higher importance first, to get our bearings straight..." Doc said nervously
"What, like an audience with the Princess?" Twilight questioned as Duke's Eyes lit up at the sound of Royalty,
"Your world is under a Monarchy?" He asked with a slightly higher pitched voice then his normal, as he slowly got closer to Twilight
"Well, technically yes, but the Princesses Celestia and Luna have been in power for at least two thousand years..." She replied, slowly backing away from the exited Duke
"Immortal Princesses, interesting" Overbuild remarked, "How soon can we send for a request?"
"Well as soon as we can get back to the library, I can write up a letter" The lavender Unicorn replied
"Wellthenwemusntkeeproyaltywaiting,nowcanwe?" Duke said almost madman-ish as he pushed everypony out of the room, the hospital, and toward the library

The Faction Leaders discussed how they were to tell the fine mares, and one Immortal and possibly very strict Princess (Added Duke), about their world, who they are, and why they've come here. Ultimately they decided on a play, as they thought it best represented their nature.
With all six of Twilight's Friends here, the short preparations were made: Twilight sent out a letter to the Princess stating that she has visitors and they request to meet her; Vanda went to Rarity, one of Twilight's Friends who she was told can help with costumes, to request a black Top hat, cape and some fake sideburns. Rarity, although confused at first, happily obliged as she got the costume; and Pinkie brought a cart fully of Popcorn for the show.
Within a few minutes, the show was set, everypony of Twilight's friends and Princess Celestia was in the Library as the four Minifigs-turned-Ponies stood infront of the seven of them, ready to begin

"I'm sure all of you are wondering who we are, where we come from, and why we are here" Dr. Overbuild started as he was responded with nods of 'Yes'. "Well, we'll tell you: We aren't from here. No, not from the Town of Ponyville or Equestria, or even your Planet. We hail from another Universe, quite different yet similar to this one."
His horn glowed a light blue as a similar glow appeared over many of the books on the shelves around the Library, Twilight cringed a bit as they were taken off as the Doctor continued, "I'll be the first to say, 'We come in Peace' and we do. We simply came to this Universe not by choice, that ominous dark cloud in the corner over there," He continued as he pointed a hoof toward the portal, "Is how we came here, I suspect that during a simultaneous magical impute from both Universes is what connect us together, leading to our explanation here this very moment."
Dr. Overbuild turned to the Princess before bowing slightly, "My name is Dr. Albert E. Overbuild, eccentric leader of the Assembly Faction of the Nexus Force," He got up before gesturing to the other Leaders, "My friends: The Pirate is Hael Storm, Leader of The Venture League Faction, The Knight is Duke Exeter, Leader of the Sentinel Faction, and the Ninja is Vanda Darkflame, Leader of the Paradox Faction."
The Pair of Curtains dropped magically as all of the blinds on the windows to the Library shut, "And now, we would like to entertain you by telling the Story of our Universe, a play in one Act." Dr. Overbuild stated as he retreated behind the darkened curtains as they started the story.
Our Story starts years ago, when in our Universe, our use of our...Magical Ability to use our Imagination to build awe inspiring structures and beautiful Worlds, was limited beyond belief. We could only use Imaginations to think up vague ideas, but we had to build them by hand. But, we did know of the Creators of our Universe, the First Builders were able use their Imaginations much like what I just said, to create as well as to think.
A few years ago, a powerful tycoon know as Baron Typhonus wanted to find the last remnant of the First Builders, (As Vanda dressed in the Costume Rarity gave her walks on stage) The Imagination Nexus, the last of it's kind, capable of giving limitless Imaginative Power to any Minifig. Baron needed help though, so he went to locate his old colleague, Me. ( Vanda approaches Overbuild as they silently converse for a second before Dr. Overbuild turned back to the audience)
I knew quite a bit about the culture and knowledge the First Builders had. So naturally I knew the location of an ancient structure left by them that can lead to the the Imagination Nexus. Problem is, I only knew of the name of the planet, Gallant 5, not many Minifig's knew of the planets location. Although there was one Minifig we knew that knew of it's location: The Legendary Duke Exeter. Another problem, Duke was always on the move with his own chivalrous missions, we needed someone who knew of Duke's whereabouts and who had a ship. Now, My homeworld isn't really a big port of ships coming and going, so we were pretty lucky when the only ship docked was that of the famous Space Pirate, Hael Storm
After a bit of persuasion,( "I was promised a manor by the Baron!" Hael commented) Hael revealed to us Duke's location and the three of us rushed over to him in Hael's ship, The Venture Koi.
