One day, a pegasus pony found herself lost in the Everfree forest. She was searching for a way out, having what happened in her mind.
*** "Ha!" Rainbow dash said. "I bet you are even scared out of your mind of your own shadow!" She said taunting. "I-I-I." I stuttered. "BWAHAHAHAHA!" Rainbow said laughing like a little filly. "Fine then, the only way you are even proven fine, I dare you to go into the Everfree Forest!" She said to me. I was so dumb at that moment, I didn't know what to say so. "Yes." I said. "Good. I'll see you in a week!" She said taunting. "Oh Stargazer, what have you gotten yourself into now?" I said sighing. I regretted ever saying yes to her. "I promise myself, when I get out of this mess, she is so going down." I sweared to myself. I stopped to look around, and take a rest. I sat next to a tree, and looked around more from this point of view. Then I looked straight up in the air. I stood there, still as stone not moving even one little millimeter. Up, straight up, there were bats. Hundreds of them, maybe even thousands. She hated bats. Just hated them. Then, when she noticed they were still. She ran. Sadly, the bats did the same, then she stopped. She felt a tug to go back, to the bats. Something inside wanted her to go to them, but it was her body her choice to do it or not. But she couldn't stop herself, something was trying to control her body. "NO! Stop it!" She said. "Why can't I stop myself! HELP! SOMEPONY, ANYPONY HELP ME! PLEASE!" Sadly she knew, right after her calls were not answered, Ponyville was long gone and far away. She tried to flap her wings, but failed for two reasons. She had broken a wing, when she got here, by falling of a tree. And she could only control her mouth and eyes and nose right now. "Every minute, the bats were getting closer and closer, inch by inch. Then the bats started flapping over to her. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" She screamed at the very top of her lungs. Then they attacked her, and they made a ring around her when they got to her. "Go away!" She screamed again.
*** "Spike! Twilight said cheerfully. Can you come down here please!" "I'll be right down!" He said back to her. Spike came down in about two more minutes, carrying the broom. "Oh sorry Spike, didn't know you were cleaning up there." Twilight said. "Na, that's ok." He said. "Find me a copy of the Elements Of Harmony book, please!" Twilight said. "Alright, and why? That book is very important Twilight. Also, I thought the princesses took it back into the royal library? Didn't they?" He said. "Well yes they did, but Princess Celestia said to study a bit more on the Elements Of Harmony. You know, just to look at them and to see if there are things we need to know more about on them." She said matter of factly. "Oh, well, I guess thats ma- " Spike half said. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" The voice said. "WOAH, what the heck was that?" Spike asked hoping Twilight would know who or what made that scream. "OH NO! Somepony is in trouble! It sounded like a mare!" She said. Yet Twilight has no clue or any idea where the ear splitting scream came from. So she wanted to help but, didn't know how to help in any way possible. So, sadly with nothing in mind of what to do, to possibly help anypony, she had to go back to The Golden Oaks Library, or her home. And find a spell to find where that scream was or is coming from. She galloped back home as fast as her legs would carry her. She thought in her head that at this speed, she could give Rainbow Dash a run for her money. She bolted through the front door and Spike nearly passed out right on the floor in front of him. "HOLY, you nearly gave me a heart attack Twilight! Do NOT and I repeat do NOT do that ever in your lifetime to me ever again. EVER!" He said to her backing Twilight almost to the wall behind her. "Alright I won't." She said. "Good." Spike said breathing fast.