After a while of space travel, we finally reached Duke's location, and after hunting him down in fish suits("Don't ask, it's not a pleasant memory for any of us") And after more persuasion, we found ourselves at the legendary planet of Gallant 5. Now on that planet was a shrine to the First Builders and inside was something amazing, we nicknamed it: The Imagimeter, it's a wondrous device that was able to give us readings on the levels of Imagination in a certain sector.
So, now using this invaluable device, we set off to find the Imagination Nexus. We went to sector to sector, activating the device to find anything, Long story short: We didn't. In fact, after a while we didn't hear from the Baron at all, he just locked himself in his quarters and kept notes on our journey in a Radio Diary. We found out later that he was actually starting to go a little coo-coo about how Imagination would be 'ruled', deep stuff if you look into it.
Now, after weeks of searching, we finally decided on looking at one last area before we head back to our home planets. We managed to coax Baron out of his room to witness the last time we would use the Imagimeter, we put the three pieces together, activated it. It swerved a bit before doing something it hasn't done before: It pointed straight at a planet and a blue light shot out from it. We saw it must of bounced off of or activated something down on the planet it pointed at (" And might I add that planet was entirely cubed shape?), because a much larger blue light shot from the planets surface far into space.
Realization hit us us as we figured out that we found the last Imagination Nexus! On the fabled planet named Crux! Without hesitation, we boarded a small docking pod and glided down to the planets surface and found the small structure built by the First Builders to contain the Nexus. I managed to tell the other three that just by being near the Nexus would give you the power to imagine anything at all.
"So, what we did was just that! I thought up a magnificent Castle much better then my current in every way" Duke commented
"I imagined a Beautiful Queen of the Sea ship that was much more classy then any Pirate could 'ope fer!" Duke contributed
And I myself thought of something much different: what I thought up was a small puppy that reminded me of youthful times, and you know what happened? That very puppy jumped out of the Nexus, very much alive and well; giving us confirmation that Imagination is a very powerful force
However...Baron was still a bit crazy from the whole space travel thing and he thought of something too, albeit more chaotic in thought. What he imagined was a horrible spider creature to rule over his new rule of 'Limited Imagination' and he forced the Spider creature to come alive. Needless to say we were all terrified! It even destroyed my puppy with just a flick of one of those disgusting legs of its.
However, Baron never thought this through and thought he could control this new chaos. Yet he couldn't be more wrong: What happened was before the Spider was able to destroy Me, Duke, and Hael. It changed it's mind and went after Baron. Dragging him into the Nexus, which corrupted the whole thing! It transformed into a monstrous force that could destroy anything.
What ensued was a tiring battle of the three of us against this new threat for our lives. I managed to cap off the Nexus from the ground; But the mounting pressure from the force made the entire planet exploded into countless chunks of itself.
The three of us found ourselves on one particularly large chunk, we all thought our trip was in vain and all we did was doom our Universe. That is, until we found the small bricks and pieces of that adorable little Puppy, and we found it! Well to be precise, we found a small crystal with the pieces of the dog, and when I picked up the crystal, I couldn't help but think of that puppy and well, to all of our surprise, when I touched the Crystal, the Puppy was built back together again!
Surprised and knowing of what we must do, we used that crystal, the very last piece of the Imagination Nexus, to form a new one, pure and free of any chaos, we also started a force to help defend the Nexus and our Universe from this new threat, which we called The Maelstrom.
"And there you have it, your Majesty." Dr. Overbuild finished the play as he bowed to the audience of seven .
Princess Celestia giggle a bit before responding, "While your presentation was enjoyable, you could of just sent me a screenplay"