Stargazer still alone in the Everfree Forest awaiting help, was still trapped by the bats. She was backing away, slowly, but the bats were getting closer and closer to her. Stargazer was scared out of her mind, she didn't know what to do in these kind of situations, and didn't want to think about it to much at a time like this. One of the bats eye's glowed redder than the others, and it ventured out in to the open, did a swoop in the air, and, flapping it's wings, right for Stargazer. Stargazer, well I all think you know what she did. Or do you? Well, either way, she headded right for the tree. Cantering, maybe even galloping for the tree, she got to the tree, and she was at a dead end. The bat was only inches away, and she couldn't make a move now. The bat creeped closer and closer, Stargazer screamed at the very top of her lungs. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Stargazer screamed. She backed away as close to the tree as she could, and the bat was only an inch from her nose, and took a dive for her neck. "Wha- what are you doing? Are you gonna suck my BLOOD!" Stargazer said pupil's growing wider, and wider. "HISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!" The bat said looking up to Stargazer's face. "Uh, hehe, ok then have it your way." Stargazer said squinting, and looking up and down, and right, and left. The bat sat down at her shoulder blade, and closed his eyes for a few seconds, and then opened them again like nothing was going to happen. The bat opened it's mouth, showing it's sharp fangs, and lowering his neck down to her neck. He bit down, Stargazer in terror. Stargazer then, fainted on the silkie grass, and hard cold roots of the tree. ______________________________________________________________________ "You think she's ok?" A voice said. "I don't know Twilight." Another voice said. "Shh, she's waking up." The other voice said. Stargazer opened her eyes, she looked down remembering what happened to her just moments ago, and saw that nothing seemed to be wrong with her. Stargazer looked up, she saw Spike, Twilight, and, and, Princess Celestia? "Huh?" Stargazer said confused where she was. What happened to me?" Stargazer said. "Well, it seems you have been bit by a vampire bat." Twilight said. "But, it doesn't seem there is anything wrong with you at all. Even though you got a little bite." Celestia said. "I, I got bit?" Stargazer asked. "Yes, yes you did. But, only a minor bite." Celestia said. "Oh, and Princess Celestia, what are you doing here?" Stargazer said confused. "Well, Twilight sent me a letter and said she heard a scream, so, I came to see once she found you in the forest, and wanted to know what that bite was. So, I identified it, and said you had gotten bit by a vampire bat. So, that's how I got here." Celestia said. "Ok, but shouldn't I be transforming?" Stargazer said worried. "No, you should be fine for now, but, we put a spell on there for now, and if you see your self transforming come see Twilight or I to come and see if you can get the spell put back on." Celestia said. "Ok, thanks." Stargazer said less worried now. "No problem." Twilight said smiling. Stargazer smiled back at her. "Thank you, thank you all." Stargazer said happily.
Stargazer sighed. It had been a longer day than normal days, she had gone out with Pinkie to get some cake, went over to Fluttershy's cottage to check on her healing bunny Coconut, and went over to Rainbow's to learn how to do a sonic rainboom, it worked. Now, her wings were very tired at the moment, and wanted to take a little nap. So she got in to her cyan and purple bed, and drifted off to sleep. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Huh? What time is it?" Stargazer said bumping her head on her wall. "What? 4:30! I've been sleeping for six hours?" Stargazer said her mouth agape. Stargazer got out of bed and tidied it up, then she went outside and headed for Canterlot. Always on a full moon she would go have tea with Princess Luna, talk about the stars, and then go home. With her new speed training, she didn't do a sonic rainboom, but she did go quite fast that could just maybe give Rainbow a run for her money. She was there in about five minutes, and Princess Luna was waiting for her outside the gates. "Princess!" Stargazer said trotting her way up to Princess Luna. "Stargazer, so nice to see you again!" Princess Luna said. "So am I Princess Luna." Stargazer said. "Remember Stargazer, you don't have to call meprincess luna when we are not in public." Luna said smirking. "Oh, right. Sorry Luna." Stargazer said chuckling. "That's ok Stargazer." Luna said. The two friends walked then into Luna's garden where they would have tea, and look up at the beautiful night sky and talk about it a lot. The tea was sitting there ready to go and still nice and warm so they sat and Luna put a spell on the door. It was a simple spell that she could do that would lock out their noise outside and inside, so that only Stargazer and her could talk and listen. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Goodbye Luna!" Stargazer said flying away from Canterlot castle. "Goodbye Stargazer!" Luna said waving her hoof. It had been a great time with Luna, she had her favorite tea, she learned new stars and more facts than she could have ever studied. It was amazing her chats with the Princess Of The Moon! When Stargazer got home, she was really excited because, while they were chatting, Luna said that she loved Stargazer so much she would make a star just for her. When Luna finally raised the moon, (because when she was chatting with her she was so distracted she sometimes forgot to raise the moon!) Stargazer looked up into the night sky, and right there in frount of her was her star. She knew it was hers because Luna had told her, 'Look at the moon, then look down four stars, then go one right it should be there.' It was. After she saw her very own star, she looked straight up at the full moon. Then she remembered she hadn't gone to Twilight for any spells to keep her from turning into a bat pony. Right then her eyes turned red. This was not going to be a good night at all she thought.
